The good things first (because there are not a lot) 1. The rooms are decent 2. Respect for staff wish (generally) is polite 3.we entered in the pool in 2 night's, no one came to us to tell "get out of the pull". Now the list of bad !!! 1. I have made a mild case of food poisoning infection needing intravenous infusionin ,in the next day my daughter (she, some how ,succeeded to recover without intravenous infusionin.),and in the 3d day my wife ! she was fainting with convulsions !we went to the hospital with ambulance. After 2 bags of intravenous infusionin she was better but she need 2 more days for recovery (same like me) The cost of the treatment was around 1300 euro. Me and my wife have made a intravenous infusionin. 2. The cola in the room fridge have a wired and very different taste compared with the one from the restaurant or bar ,i think it's because they are kept in the sun. 3. I asked a milkshake at the bar the bartender put some milk some ice a little whip cream and syrup on top... VOILÀ that's a 5***** milkshake 4. Kids club ,there are some activities (low budget) the staff generally ok but it was one lady there who started to yell at me because she said i have left to much my kid there ,when i asked her name she told me to shut up and get out! She was very rude! 5. You don't find any pool with shadow all the pull are in full sun! 6. The slides structure it's very rusty 7. They are using a parfum that is very powerful when they clean the rooms ,that parfum is so powerful that last at least 2 days, i don't now what should cover that parfum. 8. Nobody speaks English just at the front desk. 9. I have put 2 picture with the hotel in the night which says a lot, is not like the rest of hotels with lights every where and a good vibe, here the feeling is more creepy 10. They use WhatsApp if you have any problem you can right them (i think they use Google translate because the English is a mistery in this hotel). 11. Not very animated. they just leave you the hell alone :)) That was my experience, i could add more but you got the idea! It's my trip nr 3 in turkey but is the most disappointing one. All the hotel that i have been was better than this hotel. I must admit that the manager staff and his team ,they were very polite and really trying to help

The thing I enjoyed the most in this hotel was the Pier Bar, with a beautiful sea view. The employees are very kind, especially Mehmet, the Pier Bar barman, who prepares wonderful cocktails. The rooms and the restaurants are very comfortable. The food is very good, at the Cosmos restaurant. The three pools are clean and big, good for relaxation and swimming. Drinks are very good.

The hotel was beyond our expectations. We have been several year in Turkey for our holidays and I have to say that this one was on a different level. Great Food & drinks and a nice beach and pool area including the big water park. A lot of activities no time to rest :). A small issue with the matres but thanks to Yasar(reception manager), we sorted out immediately. The hotel provided the rooms in the morning, despite the 2pm check-in rule.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The animation team was attentive and made every moment fun. Each meal at the restaurant was thoughtfully prepared. The evening shows were definitely worth watching. I had the perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment. I can’t wait to come back again!

We came last year and did really like this hotel but after this year we will not be returning. Most of the staff are incredibly rude and ignore you while they chat ideally among themselves. In the kids club though it looks as though the budget is there most of the children inside look miserable and forgotten by staff members. In chi vegan ( despite sharing the same room as fellinis) will not let you order a drink from the bar inside but that's not the worst part, there is no attention paid to if the food is even cooked, I'm pregnant and I've been served frozen food. There is a lift to the rooms that was broken last year and it's still the same it just resets with you inside sending you up and down for a few minutes before actually reaching the floor you want.
