Nice food, quiet place without loud music ( compared to the hotel next to ).
No A/C in the public areas, only on the reception area, lobby and dinning room.
Bartenders are friendly, waiters could be more careful with the kids while they are doing their service.
Rooms are clean and public areas too..
Very friendly staff on the beach.
All overall not bad at all. Far away from European 4 stars, but we enjoyed staying there..

Hotels rooms are outdated, but clean and functioning. Good selection of food. Nice sea view. I had a problem with a high noise level - coming from the road between hotel and beach, and from inside. Hotel restaurant is the worst place with music playing, people talking loud, chairs move on the tiles floor, cutlery throwing sound, coffee machines running non-stop. But it can be just me so sensitive. A luck of trust to the tourist is also a non-positive experience. There is absolutely nothing can be sign on a hotel room - hamam, drinks, etc. Everything have to be paid on a spot, so you have to carry wallet around. This is despite the fact they put a hotel bracelet on a hand. My mom stayed in another hotel and she was not allowed into lobby to meet me and her grandkids. Every time we met she was staying outside next to a “guardian” protecting the hotel from invasion. I do understand guardians are worse few cups of coffee and three chicken legs potentially stolen from buffet) Gym has all windows open - so it’s the same temperature as outside. I managed to start one out of four treadmills.

The hotel is brilliantly located by the lovely sandy Kleopatra beach. It is a well run hotel with an international atmosphere. The hotel offers a good variety of amenities such as outdoor and indoor pool, a decent gym also offering billard and table tennis and a spa apartment. The pool area is rather small and tends to get really crowded. The buffet is excellent with a wide variety of delicious Turkish dishes. Some might find it a bit repetitive and lacked some more international dishes and perhaps some theme nights, but the food was always carefully looked after and tasted well. The bar service was very good. The men working at the bar at the hotel were always smiling and friendly. This was in comparison to the people working at the bar on the beach. It is excellent having a beach service included in the AI, but at the beach bar we really felt second rated compared to other customers and there was seldom a smile. We got the feeling that they just wanted to sell us cocktails. We read about the ultra All Inclusive option, but we did not try it. I guess you have to pay 15 Euros a day per person for a week. Four members of our group had stomach issues during the week. It is hard to say if it was due to the buffet, but we did unfortunately see a lot of people not being sufficiently hygenic around the buffet area. It looks as if people have forgotten all about the importance of hand hygiene. The hotel needs a renovation to stay in touch with modern times. The beds were really hard, but the air-conditioning system worked really well. In contrary to what others might suggest, I would suggest not to have a room facing the pool. If you get a room on the opposite side, your room and balcony will have shade most of the day compared to the ones facing the pool. This was something very much appreciated after a long day in the hot Turkish sun. Evening entertainment happens three times a week and was of good quality (dancing, singing and acrobatics)🌞😎

We had very nice stay at this hotel 🙂let me make some summary:
+ it's located almost at Kleopatra's beach
+ at least Rooms at 6th floor are really large
+tasty and Various food. There are some "meditarean dinner, mexican ones etc.
+ clean Rooms
+ some Rooms have view both on sea and mountains,I definitely loved it
+ very nice and friendly staff, they seem to love kids!🙂
+ I really loved 🙂Staff at the beach bar, special regards for my "best beach friend" - a lifeguard in yellow t-shirt - he found my cellphone in the Sea (yeah, actually I've lost it in the water...) and gave it back to me🙂 !
+ Hotel located really close to city Center
Time for some cons:
- pool is being closed at 5pm 😔
- rooms need to be renovated I think ( yeah,I saw pics before making reservation, for me personaly room was not a problem at all)
- next to the hotel there's another one - Palm Royal?...and sometimes it's extremelly noisy, they play sometimes in the evening music so loud, you cannot hear your thoughts
- I was with one kid (almost 5) and I really missed some playground for little ones.
In general - strong 4 stars!🙂

Loved the location, right on Cleopatra beach. Staff were great, food was brilliant (I am vegan, plenty of choice). The chef was excellent, friendly and you could ask him anything. The thing I didnt like was the fact that the swimming pool and outside dining area were sunken, so only a view of the wall and not the sea
