We stayed at Horus Paradise from August 30 to September 13, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
Negative points:
Food: Poor quality, repetitive dishes, often cold. We even got sick during our stay, which is unacceptable for a 5★ hotel. In addition, freshly squeezed orange juice is charged €3 at breakfast, even though it should be included, and a cocktail at the pool bar costs €5… unacceptable given the price of the stay.
Bars: Several smell of stale alcohol, giving a sense of poor hygiene.
Reception: Some staff members are unpleasant, especially a female employee (present in the evening, of Asian appearance) who does not greet guests and responds in a cold and unfriendly manner.
Sunbed organization: Impossible to find a spot as towels are placed overnight and remain all day without intervention from the hotel.
Atmosphere: The bar stays open until 2 a.m. with very loud music, which is unbearable for rooms directly above.
Cleanliness & rooms: Maintenance is insufficient, particularly in the bathrooms.
Positive points:
Several large, well-maintained and pleasant swimming pools.
The hotel grounds are attractive.
The beach is beautiful and close to the hotel.
Convenient location: Side Antique is only 3 minutes by car or bus. Buses pass in front of the hotel on the main road and can be taken directly by raising your hand.
Conclusion:
This is the third time we have visited the Side area, and we are disappointed. The hotel has potential, but there are far too many negative points: poor and paid basic food, insufficient hygiene, unpleasant reception, monopolized sunbeds, and noise disturbances. For a hotel advertised as 5★, the standard is far below expectations.
This was our first and last stay, thank you.

Very nice hotel with good service. The location was good, the staff was caring and friendly. The pools were clean and food and drinks were everywhere.
Every night there was a show which we also enjoyed, especially the Cuban show.
The only thing that was bothering us was the shower; it was periodically for 10 seconds warm and then cold. Besides the shower drainage was partially blocked so the water was not going away soon.
Other than this, my family enjoyed the stay in the hotel.
It is to be mentioned that we were in the main building.

Worst hotel ever!
We traveled to your hotel as a large group of family and friends, but from the start, the experience was extremely disappointing. We were placed in rooms very far apart and, when we asked to be closer, the staff were rude and unhelpful. The website advertised free Wi-Fi, yet we were charged €15 per person, and despite paying, the Wi-Fi in my room never worked properly. I went to reception every day to ask for help, but the staff were consistently disrespectful, rude, and even swore at me in Turkish, assuming I wouldn’t understand. At the pool, my sister injured her arm, and the lifeguard, distracted on his phone, did nothing except call a nurse, who didn’t even examine her and only asked for money. The food was also unacceptable—undercooked, repetitive, and falsely advertised as “unlimited” with waffles, ice cream, and entertainment, none of which were provided without extra charges. The so-called “all-inclusive” was limited to soft drinks, and there was no entertainment except a disco. In the end, despite the Wi-Fi not working for almost the entire week, the hotel forced me to pay €30 for a service I didn’t receive, while treating me with complete disrespect throughout my stay.
