It’s a nice resort, but it doesn’t really meet the standards of a 5-star hotel.
I really liked the staff, they are friendly and do their job well.
The pools are clean and suitable for all categories. I also enjoyed the fact that near the resort there is a mosque – the prayers and chants could be heard beautifully.
Although the food is plentiful and varied, perhaps a bit more pork and beef would make it even better. Or even some cold cuts. Honestly, I was also expecting a Doner and many other things.
The sea… although the water is warm and has a beautiful blue color, access to the sea is difficult, full of concrete slabs with large holes. Without aqua shoes, you risk having an accident, as it actually happened to several people during the days we stayed there. The beach is clean and well maintained. We also enjoyed the cats on the beach terrace.
The rooms could be improved; they are not 5-star rooms. In fact, in the family rooms there is a musty smell.
The air conditioning does not work at the temperature you set – even if you adjust it, the low temperature remains the same. Because of this, you can easily catch a cold.
The location is not a big plus, but it didn’t bother me too much – there is transportation available. Also, the nearby shops are well stocked and reasonably priced.
Overall, it is a nice place for someone who is not too demanding, but it is definitely NOT a 5-star hotel.

Hotel is pretty nice, however the comfort of the beds is terrible. Mattress and pillows are too hard, it gave me back pain. During Check in the workers at the reception were very unfriendly and stared + made comments about my body and thought I could not understand them. I felt very humiliated. It’s also a shame that ice cream by the pool is not all inclusive. The worst part about this whole trip was, that everyone in my family including me got food poisoning from the food here.

Nice amazing family hotel ! Stay with children very nice, lots of activity. Nice place, quiet, good music. Good cocktails here and food very good. We very liked activities with animators , especially Diana; she is amazing, she is always smiling positive and funny ! She gave us good memories to take home with us

really enjoyed my stay at the Kahya Hotel Alanya. The hotel itself was great, and the food was very delicious. The service at the bar and during meals was always very polite and friendly. However, it can be a bit stressful to find a place to sit during meals, as it gets very crowded. Unfortunately, the room service wasn’t the best – they mostly just changed the towels and did a quick clean. But it depends on the staff, because there were also some who did a very good job; we just had bad luck with one of them.
The pool was beautiful, and the slides were a lot of fun. The beach was nice too, although the stones in the water were a bit annoying.

The hotel was beautiful, it was kept very clean .Apparently one of the staff said that there were 500 working at the hotel .Staff were so friendly and made you feel very special. The rooms were lovely , food was nice and lots of it , wasn't so keen on the cocktails , wasn't a lot of choice and weren't too good .But that aside we really enjoyed our stay .The spa was lovely however the girls did a lot of chatting amount themselves which didn't make it feel that relaxing .
The cleaning staff were always cleaning and the bar staff restaurant staff and entertainment staff were so friendly and helpful. My only thing was the hotel rep was a real salesman , he was very helpful and answered questions straight away , I just felt the trips and rep worked together to get as much money as possible from the tourist. Avoid the trip to Jimmy's full on hard sales talk which made you feel uncomfortable and free ride into Alanya if you buy a meal at Nordick gardens , we bought small meals for five adults and one child , coke a cola each and two bears .£ 200 my 71 Yr husband said they chard him when we got back and saw the statement. Be aware of the sales pitch. Safari trip was great fun but again hidden extras you had to buy your children water guns on top of the price at £8:each we then wrnt to a zoo were we saw bears and luons in small cages with nothing in them exceptwater. And the quad bikes you had to buy the protective scarves and 40 eros for some very bad photos of the trip .So the holiday was fantastic and the hotel was worth it's five stars , we would definitely go again , we would just choose our trips Wisley. Fabulous staff at the hotel though .Thankyou for making us feel special ✨️
