The hotel is well located and offers bike and pushchair hire. Varied breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet and a la cart restaurant which I didn't visit. The staff are the best thing about this hotel. Everyone is very kind and patient with children.
The pools are clean, the water didn't damage my hair as it usually does, and the toboggans are ideal for both small children and adults. My little 3-year-old grandson went alone (with a float, of course). Children's discos and shows every night.

We stayed at this hotel with my partner and his family for 1 week. From the first moment everything was fantastic. The staff is really nice I have to mention Mustafa from the beach bar,he is so smiley and helpful all the time. The Hotel is well equipped,the cleaners came everyday and changed all the towels and refilled our minibar. There are a lot of choice of food and drink all day. The beach is clean and perfect just as the pools. We went there with a big smile in our face and came home even with a bigger smile and with a lot of memories. I would like to thank the entire staff who worked and did a lot to make our vacation beautiful.
We will definitely come back one day and will recommend this hotel to our friends. Thanks again and I wish a good season for everyone.

We were doubtful because of the bad reviews we read, but we are really glad we still booked. We stayed there last week and had a great time.
The staff is really nice and helpful. Especially at the bar.
We booked a massage at the hotel (woman named era), it was really nice and relaxing. It costs about €25 for 30 mins with the classic massage. The guy upstairs shows you more expensive prices and is a bit pushy, but downstairs the tariffs are cheaper when you go to pay. (The usual 'special price for you').
The pool and beach were great. Just watch the opening time at the slides (we thought they were closed for a day, but missed the sign). It was not as busy when we went, so the sun beds were not a problem to get during the day.
You can smoke almost anywhere, just not inside and in the pool.
The free transfers to Alanya are great and there's lots to do there.
We had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend. Just remember to bring a bit of cash for the tipping culture there.

This hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed in, so relaxed atmosphere. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Maid service was daily and they were lovely. The hotel offered plenty of services and there's a lot to do in and around, the beach was literally a stones throw away and I will definitely be going back hopefully with my grandkids. You won't be disappointed 😁👍♥️

I recently stayed at the Grand Captain Hotel in Alanya, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From breakfast to dinner, the buffet offered everything from local Turkish specialties to international favorites, all beautifully presented. The chefs clearly take pride in their work, and it shows.
Special mention goes to the management, who were not only welcoming but incredibly efficient and friendly. They made us feel at home and ensured that any small request or concern was addressed immediately and with a smile.
