i recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, there were a few issues that affected our overall stay.
One of the main concerns was being charged extra for a family room, despite already booking and paying for two separate rooms. It felt unnecessary and a bit unfair. Additionally, the main light in the room was oddly placed and didn’t provide proper lighting.
There were also some maintenance issues — the television remote didn’t work, and the air conditioner had very limited functionality. The shower pressure was extremely harsh, making it uncomfortable to use. We did report both the TV remote and shower issue to the reception, but unfortunately, no action was taken during our stay.
As for the food, it was decent but quite repetitive. The menu didn’t offer much variety, which became a bit tiresome over time.
Overall, while the hotel had some good points, particularly the cleanliness, the service and facilities could definitely use improvement.
I would say that BURAK, was very entertaining & very energetic.

I've travelled a lot of places in my life and been to turkey 5 times but wasn't as impressed compared to the price I paid. £729pp for 4 people and 2 rooms but 1 person couldn't make it so they automatically removed the room even though we never asked for that and upon arrival they told us we only had 1 double room for 3 grown adults. We then proceeded to pay £213 extra for a family room which is basically 1 big room with 2 seperate small rooms leading to £942 for 3 people in an apparent 5* hotel. I've been to genuine 5 star hotels and this is not 5*. 4 at best. Leading to the room itself. TV remote didn't work, air conditioning didn't have many options on it (expected from a 5*), pay extra for the safe and shower pressure and temperature was all over the place (which was asked to be fixed but didn't) . In terms of food and beverage both alcohol and non alcoholic was quite good, variety of options but not good enough vegan or vegetarian options. The entertainment was quite good, wide variety of different entertainers embracing different cultures. The hotel staff were good with customer service but a lot more was expected from a 5* hotel. English wasn't good for a lot of the workers. Best worker by far was BURAK, elite performance in engaging clients in activities, very talkative and friendly and outgoing. The manager seemed to be quite rude and angry most of the time but benefit of the doubt given. Overall I would give it a 3.5 out of 5 because it was no where near what I would expect from a 5* hotel and I don't know how it actually got 5*'s. I may come across picky but from a 5* hotel a lot more was expected. Cleanliness of the room was very good so no complaints there. Last points I forgot to mention. Food was good but overtime got a bit repetitive and the lighting in the room was extremely dim for some reason.

I will not recommend this hotel!!!
We arrived early in the morning and the room wasn’t ready. 2 toddlers with us, we had to sleep at the entrance in a chair!!! The food was repeatedly, every day the same food, in the end of our holiday we couldn’t eat normally because there was nothing tasty!!! They didn’t accept to let us to stay longer in our hotel room, we said that we can add money, ( we asked because the flight was 15 h after the check out) . My 2 years old son was sick, but for them that wasn’t a problem to ask me to leave the room. So we stay at the beach 10 h, with a sick toddler, no room, no service no toilets close to us, and then we went to the airport.
I believe that we will not come back to Turkey after this experience!!!!!

not even one person knows how to speak English. first day here today and AC doesn't work. we checked in at 12am in midnight and got told they'll be giving us "late breakfast". half hour later we get a slice of bread with cucumber like wtf. so we paid extra for a balcony with a "sea view" but instead our view is some trees. like seriously people avoid this hotel unless your Russian as they're all Russian here.

Totally disappointed with the hotel - currently staying here for long-awaited family vacation, which is totally spoiled by the unprofessional attitude of hotel management.
Upon arrival we were placed to the rooms which are in the gallery next to the first building of the hotel - dirty, poorly refurbished like in very cheap roadside hotel. Just on the day after next we were settled to the “normal” rooms in the newer building, which are generally not bad for seaside vacation, but nothing to do with 5-star hotel - very cheap furniture, linen, bathroom equipment, just liquid soap dispensers are “hotel cosmetics”.
After couple of days air conditioner stopped working, it took one day to attract lobby staff to the issue, which appeared to be serious and require service of main unit of air conditioner, which is not completed yet. I.e. with temp outside up to 32 C we have no climate control in the room. While it cost us 400 EUR a day for two rooms, which is unacceptable.
And I have never seen before hotel staff that indifferent and even irritated to guests requests. Most of them are in dirty uniform, and sometimes quite smelly, which is disgusting when you pass by in the hotel restaurant.
It was huge mistake to select this hotel, but I assume this is common thing for current Turkish riviera hotels
