We had such a great time here! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the food was honestly better than we expected. There’s a lot of choices and you won’t go hungry for sure. Drinks were good too, yeah some stuff cost extra but it's not really a big deal. The whole vibe of the place was chill and friendly.
Big shout out to the guest relations team – they were honestly amazing. Always smiling, always asking if everything's okay, and really made us feel at home. It’s not something you get everywhere. All the staff were lovely actually, but guest relations really stood out for us. Entertainment team was fun too, especially with the kids. We'd def come back again, no doubt.

This review is based on our experience and not the opinion of a family of six!
On arrival, we were allocated two rooms (as booked) given the size of the family, but on different floors, which was not acceptable considering it was requested directly with Jet2 but also via email to the hotel. However, funny enough, they offered us an ‘upgrade’ for the rooms and to be next to each other on the same floor, which we accepted, so all the family were together. I think we paid £140!
The bell boy demanded a tip for taking up the bags, which is his job, and mentioned he accepted all currencies.
Pool
No chance of getting a sun bed unless you wake up super early, which we did not do. The pool was always busy, but my son did cut his foot on the first day. The pool too is very slippery.
Slides (offsite)
Kids enjoyed it, but the green slide was borderline dangerous. Slides closed between 12-2, with an annoying life guard constantly blowing his whistle with everyone ignoring him. The food canteen is the closest I could call it, with terrible decor and rude staff. When asked for an ice cream, I was asked to pay for it.
Staff
We did not encounter one single friendly member of staff at all. The majority, if not all, staff speak little or no English, which is very surprising given 75% of the guests were English. No manners and not even the basics like thank you or please. Even upon checking out, not even ‘hope you enjoyed your stay and thank you for staying, blah blah’.
Evening entertainment
POOR
Arcade kept the kids entertained, but it was expensive, and the little go-karts/ bikes were dangerous, and parents seem to let their kids run riot!
Beware— if you have a teenage daughter, male staff can be over friendly and touchy-feely! We saw this multiple times, and even a father asked the staff to go away and leave their daughter alone!
Late check out is €10 per hour (my wife asked), but for me, it was €15.
(Common takeaway, if you tip, you get a better service, but also they seem to charge for EVERYTHING.)
In total, we calculated we spent an additional £700 for one week with my wife only having 1 cocktail at the hotel the entire time and defeats the purpose of ALL INCLUSIVE!
Overall, this is not an all inclusive hotel but a half board at best and definitely at 2* hotel.
I would not recommend this establishment to any families and book at your own risk!

We paid a small fortune for the full package and took the transfer to the park for a full day of fun with three excited teenagers, only to find that ALL the slides were all closed (they’re supposed to open at 10am). Apparently there was some technical issue. This is all very well except that we had nothing to do with ourselves and the teenagers for 4 HOURS. No food either (it only opens at 12) And we had paid for all day from 9:30 until 4pm. This is really unacceptable and ruined our holiday and we feel cheated and had to deal with three very grumpy and disappointed kids. We’re sitting here no hoping that the slides which are now closed for lunch time, do actually open at 1:30.
Update: at 1:30 the slides opened however 4 out of the 11 slides for older kids were not operational. The relax pools were closed, the adventure park and kids club and indoor play were also closed.
Overall it did not live up to expectations.

Before I start this review I realise this hotel is aimed at families, however...there wasn't much Turkish food on offer, there was a lot of food and drink that required extra purchase (this may be standard for an all inclusive now?), it was really noisy with music from the cocktail bar late into the night, neighbouring rooms noisy and a ridiculous situation with the sunbeds. People were down by the pool at 6.30am and hardly any sunbeds left even at that time of the morning! It was my first time going to Turkey and the people and hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and it might have been ignorance on my part but I was unaware of the expectation to tip quite so much! We went out and did a jeep safari tour which was really enjoyable and great value. I wouldn't return to this hotel or recommend it.

Functional rooms, with air-con, balconies, and a fridge. Onside shopping with good prices, very close to bazaars, beach resort (included in hotel deals), Sunday market, and a local town. Onside swimming pools and water attractions will satisfy your needs. Perfect for families. And now the best part - the most amazing staff, from cleaners to managers, lovely and helpful. The food is delicious and served at a very high standard. Fresh menu daily. Access to meals and drinks 24/7. Evening entertainment and beautiful weather included. Thank you for having us
