Worst all inclusive hotel I have ever been to. If you follow a vegetarian diet, then strictly avoid this place. Food is low quality, and not everything is even labeled properly. Doesn't matter what alcoholic drink you order everything seems to be diluted to save the cost. Facilities are not bad and the animation team is great. In general the staff at the reception is okish with an exception to the guy at the guest relation desk. He seems to actually least care about the guests and showing attitude instead of trying to accommodate customer requests. Help yourself and invest your time and money perhaps at a better property.

AMAZING!!! I will simply start with first step in to the reception. The first thing they asking you is: "Are you hungry? Go take some food and come back to check in." Impressive 😀
Regarding the room please see the pictures... Says it all 👌🏻
Staff are very friendly the place answering perfect on 5 start hotel 🏨 (please avoid reading comments regarding lowering the stars of the premises there is world criteria and if you don't reach it you will not have your stars.)
The hygiene is a really in high level!
Food very delicious 🤤 very rich salad bar all the time fresh vegetables and fruits.
Different type of bread, traditional cooked food.
You will always find what to eat it's impossible to starve...
Regarding drinks all work as everywhere for all inclusive... You want be thirsty either... Bartenders are very attractive, sadly very little people tip...
Regarding the spa in the hotel highly recommended all the heating rooms steam and salt souna, Turkish bath with the foam massage and the relaxing massage. Amazing experience. They definitely know how to look after people. Five star reviews is not enough if there was a option for seven I will leave seven.

I came here with my 3 cousins, aunt, uncle, mum and dad and my sister. I would like to start with the positive things. When we first came into the resort, we had our bags taken to our rooms and the staff were friendly. the pools were nice and big, however we did get a lot of dirty looks. The rooms were big and spacious. It would get clean everyday and nothing was stolen. Now onto the bad things. Firstly I would like to start with the food. ABSOLUTELY disgusting. I’ve never had such disgusting food in my entire life!! The chips were cold and raw and NOTHING had seasoning and the staff didn’t even care. The waiters were mostly friendly only the adults. A young man named sehrat was absolutely horrible. Me and my cousins were sitting on a table and we had rubbish on it. Him and his girl friend and man friend looked at us and started laughing they didn’t even bother come cleaning it. They were absolutely rude! I had to slam it onto another table and then they came to clean it. Me and my cousins swam everyday and In the pool with the slides, we drowned. THERE WAS NO LIFE GUARDS. !! My cousin also got stuck on the slide. She was 7. There were cats and one had an eye infection. the mini fun fair was never open. We went to the last floor and there was a puddle of water at the bottom. We got chased by a member of staff for exploring the hotel. The spa man that was there was very rude and called us annoying to our parents. There was a cat on my floor and it gave birth to a couple baby cats. Every child and person would come to my door because it gave birth right out my door and we got ding dong ditched. There was also a woman who abused another child and the staff didn’t care. At night no staff would help out and most were drunk. Thanks for reading.

Where do I begin?
In theory this resort had everything, but everything is run down, old, in need of refurbishment or just plain dangerous.
Family hotel:
It is NOT a family hotel.
Loud music playing outside until about 1am every night.
People talking and slamming doors on the corridors throughout the night.
Asked for a blanket around 8pm and was delivered to my room at 11:30pm.
Other travellers:
Mostly Russians and Germans.
Hence why staff can barely speak and understand English, but they are quick to chat in Russian.
Resort itself:
Definitely for 5 stars.
I would say 3 stars at most.
Rooms are small and in need of repairs.
The wardrobe barely closes, the door to the balcony barely opens, the shower holder is broken, etc, etc.
Rust all around the swimming pool and exposed electric switches around
Staff is overall rude.
Had one guy come to the swimming pool around 6pm ( that's when the pool is closing) yelling davai davai....and that was it.
Asked for more grilled meats, the guy on the grill started to sho me and started cursing in Turkish.
Same for ice cream from the vendor.
General area:
We found this place to be in the middle of nowhere.
You can take a bus or a taxi to the nearest "bazar", but for them bazar is pretty much a collection of 3 shops in a line.
There are some malls close by, but nothing special to see.
We had the general feeling that everyone is trying to rip us off.
Had a lunch meal in a local shop once: €50 for 3 drinks and a mixed grill and barely had any food.
Like I said, constant feeling people are trying to rip us off.
Food (all-inclusive)
My God the food is boring at best.
Basically if you didn't like it at lunch, you are not going to like it at dinner as well because it will be the exact same thing.
The meats are very low quality, so low that most of meats cannot be eaten.
Deserts are your standard cakes and baclavas.
Overall the food is terrible.
But there is an a-la-cart restaurant on the premises.....that doesn't serve food.... unless you book it in advance at the reception....but you are only allowed to do this 1 per week....so useless basically.
If you don't like the food, there aren't many other choices.
Extra activities:
We bought 2 additional tours from the hotel: 1 trip to the Magnavat village and one trip to the Green Canyon.
The bus was stopping at all the pre-defined places just to make you spend spend spend:
They stopped at a "bazaar" which was literally a big shop with Adidas and Nike clothes...waste of time.
Stopped at a mosque and at a little waterfall as well which were nice, but only 30min stay at the nice places and 1h+ stay at the shops so they can make some money off you.
The trip to the Green Canyon was a scam, they ended up taking us to the Green River which is basically not a nice place.
I would avoid this place and Alanya in general.

SPA Treatments is the best thing going for this place! Spa staff excellent and treats everyone with so much respect and dignity.
As for the rooms they are filthy. We had a smell coming from the pipes. Horrible! Bedroom decor was nice however the beds are not clean. Hotel staff not cleaning properly. Someone's trousers were left in our room from previous person. Jacuzzi in room had a black ring around it when we arrived. When asked can someone clean it they said we would have to wait til the following day! We cleaned it ourselves! I would not say this is a 5 star. More like 2/3! The spa is 5 star most definitely 👌!!!
The food at this hotel was horrible. Not very diverse food aswell! Alot of people complain about the food. Fruits were my bestfriend on this mini vacation. The entertainment was okay. However not very diverse considering a variety of people come to vacation here.
I would only come back to this hotel for the spa treatments. First time in Turkey and not very impressed.
I cannot forget the cats roaming around the hotel and jumping for food in the café. Not acceptable. They say no pets however has loads of cats sleeping on the chairs and all over the hotel. This was bizarre!
