All around amazing experience. From the moment you come to the driveway and see the Rolls Royce's on the parking lot, and the very attentive staff that welcomes you in to the hotel. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage effortlessly to the reception and spend our day by the pool. We checked-in at around 2PM with Murat (who was a complete gentleman) and he was able to get us an upgrade to a sea view room. The rooms and the whole hotel was just renovated a month ago, so everything was brand new and shiny. The view was spectacular - you had the whole pool area, ocean and mountains before your eyes. There's 4 different pools and the pool bar has quite nice selection of tasty food and drinks. The hotel also has one of the best gyms I've ever seen in a hotel, Turkish and Finnish saunas and couple of restaurants which were pretty good too.
The breakfast buffet.. where do I even start, wide range of everything and very tasty. Very attentive staff that makes sure you have enough coffee, tea, juice, whatever you need.
Would 100% recommend! Big shoutout to the big chief Murat at the reception!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel recently for 2 nights and had a fantastic experience.
The hotel lobby was huge and spacious, immediately giving a sense of comfort and luxury upon arrival. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of choices, and dining outdoors was truly special - the magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea with the mountains in the backgroud made every meal memorable.
Our room was bright, clean, and very spacious, with a large balcony where I could sit back, relax, and enjoy the splendid weather. The staff were extremely professional and friendly, always making us feel welcome throughtout the day. In fact, the speed at which in-room dining was delivered amazed us!
Another highlight was the gym - it was huge, spotless, and very well-equipped with a wide range of machines and equipment, perfect for a good workout.
We genuinely wished we could have stayed longer. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we would gladly return for another stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 3 nights and I have to say this hotel exceeded expectations. The staff are highly professional and kind. The location is spot on. The hotel itself isn’t overwhelmingly large. The rooms are a great size and it’s clear they’ve undergone renovations to a high standard. The beds are comfy and the sheets and pillows are luxurious. We booked a sea view room with views of the pool. The breakfasts were legendary I’d say- so fresh and tasty. I thought I’d treat myself to a massage and it did not disappoint. I really felt pampered and more relaxed. The hotel hosts live music every night in the jazz bar, poolside. I would say this is great if that’s your thing but the only downside for me was the music was very loud and I couldn’t keep my balcony door open as I slept because of it. The band did finish up at midnight but I would recommend the hotel find an alternative location for live music so as to not disturb all guests. It really didn’t put me off however and I would thoroughly come back without hesitation! Great hotel, great service. Thank you so much! 🫶🏼

New!
I stayed here for one night during a business trip and it was a great choice. The hotel has just been renovated — it even smells new. Everything was spotless and modern. The room was comfortable, quiet with a great view.

Akra Hotel was an unforgettable stay. The views of the Mediterranean Sea were absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel itself was super luxurious. We especially loved the pools, the private beach, and the gym - it had one of the best equipment selections we came across in Turkey.
It’s just outside the city center, but only a quick 10-15 minute taxi ride to the Old Town and main shopping centres. Totally worth it for the peaceful atmosphere and unbeatable views.
