Our stay at the Marilis Hotel left us with only the best impressions! 💛
Special thanks to the spa area — cozy and professional. The positive attitude of the administrator Asya will stay in our hearts forever. My daughter had a massage — the therapists are true professionals: everything was done delicately, attentively, and with great care.
At the reception and among the managers, the service was exceptionally polite and attentive. They were always ready to help, answer any question, and solve everything quickly and with a smile. 🥰
Special thanks to Chef Jimil at the grill section — that’s pure love! His dishes were always fresh, flavorful, and delicious! 🍗
Heartfelt appreciation to the animators — even at the end of the season, when it’s the hardest time for them, they stayed cheerful, friendly, and full of energy.
The sea was simply magical 🌊 — clean, warm, and inviting.
Thank you to the entire Marilis team for a wonderful holiday and a great mood! 💫

Well what I can say is definitely not 5* hotel max 3. Hotel clean room modern look but u can heard your neighbours next door also when they flush the toilet. Staff not included front desk manager she was miserable women and rude as I am surprise she got that position with her attitude, rest of staff really nice special barmen outdoor Halil which he is so lovely and helpful with everything, Ayisha which she look after everyone and try make lots of activity with guests. Mr DJ he was brilliant make smile everyone and try keep happy everyone, them free are brilliant with kids. That is only good thing which I can say was good about. Now food if u want make diet for week good place as food serve over there absolutely shocking my kids for week only eten chips or pasta with tomatoes sauce. Every day the same food, old feta cheese re-use food from previous day just warm up I think in microwave, all sauce watery, butter pack left for days on the heat stink and source, the kitchen chef which don’t know how to make scrambled eggs even when we show her photo and video, not working juice machine only available water, salted yogurt or coffee machine. Snack bar open just for 2h serve pre cooked burger. Pool depth same everywhere to shallow, only one life guard between 2-4 when he open a water slide. Loose tiles around the pool which is dangerous for kids the ladder was loose and move when u try to walk on it not secure. Entertainment none, Irish pub close, children area close or they can open for extra fee. Bar serve only one beer and 1 cocktail available as they run out of stock. Bar staff at night make big punch with all random stuff saying it’s sex on the beach. All staff work over hours 7 days a week long shift some of them they don’t have day off for weeks. The only section of beach which u can use its all pebbles and sharp rocks only positive is u have all inclusive beach bar and free sun lounges. Free WiFi but losing connection all the time soon when u go to pool.

We had a really nice stay at Marilis Hill Resort. It’s a smaller hotel, which I really liked because it never felt overcrowded and we never had any problems getting sunbeds during the day.
Our room was a good size, very clean, and comfortable – just what you want on holiday. The food was fairly basic, but always fine and we could always find something to eat.
What really makes this place stand out is the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and it gave the hotel a really nice atmosphere. A special mention has to go to Alisa – she was amazing! So kind, helpful, and caring, and she really went out of her way to make sure we had a great time (even when we went out to a nightclub!).
Overall, it’s a lovely hotel if you’re looking for somewhere smaller and more relaxed with genuinely lovely staff. Would happily recommend!

The hotel definitely does not meet the 5-star level, I would give it 3 stars.
The food is weak — it’s hard to find something truly tasty, and the cleanliness and appearance of the tableware leave much to be desired: many dishes are chipped or stained.
On the other hand, the pools are very clean and nice, and the sea is simply wonderful.
Overall, the impression of the trip is positive, but that’s thanks to the people, not the hotel itself.
İslam and the other animators work really hard — they are doing a great job 😇
Sending them our greetings 😉

I arrived to this hotel with my friend for my birthday vacation. We landed in Antalya around 9.30pm and by the time we reached the hotel via our transfer it was 11.30pm.
On arrival , the room was ready but we had the most worst welcome from the rude arrogant reception staff. We asked about food and he said only soup is available, but really nothing was available after 11.45pm by the time we had checked in! We asked the bar man in reception for a drink and he was so lazy as if he didn’t want to do his job! We then asked if there was anything nearby for food and the reception staff said No nothing is nearby. Me and my friend took a walk and found that there was plenty of restaurants open till 4am across the road in Alara Bazaar.
The reception staff were very rude including the reception manager. Me and my friend were sharing a room, so we required an extra key card to access in and out of the room in case we both had different plans or needed to go out the room. We were told that for an extra key card we need to pay 10 EUROS. We were disgusted by this as what 5 star hotel charges for an extra key card?! This is pathetic and it seemed like the reception staff were trying to pocket extra money for their own benefit. Anyway we complained about this to our travel agent who we booked with but still ended up paying the charge for an extra key card! Pathetic!
The only reason why I am giving this hotel a 4 star rating is because of the location and 2 people who made our stay very memorable, Alisa ( the animation team ) & Halil (pool bar attendant). These two were always very welcoming and knew exactly how to make people feel welcome. They were always smiling and we had the best conversations with them.
Alisa is a lovely human inside out & Halil at the pool bar was a sweetheart, always smiling and making his special drink for me. Thank you 🙏🏻 to both of you for everything.
The rooms are decent with a great balcony view of the sea and pool area. The shower was great. However , the aircon kept turning off and wasn’t very powerful, which made it difficult to manage in the heat during the day and night.
The food was hit and miss with very few options for vegetarians. My friend said they had vegetarian dishes but even then they had put meat inside, which was very inconsiderate towards vegetarians. The breakfast was same every day, the omelettes weren’t always fully cooked. Lunch was ok but dinner was overall a lot better than breakfast and lunch. The bbq food was great in the evenings, especially the chicken wings.
The beach is about 20mins walk but a shutter bus is available every hour till 5.30pm.
Overall, this hotel is great location wise but I still don’t know how it is a 5 star hotel with the bad service at reception desk!! The entire animation team is very friendly and the shows at night are very entertaining than most of I have seen in turkey at hotels. Alisa and the entire animation team do a great job at this & without them this hotel would be very boring. Avoid getting drinks from the reception bar as they are horribly watered down and the lobby area has a bad smell of puke 🤮. Instead go to the pool bar outside & Halil will serve you with a smile with better drinks and cocktails. 🍹
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I would only come back to this hotel for its location , beautiful Sea View , Sunsets , Alara Bazaar and of course if Alisa & Halil are still working here 😃
