Amazing hotel. A unique view from the hotel that you will never get tired of. Food was very tasty and varied. There was also traditional Turkish food. The alcohol was also good and I enjoyed many cocktails. The staff was super friendly. Every night there is an entertainment show. Free bus to the beach. There is also a bus to Alanya for 2.50 euros one way. Everything was clean and tidy. The room was small, but the balcony and the view from the room were unique and unforgettable. The internet was excellent and very fast, even on the beach there was internet. Great service.

Nice hotel but boring for families. Everything closes too early. Gym doesn't open on sundays and neither does the spa. No mini bar or iron. Water slides open only about 4 hrs each day. Pool entertainment consists of darts and zumnba everyday. Majority of staff are miserable. Considering it's an all inclusive holiday, Everything is limited. Bar selection is limited. Nothing to do apart from sunbathe all day or go to your room. Although The food was ok, it is actually the same every day and basic. No theme nights. I called for room service and the guy said no English. Some staff were kind and friendly. I wouldn't recommend it as a family hotel because eventually it's repetitive and boring for the kids. Also they allow people to go and put towels on their sunbeds early morning while they go back to their rooms or go and get breakfast. Meaning they're reserving the sunbeds. Some don't come out for hours. I have to say, if you have allergies, they take it really serious. This was impressive.

I emailed this information but I didn’t get a reply back from the hotel unfortunately. So I want to warn you about this. We were talked to at the pool by Harun and were promised a great trip to Alanya. It was all under the impression it was from the hotel service. He also wore his hotel uniform. We would visit different stores and it would all take place from 17.00 till 20.00. He even said we were just in time for dinner when we get back. We would start off by a store that was his brother’s. He told us we didn’t have to buy anything if we didn’t want to, but would be nice tho. We were fine with that. I asked very clear if it was free or that I really didn’t have to buy anything. He ensured this. We went the next day to the agreed spot to wait for the car. Once we got there it was the typical market expierence. They wanted to sell everything to you. I didn’t mind, I kind of expected that. I asked the minute I saw something nice, how much it would cost. But he kept saying it would be a “special price”. At the end we wanted three items of this fake brand stuff. They asked us €100. A ridiculous price. I just started laughing. The seller became really angry with a aggressive tone. He started saying: “ we took you here by car and now you have to buy something”. And then I wasn’t feeling friendly anymore. I told him this wasn’t what was promised and started talking about feeling like it’s a scam, and that Harun (the guy who set this up) wore the hotel tag at the pool and that he shouldn’t have done this in order of the hotel. It started to calm down a bit when I mentioned the hotel. It all happened in the back of the shop, and I felt really cornered. 3 employees of the shop surrounded us, and it felt like we couldn’t go anywhere. I was really relieved my boyfriend was with me, other wise I would have felt extremely anxious. They were really mad and I felt like I couldn’t go anywhere. I felt my stomach turn. My senses just said I was in a bad situation. It’s ridiculous to feel this way on a holiday. We payed for the stuff (still way too much money). The seller even stood next to us at the ATM. It all felt really wrong. and right after we payed, the driver said we should go back to the hotel because he had to pick up other guests from the hotel. So around 18.00 we were back there. Far from the 20.00 what was promised. But we didn’t even care anymore because our mood wasn’t feeling like shopping anymore. He just wanted to bring us there to scam us and bring us back to the hotel. The intention never was to make it an nice event. The hotel really should know about this, because I don’t want any other guest will have to expierence something like this.

Definitely not 5* , won't be staying here again, can't even get hot water. Trying to get anything done or even information is hard. Only second full day, had to be moved rooms as first one was a disgrace, second one no hot water apart from first thing in a morning. Room telephone not working, reported didn't get fixed, so reported again let's see what happens. Going up and down in lifts for room service and to complain with it not working. We are disabled travellers who need hot water to soak in to help pain levels they have been told this but don't care. Staff are rude and have a can't be bothered attitude. If you want even just the basics like hot water don't stay here as you won't get it.

Overall, this residence was OK and had a reasonable price. Positive aspects included the water park and excellent breakfast, as well as the Turkish bath. However, there were some negative points, such as the lack of coordination among the staff and some broken items in the accommodation, like the shower. We said several times regarding the broken shower, but they didn't pay any attention, so we replaced it ourselves. The internet speed in unit 188-3 was very poor. The unit we booked looked quite different from the pictures we saw before booking. Despite these issues, it was tolerable for us, as our main purpose was to visit family and we preferred to spend good time together.
