Lovely resort. Good views of the bay and the reef. The beach is very nice with all facilities and the Extra Diving centre. A nice pathway of buoys guides to the coral walls along the shore, with a very gradual slope south to north. You have to make a little effort as you go towards the deeper side, but the slight current makes your return very easy and quick. You are overseen by Khaled and Ahmed on the beach. The restaurant staff is super nice. Be sure to meet Ramadan, he will treat you like a king and queen. Fresh bread on request. Nice rooms, good staff. In short - a very nice stay.

We have spent there a week. Lets start with positives: - lovely Staff, friendly kind, helpful and not asking for tips - reef is great - dugongs/manatees/sea cows are coming just in front of the hotel to have their breakfast and lunch :) - good drinks Negatives: - food is semi-poisonous :). I was struggling to eat anything which was not giving me the stomach pain. Really terrible food. We had experience with other hotel nearby and was ok, but this one, is just worse experience ever. if you come there for snorkeling, bring your canned food from europe! or be prepared for huge stomach problems. I tried to wash it out with alcohol - didnt helped. I was eating medical carbon like M&Ms before the food, after and between xD. - mosquitos. OMG they were entering out room through the walls which were as for the local standard, not sealed as you can imagine. - rooms are very used... but clean on the other hand

I recently stayed at Jaz Makadina Hotel, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile and eager to help with anything I needed. Their genuine hospitality made me feel right at home.One of the highlights of my stay was the animation team — such an energetic, cheerful group! They kept everyone entertained throughout the day with fun activities, games, and lively evening shows. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and they created such a vibrant atmosphere around the resort.The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located with stunning views and easy access to the beach. The food selection was excellent, offering something for everyone at every meal.Overall, Jaz Makadina is the perfect place for both relaxation and fun. Thanks to the wonderful staff and the amazing animation team, I’m already planning my next visit!

At the end of August 2023, our flight from the UK was cancelled due to strikes. The airline company sent us to this hotel and we were told by Red Sea Holidays that we could stay here until they arranged a new flight. We also had extra insurance for such unexpected situations. However, instead of supporting us, the hotel manager started harassing us from the morning, saying “You cannot stay here, you must leave.” The staff looked at us in a very unfriendly and disturbing way, as if they had all agreed to make us feel unwelcome. This was very stressful, especially as our flight had already been cancelled and we were stranded with children. Even though the travel agency kept sending us emails saying “Do not leave, we are holding this hotel for you,” and I showed these emails to the manager, he still refused and told us to leave. There were thousands of other affected passengers, and of course the agency was struggling to handle everything quickly. We even asked politely to wait in the lobby until they sorted it out, but the staff’s expressions and behaviour were extremely rude and disrespectful. I still remember their faces, and even now while writing this review, I feel stressed again. Eventually, I told the agency that we did not want to stay in such a hotel, and thankfully they sent someone to pick us up and moved us to another one. The only positive point was that the food was very good. But even then, we felt uncomfortable because one of the staff kept following us and watching us, which ruined the experience.

Very nice hotel right by the sea. The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly, and the food is good. At the end of June/beginning of July, the resort wasn't too crowded, which was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the entertainment program is a bit outdated, but everything else is excellent. A great feature for children is the access to a large water park.

Really this hotel is fabulous and more than amazing. Everything is clean, food is so so delicious and various dishes everyday, animation team is so creative and making so much fun, rooms are highly clean and comfortable also all the employees and staff are cheerful, helpful and professional. We stayed at Royal Lagoons for a week (group of 13 people). The rooms were very dirty, the cleaners barely did anything even after we left them a tip for their service ( we were told that this would improve it). We went out of our way to buy sponges and cleaning liquids and clean the bathrooms ourselves. The bars closed early, wine was only offered during lunch and dinner service. All the egyptian spirits from the bars had the same taste and the bar staff had little to no idea which drink does in which glass. For the whole week I saw beer in all kinds and types of glasses, just not a pint. The restaurant staff (specifically the waiters) all looked like they disliked their jobs and it seemed like we were forcing them to work and do their jobs (even after we tipped them multiple times). The food at the restaurant was 50-50, occasionally good/occasionally bad, but not anywhere to a 5 star experience. It is an all-inclusive hotel, but during breakfast/lunch/dinner there is a guy running around the restaurant offering fresh juices which you would think are free in an all-inclusive hotel, but they are not. He will make you pay for them after you take one ( he does not mention that it is not free beforehand). We did have an amazing night at the fish restaurant where the staff and manager were very friendly and did a great job. To get to the hotel beach you need to wait in front of the reception for a shuttle which comes every 15-20 minutes. The shuttles were in awful condition and the beach area was even worse. The bar there was disgusting! No dishwasher - just leave all the used glasses in sink and hope that does the job! We only went there once for about and hour and never came back. The Shisha bar near the pool was also terrible. Very poorly made shisha and nobody from the bar staff cared enough to look after us and maybe change the charcoal or ask us if we need anything else. When the bill came we were shocked to learn that on top on what we have had to far there is a hidden tax 6 usd per person for service. When confronted, the waiter showed us tiny text at the bottom of the last page of the menu which stated that there is a service task (why would he bother saying it in the first place?). The hotel might say it is 5 stars, and the pictures of the rooms, beach and gardens might suggest the same, but this was nothing remotely close to a 5 star hotel experience. The staff are rude, they talk to themselves when you order something (making it look like they are insulting you). Would not recommend

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days in May, when the weather was perfect for swimming and sunbathing. The hotel is family-friendly, but also perfect for couples or solo travelers. The food was fantastic and always fresh — special compliments to the main chef! The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling. Whether you’re traveling with children or without, this is an excellent hotel choice. Highly recommend!

This hotel is far from being a 5-star resort – I would rate it as 3 stars, or 4 low-quality stars at most. The entire hotel is under construction, and we had to cross unsafe areas with construction materials scattered on the ground just to get to our room, which could be dangerous especially for children. Our room was big enough for three people but not very clean, with visible damage especially in the bathroom. The food was extremely repetitive – mostly two types of chicken and a few beef dishes. Shrimps were served only twice in 15 days, and you had to queue more than 5 minutes just to get 3 pieces per person. Another very uncomfortable issue: almost every staff member constantly tried to sell something, offer paid services, or even ask to change their coins for paper money. It felt like we were approached every few minutes, making it hard to relax. The pool was fine, but the bar next to it had a strong, unpleasant smell. The only really good part was the animation team, who were fun, energetic, and made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless your main goal is to enjoy the shows and activities by the animation team. Everything else needs serious improvement.

I recently stayed at Royal Lagoons Egypt and, in my opinion, this is not a true 5★ hotel. I’ve stayed at better 4★ hotels just five minutes away. The food was especially disappointing – definitely not 5★ quality. Alcohol is limited until 11pm, which makes no sense since the evening shows finish after that, meaning you have to start paying for drinks if you want to stay until the end. Snacks and ice cream were also very restricted – ice cream was available only every two days for one hour, and snacks were limited to pizza and some doughnuts. Another letdown was the service. Some bar staff seemed like they hated being there, and if you asked for something, they often did what they wanted instead of what you requested. The beach is also not within walking distance – you have to rely on buses to get there, which is inconvenient. On top of that, there are way too many people constantly trying to sell you their offers, and they really don’t like to take “no” for an answer, which makes it hard to relax. Overall, even by Egyptian standards this is not a 5★ hotel, and I would not recommend it for anyone expecting a true five-star experience.

Had a real good time there but the alcohol was very dodgy made me and my brother very ill we had diarrhoea. We were ill for about three weeks after I wouldn’t eat the fish there there were no free Wi-Fi which most hotels are inclusive to at night time 12 o’clock that’s when it closes all inclusive you have to pay for your drinks off then bit of a rip off when you pay full inclusive my cleaner Muhammad Ali what a guy he cleaned every day brilliantly was very polite and nice. All the staff was really nice to be fair, but there’s a lot of hustling going on there especially with the fit and drinks. People go on holiday because they get a good deal. Cost more money there You come out the hotel you got people begging you straight away to get into their taxis and they do this for you, but they’re trying to rob you so don’t get in a taxi the two Mohammed guys at the café shop they were brilliant

Overall, my experience here was disappointing. The pool area was stressful with constant fights over sunbeds, and drinks were often warm and flat. Many guests were rude, which made it feel more like chaos than a holiday. To make matters worse, there’s no free WiFi — something most hotels provide nowadays. The food was just about ok — very typical all-inclusive fare, nothing special. Several areas of the hotel are clearly in need of some TLC, as maintenance seems to have been overlooked. The rooms themselves are basic but clean, although the overpowering smell of drains made it very difficult to relax and gave the impression that standards of upkeep weren’t being properly maintained. Honestly, the atmosphere felt more like Benidorm in Egypt than a relaxing getaway. Egypt really is a beautiful country, full of amazing places and wonderful culture. Unfortunately, this hotel provides a poor representation of that, which is a real shame. The one real positive was the staff. They are outstanding — working tirelessly around the clock, always helpful and polite. I cannot fault them at all, and they were the only redeeming part of the stay. There are much, much better hotel options in Hurghada, and I would recommend looking elsewhere. I personally would not return to this hotel. Avoid this hotel, save your money, and look elsewhere.

Let’s start with the rooms at the hotel. The rooms are decent. They are big and roomy, but the TV is of very poor quality, the corners of the room are tacky and could do with a lick of paint. The air con makes random noises and sounds like it’s going to give up. There was always random screaming throughout the night. The service was considerably poor, with the staff’s attitude not being up to scratch with most of them being very rude. We constantly got denied service at the food buffets (may be a joke, but sometimes it wasn’t, as we genuinely got denied service) we also had a limit on how much alcohol we could have , what a joke! The food was the same pretty much every day with no variation. At the snack bar, the chef was touching raw chicken and then cooked chips and l dishing them up to guests, which I was disgusted by and immediately requested that he changes gloves before he continues serving as this could make people extremely ill. The location is genuinely terrible, but this is down to guest discretion and is your choice whether you stay this far out of Hurghada or not. Personally, we didn’t mind as the taxis are extremely cheap and we went out most nights as the entertainment was shockingly bad and disorganised. Even a 4 year old kid would not want to watch these clowns. Last and worst of all, DO NOT GO TO THE TATTOO STUDIO OR THE “TATTOO ARTIST” AT THE SPA IN THE HOTEL. Do not fall for his marketing, he will not do the tattoo professionally, a blind person could do a better job. He promised me that it would look great, but ended up free handing the stencil and completely ruining my arm. The photos below will explain the rest. The tattoo is extremely wonky and inconsistent. My arm is now ruined and I will have to pay hundreds to get this fixed. However, I did complain and hotel staff managed quite well, but I only received half of my money back.

Not what I Expected I stayed at El Karma Beach Resort & Aqua Park recently and, based on my experience, I was extremely disappointed with nearly every aspect of the stay. Front Desk & Management In my opinion, the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive. I personally felt that the overall management lacked professionalism, and when I raised issues, they didn’t appear to take them seriously. I also felt that the hospitality level didn’t match the high pricing, which was frustrating. While the photos online reflect the surroundings, the actual service quality during my stay didn’t live up to expectations. Rooms The room I stayed in was below standard in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The air conditioner didn’t function properly, the safe in the room was unusable, and overall, the room felt outdated. The towels and bedsheets appeared worn, and I wasn’t confident in their cleanliness. Food Personally, I found the food quality to be poor — often cold, repetitive, and lacking in flavor. Hygiene in the dining area seemed below what I would expect, and the dining space felt overcrowded and not well-maintained during my visit. Service The overall service during my stay left a lot to be desired. It didn’t feel welcoming or guest-focused, and I felt like support was difficult to reach when needed. Unfortunately, this hotel experience was far from what I had hoped for. I wouldn’t personally choose to return or recommend it to others based on my stay.This review reflects my personal experience and opinion only.

Firstly the hotel is absolutely huge. Absolutely stunning views. Gardens are beautiful, kept very well. Restaurants are lovely, food always hot. There are 5 alacarte restaurants, the Italian was our favourite. Drinks we're also really good. Hotel rooms are ok. Could be updated slightly but the cleaners do an amazing job, with all the decorative stuff on the bed. Staff around pools and on the beach are so attentive, we liked to tip but they didn't expect it which was nice. The star of the show was Siannon from the animation team. She is absolutely amazing, made us feel so welcome, always tried to get us involved , we made a lovely friend in her. Amazing memories made. Thank you Jasmine palace.

The hotel was wonderful, it was huge a lot off facilities around the place. The whole lobby is air conditioned and all off the dining areas too so especially when the weather is very hot it you always have a space to cool down. The staff inside and outside are lovely and really helpful also. The animation team work almost like 24/7 they are constantly around smiling and making sure you can always do something but they will also respect if you would just like to relax. The rooms are lovely really clean and cleaned daily. The beach is also really really nice and only at the bottom of the hotel.

We have just arrived home after 10 days at the resort. The whole team was very welcoming, rooms kept nice and clean with the added towel designs on the bed. Excellent entertainment at night for both kids and adults. The animation team made you feel very welcomed and were enthusiastic throughout the day. There was a good choice for the buffet food with different themes every day and a variety of cultures including the a la carte restaurants. The drinks were good and had a good selection.

The surroundings are stunning and again very clean not one bit of rubbish anywhere The staff from reception, cleaners, gardeners, bar staff, restaurants and even the amazing shop keeper Hany outside of the hotel is amazing and really cared for your happiness ❤️ I taken a photo of some of my favourites but missed one Badel the guy who would bring my drink by the adult pool everyday. On arrival it’s a little overwhelming, just the shear size of the resort, but you soon get to grips with the surroundings. The rooms were clean and tidy and our housekeeper was amazing. Each day he left a different towel art. Plenty of food and drink which is easily accessible, with 5 or so specialised restaurants on site. The Italian was amazing. Great entertainment from the team throughout our stay who made us feel very welcome.

The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety to choose from every day. The location was also excellent, making it easy to enjoy both relaxation and nearby attractions. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. ⭐ 4/5 — Great resort overall, with a few things to be aware of Hurghada Long Beach Resort was a fantastic place for a sunny getaway. The resort is huge, the staff are friendly (some went above and beyond), and our room was spacious with a balcony as standard. The only downside was that the “double bed” was actually two singles on wheels, which rolled apart easily — not ideal for couples. Housekeeping was excellent — fresh towels, tidy room, and even towel animals some days. Food was good with plenty of variety, though not outstanding, and drinks were typical for an all-inclusive. The on-site diving centre was the highlight of our trip — they offered a free pool trial, spoke excellent English, and made the full-day diving and snorkelling trip a brilliant experience. They even arranged for my girlfriend to snorkel the same route as my dive so she could watch me underwater — a lovely personal touch. The main downside was the number of marketing staff around the resort. They can be very persistent and don’t take no easily, which made the first couple of days frustrating until most of them recognised us and left us alone. We also found the tattoo parlour on-site to be unhygienic (sand, dust, dirty counters, and smoking inside), so we’d recommend avoiding it. Overall, we loved our stay, would recommend the resort, and would happily come back — just be ready for the salespeople early on!

We really love our stay in long Beach resort. Plenty of swimming pools, day and night activities which makes everyone busy. Food quality was also ok. For kids there are water slides. Resort also have private beach and plenty of sitting places. I can say like that Overall a nice and good experience. The normal restaurants and Ala karte restaurants both were good.

Over all hotel is ok. I will point out just things that are negative. The spa salon or beauty salon is scam. They all smile to you face but I regret getting massages there. A few massages was done by one guy and it was great. The last one was done by complete .... He broke my finger on foot . Can you imagine? I can't stand my feet without pain. Also he did 40 min vs 1 hr. Terrible salon. The cleaner moved bed and broke my charger from day 1. Front desk giving you random prices for deluxe rooms. From beginning it was +20 euro. Then 15. Then I found out that others pay 10 extra to get deluxe rooms. Remember when personnel told you 5 minutes this will be done in 1 hr if you lucky. I enjoyed hotel I really do and maybe I'm bit picky, but unfortunately this and more things I don't want to mention here was frustrating.

The food was excellent with a great variety of dishes – fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented at every meal. What really stood out was the entertainment team. They were fantastic – always full of energy, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everyone was having a great time. There was something for everyone, whether you wanted to join in the activities or just relax and enjoy the shows. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of great food, a comfortable stay, and such an amazing entertainment team made this a holiday to remember. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

During our stay at Titanic Royal, we took the shuttle bus to visit the sister hotel with the aquapark. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with the staff there. They treated us as if we didn’t belong and their attitude was rather unfriendly. The drinks were served in the smallest glasses possible, and when we asked for a slush drink, they poured it into an espresso cup, saying they were not allowed to give bigger ones. Only after we insisted and asked them to call the manager did one of them, clearly annoyed, finally serve it in a proper glass. The whole situation felt like a tactic to push guests into giving tips, which is really inappropriate for a hotel of this category. The aquapark itself is nice, but this experience left a bad impression. We hope the hotel management will address the staff training and ensure all guests from the sister hotel are treated with respect.

We are so glad we booked this hotel for our stay. Facilities are excellent, staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Little faults to make. There was one or two times there was rubbish around the outside of our room, food left out but once I informed staff they fixed that quickly. The area is still in lots of development but surrounding area is fairly good. Our daughter loved the kids swim area and we had some great excursions and even got to swim with dolphins. Would highly recommend this hotel. Side note: definitely worth tipping staff for much better level of service

very good for families with on-site water park and football/sports court kids clubs and entertainment day and night local bazaar shops 5/10 mins walk and senzo mall 15 mins walk sister hotel with use of private beach and snack bar and all drinks included 10 mins walk or free shuttle bus .Hotel has on site shops /spa/beauty salon and Doctors which I used as was ill with Egypt tummy but lost 12kg in weight and 3 days holiday 🤣 Food is plentiful but gets repetitive no bacon or English sausage for breakfast and there's a 24hr bar so there is people fighting but staff handle it well kids enjoyed and I would go back but im still on antibiotics and steroids 2 weeks after returning home rest of are party were mainly ok but you have to expect it in Egypt 🇪🇬 👍

The Worst Experience Ever – A Total Disappointment After an amazing stay at Titanic Royal, we decided to visit Titanic Resort expecting a similar experience—but it turned out to be a huge mistake. What was meant to be a relaxing day out with family quickly became a nightmare due to the shockingly poor customer service at this resort. The behavior of the staff, particularly the Aqua Park supervisor, Mustafa, was unacceptable. His attitude was appalling—completely unfit for a customer-facing role. I’ve never encountered a staff member so comfortable arguing with guests, waving his hands dismissively, and telling us to go to reception if we weren’t happy. Even worse, he raised his voice at children—something that should never happen, especially in a family resort. The recreation manager was no better. He addressed us with his arms crossed, showing zero professionalism or basic courtesy, and offered no apology whatsoever for their behavior. This resort is an absolute disgrace. It’s clear they do not value their paying customers or understand what proper hospitality means. We also emailed General Manager to raise our concerns, but received an even more disappointing response that further proof of how little they care about guest feedback. I attached a picture of the response received from the General Manager for everyone to see how unprofessional they are and how much they don’t care about their customers. The email he shared very clearly shows how quick he wanted to close the case with many spelling mistakes that shouldn’t be made by a general manager and not a single apology for his staff appalling behavior. This shows that the lack of customer service is from top down. I strongly do not recommend this resort, especially for families with children. There are many better options in Egypt where true hospitality still exists and guests are treated with respect.

I had an excellent stay at the Titanic Beach Spa! The swimming pool is absolutely beautiful, the entertainment was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming — you really feel good from start to finish. However, a big downside is that there’s no elevator, which makes it very difficult to get around with a stroller. Going up and down the stairs or ramps is quite a struggle, and I can’t imagine how hard it must be for people in wheelchairs. Despite this accessibility issue, I still had a wonderful experience overall and would definitely recommend this hotel for everything else! 🌴💦

I recently stayed at Titanic Beach Resort in Hurghada on an all-inclusive basis room 1141 and overall had a wonderful experience. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a wide variety of pools, dining options, and activities to suit all ages. The staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful, always smiling and willing to assist, which truly made the stay more enjoyable. That said, I do feel the resort could improve by being more considerate towards elderly guests and those with medical conditions who may struggle with the long walking distances inside the property. Adding golf carts or shuttle services for easy transportation, as well as more accessible wheelchair facilities, would make a big difference and ensure comfort for everyone. Another point worth mentioning is the bazaar inside the resort. While convenient, I found the prices there to be quite high. As an Egyptian myself, I realized I was paying much more compared to the bazaars just outside the resort, which are only a short walk away and offer better value for money. Overall, Titanic Beach Resort offers a fantastic holiday experience with great service, but with a few adjustments—especially regarding accessibility and fairer pricing at the bazaars inside—the resort could become even more welcoming for all guests.

We had such a great time at the hotel! Right from the start, the staff were super friendly and made us feel really welcome. The hotel is gorgeous with clean, spacious areas and an amazing private beach. We got an awesome surprise—a free upgrade to a suite! The suite was really roomy and comfy, plus the balcony had great views, which made our stay even better. The food was tasty and there was lots to choose from. The pool was perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring. There were plenty of fun activities and the vibe was relaxed but lively. Overall, the service was spot on and we loved every minute. Definitely planning to come back soon!

I have quite a list so we can start: Pros: 1. The location of the hotel and the facilities are very good. 2. The bridge that takes you 3 to 400m to the sea where a coral is located with an amazing subaquatic fauna... colorful fish, sting rays, large turtles, I presonally saw one large size turtle like the one I saw at the Hurgada Grand Aquarium. 3. The food is good with a large variety, but it laks a bit the taste. 4. Snaks and drinks were widely available all day in all locations, hotel, pool, beach. 5. Child friendly with lots of activityes, mini disco every evening, swiming pools and slides for kids and adults. Cons: 1. The room we received had very old beed sheets but were clean and we are not very pikey people. 2. The cleaing services of the rooms could have been better. 3. The staff is almost, as I say almost begging for typs all the time, at some moments you can get a bit upset with that. 4. The aircon of the room (depends what room you receive) worked for 15 min after it went to error and only the blower was working, wich I might add that even on low was quite annoying. 5. The swiming pool and beach program end at 18.00 wich is to say the least dissapointing ! Overall we were happy with our stay there, but I would not go for a second time !

Review for Titanic Beach Hotel I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. My experience here was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The food was of extremely poor quality, tasteless, and unsafe — it caused severe stomach pain for both us and our children. The reception staff were shockingly unprofessional, especially a receptionist named Verna, whose attitude was rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. The rooms were in bad condition, with uncomfortable beds and terrible mattresses. The swimming pool was dirty, unhygienic, and clearly not maintained. The staff overall were unhelpful, unfriendly, and showed no interest in assisting guests. Even the hotel manager’s behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I paid a large amount of money expecting quality service, but instead, I got disappointment, illness, and stress. There is no value for the money, and the hotel completely fails to deliver even basic standards. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I will never come back. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

The food variety is a little limited in the main catering area but they do have themed restaurants that you can book during your stay. We had an amazing experience at this hotel and will definitely come again! The location is absolutely brilliant, with beautiful surroundings and the added bonus of a few small coral reef areas just off the beach, where we saw plenty of colorful fish – a real treat for nature lovers and kids alike. The hotel is perfect for families with small children. One of the absolute highlights for our little ones was the evening entertainment program – every night there's something special: open-air cartoon screenings, dancing, music, and lots of fun activities that kept them happy and engaged. It created such a joyful atmosphere for families to relax and enjoy the evenings together. The food was also very good, with plenty of options and great taste across the board. I had one of the best experiences at Titanic Royal Hurghada. Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome at the reception to the friendly service, cleanliness, and beautiful rooms. The food was always fresh and diverse, with something new to try every day. The pools are very clean and well-maintained every morning. I also tried several of the restaurants at the hotel – the Mongolian Grill was amazing, the Greek restaurant was lovely with delicious food, and the Italian restaurant was also excellent. Hotel Titanic Royal Hurghada is truly a wonderful and family-friendly place for a holiday. Everything is clean, tidy, and conveniently organized – there is no endless walking from one side of the hotel to the other, which means a lot when you are with children. The rooms are fantastic – spacious, neat, and spotless when it comes to cleanliness. What we especially loved is that we had direct access to the pool straight from our room. This is both a special pleasure and an incredible convenience, especially when traveling with a small child. The facilities for children are fantastic, and I must especially highlight the impeccably organized lifeguards by the kids’ pools. They do not just sit there idly, but they are constantly observant, responsible, and ready to act when needed. Yesterday we attended a foam party, and I can honestly say that the lifeguard reacted more responsibly and faster than many parents – he warned them to move their children away when the foam accumulated too much and made sure everything remained safe. I was truly impressed by this. As for the food, I had read many comments that the variety is not sufficient, but in my opinion the selection is perfectly fine. Perhaps some guests expect more of a European-style cuisine, but this is Egypt after all, and I personally really liked the concept. What deserves special praise is that they offer a nice selection of meat dishes that are not overly seasoned, which is perfect for young children – this tends to be a big problem in many other hotels. The beach is a true paradise for families – a long shallow area makes it safe and carefree for children to play while parents can relax. In addition, there are even some small corals, so you can catch glimpses of beautiful colorful fish right there. In short, we felt safe, relaxed, and surrounded by great facilities. We will definitely be coming back – maybe even this autumn!

We’ve just recently returned from a lovely two week stay in the Titanic Royal. When arriving the staff were very welcoming and showed us to modern, clean rooms. As we had a young family member we spent the majority of the holiday by one of the splash pools however we occasionally went over and used the pool bar in the main swimming pool. Pool and bar staff during the day were also very friendly and more than willing to help if we needed it. The entertainment staff always came over to check on us and try to get us to join in with different activities. We loved the mini disco and enjoyed watching the shows of an evening. We had multiple cuisines to choose from as the main restaurant had different themes every night. We also visited the different restaurants within the hotel for something different. Overall we wished we could’ve stayed longer at the Titanic Royal and can’t wait to return!!!

I had food poisoning from undercooked pasta sauce and crab. The room also kept stinking like poop. The wifi for a week was 20 euro’s. On the beach you get bothered so many times to buy something. There was one man who wouldn’t return after the first time so bless him. There was also someone from the staff that wanted my number which I didnt understand at first. But when I understood I felt very uncomfortable. When I asked for a coke zero at the bar at the beach, the guy asked me the difference between the two and still gave me regular coke. I have been approached by too many scammers inside the hotel making it super exhausting. The only good thing I can say was that the pool tables were fun, the bar staff was amazing. The cleaning guy was nice, the one who escorted us in and out of the hotel was nice, the hotel was beautifully built so its rlly a shame of the smelly rooms, but they did try to fix it. The woman of the animations was kind and sweet to tell us what they were gonna do. There was a guy from the bag shops, from inside the hotel, who is really sweet. Idk where they got their 4 stars from but it def didnt feel like one.

Just returned from a 10 night stay at royal star. What an amazing holiday. Brutally honest hotel is slightly dated in certain areas ( bathrooms and rooms need a touch up) not not let this sway your decision to visit. All hotel staff from reception, waiters, bar staff, towel boys, cleaners and anyone else you bump into. Were extremely friendly helpful and would do anything to make your stay more pleasant. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool/ beach. Very hot from 7 am until 6pm. Animation team tried hardest to get people involved. Was more adults during our vacation. So was difficult for them. Food (again brutally honest) was ok. Nothing special. Plenty of restaurants very near by. (£15 would get 3 course meal for 2). Drinks were all local. Beer was fine , spirits took a while to get used to. Wine was awful. Bar opens at 10 am and closed at midnight. But you could get a later drink if needed. Excursions. Please book on trip advisor before you travel. You will thank me later. ( And save a lot of money. I would particularly encourage to book hula hula hula island. Was fantastic. All in all was brilliant holiday. And would stay again. Too many people to thank. But Abdul on reception needs a shout out.

I can’t fault this place. The staff are all very welcoming and extremely helpful. They have a mixture of food which did not disappoint (unless your an egg and chips kinda person) and extremely fresh. The rooms were cleaned every day and kept tidy. Look it’s not the Ritz but for an all inclusive experience at a good cost, this is the place for you. The location wasn’t far from anything and easy to get too. The fist beach at the back of the hotel is extremely shallow but perfect for young children, however, the second beach on the right with the water slide pool is nice and deep and perfect for swimming. The sea does have jelly fish, but honestly they do not sting and you get over them being there in no time. I’m a red wine drinker, and have to say the free red wine wasn’t blowing me away, but was definitely palatable and not bad at all. Oh, you should try the 50 minute sports massages in the spa, we booked two times as at £20 a pop, you can’t go wrong. I’ve seen a lot of negative comments on here, but each to their own, you can’t please everyone. I’d definitely recommend this place and look forward to going back one day

Very shocked to see all the negative reviews, I had an amazing time the hospitality here was great and all the staff were lovely. The all inclusive drinks and food was great. The staff always made sure you was safe when going excursions or even getting in a taxi by taking the drivers information. It was also my birthday and I got a random knock on my hotel door to be surprised with a birthday cake and a staff member singing happy birthday which was just such a nice thing to do. Evening entertainment was great also!! Really enjoyed it,had some issues with my room when I first checked in but they changed my room straight away and I had the most beautiful view. Our stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant and we were highly satisfied. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help, which made us feel truly welcome. The food was excellent, varied, and of great quality, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was on a very high level. There are, however, a couple of downsides. The biggest issue is with the beach – all sunbeds are taken very early in the morning, so you practically have to get up at 6 a.m., sometimes even before sunrise, to secure a spot. Another drawback is that the rooms, at least the one we stayed in, are quite old and in need of renovation. Despite these shortcomings, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return again. P. S. A special shoutout to Carlos at the pool bar - you're the best! 🌞 Also for the staff from Lotus spa, Dr Fish and the guy who makes delicious fresh fruit juices on the beach. Good location shops near by,the room i was given had no balcony clearly false advertising on love holidays as love holidays stated french balcony or terrace yet just had a window with a filthy unhygienic view,the bed mattress were very hard,theres a 1990s tv which is no good,the remote which is meant to be for the tv controls the air con no idea whats going on with that very strange,the toilet door would get jammed every time you close it,the safe they give you can be opened by a key so i didnt even think of using it after taking into account another review left by previous guests on google ,clearly not safe enough for my belongings if it can be opened via a key by hotel staff,at night you can hear street noise constantly,people slamming doors and to top it all off there was some very loud drilling noise at 3 am in the morning what a joke ,looking at the window was very unhygienic and dirty looked like a old shed,the place needs renovating a hotel shouldnt let in outdoor street noise how can you get some quality sleep when there's constant noise from the street,hotel needs renovating maybe try to focus on sound proofing the property especially the rooms,i asked regarding late check out well in advance yet still couldnt offer me had to wait 8 hours for transfer in the lobby for a 5 hour flight.The food was tasteless not a variety just same old every day,the pool loungers were always full come on guys people come to enjoy yet not enough sun loungers i witnessed people fighting over the sun loungers,should invest in more sun loungers and increase the pool size also they let people in to the beach who come to pester you to use there services,on the very last day i witnessed the hotel staff treating a disabled individual very poorly tried to overcharge him for the laundry service and made him wait.As i was leaving one of the staff tried to tell me my suitcase is not mine due to one of them writing wrong room number i do know my suitcase also i did notice some realistic reviews on google however i went with the trip advisor reviews yet i was decieved i dont understand why they have a higher rating on trip advisor when on google its lower yet it seems to be a trend after one bad review there seems to be multiple good reviews honestly id avoid if you want your first experience in hurghada to be pleasant and enjoyable hopefully you find my review helpful before you decide to choose this place.

On the last day of your stay before your flight, you are kicked out of the hotel. These are their rules and if you want to use the beach, you will have to pay extra. The customer service is truly the best! The staff are incredibly kind and friendly. Especially Mina and the Guy from the rightest shop near the pool bar - moreover the prices here are really fine. Unlike in many other areas of Egypt, there’s no pressure to leave tips - which makes the experience feel much more relaxed and genuine. The rooms are comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, and cleaned daily. Everything was tidy and well-maintained. The food was amazing - lots of variety, fresh ingredients, and really satisfying meals. I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews; maybe those people are just used to a fries-only diet like my younger brother 😅 The pools are fantastic, especially for families with kids. There are shallow areas and a lot of slides. You can also find a kid's corner. Overall, the hotel was highly recommended, and I would happily return: - Everyone was super friendly (restaurant, bar, pool cleaners, gardener) - The food was delicious, always different, and there was a large selection - We received a free upgrade (from 4 double rooms to 2 suites with a pool) - The grounds and rooms were very clean, our cleaning man (Mohammed Awad, Room 1002) was truly perfect. He was super friendly and very accommodating, and also flexible when my little one was sleeping and he couldn't get into the room. So he simply came back at a later time. - We were able to take a taxi from the hotel (it was cheaper than comparing it with two other providers outside the hotel). - The evening program was very nice, and it was also great that the music stopped after 11 p.m. - The beach was only accessible with beach shoes, but the jetty led directly into the deeper water with its beautiful fish and corals. I can only say positive things, except that all the pools were a bit cold. Overall, it was a very nice vacation.

You can easily take a taxi from the hotel(they have a little set up for this)..its about 40 min from hurghada. The staff is very kind. And not to forget the best part, was adam's shisha. Good value for money. Overall, everything was pleasant. The stay was comfortable and the room was clean and nicely prepared. The reception team was welcoming, and check-in was quick and smooth. The beach is really nice for swimming, especially from the pier area — a lovely spot! The main downside was the long queues almost everywhere — at the reception bar, the beach bar, the pool bar, and in the restaurants. It was a bit frustrating, especially during busy times. Also, there was no drink service available in any of the areas — guests had to queue, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend the hotel, but I hope they improve service organization and staffing to reduce waiting times and enhance the guest experience.

Our second time coming to this resort and its just as fantastic as the 1st time. Staff are always friendly and can't do enough for you, they go above and beyond to help. The animation team are amazing and get everyone involved they even manage to get the shy kids out of their shells and more confident. The entertainment is great an varied each night, the Arabian nights event and beach party were excellent they really set the scene for great holiday memories. Rooms are well equipped, cleaned and linen changed daily by a friendly staff member who is more than happy to help with anything you need.

We had a great stay at the hotel with only a few issues. The hotel is at a lovely location on the Makadi Bay with a great beach. The food was excellent with the main buffet doing different themes every night. As there are so many a la carte restaurants, there is so much choice. The all inclusive deal was definitely worth it due to the variety of food and drinks. With numerous pools and beach access there were always sunbeds available as well. Rooms were kept nice and clean, although decor was a little dated. The animation team also did a great job at putting on entertainment every night, including one night with fireworks and dancers. The only issues we had were with the reception staff. We had an issue on the first night with getting the correct room we booked; this was late at night and we were given two different insufficient rooms before they gave us the correct room we had paid for. Additionally, one night a cat was stuck high up in a tree and this was reported to reception twice who claimed to be sending someone but no one came, eventually I ended up getting the cat down myself with the help of some restaurant staff. Overall we had a great time and would recommend the hotel to others!

Our stay at the Pickalbatros Jungle Aquapark Neverland hotel was truly unforgettable! At the very beginning, we were greeted by smiling ladies with lollipops, which immediately put us in the holiday mood. The reception worked smoothly, and the gentlemen working there were very helpful and always ready to provide information. All the hotel staff deserves great applause! The cooks served delicious dishes that delighted with their variety and flavour. The waiters and bartenders were extremely courteous, always making sure that we had everything we needed. The service of the game room and the amusement park was full of energy and enthusiasm, which made us spend a lot of joyful moments there. Special thanks to the lifeguards and gentlemen at the slides, who took care of our safety and at the same time provided great fun. Cleaners and gardeners also deserve praise - their work made the entire facility always clean and well-kept. Bus drivers were very helpful and always ready to take us to the right place, and the animators organised fantastic attractions, thanks to which every day was full of joy. We recently stayed at Jungle Aqua Park in Hurghada and had a fantastic time! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The resort is beautifully laid out with lush gardens, charming bungalow-style rooms, and an incredible number of pools and water slides to enjoy. The water park itself is the highlight — perfect for both kids and adults. There’s a wide variety of slides, from thrilling ones to more relaxed options, and everything is kept very clean and well-maintained. You’ll never run out of things to do! The food was also great. There were several restaurants with different cuisines, and we always found something tasty to eat. The all-inclusive options made it easy to relax and just enjoy our time without worrying about extra costs. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a lovely terrace overlooking the pool area. The housekeeping staff did a great job every day. Entertainment in the evenings was fun and family-friendly, and there were plenty of activities during the day for those who wanted to join in. Overall, Jungle Aqua Park exceeded our expectations. It’s a perfect place for a family holiday or even a relaxing getaway with friends. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

One evening during dinner at the main restaurant, I was told by an attendant that my shorts were too short for the dress code. While they politely let me in that time, the experience felt a bit awkward and unexpected — especially since many other guests were also wearing shorts, and the signage indicating the dress code wasn’t clearly visible (partially hidden behind a table at the entrance). It would be great if the resort could make the dress code more visible and consistent for all guests to avoid any confusion or discomfort. That said, this was a minor issue in an otherwise perfect stay. I would absolutely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality service, comfort, and an unforgettable vacation.

We had to keep phoning reception to have the room cleaned and fresh towels. Pool bars area around the main pool and beach were shocking services, always wrong and very limited choice of food. Pool bar near the kids area was very good with Salah going out his way. Lifeguards had a blast with kids round the pool whereas round the main pool very ignorant. Restaurant food looked like slop and meats very fatty. Food overall very poor and cold. We got extremely annoyed by all the harassment around the pool by salons etc..

We stayed One week All inclusive at the Sunrise Alma Bay Resort in Hurghada. The resort was kept clean and maintained throughout. The employees were all very friendly and professional, full of smiles and they went above and beyond to make the holiday feel extra special for our toddler, greeting her, making her laugh and surprising her with balloons etc. The food was plentiful, fresh and well presented with different themes and options each evening. Breakfast had more of a limited selection but this was to be expected because it’s a smaller resort. Our room was the Mega Family room with a balcony and pool/sea view and we were very pleased with this. The room had nice decor, ample space to store clothes and luggage and the bathroom had a shower and was well stocked with toilet paper and clean towels. The room had a safe and a mini fridge stocked with complimentary cans of pop. Our toddler loved the kids section in the pool and we spent a lot of our time in the sea and along the private beach. Our toddler was very fond of dancing, music and the stage and she adored the lovely lady who organised the mini disco every night. Overall we had a brilliant time and would return again, thank you.

Alma Bay Resort Hurghada We spent 2 weeks at the hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm, pleasant. The staff is excellent in every way, helpful, kind and cheerful. The rooms are large enough, the kettle, coffee and tea are useful in the morning. The daily cleaning is excellent. The pool is cozy and large. It is easy to enter the sea, not too rocky. The restaurant has a wide selection of food. In addition to the main restaurant, you can book 2 thematic restaurants (Asian, Italian). The hotel gardens are beautiful, tidy, with wonderful flowers, trees, palm trees. The service providers (massage, beauty salon, Dr. Fish...etc.) are not intrusive. The hotel staff are all helpful and kind. Thanks to all the waiters named Ahmed at the Island bar. Thanks to the elderly but always smiling Ahmed, who helped the bars, the festivals and everyone else all day as a delivery man, cleaner, dishwasher. Thanks to the gardeners for the beautifully kept gardens, flowers and trees. Thanks to Ali the lifeguard for his attention. Thanks to Chef Mahmoud and his colleagues and all the kitchen staff for the delicious food, the wonderful decorations and hygiene. Thanks to Mr. Wale the night manager for his kindness, the beautiful room, his helpfulness and all his kind words. Thanks to Mr. Ibrahim the hotel manager for his helpfulness and for running the hotel properly. Thanks to the staff at the main entrance and the main building gate for their kindness. Finally, we would like to thank all those who contributed to the perfection of our holiday. The only negative thing about the hotel is the currency exchange. Unfortunately, the machines in front of the hotel do not exchange money and we were not able to exchange money at the reception on any occasion. This would be a good thing to change. We couldn't use the Wifi in the hotel, and there was no internet even after connecting. This would also be a good idea to improve it so that the Wifi can be used in the rooms as well.

I liked the hotel grounds, friendly staff, great animators, very tasty food in the restaurants, decent drinks in the bars, excellent room cleaning, cleanliness in the hotel and on the beaches, staff assistance in any matters and questions. I didn't like that soft drinks weren't added to the minibar every week, I ask that more attention be paid to this. I mentioned this incident at the reception, but the request was not fulfilled. I didn't like the price of the hotel services, we agreed on one price, but when we signed the contract it was already different, I ask that more attention be paid to this.

If you’re thinking this is a 4-star hotel—think again. This dump couldn’t even make it to 1 star if the stars were given out for “creative ways to scam tourists.” I checked in for a week, and guess what? My room wasn’t even ready. They were still “cleaning” it. And by cleaning, I mean spreading the dirt around. Sheets and towels? Nasty. Like, “used gym rag” nasty. Freshly washed? Yeah right. I wouldn’t even wipe my shoes with them. When I finally got into the room—surprise—no towels, no shampoo, no nothing. I asked for towels and got ONE. For two people. When I asked for another, they literally came into the room to make sure I wasn’t lying. Apparently, at this “luxury” 4-star place, you’re not allowed more than two towels per room. What a policy—nothing screams “holiday relaxation” like being treated like a thief for asking for basic hygiene. And the AC? Absolute joke. It doesn’t blow cold air—it just pushes around hot air like a broken hair dryer. Imagine trying to sleep in an oven with a fan on. That’s the “comfort” you’re paying for. Oh, and those lovely hotel pictures with the beach bar? Scam. The “included” bar is far away, while the pretty one in the photos is not included in all-inclusive. But don’t worry—they’ll happily overcharge you more than any shop outside the hotel. Tourist trap 101. Now here’s where it gets disgusting: right next to the hotel there’s a shop owner who actually has a heart. He rescues street dogs, lets them sleep under AC, feeds them, cares for them. Around 12 dogs, all harmless, gentle, and sweet. I spent a week with them, not a single problem. But instead of supporting this kindness, the hotel is actively trying to kick the dogs out so the government can kill them. Yes—you read that right. A hotel going out of its way to make sure dogs die, just to look “clean” in front of tourists. Four stars? More like four red flags. Food? Garbage. Tastes like they cooked it once in 2005 and just keep reheating it. Drinks? Beer served in a tiny 0.15L plastic cup. If you want a full bottle, you have to pay extra—because apparently, plastic cups = all-inclusive, bottles = robbery. Makes zero sense, but hey, scamming guests seems to be the only thing they’re professional at. Bottom line: don’t waste your money here. It’s dirty, it’s nasty, the food is trash, the drinks are a joke, the AC doesn’t even work, and the hotel staff care more about scamming you than giving you a holiday. Spend your money anywhere else. Trust me, this place is where vacations go to die.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time was in the summer of 2019 and the second time is right now. I am waiting for transportation to take us to the airport. In these six years, absolutely nothing has changed in the hotel, except for the staff working there. The food is slightly better, but they still serve drinks in plastic 0.15l cups to guests who pay for all-inclusive service, which I find unacceptable. The beds in the rooms have not been replaced, so they are quite worn out and uncomfortable. The central air conditioning does not cool at all, it only blows out warm air. The pictures on the walls are not hung straight, and some are even crooked. As for the beach that the hotel has, I feel like I was here last year. It is very evident that no investment is being made in it; they only maintain it. The sun loungers and canopies are outdated and need to be replaced. When I sum up the overall impression, it is clear to me why only one agency in Serbia holds this hotel and why many have given up. For the service and quality they offer, the price should be half as low. I will come back to Hurghada, but this hotel will not see me again. Although maybe someone will read my review and think a little and dedicate themselves to renovating or at least tidying up and investing more.

The food and drinks were good, the food always varied so you have options. The re was a transfer to the beach every 30 minutes from hotel where you can enjoy the food truck and bar at no extra cost. The rooms were cleaned daily and never had any issues. Would 100% come back.

The staff, including the animators, chefs, and waiters, were always friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. The drinks were also top quality, with a wide selection and great taste. Another big plus was the large variety of à la carte restaurants – there’s something for everyone, and each one offered a unique dining experience. The only small downside was the distance from the beach, but it’s really not a big issue since there’s a shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes, making it easy to get there and back. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come here one more time !

Wonderful hotel! Service is amazing, staff are so friendly and accommodating! Food and drink selection is excellent and varied! Breakfast selection very similar to lunch/dinner. The location is only a short shuttle away from the beach. The rooms are lovely and refreshing, just a little touching up is needed, but otherwise this hotel has been a joy to stay in! We would say there is only a small amount of performances/entertainment in the evenings, would have been lovely to see more.

Arrived here 4 says ago, the staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. Islam is the main guy and runs the entertainment side of things and speaks to everyone around the pool daily. He's absolutely brilliant and I look forward to our daily chats. The rooms are comfortable and based on a 3 star is lovely. The rooms are cleaned daily. It helps to offer a tip, not essential but very much appreciated by the staff, they work tirelessly and deliver drinks to youthroughou the day if you do. You look after them, they look after you, but as stated not expected by them. Always nice to be nice in my view. If you're questioning booking to stay here, don't, just book you won't regret it!

It's about 700, 800m from our room to the beach but again I say there's shade so it's not hard. the food is quite good and we are satisfied. it has a correct selection of chicken, fish, bread, potatoes, rice, pasta and some of their dishes, sweet, cakes, salad, there are many, delicious The service was excellent, whenever we needed something, we left a note on paper and he always brought it to us that day, always leave at least 1 euro, it will mean something to them, our bed was always made and something made of towels, the toilet was always clean, new towels every day, he brought us water every day, every day when we went to the beach we saw a lot of them cleaning the path and wiping the lobby, the beach is also cleaned, there are a couple of workers who will always help you find a sunbed and the like, the workers are very friendly and kind, we have no complaints. the beach is very beautiful, the sea is clean, sand, there are also a couple of swimming pools and an aqua park for children. recommendation for the man who makes cocktails at the very entrance to the beach, and for the people who sell perfumes, souvenirs and jewelry (closer to the restaurant), but they are all wonderful!!! the overall impression is that we would come back again❤️

the place was fun, we stayed in the Private Real Estate (926). Though as we arrived the place wasn't clean, as if someone was there before us. Sheets were messy, and there was food in the fridge. They eventually took care of that. The light in the bathroom in the living room was flickering a lot, making it almost impossible to use. The water is weak, only strong in showers, but for some reason the washing machine had water, it was halfway full. The beach & pool were nice, I can't really say anything about the Aquapark since when we arrived we found out there were technical difficulties, tho Mr Mohammed who was there explained everything in a nice way. (+ when we first arrived they drove us to our place by Tok Tok) The restaurant at the beach had okay food, we got pasta (alfredo), fish & pizza. The pasta was bland and too watery, the fish & pizza were tasty. Mr Kareem at the restaurant was very nice, and another waiter whom I don't remember the name for seemed like it was his first day. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The animation team are very fun, and the shows are interesting to watch, tho please do be careful of wet floors!! I almost slipped many times, and the floors outside are wet often. Over all, it wasn't bad. :) (P.S we stayed 2 nights)

Our stay at Mirage Bay Resort & Aqua Park was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. After a seven-hour coach journey from Cairo, we were left waiting in the lobby for hours before our room was ready. The reception staff were unhelpful and showed no sense of customer service. When we finally got to the room, it was in a terrible state. The sheets and towels were dirty, the TV remote, fridge, and shower were broken, and the smell of sewage was overwhelming. Cleanliness and maintenance were clearly not a priority. The food was inedible, and after just one day, the entire family suffered from food poisoning. We had no choice but to eat out every day for the rest of our stay. On top of that, we were all covered in mosquito bites. When I went to the hotel clinic for an infected bite, the doctor told me I needed emergency surgery at a hospital — something that should never happen at a resort claiming to be family-friendly. Entertainment was virtually non-existent and not worth mentioning. The hotel itself was dated, dirty, and poorly maintained. Most concerning of all, the management and staff showed no care for guests’ health, safety, or overall experience. This was by far the worst holiday experience we’ve ever had, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!! DONT COME HERE! The hotel was a nightmare. The first thing that happened was that we arrived at 6 am, and the reception was not even a little helpful. Told us that we had to wait until 2 pm to check in. We were 4 people including two children. We said that we could pay for a room in the meantime, they said that they did not have a room available. Such a big hotel and they cannot handle fixing a room. They said that they would fix one in an hour. When we arrived after an hour, we had to wait another hour. Until 1 pm we got the room. The room was absolutely terrible. We had no water in the shower or sink.When there was water, it was so cold. We had booked for 4 people. We got a double bed and a single.. how are we supposed to be 3 people on one bed. We asked for an extra bed. We got an old one that was broken. In addition, the bed was full of bedbugs. The person is still full of wounds and had to go to the doctor when we got home from vacation. It was that bad. The reception said they were mosquito bites. The doctor here in Norway confirmed that it was bedbugs and not mosquito bites. After that we changed rooms. Same problem there, the reception is very unprofessional and very rude. We got food poisoning from the food there. The reception said that the food was clean and that it wasn't them. We hadn't eaten anything other than the food at the hotel. One person fainted from the food poisoning. This whole trip was ruined by rude people at the reception ,food poisoning, cold water, bedbugs, and a really bad place to be

My 5-Day Hotel Stay Review I stayed at the hotel for five days. Simply put, my experience was that check-in was very easy. The rooms are somewhat old, but the cleanliness is very good. Not all the rooms in the hotel are old; there are some modern rooms, and it's clear they are working on updating the hotel. The location of the hotel is beautiful. The sea is lovely and suitable for children. There's a sandy beach that isn't large, but it's there, and the water surrounds the hotel from all sides. As for the food, it was good and diverse. During my stay, there were grilled items, chicken, duck, quail, and fish, so the food is great. Their baked goods and desserts were wonderful. All the staff are looking to help you in any way they can. I believe the people have improved greatly, as I visited the hotel last year, and it wasn't like this. The animation team is excellent and presents new shows every day, ranging from belly dancing to magician shows and specific programs for children. **Overall experience with the food, I'd give it an 8.5

The food isn't good on the only night when Egyptian food is served. If you have the misfortune of getting up for a minute, they throw it away, and then when you ask for the same thing again, it's no longer possible because they throw the leftovers straight into the trash. For lunch, I asked for fresh fruit before going diving, but it was impossible to get any without the chef's permission, whereas in the evening they serve you a whole range of fresh fruit. I've never seen anything like this in other hotels in Hurghada, and all without even an “sorry.” I'm not even talking about the constant noise from other guests who bring their music boxes to the beach and the music for the parties organized you can hear from your room etc., etc. The only positive point is that the employees are lovely. Don't expect to stay in a real 4-star hotel. ** Unfortunately, I discovered on the last evening that the Al Mahrosa restaurant is truly excellent, with more traditional food, and I must reiterate that the staff are lovely, especially Hamdy and Hamam.

Hygiene is terrible, they clean rooms very poorly. We got room with old furniture, broken lamps, broken drawers. Sand and dust is everywhere, bathroom wasn't properly cleaned probably whole season, it had layers of dirt in the bathtub. Air condition doesn't work, temperature can't be set under 30 degrees of celsius Food is repetitive and mostly not not tasty, overcooked or udercooked. Only small part of stuff is helpfull and professional. Our friends had new and clean room (unfortunately we found this out last day), but they said they switched 4 rooms until they god acceptable one. Also: no luggage room, so after checkout your lagguage is unattended, anyone can take it. No shower room either, you can shower at spa. Hotel is a lot bellow advertised

I had an amazing first impression when I arrived at this hotel – that’s why I originally gave 5 stars. The manager welcomed us warmly, the reception was helpful, and the Animation Team seemed very friendly. After 2–3 days, my impression was still good. But now, after 10 days here, I have to correct my review. Unfortunately, the reality of this hotel is very disappointing: • The food is repetitive (almost the same every day) and not tasty. • The hotel is full of renovation works – drilling machines, hammers, dust, workers everywhere with no consideration for guests. One day I even got paint all over my clothes and expensive handbag because the ceiling was painted above me. The reception only offered free cleaning, but no real solution. • The Animation program is always the same – same songs, same shows, nothing new. • Out of around 200 employees, maybe 10 are very kind and professional – the rest are unfriendly, don’t greet, and don’t show hospitality. • Room cleaning is very poor: only superficial, bathroom not properly cleaned, no “do not disturb” or “clean my room” signs provided even after I asked. The cleaner just knocks every day, and I always had to explain what to do. Another important point: As a manager myself, I can clearly see when employees are unhappy. And sadly, it is very obvious that the Animation Team is not happy in their work. You can feel their sadness and lack of motivation every day. This is not their fault – it is clearly the way their team leader treats them. The atmosphere he creates affects the whole team, and of course, the guests notice it as well. Instead of spreading positive energy, the negative management style overshadows their efforts. Yes, there are a few amazing staff members (especially some in Animation, Reception and the Bar in the 1st Flor , but overall this hotel does not deserve 5 stars. At best, 2 stars. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this hotel as it is now.

This hotel is a good choice! The beach, pool and shopping all very near walking distances. Almost everybody had a smile on their face and made us feel welcome. They are very attentive (sometimes too much) The only “bad” part was that some are pros in emotional blackmailing, the language barrier is being used wisely (ask all details when making deals) and one pressured us for reviews All in all (and speaking with other tourists and experiences) we definitely made the right choice in this hotel and would also visit it again. I usually don't write reviews, but I feel like I have to warn people to stay well away from this hotel. I stayed at Hotel Bella Vista in Egypt and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The rooms are seriously outdated—furniture looks like it's from the 90s, and the overall feel is worn out and neglected. If you're unlucky enough to get a street view room, prepare not to sleep at all. The noise from the constant honking and traffic outside is unbearable, and the poor sound insulation makes it feel like you're sleeping on the sidewalk. The food was one of the worst parts of the stay. It was bland, repetitive, and lacked any real flavor. Every day felt like the exact same meal with no variety and nothing authentic about it. Honestly, I ended up skipping meals just to avoid the disappointment. As for the beach, while the sea itself is beautiful, the beach area is poorly managed. There aren’t nearly enough sunbeds for the number of guests, so unless you wake up at dawn to claim one, you’re out of luck. The only redeeming quality was the sea—crystal clear water with beautiful corals and colorful fish, which made snorkeling enjoyable. But sadly, that’s the only thing this hotel has going for it. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Good location, you have planty to see around and close to the hotel. New Marina is 5 minutes by taxi ( cheap ) and 20 minutes if you want to walk and see Hurgada ( be carufel how you cross the street ). Rooms are just ok, old, nothing special, but you do have everything you need more or less. Beds and pillows are not soft but for me they were just right ( you can ask for soft pillows ), bathroom again is fine, everything you need is there but it is pretty old. Hotel is small and the beach is really small, send, sea is great, windy but if you like snorkeling you have something to enjoy. There is also "Voodoo divers" center next to the hotel. Service is fine, they do keep an eye on you. Food is, in my opinion, good but there is a lack of variety for sure. Hotel is small so don't expect the food to be the best part of your trip. The best part is the pool for kids ( for sure ), animators earn their pay - some interesting workouts, karaoke, volleyball, sun, beach and a great weather.

WARNING: This is NOT a Resort – Avoid at All Costs! Our stay at this so-called resort was an absolute nightmare. I have never encountered such poor conditions in a hotel before, and I strongly advise anyone considering it to look elsewhere. Facilities & Accommodation: The entire property is severely outdated, dirty, and has an unpleasant smell throughout. We were assigned a family room facing the street, which turned out to be a disaster. After 4 PM, the street becomes extremely noisy, with non-stop honking and traffic that lasts well into the early hours of the morning. Sleeping was nearly impossible. The window frames were so old and ill-fitted that they left large gaps, allowing all the noise and heat from outside to come in – it literally felt like sleeping on the street. Food: Bland, repetitive, and uninspired. Every day we were served the exact same meals: rice, fried fish, fried chicken, a limited salad bar, and the same two fruits – melon and dates – every single day. We stayed for 10 days and saw no variation whatsoever. Beach Area: The beach is tiny, overcrowded, and very poorly managed. There are not nearly enough sunbeds for all guests, and unless you wake up at 6:00 AM to reserve one, you’re out of luck. The sunbeds are packed tightly together – side by side with barely any room to walk between them. People in the back rows couldn’t even reach the sea without stepping over others. Constant Harassment: You cannot relax for a moment without being disturbed. Around 8 different hotel or external staff roam the beach and pool area all day long, trying to sell excursions to Cairo, diving trips, safaris, massages, “medical services,” and more. It was endlessly annoying and invasive. Customer Service: Frankly, the service was appalling. Staff were indifferent at best, and at times even rude or dismissive. There is no hospitality, no care for guest comfort, and no effort to resolve issues. In Summary: This is NOT a resort. It’s a run-down hotel with substandard facilities, terrible food, poor service, and zero peace or comfort. Do not be fooled by the photos or description online – they are wildly misleading. If you're looking for a relaxing holiday, you won’t find it here. Stay far away.

I don’t even know where to start listing the bad — and the good — things about this hotel. The rooms are old and dirty, the pool is very dirty, and generally, wherever you look a bit closer, it’s dirty.Of course, don’t trust the pictures on Google, because it doesn’t look like that. Let’s start with the beach. The beach is nicely arranged, but there aren’t nearly enough spots for all the hotel guests. We’re basically sitting on top of each other because it’s so crowded. The access to the sea is chaotic — we cut our feet on the rocks. Credit to all the beach staff though, they are extremely hardworking and helpful! When we leave the beach, we get to the pool, which is also very dirty, but again, praise for the service at the pool. One man at the bar is working for a huge crowd. Walking through the resort’s garden area is very pleasant and clean — absolutely all praise for the people working in the gardens! Now, the spa center 🫥 — during a massage that cost €20 (discounted), instead of relaxing, the masseuse was climbing up on the table, constantly talking, laughing, and slacking off. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE SPA! Then the rooms: they are old, and very few have nice furniture and space. You can pay for a bungalow or a standard room — it’s just a matter of luck what you get. The housekeeping staff are very kind and hardworking, but we were given towels that smelled bad and weren’t changed even after we complained at the reception. Once we even got a dirty towel, but since it was for the floor, we didn’t care. Next, the main building of the resort, the front desk staff - very rude and impolite, whenever you ask them for something, it’s not always possible, and when it is, they make it happen in the most difficult way. I’m not sure exactly how many people work at the reception, but only two of them are actually good and make an effort to help guests. There’s also billiards you can pay extra for — you get to play in 100-degree heat because there’s no air conditioning, and the table is old, dirty, and bad. They don’t even have all the balls, and the cues are in poor condition — DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Next stop, the clinic, where I received very good care — hats off to the doctor who works alone there. Then we head to the restaurant, where I have only words of praise for the staff — they work non-stop and are always smiling and helpful. The food is nothing special, but there’s something for everyone. Of course, I still have to mention the very poor animation team and the people who bother you every day trying to sell their services (massages, excursions, braiding, etc.). The animation is truly bad — there’s no program for kids, every performance lasts at most half an hour, and it’s so boring you feel like leaving early. They are intrusive, irritating, unpleasant, and keeps asking inappropriate questions. The people selling services “jump out of the fridge” — they literally pester you until you either buy what they’re offering or get rude with them. There’s much more I could write, but this is already too long, so overall, the experience is 2/5.

I want to start by saying this place is amazing! The personal is so nice and great and everyone is so kind! If you see any bad comments like “rude” or “they changed our room to a worst one” I can explain why. There are so many people in this resort (Guests, not employees) that feel so entitled. They act rude, never say thank you or please or even hi. For reference, I just had a woman in front of me in line saying “chicken” to the chef, no thank you, no please, no hi. Then do not complain if the employees are not the nicest with you or they changed your room! Other than this, me and my partner have been so kind and nice to every employee and they are very very friendly and also funny I would say! They are nice people and the resort is situated in a very good place, with many shops around and restaurants or fast foods. At night the city is so pretty, very recommended to visit! During the day is pretty too, but less shops are open! So I recommend to visit the city at night, from 7pm is great! There is also a very cheap supermarket with European food brands, for very cheap, if u are interested! Very good experience, we still have 6 days so I might write a final comment at the end of my vacation! For reference I am Italian and my partner German. We really like it here! (Also: Egyptian beer is actually good! But for the Italians: be careful to the pasta in the buffet, not the best one, but still good! Ask for red sauce pasta, which is tomatoes, it is better than the white sauce). Also, the gym is very good and the spa too! We did so many massage, if you bargain well they give you a very good price! The desert safari is also good, a little short and finished at 18:30 not 20 (6:30pm not 8pm) so we were a little disappointed, but the tour guide was nice!

Hi everyone! This was already my second time in Hurghada, staying at the Seagull Beach Resort. I knew what to expect when I came back, but honestly, it still managed to surprise me in the best way. The hotel is huge, with so many services included in the all-inclusive package, so you never run out of options. The staff are just amazing – super helpful and always smiling. I have to highlight Hani and Ahmed, the manager at the reception, and also Mohamed and Mahmoud on the beach, who were incredibly friendly and made me feel really welcome. Another big plus is the location. If you want some action, you just step outside the hotel and you’re right in the center of Hurghada. You don’t need any transfer – you can just walk to the marina, the mosque, or wander along the lively main street full of shops and restaurants. And for those who like adventures, there’s so much to choose from: safari tours, quad biking, diving, boat trips, or even full-day excursions to the pyramids, Luxor, the Valley of the Kings, Aswan, or Abu Simbel. All in all, it’s the perfect place to relax by the crystal-clear Red Sea and at the same time explore Egypt’s unforgettable sights. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Rooms The rooms here are older and more primitive than my grandma. They all have Air Conditioning but it works horribly, it's not even possible to figure out how to set it to cool the room down. We got the 3rd floor room and the balcony is just looking at other balconies. The toilet light is broken, only 2 power outlets and theres a lamp by the bed that needs a power outlet when there isn't even one near the bed. There's weird solidified liquids in the toilet and the pillows are as hard as rock. Overall, horrible rooms. Service You can tell people aren't being paid enough when they can't even do their job right. We specified we wanted a room with 3 beds, since we had 3 people in the same room, we got a single small double size bed.. We went to ask registration and to get us a new room, so we got a room with twin singles instead. Only 2 beds. One of us had to sleep on the floor. The chauffeurs were constantly asking for tips. Location As I mentioned before, the balconies serve no purpose, there isn't a single balcony overlooking the sea, the area around the hotel looks all nice and fancy but the streets around it are filled with trash. Overall Honestly, horrible experience, regretted every second of it, the only decent part was the Swedish Buffet, though even then it was hardly possible to find utensils to eat with.

There's adult only swimming pool and beach area but no restaurant at present as this is being renovated. There is very little change to the daily menu and very little choice of fruit unless you buy it at breakfast as a smoothie which is very unfortunate because the selection for the smoothies is amazing.

We returned to Coral Beach Resort for the second time, and once again we are very satisfied. The hotel itself clearly has some years behind it (during our stay the main restaurant was under renovation, but it didn’t affect us at all). Meals are tasty, served buffet-style, and the food is varied enough that everyone will find something to enjoy. On the beach, there are delicious fries prepared by a very friendly chef, as well as burgers :) There’s also a pool bar (which we didn’t use), and a 16+ pool “La Pergola” with another nice bar. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the beach. It’s one of the largest I’ve ever been to – and I’ve seen many hotels. The water is beautiful and warm, the beach sandy with some rocky areas, a reef, a snorkeling pier, diving center, and small bays. The beach is so spacious that it has different zones: the main beach (the largest, with a bar and friendly staff), a 16+ adult-only area, and the wonderful “Cleopatra Beach” where you can sunbathe nude or topless. It’s a peaceful place full of friendly people from different countries – mostly Germany, Czechia, Russia, and Poland. We’re truly grateful that this beach exists. Rooms are nice, with air conditioning, TV, large comfortable beds, bathroom, and terrace. They are cleaned daily – it’s worth leaving a tip or a small gift for the housekeeping staff, and they often surprise you with creative towel decorations. Evening shows are also pleasant and varied, with a fantastic animation team. Special thanks to Iri and Asonta, Norn – you are the best! The resort itself is very large, so there are plenty of places to walk. Bar and lobby staff are friendly, and again – if you leave tips, you’ll experience genuine Egyptian hospitality. Special thanks to our friends Zezoo and Mustafa, as well as all the waiters and hotel staff. To sum up: this is not a luxury hotel, but it is a place where you will truly enjoy your vacation and find real relaxation. We wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were shocked by the reception. There was no proper lobby—just a small desk with narrow corridors. A literal joke. The absolute best part was the beach it was wonderful, amazing, and breathtaking. It’s very long, beautifully kept, and even offers a sense of privacy.

I recently returned from Le Jardin Aqua Resort, and I must say that Sunrise management has made a remarkable difference—the name truly reflects the experience, as it felt like the sun had risen again over this hotel. During the week, I get wonderful surprises they gave us free upgrade once upon arrive and also they having a fast response when we asked about something in the room they solve it, also I met many wonderful team members who deserve appreciation for their continuous care for guests and staff: Mr. Adel (Room Reservations) Chef Amr (Restaurants) Ashraf, Hady, and others from the restaurant service team, who truly served with heart. A special mention goes to Ashraf, who always brought a baby chair for my son the moment he saw us—without me even asking. At the same time,I also noticed some newer staff who require further training to meet the high standards of hospitality. I am confident that Sunrise management will continue to invest in their professional development to ensure all guests receive the same high-quality service, Also if food be in different themes especially in Lunch and dinner will be more than great and iam sure you will do lots of development always. I would also like to thank: The one who was responsible for the Asian restaurant Manzuko on Friday, 26/9. He was professional, elegant, and capable of managing a large number of guests with ease. The Housekeeping staff member responsible for our room (4115) during our stay from 21/9 to 27/9, who did an excellent job.

The resort was very good, above expectations! It really is as nice as it looks from the pictures, if not even better. There are many pools, quite large ones, the Aquapark portion is also excellent, there s a large green garden with cacti and plants, and direct access to the beach if you prefer the sea over the pools. There are bar-stands and towel-dispensaries at the beach, not just the ones next to the pools. The staff works very hard to keep everything clean all the time. The wi-fi unfortunatly isnt very reliable in the area, but that's about the only problem that can be held against this place. The food is amazing, quite diverse, the rooms are spacious and clean

I stayed at Mercure in July 2025. It was a wonderful stay, from the entire resort structure to the entire staff. The room we stayed in was very spacious and well-equipped. The hotel food was delicious, well-seasoned, and had a wide variety. During my stay, the staff helped me with my marriage proposal, and everything was magnificent, perfect, and unique! My family and I spent a week at Hotel Mercure in Hurghada and we were very impressed. The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained, and the buffet was always freshly stocked at any time of the day. The food was delicious and varied – we especially enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Minor issues in the room were fixed immediately after a quick phone call, which shows how excellent the service is. The rooms are a bit older, but still comfortable and perfectly fine. For us, this hotel feels more like a five-star than a four-star experience. The beach and the sea are absolutely beautiful – we can fully recommend this hotel.

We are now in hotel Mercure, house of pieces, room 1615. Beuatiful part, near the pools, beach and restaurant. You could see the pictures of everything (room, pools, beach, sea, food..) on the internet, or in your agency, or here in reviews, and to choose either you like it or not. But things that you can’t see are people here. Everyone, from receptionist, waiters, hostes, pr manager, bartneder, cleaning stuff, are so kind and polite, allways smileing, allways asking is everything ok, do you need something, allways looking forward to help you with everything you need. Of course, the only condition is that you are also kind and polite. The concept of all inclusive, doesn’t mean that you have slaves here. They are working their job, prepare food for you, clean after you, give you the best and they are the reason why your holiday is better. All of those “invisible” people that you even don’t see, make everything better for you. You are not in obligation to give tips of course, but you need to be kind and respectful. For me, tip was just small way to say “thank you for everything that you are do for us to make our holiday better. “ and for them it means a lot. They are affter all your host, and you are in their “house”. So now, with deep respect and gratitude, special THANKS for people that made our holiday better. Receptionist- Thank you for everything. Thank you on your fast reaction when our safe didn’t work. I spent last week in this hotel, and I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised by how the hotel met my expectations and value for the money. Everything was clean, the room, the garden, the restaurant, the beach. Staff speaks a lot of languages, and wants to help on every situation. The food was pleasant, and they have plenty options for every meal. The best part was that there weren’t too many families with kids 😅. So it’s pretty quiet, for those who need a little break from loud/fast environments.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was tasty and varied, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and relaxing. We especially appreciated the friendly service at the restaurant, the cleanliness of the pool area, and the attention given to every detail. This hotel is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Red Sea. Thank you to the whole team for making our vacation so enjoyable – we will definitely be back!

This is a great hotel. i don't think it's 5* tho maybe a 4* at best, the rooms are nice and spacious with good views over the private beach and pool. The staff can't do enough for you and are all helpful. They are quick to ask for tips tho on everything! The air-conditioning was next level good! The room was constantly cool, so the heat didn't bother us at night. The entertainment was very basic, probably more for the kids than adults, and don't get roped into the foam party on Fridays it's just a way to get you to spend money at the bar. The private beach is easily the best it of this hotel it's well set out and always has a nice breeze to keep cool, if you can get some goggles and have a swim in the sea lots of fish and crabs to see Few shops just outside the hotel. I would recommend getting what you need from them as the hotel shop is extortionate compared to any other shop. The bad bits were the WiFi situation. It was advertised on love holidays as being included, which it isn't! I was surprised at a hotel that charges you for WiFi, especially for a 5*. The gym isn't included either, although that is advertised as all included.

I will write this in English so that it reaches more people. Never come to this hotel. See the photo of this dog, which is kept in a cage in 38° heat for the entertainment of people. No, just no. So that no one can accuse me of bias, I will also review the hotel. The rooms have not been refurbished for a long time, the bathroom has a strange shower tray and a curtain instead of a shower cubicle. The food is okay, no stomach upsets. Every day there is something good to choose from. A big plus is the helpful staff, smiling from the very morning. But I guess that's standard in Egypt.

My husband and I just came back from 2 weeks in the Aladdin Beach Resort and it was an amazing hotel. When we arrived we got a free upgrade to a deluxe room which was amazing. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff couldn't do enough the food was great only thing was the entertainment was a bit repetitive would be great to have karaoke. There was everything you need in this holiday beach was amazing, pools we great plenty of places to eat the Japanese restaurant was an amazing experience. I stayed at Aladdin Beach Resort with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. During our stay, an extremely unpleasant incident occurred on the playground. Another guest physically hit my child in the face without any reason. Despite reporting this serious situation to the hotel management immediately, no adequate action was taken. To this day, the hotel has not contacted us with any official statement or sent us the incident report by email, as promised. This complete lack of responsibility and respect for guests’ safety is simply unacceptable. Regarding the facilities, the rooms are in urgent need of renovation. The bathroom was in terrible condition – the sink was loose and unstable, the water tap in the shower was falling off, and the overhead rain shower did not work at all. The food was generally not tasty, with very limited variety and low quality. Additionally, near the playground there is an unsecured construction area for a terrace, which is a serious safety hazard, especially for children. The hotel grounds themselves are quite nice and well-maintained, but the evening entertainment was extremely boring. The animation team spent more time encouraging guests to write positive reviews online than actually engaging the audience. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. The lack of proper response to a violent incident involving a child, combined with poor room conditions, unappetizing food, and safety issues on the premises, made our stay very unpleasant.

I'm writing this review as I'm sitting waiting for our transfer at 9pm from the most amazing holiday we have had in a long time here at aladdin beach resort. The rooms are beautiful comfy and have everything you need, the staff each and every one of them are absolutely wonderful from the cleaners to the waiters and everybody in between can't do enough for you and nothing you ask is to much. The resort itself is impeccably clean pools are amazing beach is absolutely beautiful . This was our first time in egypt and what an amazing time we have had and that is all down to the most amazing hotel and most amazing staff !!!! 5 stars worthy hotel with no minuses. Clean, comfy, rooms are big enough, clean, smells great 😁, everything is perfect. You must ask for balcony if you smoke, cause there are rooms with no balcony. Food is great, drinks are served in normal glasses. Beach is wide, huge, clean and with enough sun shades. Its a windy place if you hate wind, dont go. Sea is moving a lot. During day you must walk to a swimming point. There are few shops like duty free, jewelry, cosmetics, on the outside of hotel. I loved the ling walking trails with no crowd or too much traffic.

The hotel is very beautiful and exceptionally clean. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are large and comfortable. All the staff members are friendly, and the overall atmosphere makes you feel great. There are several pools—seven in total—but only one is heated. Personally, that wasn’t an issue for me, as I swam in one of the unheated pools and it was perfectly fine, especially since it wasn’t crowded. The bed linens and towels are changed daily during room cleaning, which is a nice touch. There are multiple restaurants on-site: Italian, Oriental, Chinese, and Brazilian/Mexican. We received two à la carte dining vouchers and chose the Oriental and Italian restaurants—both exceeded our expectations, though the Oriental one stood out as the best. There are various programs and shows for both kids and adults, and there’s even a fairly large aqua park. The beach has plenty of loungers and is well-maintained. However, if you want to swim in the sea, you’ll need to walk about 150 meters out, as the water is quite shallow near the shore. You can also go snorkeling from the pier and swim among the fish—it’s a beautiful experience. The resort itself is huge, and cleanliness is maintained throughout every area. The food was good and plentiful. I highly recommend this resort and would definitely return.

Shocked by the Receptionist's Rude Attitude – I’m a Returning Guest Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I’ve used day-use at Gravity Hotel before with no problem, so I was honestly shocked by how I was treated this time. I had left my original ID at the car rental, but I had a clear copy with me — which was accepted in the past. This time, the receptionist flat-out refused and spoke to me with an incredibly rude and dismissive attitude. I understand if rules have changed, and I wouldn’t have minded if it was explained politely. But there was no respect, no basic customer service, and no effort to help. Being a returning guest made this treatment feel even worse. I won’t be coming back of course but so sad that’s the level of hospitality now.

Poor Experience – Not Recommended During my stay, personal belongings were stolen, and management handled it poorly with little support or accountability. The rooms were outdated, dirty, and in serious need of maintenance. On top of that, the food was average and lacked any real quality. Hotel with the Best Beach on the Red Sea This was my fourth time staying at the Caribbean, but unfortunately, I think it will also be the last. The beach is absolutely beautiful – one of the best on the Red Sea. However, the food quality has declined compared to previous years. The selection is very limited, with almost the same menu every day. There are many different types of cakes, but they all taste very similar – dry and unremarkable. The fruit selection is good, but if you come to the restaurant later, the choice becomes very limited. On the positive side, the service is excellent. The waiters, staff, and animation team are all wonderful – friendly, polite, and always smiling. One big disappointment was upon arrival. We got to the hotel late, around 1:30 AM, and unlike in previous years, there was no dinner provided. At the reception, they promised to send food to our room for free, since we are VIP guests, but it never happened. Another small downside is that the music on the beach is sometimes too loud. Overall, the hotel is nice, with its pros and cons, but next year we will definitely not be coming back.

We had a beautiful room that was always perfectly clean. There was always something we liked to eat in the dining room. The waiters were smiling and brought our drinks right away. I recently stayed at Sentido Caribbean Soma Bay, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. At first, I was a bit hesitant—mainly about the food. I had heard mixed reviews and was considering Jaz Soma Bay, but their prices were high. I chose Caribbean, and it turned out to be nearly half the cost—and absolutely worth it! • Rooms: Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Not brand new, but definitely not outdated. • Beach: One of the best beaches I’ve visited. Wide, clean, and never crowded. I was really impressed by how peaceful it felt. • Pools: Spacious, clean, and not crowded. The hotel size is just right—not too big, not too small. • Food: The biggest surprise! Everything was delicious—from the buffet to à la carte restaurants. The Arabic restaurant had great drinks, and the Italian (Gazebo) served some of the best steak I’ve ever had. • Service: Room service and housekeeping were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. • Bars: This was the only area that could be improved. Some drinks weren’t great, and a few items were missing like iced lattes. The bar near the beach wasn’t great, but the Jamaica bar (a bit farther) was better. • Snacks: Crowded and average in quality, except for the manakeesh, which were great! • Entertainment & Activities: The animation team was very active, and there were plenty of options for kids. The hotel doesn’t have internal transportation (like golf carts), but it wasn’t needed thanks to the manageable size. Overall: This hotel offers excellent value for money and easily competes with more expensive resorts. If they improve the bar experience, it would be almost perfect. I’d definitely recommend it and would return again.

First time I visited and last. Here are all the problems that we had during our stay. The room had one METAL BED! and two normal ones. We went to reception complain 3 times and took them 2 days to change it. They gave as 2 towels even tho room is for 3 persons. They never change glowes for 2 hours until breakfast/lunch/ dinner is over.... They serve only 5 free cocktails and every person makes them different. Constantly begging and bothering people at beach even tho we told them we don't want any of stuff they offer.... Interior is old in rooms and haven't change probably 15 years. Workers that work in restaurants stinks and every time they pass you can smell it. The kitchen and place where they prepared food is dirty and better not to look at. They prepared same cakes every day for 7 days.... We had to drink medicine every day in the morning so we don't get bad stomach.... This was 5 star hotel 15 years ago. The beach, pools and sea nice and clean.

We had a great stay at the Ali Baba Resort! We are very satisfied with the hotel overall. The food was tasty and there was a good variety every day. The animation team did a fantastic job, especially for the kids — there were always fun activities and entertainment throughout the day. The beach is beautiful and perfect for relaxing. At the front part there are quite a few stones, but once you go a bit deeper into the water, the stones disappear and it’s much more comfortable to swim. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

It’s about 20 mins from airport and short walk from shopping mall. Has own beach and sister hotels you can visit. Staff are super friendly, and clients are mainly European and eastern block.

The hotel is very clean. And all the staff are friendly. The people are respectful and treat you with the best service. The sea is sandy, but there are rocks at the beginning, so you must wear water shoes to enjoy it.

Excellent hotel with a large green area and a well-thought infrastructure. The shoreline is within 10-minute walk across the premises of the neighboring hotel. The swimming bay area is marvelous with crystal clear water and sandy bottom appealing to both kids and adults. On the seaside there are plenty of sun lounges. All in all, the hotel is the perfect choice for every taste from youngsters to any family with kids.

Wow wow wow. What an amazing holiday myself and 2 pre teen daughters had. From the second we stepped foot outside the hotel to the second we left we were treated with the greatest care. The hotel, the rooms, the endless amount of pools, the restaurants, the staff, the entertainment you name it was second to none. The hotel is maintained to such a high, clean standard every single day and every staff member speaks to you, is polite, happy and ones that you can have a laugh with. Rooms were very dated and bathroom very old, broken tiles, only stand in shower which was small. The room was presented to us with a double bed and a single (there were four of us!) When spoken to the front desk his solution was to move the beds together? Food was okay. Inevitably we all got stomach issues and it was due to the food. Our room phone wasn’t working for at least four days despite us requesting at front desk to be repaired. Whenever we needed something we would have to walk all the way down to the front desk. When it finally did work, I rang to ask for an iron and they never brought it! His response was ‘we will see’. Only good thing was the slides and swimming pools my children enjoyed. Staff could work on their customer service skills. They look annoyed every time you ask them a question.

Lovely hotel – really clean and spacious, and the things you can do here for kids are unreal. We did have a small issue on the first night, but the management were very nice and quickly sorted it out – it turned out to be more of a miscommunication/ barrier to languages etc with reception and didn’t detract from the overall service at all. Be prepared to do a lot of walking – we were easily hitting 10,000 steps a day! It can take a day or so to get your bearings, but once you do it’s really good. We used our Google maps walking map which was a great help in finding everything. Not much outside of the hotel itself, but we booked the boat trip and the quads which were amazing and definitely worth doing. The only downside was the drinks service at night around the main stage – the wait times were quite long, and with the bars being so spread out it made things a bit tricky. It would be brilliant if there were iPads on the tables so you could order directly, saving the waiters from running back and forth. Special mention has to go to the lifeguard at the small pool near room 6025 – he was absolutely unreal. He really made the holiday for us, looked after everyone so well, and is a real credit to the hotel. A real gentleman.

I arrived at Arabella Azure in Hurghada just an hour ago, and I’m already impressed! The place is absolutely stunning – beautiful buildings with a Nubian-Egyptian style featuring dome designs, breathtaking sea views, and an overall attractive layout. The staff are incredibly polite, kind, and welcoming. They even allowed us to check into our room early and offered us breakfast on our arrival day, which not every place provides. The restaurant captain kindly gave us a tour of the buffet and showed us where everything is. I was also pleasantly surprised to find dry food for pets available in different corners of the property – such a thoughtful touch. This is just my initial review out of pure admiration for the hotel. I will update it at the end of my stay and share photos I take during my time here. Overall, it’s a wonderful destination, perfect for relaxation, unwinding, and enjoying a truly refreshing vacation.

Great location between Marina and City Centre, lovely hotel, staff all very friendly and so helpful, whether that is the waiters, bar staff or pool and towel staff. the excursions on offer are great value and cover alot of options for whatever you want to do. we did a speedboat tour with snorkelling, dolphin siting and stop on sandbank, which was great. the team that did the trip were exceptional. pool area nice, pool large and always well occupied. although the sunbeds get snapped up quickly (especially those in the sun all day) but you expect that everywhere you go, especially if you dont try and get a sunbed until 10am. enterainment team are always present and do their best to get people involved in all the activities. they are happy to talk to you and keep you up to date with everything going on. the evening entertainment isnt too long either and a wide variety of things. food choices are mainly good, not huge amounts of choice but enough to keep even the hungriest person full. bar staff dont leave you waiting for drinks and like to have a conversation too. the drink choices arent to everyones taste, but having been to Hurghada a couple of times knew you only get local spirits. the rooms are very dated and could do with update, the wifi leaves alot to be desired depending on your location around the pool and reception area. the fitness centre whilst functional needs an upgrade to allow anyone to have a remotely decent workout and people need to learn to put their weights back. prepare to get lost trying to get to adult only beach area,but gives you a chance to get steps in. also it isnt very clear how the 3 Azur hotels work together and where you can and cant go. but I also didnt ask. all in all a nice hotel and a great location for travelling in and around hurghada, close enough to things outside of the hotel if you want to travel out too.

I would not recommend staying here if you value customer service. The staff are rude and completely incompetent. I walked up to the bar and waited while the bartender stood around on his phone. When an attractive woman walked up five minutes after me, he suddenly decided to serve her first. When he finally got me a drink, he said, “Sorry, can you wait 10 minutes for me to get a receipt book for your beer?” At breakfast, I greeted one of the staff with a “good morning,” and he snapped back, “Show me your wristband.” When I did, he just waved me away rudely. On the morning of our departure, we asked for bags to be picked up at 11:30. They arrived at 10:45 instead, and when we weren’t ready, they never came back. We also had a member of our group roll her ankle. With no help from the staff, we had to get her back to her room and administer basic first aid ourselves. In the middle of all that, we were also trying to check out by 12:00, and instead of helping, the staff tried to rush us — even though our friend likely had a broken ankle. They also failed to record who had handed back their towel cards. My partner returned mine while I was dealing with the injury, but when I went to pay my bill, they claimed I hadn’t handed it in. After some back and forth, they found the card behind the desk. When paying for my beer, I was also charged twice — the transaction showed as declined on their end, but $5 was still taken out. To make the entire situation worse, as I was walking back to the bus, I saw the baggage handler throw my backpack, which contained my camera gear and laptop. It’s such a shame as the location is great and the snorkelling is amazing but iv been in Egypt for 2 weeks now and never had such poor service like this. The doors to the bedrooms are really difficult to open and they use physical keys instead of cards that you tap onto the room door. There were times I had to get help with opening the door. My bedroom was very dusty and the bath mat was dirty when I first arrived. Some of the staff were quite rude and very unhelpful. If I asked a question they’d look at me like I was an idiot. I remember I asked one staff member to help me open a door and although he did help me with opening the door he ignored me and looked upset he had to help me. I also found the bartenders to be quite rude. The staff don’t smile at this place either. I also found it quite odd that the staff would not bring food to us on the beach but they would bring drinks. Beautiful location however very old amenities and staff who make you feel uncomfortable. I will definitely not be coming back here nor will I be recommending this place to anyone. I felt very unwelcome.

A Red Sea resort hotel in Egypt. To be honest, the reason we came here was to be on a beach and swim in the ocean, relax, and snorkel and see lots of fish, which we saw and it did delivered on that. However, the hotel itself is old, not clean (one of the rooms had nail clippings on the nightstand table and on the bathroom floor), bathrooms are dark and in need of a renovation job. The hotel management is a joke. The bars do not communicate with one another, we had to close a tab at the bar after 2 drinks on the south end of the pool in order to have another drink at the north end of the pool. When at the beach, none of the Azur hotels work together, you are not allowed to order from the other restaurants or use the other pools (we got shooed off the premises), and certain areas of the beach are exclusive to each building. It’s all Azur hotels. We couldn’t understand this. In order to hire a snorkel equipment rental, you have to walk all the way around the hotel resort in order to get 100 meters along the beach. Plus the system is old, they could use an electronic bar system to help run their business. Overall, after dealing with a few frustrations, we enjoyed our time on the beach.

We had an amazing stay at titanic palace! All staff were helpful and always gave service with a smile. The hotel itself had everything you would need for an all inclusive stay - including a spa and gym. Multiple pools and a private beach so you had plenty of space without feeling overcrowded. The rooms were very clean and maintained daily with housekeeping. The food service was excellent with different cuisines every night for dinner, alongside additional restaurants within the hotel that you could reserve for free! An amazing hotel with amazing staff, I highly recommend!

I am visiting from the USA, and my initial impression of the hotel was that it felt quite dated, particularly the reception area, which lacks any renovations that could enhance its appeal. This oversight is significant, as a welcoming entrance is a crucial marketing element. Consequently, I had low expectations for my stay. However, the room I received was quite good and modern, especially since I had a sea view, though it came at a cost of nearly $200 per night. Unfortunately, the hotel offered little in terms of activities, making the evenings rather dull. While the staff, especially in the dining area, were generally pleasant and hardworking, I did notice some employees at the beach and pool attempting to engage in an annoying conversations with my daughters. The food was satisfactory but not exceptional, especially compared to other resorts I have visited. Additionally, we booked an ATV ride through the hotel for two families, which turned into a significant disappointment. Safety protocols were not adhered to, as we were assigned only one guide instead of the necessary two. This oversight forced us to navigate through traffic and on busy roads to reach the starting point in the Sahara, where the guide criticized our pace, despite the presence of younger riders aged 14 and 15. Ultimately, we did not receive a full refund, as the guide attributed the issues to our inability to ride effectively, which seemed unreasonable given the circumstances. Overall, while the hotel is acceptable, it does not live up to the luxury it claims, especially considering the price I paid.

We went in september so it wasn't to busy. Price quality is definitely good. I really recommend going to the fire show, but get there 30 mins beforehand to have a good spot. Don't bother going to the arcade. The submarine was unavailable so we did the Quest which was very nice and definitely worth it. The a la carte restaurants are included but you need to make a reservation in the morning (except for the lebanese restaurant). The cocktails are also included but aren't that amazing. I highly recommend getting extended checkout for €25, you can stay in hotelroom until 5pm. The room was pretty nice, the AC works very well and the beds are comfy, housekeeping cleans the room every day and you can get new bath and beach towels anytime you want. The hairdryer is made for dwarfs so if you're above 170cm you'll have to bend down. There are 3 layers of curtains to fully blacken out the room. The wifi is surprisingly good if it's not high season. The elevators were broken quite often. The experience team is a bit pushy to get you to book, even when you're sleeping next to the pool. Hygiene is very good, but do not drink or use tap water to brush your teeth. The pool was relatively cold even in september. If you want to buy something in the souvenir shop you should haggle down about 4-5x because it's way to overpriced. Most activities like a day trip to Cairo or quad tour will be cheaper to book via getyourguide then via sindbad experience.

In general everything is perfect, I can really recommend the live shows on the Lobby Terrace and the service is great, special thanks is going out to Islam Mahmoud who is doing an amazing job. I love the food and I appreciate that there are vegan options and options for people who are allergic. However there a few things that could be improved; -the water pressure in the shower is really low and sometimes there is only boiling hot water and if you try to turn it cold there is no water at all -I have been here for less than a week by now and the electricity went down 4 times -while the food and service is perfect the main restaurant feels like a cafeteria because it's really loud due to the high ceilings. I would recommend installing something for noise cancellation like foam panels for example. These are cheap and easy and quick to install -the gym has really old equipment and you can't adjust the speed so it's not worth it

This is my fifth time visiting Hurghada, and I have always stayed in 5-star hotels. My wife and I spent 7 wonderful days at Hilton Hurghada Plaza, and I can honestly say I am more than satisfied with the overall experience. The service is exceptional – every single member of staff is extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The hotel itself is spotless and perfectly maintained, which really makes the stay comfortable and relaxing. I would also like to give special praise to the gardeners, who do a phenomenal job. Thanks to their hard work, the surroundings of the hotel look absolutely stunning and create a beautiful atmosphere. If I had to point out one small area for improvement, it would be the food and desserts. While everything is tasty and fresh, the variety could be slightly better compared to some other hotels of the same category in Hurghada. Still, there is always something delicious to choose from for everyone’s taste. The beach is excellent, with plenty of sunbeds available at all times, which we really appreciated. Today is unfortunately our last day here, and I must say this is one of the rare hotels I truly feel sad to be leaving. Hilton Hurghada Plaza has left a lasting impression on us, and I would gladly return again.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. From arriving to departing nothing was too much trouble. The staff at reception were very helpful and courteous. As was the concierge and security team. The lifeguards at the beach were great. Ali Faisal had our Sun beds sorted every morning and Kamal Sabry made sure our area was clean and tidy everyday. Kerlos at breakfast and dinner was very attentive and special mention goes to Walid our ever present bar waiter who made sure our glasses were always full. Our room was meticulously cleaned everyday and we had beautiful towel sculptures to look forward to. The staff in the kitchen/restaurant also deserve a mention. The food was so fresh everyday and such variety there was something for everyone. I could not say a bad word about this hotel. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. Each and every member of staff we encountered were so friendly.

Pros: -very lovely property well maintained -Staff extremely friendly and try to be helpful in spite of language barrier -All inclusive if you like your beer and wine or liquor -food and water are safe to eat and drink. Ice included. The hotel really keeps good standards to make sure guests do not get “Delhi Belly”! So feel safe eating at the resort. -grounds are just lovely and so well maintained -all the chairs and loungers are in good working order with plenty of umbrellas and loungers at the hotel beachfront -many large pools including adult only pools -ample food choices at the buffet restaurants -great resort for the working class and retired Germans since one price covers everything from lodgings, food and drink. Staff were always trying to be friendly and helpful if they could. I used my Google Translate several times English to Arabic and it worked fine if language was a barrier. Staff worked so hard to keep customers happy and the grounds looking beautiful. It is an Oasis in the desert. Snorkeling right off the waterfront pier is quite good for seeing fish and the staff are smart enough to know to throw bread into the water when people get in to snorkel to draw fish. Beautiful clear blue waters everywhere. Cons: Because the hotel caters to an European audience, primarily German, everyone is smoking. Only the indoor restaurants and lobby are smoke free. Then again that is most places in the world outside of California. -The cooked food is flavorless and meats are over cooked making them dry and chewy. -AC barely worked in the room but since we picked a time of year that it was not blistering hot so we managed. -Forget any stable WiFi except in the lobby. So make sure you have a good data plan. -The speciality restaurants food is not much different than the food served in the main dining halls. We tried one and canceled the rest as the food seemed to be the same. Overall it was a very nice and relaxing resort. I would recommend it for a week of just being lazy. While the food was disappointing for our tastebuds and the WiFi sucked, I would recommend it to anyone who needs a break and wants to just chill.

From arrival to departure, everything was focused on guest satisfaction, and I sincerely thank the whole team for their warm hospitality. The hotel is beautifully located on the southern side of Makadi Bay with access to stunning coral reefs. From the pier, you can easily snorkel among incredible corals and colorful fish—an unforgettable experience. We also joined a diving trip and an excursion to Orange Bay, both highly recommended. The buffet and à la carte restaurants offered a wide variety of food, and the evening entertainment by the pool was great fun. The whole stay was pure serenity.

We had a very nice stay in Aug 25. Hotel is big, although not new, its well preserved and maintained. Its located in front of beach, gardens and grass are lush, rooms spacious, toilets big and modern, every room is clean and has balcony with some kind of nice view, either garden,pool or beach. Its has 5 pools, 2 salty with bar ínside. There are hundreds of sunbeds so no race for sunbeds as other resorts, incluinding beach huts which are always available. Animation is great day and night. Lobbies are beautiful and theres a 24 h bar. Its has 2 main all inclusive restaurants one main near lobby another by the beach and five thematic restaurants from Indian to mexican, from asian to marocan also included. There s a wide range of food in the main restaurants buffets and its reasonable, could be better but still good.Now, Im my opinion the best this hotel has: when on the beach there is a pier stretching some 50 m intro the ocean. Até the end it has stairs for a 12 m deep coral reef with thousands of fish around, making it a snorklers paradise,awsome.

Fantastic hotel. The grounds are immaculate, perfectly manicured lawns and beautiful flowers. The rooms are spotless, very large and the beds are comfortable. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, they work very hard and always greet you with a smile. I can be fussy sometimes with food and struggle to make a meal out of what's on offer at hotels but the food was amazing and the unlimited a la carte option is a bonus ! Everything was fresh and tasty, with plenty of variety. I didn't watch the entertainment but the hotel offers a large and varied programme throughout the day and night offering a mixture of fitness and fun in the day, to singers, dancers and parties at night. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is very large. Fabulously clean and waiting and bar staff cannot do enough. Great service and always with a smile. Rooms are large and very clean. But shower pressure was far too low. Self service Restaurant food although hot and plentiful.is so repetitive and no meats/fish on salad bar. Just tuna and mayo mix. Too many mixed veggie dishes and meat stews are really spicy. A-la carte restaurants were lovely Entertainment is very poor and we felt that the TUI blue team really just wanted to entertain themselves. The music by the pool was extremely loud and boom boom music. The demographic of the hotel was not really looked at. The music was really for a much younger age bracket. The swim up bar was staffed by one member of staff who was fabulous but when he was off no one manned it and you had to wait sometimes up to 15 mins for a drink. The quality of the cocktails were terrible and tasted either like water or lemon juice. The sports bar main staff member was brilliant . Love the buggy transport to take us to our room at night as we were located near the beach. Over all the hotel is in a great location but due to the drinks and food, I would not return which is a shame as the hostel itself is fabulous and those 2 issues let it down

There are also "Adults only" parts at the beach, which we really appreciated. The drinks and food they serve are fantastic. Our favourite bartender Samir served us excellent beverage at the beach without even asking. Room is also pretty nice, can just get a bit noisy from all the parties around. If we come back to hurghada, we will definitely book this hotel again.

There was a variety of swimming pools that you can enjoy in different moods. The sea is not far away but it would been nice if we had access to it after 6 pm. Me, my Wife and our two 16 year old boys had the most wonderful stay at the Pickalbatros aqua vista resort. Every member of staff were so friendly and accommodating and always had a smile on their face. They always had time to stop and chat and ask how we were and had some great friendly banter. We didn’t arrive at the resort until 1am and the staff in the kitchen made us sandwiches even though the restaurants were all closed. We were kindly given a room upgrade on arrival and it was so much better than we could have expected, the room was spacious and spotless and the boys had their own space with their own balcony. The food was absolutely fabulous with something g for everyone and the visit to the a la carte restaurant was amazing. There are so many swimming pools and sun beds you could always find somewhere to relax and chill out. The water park was great fun. The adult only area was really great just to have time to ourselves, although the boys often went and did their own thing. The daytime and evening entertainment was goo and you could get involved with as little or as much as you wanted to, I did aqua aerobics a couple of times. Me and my family had the most wonderful time and made to feel very special by all the staff. My only criticism would be the amount of times people were coming round trying to sell the spa and the trips, I understand that is their job but it did become a little annoying when you were trying to relax. This was our first visit to Egypt and without any doubt we will come back to this resort.

First of all, I think the service attitude at this hotel is actually quite good. Sometimes you might feel overlooked, but that could be because there are simply too many guests. The buffet restaurants are all fairly nice — not bad at all — and the bar is also decent, though many types of drinks were unavailable. However, its location is truly excellent. By booking a room at any of the Albatross Group’s hotels, you can enjoy all of the group’s services, bars, and restaurants. If you want to go to the beach, simply take the shuttle bus — free lifeguards and life jackets are provided.

The staff are amazing, the resort is super clean with plenty of pools and things to do. Food and restaurants are wonderful with a good variety. The evening entertainment could be improved, along with a more extensive cocktail menu, and the ice cream bar needs to open way earlier (7pm to 11) is not great when you need to cool down in the 36 degrees heat. I'll definitely visit again.

A unique experience, super friendly staff, rooms are great and love the Flintstones theme. The beach has everything you need bar, loungers, showers, toilets. Ali baba the camel is often there aswell as the horses. Pool areas very clean and looked after, beautiful pools, restaurants have an array of salads, meats, pastries and cakes and much more. Highly recommend a trip to the Marina about £20 in a taxi return book from hotel and they drop you there tell them the time you want to come back and they collect you from same point.

Just came back after a really enjoyable 2 week stay. What can I say.. the room perfect cleaned daily and a new animal made daily for end of my bed! Cleaner was very friendly and helpful. Staff at this hotel were very friendly and went above and beyond to help. We sat by bettys bar almost daily. The staff were brilliant especially ramon, the man you gave you your towel daily was fantastic. Food at bettys bar was the best.. chicken burger and chips were the best. The pool was cleaned daily and was really clean. Food up at the main restaurant had a lovely selection of foods. Which were all named and was delicious. The entertainment in the evening was brilliant. From the moment we checked in until the time we left everyone went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Me and my husband have just come back from 10 days at the caves resort for our first wedding anniversary, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff are so friendly and will go above and beyond , the hotel is beautiful and staff are always hard at work cleaning and maintaing the property. We stayed in a caves swim up room which was ideal for us , but after paying a lot more for this, we discovered that all guests can use the pool regardless of room type, on the plus side we had our own loungers outside our room so didnt have to get up early to find a sunbed. One issue we had was that some entertainment such as beach party and lava disco cost extra outside the all inclusive programme and also had to pay for drinks at these locations aswell as entry fees. However the animation team work super hard and do thier best with the resources they have. Food at the hotel is veey repetitive but so has most other all inclusive places I have been to. Overall we would come back to the caves again for the friendly helpful staff, unusual and quirky surroundings and the beautiful sunshine 🌞.

Visited for a 10 day stay, overall this was an enjoyable experience. I am 100% sure this resort was 5⭐️when it opened but new owners have let it down slightly The rooms were almost exactly like the photos, beautiful and very spacious, i had a bottom floor room with a terrace which was lovely, only issue with the rooms was open cabling behind the bedframe and a few broken lights which was disappointing. Service was good but not great. At lunch and dinner most days we had already finished our meal before being waited on for drinks or having them delivered. Some members of staff also were very brief and didn't seem to engage or smile a lot. Service at barney's bar was incredible and great attentive staff in this location of the resort .Room service was also frequent and very good :) The location was okay, it connected to a lovely beach however outside of the resort was a couple of shops and other resorts and it is on a main road. The main reason i believe this shouldn't be a 5 star resort was open cabling around the pool and in rooms which is a major safety hazard, early pool closing times and poor service. Nonetheless a great resort compared to many others, good food and beautiful aesthetic.

The room was outdated, the furniture was worn out, and the A/C was weak. The bed was also uncomfortable, and the room overall needs renovation. We had a wonderful time here. The resort is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean everywhere. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff works incredibly hard to make sure every guest feels welcome. Since the hotel was fully booked, we received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival — and we were allowed to stay in that room for our entire vacation. Such a nice gesture! The sunbeds on the beach are super comfortable, snorkeling at the house reef is beautiful, and there are plenty of places to enjoy a meal or a drink. The à la carte restaurants are fantastic, and even the buffet restaurants are of great quality. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent throughout the resort — even on the beach! All in all, we had an amazing, relaxing holiday and can’t wait to come back! 🌴✨

Really nice Resort. A little noisy as mainly for families with smaller kids. But a it is so big a place, it is posible to move around. Very beautiful gardens. 100% clean, nice buildings as it has been redecorated over time. SO helfull, positive and smiling staff nomatter where you go. Nice with the free entrance to the big waterslides by the nabour hotel, if you have small or big kids. Also the tennis courts and Minigolf there. They just need some more golf balls ;-) Really nice Beach restaurant and Seafood restaurant too. And a most fantastic view fra the Sky restaurant with nice italien food. Do notice you as guest have 1 dinner in each of the 3 a la carte restaurants pr. week, and you need to book the table 1 day ahead in the hotel app (from the QR code). Loved the fitness center too. And not too busy. We could use it all right every morning. I had 4 massages in the Spa. Please also recieve my biggest compliments to the masseuse Oseni. I have massages every month, but this lady delivered the absolut best Power Sport Massage I ever have had. She is SO good and experienced. A fantastic asset for the Spa. Just really sad to hear how bad the Spa employees are paid in monthly salary. As guests, your tips are absolutly well used here. Do share my biggest recommandations. If other guests likes a fullbody massage, you cannot get it better one other places i the world then here by the Spa at Pickalbatros PalaceResort - just very important to remember, to ask for Oseni!

I have stayed at Palm Royale many, many times but not in the past 5 years, so a return was needed. What can I say. It was wonderful. Wonderful people. So many people were still there. Excellent at their job but more importantly they are genuine and caring. Mena, Mamlak, Tadros, Nshanti are just fantastic. Helpful beyond measure. Then there are all the new people I met. The concierge team were so kind and helpful. I’m struggling with a hip issue at the moment but the team, especially Ahmed and Ab dulla were so friendly and supportive they made my mobility troubles just disappear. Every waiter, lifeguard, room help and the helpful Receptionists made this an amazing experience and I can’t wait to return. Beautiful place with beautiful people.

The stuff is super friendly and they really do a lot of activities to engage the tourists: every day they have another fun show like dance show, circuses, street festival, aqua gym, belly dance. A resort full of facilities, which is making the experience unforgettable. The food was not my favorite, but it is about every person taste and preference. The cleaning service in the room can be improved. I warmly recommend this place for families and for people which want to enjoy quiet and luxury places.

This is my third time at Cascade, with my first visit being under the old name. I can confidently say that the rooms and service remain excellent. This time, I noticed a significant improvement in the food quality, showcasing what five-star hotel dining should be. Thank you to the food and beverage team for that. However, I do have one comment: we requested a lunch box for the team during checkout, and what we received was disappointing in terms of quality and selection compared to what we paid for. Nevertheless, I still enjoy the place and look forward to my next visit in Soma Bay.

It was my first time booking this hotel, and it was an excellent experience overall. The sea view was absolutely beautiful though slightly affected by nearby construction, it was still nice. We booked a half-board package, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets were great. The food was amazing, with plenty of variety. While the breakfast was a bit repetitive, it still had everything you could need and more. The true highlight of the stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. I had to cancel my original booking just 24 hours before check-in due to illness, but the team was so understanding they held my reservation and allowed me to rebook two weeks later. They were also very patient while helping me choose a room with the view I wanted. The hotel has a private beach accessible by a shuttle bus, which was always readily available👌super convenient and never an issue. Everything on the property felt accessible and easy. And I can’t end this review without mentioning the spa, especially the thalasso treatment🙏🏻it was truly a highlight! If you're heading to this hotel or Soma Bay in general, make sure to treat yourself to a visit. Highly recommended!

Okay. First things first, before checking in, we had lunch but never got our room keys until 3:40 PM, when asking for water from the bar they refused to serve us as we "didnt have a room number", which I believe is absurd. When finally given our keys, we went to the room; AC not working, floor was still wet, very bad smell of a mix of Smoke and detergents, only one bed in a double room (for me and my mom), water pressure was very low. But the view was good. We asked for a room change that took an hour till we could change, the other room was clearly much better than the first room. Food was average, I hated the salads, most were dry or old, other food and the variety was fine. Reception seating area was not huge, some not properly air conditioned. Not much of afternoon or night activities. No direct sea access, taking a shuttle bus is required, which takes about 6 minutes, some of which were not air conditioned and others had broken seats. Most of the staff were showing their smiles and being nice. When checking out they asked for an extra fare for drinks we didnt order from the bar, apparently another guest used our room number buying drinks that is worth 800 EGP, we got a refund after some time, and the reciptionist was not very good. Views were fabulous all around the hotel. I have been to more than 20 resorts all around hurghada in the past 15 years. Unforfunately that would be the 2nd worst one I've stayed at.

We came to Alf Leila wa Leila Neverland Resort in January 2025 and I’ve only got around to doing a review now.. our stay was an absolute dream come true. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into a mini city —full of excitement, charm, and thoughtful details made just for families. The resort is massive with loads of activities to suit everyone. We were constantly busy: the water bumper cars were a genuine highlight, which the kids and adults loved. And just when hunger struck, we were spoiled for choice with multiple restaurants to explore. We especially adored the meals at Mumtaz and La Casa Particular—the food was simply superb, and the waffles near Mumtaz became an instant favourite treat for the whole gang. Getting around couldn’t have been easier: the free shuttle to the beach took all the hassle out of travel logistics, so we could stay in our holiday groove without worry. Making life even more convenient, there’s a small mall just next door with great prices—perfect for a quick browse without breaking the bank. One moment that really stood out was when the reception team went above and beyond. We discovered a strange smell coming from the bathroom in our first room. Rather than making us wait, they immediately relocated us to a fresh, welcoming space with zero fuss. That kind of responsiveness and warmth made us feel truly cared for. The overall vibe at the resort was bright and friendly, with staff who genuinely seemed happy to help. With so much charm, fun, and convenience packed into one stay, we wouldn’t hesitate to return—it already feels like our forever holiday destination

Positives: The food, especially at Raj, the waterparks, the slides, the snacks (pizza, waffles, drinks) and the general aesthetics of the resort are all 10/10. Funfair, bumper cars and VR is a bonus. Negatives: Dome rooms are extremely poor and dated. For example, we were placed in 5088 that had a broken front door, broken bathroom door, broken safe, and a leaking AC. The furniture was old and everything about the room was disappointing. Housekeeping also did not attend the second day, and then came at different times ranging from 2pm to 7pm which was not consistent. New room 4049 was much better as it was a new room, but it still had a faulty lock which took 2 days to fix. Housekeeping Mohammed was very, very kind and made our stay very welcoming. Reception service is extremely poor. They have to be told to fix something several times before action is taken.

Housekeeping / Service staff were amazing - Reception staff not as great but you dont deal with them much so it was not that bad Rooms are good - have everything you would need / want. It's a big complex so be prepared to have to walk around to get to things. There is a bus that is quite regular. Each complex area has a pool right outside the room which is brilliant and a bit more chill!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Location: The property is perfectly located near Hurghada Airport, with a touristic promenade close by and all essential services easily accessible. Beach: The sandy beach is beautiful and well-maintained, with high-quality restaurants available on-site. Dining: The hotel offers one main restaurant in addition to an Italian restaurant, which requires prior reservation. There are also several beach snack bars providing a good variety of options. Staff: The staff are truly the highlight of this hotel. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Al-Badry and Mr. Rafiq, from hotel management, for their outstanding hospitality, as well as Ms. cora from Guest Relations for her excellent support. Facilities & Rooms: The hotel facilities and rooms are very clean, well-maintained, and neatly arranged. Housekeeping services are consistent and reliable. Entertainment: The animation team is outstanding, organizing a wide range of activities throughout the day. Each evening features a different show, either at the hotel itself or at the nearby Jaz Hotel. Overall, this hotel combines excellent service, a prime location, and great facilities, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Hurghada.

The hotel is very good and offers great value for money. The food at the restaurant was tasty and varied, although once the meat was not well cooked. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. The animation team organized shows every night, but since everything was in French, it was hard to understand, though we still enjoyed it. The reception team was very friendly, especially Mostafa at the front desk.

The hotel is definitely a big plus – clean, well-kept rooms, tasty food with something for everyone. The biggest asset is the staff – really great people, always helpful, smiling, and kind. Thanks to them, the stay has a special atmosphere and you feel comfortable here. But the evening entertainment… well, that’s a completely different story. Instead of relaxing after a long day, you get a “show” that sounds like karaoke in a fire station. The off-key “stars” can easily ruin the mood and take away any enjoyment of the evening. On top of that, almost all the animations are only in French, which feels like discrimination against other international guests who are simply ignored. If you’re expecting peaceful evenings, you’ll need a lot of patience, otherwise it’s hard to endure. Had we known about these issues beforehand, we definitely wouldn’t have chosen this hotel.

We've just returned from a wonderful week at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Hotel and couldn't be happier with our stay. The food was excellent every day, always a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and all-day refreshments were readily available. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and cleaned thoroughly every day. The entire hotel was spotless and well maintained, the staff were consistently kind, friendly, and eager to help, they really made us feel welcome. One highlight worth mentioning is the hotel gym. We've stayed at many resorts before, but this is by far the best hotel gym we've experienced. Well equipped, modern, and clean. Overall, Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hurghada.

For us, one of the best hotels in Hurghada. The service is consistently of the highest standard. We had contact with the reception, head of service, restaurant service and entertainment team. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. It was our second stay at Mamlouk Palace Resort. I have been travelling to Hurghada since 1997 and have seen many hotels. We will only be travelling to Mamlouk Palace Resort from now on. Here, I have found the perfect mix of relaxation and activities for my family with children.

This was my second visit to this hotel as it’s one of my favorite places, and overall my family and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff are mostly excellent, friendly, and the animation team did a great job (special thanks to Mido). Food is usually very good, and snacks are great. However, I noticed some details that gave me the impression of slight neglect compared to my first visit. My booking request for a king-size bed was changed to two singles pushed together. On the first night, the main restaurant had an unpleasant smell and some dishes were not clean, and one staff member reacted with annoyance when we raised this politely. In the Asian restaurant, the glasses were not clean either. Restaurant reservations were very difficult, always full, and I only got help after asking reception. Room service could also improve: shower gel was not replaced, glasses not changed, and unfortunately, on the last day, I found a cockroach in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom door once got stuck while I was inside; the team responded quickly to open it, but it was never repaired until we left. Despite these issues, I still love this hotel, and I hope management takes these comments seriously to maintain the high standard that makes me want to come back. I will definitely return again.

We stayed at Beach Albatros Resort in August 2025 with my family (two young girls), and we truly had a wonderful time. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with an amazing view. The best part is that the resort is directly on the beach, so all the water activities were just a few steps away, and we never felt the need to go out the resort for anything. The food offered great variety every day with plenty of options. The aqua park was amazing and safe for the kids, they like it very much.

The hotel is clean and has an excellent location. The rooms are well-kept, and staff was friendly. Unfortunately, that's where the good ends. First, the food was edible but not good. It was mostly flavorless, and there was no real cohesion. It's clear that this is a hotel that is trying to accommodate the European taste buds by making European dishes but also adding a few traditional Egyptian dishes to the menu as well, thus falling short on both. This was the first all-inclusive resort I've stayed at where the food is all buffet-style, so it is often not fresh unless you go right when it opens. You can get access to the a la carte restaurant but only if you stay for 4+ nights, which is absurd given that you are paying for the all inclusive package at the same price. Speaking of the all-inclusive package, it's $35/person per day for the basic inclusive package which is absolutely not worth it. We had an unfortunate misunderstanding during our stay where we were charged extra for orange juice to a tune of $10. We were at breakfast when a waiter came up and asked us if we would like orange juice, and we said yes. At no point was it communicated with us that this was freshly -swueezed orange juice that came at an additional cost. When we spoke with management, they repeatedly stated that they told us that freshly squeezed juice would be an additional charge. They never listened to us when we stated that our issue was that the wait staff never indicated that this was fresh juice when it was offered to us, thus we had no way of knowing this would come at an additional charge. We had been eating breakfast at the included restaurant which also served orange juice which was included at no additional charge, so how were we to expected to know that the specific orange juice this waiter was carrying around was freshly-squeezed when it was never communicated to us? Again, the issue isn't that there is an additional charge but rather they are not forthcoming with these charges when the items are offered to you. The pool and beach close at 6:30 PM when it is still light out. This baffled me because I've stayed at resorts like this in the past, and never once did the pool close before dark. The pool and surrounding area is well-lit, and nighttime temperatures still exceed 90° F. It would be acceptable if there was something to do at night, but there are really no nighttime activities that you can do other than sit at the bar and drink. Instead, they should keep the pool open late. Speaking of the bar, the bartenders seem to not know what they are doing. They have drinks on the menu that they clearly don't know how to make because I saw the bartender remake drinks as I was standing at the bar to order. I had the worst margarita of my life here. The menus as well as "all-inclusive" list are translated into English poorly with many grammatical errors that results in too much ambiguity. When I stay at a luxury resort and pay luxury resort prices, I expect a luxurious experience, and unfortunately, this hotel did not provide that.

We arrived after a very long flight, about 20 minutes after lunch had finished. Unfortunately, the hotel did not make any effort to accommodate us so that we could still have something to eat. Instead, we were simply referred to the pool snack bar. The snack bar only offered cold sausages and had no real variety. So far, this has been quite a disappointing experience.

Nice hotel with kind staff and fun events every evening. Relaxing and spacious rooms. I enjoyed the view from the balcony. Inside, the temperature is stable so you won't need to use the air conditioner too much (this can be a bit noisy). Bedsheets feel a bit dated and a little more effort in the detail and quality here would definitely be noticed and appreciated. The beach is comfortable and quiet, with fine sand and a gentle slope into the water. The umbrelas and wind guards offer privacy, a space to relax and take a break from the sun. Our favorite spot was the Captain's bar, where we could relax and drink tea, beer, cocktails. I would like to give a special mention to Reda, who always made us feel welcome there.

Giving this place five stars only because of how great Youssef on the Animation team was! He had great nightlife recommendations and made sure we were safe the entire night out! He has a great career in animation and as a promoter ahead of him and he has great dance moves! The service at the hotel was great however we had issues with the water pressure in our hotel as the water stopped in the middle of our shower. The water was fixed by the next day and the pressure was better.

This hotel could easily deserve a 4-star review. The bungalows are charming and a great place to relax (as long as you don’t inspect everything too closely), the beach they offer a shuttle to is beautiful, and the location is convenient – close to both the kite station and downtown. Prices are also quite reasonable. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the extremely unfriendly and unhelpful staff at reception. Up until our arrival here, we had only positive encounters in Egypt. But from the moment we tried to check in, we were met with eye-rolling, harsh tones, and borderline hostility — no fewer than eight times on our first evening alone. A guest that was trying to check out even cried when we got there. It’s baffling how a hotel can assign its least welcoming staff to the most guest-facing position. In contrast, the security guards and housekeeping staff were kind and professional. But if you try to check in or ask for assistance, you’re treated with visible annoyance and hostility. For example: when trying to book a cab to the airport, we were told to come back multiple times, only to eventually learn that the hotel is legally not allowed to do this – something that could have easily been explained the first time. When a mistake was made by reception, they were quick to blame and berate us, and only changed their tone once we proved it wasn’t our fault — followed by a condescending “calm down.” I'm not the one who has to calm down buddy, maybe try anger management classes. In summary: this place has real strengths in terms of setting and value, but the reception experience is a major no-go and you have to "let go" in order to enjoy your stay.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations, especially considering the high price. The overall cleanliness was below average, and the beach area was not well-maintained. The beach bar offered very limited options, and beach services were almost nonexistent. The food was another major letdown – not only was it lacking in variety, but the quality was also quite poor. Even the snacks felt like an afterthought. Inside the room, things weren’t much better. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, the TV wasn’t functioning, and despite reporting these issues to the staff, no real solution was provided. The ceiling fan made a constant loud noise, and the bed, sofa, and pillows were uncomfortable, making it hard to relax or get proper rest. On a positive note, the staff were very kind and as helpful as they could be, but it was clear that many issues were beyond their control. What disappointed me the most was the unprofessional behavior at checkout – the receptionist insisted I write a positive review on Booking before leaving, which felt very inappropriate. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. For the price charged, the service and facilities should be much better.

A Perfect Getaway in El Gouna! I recently stayed at Panorama Bungalows El Gouna in the Royal Bungalows Suite, and the experience was absolutely amazing. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious, and having a private pool made it feel like a true luxury escape. Lovely Stay, Just Avoid the Animation Team’s Parties The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, amazing staff, and delicious food with lots of variety at the buffet. Loved the option to dine at the Oriental, Italian, or Asian restaurants a great experience overall! The only downside was the animation team constantly pushing party tickets. I went to one in Hurghada and it was a complete mess. Still gave 5 stars because everything else was perfect, but I wouldn’t recommend joining those events.

Our room was kept impeccably clean, and while we didn't have a balcony with a sea view, the resort's convenient layout meant that everything was just a short walk away. The beach was beautiful, and thanks to the brilliant animation team, there was always something fun to do. We want to give a special mention to one of the entertainers, Gaza, who spent two wonderful evenings with our family and made our stay even more memorable. We enjoyed every aspect of this hotel and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone searching for the perfect holiday destination.

At the beginning of my stay, there were some issues with the room windows, but I found that when I brought this to the staff's attention, they were quick to help and resolve the problem. The hotel is 5*, the staff are super friendly, and the entertainers are also very friendly, with excellent activities throughout the day. I found everything to be very clean, from the rooms to all the facilities, including the bathrooms – nothing to point out. The buffet offers a good selection and plenty of variety, and with the 6 themed restaurants, the experience becomes even more complete. The hotel has areas and pools for fun, relaxation, and children, which makes for an incredible holiday. The only point I would mention is the beach, where you really have to walk a long, long way before you can swim. However, this is something the hotel cannot control, and it certainly didn’t stop the holidays from being excellent. If I return to Hurghada, this will be the hotel, without a doubt.

Our stay at SUNRISE Garden Beach Resort was very pleasant and memorable. The hotel offers excellent facilities, delicious and varied food, a beautiful beach and pools, as well as wonderful service from the staff in the restaurants, bars, and animation. There was a small misunderstanding during check-in that could have been avoided with better organization. This did not ruin our overall impression, but we would have appreciated a small gesture of compensation to reflect the high standard the resort is known for. The animation team is truly on a high level – energetic, cheerful, and always creating a great atmosphere. The mini disco for children was enjoyable and fun, but it has the potential to become even better. The program felt a bit short, and the music selection somewhat limited. With more diverse and modern children’s songs, as well as a richer variety of dances and interactive activities, the little guests would be even more engaged and delighted. This would be a wonderful addition to an already excellent animation program. The beach and pools are clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is perfect for a fulfilling holiday. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s digitalization. The digital menu is extremely convenient – it allows you to get all the information you need and also to report any issue with the room, restaurants, or other services. This modern and practical solution really enhances the guest experience. The only thing that did not work during our stay was the restaurant reservation section, which we reported in the hope it will be fixed soon. In conclusion, SUNRISE Garden Beach Resort is a place we would definitely recommend and one to which we would gladly return.

Amazing calming view, rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, breakfast and dinner buffet staff is amazing, very kin and helpful.. food quality is just amazing we couldn't choose between things because of huge variety. Also, pool and private lagoon beach were perfect all what we needed to enjoy water in calm place. This trip is perfect for couples /honeymooners who want to enjoy good weather and calm place. Rooms were nice with a balcony overlooking the lagoon. Plenty of storage space, a large comfy bed. Clean towels and room serviced every day. The only negative for the room was the shower, it was difficult to maintain a constant temperature. The restaurant was very good with lots of choice. Always plenty of sunbeds, bth sun and shade. The service and attentiveness of the staff was excellent. Would definitely consider coming back and I'm not usually one for returning to the same place twice

The cocktails are not only delicious but also beautifully presented. One of the most comfortable and cozy places in Egypt. Being here previously 14 years ago I was slightly scared that Three Corners lost it's remarkable hospitality and client oriented style. Happy to say that all these concerns were wrong. Everything is still on very professional level and attitude. Many thanks to reception and to guest services (Ana many thanks personally to you) Sayed and Ahmed in pool bar are real master of bartender magic, bartenders in peanuts bar are professionals themselves, animation team with aqua-gym made all my water days unforgettable. Special thanks to chef and his accompanies - all was delicious and fresh and with tiny hints which allowed to feel every dinner as royal hall meeting. The only thing to be rated not higher than 3 stars is the bar at the beach. Guys, it should be renovated and be made as first class as hotel itself. Now unfortunately it looks like a bus station rather than beach bar of such a great hotel. Nevertheless - hope to visit you earlier than 14 years later))) many thanks for keeping me and my friends comfortable during the stay.

Excellent all inclusive resort. Staff super friendly & helpful. Food was great, plenty of choice & very tasty. Pool staff & bar staff ran the areas very well, always ready to lend a hand. Evening entertainment was good, typical Middle Eastern but the attendees all seemed to enjoy themselves. Place is full of people returning so must be good. Every day we were asked if we were ok & if we needed anything or had any complaints or suggestions. This stops any moaning later. Reps on resort were always available & friendly. Never threatened by people selling trips etc, a polite no thank you and they left us in peace. No need for the red flags. Highly recommend this resort if you want a relax

The Animation team were great especially Paris who was super friendly and chatted to us almost every day. She always took time to ask us how we were and how our day was., gave us advice on places to visit, nice bars, restaurants etc. Shernouda from the Deuce Sports bar was one of the friendliest staff I have ever met. He made us laugh every night we were there. These two individuals made a great holiday exceptional. I don't think I could fault this hotel at all. If you are looking for a fun, relaxing adults only hotel this would be the one. It's absolutely brilliant.

We are currently staying at Jaz Maraya Hotel, and I can say with full confidence that the quality of services and the attitude of the entire staff are truly of the highest standard. The waiters and housekeeping team deserve special recognition – they are wonderful people whose professionalism and dedication make every moment of the stay a real pleasure. I wholeheartedly recommend them, and I believe they deserve special appreciation from the hotel management. What impressed me the most, however, was the work of Manager Kamal Ghattas. His perseverance, care, and attention to every detail make guests feel exceptionally well taken care of. In my opinion, he is an outstanding employee who truly deserves a higher position. With him, you can be certain that nothing will ever be missing – he ensures everything is managed to perfection. The rest of the management team is also excellent, and I have absolutely no complaints – they are true professionals. The seafood dinner deserves a special mention as well – exquisite, perfectly prepared, and flawlessly served. Although at the beginning my impression of the hotel was quite the opposite, today I can say with a full heart and complete confidence that Jaz Maraya is a place I would recommend to everyone.

We spent a perfect family holiday at JAZ MARAYA. The hotel facilities are modern and new, the rooms are clean and stylish, and housekeeping is provided daily. A thoughtful detail we really appreciated was that after coming back from the pool in the afternoon, the housekeeping staff would replace our used towels with fresh, thick beach towels for the next day. All the staff were attentive, friendly, and always checked if guests were satisfied or needed any assistance. The entire hotel was spotless and comfortable, with excellent hygiene standards. The restaurants offered a wide variety of delicious food and beautifully presented desserts. Every dish was carefully prepared and arranged with great attention to detail. We also reserved a dinner at the Fish Restaurant, where the appetizers, main courses, and desserts were all exquisite — truly five-star quality. This holiday was a wonderful experience for our whole family, and we will definitely come back again.

Difficult to write a proper review as I feel like my girlfriend and I might have chosen the wrong hotel for our age group. The staff is super super friendly and will go all out of their way to make sure you get what you want / need, always smiling and joking with the visitors of the resort. Rooms were incredibly clean, modern and nice. We arrived way before check-in time, but our room got cleaned in 30 minutes and we were able to go into the room for a nap after a night flight. The pool, lobby, and basically the whole resort were also incredibly clean. There are amazing spots for snorkeling, easily reachable from the resort without having to leave. We stayed for 10 days, so after a while we had the impression that the food could have been more variable, but the food was very nice most of the time, chicken was slightly dry but there are loads of other options. As for the sunbeds next to the pool? They were fully booked and reserved when we arrived at 9:30 in the morning, every day it was like this and it got super annoying, that's why I'll have to give 4 stars. Entertainment wise, its more focussed on children, evening entertainment stops at around 10:00 and after that its very quiet, not even a little music being played on the terrace through speakers, it doesn't have to be loud or party music but it would be nice to have some background noise. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is perfect; there's little to complain about, but the maintenance team takes their job a bit too seriously, and even if you say you want to be left alone, they don't let up. The internet isn't the best either. I know a lot of people have it, but you can't even watch a decent football game, and while writing this review, it took me five minutes for the page to load. Otherwise, everything was very good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I am completely blown away. This place is truly a gem! First of all, the location is beautiful and the entire property is incredibly clean and well-maintained. It's clear that the management takes great pride in their hotel. The activities were a major highlight. The animation team deserves a 10/10! I won’t name everyone individually, but the entire team did an amazing job great energy, fun activities, and fantastic entertainment all around. Also, a big thank you to the gardeners, who worked tirelessly from morning till evening to keep everything clean and beautiful. The restaurant staff and kitchen team were also very friendly and hardworking. A special compliment goes to the gentleman at the reception who handled our check-in and check out smooth, professional, and very welcoming. However, the food was a bit of a letdown. It lacked variety, was often too greasy, and the fruit was not tasty often left untouched by other guests. For families with children, the food selection was especially disappointing. There was no specific kids' menu, no child-friendly cutlery, and the grilled meat was often either burnt or undercooked not ideal for children or adults. Moustafa the Animation Team leader is truly a kind-hearted person and clearly passionate about his work. However, without a strong and well-functioning team, things won’t run smoothly. It’s important that staff are given more flexibility, especially the animators. In many other hotels we’ve stayed at, the animators were allowed to spend more time interacting with guests. That connection helps build trust and encourages guests to join more activities, both within the hotel and outside of it. Building real relationships even in a short stay makes a huge difference. Unfortunately, the Aqua Park was not fully operational, which was a disappointment, especially for families with children who were looking forward to it. Additionally, at the main pool, there were only two staff members handling service for the entire day far too understaffed considering the high number of guests. The bicycles provided were all in poor condition and many were defective. It’s important that these bikes are regularly maintained and checked to ensure they are safe and fully functional for guest use. Overall, it was a lovely stay with excellent service. With a few improvements in food quality and more openness in staff-guest interaction, this hotel has the potential to be a true 5-star experience.

First of all, all the employees are extremely nice and they really love kids. The place itself is very, very clean and the food is really tasty. There are, however, some things that could be better. For me it was disappointing that there are three themed restaurants (Asian, Italian and Oriental). For this price I expected sushi, Kung Pao, rice noodles… the typical and even average dishes you can buy in a shopping mall restaurant. But there wasn’t anything like that. I had the same feeling with the Italian restaurant. Okay, they had some pasta and Bolognese, and some kind of “pizza”… Although everything was tasty, in terms of value for money I expected more. The second thing that was very unpleasant was that there are great kids’ pools, but the water was freezing cold, so we couldn’t really enjoy them. We asked the receptionist why this was, and they told us that due to calculations it cannot be heated until November. And the third thing I have to mention is the extremely loud AC. It was so loud that we had to turn it off during the night. Overall, the hotel is nice and clean, but as I already wrote, some things need to be improved.

The only thing we has to complain are tje chairs for the babys in the restaurants. They were very dirty. But the rest was very clean. Its only 10min from airport, but you dont hear anything.

Resort massive size, with that variety of restaurants, number of lakes and pool options, all these makes the stay very entertaining and avoid the guest to be bored by any mean. My only few concerns are: - small golf cars moving around all the corridors dropping off guests everywhere within the resort and between rooms is extremely needed, as the bus is not that practical and it's passby frequency is not enough. - reception staff are not as friendly as the rest of the staff all over the resort. - food taste and variety inside the restaurants need to be better. However the overall experience was one of the best I had.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay until the very last day. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and an ideal place to completely unwind. The restaurants offer a wide selection, even for those who are not inclined to try new dishes. While not everything suited our personal taste, the variety more than compensated. We deliberately chose a resort without water slides, as we were concerned about potential noise from children. Fortunately, this turned out not to be an issue. One point for improvement: the poolside music was identical every day, with some songs repeated multiple times daily. This can become irritating; either a more varied playlist or no music at all would be preferable. Our compliments go to Ahmed from the poolside service: extremely friendly, hardworking, and consistently attentive. Our room (8102, with sea view) exceeded expectations. Minor inconveniences, such as a malfunctioning air conditioning unit and toilet, were resolved quickly. On two occasions towels were missing after housekeeping, but this had little impact on our overall positive experience. In summary, we had an excellent stay and will certainly recommend the resort to family and friends. While we intend to explore other destinations next year, we would certainly consider returning in a few years for another relaxing holiday.

First of all, I would like to thank the management for their interest in knowing the guests’ feedback. I encountered a few issues during my stay, which were: 1. The room was not provided with hand soap. 2. The minibar door was not functioning properly at all. I reported this issue to the reception, but there was no response. 3. On one or two days during my stay, the towels were not changed despite the towel cards being placed inside the room next to the door for the entire day. 4. The most important and unpleasant issue was that after taking a shower, water would accumulate next to the shower room and remain there all day until housekeeping came the next day. Their solution was quite poor—they simply placed a towel on the floor to absorb the water, which looked very bad and did not actually solve the problem. This even made me, at times, avoid using the bathroom because of the accumulated water on the floor. I have highlighted the main problems I faced, but overall, the positive aspects outweighed the issues. Once again, I would like to thank the management for their attention and for evaluating the stay experience. I’m not sure if I’d want to try this experience again Updated

Their energy, kindness, and genuine effort to involve everyone in the fun made every day exciting. Whether it was games, shows, or just their warm smiles throughout the day, they truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and entertained. Their passion and positivity were infectious! And we can’t forget Chef Lil and bar man ibrahim what a star! Every meal was a treat, not just because of the delicious food, but because of the personal touch and care Chef Lil put into everything. You can really feel the love in the cooking. This wasn’t just a holiday it felt like being part of a family. Huge thanks to the whole team for making it so special. We are currently staying at Jaz Makadi Star. This is our first time in Egypt. We were apprehensive but we had high expectations after reading positive reviews. We have not been disappointed. Our room is lovely, it could do with a bit of an updated but the beds are very comfy, the air con works, if a little noisy, and the pillows are great 👍 The hotel staff are warm and helpful. The beach team are amazing. The beach is small but perfect for the small hotel. The food is beyond anything we have ever experienced in an all inclusive hotel. We ate at the Aqua restaurant last night, it was incredible. The nightly buffet in the hotel is excellent. The snorkeling is fantastic. We have seen puffer fish, sting rays, lion fish, cuttlefish and a turtle. We are loving everything.

Stayed here for just under two weeks. Could not fault anything. A great variety of food. Rooms and everywhere around the hotel were very clean. Staff very attentive. A good two week rotation of entertainment. Beach is only a short walk and nice having your own private section. Would highly recommend.

Is a very lovely hotel my vacation was very relaxing and enjoying the entertainment team is amazing. They’re working really hard and they don’t put pressure on you to join the activities. Ella was fantastic. She’s very understanding. She just asked if you wanna join if you don’t wanna join she’ll leave you alone as they have a nice day. The service is very good. The drink is good to the food is very delicious and there is variety of food to choose from every day. the evening entertainment is good, . Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. Everything was maintained at the highest level – from the service and cleanliness to the quality of food and drinks. A heartfelt thank you also goes to the lifeguard Ibrahim, who cared for all guests with great dedication and responsibility. We were especially impressed by Karam and Mustafa from the pool bar – their friendliness and attentiveness made every moment by the pool a pleasure. Last but not least, we would like to commend Manager Ibrahim Khaled for his excellent leadership and the wonderful work of his entire team. Very good hotel, the staff is very nice and friendly. The food is great with a lot of variety to choose from. The a la carte restaurants are not to miss with exceptional service and food (best all inclusive food I have experienced)! The entertainment team is excellent mostly Ella, she is so friendly and easy to talk to, we had a laugh! Hassan, Heytham and Mohammad from the lunch aqua restaurant are doing an AMAZING job (they all also work for each of the a la carte, and are a credit to the hotel, the experience they have made for us has particularly made us 100% to return back in the nearer future). The evening program is very good, highly recommended this resort! We will be back
