Fantastic experience, good sized room, cleaned every day, food was fresh and good quality, bar staff were really friendly and tried very hard to please the guests, one barman in the sunset bar was absolutely fantastic (Benjamin) couldn’t do more and had great attitude and took pride in his job and made you feel special! Also the waiter on rollerblades was brilliant in customer service and kept coming over to ask what we wanted to drink and kept our refreshments topped up constantly poolside. The only small negative was the restaurant manager in the ala carte restaurant was a bit rude to me one night when we wanted to book a table and he said IMPOSSIBLE
Then my partner spoke to a lovely waitress there by the name of I think Anyar who said come back in 45 mins and then we were served by her faultlessly
So in conclusion a 99.9 percent great experience and will definitely revisit this resort again
And is worthy of my 5 star review

I recently stayed at Asteria Family Resort and I have to say the overall experience was absolutely fantastic – the resort itself, the facilities, the food, everything was top-notch. Truly one of the best holiday complexes I’ve visited.
The entertainment and activities team deserves a special mention – they were absolutely amazing, full of energy, and honestly the best I’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world. They made every day fun and unforgettable.
That being said, I was genuinely shocked by the attitude of some of the bartenders at the pool bar. While not every staff member was like this, a few of them were unbelievably rude, arrogant, and disrespectful – easily the worst service I’ve ever encountered in my life. It really stood out in contrast to how amazing everything else at the resort was.
If the management could address this issue with the bar staff, this place would honestly be close to perfect.

We just came back from our stay at this hotel and honestly, it was really great overall. The place is huge – it takes about 1.5 km to walk around the whole area, so there’s plenty of space to explore. The hotel is surrounded by green areas, which makes it feel peaceful even when it’s busy.
There are three big pools, all well-maintained and with lots of space to relax. If you’re traveling with kids, they’ll love the children’s pool with slides – our little ones had a blast there every day.
The beach is another highlight – big, clean, and full of sunbeds. Even though there were a lot of guests, we never had a problem finding free loungers. The huge size of the hotel really helps spread people out, so it never felt crowded.
A fun bonus: free ice cream at the beach bar from 12 to 4 PM – such a nice treat in the heat!
The only real downside was at check-in. We didn’t get any info about the hotel or activities, so we had to figure everything out ourselves. A welcome brochure or short overview would’ve been super helpful.
All in all, we had an awesome time and would definitely go back. Just hope they improve the check-in experience to make things smoother from the start!

It is a great option for a holiday where you don’t have anything to worry about. the staff is great and do a very good job. The rooms are comfy but for some they might not be up to theyre standards but thats what you have to accept visiting such country. Overall we had a amazing stay and almost nothing to complain about .

Asteria Family Resort turned out to be a very good choice for the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food had plenty of variety, and the pools were well kept. Staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a solid family-friendly hotel that offers great value without cutting corners.
