We have spent there a week. Lets start with positives: - lovely Staff, friendly kind, helpful and not asking for tips - reef is great - dugongs/manatees/sea cows are coming just in front of the hotel to have their breakfast and lunch :) - good drinks Negatives: - food is semi-poisonous :). I was struggling to eat anything which was not giving me the stomach pain. Really terrible food. We had experience with other hotel nearby and was ok, but this one, is just worse experience ever. if you come there for snorkeling, bring your canned food from europe! or be prepared for huge stomach problems. I tried to wash it out with alcohol - didnt helped. I was eating medical carbon like M&Ms before the food, after and between xD. - mosquitos. OMG they were entering out room through the walls which were as for the local standard, not sealed as you can imagine. - rooms are very used... but clean on the other hand

A four star review for TC Equinox Beach Resort and for the operational management of Three Corners Egypt, the Lambrecht family and GM Mr. Fouad Gamal with his Golden Team who are doing an exceptional good job! The location of the hotel is perfect, it offers a fantastic beach, view and house reef. Belgian hospitality is paramount, you feel it, you taste it! If some additional renovation works could be done to the existing infrastructure of this hotel, I would definitely give TC Equinox Beach Resort a 5 star review! The resort owner's investments will certainly make an improvement, keep up 👍🏾 My heart lays in Egypt and my soul has always unconditionally been with Three Corners company, for many years. Wherever Three Corners is, I feel at home, it is my home 🇪🇬❤️🇧🇪

If you love snorkeling and diving this is the perfect place. You can see corals and fish of all colors, turtles, rays, and if you are lucky you have chances to see the dugong, we where lucky to see it three times. The staff is very friendly and the lifeguards will help you discover the best places for snorkeling, Ahmed was very helpful and kind, help us with precious information about seelife nearby. We definitely want to come back!

First time in Jaz Makadina and it won’t be the last! The hotel is amazing facility so clean , great food , great animation team , the pools are so clean the rooms as so spacious and luxurious! But the most important is the team then the team! The restaurant staff from the Executive Chef Nageh to the cleaners in this hotel are all super! Have never seen such a wonderful team! Also what really makes my heart happy that the staff eats during their lunches in the buffet with us! That makes me feels that good humans and kind hearts are running this place! Best hotel in Hurghada. The staff from Entertainment to waiters to housekeeping, they can’t do enough for you. We had to Visit the Dr also for our son and treatment was so professional and quick, so thank you again. The food is unreal, head chef pays attention to his guests. Took my grandchildren. Kids had a lovely week due to the pools and slides. Not far from the airport, so transfer time was good. However, at check-in, they had me on their system but, for some reason, said the information was incorrect. After two and a half hours and a heated conversation, we got into our rooms. It was 9.30 pm, so it was not a great start. The room desperately needs updating. For example, the wall sockets are loose, the shower door does not close, and the kettle and lamp are broken. But for me, I just felt the whole bathroom needed a deep clean. Apart from the reception staff, all the site staff were lovely. Would I return? Absolutely not.

I recently stayed at El Karma Aqua Beach Resort in Hurghada for seven days to celebrate my birthday with three friends. Upon arrival, we were welcomed warmly by tour guide called Mohammed, who was extremely helpful with our luggage, check-in process, and ensuring we could get some food after our journey. The resort itself looked beautiful, and our rooms had a lovely view of the pool and palm trees. However, our experience was a mix of highs and lows. The weather was quite windy and cold for the first few days, but we still tried to make the most of the pools and resort facilities—only to find out that most of the pools were freezing. There was just one heated pool, which was always overcrowded, making it difficult to enjoy. The biggest letdown was the food and drinks for an all-inclusive resort, the variety was extremely limited, and snacks outside of restaurant hours were restricted to just burgers and fries. Even worse, the quality was poor. The man preparing the snacks would sometimes serve undercooked burgers and fries, and they were often cold. On top of that, he was incredibly rude, throwing food onto plates rather than serving it properly, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. When we visited the Italian restaurant, we were surprised to learn that drinks and à la carte menu options came with an extra charge—something we found unreasonable, given that we had already paid for all-inclusive service. Room service was practically nonexistent, and the overall service from staff left much to be desired. When we raised concerns, we often felt ignored, as if we were talking to a wall. The staff seemed uninterested in helping, and some were outright rude. One particular experience stood out at the spaghetti station, where the cook had a bad attitude and seemed unwilling to serve guests properly. To make matters worse, the food quality was poor, and it made us feel unwell during our stay. There weren’t many options available, and what was there was far from appetizing. Transportation around the area was also inconvenient, making it difficult to explore outside the resort. While the resort itself isn’t terrible, it definitely needs major improvements—especially in food quality, service, and staff hospitality. Thankfully, towards the end of our trip, we discovered El Gouna, which was an absolute gem. This beautiful area had an amazing selection of restaurants—perfect for anyone who might be tired of resort food. The dining options were far superior, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. The Marina in Hurghada city also stunning, making it a great place to walk around and take in the views. I only wish we had known about it sooner, as it was one of the highlights of our trip. Would I return? Probably not. Until they improve their customer service and overall experience, I wouldn’t recommend this resort to others looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. I only gave it two stars for the views and spacious room but overall not a nice stay !

The hotel in general is old and needs to be repaired, the mold in the bathroom is not OK, the restaurant‘s area is so old, everything looks not nice. The water in pools in April was so cold, it was impossible to swim in the pool. The food is good, and diverse.

If the hotel wants to improve and increase business then there are few main points they need to consider. 1. Get lifts installed 2. Up grade the rooms simple DIY fixes 3. Pool floats either repair the room full of punctured floats you have or buy more as there is not enough to go around which causes arguments between guests. 4. Entertainment especially at night needs a BIG improvement, the entertainers look like they just make things up as they go along it’s the worst organised entertainment I’ve ever seen and I travel a lot. 5. Up grade the dinning room to make it feel inviting and comfortable to eat in.

3* Hotel. All inclusive is not all inclusive!! Read the small print. Wine and water not included. Fruit juice not included. Ice cream not included. Food not good for what's supposed to be a4* hotel. The a la carte Italian restaurant is inclusive one time (BUT you have to pay for drinks?!?) And food is not good... dish of the day? Beef stroganoff?!?!?! Errrrrr not Italian! Pools are cold.. even the heated one is freezing. Slides are on for minimal time a day. Cheap as chips hotel. Is what you make it. Staff are super friendly if you tip.

Amazing 2nd family holiday here. Rooms are clean staff are very attentive. Food is good, the international a la carte was my favourite. Bar staff, housekeeping and reception staff are excellent. The best part of the hotel is the amazing animation team. My daughter is 4 and everyone in the team made it an amazing experience from kids club to kids mini disco. Adam is an amazing choreography his afro beats dancing is certainly very entertaining. Thanks to Angie and Erika for the mjni disco and kids club. A special thanks to Salsabeel who made extra effort especially with my 6 month old. I was shocked that she had only just joined yet was absolutely amazing. She always had a smile kn her face and played with both my kids. They loved her. If you are looking for a fun filled relaxing time come to royal Lagoons.

After the rest, I had a very pleasant impression. The room was spacious, the furniture and plumbing were in good condition, cleaning was done every day. The staff was extremely pleasant and friendly, the cleaner surprised me with figures made of towels every day, the animation team was great, they held fun interactive activities and set a great mood, Thomas, Kira and Adam are very cool) The choice of food is quite large, it was delicious, the waiter Sameh is attentive and friendly - a real professional with a very kind heart. The disco on the territory of the hotel is only twice a week, but you can go to the after party every day for an additional fee to another hotel or club. There are different performances almost every night, we liked the fire show the most, it was amazing) The hotel territory is very beautiful, green and well-groomed, many pools. The pools are clean and large with different depths, lifeguards are on duty for your safety, there are fun slides that lead into the heated pool.

No wifi only in lobby we had to pay for sim cards to have some data. Do not waste your money for nightmare...!!! and don't belive to people who is saying it is amazing trust me it is not!!!! you have to pay here for nearly everything.

This place is very aesthetically pleasing and looks amazing with nice aqua gym. Rooms are very nice and kept very clean and great towel art by the maid aswell. Service isnt very good, they take too long to serve you and even seat you at the restaurants. Me and my family did not enjoy the food, they dont take picky eaters into consideration. The gardener does a very good job with keeping the grass healthy and soft. Would i come again? No. If you are looking to stay somewhere for the aesthetic then this is the place but if you are a food person then i dont recommend staying here. Not a 5 star hotel. Wifi is very bad aswell i kept getting kicked off every 5 minutes.

Currently at this hotel and it's been great so far. Rooms are tidy and cleaned every day. Food is varied with theme nights each evening - my favourite so far has been the oriental night! Animation team during the day are really engaging and run lots of activities around the pool, got to love a bit of belly dancing and aqua gym! And the evening entertainment has been great so far too, a mix of hotel fun and external acts - fun for all the family. Would recommend coming here whether you're here with friends or family with young kids.

Awesome hotel! If you come on time, there are loads of food options for everybody. I personally couldn’t try everything i wanted just because there were so many choices! The staff were amazing! The waiters were really fast and super nice to everyone, the cleaning staff was also super friendly and the room felt like a whole new place after the cleaning! There are loads of entertainment for kids. I also loved the themed restaurants! The Mexican one was really nice. The beaches were nice and had beautiful clear water as well as bars near them to have a drink. Overall experience 10/10, would definitely come back!

I can tell only good things about Long Beach Resort. People are awesome and hardworking. Staff everywhere is always looking for the comfort of guests. Beach is perfect, the rooms are big and clean, I really like the bathroom. Cleaning is every day. Food and drinks are good. Overall, very good, but very very big. Lots of walking involved 😜 nice rooms (nothing fancy) but clean and tidy. Food was…alright actually 👍 drinks on the other hand no good, the cup size is that of a child’s drink, around 250ml beers served each time, beer and cocktails I thought certainly lacked quality. The pools are decent, so many of them and a few are heated. Always somewhere to sit aswell, plenty of sun loungers. No issues there. It has a beach but it’s not that sandy, it’s very hard, but we don’t really use the beaches in Egypt. Staff on a whole are very good, very friendly, a couple a bit iffy and seem to prioritise the blonde English women 🙄 the guys on reception I thought where damn rude. Almost like I was causing them an inconvenience checking in and out. However, let them be! We had a good time and the price we payed. £900 for a week for me and my oldest son I cannot complain. Would I go again? Yes, if I got a good deal. Is it worth much more? My opinion, no. We have visited a few hotels in Hurghada so have a good comparison.

We had a truly unforgettable stay at Long Beach Resort in Hurghada with my wife. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the incredible hospitality. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure our comfort and always greeted us with a warm smile. Their kindness and dedication made us feel truly welcome every single day. There was one exception – a Front Office employee who seemed more serious than a U.S. border officer, which felt a bit out of place in such a friendly atmosphere. However, everyone else made up for it with their positive energy and professionalism. Our room was spotless and comfortable, the food was tasty with a great variety, and the entire resort area was beautifully maintained. One of the absolute highlights was the breathtaking coral reef just off the shore, full of vibrant, colorful fish – a true paradise for snorkelers. The best recommendation we can give is this: we’re already planning to come back next year!

Very bad experience. At first, I enjoyed my stay. The restaurant staff was incredibly kind, pleasant, and always smiling, special mention to them. However, my stay took a terrible turn when my one-year-old baby simply touched a table on the terrace made of wicker and glass. The glass fell because it wasn’t properly secured. Guess what? They asked me to pay for it supposedly with a discount, but gave me no invoice or anything I could provide to my insurance. It’s outrageous, especially since both they and I have insurance. I should have filed a complaint because they put my baby in danger. My daughter could have been seriously injured, as well as my son. If you have young children, I strongly advise against this hotel. I will never set foot there again. And very soon, you’ll see a TikTok exposing what happened!

On arrival was rushed to check in as the reception staff wanted to leave, and taken to the room which was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were up every morning to clean the pools which looked great. The feel is a little dated throughout but good value for money. A very drunk russian causing fights for no reason with English and German people during the kids entertainment and continually being served more drink despite complaints shows a lack of awareness by the staff at times. And while most the staff are great and friendly some feel its appropriate to make advances on 15 year old girls which was creepy to say the least. Would happily visit Egypt and the hotel again but the minority of people put you off.

We were a party of three women and one 2 year old when we visited this attractive resort in early December, a great time of the year to visit. We were treated with dignity and respect by all the staff who do their utmost to accommodate you at all times. The resort is quite large with so much to do at all times, so one is never bored. Our two year old was kept really busy exploring the exciting pool areas and staff obviously love children. The food was good, the hotel clean and we elected to do a couple of trips whilst there. We went on a semi-sub on the Red Sea which was most interesting, although things looked a bit washed out owing to the tinted windows. Cannot be compared with the submarine trip in Barbados. We also did a shopping trip but beware, as you are a captive audience and things are expensive! All in all it was a most enjoyable experience and our thanks to everyone who made it so!

I stayed at Titanic Resort and Aqua Park in Egypt just before the Christmas half-term with my BIG BIG family, and honestly, it was an amazing experience. The resort was really accommodating, and the lobby was absolutely stunning. Even though Egypt is a Muslim country, they still put up Christmas decorations, which was nice to see. It created a great atmosphere, and even as Muslims, it made us feel included in the holiday spirit. The night manager was honestly the best! We ordered food, and he even gave us his number to contact him directly—top-tier service! 🤣🤣 Definitely a 5-star experience. We were in the lobby until 2-3 AM, being loud and just chilling, and the staff didn’t mind at all. In fact, they even came over to serve us drinks, which made the whole experience even better. Now, if you’re a beach lover like me, this is where it gets a little disappointing. The beach closes at 5 PM, and you have to take a 20-minute shuttle to get there. But you know me—I decided to walk there at 10 PM one night, and after a 30-minute walk on a highway with no footpath, I got there just to find the whole beach completely shut. SADLY, SADLY. Other than that, everything else was perfect. The rooms were great, the service was top-notch, and the location was spot on. We were just a 10-minute walk from a mall, which was super convenient. Overall, I’d 100% come back to this resort. Thank you for having me! I’ve attached a few pictures of the resort.

Food is amazing and so various that it's difficult to get bored or even choose what to eat :D Pools and slides are so many, that it's not too crowded. There are shops in the hotel and very close outside. Highly recommended!

we had the best experience in this Hotel and in Egypt in general. The hotel is beautiful and there is so much to do for the whole family without the need to even go out if you don’t want to. The food is amazing and lots of variety and good quality. The cleanness and attention to details is of a high standard and the staff are super friendly and very professional. They work hard to make sure everyone is served and they are helpful and joyful. We were offered the excursions by our travel agency Rep the day after our arrival and we did the snorkel g, the safari and day trip to Cairo (flight) and we were well looked after by the reps and even the bus driver were all very polite and super professional. I can go on about every detail but to conclude, if you are a family and looking for easy fun holiday that won’t cost an arm and leg this all inclusive package is the best. We had our holidays booked with Red Sea holidays and we were not disappointed .

I absolutely had great times at the resort with my family and also going different places like Cairo (for Pyramids), Luxor, Red Sea Snorkelling etc. Hotel Management will look after you very well if you have any issues. Only problem I had was related to Food as resort is focusing more on Beef items and less items of Chicken, lamb etc. The service is also OK at the resort. Though this resort is rated as 5 star, my personal view is that it should be 4 star and not the 5 star. To show 5 star category, this resort need to improve a lot on food, service including wifi and for some rooms as well. My suggestion would be to add more items of chicken and different cuisine like Indian, chiense, mexican etc. and reduce Beef items. Al Carte restaurants doesn't have attractive menus as I could see again many items are related to Beef so needs improvement on there too.

My family had a wonderful experience at the hotel, thanks to Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim the Executive assistant manager , who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The entire staff was amazing, especially Ali Ibrahim (350) and Mustafa, (184) who took great care of our rooms. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and highly professional. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

I knew this was going to be a great place to holiday from when they had us sit down and have something to eat and drink before we had even checked in! Hospitality is 10/10 the rooms are clean as well as the hotel as a whole. The food was glorious! And we had a different theme every night. Entertainment is also super! Both day and night there is always something to do. Both myself and my children have had our best holiday here and I can’t wait to return in the summer. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

Let me start with the drive to the hotel… It started with our driver joyfully picking us up from the local airport, only to tell us that our tour guide wants to see us now to talk about our excursions. (Mind you, this was around 10pm and we’ve been travelling for about 10 hours+). So I told him we’re tired and we can talk about that another day, so he reluctantly agreed. (A bit strange that they didn’t already know that and that I had to explain to him multiple times IM TIRED! SO GIVE ME A BREAK!) Then he dropped us off at titanic hotel, but it was the wrong one. So make sure you tell them it’s titanic beach and not just titanic. As there’s a whole group of titanic hotels and other similar sounding hotels. So he picked us up again and took us to the correct hotel. We were given rooms on the other side of the hotel, even though our package said we have ‘Poolside Rooms’. I also found it strange that there were other people in front of us and the man at the desk asked them “what rooms do you want? Top floor, or bottom?” And when it was our turn they just gave us any room. Strange indeed. Anyways, some of the rooms have fridges which make the drinks very cold. Which is ideal for me. Make sure to set it to number 3 and leave it for a day to get cold. The AC is strong enough to keep you cool and the bathroom is very spacious, with a walk in shower. You can use the bidet which is installed inside the toilet itself but it’s not really ideal. They also have balconies to hang clothes and relax in The cleaners also give free drinks of water bottles, coke and 7up, as much as you please. So enjoy and make sure to tip! Overall the staff were only nice when it suited them, otherwise they were arrogant and needed an attitude check. There were the odd few who were kind and looked after you but it was the exception, not the rule For example, i spoke to one of the staff at the arcade and told him your manager gave us half hour to use today and he said to us “that’s your problem, not mine!” I mean why do you have to act like a spoilt child when asked a basic question? Customer service is definitely not trained in Egypt I see. Well you can guess what I told him back - “No, that’s your problem! So you better sort it out!” He did end up giving us the time to play but after much back and forth. There is a gym (if you can call it that) in the Spa building. You have to walk past Jack and Rose restaurants and the Grill and you’ll see a turning on your left. Go through that and and on your left you’ll see the Spa. Go in there and on your right will be the “gym.” Best to go around 1pm, as literally no one is there and you get an empty gym to yourself! Also, don’t waste your time with the city tour or any other excursion with your tour guide, from your country. They charge extortionate amounts and the only justification for robbing you blind is that they give you insurance. What a joke! (Only buy the sim card from them, as you’ll need it to ring people and use the internet. - Much cheaper than Airalo) The city tour itself is a waste, apart from visiting the big mosque. You go to overly priced shops and restaurants and pay UK prices for Egyptian goods. Complete rip off and not to mention a complete waste of time Book everything from getyourguide and download the app. The horse riding with swimming is the best horse riding I’ve ever done! Take my word for it In addition to this, there is no prayer room sadly. Even though there are multiple bars, multiple restaurants, massive arcade room, numerous pools and slides, etc. Sadly, the prayer comes after everything else in these hotels.. sad that One more thing - do not use taxis from this hotel as they’ll charge you an arm and a leg. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, lush, and filled with blooming flowers, creating a truly serene atmosphere. The cuisine was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the variety of dining options, including four different restaurants, as well as several charming bars and cafés. The entertainment program catered to all ages and interests, offering everything from yoga and Zumba to cooking classes. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional, and the entire property was impeccably clean and well-maintained. This is without a doubt one of the finest hotels we’ve stayed at during our travels. We sincerely hope to return in the future.

We’re very happy with our stay! The rooms are clean, recently renovated, and any small issues (like AC or water pressure) were fixed very quickly after one call. The staff are extremely friendly, polite, and helpful — they truly make a big difference. The food is tasty with lots of variety, though meats could be a bit juicier. Alcoholic drinks in the all-inclusive are very light, using local diluted spirits. A special mention to the entertainment and nightly show team — they are absolutely fantastic! Their performances are full of energy and heart, making every night unforgettable. Honestly, it feels like we came for the concert and the hotel was just a bonus. Huge thanks to them for making our holiday extra special! Wi-Fi is good inside rooms but unreliable outside. Watch out for mosquitoes; the hotel provides sprays if needed. Also, wake up early to reserve your pool chair. Overall, a very safe, fun, and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Me and my family went for a relaxed family experience. It was lovely. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The food was great, what a variety of vegetarian options and different meat options. The service is amazing and very wholesome. The bars were such a vibe. The gym is top-tier. In the evenings there were many different things to do,e.g. movies and performances. There is also 3 pools. 1 family pool, 1 Olympic pool, 1 pool with a bar (family pool) and a water slide pool. It was super fun. Also, there were many shops outside the hotel. Hope you enjoy the resort!

This is not a just hotel but a big resort. There are huge blocks and in every blocks there are swimming pools and restaurant that everyone can acces easily. I definitely recommend you to stay here. My one day staying was perfect and of course hotel staff were wonderful, Egyptians are very hardworking. And the last point that i’d like to explain is that the foods. I came to Egypt ten times, but definitely this is the best hotel food i have eaten. Not to think just make your reservation. And my favorite thing was the smell of flowers, in the early morning wind brings it’s smells to you and definitely it makes you feel like you’re in heaven.

I went there on my honeymoon last week, and I’d already gone there 6 years before so it’s my second time enjoying this what I would like to call “heaven on earth”.. I had a premium room reserved and it was beyond my expectations, it was beautiful, clean, tidy, and very comfy. The food there is spectacular, whether it was the snacks or in The Palm (the main restaurant) The staff is so friendly, always giving their best to oblige you in anything you need and making you feel like home. All in all, this place holds a special place in my heart, me and my wife enjoyed its magic so much and we’re really looking forward to getting back there for more R&R in the nearest future.

To start off, the pools at serenity Alma were great, they had snack bars close by as well so you don’t have to go to lunch if you want a pool day. So pretty convenient. The slides were great for the kids and adults too. However, the beach location was quite far, they do offer a buggy ride to the beach but we found it quite the hassle. The location from hurghada was quite far - 45 minutes one way. So do consider this if you want to explore. The staff are the reason for the one less star.. some of them become quite rude during your stay with attitude. They favour certain individuals compared to others. This is mainly the reception staff. When we got there, they were laughing and giggling towards us making us feel uncomfortable. Management needs to sort this out. Bar staff were amazing especially the guy at the infinity bar!! Great guy. The cleaners were so helpful as well. But reception made our lives hell.

From check-in to check-out the service has been on point. The staff are professional and friendly. We felt at home immediately. The hotel it self, rooms, pools and garden always clean and in good condition. The amusement team did a very good job. They cater for the young to the old. We have an amazing time here the staff is very helpful, the front desk is very professional and always asking how can they improve their service. There are many people inside the hotel offering services like fun activities, this people do not work for the hotel and I would advice you to check the same service on Booking.com. The Wi-Fi is not very good around the hotel, unless you get a room where you can get the 5G. The food was very good. My wife got a little sick and they have a nurse 24h on service, even they did not have the medication they send somebody to another hotel to get it at no extra cost. I have to say this action got my gratitude 🙏

My family and I recently stayed at this incredible resort in Hurghada, Egypt, and we absolutely loved it! There was so much to do, including an amazing aqua park and theme park for the kids – they had a blast! The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of options that everyone enjoyed. This was our first stay at this hotel and we were absolutely delighted! The entire resort is stunning, with beautiful surroundings and a great attention to detail that creates a wonderful atmosphere. The food was excellent, with an impressive variety of options. The seafood dinner, especially the shrimp, was simply fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Cleanliness was maintained at the highest level – our room was cleaned daily and always restocked with fresh water, Coca-Cola, and Sprite. The hotel is perfect for families with small children. The pools are heated and the water is very warm – ideal for kids. The foam party on Wednesday was an unforgettable experience! In the evenings, there were great animations starting with cartoons on a big screen, followed by interactive activities like dancing in different languages, games, and live performances, including belly dancing, Latin shows, and Egyptian-style acts. The beach was clean and well-maintained, with enough sunbeds for everyone. Although sunbeds by the pool were hard to find after 9 AM, the staff would happily bring more upon request. Another big plus was the excellent Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel – even on the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. This was our first visit, and we are truly impressed. The whole resort is simply beautiful – a real treat for the eyes and soul. We highly recommend this hotel!

I have very fond memories of my stay at the hotel. The place was very nicely decorated. The reception and service were very nice, kind and helpful. If I had any problems they were always there to help. Beautiful and clean beach. The water in the pools was clean. The food was tasty and varied, I didn't find anything tasteless or indigestible during my entire stay. The food in the Chinese restaurant was delicious and we were very nicely welcomed. Mohamed 131 is good in his job. There were various interesting animations and games until noon and in the evening, so we didn't get bored. Wifi signal was good and stron in all hotel and on the beach. The gardens around were very well maintained. The rooms were cleaned very well every day. Delicious drinks in the main hotel bar. I will remember this hotel and all the wonderful people who work there and made sure that we didn't lack anything. Thanks to this we spent very nice time and vacations. I don't have enough words to express how happy I am that we chose to stay in this hotel. The rooms are so clean and tidy, they are cleaned every day, the towels are changed daily, you have shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and even body cream (the stock is renewed daily) - the food: what can I say: every day there was something new and for all tastes. The pools: cleaned every evening. The staff is 5* honestly, such waiters, like here, I have not met anywhere, these people are really happy to see you, they smile but not fake, you feel that you are welcome ... and they love children ... they really are not indifferent to them!! even the chefs that make pasta and breakfast in the morning, the lady that makes pizza, the chefs that make burgers, the lady that takes care of the women's toilet - They are all wow!! thank you beautiful people for what you do, I really bow to you! 5*! and on this occasion, to those who come and visit Hurghada, I recommend you from the bottom of my heart to do the excursions with these wonderful people: Andrei and Larisa from "Egypt Gentleman Adventures". I guarantee that they will make your vacation even more beautiful. we were with them at Orange Bay - on the yacht, we were also on safari with them (God how good it was), we were also willing to go for a massage, sauna, body scrub, jacuzzi .... for 3 hours all through them except that it was already fully booked when we woke up to schedule, we also went to visit the dolphins through them... we also wanted to go with the parachute if the wind wasn't so strong... I guarantee that you won't regret it if you book with them. plus, all their tourists benefit from free medical assistance if needed (let's hope it isn't)! 5* and for you beautiful people, thank you for making our vacation more fun and amazing 🙏

Our room on the first day did not have the sea view we paid for, so had to move on the second day. Very pleasant & helpful staff. Had to pay for sunbeds , spa facilities and the only cozy bar warm open at night. Quality of food was very average. The beer was ok but the std wine undrinkable so we had to buy our wine. Luckily it was only 700 EGP. We ate out after the first day or so as it’s so cheap in the restaurants outside. We would not stay here again.

MinaMark hotel is the best hotel in Hurghada. The food was delicious and there was nothing missing, the rooms were clean and cozy, the people working there were nice and helpful. I can't say a single bad word about this place. Next time I will come back to this hotel for sure.

Stayed here back in April booked a family suite with 2 bedrooms for 3 adults one child. On arrival staff was very rude and unprofessional stated they had no confirmation of our booking shouted at our 10 year old child eventually stating they only had 3 standard double rooms available worth half the price what we had booked. demanding we take these rooms with no compensation. Despite the hotel claiming to be 4 stars it had no entertainment and we found the excersion staff to be really over pushy and using bully like tacktics to get sails. Very missleading on what they advertise. Very poor food quality for an all inclusive establishment. On our last day the very frustraitingly angry and unprofessional manager again shouted at out 10 year old and threatened to get the police to him for a simple error of losing his room key atrempting to stop our airport transfer from leaving the hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL IS AVOIDED

We stayed at the Minamark for 3 weeks and had a ball. The night we arrived we were put in a room with a street view lol it was a back street but very close to the main road, which by the way never stops 24 hours a day,,,beep beep beep. So the next morning I went to the front desk and was told to come back an hour late. When I came back I met up with Ahmed the room manager. He was so helpful nothing was a hassle he upgraded my room for half price which would be one night in a hotel back home. Your room is cleaned everyday with fresh water, towels, coffee,tea. The complex is very nice and cleaned everyday from inside to outside. The staff will help you with anything as in most hotels in Egypt,but the thing we liked about this hotel was that we didn't get hassle from people trying to sell stuff in the hotel. The sunbeds are brilliant with foam padding which was brilliant for me with a bad back. The kids areas are perfect if you are coming with your kids and the animation team is on all day. Now for the food,there is something for everyone and to suit all tastes and if not there is a McDonald's and a KFC across the road half the price of the UK. Couple of tips. Don't buy from the shops in the complex too expensive there is an Aten grocery store 800 yards across the road,just turn left when you come out of the hotel. Please remember when you leave the hotel the Egyptian sellers will come over and try to get you to buy their products but don't panic just walk by or have some fun with them most can speak 4- 6 languages..so I tell them I'm from Finland 😂😂. Back to the hotel 🏨 now. Very nice place to stay, lovely people and the sun everyday what a life. Wi-fi is $7 a week or free in the lobby. Or what we do is get a SIM card usually 20gb for £10 there are plenty of phone shops outside the hotel.

I like this hotel! It‘s near to the airport, has a (small) beach with very shallow water. For swimming, you better go to the hotel pool. If your budget allows it, book a room with seaview. The view and the atmosphere (especially in the night) are great and it‘s quiet in the night- maybe in contrast to the rooms on the streetside. Altogether I was very satisfied during my 9 days stay here. I‘m writing this comments with regards to Salma from the animation team.

The hotel is nice, rooms are clean and tidy. First impression was when we arrived and the man who brought our luggage to our room asked for a tip. When I gave him a tip he was not happy and become very rude. During all days in the hotel we were asked for money and bothered to drink freshes that we didn't order but had to pay after. White wine always finishes and we had to drink sparkling water on an all inclusive basis. First evening we were refused white wine from the buffet in the restaurant as we paid for all inclusive. On the beach we had no time to relax because lots of people were coming one after another to offer something and were so pushy that it was very hard to get rid of them. First and last time in this country. Disgusting people, most of them looked at us like " walking wallet" trying to sell something 😒

Honest Review – Mixed Experience The hotel had a welcoming staff and a beautiful beach view from our room, which we really appreciated. However, the hotel itself felt quite basic and didn’t really live up to a 4-star rating. It was fine for the price we paid, especially since we spent most of our time exploring rather than at the hotel. One disappointing experience was on our last day when we were unexpectedly charged for two cheap, tasteless drinks. A friendly staff member initially assured us it wouldn’t be an issue, but when the receptionist changed, suddenly there was a problem. Given that we barely used the bar during our stay, this felt unnecessary. We ended up going to the nice café next door instead, where the drinks were much better anyway. Overall, an okay stay with a nice view, but some aspects of service and quality could definitely be improved.

Just back from this so called 4 star hotel !!……. We won’t ever go back here ! The reception staff rude not helpful at all, we didn’t receive any information pack, our room was a sea view above the bar area very noisy ! Rooms are very dated and basic, we did get clean towels everyday but our bed linen was never changed the whole 10 days we were there. The restaurant looked like a motorway truck stop cafe! With very little food options although I did find something to eat sometimes. The drinks are disgusting …. Cheap wine ! Beer was flat and didn’t taste that good. However the sunbed guys were great and always had a smile, as did the beach barman. Our flight going home was at 21.45 and had to be out the room at 12 noon! We asked to keep our room and told the night before we could …. Then the next morning we couldn’t as it was full (which I didn’t believe) maybe if we had offered a bit more of a tip ! All these people want is your hard earned cash !! Only good thing about Egypt is the taxis are really cheap …… the airport is an absolute joke they treat you like animals, miserable rude horrible people !!

Definitely not 4*, needs painting and silicone needs replacing around shower and basin. Food was very disappointing and basic. We asked for a garden view, which there was if you looked to the left, infront was was the roof of the entertainment shack. Cleaner, Bar and restaurant staff were excellent. Cats and kittens in the hotel, which I don't mind, but there was cat pooh on the chair in the library. Sun beds need upgrading. Wouldn't return to this hotel

The pool, garden and beach area were definitely the highlights of our stay—both were beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. Our room was clean and spacious, though a bit dated. Breakfast was good with a decent variety, but I wouldn’t recommend going for the all-inclusive option. The buffet dinners were very low quality and quite disappointing overall. There is an à la carte option available, but you need to reserve it by 10am the day before, which isn’t the most convenient, especially if you're staying for 2-nights which would make it impossible to make a reservation, unless someone cancels. We tried the Italian restaurant as part of the à la carte offering—the food was slightly better than the buffet, but still not great. That said, the atmosphere there was much more calm and quiet, which made for a nicer dining experience. Overall, it's a decent place if you're mostly looking to enjoy the beach and pool, but I'd skip the all-inclusive next time.

The hotel has its own unique charm and atmosphere, making you want to return again. Previously, we stayed in a much newer and more expensive hotel in Egypt, but this place has something special. The lush greenery, a beautiful garden with impressive, magnificent trees, creates an amazing ambiance. The beach is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. The sea looks stunning due to the varying depths, although occasional short low tides do occur. Throughout the entire hotel, there is pleasant background music, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. During the colder season, the large, very warm swimming pool is a great advantage. The food, in my opinion, is very diverse and delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a cozy, family-like feel, and you can tell that the people working here truly love this place. I would gladly return again! 😊

We enjoyed our holiday at Pharoah Azur Resort. The rooms are spacious, with huge windows. It is a bit outdated, however, we did not spend a lot of time in them. There could be more modernization in the bathroom. We stayed in a very simple room. The drier was there which is a bonus. Food was a bit of a disappointment. Very bland and sad. Could have more fry ups. Very repetitive as well. And there was no seafood 🤯 only once in 10 days we had prawns. The dill was everywhere. The donuts served in the morning outside were a hit in our family. The swimming pool area was lovely. The bar staff was friendly. The bar staff in the lobby area were lovely as well. WiFi is only at the communal areas. But it was on the slower side. Having said that, we have enjoyed more family time in the room - we played card games, spoke our day - bonded. It was a bonus. It is difficult these days to get hold and speak to our teenagers 🤭 Loved having lunch by the seaside. The little dough balls were delicious, we could not get enough of them 🤤 The sea is gorgeous by the hotel. It is clear, blue with loads of sea creatures that come to shallow water. The animation team was fun. We would like to mention Ahmed and Nastya. They always would stop and have a chat with us about upcoming events. There are shops at the resort and nearby. Some things were cheaper in resort shops than in outside world lol. Overall, I would come back to this Resort if the price was good. Having said that, we do not like staying in the same spot every time, we like to explore.

Fantastic Stay at Pharaoh azur resort I recently stayed at Pharaoh azur resort , and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere and stylish decor. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The mattress was bit harder.The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a wide variety of options. Breakfast was particularly impressive, with fresh and tasty Overall, I highly recommend Pharoah azur to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We have recently come home from visiting the resort. I was sceptical at first after reading some of the bad reviews. The resort area is absolutely beautiful, kept very tidy and especially where the bungalows are, there are lots of lovely flowers, lake and it's stunning. We spent most of our time on the beach so didn't enjoy the pool area, but it had some slides for children and it looked interesting. The staff very mostly nice and welcoming. Everyone there is attentive. I did have an issue with one of the personnel at the reception being a tad rude when I phoned up from the room (I didn't catch his name) . Food was alright. Breakfast was always the same, but lunch and dinner stuff varied a little . We visited all 3 a la carte restaurants and enjoyed all of them so would recommend going to them if you have a chance. They attend to clean the room everyday, but i don't think they wash the floors as the week went past, the floor kept getting dirtier and dirtier which is not great if you have small kids who crawl around. We had a double room which was 2 single beds and a sofa bed which was hard as a rock so we ended up pushing 2 single beds together so we could at least get some rest (2 adults, baby and a child). Not many fruits available which was very difficult for us as our baby absolutely loves berries and fresh fruit. We ended up buying strawberries and watermelon from a bar on the beach. We went on two excursions- hula hula island and camel riding. I'd recommend both! Also , please if you visit, make sure you have travel insurance in place as my daughter ended up in hospital for a night despite being super cautious of food and drinks. All in all, lovely hotel for family! Would visit again.

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful hotel in April 2025. It is one of the coziest and most welcoming hotels we’ve ever visited. We especially enjoyed dinner at the Lebanese Rosman restaurant. Being on a new continent, we really wanted to experience the local cuisine and traditions, which is why we chose this restaurant. And we didn’t regret it! We were greeted by an amazing person, Ashraf Ahmed, who not only treated us with great respect but also served absolutely magnificent dishes! I highly recommend that anyone staying at Amwaj visit the Lebanese Rosman restaurant at least once! You won’t be disappointed!

As part of a trip a deal vacation, we have just finished a 3 day stay at the hotel. One word - disgraceful. From the moment our group arrived, half the room keys didn’t work, phones not working or fell apart. Our room was not cleaned for 2 1/2 days (we had no soap). All bars close before sunset, with the exception of the lobby bar where the service was terrible. The bar person was openly rude to everyone and we witnessed him arguing with his supervisor loudly in front of guests two nights in a row. The wifi was patchy at best and the hotel experienced at least six blackouts during our stay. The food in the buffet was okay but the Italian meal for our group was very poor. After raising numerous issues, the hotel management made an effort to apologize and make amends, but that was undone as we were leaving where the reception person was aggressively rude because a number of us did not have pool towel cards to return - which had been from us in exchange for towels and couldn’t be retrieved because of their policy of closing the pools early. I was not allowed to check out until we went out and found two towels for the reception person. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Overall the experience was extremely disappointing after what had been a wonderful trip to that point.

The staff were genuinely welcoming and always willing to help with any request, making the experience even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Mahmoud Khaled from housekeeping, who did an excellent job keeping the room spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. His attention to detail and professionalism were truly appreciated. One of the highlights of this hotel is its peaceful location. Situated alone in the desert, it offers a quiet and relaxing atmosphere without the hassle of noisy beach vendors. Additionally, the hotel has its own pier, which provides stunning panoramic views—perfect for enjoying a sunrise or sunset in total tranquility. The pier also offers an excellent entry point into the sea, where you can discover vibrant coral reefs and a diverse array of marine life, making it a great spot for snorkeling and swimming. The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, and it was clear that the staff took pride in ensuring guests felt comfortable. While the bathroom in my room was a bit outdated, it was still functional and met daily needs without any major issues. Even though I’m giving this hotel a five-star review, there is always room for improvement. Small upgrades and refinements could make the experience even better, but overall, my stay was excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly and accommodating place to relax.

Just got back from a family trip to Amwaj Beach Resort Hurghada and honestly, we had such a great time! The beach is beautiful—super clean with clear water—and the pool area was perfect for both relaxing and having fun with the kids. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable. The animation team really kept the kids entertained which gave us a chance to chill too. Rooms were clean and spacious, and we had a nice view from our balcony. The food was pretty good with lots of variety—especially liked the themed dinner nights! Overall, it was a really fun and relaxing trip. Definitely recommend it for a family getaway. Would 100% go again!

We recently spent 5 nights at Amwaj Beach Club Abu Soma, and it was a great experience from start to finish. As a 4-star hotel, I feel this resort offered everything I would expect in an all-inclusive stay to a high standard. Nothing felt lacking or missing, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. The rooms are big, clean, and very comfortable. Mine had a nice balcony with a sea view, and housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh and tidy every day. The food was really good, with lots of options to choose from. The bars serve plenty of drinks, including cocktails and juices. The staff were friendly, helpful, and respectful, always making sure guests were happy. Even the sales staff were polite and not too pushy. The entertainment team did a great job keeping things fun with activities and evening shows. The resort has several pools, including a quiet one for relaxing and another with activities. There’s also a gym and a spa. We had three massages during our stay, and they were fantastic—so relaxing and well worth it! Overall, this is a great place for a relaxing holiday. I would definitely come back!

We (family with children) recently stayed at this all inclusive hotel for a week. Sadly, we will not be returning to this hotel despite its good location. The quality & variety of food was very limited. The desserts from evenings were served next day in breakfast. Hygiene is poor. We all had a upset tummy whilst there. There were queues for food counters. You can bypass queues if you tip people. Often the managers/ staff members were served food at food counters out of turn whilst guests including little children kept standing in the queue. The drinks, both alcoholic & non-alcoholic, were of poor quality and tasted like sugar syrup. The fizzy drinks were too sweet and with hardly any fizz and appeared to be some cheap local brand. Even fresh orange juice or a virgin mojito came at an additional cost. The only good place for a nice coffee was fresh bean cafe which opens only for a very short time and closes at 12 noon. The daytime activities were few and very basic. The evening entertainment was average. The wifi is practically non-existent even in the lobby. When reported, reception staff informed that wifi had been a problem for past 5-6 years. You have to tip for pretty much everything. I don't mind giving a tip, but nothing happens without it. If you were to stay here (even after reading this review) then carry some cash in your pocket. The rooms are dated, shower curtain kept falling off, mattresses and pillows were of poor quality. This hotel should be rated 2.5 stars, at a push 3star and certainly not more.

Beautiful hotel with direct access to a private beach. Every staff / team member were amazing and always there to offer a friendly smile, hello and assistance if needed. The room service staff and toilet staff are amazing and keep their rooms and bathrooms in perfect condition. Mohammed and Mustafa the pool bar team were amazing and always served me with a smile. Mo and Islam from the entertainment team are 2 awesome guys. They always had a smile and hello for everyone. The hotel offers delicious buffet style mealtimes and also a themed night every night at the outdoor grill. There are also 7 restaurants to choose from ranging from local Egyptian cuisine to Asian food. There is also a fish and a steak restaurant available for a small charge. I would recommend Labranda Royal Makadi to everyone. There is everything within the hotel grounds that you could possibly need. Perfect 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐for everything

During our dining experience, we clearly felt a significant difference in the attitude of the service staff towards Asian guests compared to others. The staff proactively refilled drinks for Western guests. However, waiting for a long time, we were unable to receive even the most basic tableware replenishment. Even when we actively asked for it, the service staff remained indifferent, or completely ignored our requests. The worst is that ordering clerk addressed us "the Asian", not Ladies. How impolite it is? This kind of service experience was extremely unpleasant. The taste of the food is subjective and varies from person to person, but the attitude and professionalism of the service staff should always meet a consistent standard. However, based on this experience, the service level here falls far below what is expected of a five-star establishment. This issue is not limited to just one restaurant. It appears that the staff training in this hotel needs significant improvement.

The Hotel and Staff are very nice, rooms are very clean, but only one criticism that I have. I have booked an all inclusive with an agent for two weeks and I had a week on the Nile and a week in the hotel. But today is our last day and although we had to vacate the room by 12pm and sadly our flight is not till 10pm tonight. They were very quick to remove our wristband and told us that after lunch we were not allowed to have anything unless we pay for it. I did try and explain that I had paid for full package and it is not our fault that we have a late flight but a bit unfair of them to ban us from the use of the facilities as we have no choice but to wait till we are collected by the reps. Attitude was not very welcoming sadly, so be careful when you book to stay here.

Stella was my worst experience in Egypt. Guest Relations were absent, feedback ignored, and room issues unresolved. Hygiene was shocking—dirty cutlery, overflowing trash, and unhygienic cups everywhere. Food lacked variety, was bland, and caused stomach issues. Service was poor, with staff more focused on phones than guests. Rudeness and a lack of professionalism were common, especially in restaurants and at bars. On the bright side, the resort grounds were beautiful, rooms spacious, and animation shows enjoyable. With better hygiene, service, and training, this hotel could improve significantly.

Where do I begin? Friendly and welcoming staff. An extremely well-maintained resort where they do everything to keep it up to date in terms of maintenance. The rooms were very neat and clean. We had a small issue with the balcony door which was resolved within a few hours after reporting it. Plenty of slides and swimming pools, along with lots of other entertainment options. The restaurant was also neat and well-organized, with good food. The show offered at the resort was definitely worth seeing. It was a great first experience for us in Egypt and at this resort — we would love to come back again.

Visited with our 1 year old son 10 years ago & loved the place then. We returned this year with our now 11 year old son & we’re blown away! The resort is so much larger than it used to be, with what seems like endless swimming pools & water slides! The queues for the water slides were very reasonable but be careful which pools you jump in as not all of them are heated! 😂 The food was amazing, the animation team were entertaining & all of the staff were accommodating & friendly. The BBQ’s on an evening were a real favourite of my family - as were the free dodgems & roller skating. The VR (virtual reality) experience was also fun for all the family. My son loved the ‘lolly stand’ near reception - I aslo took advantage of a free lolly or two! The bumper boats were also great fun & gave us a welcome break from sunbathing. There were also lots of places around the resort to watch football, it was even available in our room. Whatever you’re looking for in a holiday - this resort has it in abundance! We will definitely be returning again & would highly recommend a visit.

This hotel is really worth a visit especially if you are traveling with children! They may all find their accounts with the many activities on offer, most of which are included in the All in package! There are slides for all ages and tastes and also activities and attractions for all! The All in is very complete with a huge choice of restaurants! We found the place fabulous and would like to be able to come back very quickly:-) For the points of improvement: * Some workers were not at all welcoming or even the opposite. Example: waiters who act as if they don't see us when we want to order our drinks, or who barely answer us when we ask questions, and sometimes serve us limit by throwing us what has been asked. Very unfortunate for the many other employees who were hyper friendly, welcoming and helpful. Because their work can be spoiled by the minority :-( *It would be necessary on arrival to receive more explanations about the various facilities, aquaparks, swimming pools, funfairs, activity sites, restaurants, etc. because at first it is very difficult to find your way around because the complex is so big. *It is a pity that despite the fact that it is forbidden to reserve sunbeds, the practice remains widespread and nothing is put in place to avoid this. Indeed, we have been told several times that there are no more deckchairs available. To finally see deckchairs remain empty (just a towel or other stuff) for whole afternoons or mornings. While we had to settle for a chair or stand...

Absolutely loved our stay at Pickalbatros in Hurghada – a well-deserved 5 stars from us! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. A special shoutout to the incredible manager Emad, who truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He catered to all our needs with care, professionalism, and such a personal touch that made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. The entire staff were amazing – always smiling, attentive, and ready to help. The level of customer service across the board was exceptional and really added to the overall experience. If I had to mention a few suggestions for improvement, they’d be: 1. Breakfast finishing at 10 felt a bit too early – extending it to 11 would be much more relaxed for guests. 2. Similarly, dinner finishing at 9 made evenings feel a little rushed – 10:30 would be ideal. 3. Entertainment ending so early left the nights feeling slightly flat; continuing until 11:30 would really help keep the atmosphere going. 4. Lastly, the pancake and waffle station needs more attention – it’s clearly a guest favorite, but having only one staff member and one stand caused long queues. A couple more stations or staff members would make a big difference. Despite these minor points, our overall experience was amazing, and we’ll definitely be returning. Huge thanks again to Emad and the whole team for making our stay so memorable!

I stayed at the Resort for Seven Days and I would never come back there. The Room was okay but not really special. Most employees were rude and disrespectful, they only were nice if you gave them Cash. They also often Promise things and never get back to it, we asked for a couple more Loungers and the staff said they would get us some immediately, we never saw these Loungers. PLEASE DONT GO THERE FOR THE FOOD! Yes the Resort has 12 Restaurants but I can tell you it’s twelve times Pizza and Pasta! The Fruit isn’t better either, all day melons, apples and Oranges. Then if you want Stable WiFi this isn’t the Resort for you. I had no WiFi for the first three days and the Staff couldn’t help! After that I got kicked out of the WiFi connection twice a day for the rest of my Stay! I would recommend building less Waterslides and invest more in WiFi. The price is really not worth it, you find way better resorts in Hurgada. Also this resort is good for Families with small Children but not for Teens, most of the Waterslides for Teens and Adults weren’t working during our stay. Be aware that many people try to sell you Trips like Snorkeling or Buggy driving, they tell you, you’re allowed to drive the Buggy alone at 14 which is not correct, because only people at the age of 16 are allowed to drive alone by Law. The Resort is way to big and filled with shops that sell faked bags and other items, by night the resort is really loud. I don’t understand how this resort has Four Stars!

The hotel absolutely earns its 5-star rating, but there is one small detail that I hope management will reconsider: the two-in-one shampoo and conditioner provided in the rooms. For a resort of this standard, guests—especially women—really appreciate having separate, high-quality hair products. It might seem like a minor thing, but it genuinely makes a difference in the overall experience. Whoever made that call may not realize how much women notice (and grumble about) this kind of thing! If you enjoy peaceful and quiet vacation then this place is ideal for you. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Room service is good. One thing to note - toilet door (in room) is made of class and there is not much privacy. Breakfast was super. Note: all- inclusive does not give you access to whole list of bevarages. Some drinks are for extra cost (import alcohol). There is no animation team and as far as we know then there is no evening entertainment. You have to go to another hotel for evening shows and all drinks are for extra cost.

Beautiful resort. The gardens, beach and pool area are well maintained and spotlessly clean. Large pool with plenty of sun loungers. The staff are all very welcoming and cannot do enough for you. Always greeted with a smile. The buffet was plentiful and catered for many nationalities. Good quality food and well presented in attractive displays. The air conditioned room was large and spacious and very clean. Great shower with shower gels, shampoo and conditioners supplied. The room also had a fridge and tea/ coffee facilities. My partner and I stayed in a junior suite with our 14year old daughter. X2 balconys overlooking the sea! The rooms are clean as is the hotel! The only negative thing i can say is that the furniture around the hotel/rooms needs updating due to a lot of wear & tear. The A la carte restaurants is not that great food wise. They are understaffed in both the restaurants. The main restaurant was fantastic! There was not a massive variety of food but a decent amount. All the food we had was tasty. The staff in the restaurant were professional, polite and extremely helpful!! Ali the restaurant manager was amazing at making us feel so welcome. The bars at the pool and sea front were great! The managers at both the bars were helpful and nothing seemed to much trouble! The heated swimming pool is an amazing feature!!!! Although the weather is hot the wind can make it cool. The animation team were amazing! They were fun energetic & enthusiastic! Creating fun activities daily and evening entertainment fun!! Every Tuesday they do something big and we experienced a carnival with fun activities, food, sweets and drinks etc a big live show and transport was provided (as we went to a different hotel with a big arena) this is still part of your all inclusive package. Cocktails were lovely... a lot of effort was made with taste & presentation. Reception staff were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely choose this hotel again and it's all the staff that make our stay so memorable. Thank you to all staff including gardeners and cleaners at Sunrise Alma Bay. Having stayed with the sunrise group for the past 25 years, we decided last November to try this new hotel. We loved the hotel. perfect location, the beach is beautiful, the rooms are among the best I've stayed in. However it's the staff, from reception to gardeners with the room cleaners and bar staff second to none simply amazing 👏 The only thing that let the hotel down was the food repetitive, luke warm and not very appetising, the ala carts were very hit and miss. However we visited again 16th March for a week as we loved the hotel that much, everything was as expected. Our room was beautiful, Ebrahim our room cleaner was excellent, room was spotless and he left me towel art every day which was lovely. Mahmoud the beach and pool supervisor remembered us and nothing was to much trouble. The food has improved, still repetitive, however the limited space in the restaurant does not help matters, breakfast and lunch are perfect, trying to please all nationalities in the evening is very challenging, having improved a lot from November Italian and Asian restaurant were still hit and miss. The pizza bar at the aqua slides is amazing food and service is fabulous. We've booked for June and look forward very much to our stay with you Kind Regards Christine Clegg

We had a fantastic time at this all-inclusive resort. The food was consistently good with plenty of variety, and the entertainment each night was excellent. What really made the trip special were the kids’ activities—something fun going on all day, every day. Our kids were never bored, and we actually got to relax! Dinner experience was wonderful with Egyptian themed corner and a wide variety of Egyptian food. The room was great for a family of four, It’s a small room but has a queen bed and bunk bed. Highly recommend for families.

Very spacious layout of the resort. Multiple pools and many sunbeds. Depends on your room location but mostly it's nice and quiet inside the rooms. Lots of water slides as well to keep the children busy. The beach wasn't too wavey which allowed kids to play longer times. I would carry my own beach towels next time as hotel charges 30 dollars for a lost towel which is a bit too much. Food had loads of options in non veg and fruits and desserts... Veg options could do with some improvement though. Service ranks slightly lower but I guess that's more to do because of language barriers. Spa is the biggest highlight - make sure you don't miss it. The massage therapists are nicely trained and have good stength. Also the steam sauna and hammam facilities are high quality. The area nearby the hotel is also filled with shops and pharmacy so very convenient. While most shops need haggling the Red Sea Bazaar is fixed price - slightly higher prices but atkeast you don't have to haggle. Overall we had a great time in a great resort!

The impressions were the best! First of all, I would like to note the excellent animation. Every evening there were interesting shows that did not let us get bored. The animators were very friendly and always ready to help. They involved us in games and competitions, which created a fun and joyful atmosphere. The service at the hotel was top notch. The staff was very attentive and caring. They were always ready to help us with any questions or problems. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and we always felt comfortable. The rooms in the hotel were very cozy. We lived in a standard room, which was quite spacious and comfortable. The furniture, of course, is not new, but this did not prevent us from enjoying our vacation. The room had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning and TV. The food at the hotel was varied and delicious. We tried many dishes of local and international cuisine. There was always something for every taste. Fruits, vegetables, meat, fish - everything was fresh and high-quality. There are also A la carte restaurants - Greek, Asian, Italian, burger and for an extra fee a seafood restaurant. The hotel territory is small. Lots of greenery and flowers. There are several swimming pools and a water park. The territory is cleaned and the plants are looked after all the time. Overall, the holiday at the Sunrise Aqua Joy hotel left the most pleasant memories. We will definitely come back here again!

Myself and my husband had a very enjoyable stay at the sunrise aqua joy. We came to celebrate my birthday and this was very good. We were asked if we wanted to change hotel due to renovation works however chose to visit and so glad we did as we didn't even think of any works being carried out as our holiday was not disturbed in any way. Our room was kept lovely and clean, food was amazing in all restaurants and we managed to eat in every restaurant except the Basilica as this was fully booked, we did not mind as we managed to eat at all others. Staff and animation team are brilliant and also sales staff from the spa etc. Thank you for the amazing hospitality at the hotel as nothing was told much for any staff there. Pretty bad experience. Started by showing us a setup "bad" room next to the conference room, but said we can upgrade for 20€ per person. That room was better, but it was next street from the "MAIN" building. AC worked for a day, then didn't work for 2 days. Looked like they start it when new people arrive to the house, on 4th say it was on full blast. Food is tasteless, bland, repetitive and pretty few options. All-inclusive bar is open on the beach until 5PM. Next to the pool until 7PM. Lucky Dolphin all inclusive until 10, but we didn't visit it. Probably have to pay extra for stuff, as usual here. Very small plastic cups. Can buy in glass bottles. Location is mid, has some stores outside on the street. Can uber further away for pretty cheap. Beach is the only good part of this hotel. 4* is too much for it, maybe like low 3*. Don't recommend it

For the price, it's a steal! The location is great, the rooms are clean, the food is good, and the staff is awesome. We had a small issue with our room at first, but they fixed it right away. The beach is right there, and it's beautiful. There's this housekeeper, Mahmoud Saady, who makes these amazing art pieces on our bed every day. All the staff is super friendly and helpful!

This place has a great beach, but everything else is terrible. The beach is very good with clear water. The food is tasteless, with barely one or two items actually edible at each meal. The restaurant has no ventilation, so it always has a bad smell. The AC is very weak in the rooms and even in the main lobby, so it's very hot. The lobby has literally six sofas, which is not enough seating for a fraction of the hotel's capacity of over 400-500 people. The staff are always grumpy. The beach area is completely closed and inaccessible from 6 PM to 8 AM the next day, not even available for walking. All of the beach guards whistle very loudly and annoyingly at exactly 6 PM to get everyone out of the water, even though the sunset is at 8 PM and it’s still very early. Overall, the experience is bad except for the great beach. Would not recommend.

We were at Mirage Bay resort & agua Park from 10.2 to 9.4.2025 for a total of two months. The intention was to stay only four weeks and go to another hotel, but we decided to stay at the hotel for the whole time. We had a nice and relaxing holiday there. The entire hotel staff was absolutely great and they did everything they could to make our holiday good. The people at animeisson were also all friendly and took care of entertaining people during the day as well as in the evenings happily and well. There was a varied program on the beach and an evening program in the evenings. The food was always hot and well made. The chicken and meat dishes prepared on the grill were really tasty. All the other food and salads were also good. There was also fresh fruit every day. The kitchen staff and waiters were all professional and nice. We were there for two months and there was always good food that we could eat, so a big thank you to everyone in the kitchen. The downside was the chairs, they were broken or dirty everywhere. The toilet on the beach was also a downside. There were only two toilets for women and they were not cleaned properly and there was always no toilet paper. The beach was clean and beautiful. The workers there were also hardworking. We will be back again in the fall. We recommend everyone to stay at the Mirage Bay hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While the hotel has a nice style, it feels quite old and outdated, in serious need of renovation. One of the biggest issues was the air conditioning—it barely worked in the lobby and restaurant, making it very uncomfortable, especially in the heat. The restaurant itself was also a letdown, with flies around, bland food, and no variety. The meals felt more like simple home-cooked food rather than what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. The rooms were nice, but they had several issues. The water flow was extremely slow, making even a quick shower frustrating. Even worse, there was no telephone in the room, so if you had any issues, you had to physically go to the lobby to report them. The beach was beautiful, but good luck finding a chaise lounge to sit on. Even if you do manage to find one, most of them are broken, and you have to sit in the default chair position because they won’t adjust. The animation team was one of the biggest disappointments. Most of them did nothing except take photos to prove they were working, while in reality, they just chatted with female guests. I even saw one of them spraying a guest with a water gun while she was reading a book—completely unprofessional and not funny at all. They also didn’t organize any proper shows, just played background music, and that was it. The only exception was Mr. Islam, who was very kind, but unfortunately, I only met him on my last day. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless they make serious improvements to their facilities, food quality, and staff professionalism. There are much better options in Hurghada for the same price.

I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. I just got back from a vacation at this hotel. The hotel is quite old, but neat. The rooms are cleaned every day. The food is very tasty and filling. The aqua park is heated. The beach is sandy. The animators are wonderful. The program was held every day. The staff is also polite. Just after leaving the hotel there are many shops to buy souvenirs. There is also a wonderful seafood restaurant nearby which I recommend visiting. I really liked it. Thank you

I had an awful stay at this hotel. To start, there was no hot water in the room, which is unacceptable. I reported the issue three times to the front desk, but no one ever showed up to fix it. Taking a cold shower after a long day is not what I expected when booking this place. To make matters worse, the door to my room was broken and open. I reported this as well, and they assured me it would be fixed. However, no one bothered to address it during my stay. Had to use the back door and jump over the banister to enter the room. Completely unacceptable. The complete lack of responsiveness and basic amenities ruined what would have been an fine stay otherwise. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone considering coming. Been to Egypt many times and you can get far better quality hotels at the same price. Food was hit and miss but generally find something to eat.

Don't even go for free. So let's start with the worst thing, the restaurant, not a single meal, not a single dish is edible....repulsive would be generous....even beverages and coffee are all heavily diluted with water and taste weird. Now the reception, the most inexperienced, incompetent, lazy staff you could meet who have no clue about what their job is, for instance it took me 2 full days and 7 complaints / visits to their desk to change a broken TV remote in my room. Rooms are not maintained. Only one aqua park area was functional, and it's generous to call it an aquapark. What tops all of that, is that I was asked to park my car outside of the resort area, next to ANOTHER resort which took long walks to reach my room from their, because the spaces were reserved for tour busses and they don't provide spaces for guests and they supposedly should, ofc they said they couldn't guarantee the safety of my car outside their property The beach was nice (no credits to them) but that's about it, I wouldn't suggest you go even if you are offered a free stay

Our stay was great at Abu Soma. I really liked the set up of the bungalows and the greenery. We stayed in a renovated bungalow a 30 seconds walk from the beach, the bungalow was small but got everything we needed. The staff, especially at the restaurant, was great and very nice. Extra shout out to Nabil and Adil! The other staff was friendly as well, but I noticed there were not a lot of women working as staff, which was ok and sth you might see more often. But maybe something to notice if your planning to stay as a solo female traveler. The only staff member that was annoying was the guy from the entertainment team. He tried to sell you a lot (disco, bingo) although we said we didn’t drink alcohol and weren’t interested the first time. His enthusiasm felt really fake. Other people seem to like them though, so maybe it’s our personal taste or we just didn’t match each other’s vibe. The girls of the entertainment team seem ok (didn’t interact with them). The entertainment program was fine as well. The food was good, but repetitive. They had a lot of veggies and plenty of opportunities to eat fruit (although it was almost the same every day), which we really liked. They also had some Egyptian dishes (for example ful during breakfast and Egyptian bread), which we liked as well and were happy that it was part of the buffet. Furthermore, they have different fish and meat every night. And again, the restaurant staff was great! The drinks were really basic, but nothing bad. The coffee from the machine was good, the American coffee at the breakfast buffet not so. (But I guess that’s just taste) At the lounge they served cocktails for €3 and were happy to make us a mocktails (no alcohol). They tasted good and worth the money. The pool was really cold, so empty. But I guess it has potential during hotter months (with a pool bar and slides). The beach was great. You can rent a towel everyday (part of the All Inclusive, so no extra fees) and the sand was good not many stones etc. Just be aware of the sellers at the beach, especially your first days it’s hard to lay down in peace, since they all want to sell you something. They will remember your name and nationality. After the first days they will kinda leave you alone. The location of the resort was quiet and good. Once you get out of the resort, not much to do/see. Just many sellers that all want you to look at their shop or offer you a cab ride. They will charge high prices mostly 5x more than usual. So do your research in advance before buying/ordering something. Same for excursions. Old Safaga (10 min cab drive) is pretty quiet and you won’t see any sellers. Fun to be around for an afternoon. Furthermore the other guests were fine. The resort is pretty small, so after some days you recognise the faces and they recognise you, which gives you kind of a village feeling. And most people were into a small chat. Also some solo vacationers at the resort, which seem like they created a group, which was nice to see (as someone who solo traveled/vacationed a lot around the globe as well). All in all nice and cosy resort and we are looking back to a nice vacation. Based on our walk along the beaches to other resort, we liked ours a lot (especially the setting/greenery). Would come here again! We would recommend it, but keep your expectations low and you’ll probably have a lovely time.

Honestly, a pleasant surprise. It was my first time in Egypt and first time in an all-inclusive resort and I had all kinds of prejudice. The place is nice, green, the staff is pleasant and helpful, the food tasty and a lot of variety. Nice swimming area, lot to see while snorkeling. Would stay again.

I was in this hotel on January 11 - 24 , 2025. I can say I am satisfied in an overall view but there are few things I hope will be corrected. The hotel is not new and they didn't try to do some renewal activities. In the rooms you don't have enough electrical outlet: the one behind the refrigerator you can't use for both refrigerator and teamaker kettle ( I try to download photos so you can understand better) so you are obliged to use the one next to the bed which is destinated to charge mobile/ tablet. In the restaurant there is no plate so that you can take whatever you like and seat to eat, so you are obliged to to take one dish and if you like to take more later you risk to lose your seat. The towels they give you in the beach are really old. The water pressure in the room is very weak and the most important the WiFi connection is just TERRIBLE!!!!! I didn't have chair in my room next to the desk. But, the staff are very polite and helpful.

Perfect if you want a quiet location for your stay near Hurgarda (45 mins away) . Hotel and rooms were basic and a bit tired but had everything you needed if not too fussy. Food - very much depends on your taste. If you're expecting a full english, pizza and chips, you'll be dissappointed as catered mostly for German and Russasin guests. However, if you're happy to try something different, there was some great fresh cooked options. Staff - were just brilliant, as a smaller hotel, you got to know the staff who couldn't be more helpful. Everyone was very welcoming and accomodating. Despite some initial reservations, the charm of Paradise really grew on me throughout the week and was very sad to leave.

Wonderful hotel! Service is amazing, staff are so friendly and accommodating! Food and drink selection is excellent and varied! Breakfast selection very similar to lunch/dinner. The location is only a short shuttle away from the beach. The rooms are lovely and refreshing, just a little touching up is needed, but otherwise this hotel has been a joy to stay in! We would say there is only a small amount of performances/entertainment in the evenings, would have been lovely to see more.

Arrived here 4 says ago, the staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. Islam is the main guy and runs the entertainment side of things and speaks to everyone around the pool daily. He's absolutely brilliant and I look forward to our daily chats. The rooms are comfortable and based on a 3 star is lovely. The rooms are cleaned daily. It helps to offer a tip, not essential but very much appreciated by the staff, they work tirelessly and deliver drinks to youthroughou the day if you do. You look after them, they look after you, but as stated not expected by them. Always nice to be nice in my view. If you're questioning booking to stay here, don't, just book you won't regret it!

Starting from the reception with Mr Mostafa who helped me to get my room early before sending the confirmation of the down payment. Then the whole staff was friendly, I don't want to forget anyone ( Mr Walid, Amr , Mahmoud and the whole staff in the restaurant and bar ) Finally the animation team , everyday with different shows in (Lemon,Royal and club) , I just hope the shows last for more time. It's highly recommended

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at Lemon & Soul and we can both say what exceptional value for money this hotel is. The staff can’t do enough for you and despite the long hours they work they were always happy. The staff were always engaging and always asked ‘all good’ 😊 The rooms were clean and although a little tired, our room, bedding and towels were changed on a daily basis. There’s a wide variety of food to choose from. Drinks are local but fine. The beach Pizza Hut was exceptional, my husband who doesn’t like pizza ate 3 throughout our stay, the beach is cleaned daily. The sea is so clear and clean. The toilets by the beach are exceptionally clean. The shuttle bus was great to get to and from the beach and hotel. All in all we had a fantastic time at Lemon and Soul. Thank you for lots of happy memories.

Muhammed boy at the beach bar all 5!!!! In my opinion, he put everything that is wrong in the hotel in the shadow!!!! the employees are ok, they try, they are nice, but the system is stupid. They offer you events in Royal and the club, but you have to bring drinks with you because you're not part of them, so you can't even take water at the bar, unless the system has decided that one night everyone can serve themselves a drink, but everyone can poop in the same toilet! The beach at Limon and Soul is not luxuriously strewn with sand like the royal and club you can walk to and swim in because it's the same beach and the same sea. There are no events for children at Lemon and Soul. at Lemon and soul, who comes to drink 24 hours a day may not matter to them. The animators in the royal and club are top! Transportation by electric bus to the beach and to the promenade in the evening can be such that if you have a small child, a fight can happen and they won't let you go in the evening with priority. The food is mostly monotonous, one evening it was sushi and all the praises! We have been to Hurghada many times, it is the worst resort I have ever seen. People with offers on the beach are very aggressive, I've never seen that. They offer services all day every day. Many greetings

Worst experience ever! Not worth the money. The rooms were in terrible condition—dirty, damaged, and with broken showers. Despite paying an extra upon arrival $300 for "luxury" rooms, cause the "standard was like a pithole" they were only slightly cleaner. To make matters worse, we had bed bugs by the end of our stay. The staff were rude and indifferent to any concerns. They simply ignored us. My mom had a birthday during our stay, and I ordered a cake to celebrate. After waiting nearly 40 minutes, the staff came over to say that someone had eaten the cake. Everyone at the table was understandably upset, and the situation escalated. Only after the tension had built did they claim it was a joke and finally brought the cake, by then, the evening was completely ruined.

Don't be fooled by the picture's. We booked this and upgrades to a superior room but the company we booked with booked it through another company who booked a basic room. Well if that room was a basic room I would hate to see a tip of a room. The doors to the balcony wouldn't lock, the pillows were yellow, the fridge was dirty and rusty. We complain to the front desk and the young girl who was dealing with us was going to put us in the right room but the manager got involved, and to say he was obnoxious and rude is an understatement. The bar and restaurant staff were all nice and polite, couldn't do enough for you. The food was edible but the selection was very poor. We sat by the pool next to the slides but only 4 or 5 peoplw went in and said it was freezing and that was over a 7 day period.I would have given it 1 star but 2 stars are for the staff that I mentioned before. Apologies for not remembering any names but all nice and polite. Would I recommend going here,NO, unless it's for the sun. I never write reviews for hotels but this had to be said. The reason for me taking a picture of my socks was to show how dirty the floor was. They did eventually put us in to a better room which was described as deluxe, it was better and cleaner but definitely not deluxe.

They make you pay for water! They sell an all inclusive where you have to pay for water! They consider 2x600ml per day sufficient and any excess water needs to be paid for. Or you can drink the unsanitary pipe water for free; the pipe water everyone warns you not to drink and that they use to water down the soft drinks. The wifi is only available in the main building ground floor and really bad. Several connection losses per hour. They do not even have an option for paid wifi. There is other minor points too but those two are red flags and big deal brakers. ________________________ Since they bothered for a ChatGPT answer, I can add a few things: - half the electricity plugs are broken; they are randomly EU or US outlets - window frames in the bungalows have no double insulation as well as holes in the frame due to DIY repairs like my keylock so any noise (like lawn mowing) enters basically unfiltered - workable tables with chairs only have iron back holders which gets quite inconvenient - they only drinks serverd in the meal hall are mixed with tap water - cell phone internet was dependant on where you where inside the area and could be impaired as well; tryed out Vodafone, Orange, etisalat and Telekom foreign wifi - the reception in majority did not speak proper forein languages except for Russian; the level of English and German was infuriatingly poor since most of them could not follow you when speaking more then the very basic - bathroom construction leads to wet feet when using the toilet since neither the water nor humidity can properly escape - since there was no room card I had to switch of the fuses for air ventilation -> fire hazard risk for no reason - on several occasions the employes just switch of the lights without checking for ppl in there; in the main hall it is not that big of a deal since there is some rest of light from the central lobby but when they turned off the light while I was running in the gym I hit the wall with full speed since lights and the conveyer suddenly turned off; when confronted the employes "excused" themselves with an electricity blackout which was a lie since the rest of the area was still lighted Again: Forcing your guests to run chores for proper drinks is neither acceptable nor excusable in any way! You serve alcohol for free and I witnessed several alcohol induced incidents but you force your paying guest to run chores for water; the very same guests to subsidize the more expensive alcohol while only consuming non-alcoholic drinks? There is a word for this: Bullshit! Serve botteled water for free and make the alcoholics pay. They do it anyway so that your stuff fills in more alcohol, sometimes handing out pure cups of hard liquers. Stop making a AI generated excuses and fix the problems of which there are plenty!

This hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. Not only were the rooms filthy, but they also scammed us by overcharging for laundry services. The pathways around the hotel were uneven and dangerous, and the stairs were incredibly slippery. We even witnessed a staff member slip and injure himself! This place is a safety hazard and a complete rip-off. Save your money and stay far away from this hotel.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Aurora Bay Resort in Marsa Alam. The property is beautifully situated on Jabal Rosas Bay with stunning Red Sea views. My room was comfortable and well-maintained, while the resort facilities exceeded expectations. The private beach with its vibrant house reef offered exceptional snorkeling opportunities. I must highlight the outstanding service provided by Ahmed from housekeeping in sector 4. His attention to detail was remarkable - my room was always impeccably clean, with creative towel arrangements and prompt replenishment of amenities. Ahmed’s friendly professionalism and anticipation of needs truly enhanced my experience. The food variety was excellent, with fresh options daily. The barman Ahmed stationed at the beach bar was smiling the entire holiday, the chef prepared a cake for our birthday and The entire staff was helpful, but Ahmed Ahmeds’s exceptional work ethic and dedication to guest satisfaction make him truly deserving of recognition and advancement within the organization. The only improvement feedback I have: the outdoor chairs are often dirty from birds and there are many salesmen in the beach

We stayed at this hotel in April — everything was just great! The room was clean, spacious, with a beautiful view and daily cleaning. The hotel location is very convenient: the beach and shops are nearby. The staff is polite, attentive and always ready to help — we felt very comfortable and caring. I would especially like to note the food: the food is varied, fresh, tasty — something new every day. The vacation was 100% a success, we will definitely come back again!

I recently spent a week at the Mercure Hurghada Hotel, and overall, my experience was mixed. What I really enjoyed was the direct beach access, which made it easy to relax by the sea whenever I wanted. The animation team was fantastic—always energetic and engaging, offering plenty of activities throughout the day. The location of the hotel is also great, close enough to explore Hurghada while still feeling like a peaceful getaway. Plus, I always felt very safe during my stay, as security measures were well in place. However, there were some downsides. The hotel is quite old, and you can definitely see signs of wear and tear in the facilities. The rooms are very small, which made it a bit uncomfortable, especially for a longer stay. The buffet food lacked variety, and after a few days, it felt quite repetitive. One thing I really didn’t like was that every morning at 9 AM, hotel staff would wake us up to hand out water bottles—not ideal if you wanted to sleep in. Additionally, not all pools were accessible, which was disappointing. Overall, the Mercure Hurghada has its strengths, especially in terms of location, beach access, and entertainment, but it could use some updates to improve the rooms, dining options, and guest experience.

Good, well located hotel with mostly adorable people working there. We were disappointed in the lack of responsibility taken by some of the people working there though; the guy in charge of the activities who told us and wrote down a wrong time of aptmt, and wrote the room number so badly that the guide didn’t find us and called the wrong room number. Also, the fact that people kept on redirecting us, for example when we asked if we could have towels for the beach. It always seemed like it was nobody’s fault and in the end, we have to find solutions ourselves. The last thing is about quietness; both the very loud music near the pool and the fact that some of the staff kept on asking us to dance, participate in activities, go on tours etc. wasn’t very restful. However, we really enjoyed the restaurant, the beach and the staff, especially Larena, a young, smiling and helpful woman working there who treated us with the best care possible. She really made our stay lovely and is one of the reasons we loved it, so thank you to her, again.

We were in this hotel (6 people, for 15 days) and many things impressed us: the hotel is very big and slowly being renovated. It has a beautiful lagoon where you can swim even if the sea is rough. The coral reef is located next to the hotel and is nice. As a guest you can use all the services of two other 'Sunny Days' hotels right next door. The rooms are awaiting renovation but they have everything you need (air conditioning, kettle, balcony with a view) - they also have the most comfortable mattresses and pillows we have ever found in a hotel! Due to the size of the hotel, the staff really has a lot of work (especially in the restaurant) and they do everything they can to make sure everyone eats well. The food is tasty, always available and - especially in the evenings - very diverse. Drinks are available everywhere and (as always in Egypt) for one dollar they are much better than usual 😂 What we missed: more attention from the animation team and additional activities in the hotel that someone would bring to our attention. Any kind of entertainment for children - apart from the mini disco, no one really cares about these children and there are plenty of them there. What we definitely don't like (but we know that this is standard in this part of the world and the hotel faces a difficult task to change it quickly) - serving drinks in single-use, small, plastic cups that end up with the wind in the sea, in the desert and hit the heads of guests practicing yoga. This really needs to change. overall: budget hotel, food ok, rooms ok, great location (city center, right on the beach with its own lagoon). For this price neither of us expected miracles.

The property is rated as a four star hotel. That itself appears to be an incorrect rating as this hotel doesn’t deserve more than 1-2 star. First thing first - Only good thing about this hotel is location, location and location. Rest all, goes downhill from there. Rooms - Dirty floors, used bed sheets, No sockets for charging mobile devices or connecting electrical devices are just few starting observations by anyone entering the room. These were rectified on calling the housekeeping, but the non-English speaking staff was difficult to be made aware of these issues. The corridors are dirty and appear to not have been cleaned for months altogether. The property is spread over a large area and be ready to walk long distances to reach your rooms. Food - This hotel believes in quantity and not quality. Firstly, the layout of the dining hall is weired. Few food items like salad are kept only in one corner and one may be required to walk 25-30 metres to reach one food item. The sweet dishes are kept diametrically opposite location and the effort seems to be to make the life difficult rather than otherwise. This must be the only “Four Star hotel” to serve food in plastic plates. The preparation of the items is nothing to talk about. Entertainment- The hotel has a team of entertainers named as the “Digital Team”, that is highly talked about by many other reviewers. It appears that this team engages the children in many activities and allows many parents to have their “me” time, prompting them to rate the hotel well. Staff - The reception and higher level staff appears to be rude at times. The staff in the dining halls, house keeping and the bell boys etc is very good. The Internet works only in the main lobby and that too intermittently. The 4-5 star rated reviews amaze one to the intent of those who give such ratings. Location - The hotel has created a small lagoon and also has a fresh water pool that is the only positive about this property and anyone looking to get a tan would be more than happy to be here. Pitiable rooms, poor service and food make this property - Not recommended. Don’t believe the 4-5 star rated reviews written by many others.

We had a wonderful experience at Mirette restaurant at Sunny Days El Palacio, thanks to the amazing manager Mahmoud Ibrahim. He was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our visits, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Even when the place was busy, he somehow always found us a great table. His warm attitude and professionalism really made a difference. Highly recommended!

Positives: the location and the views from this hotel are absolutely amazing and the beach is nice and clean. We stayed in a family suite and was pretty big and decent. There are many tour guides within the hotel and someone at the reception at all times. Negatives: the Internet! It's only free in the lobby area and even there it doesn't work. The all inclusive wasn't worth it, the food was awful and they didn't have basics like chips or nuggets. The drinks are limited and the glasses are dirty. Dessert was also very basic. The receptionists can be rude and have an attitude. Overall, is good value for money but personally I will try another hotel next time I visit Hurghada as I know I can find a better deal for the same money.

Rooms are very dated, and need doing up. Had a room right behind the stage and speaker, was so loud until around 11pm most nights, not complaining about the entertainment but the location of the room. Ask to change rooms which was begrudgingly done. Got moved as far away as possible to a worse room with a leaking toilet and workmen laying a new pathway all night. Food very poor and not a lot of options. Mainly catered for the Russian guests which are 95%. Very rude bar staff and end up arguing when asking for drinks, even though we were all inclusive, drinks given in tiny plastic cups. Constantly hounded by people selling tours and massages . I thought being in the complex we would escape that, but obviously not. Signs everywhere saying you cant reserve the sun beds, but nobody takes notice.The sea at the side of the resort is very nice and clear for snorkeling. Location very good and close to the marina. I liked Hurgada and would definitely come back, just not to this resort.

I would like to express my concern regarding an incident that occurred with one of your animation team members on April 16, 2024. During an event, the animator Luka was playing Russian patriotic songs, which felt highly inappropriate given the current situation in our home country. When we politely asked him to change the music or consider playing Egyptian songs instead, his response was aggressive and disrespectful. He raised his voice and told us to “just go relax on the beach,” dismissing our concerns in a very rude manner. We came here expecting a relaxing and respectful environment, and this behavior made us feel extremely uncomfortable. We believe that hotel staff, especially those interacting with guests, should remain neutral and courteous at all times.

The rooms are clean and tidy but outdated. The restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner is designed like a hall. It could be decorated a bit more cozily. The management is always friendly, but it is clear that they have a bossy attitude. The employees are always friendly. You can see the stress that management puts on them, but they are very caring, friendly and helpful in every way. The security personnel, partly present and partly hidden, gave the impression of control but not of security.

Most food is bland and boring (the spaghetti chef is the savior though), so is the included beer and the cola is often mixed with too much sirup. The staff can be really hospitable, and some of them are pretty great. But mostly they are underpaid working 25 hours a day having to put on fake smiles all the time. The hotel management closes the pool bar to save a few bucks in serving free beer in the evening (so you have to walk further). We really lacked somewhere nice to sit and relax with a beer. Overall it's pretty good if your standards are low and you want cheap all you can eat and drink, but it's all so so low quality we're not coming back. Also every one and their uncle is trying to overcharge you and sell you something, 4 salesmen steadily roam the pool and beach area up try and sell you events, then when you go, they try to sell you more when you're there.

If you are looking for a cheap vacation, this is it. Everything was clean. The rooms are older but still clean and nice. The food was repeated every day and there were just a few options to choose from. The employees didn't know English, you'd better communicate in German or Russian. The hotel is in the middle of the center, so you have everything close by. We also used the restaurant that the hotel has and it was fine, nothing special. The biggest disappointment was the entertainment. Their evening performance was terrible, every single one. Not to mention miss hotel, which downright humiliates women. They talked just with Russian-speaking guests. We are giving less stars for rating just because the entire entertaining team and their approach. Otherwise, the hotel was valuable for the price.

The hotel is very old and almost not renovated at all. I booked a "Deluxe" room for myself, my elderly parents, and my child, but we were placed in a small, dirty standard room. The room was incredibly dirty and did not meet our expectations at all. While I was waiting for the administrator at the reception, he led my parents to a cramped room without informing me. After a conflict and showing my booking confirmation, they admitted the mistake, but it felt like it was done deliberately. The hotel does not have clear room category labels on the doors, and the old signs that remain do not match the new room names. This creates confusion and allows the staff to trick guests, giving them a lower-category room while claiming it’s better. Do not believe the staff if they tell you that a small room is a "better" option. Always check your booking carefully and compare it with the real situation. The photos on the hotel's website do not reflect reality. The hotel is in terrible condition, and the administrator was dishonest. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Awful, awful! Hotel is old and needs a lot of restration. Rooms are big but run down, our windows have not been cleaned in years, mould in bathromm, bathromm door handle boroken and was not repaired after raising the issue. Everywhere you get instant coffe (in the coffee machines), margarine for breakfast, not enough plates and cutlery. All drinks served in plastic cups- including wine for eveneing meal. Food does not look apetising adn small selection to choose from. Good things are good wi-fi and nice beach (the main one).

Just come back after 10 days there. The staff were all 10 out of 10 all made us feel special couldn't have done any more for us. We loved the resort beautiful beach and wasn't as far as we were expecting so that was a plus as we are in our 60s. Food was good I'm fussy but was always something there and was of a good quality breakfast could have done with a bit more variety on the hot side. Perhaps another type of potato rather than mash found that a bit odd for a breakfast choice. Room was large but needed just a little upgrading to make it great instead of good but was very very clean and comfy beds and pillows. Only negative point was some of the paving needs addressing so its not a trip hazard and the tiling round pool needs attention if all this was done it would turn this very good hotel to a great hotel. And when having a manicure we were starting to feel a little pushed into this. As always coming round even after a few polite no thank yous. We did have a manicure in the end it wasn't the best very little choice in nail colour and within 24 hours was already lost its shine and was dull. But the good points of this hotel with exceptional staff and beach we would return.

We had a wonderful10 days in early February this year. Yes, the hotel facilities and rooms are very tired. There are many things including blistering rendering on buildings, unsecured manhole covers and damaged block paviours throughout the vast grounds that many would whinge on about....BUT... the beach is unbelievable and the staff are absolutely brilliant. We had no complaints about the food- the whole place had a very endearing vibe and we had a great stay and will be looking to book again next year.

Staying here at the moment great hotel with big rooms and balcony, all looking over a huge pool dining chilling area. Made use of the spa hairdressers and gym all very good. All very clean and the staff are excellent as is the entertainment. A short 5 min walk to a private beach area with complimentary drinks and food served all day. Always got enough good food at one of the many eating areas with coffee wine and beer on tap. It's a short taxi 10 min or 30 min walk to the marina with excellent restaurants and shops all incredibly cheap. Have to mention Max the on site tattooist had a brilliant tattoo yesterday very talented artist will be booking again this year. 🤗

Seriously, the place's only merit is its location and setup. The receptionist who checked us in and out is just plain rude. The restaurant management is terrible at dealing with situations, and the entire place stinks like a sinkhole and is filled with cheap workarounds. Water sources are stale, the jacuzzi's water pipes push rust and dirt with water to the extent that makes it unusable, and their lakes and pools are so unhygenic. The main restaurant is not air conditioned properly, food has flies swinging around it, and even the food quality is mid at best. After checking out by minutes, I went to the restaurant to have a light meal before I got on the road, and they literally stopped me before I could dine and told me that I would have to pay for the food as I have already checked out (that's never the case at any reputable place I have been to, and moreover, they checked us in at 3 PM and requested us to checkout at 12 PM). And they really really should invest in some insecticide for the mosquito invasion they have. Overall, you're only getting the location and setup and a very poor service and quality in exchange for your money.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 weeks over xmas/new year as part of a travel group. There were 40 of us, all staying for different lengths of stays and dates. Check in and actually getting the rooms we paid for was certainly a challenge, with most of us being given temporary rooms and moved , for some several times!!! I don't understand how a hotel can get room allocation so wrong. I'll start with the positives.... nice friendly pool and bar staff Food could always find something to eat although food was mainly Luke warm. Xmas and new year events were great although xmas was not included and had to be paid for. Now the negatives.... Poor reception staff and management. No lifts to rooms or upstairs reception or bar. Lack of public toilets, none in any of the restaurants...only 1 in pool area, and 2 in upstairs bar. Pools freezing not one heated pool in the whole place. No ramps etc to help those with disabilities. Beach only accessed by boat. Building work constant even on xmas day, rubble everywhere. Entertainment ...limited till new years eve, then after that nothing...no animation team. Overall we made the most of our holiday.... We went out more than we probably planned due Boredom at the hotel. Would i recommend this hotel...no Would i return ...no

I have just arrived back from my stay at the Caves Hotel and i must say i had the best time. When we arrived the new pool had just opened and the atmosphere around the pool was so refreshing. The chefs at the pool bar make the best cheese toasties! The only thing i would say is that you would need to wake up early and put your towels down if you would like a space by the pool. All of the staff are extremely friendly and make you feel very comfortable staying here. The entertainment team were all lovely and we enjoyed having chats with them everyday. They made sure everything was okay and we had lots of memorable moments with them. The activities they had done on the beach were so wholesome the way everyone joined in, it was a good way of people getting together and having a bit of fun. As a fussy eater i wasn’t sure if i was going to eat much this holiday but every day they had a variety of different foods to choose from. I was amazed with how good the food was. A big thank you to Gaby the waiter who every evening and lunch time made sure we had our drinks (he even remembered our order!) Gaby always welcomed us into the restaurant with a big smile. Overall my experience at the Caves Hotel was amazing. This was one of the best holidays i’ve had and i will definitely be returning! I highly recommend this hotel.

I could write an essay on our experience, but I'll keep it brief. We had a good time because you’ve got to make the most of it, but you’d have to pay me to go back. This is not a 5-star resort—4 at a push for some amenities but more like a 3 by UK standards. It's a case of "it’ll do" when it comes to maintenance. Facilities: Pool tables are knackered, cues are bent, cloth is worn, and one table is cracked. Public furniture is tired—ripped, chipped, and tatty. Rooms have seen better days— bed curtains held up with staples, exposed wiring, exposed fibreglass repairs, and an access hatch almost falling out. Very clean, but scruffy. Clientele: A mix of social classes. Russians drink and talk loudly all day domineering all areas, Brits range from older folks looking to relax to Benidorm types—tanned, drunk, and donning schneidy designer gear. Other guests from Lithuania, Scotland, and Holland were nice. Overall, some of the mix gives a budget feel. Beach: First morning, we saw camels and horses being ridden into the sea… and clearing their bowels in it. This happened 4 times over two hours. That, plus cigarette butts and trash, meant we didn’t fancy a swimming with doodoo. Food: Buffet is OK but repetitive—hence the long queue for chips at 7pm. Desserts all taste the same. The grill out front and salad bar are decent. A la carte options are a joke—tiny capacity, long booking queues turn up at 10.30 and stand for an hour to make sure you get booked in, and poor food except for the teppenyaki. If you enjoy proper home-cooked meals or good restaurants, you’ll think it’s awful. If you live on microwave meals and takeaways, you might enjoy it. Pebbles Beach Bar is fine, but don’t trust the menu—sandwiches and burgers only come with lettuce and mayo but the pizzas are ok. Positives: The staff (except for Tofy the photographer, who made racist chicken nugget comments) are great, really are. Some great people—big up the shisha shop guy, but avoid the overpriced grocery store, they make up prices on the spot and it's more expensive than the airport! Weather was lovely, beer was good, shisha bar worker was great (though tobacco quality was 5/10), and the stray cats were friendly. Plenty to do but overall run down and whilst some facilities were great others were terrible, which is why it barely scrapes a 4-star rating. We made the best of it by embracing the ridiculousness lol

Arrived late at night and only to discover that a booking by the agent had an error. Showed the staff my actual booking with correct information, and they would not help. I spoke to the agent in the UK to sort out my booking, and the resort turned around and said this was a cancellation and had to book a new reservation at an extortionate price per night. This was despite the agent attempting to correct the error. Customer care and compassion below expected standards of humanity. I was requested to leave the premises in middle of the night. My only next safe place was a police cell hence i refused to be kicked out onto the streets in the middle of the night in an unknow country. I spent the whole night at reception awaiting the arrival of the police. I spend all night at reception, no offer of food or at least water in such a hot country. Next morning, I had to find alternative urgent accommodation at better prices and only to receive a call that Caves Beach Resort was happy for me to come on my original booking. This was 12 hours late and I had already spent a considerable amount on another resort in an effort to sulvage my long awaited holiday. I feel they were attempting to fleece me off my money from a desperate situation they created. Poor poor pathetic customer care and compassion.

This is such an innovative Holiday resort in Hurghada. The whole place is designed as a collection of rocky caves on the edge of the Red Sea. The rooms are amazing and it really lives up to it's name. Superb pools and bars. Great staff and a wide range of foods. Somewhere really different and not catering for families with children. Evening entertainments range from fire shows, group activity, juggling, belly dancing and karaoke. Highly recommended.

Never booked this hotel it’s a drama. We are so disappointed how we get treated by the staff. Our room is horrible, it’s dirty even it’s unacceptable. You can’t take a shower because you are so afraid to get any dirt. On the Terrasse Bird shit is everywhere. The chairs are dirty, the food buffet is from the 80th. This house needs to be downrated on 3 stars, as well the price! Then it’s fair . I only can recommend don’t book this hotel .. you will be disappointed. From the welcome until the dinner and the night. The music is not good as well.the pool is not bad, if the kids playing you have no chance , there is no other pool (if you don’t like to pay extra . As well @tui is not helping us … only unfair offers !!!! So don’t book as well with TUI .

I guess they knew who did it and never wanted to mention who and our JEWELRY never showed up again. Even police made us signed paper that we found it just to let us and all the group go home. Security there is not as we were hoping. Even the idea of compensation was never mentioned from their side. So bad And we still want our stuffs back.

Nice hotel, clean rooms for families, big resort with lots of beautiful pools and amazing gardens. Dirty seaside, not much to do there. Food in the main restaurant (buffet) was so and so, sometimes cold, sometimes with too many spices. Italian a la carte restaurant was terrible - bitter awful pizza and the worse main dishes I've ever tasted (again, spices that had nothing to do with Italian food). Lebanese a la carte restaurant was quite good, nice dishes and attentive staff. I liked the shopping centre inside the resort - proved useful for little things I forgot at home. Nice aquapark, my kids loved it.

OK but not much to do in the area Food at the buffet is nearly always cold so don't expect a hot meal.. Tables turn around quickly and if you go to get some food your table has been cleared away and someone else is sat there. Staff are all friendly and some are exceptional. All work hard and some put in a lot of extra effort to make your stay good. An ok place to stay but could easily be a great place. The water park is fun There is an entertainment team but I don't really know what they do. Alot of the time they seem to be standing around doing nothing. Shoes are 1 star at best. Lots of facilities. Drinks are mediocre and cocktails are 1/10. Still had a good holiday and thought it was OK value for money.

Very disappointing Experience for a 5 star Holiday Resort. The customer service of all staff is appalling especially the Night receptionist named eslam and ALL restaurant staff. They do not bother to do their Job properly and you have to flag them down or help yourself to drinks or cutlery etc. Staff also seems very fed up with their Job. Staff wont offer a bottle of water at the bar after after a mere second at 5PM and in turn will be rude and aggressive to finish up with their work. Hotel is also very inaccessible for mobility users since there is only 1 Elevator and has no wheelchairs or other facilities to help the elderly. All Toilets have issues either with the Shower leaking badly or the AC leaking.

Fantastic hotel - you can relax in comfortable conditions. The people who work there create a unique atmosphere. Everyone is very nice, pleasant, smiling, always ready to help and give advice. I would like to especially highlight Michael, the administrator, who was open to help and quickly responded to our requests! We celebrated my mother's birthday at the hotel, and the staff was very open to all our suggestions, the administrator organized a holiday for my mother, ordering a cake, champagne and live climatic music. The rooms are very clean, cleaned every day, towels were changed every day. The hotel area is very beautiful, large and well-groomed. Two large pools, one of which is heated, which provided comfortable swimming in March. The food was delicious, although there was a lack of variety, alcohol is very high quality, delicious red and white wine. The evening program is very interesting: playing the guitar, playing the saxophone, live music, acrobats and extreme shows really impressed us. It was interesting! The animators are not intrusive, if we wanted to lie quietly by the pool with a book, no one bothered us. In general, the rest at the hotel was very calm, there were few children and screams We recommend the hotel for people who value a quiet vacation, without noise and fuss. I would return there again with great desire

The hotel is slightly dated, with a canteen atmosphere at meal times. But, the staff have been more than helpful, kind and considerate, always trying to help at every opportunity. It is clean and the food may not be the best, but it was tasty and healthy and good. The entertainment staff are exceptional and got everyone joining in. Considering the hotel caters for so many different nationalities they do very well. I had laundry done, and it was perfect and very reasonably priced. Overall, we had a lovely time, the hotel grew on us and we enjoyed our time very much. Special mention to Ahmed Sameh who helped us from the moment we arrived, and Gamal who was kind and considerate.

After reading the reviews about the Sea Star Hotel, I was a bit concerned, but it turned out that many guests have unrealistic expectations and come to Egypt with preconceived notions and a negative mindset. It turned out that I had one of the most enjoyable stays at this hotel. The hotel is not new, and perhaps the rooms could benefit from some renovation, but let’s be realistic, minimal time is spent in the room. The rooms are decent and comfortable, which is more than enough for a pleasant stay. The hotel staff is wonderful and very approachable. The food at the hotel is excellent, and although some may not enjoy Egyptian spices, there is always a wide selection of food available, so even picky eaters can find neutral and delicious options. The food is always fresh, with plenty of vegetables, fruits, and a variety of meats. The hotel does not have a conventional espresso machine, but there is always a large variety of coffee (American, instant, etc.) available. The beer is quite light, and I believe it contains a low alcohol content, but the taste of the beer is incredibly good and complements the warm beach days. The beach is very clean and beautiful, with a breathtaking view of the open sea. The staff is always ready to assist with any issue and is very polite and welcoming. I would also like to highlight that our room was maintained daily by a young boy named Mahmud, who made our stay even more pleasant with his kindness. What is particularly noteworthy is that the hotel has an amazing team of animators. Although I did not specifically come for daytime activities, they made sure I had plenty to do and kept me entertained throughout the day. I would especially like to praise the animator Felix, who truly is a strongman and an incredibly kind person. There are also Milica, Malaky (my favorite acrobat), Peter, Judy, and Jasmine who will do their magic to make you smile and enjoy your days. In my opinion, this is a good, calm, very well-organized hotel, and a great location to stay and explore Hurghada.

There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from at every meal, including local Egyptian cuisine and international favorites. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. My best friend and I were at the new Seagull building. From our first day we were amazed 😍 Amazing room, with breathtaking view… perfect for morning coffees! The room was cleaned daily, and everything smelled wonderful. We noticed that everyone were working so hard, paying attention to the smallest details, which truly impressed us. The food, drinks… everything was delicious! We would also like to say THANK YOU to Ali from the towel center, Mostafa the waiter, the main waiter from the new building (I’m not sure about the name), Mohamed the bartender (with an amazing smile), Mohamed at reception, and Mostafa from the housekeeping team🤗 They were always very friendly, helpful and kind, which made our stay special. I celebrated my birthday there, and I can only say that it was probably the best one so far! They made a big surprise for me, one surprise in the room and the other in the restaurant. They made me feel special for my birthday, and I really appreciate their efforts! Everything went beyond our expectations! Unforgettable Fun at Seagull Beach Resort – Perfect for Families and Friends! Our stay at Seagull Beach Resort by the beautiful Red Sea was absolutely unforgettable! The views were stunning, the water was crystal clear, and the atmosphere was full of energy and joy from morning till night. The entertainment team, especially Nemo’s Company, was incredible! They made every day feel special with fun games, music, dancing, and laughter all around the resort. Whether you wanted to join a beach activity or just enjoy the good vibes, there was always something happening. The evening shows were one of the best parts of our stay – full of talent, creativity, and excitement. And the parties? Absolutely amazing! The foam party was a huge highlight – everyone dancing and laughing in the bubbles under the stars – an experience we’ll never forget. The Kids’ Club was also a big success with our children. Our stay at this hotel was perfect! There was nothing to complain about. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. Everyone in the hotel was amazing – the chefs, cleaners, reception staff, waiters, quad guide, and animators. They were always smiling, helpful, and kind. The food was delicious and had a great mix of different dishes, including tasty local specialties. The falafels were the best we’ve ever had! Our room was cleaned every day, and the staff made beautiful towel swans on our beds, which was a lovely surprise. What impressed us the most was the high level of professionalism. We stayed a week in Such a lovely environment to relax in. The animation team made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed stretching and step as well as aqua aerobics. The team made it filun and no stress. The food was delicious with a good variety and even for fussy eaters. Turkish night was amazing, but there were lovely touches every night. Pool life was chill too.

It was great time here with my friend We liked panda entertainment team so nice and fun and we loved the cocktails festival. The food was fantastic we also like the view from the restaurant at the morning ! Incredible! Hopefully we visit again next year!

The hotel is very beautiful and exceptionally clean. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are large and comfortable. All the staff members are friendly, and the overall atmosphere makes you feel great. There are several pools—seven in total—but only one is heated. Personally, that wasn’t an issue for me, as I swam in one of the unheated pools and it was perfectly fine, especially since it wasn’t crowded. The bed linens and towels are changed daily during room cleaning, which is a nice touch. There are multiple restaurants on-site: Italian, Oriental, Chinese, and Brazilian/Mexican. We received two à la carte dining vouchers and chose the Oriental and Italian restaurants—both exceeded our expectations, though the Oriental one stood out as the best. There are various programs and shows for both kids and adults, and there’s even a fairly large aqua park. The beach has plenty of loungers and is well-maintained. However, if you want to swim in the sea, you’ll need to walk about 150 meters out, as the water is quite shallow near the shore. You can also go snorkeling from the pier and swim among the fish—it’s a beautiful experience. The resort itself is huge, and cleanliness is maintained throughout every area. The food was good and plentiful. I highly recommend this resort and would definitely return.

Hotel Gravity in Sahl Hasheesh surprised our family a lot. Great location near to the main marina, rooms are really beautiful and comfortable, great animation team- kids loves the mini disco, food is delicious, drinks are good. Had a great time on our trip. The pools are nice and clean. The lagoon they have is great for swimming and relaxing with the added floating chairs. Most of the staff we dealt with was great. Entertainment was good with a variety of different programs every night. Even though we didn't join any of the morning/afternoon (only night) activities it looked like people were satisfied with them. The shows they had were great. The shop in the front of the hotel has a big selection of souvenirs and if you buy multiple things they are willing to negotiate the price. Special thanks to Aly from the entertainment/animator crew. He made our stay excellent and was really fun to be around. He was very helpful with anything we had questions about and the shows were great with him! He is fun to be around and if you are looking for extra nightlife activities he is your go to guy! When you come you can't miss him just look for the hair! Also special thanks to Mustafa who owns the Spice & Tea and the Perfume shops next to the pools. A really down to earth guy who met us with amazing Egyptian coffee in the shop the first day we passed by. He went out of his way to help us out with unrelated matters and I personally will be eternally grateful for that! I'm sad our last day we couldn't catch him on time so Mustafa if you are reading this thank you brother! He isn't like other merchants that pull you in the shop and just see you as walking $$$ but a genuine human being. If you want perfumes, spices, tea, creams he is your guy! Don't pass him by, go and chat with him. Our overall stay was great. I would recommend this resort.

GRAVITY HOTEL & AQUAPARK HURGHADA(EX.SAMRA BAY HOTEL) Liked. Nice and clean hotel, on the Red Sea coast. There is a very nice aquapark, as well as large and clean pools. The food is delicious and very varied, the staff is friendly and responsive. There is beautiful and well-maintained landscaping. It is located 5 km. from Hurghada Airport, 8 km. from the center of Hurghada, in the area of ​​the El Mamsha pedestrian zone.

Firstly, me and my family were skeptical of coming to this hotel because of the reviews.. There were many negative comments and feedback given from their personal experiences... After me and my family went, I can proudly say this was a surreal experience! The staff were excellent and so was the catering. I asked about it and they told me there was new management fro the start of December 2024 and I can already see the improvements they have made from their service quality to their customer service.. The food was excellent, I had younger children with me and we all ate well and enjoyed the meals. The water park was excellent and an amazing activity to do. They went out of their way to make sure we were safe all the time, both inside and outside of the hotel. I recommend everyone to go here at least once!! Beautiful area, family inclusive, safe!! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sunrise Alora Resort in Hurghada, and one of the standout features of my experience was the vibrant entertainment team. Loka, Simba, and Ozoo were exceptional, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every activity! They organized a variety of engaging events, including karaoke nights, lively dance sessions, invigorating water aerobics, beach volleyball, and football matches. Their dedication ensured that guests were entertained throughout the day and night. Beyond the entertainment, the resort itself is beautifully designed, offering stunning views of the Red Sea, spacious and comfortable rooms, and impeccable attention to detail. The pools and beach areas were meticulously maintained, providing a perfect environment to unwind. AMAZING. So firstly I don't want to take away other people's experience of this hotel as I whole heartedly believe they were all true BUT please reconsider returning if you had a bad time. The hotel has been recently taken over and by God what a change, not just asthetically but a complete staff change. As you look at the hotel from the front we were in the little part to the right as the big part is having a complete renovation. This did not impact our holiday 1 bit. In fact if we walked anywhere near where someone was working they'd stop and carry on once we walked past. They were also renovating rooms in the part we stayed but we didn't even know they were there. When I say renovating I mean they have ripped everything out and starting with a blank canvas. The swim up rooms have been completely emptied and were having all new electrics installed and new furniture, we saw brand new mattresses being put in the rooms too. Now for the exceptional part. We were met at reception with a welcome drink and the most pleasant receptionist I've ever come across. We didn't check in at the desk we were sat on the really comfy sofas, relaxed and ready for our holiday. Our cases were loaded onto the trolley and taken to the rooms for us. ROOM Our room was spotlessly clean. The 1st thing i try is the bed and it did not disappoint it's on par with a premier inn mattress ❤️ plenty of room for us the pull out sofa bed was also very very comfy and Who doesn't love bed art we had crocodiles, octopus, elephant, monkey the list goes on ❤️ FOOD we arrived after tea but they offer a late supper and what a treat we had. Fresh bread, warm and extremely tasty food with plenty of choice. As the holiday went on the food was never repeated. It was hot, tasty, full of flavour and freshly cooked at every meal time, a lot of it you see them preparing fresh. I personally love that. The poolside restaurant does fresh pizzas in the pizza oven, chicken shawarma, fresh homemade beef burgers or chicken burgers and boy they didn't disappoint. The food is spectacular. You can even order your food and take it back to the pool side but we preferred to sit and enjoy the service which was superb. ALCOHOL We all like a drink on holiday and the cocktails are gorgeous, don't order loads at once you really don't need to, when your drink is nearly empty they're there filling it up. Local spirits are strong, they use cans of Stella for lager it's fresh and tastes lovely and isn't flat. POOLS/BEACH The hotel itself is big and the pools and slides are brilliant. This is a great family place you don't need to leave the hotel if you don't want to. The private beach is gorgeous. The sea is very shallow and you can walk quite far and the water is still only to your knees. STAFF I will never be able to praise them enough. Barstaff, restaurant, reception, chefs, gardeners, maintenance, lifeguards, cleaners, concierge, room cleaners, security and entertainment staff WOW what an absolutely amazing bunch of people. They cannot do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. They're pleasant and you can see how much they love it if your happy. They all read the room perfectly. Please please tip them it doesn't have to be lots they are so grateful for anything. If you have a special occasion happening whilst your there just mention it to the chefs and you'll be in for the best treat ever (i wont elaborate and spoil it) SUMMARY I'm pretty sure I could go on about this place for hours but I won't as I think I've covered most things. Please bare in mind they have turned this hotel around in 25 days so imagine what they're going to achieve in another 25 days it's going to be spectacular once it's completely done. This has been the only time I've cried when leaving a hotel, i honestly did not want to leave. Every photo I added I've taken, if you do go please say hi to all staff for me I'm missing them already and if you choose this place as your next holiday have the best time

That is my second stay as inhouse guest. The reason to book it was because of the 13 swimming pools. It was March 2019, we could not get in tje sea or the pool because was super windy. Now begging of December is windy too. But obviously Hurghada has windy location. The first time and now 1. Very friendly staf 2. Beautiful grounds 3. Delicious food 4. Clean and renovated rooms. The hotel is worn out like all of the hotels but the staff does excellent job keeping it clean. Now only one pool is heated because we are no more than 20 guest and only like one third are by the pool. Yes, some of the comments are true. I asked for mojito, wasn't available. Only simple hard alcoholic beverages and simple soft drinks. But i am not picky. I love it and defenetly I will come back third time. Videos about the hotel you can find on YouTube posted by me

Worst experience ever. I booked there because it was a peak season and i found availability only there of course its obvious why. Very dirty room dirty bed sheets. Faulty electricity plugs. Worn out and damaged furniture. Very dirty glass cup. Disgusting restaurant and the staff weren’t friendly at all and everything i ask for they neglect it. Even there is no toilet paper or towels or even soap or bath shower gel in the bathroom. In summary it was a night mare for one night. I would prefer to sleep in my car better than this hotel. Although the building is big and have potential but unfortunately it lacks management or maintainace

Disappointing Experience at Hawaii Le Jardin Aqua Park Hurghada Our stay at Hawaii Le Jardin Aqua Park was far from what we expected. The biggest disappointment was the food quality, which was extremely poor—bland, repetitive, and lacking in freshness. It felt like no real effort was put into providing a good dining experience. The service was equally bad. Upon arrival, no one provided any information about the hotel facilities or events, leaving us completely in the dark about what was available. Whenever we had questions, it was difficult to find someone willing to help. Another concerning aspect was the staff’s attitude and overall atmosphere. The employees looked completely exhausted and unmotivated, as if they were forced to be there. It created a very uncomfortable environment for guests. Overall, this hotel was a huge letdown, and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting decent service, good food, or a welcoming atmosphere.

This hotel is a sad story. The location is good. The design is great and the hotel I think was amazing when it first opened. However, now it's neglected at best and worn out. Not clean and not taken care of. I only booked for 2 days but everything was bad but the hot pool 🙄. The room bed mattress is worn out and cut. The bathroom is literally dying. No paper tissues. Damaged faucets and hair dryer. The cabeint and the whole furniture is damaged and beyond worn out. The staff is not happy and on the rude line. They are sad and even when they were doing the dances they were sad and not smiling. The food is terrible. The quality is horrible and the taste is not good and not many choices of food. I almost refused to eat and lost my appetite from even looking at it. We only slept and ate everyday outside. I feel very sad that maybe this hotel needs to be renewed. Not sure if it's the clients that damaged the hotel or it's the hotel lake of maintenance. But the hotel had a great potential and might still have if they did drastic changes. However in this current state I cannot recommend it at all unfortunately.

Avoid this place at all costs! Not even worth 1 star! This so-called “all-inclusive” is an absolute joke. The food is the worst I have ever tried—bland, cold, and the same thing every single day. As for the drinks? They just serve tap water and call it “mineral water.” Disgraceful! The pools are fake, and the area around them is dangerous. My husband slipped and fell, and no one cared! I saw multiple people fall, and still, there was no concern from the staff. The rooms? Filthy, damaged, and look like they were never finished. Everything feels neglected and dirty. Service? What service? The staff is rude, unhelpful, and if they don’t understand English, they just laugh in your face or get angry at you. This place is a complete scam. I wouldn’t come back even if they paid me! Stay far away!

The worst hotel I've ever been to, despite 18 visits to Egypt! Unfortunately, this hotel is a real disappointment and the worst place I've had the opportunity to stay during my numerous visits to Egypt. The room and the entire facility were very dirty. This is really unacceptable in a hotel of this category. The cleanliness was at a very low level, and on top of that the food was poor in variety - practically the same every day, which got boring very quickly. In addition, the coffee that was served in the morning tasted like old mop water - really undrinkable! The service was extremely rude, no smile and no willingness to help. They answered questions with indifference, which completely ruined the atmosphere. The only person who was nice and polite was a waiter named Abdellatif - also very helpful. There was definitely a lack of any animation, so in the evenings the hotel seemed dead. This place simply had no life. The cakes were only put out for the first five minutes of dinner and then quickly hidden away - I never had a chance to taste them because they were taken away after a moment. It's a really strange approach, as if the guests were not important. The residents who were supposed to take care of the transport to the airport were extremely slow and rude. No smiles, no desire to talk. The whole experience was really negative. Considering how many times I've been to Egypt, this was my worst visit. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, relaxing experience.

Staff are extremely friendly and work hard to keep guests happy. Our room was decent, felt a bit tired and balcony doors wouldn't lock. Also had a random window between bathroom and living space. Lots of accessible facilities, shops with sensible prices and a waterpark very good for families. Small beaches with good sunbeds and large shading umbrellas. As a small piece of advice, be mindful when you book day trips or excursions from the agents in the lobby that you won't be able to review them online. This means that you only rely on what they tell you which most of the times is not accurate. So try to book as much as you can online where people share their experience. Also online prices are hotel agnostic. Booking through agents mean that you pay a different price depending on the hotel you stay at. The cheaper the hotel the cheaper the trip price but always more expensive than online.

We were actually stopping on the Ali Baba side and had booked to go next year to Ali Baba but after using the facilities (shared except restaurants) on Aladdin I paid to ammend our booking to Aladdin for 2026. Much calmer. Nice buffet with friendly staff (complete contrst to Ali Baba you can book once to use buffet). Animation team much better and enthusiastic, bar staff much nicer and more attentive and the lobby and outdoor show are far far nicer. We were three families 10 of us in total and all much preferred this side/ hotel. Only grumpy staff member was pool bar the beach bar staff k. Aladdin were lovely especially Abdel who is a credit. We look forward to returning.

Sinbad Club hotel was superb for a lastminute sunny getaway. You have the waterslides, pools, spa, a short walk to the beach to relax. Hot & varied food options everywhere. Pizza made to taste near the beach was our fav Mohamed Y was the chef. I think more bar staff at the beach bar or even more waiters to take orders from the beach would be beneficial as no one really likes queuing and can get frustrated when multiple drink orders are made and you have to wait for one. In the main dining area special thanks to Ramadan Ahmed who looked after us & provided a great service for our little getaway. Breakfast omelettes were supurb and pasta made to taste by the chefs. Tried the italian restaurant Al la Carte, which was nice if you wanted a different setting. The service was good throughout. Ahmed took your towels on the beach and helped move the sunbeds which was lovely, always kind. Thank you everyone & hope to visit again in the near future. Sincere thanks from mother and daughter.

I did enjoy my stay, however just barely. On the positive side there's a super tropical and relaxing ambience to wander around to and there a bunch of cool waterslides for adrenaline junkies. However the food served is of very poor quality and pretty much unhealthy in my opinion. The Employees barely speak any English and are having a hard time to communicate with you. The rooms were great and have an A/C as well. The hotel has much to offer in terms of indoor activities, such as a free gym, a chill lounge with shisha and other stuff, a football court, tennis court and much more (also an overpriced as hell spa that you shouldn't visit). The pools were great in their own way except that you're not allowed to dive into them.

We caught taxi to hotel to miss chaotic booking in for bus transfers, it wasn't expensive as it's short distance. Be careful if any taxi or locals ask to exchange money, they offer you small money notes for larger notes and then short change you! Better to bring US $1 notes for tips, the staff are more likely to serve you quicker. Some may not agree with tipping but it's the way it is now. Suitcases taken to room by staff which is nice touch. Beach towels in room when arrive, don't give them to the cleaners as you won't get new ones until towel hut opens mid morning. Limited hanging and drawer space, 8 fixed hangers. Beds on firm side, clean linen, nice pillows, we had good night's sleep every night. Dated rooms but clean. Shower is ok, but fixed to wall, I prefer a movable shower head to wash feet etc. Mini bar had 2 beers and 3 cans soft drinks when we arrived, no spirits in mini bar but you can take drinks back to room from the bar to enjoy on balcony/room. The mini bar was not topped up until we gave the cleaner a tip, fair play to the cleaner, he followed us to our room everytime he saw us until we gave him a tip. Wifi, you have to put your email address in at reception before you can use it and then it's only really working while you sat in reception. We went to local Vodafone shop and bought 70gb sim card for £24 which was more than enough for 2 weeks and I shared my internet with my grandson. Do NOT use local shop, they wanted $45 for 50gb. Vodafone shop we had to wait 20 mins but buying was easy. Use cash (£ or $) for buying of sim card as there are some reviews saying that more money went out of the account that they didnt authorise but if you pay by cash, they can't have any more than you paid. Also you need passport when buying sim card. Large round pool which is mainly adult, children mainly go wave pool side however, the family side (by wave pool) fills up quickly and lots of families end up over the big pool area, lots of screaming kids which parents do nothing about. There are drink servers round the pool, but only 2 or 3 which means lengthy delays for drinks and queuing by pool bar can take a while. The staff all work hard, the life guards clean the pool as well as look after safety of swimmers. No balls in pool!! No acceptions!! Breakfast - if your expecting full English, then you might be disappointed. Omelettes are very nice, sausages are hot dog sausages. No bacon, scrammed eggs are soggy and too under cooked for me. Freshly made pitta breads and lovely so a bit of salad and cheese was very nice. Continental breakfast was good too. Lunch can be hit and miss but be open minded and it's nice enough. Meat balls, chips, rice, freshly cooked fish are good and the chilli con carne is good. we loved the Lebanese restaurant, no need to book this restaurant. Asian restaurant was also very nice, green curry chicken was very good, you need to book this restaurant via screen opposite reception which opens at 7am. Italian was our least favourite but still good. Packed lunches for trips from hotel. Don't waste your time getting these or ordering them. Better off making your own rolls at breakfast and taking these. Pools - best sunbeds are taken from 6.30ish, by 8am all of sunbeds gone. we loved the beach area which is less than 10 min stroll, there is a golf cart which will take you a short distance, but its really not far to walk. There are plenty of lifts so hotel good for prams and wheelchairs with ramps. Flies, they are round the pools, nothing the hotel can do, it's just Egypt. They are annoying in the morning but when it warms up they tend to disappear. This hotel is valve for money, personally i would rather pay a little more and have better hotel.

As ever with hurghada you would be picky to find fault bit smaller than other resorts,beach is one of the best for the kids ive seen in hurghada. Be careful small kids with the revolving door it can reach crazy speeds. If your buying toys and bits for the kids go out the back of the hotel and turn left onto promenade and walk just beyond the shops you will find a lovely local woman and her daughters selling toys on the walkway at real egyptian prices lovely honest family no pressure sales,deserve support.

I visited last year in October 24' the hotel was clean and the food was tasty, we had a little issue with housekeeping for my mothers room but once we raised the concern It was delt with accordingly. My housekeeping team for my room was amazing I can't remember his name now (sorry) but he always made my room so nice. It was a very enjoyable holiday with fabulous service from the bar staff. From the first moment the service was exceptional. The Porter Alaa Mahmoud is the most welcoming and genuine hotel worker we have ever came across in all our travels. It was like you arrive from a trip and your favourite uncle is helping you with your bags. You feel at home. We only just got out of the car and he engaged with the kids immediately somehow still elegant and professional. That's why we already booked this hotel on two more occasions in the future. He went over and beyond to make sure all the guests were happy day and night. At every chance . Very good communication skills. Mr. Sand from house keeping was also very welcoming. Nice swan with flowers and elefant towel creations on the bed. Very special. It was lovely when we crossed paths. The animation team were lovely, they also played a role in connecting the guests. The snorkelling directly off the beach is great. Guaranteed assortment of colourful fish and native life in a small area. If you swim around you never know what you might see. Fish pedicure was fun. Strawberry day was nice. Entertainment every night. You don't ever need to leave the hotel. Everyone will find something they like to eat and be well looked after by nice people in the restaurant. The only thing I can say that is not good about this hotel was that there is no coffee available made from ground coffee beans. They need to invest in a proper machine. It says a lot that we booked to go back despite the coffee. That should tell you how much we liked the rest of it .

This hotel has so many great aspects and I really wanted to give it five stars - in fact, I did, but our departure was such a stressful and customer unfriendly experience that I can not recommend it in the same way anymore. The taxi service in the Hotel ist not trustworthy, its overpriced AND unreliable! We nearly missed our flight because the driver didnt arrive! When we called he didnt pick up. He only showed up half an hour later after we asked the hotel staff for help! Very unprofessional. We even asked the staff many times If we can trust the driver because we heard many bad stories about taxi / transfer in egypt. They said sure we could. What a pity!!! Just sad, the unnecessary stress, to end the vacation like that. :( Other than that, we really liked the hotel! Especially the friendliness and food in the restaurant are outstanding. Best salad bar / starter buffet I EVER had, even compared to expensive german hotels! All people in the Restaurant are so hard working yet so Kind. Astonishing! Staff at the pools is also very kind and supportive, especially the mister with the moustache. :) The Building of the hotel is very beautiful and it has a great astonishing sight (Plaza) right next to it. Everything is super clean as well!! The animation team does great work. The shows are good overall. It gets quite loud in the evenings, which is not optimal for early sleepers but a great fun if you like a bit action. :) When I was there, some guests were a bit impolite and loud - the staff did the best they could to make our stay relaxing... The rooms could use a little makeover, in some rooms the AC didn't work or the shower was a bit off.

We chose this hotel because of its location and the various appealing photos. I am writing this review live, as we are enchanted with every aspect of this resort hotel and most especially the all inclusive service, as the meals are extremely varied, cater for all tastes, beautifully presented and above all, delicious. As an experienced and fussy traveller, I have rarely come across such outstanding service; from the spotless lobby, dining areas to the beach area, pools and gardens. The hardworking and attentive staff are always on hand to offer efficient and excellent help and cater to every need. The other aspect to consider is how reasonably priced our stay is. We have a beautiful sea view room and even in the cool February winter, the sun shines and the heated pools by the restaurant are delightful. I rarely write such enthusiastic reports but in this case the praise is well merited. Don’t hesitate to come here, you won’t be disappointed!

Value for money is very good as it is cheap, however the cocktails are rather badly mixed, as well as the shisha, snorkeling is possible, but only small reefs are close. rooms are good, they have a small gym, the food is very good. Personal is friendly but a lot of people try to sell overpriced stuff. In general I would not book extra services from the hotel.

Overall, Arabia Azur is a very good hotel. The seaside area is large and well-maintained, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. There are several restaurants to choose from, and the big swimming pool with plenty of surrounding space adds to the comfort. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The food is varied and tasty, with something for everyone. One of the highlights was the animation team – they are energetic, friendly, and put on a fun and diverse program every day. An absolute gem of a hotel, billiardsman Atef is the most friendly person I have ever seen. Rooms are outdated a little bit but just fine. Food was unfortunately not to our taste in the buffet but ordered to room via service, it was EXCELLENT. Beautiful views, great staff, some salesmen, mainly German speaking. If the food could be improved, would be the best hotel I've visited. Will however visit this hotel again this year to evaluate.

We had problems unrelated to the hotel and the duty manager yasser was extremely helpful and supportive. Touristic Trap! Very basic service, since the beginning there were a lot of people complaining at the reception, loud air conditioning, unpolite managers, smell from outside sewage system. And last but not least they tried to asked us 800 USD for an insignificant scratch on the frame of the TV (which was perfectly working): after 2 hours of discussion the stopped insinting we had to pay! Stay away from this resort and take pics or video before you leave the room.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. The hotel is very clean, and the location is excellent. The rooms are comfortable, and everything works perfectly. However, the food options could be improved. While the food isn't bad, there isn't a lot of variety. Despite this, the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. I want to especially thank Mr. Mahmoud, the restaurant manager, for his outstanding service, and Mrs. Alaa duty Manager for her assistance. The hotel was really good. There can be more variations with the food. On every table there is a paper about save the planet do not spill the food, but when we want to take the food that we couldn’t eat at the moment to the room, they said you can take that because of the policy and then they take it and throw it away. Thats really strange! The hotelroom was great with sea view. Most important we had room 933 and the roomcleaner Mohamed was amazing. Every he leave a suprise for us in the room. I ordered a smash burger to my room in the middle of the night. Late orders often show how good service and quality of a hotel really are. It was quick and freshly made. You cannot leave the hotel since the surroundings are just full of plastic waste and filth but the hotel itself was very clean, as you expect of a Hilton hotel. Currently staying at this hotel and it’s a complete disappointment. The sunbeds on the beach are broken and falling apart. There are no waiters — you have to go and fetch your own drinks like it’s a self-service bar. If you don’t rush early enough, you won’t even get a sunbed. The beach toilet is disgusting — honestly, a bus station restroom would be a huge upgrade. It’s embarrassing that a hotel from this chain operates like this. The food is barely edible, but sadly, it’s the least of the problems here. This hotel is absolutely not worth the money. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else. Everything here falls far below any reasonable standard.

Great hotel Absolutely wonderful staff My main criticism is the lack of vegetarian and vegan options for a main course. Even dishes that could have been great vegetarian option like the chickpea dish or pasta and cheese oven bake, had meat added. So there was little protein I think I spotted a lentil dish on a vegan section only once over 8 days One other criticism is that it was not next to a beach. You have to get a shuttle or walk for 20 minutes across a busy road and through other hotels Otherwise fabulous place - recommended

I think it's one of the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. I don't even know where to start cause everything was so incredible. First of all, the staff was SO FRIENDLY, dedicated and welcoming. They always take care of you. The rooms - the rooms are spacious and very well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, with a very cute balcony. The service - I am gluten free and the hotel knew how to adapt the dishes so that I could eat well and not be content with salad and fruit, on my arrival I asked what was feasible and was taken to see the chef, so that I could see what he could do. Choukri was very kind at every service asking me if I needed anything. ( asked me if i wanted this or that so he could fry it in another oil ) Cleanliness - The hotel was always SUPER clean, everything was spotless and tidy. They wash everything from top to bottom every evening and even throughout the day. The Aqua Vista hotel is right next to the aqua blu and aqua park, so staying in one of these hotels gave you access to all the others. All the restaurants, all the pools, all the bars, etc.... There is no beachfront, but with a wristband from one of these 3 hotels, you have access to the beach at the pickalbatros opposite. Overall, everything was really very nice and the hotel is very beautiful, very clean and very well located. It is 15/20 minutes from the centre of Hurghada.

Very good hotel with access to many attractions of all three hotels (Vista, Park and Blu). Numerous very clean pools (cleaned every day in the evening time). Some pools are heated (at least in April). All of them guarded (lifeguard present from 10am to 5pm). Great reception staff - all needs fulfilled, even lunchboxes requested after 10pm the previous day. Food - three main restaurants, snack bars, drink bars, etc. One minor flaw - evening snack should finish at midnight, in reality there was nothing (really, not a thing) to eat when we came at around 11:40pm.

We had the most excellent stay in Serenity Alpha beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Mohamed from the reception, Ahmed who cleaned our room 1016 and Ahmed the lifeguard from the swimming-pool. Every person of the staff remembered you and greet you with a smile. The room was clean and very proper. The salty swimming pools were quiet, so you can really relax. There is one swimming pool with entertainment and music and one adults only. In total there are 4 The reef is beautiful and very accessible. The food was good and every day variation. Also the a la carte restaurants where we had dinner, were good (Mexican & Asian). We also liked the no disturb signs you can put on your umbrella so sellers won’t disturb you. We enjoyed our stay in Serenity Alpha beach to the fullest. Thanks to all the staff to make this a trip to remember. We will definitely return. I recommend this hotel to people who love a quiet and peaceful holiday.

Lovely hotel. Rooms are nice,clean and big. A little bit dated and the beds are not as comfortable. The location is nice and quiet however if you want to go to city centre its 50 min drive away. Staff are very friendly. Mohamed on reception helped me with a tour booking when I arrived late at night as I needed to go early morning so he used his phone and took time to help me so I really appreciate that. The grounds of the hotel are big, lots of swimming pools and of course the beach. The food at the restaurant is also really nice. Very nice and relaxing stay.

Honest Review – Not Worth the 5-Star Rating While the resort presents itself as a 5-star establishment, the room I stayed in did not meet that standard—at best, it resembled a 3.5-star accommodation. The food quality also fell short compared to other 5-star hotels I've visited; I'd rate it around 4 stars. Unfortunately, I experienced food poisoning during my stay, despite only consuming bottled water, suggesting the issue likely stemmed from the food. The main restaurant was consistently overcrowded during meal times, creating a chaotic, cafeteria-like atmosphere. I was initially assigned a ground-floor room and requested a change to an upper-floor room. The reception staff kept postponing, asking me to return the next day or after 2 PM, without providing a definitive solution. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the bed linens didn't smell fresh. We had to request disposable slippers from the reception, as they weren't provided initially. The coffee served was subpar—only instant coffee was available, which seems to be a common issue across Egypt. On the beach and by the pools, vendors offered fruits and fresh juices, but these came at an extra cost. Considering this was an ultra all-inclusive package, charging extra for such items felt unfair. Overall, I find it hard to understand the high ratings of 9.2 on Google and Booking.com. In my opinion, it doesn't deserve more than a 7.8. I wouldn't choose to stay at this hotel again.

I recently stayed at the Serenity Alpha Beach Hotel in Hurghada and had a truly relaxing experience. The atmosphere of the hotel perfectly matches its name, serene and peaceful, with beautiful surroundings that create a calm and welcoming vibe. The rooms were very spacious and well maintained, offering plenty of comfort throughout my stay. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like free beach towels, which made trips to the beach and pool even easier. The food and cocktails were another highlight, great variety, fresh ingredients, and everything was delicious. The coral reef just off the beach is well preserved and perfect for snorkeling, making it a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, a fantastic stay. The best stay at this resort They have upgraded us to a full sea view free of charge , we have booked a partial sea view and they have offered a late check out at 3 pm free of charge! The garden at the Resort is just a heaven very well maintained , food amazing and beeing offered to eat at 3 a la carte restaurant, amazing coral explorer at the sea at the resort , free of charge. My expectations of average quality were shattered by the cleanliness, hospitality and quality of service of this hotel and of course the staff. Very unobtrusive, very courteous and friendly people accompanied my vacation. The only thing is that the beach could be more interesting and the weather warmer. February in Egypt turned out to be like late April in Russia. But thank God there was no ice on the sea and there were heated pools and slides in the water park. Delicious healthy food and sunshine. The children were happy, and we were carefree. I will definitely visit your hotel chain again.

From the very first arrival to check-out, we received excellent service and warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and made beautiful memories. We traveled as two families from the UK and met up with our relatives who came from Germany—altogether, we had five rooms and a family group of 11, including children. The kids had a fantastic time thanks to the amazing water pools and slides available for all ages. Our rooms were fully equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. They were cleaned and tidied every single day. Zakaria and his excellent team ensured everything was spotless. We were truly impressed by their professionalism and care—this will be one of the main reasons we return to this resort. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team. We mainly dined at the Aqua Blue Restaurant, where we met some fantastic chefs—Fadi, Mohammad, Ali, and others—who served an excellent variety of delicious food. Their dedication truly made our experience fabulous, and we can’t wait to return and try even more of what they have to offer. A special thanks to Bahaa and his team especially Mohammad Mohammad. My husband celebrated his birthday during our stay, and Bahaa arranged a beautiful table for our party of 11 at Aqua Blue Restaurant. The waiters sang for him, and we even danced—it was a truly memorable evening. Thank you for your excellent hospitality. Khalid (Joker) was an absolute star—his energy, fun spirit, and dancing made our days! We looked forward to Aqua Gym every day, and he made it so much fun for all of us. The other entertainment team members were also great—we enjoyed yoga, stretching, and dance classes, and really appreciated how included we felt. To conclude, we left truly happy and are already eager to return next year with an even larger group to enjoy more unforgettable moments at this wonderful resort.

Let’s start with the good: Hotel Quality: The resort itself is clean and maintained to a satisfactory standard. Rooms were generally fine, though nothing luxurious or out of the ordinary. Housekeeping did their job consistently and the overall environment felt safe and family-friendly. Pools & Kids’ Activities: The kids absolutely loved the pool areas. There’s a great selection of pools for different age groups, and the water slides were a big hit. This is definitely one of the resort’s strengths – families with children will find plenty to keep them entertained. The animation team was active and friendly, keeping the young ones engaged. Sports Program: For adults or active travelers, the sports offerings were quite good. From water aerobics to beach volleyball and fitness sessions, the schedule was varied and staff-led activities were organized and fun. Now for the not-so-great: Coffee Quality – Honestly, Awful: This was probably the most disappointing aspect of the stay. Coffee lovers, be warned – you’re not going to be happy here. The only standard option around the resort is Nescafé, which, frankly, is not acceptable for a place that otherwise tries to position itself as high quality. Even the espresso machines in the bars and restaurants were a letdown – the grind was off, resulting in a bitter and weak brew that didn’t improve regardless of the time or location. For many guests, coffee is a small but important part of the daily experience, and here, it was a consistent letdown. Air Conditioning: The air conditioning units in the rooms were extremely noisy. Sleeping through the night with it on was difficult, but turning it off wasn’t an option due to the heat. It’s a detail that definitely detracted from comfort and rest. In summary, PickAlbatros delivers in areas like family fun, pool variety, and sports programming. However, if you care about the details that make a stay truly relaxing – like quality coffee in the morning and a quiet night’s sleep – then you may come away a little frustrated. A few tweaks in these areas could really elevate the guest experience. Would we return? Possibly – the kids had a blast. But next time, we’re definitely packing our own coffee.

Upon arrival, I noticed that while the rooms are a bit outdated in terms of decor, they were impeccably clean and well-maintained. Cleanliness is definitely a priority here, which is something I truly appreciated during our stay. The are numerous pools around the resort bud sadly most of them are not heated. The beach, located just across the road, is beautiful and a great spot to unwind. Soft sand and clear water created a perfect setting for swimming and sunbathing. The shuttle service makes the transition from the resort to the beach seamless. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay, and while they provided excellent service, tips are expected. The servers were always eager to help and made dining a pleasant experience. Speaking of dining, the food was generally good and versatile. Overall, we had a nice experience.It provided a great balance of relaxation and fun, and despite some minor drawbacks, the attentive staff and enjoyable atmosphere really made our vacation special. I would recommend this resort for families.

This Hotel is really good, it was one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The Food? Amazing! The giant Garden? BEAUTIFUL! But the best is the Room service. Our Room server was Mohamed Amin, a really chill guy that always has a smile on his face. Every time we came back from the beach our room was ready and perfect. Every second day I think, he did some Towel art, like an elephant or a swan. The Pool was nice, the Gym is good and the Cocktails are amazing. This Hotel definitely deserves an 5 Star Review! Honestly, I don’t even know where to start. In my personal opinion, this was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I’ve ever had. The rooms felt extremely aged, everything from the furniture to the bathroom looked tired and in desperate need of a renovation. It felt more like stepping into a time capsule than a “beach resort.” The food and drinks were honestly just bad, in my opinion. The buffet was repetitive with low quality. The drinks weren’t any better: every cocktail tasted weirdly watered down, and even the soft drinks tasted strange. Speaking of which, the soda and juice machines were seriously concerning. I personally felt like they were barely cleaned (if at all?) and the juice machines especially had this sticky, gross build-up around the nozzles that made me question if it was even safe to drink from them. The pool looked like it hadn’t seen a proper cleaning in a while either: there was debris floating around and the water just didn’t look inviting at all. I personally didn’t feel comfortable swimming in it, which was a huge letdown because relaxing by a nice pool was a big reason I booked this place. Overall, in my personal experience, the resort didn’t live up to the pictures or the reviews I read beforehand. Definitely not the “relaxing beach paradise” I was hoping for. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

It has been a true pleasure staying at this hotel 8 times already and we plan to come back again. We have no complaints at all. High standards, room service, food, excellent and helpful staff. The soul of this hotel are the staff, people that tirelessly work to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. They are kind, thoughtful, hardworking and always willing to listen and help. From the reception, to restaurants and bars at the beach. We couldn’t memorise all of their names, but some of them are Malek, Ahmet, Mustafa, Azab (greek restaurant), chef at Asian restaurant from Sri Lanka, Jaser, Mahmud, Mehmed, Sindy and all other staff that make this place amazing and welcoming. There are just a few small things that could be improved to make the resort even better. The animation team is doing an awesome job keeping everyone entertained! We stayed at the Palm Royale Resort for eight days and can only speak positively about our experience. Every single staff member was exceptionally kind, caring, attentive, and professional, making our stay truly wonderful. The resort is very well maintained, and great effort is made to keep everything clean and visually appealing. The food, both in the main restaurant and in the à la carte restaurants, truly impressed us. There are plenty of activities to enjoy both within the hotel grounds and outside the resort. During our stay, the pool area was under renovation and therefore not available for use, but it looks fantastic. It would certainly be a highlight for a stay with children.

We are currently on vacation at this hotel. We have just received a great renovated room with a view of the pools and the sea. Everything is clean and well-maintained. The staff is extremely friendly, from the cleaning staff to the manager. Everywhere you go, people greet you, and if you need help, everyone assists with a smile. The girls at the reception speak various languages and are genuinely friendly, helping with all questions and advice. The animators are friendly with children and guests. They engage with the kids, and our little one even forgot about the pools for a few days and went to play with the animators. A special thanks for the food—it’s amazing, and the desserts are simply heavenly. The tap water is softened, most likely with filters installed. My husband really enjoyed the massages. I was enchanted by the owner of the papyrus shop, we left with gifts and incredibly interesting stories. The perfume shop also impressed us. The à la carte restaurants are wonderful, especially the Greek and Italian ones, and a special thank you to the staff working there. The camel, Casanova, and his caretaker, Mylo, won our and the children's hearts. The territory is large, and there’s plenty of space to walk after a hearty dinner. There are live concerts, evening shows, and dances for the kids. The coastline is beautiful, with comfortable sunbeds and wind protection. Our family has no complaints; we love everything. We will definitely cry when we leave, but we still have three days left, so we will enjoy the remaining time. A special thank you from Lina and her family from Lithuania.

Good hotel in general. One of the better ones in the area it seems. Perfect for the kids too, with a great aqua park. 6 different attractrions and about 6 pools. There was sometimes something wrong with the rooms, but the handymen came and fixed it quickly each time. The food is also pretty good with lots of choices and different daily themes. Also try the Oriental restaurant to learn about the local specialties.

Everything has been great at this hotel from the start. Rooms very clean, all around the hotel is spotless. Food and drink is really nice always find something we like. The pools are amazing we’ve been to the main pool and the small one at the top next to the snack bar. This was our second visit to Jaz Aquaviva and it suits the needs of everybody in my opinion. If you don't want to go anywhere - you can stay on site and be happy with the activities and facilities available. If you want to go on excursions etc, you can do that as well. Food is great in my opinion with a massive variety for even the fussiest people. We have never had any issues with the food - no food poisoning or the like. Cleanliness is first class as is the service of all hotel staff. My 13yo loved all the animation team day activities - water polo, water basketball, an olympic style competition, volleyball and more. There's a kids club for younger children. On site water park access. I think it is worth the money every time. Also would like to say the evening entertainment this year was definitely a massive improvement from our visit last year. Look forward to returning!

Lovely spacious hotel, very clean and helpful friendly staff. The aqua park is large and lots of fun. Food is good quality and plenty of it. Rooms are large and comfortable. Cleaned everyday to a high standard. The day time activities are great with a great animation team. The evening entertainment not so great but maybe it the time of the year. (March) but that’s my only complaint. Also has a golf course near if you want one and beach is a 10 minute bus ride.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and overall, I had a mostly positive experience, but unfortunately, there was one serious issue that affected our stay. Positives • Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless throughout. • Food: There was an incredible variety, everything tasted delicious, and the all‑inclusive package was very generous. • Aqua Park: A lot of fun and very enjoyable for both kids and adults. Negative Evening Entertainment The animation team’s performance in the evening shows was very inappropriate. Their outfits were extremely revealing, and the dance moves were not suitable at all—especially for a family‑friendly show attended by many children. This was quite disappointing for us as a family. Overall, while many aspects of the hotel are excellent, ensuring family‑appropriate entertainment is crucial for a truly enjoyable stay.

The attitude of the staff towards tourists is very good, which I have missed in other neighboring hotels. I recommend the Cleopatra Hotel. I personally visit the hotel for the seventh time. And something very important for those who love diving: the diving center is in the hotel, which is a great convenience. The hotel has its own pier with beautiful reefs.

Rooms are large but a bit need renovation. I understand that it takes a lot of money and everything works but the feeling is that everything is not new. Thats why I cannot put 5 stars. Service is very good. People are friendly and helpful, even without tips. Location is pretty good. Not far away from Hurgada airport. But the sea water at the beach is very shallow and you need to go about 100 meters in shallow water to reach deeper waters. Not convenient, unfortunatelly. They didn't put much effort into kid club, although there is a guy named Edgar, he is a really great guy - enormous initiative, always active and child-friendly.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone visiting Hurghada! Staff are so friendly and helpful and cannot do enough for you during your stay. Food is absolutely beautiful, changed up ever so slightly but just enough each day so it isn't repetitive. We couldn't believe how hot all of the food was at all times, no matter what time you went into the restaurants. We also ate in 3 of the other restaurants on site (Burger Bay, Nino's Italian and Makai Tukai) and all 3 were beautiful, the food was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were as helpful as ever. The rooms in the hotel are spotless every single day, along with other areas of the hotel (restaurants, bars and reception areas)... even the toilets next to the pool areas were constantly being cleaned. We had an issue in our stay with the hairdryer in the room, we called reception to notify them and within 10 minutes someone was in our room to rectify the issue. Overall this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and as stated above I would recommend to anyone. They made our first trip to Egypt so enjoyable and the staff were so friendly throughout. Even on checkout they said it would be lovely to see us return soon to our "second home". I am sure we will be back soon!!

Jaz Aquamarine is simply superb. I had never experienced an all inclusive holiday, but got to as a present from my in laws for my partners 30th birthday. All expectations were exceeded. The cleaning staff are incredible, working tirelessly to keep the place spotless at all times of day. They also have the most brilliant towel art to greet you once you return to your room after a laze by the pool. The food was delicious, classic buffet style but with daily rotations for dinner including some delicious local dishes (Molokia is highly recommended) and good lunch offerings at the 2 pool bars and 1 beach bar. The pools are wonderful with such a selection you can decide if you want heated, a more lively pool, activities or a quiet dip. My only slight grumble would be that they are all very shallow (1.2m) and as a lover of a dive, means this was not possible anywhere. The cocktails were delicious if not a little deadly from the cheap spirits but the wine and juice offerings included in the package were delicious. A truly special mention must go to the staff that made our trip one to always remember, they were; From Four Corners restaurant; Ahmed (Waiter) Amr (Waiter) Beshoy (Waiter) Hala (Waitress) Beshoy (Chef) They all worked tirelessly and in the middle of ramadan whilst fasting to wait on our every need and always doing so with a massive smile and impeccable service. Shokran Ya Sidiqis Slight downer here was one of the senior chefs in Four Corners who would prowl the walkway like an angry croc, and at one point screamed at a chef in front of us, solely for him having a lovely chat and suggesting items to us - wildly unprofessional. We never got his name, but he was the only negative I could put on Four Corners. Overall, I would highly recommend Jaz Aquamarine to all - especially families, and we hope to visit again in the future.

We had a very good 8-day vacation at Jaz Aquamarine. The resort is beautifully laid out, and the staff is plentiful not to mention incredibly hardworking and dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. One of the highlights for us was the excellent care provided for my partner, who has a gluten allergy. The restaurant managers and chefs were very attentive; the moment they saw us, they gave us their full attention and went out of their way to help. They even filled out an ISO 22000 form to collect feedback for improvements something we really appreciated and found very professional. After a few days, we started running out of ideas for gluten-free meals. A suggestion for the future might be to create a small menu or idea card with allergen-friendly options to help guests like us with more variety. Our room was clean and well maintained, and each day we were surprised with a new towel art creation on our bed a lovely touch that made the stay feel even more special. All in all: excellent service, great attention to detail, and a hotel where you truly feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel and grounds. Service is brilliant especially if you tip. Bimen at the lobby bar was fantastic fair play. The grounds are very well kept and clean with nice flowers and plants. No shortage of pools to choose from and 3 of them heated to 27 degrees. Food at the buffet can be a bit hit or miss but always found something I enjoyed. Day time food at pool bar and beach bar was great with table Service. Noodles and spring rolls were also good from the huts near the beach. Will definitely return one day.

Room standard doesn't feel 5 star, more like a 3/4. However the cleaners are brilliantly attentive everyday! The food choices are excellent but there needs to be a better system as other guests just push in the queues waiting for certain food. Guests are treated based on how much they tip, which gives a real false sense of service. The extra 'hi' or extra attention to your child doesn't appear the next day if you haven't tipped them! Positives are that its a HUGE complex with plenty of pools.. different temp pools too. Shout out to the gardeners as they keep the place immaculate! Gardens are stunning. Life guards seem the most genuine and we're always helpful and smiley! The Stand out from the entertainment staff was Mo! Remembered our names, and always greeted us when he could. Otherwise the evening entertainment was average.. every dance show seemed the exact same.. las vegas dance.. fire dance.. oriental dance.. all very similar and quite boring after seeing something similar every night! Definitely need to mix up the evening entertainment

I came to Ali baba palace for 2 weeks and it was by far the worst resort I've been too. The food is bland and dry and not to mention you'll get a terrible service if you do not tip which just shows how prejudice the workers are to people who do not wish to tip. Why is it that when I want to reserve sun beds for my family of 12, I am unable to do so because there's a time limit? It almost seems like the only problem they have is not having enough sun beds to provide to their guests. I've never had this problem at any other place I've stayed. The rooms are somewhat bearable but the cleaners do a terrible job at fixing things. For example, the air conditioner in our room was broken and constantly stopped working. We even went as far as to tell the receptionist about our problem but when we went back to our room it wasn't fixed. The internet is also atrocious. Clearly there's a very big problem with the workers and their attitude is a big problem as it always seems like they really dislike their job and show very minimal effort. The drink selection is poor and very lack luster and you have to pay for certain drinks which is just insane. Overall I would not recommend coming to this resort as it is a huge waste of money and you would be better off going somewhere else.

Very nice hotel. We used the heated pool in the nearby sister hotel Aladin which had a pleasant temperature of 30c in which kids could also stay in for a longer period of time. Beach we liked was the beach of nearby sister hotel Jasmine which was all sand and no stones. Not really sure why the beach of Alibaba is full of small rocks which could be easily cleaned. Food in the restaurant and on the beach was good. This hotel owns 3 hotels next to each other and the guests can use the amenities of either one. Water park was really nice and it has something for small and bigger kids as for adults as well.

Extremely disappointing experience - would not recommend. While the room itself was okay, the cleanliness left much to be desired. You constantly have to instruct the cleaning staff on basic things - when to add water to the cleaning solution, when to actually clean, add soap, or replace toilet paper. Half a roll for a whole day? Seriously? On top of that, there were insects and spiders sharing the room with us - absolutely unacceptable. Service depends entirely on tips. If you don't tip, you're practically invisible to the staff. In some cases, they even feel entitled to shout at guests. That kind of attitude has no place in hospitality. Meal times were chaos. You have to stand in long lines just to get food, and the quality of the food doesn't make it worth the wait - nothing special, bland, and definitely not up to the standard you'd expect from a hotel like this. The sunbed situation is a daily battle. There are far more guests than there are sunbeds, so if you're not up before sunrise to claim one, you're out of luck. It's frustrating to feel like you're competing for basic amenities you've already paid for. The only real positive was the location - a 15-minute walk to a shop and supermarket. But honestly, that's not enough to make up for everything else.

My husband and I spent 10 days here for our honeymoon. The whole resort is is beautiful and faultless! The food is wonderful, the resort is always clean and the staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. Tito from the animation team was amazing and so friendly! He always had us smiling and laughing, I think my husband has a new best friend. The place is so great we're still here and have already booked again for next year! Once we got our room upgraded, it was so much better. Saying that, the bathroom had no shampoo etc and towels were scarce. Also, no irons in the hotel ???.🙁 Was there for 1wk, and never seen the pool cleaned, saying that, it could have been done overnight, was quite wary of using it. The food was okay, but could have been a lot more varied, not much choice if you are British. The children's food corner, was awful, many a time had nothing in it. The dining staff in the Italian Buffet, we're very nice and helpful, and tried to help more than the ring tree staff. Couldn't believe they wanted $3 for a Pina colado, when you are all inclusive, diet juices are non existent apart from coke extra and it tasted the same as coke. I recommend you buy your own, from the shops, if you are diabetic. As, for the reception staff, they just couldn't be bothered, everything was a chore. The shops in the hotel were a right rip off, mars bar $2 pkt of Biscoff biscuits $5 and it only had 12 in it. The hotel itself is in need of an upgrade. There is no way the hotel should be graded 4*+. Maybe 3* at a push. Saying that, The Entertainment Team, were great with the kids. I think it's about time, they invested in buggies, the poor porters were made to load cases onto a trolly thingy, and manually push them to the holiday makers rooms. Well outdated. Certainly won't be back to this hotel.

Well the whole stay was amazing, the staff was extremely helpful welcoming, they made it happy vacation, The receptionists Adryana&Mohamed Abd el latif, The restaurant staff Ibrahim, Ahmed Adel ,Mohamed Abd el razik, Mr Amer and Mr. Joseph William,most of bar staff. I didn't get the chance to have all the names, but anyway the hotel is very comfortable and friendly. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel was beautiful and exceptionally clean, and the whole atmosphere was just perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food and cocktails were absolutely delicious. We also had an unexpected issue at the airport and had to return to the hotel after already checking out. The team was incredibly kind and supportive — they allowed us to spend time at the hotel and use the facilities while we waited for our new travel arrangements. Special thanks to Ahmed, who went above and beyond to help us and made sure we were comfortable throughout. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Overall experience was really good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Entertainment staff sometimes were over the top when you just want to relax. Sometimes we had poolside service which was an added bonus. Room was clean each day. Food and drink were good - the restaurants were particularly nice but portions were small. Loved the burger place. We loved having the entertainment to go to every evening although it could be extremely loud on a night. Maybe they should stick to being hosted away from the apartments. Coincidentally, the night when we had to be up early for an excursion the next day, the party was on the garden out front of our room which made it hard to sleep. Biggest complaint: our room was outdated - not like the images you see online, especially the bathroom! Also, having a better place to store luggage rather than outside and having somewhere to shower - we had to go into someone’s half cleaned room.

A Perfect Vacation Spot – We’ll Definitely Be Back! We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel during our vacation. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel was super clean, and everything felt well-maintained and fresh. The staff were outstanding – incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. It was clear that the whole team worked well together under excellent leadership. We loved the European taste of the food, perfectly balanced with local flavors. The only small downside was the limited direct access to the sea from the hotel – it would be wonderful to see some improvements in that area. Overall, we had an amazing time and would absolutely come back. Keep up the great standard!

We stayed healthy during the whole trip, which speaks volumes about the food quality and hygiene. The food was delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. The service at the restaurant and hotel bar was outstanding – special thanks to Mr. Taha, whose constant smile brightened every day. Our room (1108) was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located. Huge thanks to Adel Islam from housekeeping – professional, warm-hearted, never intrusive. Absolutely fantastic service! The house reef is easily accessible via the jetty – perfect for snorkeling! The underwater world was stunning, with lots of colorful fish and coral. Right next to the hotel is the Coraya Divers dive center – very professional. We did two guided dive trips and were impressed by their organization, safety, and friendly atmosphere. We will definitely return – thank you for this truly special vacation!

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful ,professional yet personable and friendly. Great staff who knew how to offer a luxury 5+ stars experience ! The rooms ( we had two front beach suits with pools ) was well equipped and the service was excellent ( Thank you Mustafa and Dahi) . From the room , we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect, directly overlooking a gorgeous red sea view and a long stranded beach. It felt like home , very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet , tranquil and peaceful vibes . The view of the sunset over the red sea from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is perfect for people who are looking for a relaxing vacation far away from crowd, it is literally a hidden gem !! I have visited Jaz Maraya every April last 3 years. First two visits were nice, but seems that the hotel went for higher volume of guest lowering the quality. The biggest issue which has now showed up and it was not an issue before: you need to het ap around 5AM to book sun bed. Around 6AM all sun beds are taken be towels laying on them. Hotel has a rule that such towels are removed after 90 minutes but nobody is executing them so when you come to the pool after breakfast all you can count on is some broken old sun beds the can be brought by hotel employees. I used to like that hotel also for that easy non-arabic (no price negotiations) style of service. This year it also changed. I needed to negotiate the price for flowers which I wanted to order for my wife - the procedure of such a simple thing was very annoying please what I got after all was some ugly cemetery flowers which I ordered for my wife's birthday...

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday at the Three Corners Ocean View Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help – they truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The hotel is perfectly located with beautiful views of the marina and the sea. Being an adults-only hotel, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, which was exactly what we were looking for. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped. We especially loved the balcony with its stunning views. The food exceeded our expectations – there was a great variety at the buffet, everything was fresh and flavorful. Breakfast in particular was a highlight with plenty of delicious options. The pool area is lovely, with plenty of sunbeds available, and it’s a real treat to be able to swim in the sea directly from the hotel’s jetty. There are activities and entertainment available, but it’s never intrusive or loud. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality holiday in beautiful surroundings. We will definitely be coming back!

What can I say? The holiday of a life time. We opted for the personal transfer from airport. Arriving at close to midnight, we were swiftly checked in by a very friendly and welcoming team. On arrival to our room, which had a fantastic view over the pool and out to the Red Sea, we were presented with some food including gluten free for myself. Room was very clean and spacious with a terrance with steps down to the pool area. We were all inclusive and the next morning Gaber, the senior sous chef, took me through the gluten free options and agreed I could order each morning for that night’s dinner from a gluten free a la carte menu. Superb. Gaber also arranged with me how to get gluten free option at lunch and breakfast and personally supervised my lunch preparation. At dinner the team, all who were fantastic, brought me my chosen options. Mahmoud (cat impersonator) 😹 was so helpful, friendly and brought his sense of humour to meals and evenings. The pool is fantastic and the pool bar well serviced by Sayid and team. Again so personal. The bar in the evening offered nightly entertainment and Mahmoud (small one) was so friendly. The music around the pool is so relaxing and the team singing the 3 Corners anthem at 10am and 2pm starts off the holiday mood. The gardens are impressive and full of colour. We also went to Peanuts bar and this offers a more chilled location with great music. The hotel is located beside the central marina area with plenty of local shops, banks and coffee shops and bars / restaurants. Although All Inclusive, we ate out for one lunch at Moods and also had coffee in the town. We also took the tuxi, as opposed to taxi, from the marina on a short tour of the coast marina and back to hotel. There are plenty of activities available, mostly all water related. We took the Mahmya Island trip during which we had time on the boat, beach, lunch and snorkelling. Right time right place for us - will definitely be back. Oh - and the weather ain’t bad either 😂

Disappointing !! The food at was repetitive and lacked variety, with the same dishes served daily. Many items tasted stale, and the buffet had few options for different diets. overall presentation was unappealing. Definitely not worth it for food lovers. There were no slippers or enough towels ,Housekeeping was inadequate, with rooms not cleaned properly or frequently enough. Towels and bedding were not changed regularly, and common areas lacked maintenance. The overall cleanliness was disappointing and below expected standards.

A great, relaxing two week stay at the Continental Hotel! We had a very nice and comfortable room with a stunning sea view. The hotel has beautiful and well-kept green areas, a big pool, and a very nice and safe beach with enough space for everyone. The cleaning staff do a great job in the rooms and common areas. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. My friend and I had lots of fun participating in the daily activities organised by Line, Serag, and the entire friendly and enthusiastic animation team. We also enjoyed the variety of fresh and tasty food offered as part of our all-inclusive package, with a different theme every day. We are considering coming here again, and will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends.

The hotel is located in the heart of Hurghada, by the sea. It is an impressive building with a nice layout and typical decoration of marble and brass. It is not a new complex and you can find evidence of that in your bedroom where, behind the shining surfaces, are cracked corners and worn down fixings. It is however clean and welcome. In the complex you have sauna, spa, water sports, shops, restaurants and bars. During the winter months the massive pool is heated and you can enjoy a nice chiiled time by the pool. If you prefer the see, it is there for you as well. The food was decent with many options to choose from. The staff is polite and helpful. I had a very nice and wonderful stay at the hotel. The personnel were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Everything was in great condition — the slides, the pools, the beach, and the general facilities were all well maintained and enjoyable. I am giving a 9 instead of a full 10 mainly due to two small points: First, regarding the all-inclusive meal options: overall, the food was very good. However, as a vegetarian, I would have preferred a bit more variety and some more special or delicious vegetarian options. That said, I must admit that I can be a bit particular about food, so this might not be a major issue for everyone. Second, I did not appreciate the extra charges for candy and popcorn in the main area. These items were priced quite high, and because they attract children, it feels like parents are somewhat obligated to buy them. I believe either the prices should be more reasonable or listed in the local currency, rather than being inflated in euros or dollars. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend the hotel. Thank you for a great experience!

Good - Really nice and clean hotel, comfortable bed, great shower, nice views. Very friendly staff, especially the life guards and waiting staff in restaurants. Nice snorkelling area. Pools and aquapark are really fun and clean. OK - There’s nothing outside, need to take a taxi for everything. But Uber is readily available. Prices for the extra services should be available online, as this might be a deciding factor to pick one hotel over another. Tennis - 20$/hr, Billiards - 5$/hr, Doctor’s consult - 150$. Beach is nothing spectacular but better than the ones from surrounding hotels. Bad - food is terrible. Weird flavours and sometimes stale. We dreaded meal time and sometimes felt sick afterwards. Cocktail quality was inconsistent. Indoor seating in restaurants is rather unpleasant due to the noise.

Our 5 day stay at Beach Albatross exceeded all expectations. Property The resort is huge with multiple entertainment and leisure options, including kids swimming pool, sun beds, mini golf, water slides, surfing, kids club, yoga and dance sessions, cafes, restaurants, etc. Everyday programs at the cafe ensured fun evenings - especially the kids disco. The hotel has a small beach and snorkeling area which was very convenient. All areas were clean and very well-maintained. Hospitality The staff was warm, extremely helpful, and courteous (barring one receptionist who I found curt). The diving center within the hotel premises was an added benefit - we booked a wonderful snorkeling session, and even the staff there took very good care of us. Our room cleaner always left a towel decoration for our child which I found extremely sweet. Food The buffets were huge with unlimited options. As vegetarians, we still had a lot of items to choose from. Food and drinks were always available, whether after lunch or dinner - even when we reached at 2 am on the first day. The freshly made pita was surely the highlight of each meal. Desserts could have been much better; we always found the pastries dry. Overall a wonderful, comfortable, all-inclusive, and stress-free experience!

The beach is bit the food can be better. to much European Food like pizza, pasta, noodle etc. those kind of food what you cook in Europe when you come from work. not that much or at all Arabic food. you are in Egypt. so more Arabic food. the things in the hotel like SPA etc are expensive!!!. The water slides are nice, not that much. But its OK. The beach is not that special, small..

Really big resort, absolutely insane outside pool with warm and also cold water. Great resort for kids. It had almost everything. Food was good, lots of restaurants, poolbar, activities and private beach. But, if you come later to the pool, i mean like 8 AM, you wont find free place to sit. If you go for lunch during peak of lunchtime, you can wait to find some free chairs. Whole staff was really nice and helpful.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a week on an all-inclusive package, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. Positives: The reception and staff were very friendly and always helpful, making check-in and our stay smooth and welcoming. The hotel areas were clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. The kids' activities and kids' club were acceptable, keeping our little one entertained throughout the stay. The beach was tidy and clean, and our daughter loved playing in the sand and making sandcastles. The hotel was not fully booked during our stay, so finding a sunbed by the pool was never an issue. A great advantage was the neighboring hotel, just a short 50-meter walk away, which had a fantastic water park for both kids and adults. Areas for improvement: The evening entertainment for adults was quite limited and not particularly exciting. The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations. While the food was delicious, the menu was quite repetitive, with little variation from day to day. The drinks were okay but nothing exceptional. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially thanks to the friendly staff, clean environment, and easy access to the water park. However, some improvements, especially in entertainment and food variety, could make the experience even better. Would we return? Possibly, especially for a relaxing family vacation!

In short - You get what you pay for hotel. Seemingly a decent hotel for families with kids and fine enough for everyone else. For couples I recommend Albatros Citadel, which takes all the things this hotel does, does it better and doesn't have similar shortcomings. Service - Hit or miss, unfortunately mostly miss. I recommend guests not to order drinks from waiters but rather go to pick up the drinks themselves as alternatively you'll either never receive the ordered drinks, receive them in 30+ minutes or receive the incorrect order - Not worth the trouble if you are able to bring your own drinks. There are certain restaurant managers which sharpen the place up yet once they are out of view the situation deteriorates seriously unless you tip generously. Also noticed the use of cannabis among the employees is much more common than other hotels in Egypt with the smell being consistently across hotel (was still common yet not so obvious). While joking about the 3% beer with bar staff, had my beers mixed with vodka despite my protestations - I enjoy a good joke but beer and vodka don't mix well and wasn't even able to refuse and get regular non-mixed beer. And the cups... them precious plastic cups... Read below for more. Day 5/6 for reference.

I would not recommend the spa and taxi service of the hotel. Otherwise the people are extremely nice , food quality is overall good (8/10) . Cleaning is 8/10. The resort as a whole is brilliant especially for kids and there is so much to do which is all included in the price, but we was let down by a very poor room, very dated, very small and was supposed to have garden view and our view was a shop if we looked down and another apartment if we looked across. I honestly can't understand how can people rate this place well. Food and drinks are non edible for me. The quality is beyond poor. I couldn't have 1 meal in there. Don't be fooled by the all inclusive as its horrible. Also they are priced like big brands, so I would just go to hilton or kemp. Entertainment is good but just get a day use instead.

The hotel is nice aesthetically. Unfortunately the food was abysmal. I was unwell due to undercooked chicken. This was raised with the kitchen manager who seen the food and was apologetic. However this didn't stop me being ill for 5 days as a result. I found the hotel manager unsympathetic and unhelpful to my needs and requests. It felt like the hotel as a whole was on sleep mode during my stay in December. A Lack of heated pools and the early closing of certain facilities means you cannot call this a fully running year round destination, and fails to meet the high praise the Neverland brand seems to champion themselves on. I have stayed at the Jungle 3 times previously and as little as 7 months ago. This was the first time at Alf Leila. I will not return at all to Neverland, I feel it has become too overcomplicated in its planning and lacks the personal touch, attention to details and quality it once had. Such a shame really.

Highly highly recommend. Really thoughtful things such as a guy who came around each day to clean sunglasses, a changing hut (with mirror and left over suncream) by the pool, someone coming around to check on the rooms, no issues at all. Food wonderful. A 5 min walk to a private section of beach through other pretty hotels no bad thing at all; all felt like one bigger complex/ resort. Staff all friendly and never felt anyone was hanging on for a tip- at all! People who asked about trips or spa/ massage etc always polite and took a no thank you and carried on their way. Hoping to be back! Only place I’d consider in the area now. Quiet enough during the day by the pool and at the beach. Just music in the evening 8pm-11pm. Honestly highly recommend. Oh and regularly you were brought water or drinks by the pool servers where you were chilling by the pool- top notch service!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The food was good as was service in the restaurants, bar and by the pool. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach and it would have been useful to have been provided with directions to the hotels rather small and crowded area here. We had 3 problems in our stay 1. Dine around was difficult to book due to being a party of 4 in 2 rooms. We could not book it on line and despite several trips to reception we were not offered a table until we were settling our bill on our way down to the buffet on our final night. I mentioned this as feedback was requested and suddenly a manager got involved, was able to accommodate us in the Indian restaurant. This was lovely, one of the best Indian meals we have had. It was also half empty. 2. In keeping with most hotels we have stayed at guests tended to put towels and belongings on sunbeds before breakfast and return afterwards. On the final day we did this and returned around 10am to find our stuff had been removed and dumped by the pool. A pool attendant had done this to accommodate other guests. We were then offered 4 sunbeds which had someone else's towels on..... which I accepted aware that this would only lead to further problems. The guest who had reserved those sunbeds was very unhappy and I felt threatened by him. Management asked us to move off the sunbeds after he spoke to them and after some negotiation eventually found us some more. I appreciate it is unfair to leave towels on sunbeds for hours when you are not occupying them but precedent had been set in the hotel and their application of this was unfair and inconsistent. 3. We had a 4am pick up on our final day. We were in reception and our transfer had arrived. We basically told we could not leave until they had checked our rooms, presumably to make sure we hadn't taken anything from the mini bar. They kept us waiting before allowing us to go. Overall the hotel is pleasant and the food is excellent. However due to the above issues I would not return.

We’ve booked the royal suite for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we’ve felt special. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was really smooth and fast. They gave us a quick tour and showed us into our suite. The royal suite was royal indeed, very spacious & luxurious. The best part about the suite was the private heated pool. We used it all the time even tho we were in December and it was cold. Food was amazing, and again the staff were very friendly and made sure we’ve got all what we need. From the moment you set foot in the restaurant, staff members come and ask you what you want to drink or if you need anything. Really overall great experience. The entertainment was also top notch. They run shows every night at the lobby. The animation team is really friendly and engages with the guests all the time to make sure they’re always entertained and having a good time.

The resort is large and great for walking, with beautiful views all around. Our room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The pools and sea lagoons were amazing/perfect for both kids and adults. It’s a fantastic spot for a relaxing and fun family vacation.

We had an amazing stay at the Pickalbatros Citadel. We have been in Pickalbatros Palace in October so we were used to the Pickalbatros excellence. The view is breathtaking. The pictures from your site don't do you right. The real experience of being there and enjoying the beautiful walk along the marina, the great shows, the AMAZING staff from reception, cooks, waiters, cleaners, lifeguards, bus drivers and all the other very professional and friendly people who made us feel royally comfortable during our stay, it is was a great experience that we would love to repeat. I must say, the food was very good but it lacks the variety from your brothers at the Pickalbatros Palace (they are just one little bit more creative especially in the grill section) But overall, amazing experience. We also appreciated the nice approach of your staff without pushing for tips (it was a welcome change in Egyptian experience) . They made us feel welcome and part of the family. As the nice gentleman from reception summarised at the end of our stay "please, this is like second home". We truly felt like in our second home!

ROOM: I booked a delux room with sea view. I cannot see sea at all. I want to change room but get refused. I was told I could only downgrade to standard room without balcony even and with no partial refund. I feel they just gave me the worst standard room, the one always left unless all rooms are booked. Because I know a lot of standard rooms also have good sea view and balcony. Reception: I also waited half an hour to checkin. People arrived later than me checked in earlier than me. And the staff explained a lot to another guests about map, restaurant and services. But just gave me the room key and let me go. Don’t understand why I got such terrible checkin service. Racist? Food: Food is also below average. Much lower than expectation. Definitely do not recommend this place. I had good trip in Egypt, all good hotels except this one. Totally ruined my good mood.

Beautifully styled resort. ideal for adults who want to bask in the oppulence of the magnificence of the red sea beauty. I thoroughly enjoyed the location, only issue was the vastness of the site, unfortunately went with children which meant trying to keep them entertained was quite challenging within the resort. Other than this it was an amazing place, well styled with its rocky style architecture.

We were warmly welcomed at Pickalbatros Citadel Resort. The reception staff were kind and helpful, and they allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The hotel’s view and overall cleanliness were impressive. Our room was very spacious and functional, which added to our comfort. However, we were quite disappointed with the food and beverage services, especially when compared to hotels we've stayed at in Turkey. The food lacked flavor and was excessively oily. Chicken was served almost every day, and there was no quality red meat available. The drink options were also very limited. Unfortunately, my wife got food poisoning after eating grilled chicken at the hotel. Thankfully, the hotel doctor provided immediate care during the night, administering an injection that helped her recover quickly. As for entertainment, we’re not even sure if there were any animation activities going on. Additionally, the hotel photographers were quite intrusive. They constantly tried to convince guests to take photos and later demanded unreasonably high prices. This behavior negatively affected the overall experience and lowered the perceived quality of the hotel.

If You enjoy swimming in the Sea, this is a good place. As well, the pools for kids were with warm water. Food was good, cleaning as well, staff very willing to help. The particularity about the Sea and pools are strong reasons to come back, plus they have a mini pool in the indoor kids area that we used when outside was strong wind.

The hotel has a great location, it is very clean and they cook excellently. The staff is great, the rooms are nicely furnished. A complete paradise for children. What I would like to point out is the poor selection of fruit, during our vacation 13-20.4 there was really only apple, banana, orange, date and during breakfast yellow melon. Also, the breakfast packages are terrible, I have never seen such a bad package/we had 2 of them, they were disastrous even though after the first one we asked that the next one not be so terrible but it was exactly the same. But this is really the only minus, I hope it will be removed and we are definitely planning to return to the hotel

We recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positive aspects, overall, our experience was disappointing. The food was a highlight—though the variety was limited, the quality was excellent, and it was well-cooked. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which we greatly appreciated. However, despite requesting a ground-floor room due to traveling with a stroller, we were placed on the second floor with no elevator. Additionally, our friends—who we had asked to be near—were placed in a completely different block despite repeated requests. The animation and entertainment were underwhelming. It was mostly limited to the unheated pool area, which was too cold for anyone to use, and the rest of the hotel felt devoid of energy with minimal music or activities. Communication was also a challenge, as the staff primarily spoke German with little English, making interactions less accommodating. The sunbed reservation system was frustrating. Although the hotel explicitly stated that reserving sunbeds was prohibited, most guests disregarded this rule, and no staff intervened. If you didn’t reserve a spot by 8:30 a.m., you’d struggle to find available seating, which was disappointing and disorganized. On the bright side, the heated kids’ pool and main pool were excellent for the cooler weather. While there are some positive features, the lack of organization and inadequate entertainment make it unlikely we would return.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms were modern, and everything worked perfectly. The entire environment was luxurious and well-maintained, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay. A huge thank you to Mr. Daniel, the reception manager, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. He truly made our stay even better! He is the right person for the job and does it exceptionally well. We had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend. Hotel facilities, atmosphere, cleanliness, staff attitude and food and beverage were fabulous. The restaurant, pool bar staff couldnt do enough for you and we’re very attentive. The cleaners of the rooms attention to detail was excellent. This is a very family friendly/orientated hotel. Pools heated, which was great and the beach area was lovely. Our only minor comments, Sun lounger round the pools need updating as not particularly comfortable compared to the beach ones. Reception staff not as accommodating and friendly as the rest of the staff. The tour and spa reps selling round the pools can be a little too much and interrupting .

The resort is superb from the food to the accommodation. The rooms still need a little renovation, but otherwise the daily cleaning is very professional, the staff is very helpful and smiling. The food is quality, all types of salads, pizza, pasta. One thing that was very well noted were the heated pools, a plus for children , lots of activities for children, daily entertainment, good music, and quality drinks.. We encountered a problem with some people from a different culture(Muslim ), but as I said before, the staff helped a lot with everything.. oh and let's not forget, the internet connection is very good throughout the resort.. A Perfect Family Vacation — Beyond Our Expectations! We recently returned from a one-week stay at this beautiful resort, and we could not be happier with the experience. Dear White Beach Hotel, thank you for having us. It was a nice stay but i have a few things to say. You are quiet beautiful but in many ways you are a little bit old. Outside you get a new colour during our stay but inside you would need a renovation as well. For example the furniture is scratched and the veneer is partly coming off. The fittings in the bathroom are wobbly and the seals are cracked or look terrible. Our room door 2217 no longer closes by itself and needs to be adjusted. In our first room 2132 the mini bar door needs to be adjusted as well. The balcony doors should at least be greased. A slightly bad smell came into the room from the air conditioning. This should only be a hint, we still felt very comfortable in the room. We are not the most demanding guests but what really bothered us was that there were no plate warmers at the buffet. What is known that the food at the buffet is often not quite hot anymore but the madness is that you then have to put it on cold plates. Those were some negative things, but I would also like to mention some positive things. The food is quit nice and the variety is good. The pools are very clean, and the lifeguards constantly strive to keep them clean. The staff is generally very friendly and hard-working. The pool and beach service are extremely cool. The four different pools for kids are awesome, but don't let them get too old. So, that's enough for now; those were the most important things. Overall, we felt comfortable and it worked out well. But I want to emphasize again that you have to be careful that some parts of the hotel doesn't get too old, otherwise the price will be a bit too high, in my opinion. Great location, great staff, and great experience overall. The entire team is very service oriented - you just breathe your wish and they will try to fulfill it. The reception team works tirelessly to make sure guests are happy - whether it’s trying to accommodate a later checkout (thank you Ayman!) or helping get laundry done when we forgot to drop it off in time for our departure. Between the three buffet restaurants, there is sufficient food variety to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. The beach is beautiful and serene; if you can catch a sunrise or sunset, you’ll realize you’re in paradise. There’s entertainment for kids and adults every day/evening - everyone can find something fun to do. Highly recommend.

I liked seafood in the restaurant Nasaya and the chief Hani is very good chief. Also I liked cocktails which make Achmed. The beauty salon is amazing, the procedures were excellent. Overall, it is perfect, staff-friendly, and has good entertainment. The food was delicious; vegetable salads and beef dishes were delicious.The superior room was big. However, the bathroom needed a bit of an update ( currently renovation in progress in the hotel). Room service is good.No push for tipping, which was 👍, I tipped anyway as the service was good.We were aloud to stay longer in the hotel as flight was at midnight,and shower and food wa offered for free👌.I would back again in the future. The only downsides are that staff is pushing a bit for a review, which is not necessary.

The rooms put as superior rooms are what I would expect from a standard room. The food from the restaurant is okay but lacks variety and options without dairy products/eggs or meat- meals can be made at special request but there is difficulty in understanding dietary requirements, despite this the meals made were good. There is loud music staring from 10:00 am until the early afternoon and then again until the evening- at the beach and the pool. There is a lack of toilets surrounding the pool and the beach with a total of around 4 cubicles for the ladies on the level of the beach and access from the pool- this may have been due to renovations on the first floor of a part of the hotel but still caused issues. Other than these things the hotel was good and drinks were readily available and the pool and the beach were nice places to relax excluding the music
