I'm strongly recomending the hotel for people which are not so strict regarding luxury rooms.
Big plus- spa & wellness area, very friendly and nice employees, if you are going to this hotel is a pitty to not go there.
Very close area to Cleopatra beach and the other objectives.
Food was good, diverisity can be improve.
Small minus- leakage of water from toilet, reported at the begining of the holiday, not fixed till end of it and room not changed.

Very nice staff, helpful and kind, smily feces. Food is good and pool area is fine. Everything is near hotel. We liked it much.

We visited the hotel at the end of June with the All Inclusive program.
A small hotel in the center of Alanya, close to the beach and the cable car station to the castle. Walking distance to the harbor and shopping and disco center near the harbor (about 15 minutes).
Smaller rooms with air conditioning and balcony, bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.
In the middle, a smaller pool with free sunbeds and umbrellas, a few tables at the outdoor bar, next to the reception a small terrace with gutters and chairs.
Free WiFi throughout the hotel, worked without problems.
Friendly and helpful staff, daily cleaning of rooms and change of towels.
Turkish and therefore healthy food - stewed meat (chicken, mutton) with vegetables, sometimes grilled fish or fried chicken, as a side dish with rice, bulgur, pasta, sometimes fries. Lots of mixed raw vegetables that you can season with olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate balsamic or apple cider vinegar.
Desserts in the style of pudding cubes, variously flavored, some with nuts and pistachios.
In the bar near the pool (open 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.) local drinks (white and red wine, local low-grade beer and local alcoholic drinks free of charge). Self-service machines for tea, coffee, fruit post-mixes and chilled water.
The biggest plus of the hotel is the Turkish bath directly in the hotel with the possibility of various programs and massages.

Our room was incredibly small, the bathroom had a glass door, the ventilation was not working. The food was sometimes good but sometimes you just don't know what to eat other than salad. They mix the french fries from the day before with today's main dishes. Lot of frozen and processed food. The location is good.

This is not a 4 star hotel, at least not compared to Western European standards. I would say it deserves 2 stars.
Pros: The biggest plus of this hotel is its location, close to beach, stores, restaurants. The room I stayed in was ok and clean, even though a bit old (shower cabin was rusty but functional). The staff was nice and very friendly.
Cons: The food was not very good. Salad and cakes selection was ok, however the main dishes were of very limited selection. At each meal you get one meat option like: fried chicken, or fried sausages, or fried fish, and one vegetarian option: baked beans, or boiled vegetables, or fries, etc. Very cheap food for mains usually. It's true that this hotel is not very expensive but still they went overboard with savings on food.
The biggest problem though at this hotel is the hygiene. I saw on multiple occasions the guys at the bar taking used glasses and just rinsing them with a bit of water and then serving drinks in them. They are not using soap or high heat to disinfect. This is a big problem since people are at risk of getting all sorts of infections. Also plates and glasses at the restaurant were all scratched and worn out. I personally won’t visit this hotel ever again due to the hygiene problems I observed. This is also the reason why I gave 1/5. Putting peoples health at risk is unacceptable no matter how good other aspects are, or no matter how inexpensive the hotel is.
