Our room was spacious with sea view and small balcony, room and bathroom were both clean. Food was good, better than in other all-inclusive-places. Staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The guy at the beach bar was also nice. You can go from the hotel over a bridge right to the beach. Since we were in the hotel during low season, it was not crowded. Location is a bit outside but Bus no1 takes you right to Alanya City. I would come back to that hotel.

Amazing place and people, plenty of trips you can book with the advisors in the lobby, they’ve got a shop that sells booze, cigarettes and plenty more in the hotel and it’s all round a decent place. The reps made a personal connection with everyone to keep them happy and they all speak a lot of languages. The food isn’t aimed at English people but you’re in another continent, deal with it because it’s still nice. Also it’s a little bit far from the good activities like scuba diving and the clubs but the transport is literally cheap as a bag of chips.

Nice hotel but not much to do around it at all.. food wasn't great.. lots of people having food poisoning and were ill including myself. Pool area always kept very clean. Clean rooms although the bedding was never changed in the 8 day stay we had and wasn't always great at supplying fresh towels for the room

Room was always cleaned bed very firm and horrible smell from bathroom sink. Some areas of the hotel were very tired, I wouldn't say this is a five star resort. The food was ok never hot always Luke warm and became very same old same old. The bar drinks were watered down, cocktails were from a premixed sugary syrup dispenser. Not enough sun loungers around the pool for the number of rooms and guests would put their towels out very early morning. Staff not the happiest of people and the restaurant was like a canteen very loud and not the nicest place to eat. The animation team were enthusiastic but again very same old same old.

I stayed here for 7 days, end of June 2023, with my family. The hotel looks very nice, rooms are cleaned every day, roomkeepers are very nice. I see a lot of comments about bad food, but I didn't have such an experiance. Yes, the menu repeats every night, but the food was tasty and fresh and there' s a lot of different meals to choose from so that wasn't a problem at all. I think the problem other guests had was maybe they stayed there before the season started since I saw some reviews from beginning of June and May. Only problem we had was with, I guess, one of the restaurant managers. He was very unpleasent and rude. The beach is surronded by huge rocks and you can only step in the water in the part where they removed rocks, which is at most about 10m long. But other then that, the sea is clean and warm, there are huge waves, which were fun. I didn't step into the pool, but my nephew did in the childrens pool. He definitely drank some water from the pool, he was puking the next day for the whole day and we all ate the same food, so it must be from the pool. They didn't change the water not once while we were there. Biggest problem I had is that it is very far away from Alanya. It says 8km from the center of the city, but the traffic jam is terrible!!! We needed approximately 50 minutes to get to the center by bus and on the way back to hotel the busses were so full, they didn't want to stop at the bus station to pick us up so we waited for an hour for a bus to stop. There are taxis, but they give different prices, so watch out. IMPORTANT The hotel has a market shop and everything is cheaper than in the center of the city, souvenires, baklavas, coffee, everything.
