The staff were very polite, the rooms were very spacious and clean, and the sumptuous food were so delicious...spoilt for choices at every meal time. The theme park was so fun! All details of children friendly vacation have been well thought through. Staff are very friendly, respectful and accommodating. Food was very tasty and had a lot of variety. Hotel utilises technology in every aspect of their services to enhance customer experience. There are hourly activities for the children, which build upon cognitive and social development of children. The architecture truly feels magical. Price is truly well worth considering the overall benefits. Recommend The Land of Legends to everyone.

The hotel is gorgeous for families with children. For children, this is simply paradise without exaggeration. The amusement park, game room, play station, evening show and animators will forever remain pleasant memories. As for the restaurant, the food is of the highest quality, variety and taste is excellent. Everyone will find something tasty for themselves, a lot of fish. There are a lot of tasty things for children. For adults there is a bar with live music in the evenings. Special thanks to barmen Ramazan and hello to our mutual friends from London. It was amazing holiday!

The room had too much going on in terms of design. The lady who cleaned our room was pissed off because we politely asked her to clean an area she missed. We eventually tipped her when she completed however she walked off and spoke some words angrily in her turkish language without saying thank you for the tip. I stayed in room 1105 it constantly had plumbing issues. We called for a plumber almost every day as the toilet water won't fill to allow flushing. They came to try and fix. It worked for a bit, and it stopped. If you arrive late to the hotel after 9pm, the food option they have was leftover it was not nice at all. Theme park 8/10 Breakfast 10/10 Lunch 4/10 Dinner 10/10 The hotel needs to hire an EDI team. Products such as shampoo and conditioner were not catered for people of colors hair type. Some staff need training on equality and diversity. No entertainment team managing the kids No free food at the theme park even if you paid for all inclusive. Too much sugar everywhere, no fruits for kids, just constantly offering ice cream to the kids. Most of the orange juice is not fresh, they pour from a carton and they tell you fresh juice. Thru need to coordinate the dining area, people bumping Into each other. Food was quiet repetitive each day they cooked same stuff. They need to consider adults mental health and allow better room service if you do not wish to go to the dining area. PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING. STAYING AT THE THEME PARK IS A BAD DECISION, ITS BETTER TO STAY AT RIXOS . NO ACTIVITIES FOR BABIES NO SEPARATE AREA FOR TEENAGERS TO HANG OUT, THE GAMES LINED ON THE CORRIDORS WAS TOO NOISY. Will I return again, probably not Will I recommend to other parents no.

Awful, awful rude staff. I paid £1800 for three nights, upon entering the room the room bar door as open and not filled. The next day I go to my room and see a large bill. I questioned this and was sent photos of my items in my room and was told that we had used these items and therefore we must pay I was flabbergasted as first of all someone had been in my room going through my stuff but secondly I hadn't taken this stuff from their bar, colgate Toothbrush is a normal toothbrush which you purchase from other places and the crisps I had purchased from the shop in their hotel downstairs. Someone had gone lurking in my room through my stuff taking photos and I was spoken to so rudely and insinuated that I was a liar and must pay 1900 Turkish lira for things which I hadn't used as the cupboard didn't have that stock and wasn't even closed when I went in the room. If I had used the stuff why wouldn't I pay 20 pounds where I had paid 1800 for the room. The guest relations lady was rude and unhelpful and tried to embarrass me. She lied that the photo taken of a full stock cupboard was my room before I checked in but I knew it wasn't so I insisted on seeing the time stamp, they then admitted it was a stock photo after lying they took that photo of my room befor3 I checked in I am in tears, such a horrible experience. Honestly I've had better stays in other hotels and they treat customers so bad here in comparison to other places. Avoid at all costs
