Our stay at the hotel has been wonderful! The water slides and aqua park are fantastic for both children and adults. The food is plentiful, varied, and there is something for everyone. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the cleanliness throughout the resort is very good. Special thanks to the waiter at the bistro Mertcan in the evenings – an exceptionally friendly, kind, and dedicated person. You can see that he truly enjoys his job, and almost every evening he makes us feel welcome and happy. His positive attitude and excellent service made our evenings even more enjoyable. As a suggestion, I would mention two things. For early risers like me, it would be great to have access to coffee before the restaurant opens. Also, it would be nice to have music around the other pools during the day, not only at the main pool. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and would gladly visit this hotel again!

We were there one week ago. The hotel was nice, food was delicious. Animation team was very nice and friendly. The pool area was clean and nice. However, beds were not so good. The beds were hard, the blankets were very thin and the hotel walls are probably made of cardboards :D But we still enjoyed our holiday there, thank you very much Kahya :)

This is the third year in a row we have been to the amazing Kahya Hotel. Everything is top notch. Special thanks to Ayşe and her team of animators. The room is standard, cleaned and decorated daily. The program in the amphitheater is varied and interesting. Thank you all for the great vacation. See you next year.

Be careful with the doctor available at the hotel. In my experience, they tend to send guests to the hospital for almost everything because they receive a commission for referrals. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience myself.
My daughter had a bump on her head, and instead of providing basic first aid or properly assessing the situation, the doctor immediately tried to scare me into taking her to the hospital as quickly as possible. It felt like the health and wellbeing of my daughter was not the main priority, but rather the commission they receive for every patient they refer to the hospital.I had the feeling they did not provide any first aid because they simply did not know what they were supposed to do.

We had a wonderful holiday here. Staff amazing. The food was very good. Pools always clean. The kids club was the best. Will definitely go back. We really enjoyed the shows in the amphitheater. It is a bit far to drive from airport. The area around was not nice, but we did not need to go out
