We had such a fantastic stay at the hotel July 26 - August 2 2025 – everything from the rooms to the service really impressed us. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. The animation team kept everyone entertained throughout the day and evenings – they were full of energy, always smiling, and really made the holiday extra fun.
The food was varied with lots of choice, and we especially enjoyed the themed nights. Pools were clean and well maintained, and there was always something going on without it feeling too crowded.
I also want to mention the beach area – it was spotless, well-organized, and such a relaxing place to spend the day. Special thanks to Ozan, the beach manager, who was always attentive and making sure everything ran smoothly. You could see he really cared about the guests and the quality of the service.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations – we felt looked after the whole time and came home with wonderful memories. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great 5* Hotel to fill your holiday dreams. One of best tasting food - here the chefs know how to cook. Friendly staff, well maintained rooms/common areas, pools, beach, etc. In short, you will not be dissapointed.
Now the long version:
I visited the hotel already in 2019 and this was my 2nd visit. Based on what I remember from 2019 I knew that my wife and I will be satisfied and this also happened.
The hotel is made of 3 buildings, 2 pools, private beach, waterslides and children pools, ampfitheater.
Apart from 2 main restaurants there are also 2 beach bars + 1 pool bar all for drinks + food, 2 inside drink bars, 1 patisserie with ice cream + desserts, there is also a nice coffee stand with smiling staff where you get hot/cold coffee or noncoffein chocolate drink.
I must say that we were pleased with the quality and taste of food, here they really know how prepare meals. I am not a big fan of lamb meat but here is so well prepared that I did not even recognized its lamb and considered it beef. :D We had a ala carte dinner included with our stay - you can choose turkish, italian, asian and sea food restaurant. We went for Italian and were not dissapointed. Delicious.
Overall all the staff is really friendly. Special compliments go to Mrs. "baker" who prepares Gözleme pancakes at the beach bar. I always came to ask for sugar pancakes and she prepared them for me + she was always smiling :). Also we were satisfied with the Lady hostess at the restaurant in Premium building who was also always smiling and welcoming us to enjoy our meals. What a warm environment.
There are CATS in the area!
Animation team does great job to enjoy your stay more. Throughout the day you can play boccia, volleyball, shoot airgun, etc. and in the evening there is always a performance at the amphitheater whether it is a magician, acrobats, dancers or live music. On the day of our departure there was happenning October fest. I was sad that we had to leave however all programs were perfect and animators like Amine or Falcon were very fine. The rest of the team too but I forgot names. :(
The gym is also fine, being it a hotel gym the equipment is good. In the hotel you can find free sauna + masage offers.
Now to downsides:
The hotel is in "city" so there will be city noise no matter where your room will be. It is not critical but it is not a quiet area, be prepared for it.
Lift:
The lifts in premium building are something. There is around 180 rooms in this building with only 2 lifts. Only few people use stairs so the lifts are always busy and the programing is weird.
For example: my wife wanted from floor L lobby to 5th floor - the lift went to 4th floor then to basement and then to 5th floor, also the right lift is shaky and makes noise when starting to move.
We were not feeling safe in the lifts. Basically we ended up walking up the stairs to upper 7th floor (looby + A floor + 5 floors of rooms) every time.
Showers:
Staying on top floor we have experienced unstable water pressure and temperature in shower. Nothing terrible or dangerous but noticable. It was caused probably because of many people taking shower at the same time.
Suggestion for hotel managment:
On beach there are sunbeds + sunshades / umbrellas - if you want shadow, as the sun goes throughout the day, you have to roll around the umbrella which is not comfy and considerable to other people on the beach. Is there any chance that the umbrellas might be changed for a permanent shadow ceiling - that way you have shadow all day.
Overall this was a lovely experience and we would definitelly come again. The food was probably the best we ever had, areas well maintained and staff very friendly. Thank you.

The hotel has a beautiful beach and the rooms are quite decent. The food is generally okay, although the lunches could be better. You’re only allowed to take beer and wine to the beach, which feels a bit limiting. However, the biggest issue was the staff’s complete lack of response when someone was shining a powerful green laser from a balcony at people by the pool. This is not only extremely disturbing but also dangerous for the eyes. I reported it, but the hotel never responded. I was really disappointed by their indifference to guest safety. Lukas

Extremely disappointing stay. When we arrived we were waiting on our room for 2,5 hours to be cleaned however when we came in it was still dirty and the rooms were not clean properly from the previous guests , hygiene was clearly not a priority, and the furniture was old and falling apart especially the bathroom. The food was bland, lacked variety, not fresh and usually lunch and dinner were served defrosted. The entire resort felt neglected and far below the standard it advertises. When it comes to kids entertainment the only positive thing was a mini disco and nothing else. We left very unhappy and will definitely never return , I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and for it is definitely not worth the money.

Someone stole our own towels. They were near the pool/aqua park in the afternoon and around the time the staff cleaned the zone, they disappeared. Staff didn't help. Only when I said I'll write a negative review, the manager came and promised to look at the cameras and said she'll let us know what happened. But she didn't - probably because she saw who stole them.
+ Other than that negative experience, the hotel and the pools are fine. Rooms were clean (but the bath was worn out). Plenty of stuff for kids to do and spend time on. Every night there was some kid-friendly event.
- The food is not that good for a 5 star hotel. It barely changed for 7 days. Almost every fish was burned and bitter every day. Just don't expect good fish or sea food. Don't bother with the a la carte restaurants. The "sea night" at the main restaurant was a total joke. Same desserts 7 days. Same 2-3 soups 7 days.
- The food is organized very bad in the restaurant and on every lunch/dinner there's a huge line where you have to wait for 10-20 minutes to get to the main dishes.
- no alcohol-free beer. In a 5-star hotel.
