Our stay at Raga Fine Dining Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and offered a great variety each day. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The cocktails were exceptional, and the rooms were beautifully maintained and cleaned daily. One of the highlights was the brilliant app system, allowing us to conveniently order food and drinks straight to our table or sunbed – a fantastic touch that made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, excellent service, and outstanding cuisine.
Special greetings to Musa and Can - you made our stay even more memorable. Kacper from Poland.

Me personally, I dont see this hotel as a 5 star hotel. Ive listed my pros and cons for each section
Rooms
+ easy to locate and get to
+ good size, alot of storage.
+ nice mini fridge with free drinks, though wasnt a fan of the beer but that's to do with me.
● neutral as my own opinion. No iron in the room. Would've been nice to iron out creases on my clothes before going out. We brought our own little one but doesnt do much compared to a proper one.
- light in bathroom was spasming, good job we dont have epilepsy.
- temperature gauge on shower is extremely sensitive, can easily burn yourself if you turn it slightly too far.
- bed was very uncomfortable, woke up with back pain everyday.
- despite how nice the cleaners are, we noticed they dont properly clean the bed. We had gotten suncream on the bed and was still there even after the cleaners had been.
- Pillows were awkward sizes, 1 pillow wasnt enough but then 2 was too high.
- very small and thin "duvet", I get its warm but it was more for comfort. And it does get cold with the Ac at night.
-Ac turns itself on and off when it wants, even when manually turning off, it'll turn back on itself later.
- sea view wasnt much of a sea view, have to look in between crevices of buildings to see it.
- no main light, only bedside lights or a small one above the mirror, not enough to properly light the room when its darker.
- Door was so awkward, first half easy to open but past that point it feels like youre pushing against someone.
- late check out room we moved to was awful. No hand soap, shower head kept falling of the holder. Extremely tight space in the bathroom. Porch area was nearly bigger than the entire room.
- phones dont work, or not clear on how. We tried calling reception as they offered to collect our bags from room, couldn't call as it just hummed at you regardless.
Service
+ cleaners were so nice. also made some very nice towel animals for us, such as elephant or a turtle.
+ all the staff were nice. Happy to try and answer any questions
+ food was gorgeous, we were surprised with how nice some of the food was.
+ they allow their local cats on site and they are so lovely. They loved to be petted and fussed and we gave them some bland meat from the buffet and no staff said anything against it so that's a Win for me.
+ managed to help us with late check out.
● neutral- alcohol drinks such as rum and coke, they go overboard with the alcohol, which is fine if you want to get drunk but taste wise we dont want a too strong of a drink.
● neutral. The staff hold activities such as volleyball, gym, aquasports etc and they do haggle to get people to join, almost making you feel guilty to not join as all you want to do is relax.
- drink service inconsistent. Sometimes they arrive fine within a couple of mins. Other times they take 30 mins or not at all. Then you think they lost it, you order it again, then they bring both out at the same time.
- they allow hagglers from local businesses on site. its not something you want to bothered with or be guilt tripped to doing.
- they have signs to say not to reserve towels on the deck chairs at the pool with them saying theyll just remove the towels. This is an empty threat, people still went down at 6am to reserve and their towels were left alone.
Location
+ 5-10 min walk from the beach. Access to a private portion of the beach.
+ some nice local businesses
+ alot of cats near the area that love to be petted
+ lobby and bar area look really nice.
- putting under location, the building looks a little run down in areas. Such as paint pealing, loose sockets, faded posters and signs.
- there was a jewelry shop but no sign to say it was closed.
- instructions on how to get the private beach weren't clear and we had to make it up.
Up to me, this hotel would be a high 3 or low 4 star hotel which is still good for what we paid. But compared to other 5s ive been at, this just doesnt hit the 5 star mark for me.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived. Location is great as is only 5 minutes walk to the beach where there are lots of restaurants and shops. The entertainment was great !! Big shoutout to Yasmin who works there. She is amazing at her job and made our holiday 10/10. Big shoutout to muhammet also who went above and beyond for us !! When sat around pool a waiter would come around all the time with drinks for everyone and would always ask if your okay or if there is anything you needed. I can’t remember his name began with a B always making people laugh!! Best hotel we have ever been to. Thank you

Just back from a week at The Raga Side, this hotel is brilliant. We were told it was fully booked but never felt busy could always get a sunbed at the beach or either pool. We stay in the beach part of the hotel which was brilliant for access to the beach and the beach cafe for lunch and evening entertainment. I can't not fault the food or the service a great selection and the QR code via their app is brilliant drink bought straight to the beach or your table.
We will definitely be returning in the near future.
