We were a group of 37 people — teenagers and parents together. It was the perfect getaway: fun, relaxing, and full of great memories. We enjoyed every moment — from sliding down the water slides and swimming, to singing and dancing during the karaoke nights. There were so many activities to choose from, we were never bored for a second.
It’s worth noting that while some parts of the experience are geared more toward adults (and being of legal age can be important for certain things), there were also plenty of family-friendly zones and programs designed especially for kids and teens.
The food options were diverse and delicious, with something for every taste. The staff was warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Our rooms were clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout our stay.
Overall, it was one of the best vacations we’ve had — full of laughter, rest, and unforgettable moments. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I'm so disappointed by the service and the staff. I had a birthday and asked for small caramel topping decoration "happy birthday" on dish with the piece of cake itself, which chef declined without a reason :) food taste so bad, especially deserts it tasted like eggs. they have animals, goats and chickens in hotel and it has disgusting smell on the hall and near the pool. when you spend good amount of money to have good birthday and holiday and you receive, bad service and untrained staff. everything costs extra amount of money. one picture 8 euro. spa 50 euro, birthday cake (small) 50 euro. when in other hotels they are gifting you a birthday cake, champagne or cute letter or staff sings happy birthday or something?! when you are eating on a table nobody comes to take napkins or dirty dishes. One thing i ate for 7 days was burger and free:))) and salads were terrible.

Amazing hotel! This was our second time staying here and was equally as great as the first. The staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much bother. They have great knowledge of local area and can put you in touch with reps for excursions or advise you on buses for local shopping.
The beach is lovely, hard concrete type area as you get in is difficult but just buy water shoes and once you are over the rock pools is lovely and sandy. The food was fantastic and have different themes each night. There is literally no need to leave the complex if you don’t want to, the site has everything. Guest relations even helped me organise a bouquet of roses for my wife on or wedding anniversary.
Overall another great holiday here and very likely to come back next year :)

We had a lovely holiday! Very nice hotel with everything you need, nice room, tasty food and the animations from every evening were wonderful! We had a lot of fun. My daughter Evelyn loved to spend time to mini-club and mini-disco from every evening were so special to her! Great hotel as hotel and its offered experience, I traveled with 2 boys 10 and 7, food was great.
Lots of food, great variation, it didnt offer something new a lot, but some little changes where at dinner, also snack bar with burgers, pizza, fries, onienrings etc, outside local woman makes sweet, also with greens local pancakes or lavash, something like that.
Locacion is so so, but there is bus that stops at hotel entrance, going to beaches and shopping places, goes each 10-15 min, cost is 1.5 EUR, so all is covered.
Beach is bad for swimming, boys liked to go there through hotel tunnel (no road crossings, this was really good) to play with rocks, but to go by bus some 3-4 stations and there is Cleopatra beach.
Entertainment great, night shows where good, some for laughing, some for looking entertainment, also kids disco before shows.
2 pools with slides for bigger kids, smaller kids, adults all coverded, also 2 additional pools with music to have some party wibe, other is for kids with warmer temperature.
And one of the best is river, that goes arround the area where we went all the time with kids to sunbath and slide in tubes.
Hotel is not the freshest one, but entairment and what we could do there closed our eyes on that and we went away really relaxed and with oly good memmories.
