Absolutely exceptional! From the moment I arrived, every detail was beyond perfect. I was upgraded to a stunning sea view room, the staff were professional and genuinely caring, and the lifeguard made my child feel safe and excited about snorkeling. Housekeeping service is world-class—twice daily and always on call. Truly one of the best resort experiences I’ve ever had! Highly recommend for families. Many Restaurants to visit and enjoy food, the most beautiful and safe snorkeling experience you can try is here, and they offer breakfast in 3 different restaurants!! One of the best hotels I have had the pleasure to stay in, so much so that I’m already writing this from the airport with the best packed breakfast I’ve ever had. From the moment you arrive the attention to service and detail is impeccable. We stayed in the newer part of the hotel in a king room overlooking the sea. Room was wonderful! The cleaning team are incredible again with little surprises. Everywhere we went from breakfast to the beach the team took care of us and went beyond our needs. Highly recommend snorkelling here the reef is wonderful and we snorkelled from one pier to another along the reef edge. Incredible amount of fish. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

We stayed in the newly renovated twin bedroom with a sea view — the room was spacious, modern, and had an amazing view. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained. However, it gets very quiet after around 10 PM, so if you’re looking for a lively nightlife, this might not be the place for you. The beach doesn’t have soft sand, but it offers stunning coral reefs, perfect for snorkeling.

Everything was perfect!!! The food was all great, There are three swimming pools, two beaches, two fitness centers.. hotel is so big that you can't see them all. All the staff were so kind, and I would like to express my gratitude to youssef of the reception for helped us. This was my first trip to Egypt, but I think I will visit Egypt again next time to come back to this hotel

this hotel exceeded every idea i had. i honestly can not name one fault. we stayed here for 10 days and it has been perfect, the staff are so unbelievably kind, helpful and cheerful, they take the time to remember your name and greet you everyday with a smile. the room was large and spacious, cleaned everyday and a different animal made of towels! food is lovely, big variety and chefs are present during meal times which i think is a lovely touch. the four pools are great, we personally used two as the ones on the roof were a bit too warm as the sun is obviously more present! the hotel is located in a great area, there’s plenty of shops and restaurants around if you fancy a walk about which we did a few nights. i would 100% stay here again and will be bragging about this hotel for the foreseeable! i spent my 22nd birthday here and felt so loved, it has been a perfect holiday. definitely 5 stars and definitely worth the stay!!!! there are a few members of staff who stood out on our trip, bar staff, excursion staff and security, the kindest people i have ever met!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with a group of 7 people, and I have never wished a trip would end sooner because of accommodation until now. Check-in disaster: Upon arrival, the hotel had no record of our booking despite it being fully paid in advance for our group. This set the tone for the entire stay. Room quality: One of our friends’ rooms absolutely reeked of smoke, even though a non-smoking room had been booked. When we asked to switch, the staff argued that the ashtray in the room was “not for smoking” and told us to “get used to the smell.” The shower in our room barely worked, with only a few weak streams of water. Housekeeping only made the beds—no fresh towels, no actual cleaning. Food & drinks: By far the worst hotel dining experience I’ve ever had. The buffet area smelled terrible and looked unsanitary. Most of our group ended up eating only hard-boiled eggs for breakfast each day because everything else was inedible. Drinks were equally disappointing—only low-quality local alcohol in plastic bottles, limited wine, no variety. Drinks were served in flimsy kids-sized cups, and glasses were rarely provided even when we asked. Noise: Every night we were kept awake until 2 a.m. due to extremely loud music and shouting over the microphone from rooftop bar events and performances. Forget about a good night’s rest here. This hotel was a complete letdown on every level—rooms, food, service, and overall experience. I will never return and strongly recommend avoiding this place. You can easily find far better options in the same price range.

My friends who are now staying in the hotel asked me to express our opinion about this so called 5 star hotel. The only good thing about this establishment is a greatly looking lobby. The rest - not just old but dirty rooms with old and not safe electrics, poorly mantained public spaces including awful toilets in the lobby. We wanted to meet up with General Manager before hotel birthday party,waited for 2 hours and left. Mr Mohamed GM simply didn't come to us. We will never return to this hotel again.

In my opinion, Il-Mercato is good hotel, who are looking for budget options. Yep, rooms are quite dirty, but It didn't interfere us to enjoy our vacation, stuff is great 👍,they always tried to make us happy, thanks for this. Location is also good. There are a plenty of shops near, in spite of everything is located nearby, bus always is ready to bring you somewhere. In general, I wanna say thank Il-Mercato hotel, for hospitality ❤️

My stay at this hotel was honestly terrible. The rooms were in bad condition, the bathrooms were dirty, and in both rooms we booked, the bathtubs were completely clogged. Housekeeping clearly wasn’t doing their job properly. The food was the same every single day — no variety, no change, just boring and repetitive meals. At check-in, the receptionist gave me the key before the room was even ready, and I had to wait until 4 PM to actually move in. Room service staff were rude and unprofessional, and the overall attitude towards me as an Egyptian guest was noticeably worse compared to how they treated foreign tourists. But once I mentioned I had a foreign passport, the way they treated me changed completely — and that says a lot. I would never stay here again, and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone expecting decent service or basic cleanliness.

Overall good experience, We paid more to upgrafe the room, they didnt manage to clena it well, but fixed it the next day. The up graded room was old but big, there are many pools, entertainment was all right too. FOOD was good, even tho repeated but still good, dinners were better, they cooked meat and fish very well.

Sea is very shallow, rooms were dirty when we arrived, one night there was a mouse in the room and nobody cared about it. Worst thing, is if your flight is late at night, they won’t give any food or water, you have to stay in the lobby because there is “no available rooms in the hotel”, which ridiculous seeing how big the hotel is. The only good thing is the food, desserts were very good. Overall, wouldn’t recommend coming here, for the price you could find better in the area.

We had.nice holiday here. The rooms are modern but some areas of the pool need maintenance. The food is good, the staff are very friendly. The children really enjoyed the kids club and the entertainment from the animation team. Some hotels we've stayed have better service in restaurant and bars, but staff here work very hard when it's very busy. We would recommend with people travelling as a family with children

We are currently staying at this hotel and we are very happy! The staff is truly wonderful – always helpful, collecting cups and bringing drinks both in the restaurant and by the pools. There are various activities during the day and entertainment in the evenings, so it’s never boring. We would especially like to highlight the kids’ club and its employee Nawal Ibrahim – she is simply amazing! She definitely deserves 10+ points. She gives a lot of attention to the children, organizes fun activities, and also leads the evening mini disco for kids. Our little one absolutely adores her – as soon as she sees Nawal, she runs straight to her! The hotel is very peaceful, and there are always free spots both by the pools and on the beach. The beach is sandy and beautiful. We truly recommend this place for families as well as anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. 🌞

A loot of interesting parties, activities that were really interesting and funny. Pool parties and clubs - I love that! Also the animation team was on their best!!! Tomorrow is our final day and I can say that the entire trip has been amazing. The hotel is in a nice location with a lovely beach (although shallow). The scenery and atmosphere around the hotel was beautiful. Lots of nature and water features. There is a busy pool and a quiet pool so there is something for everyone. The rooms themselves were very clean and really nice and I'm unsure where the comments of outdated rooms came from. The cleaners do an amazing job each day and always made us new and different animals and towel decorations. The only issue in that regard is that being on the bottom floor meant you heard a lot of walking around and banging from above. Soundproofing could be improved. The animation team were amazing and genuinely every single one of them was so friendly. There was always things on during the day including foam parties, aqua aerobics etc. Also, there was an event on every night whether that be international dances, fire shows etc. If you wanted to continue the night, they would even take you to night clubs. The best part of the hotel was the food and the staff. We have not had a single bad meal. The food is incredible. There is so much variation and something for everyone. Every single day they had fresh pasta, pizza and someone on the grill. They did themed nights too where there would be chinese, Italian, egyptian and there was plenty of food always on offer. Not only that but the service was incredible. Ahmed provided the best service I have ever had in my entire life. He was always so friendly, had a table ready and brought us our drinks so quickly. If our drink began to empty, he would be back with another one before we could even ask. He genuinely made our holiday. Other incredible staff members were Thomas at the quiet pool and Islam in the piano bar. Thomas was so lovely and worked so hard. He would constantly bring us drinks to our sunbeds again before we had even had an empty drink. We had the same experience in the piano bar and it was always with a smile. Genuinely I cant stress enough how much they made our holiday for us. The service is incredible and I would 100% be back again due to that. The only cons with the hotel was a lack of communication at reception. It took us 4 days to realise the events and activities the animation team did as we were not told anything at the beginning. We were just given our key card and told our room number and that was it. It would have been nice to have been given a tour, been given a list or told of the activities and things on offer. Or to even been shown to our room and I feel this would have made the experience that much better considering its a 5 star hotel. We actually got lost on the first day with no one showing us to our room or even directing us there. Overall, the service, food and value for money is amazing and I would 100% be back again.

Hotel staff allowed us to check in earlier which was great since we were tired from the flight. We had a great experience overall. The hotel staff was absolutely top notch, professional and kind to us, always trying to make us comfortable every single day, which translates in an equally great service, the beach is great and for those looking to snorkel, they have beautiful reefs just outside the area. Looking forward to stay here in the future, once again.

The overall experience was very poor. The curtains in the room could not be closed. The cleanliness was average. The gym required sneakers to enter, but it was not stated on the booking app. Who would bring sneakers on vacation? The communication staff had a very poor attitude. After 7 days of anxiety at another resort, Stella Di Mare came to the rescue! From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and genuine hospitality were a breath of fresh air — completely different from what we had previously experienced. We were whisked away to our room on a golf buggy, luggage in tow, which instantly made us feel looked after. The villa is split into rooms with no lifts, but it was so charming that it didn’t matter — each one is surrounded by walls lined with pink and white flowers, a theme that continues beautifully throughout the resort. The grounds are stunning, with lush gardens, vibrant bougainvillea, and palm trees swaying in the breeze. Every pathway invites you to slow down and soak in the beauty. The pool and beach areas are pristine, with plenty of space to relax, swim, and enjoy the sun. There’s even an adults-only (16+) pool where you can order your drink from the pool bar while you’re still in the water. We went from waking up at 6 a.m. to fight for sun loungers (and having our towels removed!) at the last resort, to having a designated towel attendant who set up a lounger with a cushion for us. Later, the same gentleman came around to clean our sunglasses and spray us with cool water in the heat — bliss! Each zone (beach, children’s pool, adults’ pool) had its own towel centre, which made life so much easier. The sea was crystal clear, and diving off the platform straight into the water to be greeted by coral fish was magical. It’s even inspired me to get qualified for scuba diving! We didn’t go all-inclusive here, as we had plans to eat out one night and visit Hard Rock Café. It turned out to be the best decision — for two adults, a teenager, and a 10-year-old, we spent £266 in total on food and drinks (including alcohol) over four days, compared to the £35 pp per day all-inclusive rate. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel into Naama Bay but you need to book this in the morning to reserve your spot. You can get a taxi from the hotel too and from - Our taxi driver was lovely and very punctual. The Beach Bar was memorable for more than the views. On our first day, we ordered pizzas expecting something small — instead, we got huge ones that were undercooked. We’d decided not to complain, but the next day they asked if there had been an issue. We explained, and literally the following day they had reduced the size, made them thinner, cooked them longer, and even refunded us a meal as a goodwill gesture without us asking. That’s listening to your guests! My room was an upgrade from what I had before, so I was happy. I didn’t love having a shower over the bath, and I had two towels with stains — but once I stepped outside and soaked in the view, none of that mattered. The staff here truly elevate the experience — their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to listen made us feel valued from start to finish. Stella Di Mare is more than just a hotel — it’s the hero of my vacation. It turned our trip around and gave me memories I’ll treasure forever.

Stella di Mare was amazing! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The food was fresh and delicious, and the live music during dinner created a warm and joyful vibe every night. My room had sea and pool views – absolutely stunning and very clean. The spa area was large, spotless, and run by real professionals. It also included a well-equipped gym. The resort doesn’t offer shisha and doesn’t have a sandy beach just something to know when planning your stay. This really showed their generosity and warm hospitality. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Everything brilliant. I was here in January during building works and had a great time then. Now works are completed, even better. Staff, amazing, food amazing.Entertainment every night. Had a couple of things in room needed a bit of maintenance. Reported at reception and went back to room and engineers at the door. Wow. For all the moaners, you will it hard to pick. Many people write 5/5 but it's really not. I would rate it 3/5. The location is good, the staff is sometimes friendly, sometimes not, the food is not great, the sausages are like paper. The alcohol is very weak and diluted with water. The animation is weak, the same music is played every day and everything is the same, after a week you get bored. At least the hotel is clean. It's not bad here but it's not good hotel. I think you can find better hotels for the same price.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff here are truly wonderful — very attentive and caring people. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning from something I ate outside the hotel, and during that difficult time, the hotel staff showed real professionalism and compassion. They kept calling to check on me, asked how I was feeling, and offered help, bringing anything I needed directly to my room. Thanks to their support, I felt much better and more comfortable. The hotel is nice, and has okay food. The entertainment is awful, the animation team hardly spoke to me and when they did it was very blunt questions like “darts” and then they would walk away. Did not feel welcoming at all, the evening shows need atmosphere they are very boring to watch. It is a beautiful hotel but could have so much more potential.

We had a wonderful holiday with my friend! The hotel’s beach was clean and beautiful, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast too. The staff were amazing — super friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel welcome. The hotel is close to the airport, which is very convenient, but a bit far from the city center. Still, everything else was perfect. Highly recommend!

Very very good hotel. Facilities are brilliant, food is good but does get a bit samey by day 6/7. Staff are excellent, happy to help with whatever you need and any requests you may have. Very clean which is a credit to the maintenance staff. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed here for 7 nights in May and thought the location here is good, with Soho square at the top of the hotel. I do think the general condition of the hotel needs a refurbishment. There were cracked and loose tiles everywhere outside, even in the pool. I think the bedrooms will also be due a refurbishment soon, however they weren’t bad, not amazing either. The service was great here, they will help you as much as they can. You will get sales reps bothering you around the hotel for the spa treatments, however if you become friendly with them then it’s not that bad. The pool party here is great, however most days there is no entertainment by the pool or music in the background. When the temperature is hot, the beach can seem like a lot of effort to go to as there’s 2/3 levels of stairs to go down and walking back up in the heat can be tricky! I would rate the food 3/5* as there wasn’t as many options as other hotels I’ve been to, and a lot of the food was average. Not bad, but not great! All in all, I give this 3.5* as it sits just below a 4* for me.

Stayed here during a recent trip to Egypt and really enjoyed it. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, and the whole place was spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The views were great, and there was a decent selection of food with no need to rush—plenty for everyone. Overall, no complaints at all. Would happily return.

The quality of the food was low in terms of taste with limited varieties. Staff of the restaurant are not friendly at all [Surprised of this level when compared to the level of this hotel during 2016 & 2017]. Room service is not good at all wher you have to ask every time to set up the room. Yet, the rooms are very good mainly the sea view rooms. Location of the hotel is in a prime location (very close to Soho Square and near to the airport)

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Ahmet from the reservation department. He welcomed us with a warm smile and did his best to make sure we got to our room quickly. The service, room cleanliness, and hotel location were truly perfect. All the staff were very polite and always smiling. Would I come back again? Definitely yes! 🌟 I only have one small suggestion: it would be wonderful if more Turkish dishes were included on the menu to suit the taste of Turkish guests. That would make everything absolutely flawless.

The resort is smaller than many of the other 5 stars hotels, has fewer pools however the kids aqua is very nice. Its a great option for families with kids but not at all for adults or couples. The rooms are old and broken items might be found however they are good overall. Food is good and has many options but repeated every day. The snacks on the pool and the beach is very very limited not comparable to other 5 stars resorts. The activities are so good including the aqua gym and the night kids disco, but the shows are boring, very boring. The staff lack good hospitality and customer service ethics, they rarely smile, some of them made fun of the guests. Thats definitely not a 5 stars level. The most terrible part is that people steal stuff and Im not sure if they have recorded cams, Our pool towel has been taken from the seat and our room chairs have been taken away in the middle of the day! I won’t feel safe leaving anything in the room. Overall the experience equals 4 stars and doesnt worth the money paid, web have tried sunrise group, Jaz and charmillion, way better, thiz resort reminds me with another one called seabeach which is 4 stars but much more better night shows and animation ove there.

We came to this hotel with high expectation having stayed at another pickalbatros in the past. It's been very disappointing. We booked our stay through Easyjet holidays. Everywhere you go, you find something broken. Our room is outdated. We are in the 1000 block. The drawers in the room and in the bathroom dont work well and one drawer in the bathroom doesnt open at all! The tiles in the bathroom are chipped. The metal of the shower head and taps is rusty and corroded. The pools and the spa also have broken tiles. In general, the hotel needs a deep clean and revamp. The food is ok but tasteless at times. The juices are tasteless, the alcoholic cocktails as well because they are made with the same tasteless juices. The staff from housekeeping, restaurants and bars are nice and make an effort, although you find some waiters or barman that don't cheer you or come across rude, they just seem they've had enough of people. The customers here are dirty and rude. That's probably not the hotel's fault and that's probably what makes the staff tired. The customers leave dirt around the pools, shout at any time of the night, pick food with hands rather than using tongs, run around, take a lot of food leaving nothing for others and then leave full plates of uneaten food on the table. Our room wasn't very clean when we first arrived, which we felt wasn't at the standard for Pickalbatros. In general, we are disappointed. We paid a lot of money and what we have found isn't worth the value we paid. We don't recommend this hotel and we won't be visiting again.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The hotel was massive and had plenty of space to do things. The pool was amazing was always nice to go in especially with the hot weather we had. The sun bed area was always easy to get a bed in the mornings for the day which helped us settle in the daytime. The food choice was always great throughout the day with plenty to choose from to get you through the day and the evening. The room was a great size with the beds being comfortable with a brilliant view from the balcony of the pool outside. The entertainment team was great during my time here and were always willing to have a chat and a laugh with me. I'd give a big mention to Kara who was amazing with her always having a smile on her face and making the mood feel good even if I had a bad day. Our last night she invited me and my best friend to the Hard rock cafe and it was an amazing time. Definitely will look to come back to this hotel in future, thank you everyone for making my stay a memorable one.

A beautiful and quiet hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are helpful and wonderful. There are 3 good, large, and clean pools. Just one note: The food needs more variety the same dishes are repeated many times. Overall, an excellent hotel.

The whole experience was very nice. Comfortable and very clean hotel. Mainly for relaxation. We loved our stay. The food is nice and delicious. The pool is very nice and clean. Pool guides are very helpful. Staff smiling everywhere. Activities and shows could be better, but the hotel policy is about relaxing. No very loud music like the adjacent resorts which were amazing for relaxation. Room service were very nice people. We used the gold cart many times, and every time, we felt welcomed. Beach is rocky, and the coral reef is beautiful. The room we took was 5011, one of the best rooms I have stayed in. Everything is clean and new. Quality of the furniture & toilet amenities are very high. Totally recommended for future stays. Best for honeymooners who want relaxation.

I am an American citizen who traveled all the way from the United States to experience Sultan Gardens Resort, but unfortunately, I do not feel that this is a true 5-star resort or worth the amount of money I spent. First of all, check-in was extremely disappointing. We arrived on time at 3pm, which was the stated check-in time, but the front desk staff made us wait for 2 hours before giving us a room. Instead of being upfront, they kept stalling us by suggesting we go explore the property or get food, while the reality was that the original room we had booked had an issue. Later, they gave us a different room and claimed it was because of a “better view,” which was not something I agreed to. The all-inclusive package is also not worth the cost. The food across the restaurants is repetitive, tasteless, and bland. No matter which restaurant we went to, the food was essentially the same. To make matters worse, the specialty restaurants did not match their themes at all—for example, the Italian restaurant did not serve actual Italian dishes, and the French restaurant had nothing remotely French on the menu. Instead, the food was a strange mix of random options that lacked flavor or authenticity. Another major issue is the way the hotel handles excursions and transportation. They make it seem like booking through the hotel is the only option, and the prices are shockingly high. It should not cost $100 USD per person to go somewhere that is only 15 minutes away. These inflated costs feel like a scam and add to the overall disappointment of the stay. On top of that, everything seems catered toward Russian guests, who make up 99% of visitors. As a woman of Sudanese origin, I felt out of place and uncomfortable, both from the behavior of other guests and from the way the staff treated me. As a darker-skinned woman, I felt judged and overlooked until I spoke English—at which point the staff suddenly treated me differently. Still, I often felt as though they were trying to take advantage of me. Overall, this resort was incredibly disappointing. The service, the food, and the atmosphere do not match the price or the 5-star rating. Between the long check-in delays, the poor dining options, and the outrageous costs for basic services like transportation, I regret traveling all the way from the United States for this experience.

Such a great resort. Went there with our 16 month old at the time and were so impressed by the cleanliness, the food quality (and variety) and the amenities on the beach!! The resort has a playground close to the breakfast restaurant AND a playground ON THE BEACH - making it ideal for toddlers. The beach is incredible - if you want to actually swim, you need to go out on the dock and swim with the fish, which was the best part. We didn't feel the need to do any snorkeling excursions because you could go snorkeling all day long just on the beach that comes with the resort. The food was really great. We didn't do many of the restaurants because toddlers are a bit of a nightmare if they have to wait for courses. We went to the Indian one and it was amazing quality (even with a cranky toddler). The different pools serve different needs - there's a quiet pool, a party pool, a kids pool (with a big slide). None of the pools had swim up bars though, and the kids pools didn't have shade, which sucked. But manageable. All in all, I would highly recommend this resort. Bonus is that it's 15 mins away from the airport, so after a long journey/flight over, you can quickly get to your resort and settle in. I will say, though, the Sharm El Sheikh airport feels inefficient - it took forever to get out of the actual airport after all the passport checks.

We stayed there for a week from the 21st June. Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is massive. Many pools, and the beach is amazing and great scenery. The food was ok. In my opinion, I feel there there could’ve been a lot more options to choose from. Saying that. The traditional food that was served there was very tasty. The staff were all amazing. From the lovely gentleman that runs the taxi service inside the hotel, to the cleaners. Special shout out to Omar (I think) life guard at the adults pool (north 38) very professional and very accommodating and attentive. Great asset to the hotel. Thank you for making our pool days experience and good one

Loved the hotel and facilities although I think one visit a week to one of the three restaurants is a bit tight. The beach is ok but you will need beach shoes. The snorkel areas are good but get a bit busy. The excursions we went on were desert safari and an all day boat trip with snorkeling was good value. Service is excellent in the hotel but even better if you tip a few $ here and there.

I want to share some information that I wish I knew before booking. The hotel advertises “all inclusive,” but that doesn’t mean what you’d expect. The a la carte restaurants are not really included unless you stay more than 7 nights, and even then, you can only go twice (if you’re lucky enough to find an available spot). They also say “unlimited billiards,” but you have to pay extra for it. I even tried to order a dirty martini and was told I had to pay, even though I was on an all-inclusive package. Basically, a lot of things were not explained clearly, and I felt misled. If I had known, I definitely wouldn’t have paid the extra $70 per night.

We rented a spacious room with two separate bedrooms and access to a semi-private swimming pool, shared with only three other guest rooms. Our kids really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel offers both buffet and à la carte restaurants. We liked the buffet, which met our expectations, but we couldn’t find a table at the à la carte restaurants. Since the buffet was satisfying, this wasn’t a big problem for us. Service around the swimming pool was quite limited; waiters rarely came by. Local drinks were included, but imported ones were not, and honestly, the quality of the local drinks wasn’t very good. In the evenings, it was even harder to get service if you wanted to enjoy some drinks, so I preferred to go to the bar myself. One downside is that if the sea is rough, swimming is not possible.

Great stay and hotel. We stayed an aquapark which is quieter but a quick buggy ride away to the other hotel where the main restaurants are! Had a few issues with insects, but the hotel provided plug in repellent plugs for the room. The food is amazing! We had an amazing stay at Rixos Seagate Sharm! The resort is beautiful, clean, and full of energy, but what really made our vacation unforgettable was the Kids Club. The Rixy Kids Club is absolutely fantastic – it’s spacious, safe, and full of fun activities for children of all ages. The staff are so kind, friendly, and professional; they truly care about the kids and make them feel special. Every day there were different programs — arts and crafts, games, dancing, pool time, and even mini shows in the evening. Our children didn’t want to leave! The facilities are top-notch, with their own pool, playground, and even a mini restaurant for kids. It gave us parents time to relax knowing our kids were happy and well taken care of. Came with my family and it was a lovely trip. Great service from the reception team at Aqua side, they provided us an upgrade to the suites which was a massive area. The housekeeping team was great and provided the cutest towel designs and daily cleans and refreshment top up. The restaurants were tasty - our fave was the Asian and Brazilian. We didn’t have time for the other but the buffet was always available with very tasty food and good variety for everyone. Rana from Indian corner provided very tasty food. Plenty of things to do at the hotel including the waterpark which was really fun. Great pools and bar service from Yousef. Only thing I didn’t like was how at 4pm you had to rush to book restaurants for the day before and then they would be fully booked by one min. Would recommend to other to come and look forward to returning again.

DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL. YOU WILL REGRET IT. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I have no idea how it has a 5-star rating, it doesn’t even deserve one star. The reception has a terrible odour, which they claim is an air freshener. They advertise a private beach, but it’s not actually private. The beach is outside the hotel premises, not within the property. There’s no air conditioning in the corridors, and the AC units in the rooms are old and barely work. The rooms themselves are extremely outdated. The pools are filthy and poorly maintained. The aqua park operates for very short, inconvenient hours. The staff are careless and unfriendly.

They really need renovation. 🔸 I had a bad experience with the rooms. • The first room was very noisy because there were many kids next door. • I changed rooms, but the second room was right next to the DJ area, and I couldn’t sleep because of the loud music all night. 🔸 The soundproofing is very poor, and that really affected my stay. 🔹 On the positive side: • The location is perfect — right in the center of Naama Bay. • The food was actually good and the variety was decent. • Some of the staff were nice and helpful. Bar staff are always happy to bring you a cold drink at the beach bar, pool bar and ‘Your Bar’. Food has been good quality and tried both a la carte restaurants. I read several reviews of this hotel and I must say that it shouldn't be treated as a true 5-star hotel. Where have you seen a 5-star hotel for 50 euros (with half board)? For its price, the hotel offers a large, well-maintained area with swimming pools, exotic plants, flowers, beautiful birds, restaurants, and, of course, the incredible Red Sea. It's unhealthy for me to eat all day because I love to eat. So I can't comment on the food between breakfast and dinner. Also, I don't drink alcohol every day (even on vacation), so I can't comment on its quality (but the price is quite low—around 3 euros for a couple of beers with dinner). Besides, everyone knows that Arab countries aren't about alkohol. As many people have written, the food is very monotonous. Every day there's beef, chicken, turkey, and fish of various kinds, prepared in different ways. Fresh vegetables (the same every day), fruits (melon, grapes, grapefruit, persimmons, fresh dates, bananas, figs and mango), buns, croissants, pastries, cakes, jellies, puddings, pancakes, donuts, and waffles. One day, we ordered pasta Bolognese for room service for lunch. It wasn't authentic Italian pasta, but it was a large portion of delicious pasta with a generous amount of meat. It was enough for two, and it cost about 4 euros. The rooms may not be modern, but they are large, clean, well furnished, well lit, have enough sockets, etc. Your room will be cleaned daily by default. A kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, and bottled water (2-3 bottles per day) are provided in the room. The only one really sad thing is the sea. To be concrete, how do you get there? There are only two entrances, and both are inconvenient. One entrance has a very inconvenient ladder for descending into the water. But you can just jump in. The other entrance is a long, slippery path down to the sea. Beside that it is closed often. Once you've overcome this obstacle, you'll be able to enjoy the clear, blue, and warm water and admire a numerous of colorful fish of varying sizes and shapes. The local corals aren't the best in Sharm, but they're quite good.

The spa and fitness center were also top-class, offering a wide range of treatments and modern equipment. When it comes to dining, the hotel exceeded my expectations. There was a great variety of restaurants offering both local and international cuisine, and every meal was delicious and freshly prepared. The buffet breakfast in particular had a huge selection to satisfy all tastes. What impressed me the most was the excellent service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Overall, my stay was perfect in every way. This hotel combines luxury, comfort, and exceptional service, making it one of the best places to stay in Sharm El-Sheikh. ​My stay at the Dreams Beach Hotel Resort was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Despite being advertised as a 5-star establishment, the reality was a level of service and professionalism that falls far short of even a 1-star rating. This review is a comprehensive account of the issues we faced, from the moment we arrived to our final, unpleasant departure. ​The staff's attitude and the service were consistently unprofessional. Basic room service was not met, as personal belongings, including clothing and perfumes, went missing during our stay. The most shocking incident occurred on the day of our check-out when, twenty minutes before the designated time, the hotel staff cut the electricity to our room in an apparent attempt to force us out. This action is not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable for a hospitality business. ​The hotel's hygiene standards were shockingly low. Our room was visibly dirty upon arrival, and this lack of cleanliness extended to the food and buffet. The food provided was extremely unappealing and frankly, disgusting. The overall hygiene conditions created an environment that was both uncomfortable and unappetizing. ​Furthermore, our request for a late check-out was handled with a complete lack of care. We were informed that the hotel was fully booked, which we accepted. However, we were then left to wait in the lobby for three hours without any offer of an alternative solution or accommodation. This disregard for guest comfort is inexcusable. ​In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. The Dreams Beach Hotel Resort does not live up to its supposed 5-star rating in any way. The combination of unprofessional staff, poor hygiene, and a complete lack of concern for guest well-being made this a truly terrible experience.

Disappointed — Not Worth the Hype Just got back from Charmillion Club Aqua Park, and honestly, it was a big letdown. The resort is advertised as 5-star, but it felt more like a 2-star experience. Reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Any time we asked for assistance or had an issue we were pretty much ignored. The room had issues from the start — the air conditioning and lights kept switching on and off, which made it hard to relax. We reported it, but it was never properly resolved. The food was bland and repetitive which wasn’t great especially when you have kids. The pools and slides were enjoyable for the kids, but some attractions were closed at times without notice. the water park is a great feature, and the grounds are nice — but service, maintenance, and overall management need improvement to live up to its 5-star rating.

This hotel claims to be a 5-star establishment, but I would rate it no more than 2 stars due to the poor and sluggish service. On the positive side, the location is convenient and near all attractions. However, the cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired, with old and dusty mattresses and old furniture. Additionally, the air conditioning was ineffective, and the excessive fan noise made for uncomfortable nights. The food quality is below average, featuring a limited selection at the buffet. The soft drinks are overly sweet, made from powder rather than natural ingredients. Elderly guests should be cautious when selecting the Ground Floor rooms, as there is no elevator to access the second floor. This is particularly important when carrying luggage, as the service for delivering luggage may take up to 1 hours.

We were not very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, there is a clear lack of organization in many areas. For families, the daytime and evening kids’ animation was very poor, and evening entertainment was limited. One of the few events offered – the so-called foam party once a week – was not even included, and cost $6 per person, which in our opinion is unacceptable for a hotel of this type. The food was edible but not tasty, although of course this depends on personal preferences. We were given a room on the 2nd floor with our children, but right behind the hotel there was ongoing construction starting around 2 AM and continuing through the day. The dust from the work made it impossible to hang clothes outside, as everything got covered in sand. The staff were generally polite and kind, but not always helpful. One receptionist didn’t make any effort to assist us and simply ignored our request, though thankfully another staff member stepped in and helped. Overall, the lack of organization and the amount of chaos during our stay made the experience disappointing.

We stayed at Charmillion Aqua Park, Sharm El Sheikh for one week (21/7–28/7) as a family. The facility itself is very nice, especially for children because of the aqua park, and the staff in the restaurants and around the hotel are generally friendly and helpful. The food is mediocre but acceptable. Unfortunately, the reception was a disaster. The reception staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed always ready for an argument. Every time we asked a question, they would tell us to go back to the reception (even though the facility is huge), and once there, they were never able to solve the problem. Even simple requests — like sending a physical mail — were met with resistance. I understand the hotel is crowded, but a little kindness and basic communication skills go a long way. Another disappointment was the à la carte restaurants: the food quality was poor, and reservations can only be made via an app link that’s accessible only at the reception — which makes no sense. Why not provide the link in the rooms? ✅ If you’re a family looking for a fun aqua park, this place delivers. ❌ But if you value good customer service and respectful communication, this is not the hotel for you. I will not visit again.

Excellent quality for price. We had an amazing stay of 9 days and we were not disappointed. The staff is very kind and always available, the rooms are clean and there are plenty of services. As for any resort in Sharm El sheikh, do not expect gourmet food, but there is a wide choice and the menu changes every day. The beach is also great, the coral reef is still quite alive and you will see hundreds of colorful fishes. (Please never touch the corals). Only negative point: sometimes is too windy and dangerous to go in deep waters

Beautiful location and great snorkeling, but not wheelchair-friendly It was a family trip (2 rooms, 3 Adults and 3 children) I stayed at Charmillion Club Resort in April and overall had a mixed experience. The highlights were definitely the location and access to the sea the beach is right in front of the resort with stunning coral reefs, and the snorkeling was absolutely amazing. I also really liked that the hotel has access to an aqua park in the nearby sister hotel, which is part of the same group. That was a great bonus, especially for the kids. However, there were a few things that made our stay quite difficult. The resort only has one golf cart, and the terrain is not flat. There are no elevators, and the paths often include stairs, which made it extremely challenging for guests with special needs. I was traveling with a child who uses a wheelchair, and I really struggled to move around the resort whether going to the restaurant, to the aqua park, or just around the hotel grounds. Whenever I encountered stairs, I had to physically lift the wheelchair. We tried to request the golf cart several times, but it was always late or never arrived, and the staff kept apologizing, saying there’s only one cart available in the whole resort. Another downside was the food. The quality was quite poor I would rate it 6 out of 10 at best. Overall, the resort has potential thanks to its location and facilities, but it really needs to improve accessibility and service, especially for families with children or guests with mobility needs.

Today, I'm going to share my experience at Charmillion Club Resort. My stay was from 21/9/2025 to 26/9/2025. ​My experience began the moment I arrived. The baggage handler was very cooperative and didn't wait for the receptionist to tell him what to do, and he always had a smile on his face. ​All the reception staff I dealt with during my stay were highly competent and experienced, and they were always smiling. I especially want to mention Mr. Sayed, who gave me a complimentary dinner at a special restaurant and a fruit basket in my room. He did this because this was my third stay at a Charmillion Hotels group property. We also wore wristbands that distinguished us from other guests, making it clear to all staff that we weren't first-time guests. This allowed us to move freely and enjoy food and drinks at the entire resort group. ​I also want to thank Mr. Abdo, who was always smiling and cooperative at any time. So as not to forget anyone, everyone I dealt with was always helpful. ​I also want to talk about the room. It was exceptionally clean and professional. The furniture was excellent, and there were plenty of clean, sanitized towels in the bathroom. All my needs were met and even exceeded, more than at any other hotel I've stayed at. The room had a direct sea view and a huge terrace for sitting. The rooms at Charmillion Club Resort are also well-insulated from any noise. Despite the room being far from the main restaurant or reception, a golf cart was always available ​I want to talk about my experience with the restaurants, including the main restaurant and the French and Lebanese restaurants. ​The main restaurant was very clean, and the variety of dishes available for all meals was excellent, suiting every taste. The food was delicious and professionally prepared. This shows that the Charmillion Hotels group has achieved the difficult equation of offering a huge variety of dishes while maintaining high quality. All the chefs and waiters were cooperative in serving the guests, and there were no queues for any of the dishes. ​Finally, I'd like to mention my experience with the many bars located all over the hotel. You never have to walk far to get to a bar. I especially want to highlight the reception bar, which was open 24/7. All the waiters there were highly skilled and cooperative, and I want to give a special thank you to Mr. Mohamed and Mr. Romany. ​In conclusion, I can only thank the management of the Charmillion Club Resort for their tremendous success and excellent management, which has made the hotel the wonderful place it is. It was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely repeat it in the coming years. Without hesitation, I recommend this resort to anyone who needs a vacation. They should go to the Charmillion group immediately.

Wonderful Stay at Charmillion Club Resort! Our overall stay was truly wonderful and exceeded expectations. We had so much fun enjoying the pools and especially diving in the beautiful sea. A special thanks to Mahmoud at the reception—he was truly amazing! He treated us with great kindness and care from the moment we arrived. He offered us free daily access to the resort’s Aqua Park, even though it’s usually for an extra charge. He also arranged access to the specialty restaurants, and we tried the seafood restaurant—it was delicious, and the view by the sea was absolutely stunning. On our first day, Mahmoud even sent us a plate of fresh fruit and bottled drinks to our room, which was a lovely surprise. We also appreciated the early check-in at 12:00 PM (instead of 2:00 PM), and we were upgraded to a junior suite with a fantastic sea view. We were also allowed a late check-out at 1:00 PM—everything was handled with care. The pools were a lot of fun, especially for families, though we did notice there’s not much shaded area, even near the kids’ pools, which would be helpful during hot days. The food was delicious with a great variety at every meal—we really enjoyed it. A big thanks also to Ahmad from room service (building 3, second floor)—he was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. All the staff were smiling and welcoming—it really made our vacation feel special. Just a note: the shops inside the hotel are a bit pricey compared to stores outside, but that’s quite common in resort areas. Highly recommended—we would love to come back again!

By far the worst all inclusive resort I have ever been to. Firstly the food is absolutely awful. Breakfast being the worst. They do not cater for English guests. Being pregnant this is very concerning I feel like I haven’t ate properly all week apart from the nights I’ve been out for food. For breakfast I have eaten a slice of cake every morning I just cannot eat the slop they serve you. There is no variety and the same every day. The most disgusting sausages if that’s what you can even call them. I have attached photos. There is no snack bar. Just a food warmer with chicken nuggets and chips. The Italian restaurant was vile. Stone cold food that made me vomit. The drinks are also appalling. Most of the time they are warm. No proper cups. Staff can be very rude at times. We had no hot water for three days. Kept telling us try again with the taps on 5 mins. Finally changed rooms on the third day which was very inconvenient. The hotel is dirty needs a massive refurb. Cupboard door fell off in first room as it was that rotten. Entertainment is absolutely rubbish. Trying to relax at the pool and you are constantly harassed by people trying to sell you things. Whole hotel smells of sewage and the toilets are in a very unhygienic state. Will never return to this dump I advise anyone English to avoid this hotel and book somewhere with nice food in a better location. Naama bay is a lot better with places to eat on your door step. Do not recommend to anyone.

Most of the time personnel makes you feel like they are doing a big favour to you, communicating cold and not friendly. They practically don’t provide any information, so if you want to find out where lunch is going to be, where to get towels for pool, where is the gym or any kind of information you have to go to administration where they only point a finger, if you’re lucky they will say couple of words. Food is generally good, but some days there are rotten fruits that are being served and milk which already went bad. Rooms are okay-ish, but bathrooms… we ordered delux room and bathroom looked like it has every disease possible. For anyone who is considering ordering room in this hotel DON’T FORGET SLIPPERS FOR SHOWER. Room cleaning is very basic, mostly only wiping floors once. They even left our old towels and sheets and served them as new. On the last days they come to you and basicly force you to leave a good review with all 5 star ratings. One lady came to me, took my phone from my hands and left a good review. Maybe thats why this place has a good rating.

I had a wonderful stay at Continental Plaza and would like to share my great experience with the amazing team. The staff were incredibly humble, kind, and always willing to help. A very special thanks to Youssef at the front desk for his outstanding support during our stay—he truly made everything easier for us. Hamdy Rabea, the housekeeper, was always attentive, making sure our room was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Also, I’d like to highlight Rabea from the security team, who impressed me with his friendliness and personal touch—he always greeted me by name, which is something you rarely see in other hotels. These three gentlemen really stood out and deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication. On the other hand, coming from an F&B background myself, I believe the restaurants and bars could use some renovation and offer more variety for guests who are not on full board. Hopefully, these improvements can be made in the upcoming year. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely return. My family and I are currently staying in this wonderful resort - room 6108- view of the sea! The hotel is great with all the amenities you could want. The pools are always clean and fun places to be (could always do with a few more loungers as they do get taken quickly!) and the sea is delightful. Great spot for snorkelling, sunbathing or just bobbing about. The evening entertainment has been exceptional and the quality of the food served on site superb. Staff offer exceptional service, and we have had great care and assistance from a charming lady called Ghada, who pops up all over the place, and also Reem in customer service who has been most helpful . Our room cleaner Ahmed is great fun, very attentive and asks us every time we see him if he can get us anything or do anything for us. He always wants to make sure we are enjoying ourselves and have what we need. There are so many other staff members who are making our stay a joy we would recommend this resort to anyone. Not an English centric hotel by any means, but most of the staff speak very good English and we have felt very welcome at all times. Fellow Brits, you should try it!

Not a 5 star at all. Very bad service, from reception to the housekeeping supervisor. You have to wait more than 1 hour for everything you ask for. Even when you ask for something there is always a "NO SORRY". Also they don't give you the full informations. The last night we knew there was a night club at the hotel. Because no one informed us. The hair at the bedsheets and pillow so disgusting. Black spot on the sheets. Mima the housekeeping and Islam is the best. The housekeeping supervisor must be replaced by someone more professional. All the restaurant staff were so friendly and professional.

Disappointing Stay – Such a Shame After a Wonderful Visit Last Year I’m genuinely disappointed to be writing this review, especially after having such a brilliant experience at Palm Side Novotel Sharm El Sheikh last year. Back then, everything was perfect — the staff were warm, welcoming, and so kind with our babies. The food was excellent, the resort spotless, and it truly felt like a five-star stay. This time, however, it was a completely different story. I brought four more guests — my family, who had never been to Egypt before — and we all left feeling let down. Sadly, it’s actually put them off returning to Egypt at all, which says a lot about how poor the experience was. Pros: • The location in Naama Bay is ideal, especially if you’re into diving. • The beach is lovely and clean. • There are some excellent restaurants nearby (we know this from our previous visit). Cons: • Staff attitude was very hit and miss. While a few were friendly and tried to help, others were outright rude or dismissive. Some pretended not to understand basic English words like “beer” or “coffee,” which just felt unnecessary. • Lifeguards were inconsistent — shouting at us for small things (like babies wearing pool shoes, which others were allowed to do) or for having drinks near the pool. • Basic hospitality was lacking — things like not holding doors for guests with pushchairs, or acting as though we were an inconvenience to serve. It wasn’t just us who noticed this. • Our room keys constantly stopped working, which meant multiple trips back to reception — not fun with two children under two in tow. • The main restaurant food was poor. Limited choice, dirty plates, and overall just “meh.” Three of our eight ended up with stomach issues after eating there, so we chose to eat out most of the time. One particularly frustrating experience was at the Al Dente beach restaurant. We ordered a range of dishes — pizzas, pasta, chicken nuggets, rib-eye steaks — and nearly everything was disappointing. The pizzas were dripping with grease, and the wrong steaks were served. The manager that night (Nasr) did his best to resolve things, and I appreciated that, but the food quality overall was nowhere near what you’d expect from a 5-star resort. Someone finally asked if everything was okay on our last full day — but by then, it was far too late to change our impression. Overall, this visit was a total letdown compared to our last. I won’t be returning, and unfortunately, my family now have no interest in coming back to Egypt after this experience. I hate leaving a negative review, but it’s only fair to be honest so others can make an informed decision.

The hotel was quite outdated, with worn-out and broken furniture. Overall, it was very dirty. The shows were uninteresting and boring. The service was not very good, especially the administrator Ali, who showed no care toward the guests. However, the other administrators and animators were very nice and polite. The only good thing about this hotel was the beach—it was perfect for swimming. But I definitely wouldn’t come back to this hotel.

There is no entrainment during the evening for Adults or children. We were ready to come home very boring. They seem to cater for different countries expect UK. The food very basic chicken,rice, every day. The breakfast is not the same not alot for English people. I was sick of eating pancakes and omelette everyday. Not alot for children to eat either. The rooms are not very clean. The man that works by the pool asking for a tip on day two. Which I thought it was rude. When we already gave him a tip. Booked through Easyjet package hols. Second visits here, all the staff here from last year recognised us straight away and made us feel so welcome. The staff here are friendly and very helpful most speak 3 languages. Always a good veriety of food. The place is kept very clean. It's just a short walk ( 5mins) from the bars restaurants and shops. It has a pool with wave machine and another with two slides. Internet is good with wifi available through out.

Out of all the reception staff, he supported us the most and was always cheerful and polite. Food: The food was very diverse and tasty — I would rate it 8.5/10. There were different meal options every day, the salads were very fresh and flavorful, and both the oriental and western desserts were delicious. Everything was always clean, well-organized, and full of flavor. Special thanks to the chefs: • Pastry chefs: Kamal, Ramadan, Ashraf, and Mohamed • Food chefs: Emara, Hassanain, and Emad And a very special thank you to the amazing restaurant team: Mohamed Ashraf, Youssef (pizza chef), Ayman, Ahmed El Sayed, Hassan, Ahmed Aluxur, and Mohamed Khalaf. Aqua Park: The water was clean, and the Aqua Park was so much fun — our kids enjoyed it a lot. Special thanks to Mikhail, Hassan (“بتحبها”), and Ali Mohamed. Animation Team: The animation team organized different activities every day for both kids and adults. They were very kind and engaging. Special thanks to Camilo, Magid, and Ahmed. Spa: We had a massage session with Jamila and Morjan, and they were excellent! Highly recommend booking with them. Gym: The gym is well-equipped and clean, and the staff there are very friendly and professional. Special thanks to Mr. Raymon and Khalid for their support and kindness. Housekeeping: Towels and bed sheets were changed daily. The housekeeping team was very cooperative and polite. Special thanks to Mahrous, who took great care of our room. One of the best features of the hotel is that you can also visit the nearby Club Resort and Sea Life hotels and enjoy their pools and restaurants.

My family and I went here recently for our latest holiday (late review been busy will post pictures to prove we went). Overall it was one of the best and worst holidays we ever had. The hotel itself is very beautiful. Although it's not sea view (overrated anyway unless you aren't used to seeing the sea) we did have an incredible view of the Egyptian landscape from our front door. It's a bit surreal to see endless amounts of... well nothing at your front but at your back is this incredibly beautiful, well designed, and taken care of resort. I enjoyed this aspect very much and sometimes found myself just staring at the desert enjoying the warm breeze. The rooms are very spacious and clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff INSIDE the resort are very friendly and accommodating (I emphasize Inside for a reason). The water park is great my kids had a lot of fun and theres some cool contraptions you can figure out to manipulate the water flow. Perhaps the most unique part of this park however is the nightly entertainment. Although the shows are repetitive and not spontaneously thought of as we managed to catch about 2 or 3 of the same shows on our 14 day trip they were excellent! Particularly the fire bits 🔥. Now onto the bad parts and there are a few. Getting here (by plane) was perhaps the easiest part of the entire ordeal. After we arrived however well the airport security is incredibly rude and disorganized. It took us about 4 to 5 hours to get through security and out into the hectic nightmare surrounding the airport. The immediate fear of scammers and over whelming bombardment of taxis trying to sell you their services is very off putting but we managed. Later on during our trip we ended up meeting a great guy named Max who taxied us the rest of the trip even back to the airport when leaving (You can see his car driving around with a pornhub style sticker MaxiHub in the back window for anyone wondering). As for the resort itself I have two primary complaints. The food albeit not to few choices or to many choices is not good lol often times I preferred to not eat 😅. Breakfast was great though and there were some good foods like the fried chicken, the all inclusive package meant endless alcohol which was probably the bulk of my calories during our stay. The absolute worst part of the trip was the man operating the clothes store on the skirt of the resort but still within the property. This guy is a real piece of work when I walked around the corner to check my kids who ran ahead he grabbed my wife by the arm and tried to pull her into his shop. He made several remarks about her breasts while doing so and kept saying comments like "don't worry about him" when she said she had to go meet me literally around the corner. Needless to say when my wife told me about this I went and handled it without to many details, he didn't bother us the rest of the trip besides to offer my wife a gift one time to apologize and considering I'm making this review at home I'm willing to bet the camera in his shop is fake. My wife and I did not seperate the rest of the trip but I felt it important to include this part in the review because while everyone else is great this guy is a predator. Lastly and sorry for the long review there are limited airlines coming in and out of here and of course our airline Wizzair had a 3 day delay and we ended up stuck there for several days while we also were incredibly sick. These places get so many people that travel sickness just goes around endlessly so expect to get sick and bring otc medicine with.

In comparison to sunrise and pickalbatros , it is soooo far from being a 5 star or even 4 star, overrated, the principle is to operate with the least staff, least equipments and least quality of everything. Regarding my experience; 1st of all, mr.osama in the reception was nice, helpful and quick to make check in room 6511, no welcome drinks , no golf car to send you to your room. Room is spacious, it was a family suit, unfortunately it was not prepared by any means, dirty, no towels, no slippers ( which are supposed to be basics), they provided us with all after we called the reception, only one person is cleaning the whole corridor( lack of staff). Restaurant is crowded, food is delicious, but any( ready to eat or to drink ) is of very poor quality like artificial juice, chicken nuggets and sausage, no fresh juices ( you have to pay for it, not like other 5 stars hotel), service is very poor in the restaurant, no one is helping you even for water, lack of staff again in the restaurant too. People in the pool bars are very rude, not smily, not welcoming ( mostly because of staff shortage and work load). Internet wifi is very slow. Lack of hygiene is obvious specially in the night where u can find lots of flies without any spraying. Gardens and pools are well maintained, aqua park is excellent for kids and adults, life guards are helpful, smily and very nice to everyone, i have to thank them all. Animation team is very poor, kids club have very limited time * mainly working hours are the same like aqua park working hours which is non sense. Regarding beach, is very large, plenty of umbrellas to stay, snorkelling from pier is very good with lots of living corals and fish( needs very good swimmer because if high waves and high current) but again, no shuttle service to the sea, pier is about 1500 meter walking from the resort, which is so far specially for kids and old age people, only one golf car in the whole resort upon request,but usually not available. Anyway my kids got lot of fun in the aqua, but generally i do not recommend.

We had our very first family holiday at this beautiful resort, the staff were so friendly and the animation team were fantastic from the beginning of the day till the very end. The water slides were incredible and there is so much choice for children of all ages. Definitely visiting again!! Awesome place overall! The food is fantastic, the location is great, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. The resort really delivers on comfort and hospitality. However, there are a couple of minor downsides: The beach is quite small and not sandy — all four beach areas are rocky or pebbly, which might be disappointing if you're expecting soft sand. The resort is quite large, so be prepared for long walks between areas. Despite these, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!

Our stay at Safir Waterfalls Resort in Sharm El Sheikh was absolutely fantastic! The rooms, some of which just were renovated, are spacious, impeccably clean, and have great sea views. The air conditioning works perfectly, and both the rooms and common areas are maintained to a very high standard. The resort offers a wide range of facilities: a professional diving club, a relaxing spa, four beautiful swimming pools, and two excellent restaurants in addition to a high-quality daily buffet with plenty of variety. The private beaches are extensive, well-kept, and the marine life is simply stunning — perfect for snorkeling and diving. What truly made the difference was the staff. Every single employee was polite, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay, even adjusting to our schedules with great care and flexibility. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday experience, highly recommended!

One of the best experiences ever! From cleanliness to food to entertainment, everything was amazing at Safir Waterfalls. My friend and I went for a week and we were so sad to leave by the end of it. Everyone who worked there was so nice, the dining hall manager Ramy made sure we were taken care of the whole time, the pool bartenders Abdullah and Adel never let our drinks run out, and all the employees were a delight! The pools and rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the food was actually really good! We even tried some of the amenities there like the hair salon and the spa and we were NOT disappointed. Would definitely recommend a nice Turkish bath/massage while you’re there. We will definitely be back with more of our friends :)

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the past, usually choosing it to end my vacation after staying in other places it used to be a great value for money and a nice way to wrap up a trip. However, my recent stay was a huge disappointment. The overall quality has declined significantly, and unfortunately, it no longer offers the value or experience it once did. service have dropped, and the atmosphere is no longer relaxing or enjoyable. It felt chaotic and poorly managed compared to previous years. Sadly, I’ve decided not to stay here again. If you’re considering this hotel, I’d strongly suggest spending just a little more to stay somewhere else you’ll get a much better experience.

The hotel is good for the children's heated pool, Ibrahim (one of the staff) and not much more. There's very little variation in the food in the buffet and if you aren't there for the rush as soon as its open, you're either eating cold food or chips! The bar service was tough as there was a language barrier between us and the staff (we are English speaking) often we were smirked at and just met with no, we asked what cocktails they did and got told 3....that was it. We travelled as a family of 3, it took us 3 visits to reception and 2 days to get a 3rd bath towel and a plug so we could bath our toddler. The kettle didn't work and was never changed fornus during our stay. The room was acceptable but definitely not 4 star standard, closer to 2.5/3 star. When lifting the mat in the shower so we could bath our toddler it was full of black mould underneath, the fridge wasn't clean and there was a musky smell from clothes in the wardrobe, the main part of the room was clean and tidy and the room tidied everyday if we wished along with bottles of water as and when we needed. You will be greeted/bothered by staff members whilst sitting poolside for excursion sales, massage sales etc. after day 2 it became annoying for us. The entertainment is hard to get involved in as it is mainly in Russian due to that being the main nationality in the hotel about 80% of the guests were Russian. Wouldn't recommend this hotel even with it's cheap nightly stay price, spend a little more and go elsewhere would be our choice in future.

Lovley hotel. We have really enjoyed our stay here and are sad to be going home. The animation team are all so friendly and make a real effort to get to know you and involve you in activities. Bar staff are all super friendly too. The food is good, we found something to eat every evening and tried the Italian on the beach which was nice! The beach at the sister hotel is clean and can see beautiful fish right at the shore. We done a camel ride in the desert at sunrise and it was such a lovely experience - all arranged through the excursion team at the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of August and absolutely loved our vacation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the food is varied and delicious, and there was even ice cream by the pool every day. We arrived earlier than the official check-in time, but within just 30 minutes we were already settled in our room. The staff is extremely attentive, friendly, and always available wherever you go. Housekeeping takes care of the rooms daily, the pool is kept perfectly clean with several people maintaining it, and it’s never a problem to find a free sunbed thanks to the helpful staff. The animation team is lively and fun, yet not intrusive, making the atmosphere very pleasant. This hotel is an excellent choice for a family holiday. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I came here on my honeymoon and I had the best time! It was my first time in Sharm and Egypt and I couldn’t have chose a better place! The service was amazing! The tepenyaki restaurant was one of the best I’ve had ever all throughout Canada and America! Even though you have to pay extra for it, it was worth it! The food was amazing everything tasted fresh and homemade. I would definitely come again and I look forward to it! The spa was maybe the only thing I had an issue with as the prices were about 7 times the amount I would’ve paid in LA. And I would’ve liked more privacy in the spa. But other than that it was a good experience! Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants great service and food.

This was the first visit to this hotel, but it certainly will not be the last. The Lebanese restaurant deserves special mention, as they serve the most delicious meals. There were very few umbrellas on the beach, so we never even made it to the sea. Plus, getting to the sea itself was quite a quest — and we didn’t complete that quest. They just want money for literally everything, a taxi costs $4–6, and the hotel adds a 3–4x markup. Same goes for the little shop inside the hotel. Prices are even higher than in Europe. Usually hotels have a pharmacy, but this one only had a Private Clinic where they wanted €50 for a visit plus the cost of medicine. The same medicine cost €2 at the pharmacy. Also, I got really bad food poisoning, even though I only drank and washed with bottled water. The hotel is supposedly 5 stars, but it absolutely doesn’t deserve that rating. I forgot my SIM card in the room, wrote to them about it — no one ever bothered to reply. I definitely wouldn’t come here again, and honestly, I wouldn’t go to Egypt at all — there, you’re just a walking wallet to them.

There could be more fruit though — currently, the apricots are unripe, and twice a week you have to “fight” for watermelon. • Good spa. • Nice rooms with comfortable beds. • Pools are great. Cons: • Swimming in the sea is difficult due to corals and shallow water; the pier is long and often closed. • Local alcohol is low quality. The wine is undrinkable! • Gym is small, without working air conditioning or support staff. • Mixed service — some staff friendly, while others are outright rude (especially the guy with braces at the beach bar). • Unusual wristband system separates guests by nationality, with different meals and activities. • Entertainment is weak, except for great animator Ryan from the UK. ( special thanks)! The drink selection, evening entertainment, and professional training for the bar staff should be improved. Our rating: 3 stars.

Everything is nice except animation, only 30 minutes in the evening and you will fall asleep. I advise this hotel for couples who like to sleep after 9 pm. Definitely not for young people who like evening entertainment or disco. Also, there are many shops near hotel.

world's worst 5-star hotel. can you imagine a 5-star hotel without wifi and poor hygiene in public areas? few of the staff were friendly but the majority were rude as can be. Italian music everywhere. the restaurant and the food was incredibly of poor quality. staff who clean the room come and knock and wake up the guests at 7 in the morning to clean the room and he always expects to be paid for it. when it comes to the pool, I have never seen dirtier water. the beach chairs are probably from the 80s. last but not least, it was clearly stated before I booked that the hotel had animation every evening, which is not true. everyone who lives in the hotel gathers at the reception every evening to be able to connect to reasonably good wifi, then everyone goes to bed at 10 p.m. Personally, I will never book at this hotel again.

Best resort ever. Absolutely loved it! The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, and even the other guests had such good vibes. You instantly feel welcomed here. The resort is huge, with plenty of pools and activities, so there’s always something fun to do. The food is amazing. lots of variety, with different restaurants for main meals and tons of snacks and drinks afterward. The rooms are spotless, modern, and beautifully furnished. Honestly, for the price, it’s a steal compared to other resorts that don’t even come close to this level. Definitely a go-to option! And just to be clear I’m writing this review completely on my own. No one asked or forced me to do it; they simply deserve the credit.

Overall it was a good experience, the waiters at the Soprano and the Beach Bar were all very nice. The rooms were kept clean daily, the outside areas and beach were very clean and well kept. Some people at the reception could be more friendly but overall cannot complain about the people. You do get better treatment when you tip anyone so thats something to consider. The prices around the area are extremely high for tourists, if you are offered a Safari excursion and need a scarf they will try to sell it for 30 Euros when just 10min walking distance we got some for 5 and also the shops selling oils will try to sell for 30 to 40 Euros when normal would be like 20. That has nothing to do with the Hotel but it would be nice to have some guidence at the hotel

Hotel is a little bit old, rooms aren’t perfectly clean, but room service is on very high level. Animation very similar every day, nothing unusual more animations for kids actually than for adults. Restaurant a la carte Asian is on very high level, delicious food and perfect service. Unfortunately Italian restaurant was on different level, atmosphere was nervous, we were sitting almost one hour and waiting for service us and get something to drink. We had dinner booked at 20:30 and they seated us half an hour later. We received our order after another hour. Main restaurant was okay. Glasses a bit dirty in restaurant and pool bars. Waiter at main restaurant will serve you only for two days unless you give him a tip, if you don’t, he will move to another client. Overall the stay at the hotel was good, but it’s definitely not 5 stars, rather low 3 stars in Europe. Major thanks for lady which is opening the door, and life guard Hassan, which everyday was supporting us and pass the ball when we play water polo.

Our stay at Albatros Palace Resort was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is elegant, clean, and full of life. The pools are fantastic, the beach is crystal clear, and the food choices are endless. The animation team keeps everyone entertained all day — it’s truly a paradise for both couples and families. The best memory from our entire trip, though, was our Evening Bedouin Dinner & Stargazing Safari with PyraSafari. It was a magical experience from start to finish. We were picked up directly from Albatros Palace Resort in comfortable jeeps, drove through the peaceful desert, and arrived at a Bedouin village where we rode camels and enjoyed traditional tea as the sun set behind the mountains. After a delicious Bedouin-style dinner, we used a professional telescope to watch the moon, planets, and thousands of stars. The PyraSafari guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the evening feel truly special. I can’t recommend PyraSafari’s stargazing and Bedouin dinner tour enough — it’s romantic, relaxing, and gives you a taste of real Egyptian culture. Perfect if you’re staying in any Albatros resort in Sharm El Sheikh and want an unforgettable night under the desert sky.

We recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately our check-in experience was very disappointing. We arrived a bit early and understood that the rooms were not ready yet, which is perfectly fine. However, even after the official check-in time had passed, we were still left waiting for a long time before being given our rooms. When we finally received the rooms, they were not the same as what we had originally booked. The service at the reception desk was extremely poor. The staff had no patience, showed no willingness to help, and even reacted with frustration when we asked several times about our rooms. One of them even said “ugh” out loud in front of us, which was very unprofessional. We were a group of 9 people with 3 rooms, and this left a very negative impression. On the positive side: The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. The spa is wonderful, and the treatments there are truly professional. The restaurant staff and chefs were excellent and provided outstanding service. The room cleaning was also very good. However, the rooms themselves need improvement, and the reception service must be taken seriously. Additionally, on check-out we were told to return all room and towel cards. One card was missing, and the front desk insisted we pay $12 for it. I find this unreasonable and unfair. In summary, while the hotel has great potential, the reception team’s service is far below expectations and urgently needs improvement.

What I didn't like was that all Pools were only 1.40. Wich is not enjoyable for Adults and the swimming area on the Beach very very limited. I overall really enjoyed our stay :)!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, well-organized, and the service was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and made sure that all our needs were met, which made the overall experience very enjoyable. The only downside was the representatives from the spa and water activities. They were a bit too persistent, constantly approaching us to offer their services even after we had made it clear multiple times that we were not interested. It felt somewhat uncomfortable at times. Other than that, the hotel itself was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews here, because my stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect – the food was fresh, tasty, and always enjoyable, and the hygiene standards were excellent. The resort itself is very large, yet it never felt crowded, which made it even more relaxing. I especially loved the snorkeling in the sea – such a beautiful experience with plenty to see underwater. The staff were also extremely friendly, attentive, and professional, making me feel welcome at all times. Overall, everything was top from A to Z, and I would happily come back again without hesitation!

But some adjustment should be made concerning: Buffet: same food every day, need improvemnet in the taste and diversity Drinks: even if its all inclusive resort. Only local alcoholic drinks are available(not good quality) . No other options. even in the local market there is no imported alcohol need to bring it from your home country or duty free( very expensive) Entertaiment and music: The entertainment team do activities by day( aqua gym,zumba, volley darts....) foam party and by night the show and entertainment should be improved.at 11 the music is turned off. The music at the pool is not continuously played (the DJ is good) so the visitors bring their own music (loud) different kind of music at the same time. This may disturb others. Even if the management was informed but no action was done. SPA: we booked a vip spa session 2hours ,jacuzzi ( cold water),turkish bath, sauna ,steam,scrub,massage . The 2 girls were great and professional but the location is too small for a couple needed to wait our turn for each (1 by 1)session only for the massage 2 beds are available. This place is well maintained clean and with great location and service. But need some improvements which will attract more visitors and satisfaction.

Especially if ones want to skip lunch; they can always take fast food from the snack bar. Wonderful and welcoming staff. Great and thrilling water slides were cherry on the top. We had a nine-night reservation at the Pickalbatros Aqua Park Hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh with Love Holidays, which was confirmed on the website. The hotel, however, claimed to have only received payment for eight nights. The receptionist advised us to call Love Holidays and sort this out or pay them , as we had already overstayed by two hours. We paid them $145, after which they allowed us to retrieve our luggage. I don't know who was at fault, but our vacation and experience were significantly ruined ! I'd also like to highlight the excellent work of our room cleaner, Fathy Mohamed, and our steward, Omar Eid. They make our stay at the hotel even better !

Excellent resort with a big aquapark and multiple pools. While some slides are geared towards younger kids, those for kids above 6 or adults are limited. However, guests can visit Pickalbatros Aqua Blu, which offers a wide range of slides, a wave pool, and a lazy river. The staff throughout the resort were very kind and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade from a standard room to a family room, which was much more comfortable for our family of four. The food was good, with a variety of buffet options and several restaurants to choose from, although a bit more variety would be appreciated. One suggestion for improvement would be to add ventilators or fans in outdoor areas to combat the heat. Overall, we had a very nice experience and would consider coming back. Thank you to everyone for your generosity and hospitality.

I recently stayed at Reef Oasis Beach in Sharm El Sheikh and overall it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the vibe was relaxing yet lively, and the resort has so many amenities that it’s well suited to couples, families, and everyone in between. Below are some of the highlights that made my stay memorable: --- What I Loved Stunning Beach & Coral Reef The private beach is beautiful—crystal-clear water, great snorkeling right from the shore. The coral reef (Temple Reef) offers lots of marine life and is perfect for snorkeling adventures. Pools, Pools, Pools There are lots of pools (both large & small) all well-maintained: family pools, adult-only pools, and even heated ones. Whether you want to swim laps, float, splash, or relax by the water, there is always a pool that fits the mood. Food & Bars Plenty of variety: buffet and à la carte options. I tried the grill, the Indian restaurant, and some beach-snacks, and they were all good. There are many bars around the resort and by the beach, so it's never hard to grab a drink or a snack. Entertainment & Activities The resort does a good job keeping things fun. From daytime sports like volleyball, darts, water zumba , to evening shows, live music, and relaxing lounge bars. It never felt boring. For kids, there’s a Mini Club, water features, and kid-friendly shows.

Excellent resort! PRO's: Very good all inclusive service with 2 main restaurants and 4 a-la-carte ones. It has an incredible coral reef accessible by a long water pontoon. Staff is quite friendly, not excessively though. The resort is made in oriental style and makes you feel like in a story from the 1001 Arabian nights. The main tourists are Italians that even have specific programs, clubs and theater. The resort is very well maintained and the cleaning is real good. On the beach you can find sunbeds even if you arrive late, eg. 10, 11 o'clock CON's: the evening entertainment is quite poor and the Egyptian night is incredibly lame, with a fat belly dancer

We had 6 nights at Reef Oasis and just about every single moment was wonderful! The beds were very comfortable, loved having the pool right outside our sliding door, the food was delicious every single day and a big shout out to Yasser, our pool barman in block 3 - always had a smile on his face and nothing was ever a bother. The beach was an easy walk from our rooms (with a nice little reef at the end of a pontoon that you could have a snorkel), as were the strip of shops nearby (Dahab Center). The old market was less than 10 mins away via taxi too. All in all, a great location and a great resort.

This is a wonderful hotel, 15 mins from the airport. Hotel is super clean, friendly, well maintained. Good selection of food in the restaurants, and extra restaurants you can go to. The pools are lovely, several of them, they never feel super busy. The beach is also lovely, you can walk down to the beach from within the hotel complex, again really clean and well kept. They have a pontoon you can walk out on and then swim with the fish, so cool. Water is lovely and warm. Not a negative just a suggestion as we should have done this, put a note on your booking if you prefer a quieter room etc. certain rooms are right next to pool, others the bar etc just depends what you like. The rooms that walk out onto the pool are lovely but we are boring and just wanted a quieter room ha ha. The hotel moved us upon request. They are very accommodating and wanting to please. Very few English guests here, mainly Russian and Italian. At times language barrier with staff a little tricky but the staff try soooo hard to help with what ever they can, they are so attentive.

We had a truly horrible experience at Hotel V Sharm El Sheikh just a day ago, and I feel obligated to warn others. We booked two double rooms (one big bed in each) for two couples. Instead, they gave us twin rooms with two separate beds. There were also issues with cleaning — once they forgot towels, and another time a foul stench from a nearby room engulfed ours. While these were “fixed” after we complained at reception, it already showed the staff’s incompetence. The stay itself was nothing special. The food was mediocre compared to other hotels we’ve been to. The real nightmare started on the last day. We paid for late check-out and left the room at 6 PM, handing our luggage to the hotel for safekeeping. At dinner time, the problems exploded. First, the receptionist falsely accused us of taking a third room card and demanded $10. We had never taken such a card. They checked their journal not once, not twice, but three times, asked another colleague, and still found nothing — because there was nothing to find! Yet instead of apologizing, they cut our bracelets and tried to extort money for allegedly overstaying late check-out. We refused, because we had already left at the agreed time, and their own cleaner went into the room right after we checked out. We even wasted 30 minutes waiting on the road for their transfer car with our luggage, which they conveniently ignored. It was obvious they were trying to rob us before departure, plain and simple. When we went to our reserved dinner, three different hotel employees came one after another, harassing us and claiming we owed $50 each for dinner because our bracelets had been cut. Let me be clear: we had made the dinner reservation days prior, on our arrival day, through their own machine at reception. That machine requires your room number, arrival, and departure dates — so they knew exactly when our stay ended. The system gave us no warning, no confirmation, no mention anywhere that we would be charged for the dinner. Yet one of their rude employees told us we were “supposed to know.” Really? From where? It wasn’t written anywhere, not in the machine, not in the welcome information sheet, nowhere. This was a deliberate scam. We asked to see the manager. They told us to sit and wait in the lobby. After two hours of waiting, no manager ever appeared. When our bus finally arrived, the rudest and most unprofessional Egyptian employee we’ve ever encountered — wearing a nametag that said “hozmy” — tried one last scam. He approached the transfer company representative and told him in Arabic that we owed $200 for dinner. When the rep told us what he’d said, I confronted hozmy directly. He smirked, admitted the manager was “long gone,” and when I pressed him on why we were told to wait for a manager if that were the case, he arrogantly turned to the rep and said, “I’m talking to him, not you.” His behavior was appalling — a disgrace to any establishment pretending to call itself a hotel. To Hotel V / Pyramisa management: if this is the kind of staff you hire and keep — liars, scammers, and arrogant thugs like “hozmy” — then it’s no wonder your hotel wasn’t recommended to us by the travel company. The only reason we booked was because our parents had a good experience at your Hurghada location two years ago. Now we know the truth: your Sharm El Sheikh property is a scam-ridden disgrace, designed to rob guests before they leave. We will tell every single friend and relative about this experience so they never make the mistake of staying here. We will also be claiming back the money you tried to extort for that dinner. If you dare to respond, provide me with an actual phone number or email — but given the cowardice of your so-called management, I doubt you will. Stay far, far away from this hotel.

I stayed at V Hotel Sharm El Sheikh and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is stylish, the rooms are comfortable, food is delicious sometimes repetitive but its good , and you can see that management invests a lot to keep guests happy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and I really enjoyed the stay. That said, there are some areas where the service needs improvement. A few interactions at the reception and with some staff felt unprofessional and not up to a consistent standard. These small things can affect the overall impression and keep it from being a true 5-star experience. I would still recommend the hotel, but with better staff training and consistency, it could easily match the 5-star level it aims for.

The tour started with pickup right from our hotel, and within minutes we were on a modern glass-bottom boat sailing over the coral reefs of the Red Sea. The view was breathtaking — colorful fish, clear turquoise water, and the incredible marine life of Sharm. Then we went on the semi-submarine, which allowed us to go below the surface and watch the reefs up close like in an aquarium! PyraSafari’s team made everything easy — very friendly, organized, and perfect for kids. They even took family photos for us during the ride. The staff at this resort are very welcoming, friendly, and eager to help with anything you might need. We communicated with them very well in English, but they also speak Russian and even Italian quite well. The rooms are very clean and thoroughly sanitized every day. Some of them are located in quieter areas, perfect for those seeking peace and rest. The resort offers a wide range of activities and benefits for its guests, from daily entertainment by the pool and evening shows on the terraces, to bowling, ice skating, spa, sauna, jacuzzi, massage, and more. The food is diverse, offering a variety of options to suit every taste. These include traditional Egyptian dishes, international cuisine, a variety of desserts, and fresh fruit every day. For those with allergies or specific dietary preferences such as vegan or vegetarian, the staff makes sure meals are prepared according to their needs. So this is my honest review and in no way intended to make the hotel seem bad but I’m going to be as real as I can be. The start did not start well we got shown to a garden room that was so damp and mouldy u could smell it in the air a soon as you walked in the bed was even damp the walls was wet poor start we refused that room and go took to a different one it was ok very outdated an I will say this hotel is not 5 star:( no robes slippers or even a bit of fruit to welcome u as I’ve experienced in other 5stars water was complimentary but all other options had to pay also DO NOT USE ON SITE shop! It should be illegal what they charge! Maltesers an orange juice 8pound! There a supermarket a little walk down and it’s reasonable and came back with a bag full for 8pound! Ok the food…. Let me just say I’m not a fussy eater but the food there was cold and not much choice I honestly felt hungry everyday as food was so inedible and the puddings were same everyday dry and lacked taste everyday I mean this was a bad food day! Breakfast was shocking I don’t understand all these good reviews because it wasn’t what we experienced cocktails like water not allowed a fizzy drink untill 10😳alcohol very watered down entertainment…well let’s just say we were in room watching movies most nights absolute dire!😩I wouldn’t return to that hotel honestly we went hurgadah last year and it was amazing! Pools lovely beach lovely! Staff lovely! Reception staff a bit rude! We left the hotel very disappointed ☹️ I need a holiday to recover from this holiday! Cleaning staff amazing! The ones behind the scenes make the hotel we tipped our room cleaner 40 pound he worked so hard we gave gardeners drinks as they sweated al day in sun why management micro manage it’s quite sad really how hard they work for pittance I wouldn’t recommend this hotel either and it’s not a 5star it’s. 2 and half at a push! Having a great stay here. The hotel itself is very nice, looks great. Rooms are very big and cleaning is good. Food has good variety and well cooked. There are plenty of activities to do here and plenty of ways to relax as well. Honourable mention to the animation staff, they really are the heart of the place. Hotel for the price is very good. Some furniture needs changing or repairing. Especially the chairs in the restaurant. Everything else is quite okay. Food was really good and the drinks as well. WI-FI was available everywhere (beach and rooms included) Water is amazing. You have a few corals where you can snorkel with quite a few fishes however don't expect that the corals are alive. Entertainment was okay. Pool is great. Sport activities as well are awesome. The bartenders don't always know good English so sometimes you struggle a bit with them however we didn't really mind that.

We stayed for one week on an all-inclusive basis. While the hotel has beautiful rooms and fantastic entertainment staff who made our trip enjoyable, there are some serious issues that need improvement for a true 5-star experience. Food & Safety: The food was highly repetitive, with roughly half of it seemingly reused from the previous day. In Egypt’s extreme heat, this raises food safety concerns. My sister and I both experienced food poisoning twice during our stay. On several occasions, vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers) were visibly off, coconut milk was sour, and dairy products were expired. Food labeling was often inaccurate or incomplete – a serious risk for guests with allergies. We witnessed one guest with a peanut allergy being served peanuts without any warning on the label. All dishes should be labeled clearly and accurately. Reception & Service: The reception staff need significant training in professionalism and communication. On our departure day, luggage collection took over 30 minutes despite advance notice, and staff gave conflicting instructions about where to leave the bags. Rather than being helpful, they displayed visible frustration and spoke to each other in a way that appeared to mock guests. Additionally, despite having rooms closer to the beach, we were assigned ones far from reception, which was challenging for my diabetic mother. Positives: The entertainment team was outstanding, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the setting is beautiful. Summary: This hotel has great potential, but serious improvements in food safety, allergy labeling, and staff professionalism are essential. With these addressed, it could truly deliver on its 5-star promise.

One of the best decisions we made. Jolie Ville truly felt magical, beautiful, peaceful, and full of life. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. The place is spotless, spacious, and everything, from the beach to the pool to even the restrooms, was so well cared for. I went with my family, and what stood out most was how safe and comfortable it felt for all of us. It’s a perfect place for families, plenty to do, great food, kind staff, and a very relaxed vibe. We made amazing memories together, and we’re already looking forward to the next time.

Our stay: 2 adults (husband and wife) — 4 nights from August 23rd to 27th, 2025. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the private beach is absolutely beautiful. However, there are many issues that really need attention. First of all, it’s definitely not value for money. We paid 9,000 EGP per night, which is a price I could have easily paid at another hotel and received much better service in every aspect. The food quality is inconsistent — sometimes it’s very good, and other times it’s quite poor. The breakfast buffet is weak, with many missing items that should be available in a hotel of this category. Staff behavior was another big issue. Around 50% of the staff treated Egyptian guests very badly for no reason at all. There was a clear sense of discrimination against Egyptians, which was extremely disappointing. On the other hand, the reception team, room service, and guest relations staff were polite, professional, and very respectful. The room itself was very worn out and clearly needs a full renovation. The swimming pool is okay but small, and although there are three aqua park slides, one of them was always out of service. That said, I have to give credit where it’s due — the aqua park supervisor was an exceptionally kind and polite person, always smiling and helpful. The same goes for Mr. Ragab from housekeeping and some of the waiters, who were all genuinely nice. Unfortunately, there is still a noticeable level of discrimination against Egyptian guests in this hotel. I really hope management takes these issues seriously and works on fixing them, because this place has great potential and could be as good as it used to be.

This was our first time staying at this hotel, and overall, we had a fantastic experience. The place is beautiful, clean, and well-organized. The staff were kind and professional, and everything from the room to the restaurant exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights of our stay was meeting Luca, one of the guides. Even though it was our first time meeting him, he made a deep impression on us. Luca was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about his work. He brought the tours to life in a way that made us feel connected to the place and its stories. He truly added something special to our visit. That’s why we were shocked and disappointed to learn that Luca had been let go. It’s difficult to understand how someone who clearly made such a positive impact on guests could be dismissed. Losing someone like Luca is, in our opinion, a big mistake. We still enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, but we sincerely hope the management reflects on this decision. People like Luca are rare—and they’re the reason guests remember a place long after they leave.

The hotel is lovely and the staff can't do enough to help out. The service whilst good takes an age. Getting a tea or coffee in the mornings is at least a 15-20minute wait that's after you've finally been asked what you would like. The location is good and the choice of restaurants is very good, we found the Italian was one of the best and we're very critical being avid Italian food devotees. There are plenty of pools and lots of sunbeds. We were disappointed that you could only get local beer and spirits free having been in Belek Turkey which we rate very highly and hoped this would be the same here. Its been a return visit to the area we were last here 10-12 years ago but we won't be back again. Shame as we had very many happy memories. They do say you should never go back!!!!

A wonderful hotel, we will definitely come back here! Very professional staff. Delicious food both in the main restaurant and in the à la carte restaurants (we visited the Italian, Egyptian, and Mongolian ones), and the Posh Club is the best. The beach is clean, the sea is amazing, and lifeguards are very attentive to safety of the guests. The aquapark is fantastic - lots of different slides, and the water is shallow so children can play everywhere without adult assistance. I would like to say thanks to Ahmed, who kept our room clean and tidy, and who is a huge football fan. And to Shady, an employee of the Posh Club, who was always ready to help us, and made our vacation unforgettable.

We did not try the ones with extra cost, but the ones included were great! The reef ?? Omg the reef - i was so sad that we only snorkled here on our last day. Magical! First visit to Egypt and blown away by the service, friendly staff and attention to detail. The hotel has many different restaurants all serving high quality and delicious food. We stayed beside the adult only pool and had our drink orders taken and brought to us at the poolside. Constant cold water also provided - when you woke up from an afternoon sleep always a fresh water bottle beside you! How amazing. Ibrahim at the pool bar is a legend and always so attentive. We chose sun bed positions we liked and everyday our towels were laid out for us and sun brolley adjusted throughout the day. The pool area was spotless and constantly maintained by Mahmoud. Cannot find fault with our experience and will definitely be back again.

Your things may disappering. The reef is very beautiful. And there are a lot of good swimming pools. But unfortunately, the rest of the hotel service is quite poor. You may snorkel at the reef from neighboring hotels. Of the three slides in the pool, only two are working. In the rooms, the bed linens are not changed, only made, although they should be changed every three days. Regarding the food, almost all the meat dishes are overdried and very tough. The food is often oversalted and peppered. Juices and drinks are heavily watered down. Although the desserts are delicious. The most unpleasant and unsafe thing is when you return to the beach and one of your sunbeds is missing. This happened four times in a week. The day before departure, a towel also went missing along with the sunbed. Since every time I returned four towels, they only tried to return three cards. And upon checkout, the concierge immediately told me I'd lost my towel card. That is why I have to think the hotel staff is making money off of lost towel cards. The staff doesn't do any security checks, either through cameras or otherwise, and I have to pau charge for the "lost" card. We've vacationed in many other countries, including Egypt for the third time, but we've never experienced such a criminal situation. I've never felt so unsafe anywhere. So, be very careful with your belongings and towels at this hotel. The rooms are far from the beach, so going back to your room to get your things during the day is a chore. Be prepared to spend time worrying about the safety of your belongings rather than relaxing.

Amazing Stay at Sentido Reef Oasis Senses Resort! We had an absolutely incredible experience at Sentido Reef Oasis Senses Resort. From the moment we arrived, the manager, Mahmoud, and staff were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Housekeeping was outstanding, thanks to Muhammad. Our room was spotless every single day, with fresh bottled water provided daily. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable; I highly recommend choosing a comfort room with a pool view – it’s worth it! (Rooms 2109 and 2110) The bar staff were fantastic, always friendly and attentive – never an empty glass! The buffet at the main restaurant was impressive, offering a wide variety of dishes that changed daily. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Guests also have access to à la carte restaurants, which is a fantastic addition. The Indian restaurant, Maharaja, was by far the best! The resort boasts numerous swimming pools, including an adults-only option, which was perfect for relaxing in peace. The entire property is immaculate, maintained to an exceptionally high standard that truly reflects its 5-star rating. After ten days in this paradise, we can honestly say this was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend Sentido Reef Oasis Senses Resort to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. 10/10 – Pure perfection!

The hotel is very nice and beautiful, ideal for those looking to relax in a calm atmosphere. The design and cleanliness are excellent – rooms are cleaned daily, and everything looks well-maintained. However, the entertainment is very limited and mostly focused on Russian guests. The same music plays every day, and it’s mostly Russian songs. There’s no music around the pool during the afternoon, which makes it very quiet – too quiet, sometimes. It would be great to hear a mix of music (some pop or international tracks), not just Russian or techno. Entertainment overall could use more variety and energy. On the bright side, the hotel staff is very friendly, and the service is great. A special mention goes to Sayed, the restaurant manager – he is very kind, helpful, professional, and truly the best person we met in the hotel. One important tip: do not take a taxi from the hotel – it’s much more expensive. It’s better to walk just outside the hotel and take a regular taxi from there. For example, you can get to the Old Town for about $4, while the hotel taxis ask for much more. Overall, it was a nice holiday, especially for relaxing, but the entertainment needs improvement. If you’re not Russian, you might feel a bit left out. Still, the hospitality and calm environment make it worth visiting. However, if you’re coming for the beach, this may not be the right hotel. The entry to the beach is difficult and not easily accessible, which can be disappointing if you expected a classic beach experience.

Disappointed with the hotel – poor service and food The hotel looks nice, with lots of greenery and fairly modern rooms. However, the service completely ruins the experience. The food is terrible, always the same, and there’s almost no fruit selection. Many bartenders are rude and behave as if you owe them. The reception is unhelpful — they laugh in your face instead of solving problems. Every second staff member tries to trick you in some way. Sadly, the attitude of the staff and the low-quality food make this hotel not worth recommending.

The hotel clearly used to be a 5 star resort when it was new, but since it's inception in 2000 the few "upgrades" the rooms and resort itself had just doesn't compare to todays 5 stars. 1. Some of the staff speaks english, but most don't or very little to the point where I wasn't sure if they didn't understand me or were just being rude. 2. Bar/drink staff doesn't know how to make any coctails or drinks, when asked for coke & rum was given 220ml of rum and 30ml of coke. No ice. Gin & tonic is apparently vodka & 7up. 3. Decepting customers with "Ultra" all inclusive and "Royal" all inclusive, theres nothing special about ultra its standart all inclusive. Keep in mind all positives and negatives may be room specific.

This was our first time traveling to Egypt, and we chose Sharm El Sheikh. The resort is beautiful, and the staff are friendly, professional, and welcoming. The food is good buffet style for breakfast, dinner, and even midnight snacks, with everything included, even alcohol. The pools are lovely, with lots of options for indoor or outdoor swimming, and there’s a slide for everyone. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, and we especially loved using the indoor pool. Overall, it’s a good experience and definitely worth the money.

We’ve been to HV Turkey 5 times so wasn’t sure what we were going to get with HV Egypt however it’s a lovely place and certainly less cramped than Turkey around the pools. HV Egypt at the moment feels a little less crazy than Turkey lol. The staff will do anything at all for you and yes they work for tips which is very different to Turkey however how much you give them to how much they try and help you is always worth it. Ahmed & Mohammed serving around the pool is very friendly and hard working all the time. They are on their feet all day with a smile on their face. They really want to serve and look after you which is very nice. Our room cleaner Abdel hameed who is cleaning our room 10325 is very kind and again very helpful. We’re still on this holiday now and thoroughly enjoying it. The food in the buffet isn’t as good as HV turkey but HV turkey in my eyes is somewhat amazing. Here in Egypt for dinner you can go to the buffet which does have a good selection with salads and hot food etc but you can also go to food court which will cook pizza , pasta , chicken wraps , chips etc or you can also go to the Greek and get other food cooked for you for dinner which literally takes 10 minutes for the food to come out. Superb service again throughout. We’ve been to two restaurants at the mo with the Indian booked tonight. The Greek taverna restaurant and bamboo Asian restaurant were both superb with half the group saying the bamboo is better and the other half saying the Greek taverna was better but both were amazing. I must give a shout out to the lifeguards too as they are always keeping an eye on the pool area and making sure people are safe, rasford the lifeguard is amazingly funny, friendly and helpful giving us advise about the hotel, sharm and Egypt 🙏🏼

I was especially touched by the surprise the team prepared for my birthday – it made my day very special. The staff were all incredibly helpful and kind, especially Sherif from the main restaurant, whose service was outstanding. I also appreciated the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. The only downside was the slides – they were a bit short and slow, and kids sometimes got stuck on them. We stayed here for a week and overall had a decent experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Room: We booked a swim-up room in the adults-only area. The room itself was quite nice and quiet, which we appreciated. However, our pool barely got any sun, so the water was too cold to enjoy, the other side of the building seems to have better sun exposure. The bathroom also had a funny smell that never really went away. Food: The food wasn’t bad, but there wasn’t much variety. Breakfast and lunch were basically the same every day, and dinner only changed slightly. The à la carte restaurants were disappointing. not just in terms of authenticity, but simply in taste. Surprisingly, the buffet was better, which is rare for an all-inclusive resort. Drinks: No imported alcohol, which is pretty standard. The drinks themselves were fine and had real alcohol (not watered down), but you need to know what to order. Once you figure out what you like, it’s enjoyable enough. Service: This is the area that really needs improvement. Some staff, especially the younger ones, were friendly and tried their best. However, many of the older staff were indifferent or even rude, no greetings, no eye contact, and sometimes they’d just tilt their chin up as if to say “what do you want?”. One bartender at the waterfall bar even walked away in the middle of my order. On a positive note, the staff at Churchill were lovely and very professional. There were also staff walking around asking how we felt about the food or service, but they didn’t seem to understand much English beyond “all good”. One even asked me to write a review in front of her so she could take a photo. Pre- and Post-Stay Communication: Before arrival, I got a message from the reception manager asking if I had any requests or questions. I replied right away, but never got a response. When we checked out, he asked for feedback. I gave him honest comments, but he didn’t seem to understand and just asked me to write a review. So… here it is. Overall, it’s a beautiful resort with potential, but the service and consistency definitely need improvement

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful honeymoon at Sunrise. We had a swim up deluxe double room. The facilities were fantastic, and we were really impressed with how well maintained the resort is on a daily basis. We had such a relaxing stay. The food at the buffet has a great deal of variety. Amazing stay at Jaz Fanara - could not have asked for more! The views are out of this world and never done snorkelling like it! The staff at the hotel are exceptional - friendly, accommodating and funny! Momo - part of the entertainment team, was super friendly and brought a fun atmosphere without being too pushy! Always welcomed us with a friendly smile! Everybody was great and couldn’t do more for you. Rooms are lovely and very clean - no complaints!

Amazing hotel, great food and the night entertainment is the best I’ve seen in a resort before. Pool parties, white parties, fire breathing, as well as traditional Egyptian dancing. The hotel has an amazing reef where you can snorkel and see lots of marine life. Would stay here again. Perfect for families and couples.

The hotel is lovely and the staff can't do enough to help out. The service whilst good takes an age. Getting a tea or coffee in the mornings is at least a 15-20minute wait that's after you've finally been asked what you would like. The location is good and the choice of restaurants is very good, we found the Italian was one of the best and we're very critical being avid Italian food devotees. There are plenty of pools and lots of sunbeds. We were disappointed that you could only get local beer and spirits free having been in Belek Turkey which we rate very highly and hoped this would be the same here. Its been a return visit to the area we were last here 10-12 years ago but we won't be back again. Shame as we had very many happy memories. They do say you should never go back!!!!

Third time staying at this hotel. It has been absolutely great and somehow has only improved. Special mention for the food; it was somehow even better this time - the quality, the assortment, the taste. Great variety at the bar too - they make any drink you want at any time. Amazing service - all staff is great and very helpful! The general cleanliness of shared and private spaces across the hotel is also kept up very well. Not a single issue related to hygiene. The beach here is especially great. The shore is clean and sandy, and there are barely any waves. Plenty sunloungers and a nice cafe and bar nearby!

I stayed here in October and had a wonderful experience. Everything was spotless — the room, the territory, and the restaurants. The whole place looks very aesthetic, which was important for me. Although it was my first solo beach trip, I felt completely safe and comfortable: the closed territory, private beach, and caring staff made all the difference. Special thanks to Ahmed, the beach bar bartender, who truly has a talent for cocktail making and service, the Boscage restaurant team for keeping me always in good mood, and the animator Niso for his positivity and energy. A perfect place for a peaceful stay, including for solo travelers. Definitely looking forward to stay there again.

Witnessed some of the best hospitality in this resort. This has set a new benchmark in hospitality. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly and eager to help and please. The restaurants inside the resort have some of the best menus in the city. We had dinner in Yades that is authentic Greek cuisine. The host was very friendly and helped us pick the best items on the menu. It was an amazing dining experience. Thoroughly impressed with this resort.

We stayed in Sunrise Remal Beach hotel at the end of September 2025. The service was nice, though personnel rarely understood English well. The food is very good and abundant. We liked new Yades greek restaurant. Mahmoud was a pleasant attendant to our table. The food was really delicious, so that we choose to go there twice during our short stay (6 nights). The only disappointment was a very loud late night party by the pool as well as previous day after 11 pm works to montage the stage for that same party.

Dining at the hotel restaurant was another highlight; the menu featured both local and international dishes prepared to perfection. The spa and wellness facilities were serene and immaculately maintained. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the genuine warmth and professionalism of the staff—nothing was ever too much trouble. A flawless experience that defines five-star luxury. The location was great, the food was delicious, but honestly the best thing about this trip was the service. From the restaurants and bars, to the room service, to the entertainment... the people who work here are really what made this experience the best stay that I've ever had. I came to this resort for comfort, and I got something that you can't buy, a community, and this is what will lead me back to this hotel every year from this year onwards. Ahmad the eggs benedict chef, Tarek the spa manager, and Diana from sport/ entertainment the all of the drivers including Alaa el deen. Everybody at the Resort is very Kind, helpful, always smiling. A lot of activities, great sunset parties. Facilities are well maintained. Food is delicious. The Mangal is my favourite in relation of service, meat quality. If enjoy great experience of flavours and warm and welcoming smiles, this is the place for you! I would not recommend the Turkish restaurant. The service there was not fitting the whole friendly and helpful concept of the resort, as well the quality of the food, not o speak the waiting time and the ignorance of the service.

The Animation Team are wonderful and they kept people busy from 10.00 am Throughout the whole day either at the Pool or the evening Shows. I honestly really liked the place and would have given a five star review by myself but just so you know, when people are leaving some manager guy goes up to everyone and makes sure everyone gives the hotel five stars. I found that really unnecessary since it's actually a really nice place and I don't believe they have any reason to worry about serious criticism. It also makes me wonder how many of the five star reviews have been made this way. But other than that, I really enjoyed my stay here. The food was tasty and there was a wide variety of it, and our room had zero issues with it.

The hotel is older, but clean. The stuff was pleasant, friendly and able to do almost anything for a small tip (1 or 2 €). We heard few complaints from some other guests (especially women), but we had no experience like that. Some of the male stuff tried to get our attention, but they never crossed the line. Most of them were enjoyable to speak to. We did not like the fact that the manager ordered us to give the review on the spot whilst looking, so here I am re-adjusting it a bit :D The sea is quite rocky, but fine for snorkeling (not much for swiming). All in all we enjoyed the stay in this hotel as there were nice trips we could go for (Jerusalem, Sinai, Petra, snorkeling...) and everyday passed by smoothly.

My experience at the Mosaique resort was excellent. I loved the atmosphere there and how helpful and nice were staff at all levels. From my room service to servers at the restaurant and managers who were there to ensure guests are being well taken care. The grands are very well taken care and even though it is a desert you will see many colors. Pools are clean and big enough not to feel crowded. The resort is located on a nice beach great for snorkeling and walking. The additional benefit of the location are options to visit Petra in Jordan and Israel. I really enjoyed my staying there and have no problem recommending it to others.

The pool areas at this resort are magnificent! There are several pools to choose from, meaning they never felt overcrowded. The surrounding gardens are lush and beautifully maintained, making every walk to the beach pleasant. It’s a beautifully designed resort that is perfect for families and couples alike.

Perfect Location and Cozy Atmosphere I stayed in the main building, Sea Side block, and the location couldn’t be better! You can walk straight down the stairs to the restaurant – no need to walk long distances in the heat. The sea is just a few steps away, which makes everything super convenient. The restaurant and the beach bar are pleasantly cool even during hot days. The beach is absolutely perfect – clean, peaceful, and always with a nice breeze that makes the heat much more bearable. The sea is crystal clear and calm, and you can even swim with fish right by the shore – truly a memorable experience. The staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The whole hotel has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Yes, the rooms might be a bit outdated, but with so many positive things around, that was a very minor detail for me. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back!

It is so calming to be here, everything is catered for, the grounds are beautiful, the food varied, abundant and of high quality. It is simply the best holiday we take in the year. Excellent value for money. Beautifully kept grounds. Lovely location on the water. Tons of food to choose from 3 times a day. Plenty to satisfy all types of appetites & preferences. Quite astonishing, really. It is not a 5 star hotel but we were very satisfied for the price we paid. The vast majority of guests were Russians & Italians. Good atmosphere all round. One has to get taxis everywhere as there are no buses servicing the hotel. One star gets deducted from my rating for the awful, overly loud music that they blast out in the public areas.

My partner and I stayed at Sharm Club Beach for the first time this week. We absolutely loved everything about it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was stunning with a big bathroom and a comfortable bed. Everything was clean and cleaned daily by a wonderful gentleman called Badr who was super friendly! The food was lovely too, a lot of options at every meal for every nationality! We particularly loved the desserts and the open grill options every evening. The snorkelling around the resort is to die for. So much sea life to see. The only thing lacking was good internet connection. We paid for internet at the hotel, but realised it doesn’t work in the rooms, and around the resort the connection wasn’t great either. I’m an online English teacher so I had to cancel a lot of my classes because they would have been very costly with my eSIM data. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would for sure be back again soon 🩵

This place is amazing! The gardens and beach are beautiful, and the coral reef is stunning. The food is good, but it doesn't change much. They do serve fresh seafood sometimes. There's an Italian chef, so the pasta and pizza are great (mostly Italian and Russian guests stay here). We got a renovated room that was spacious and had a sea view. The spa is nice, and we had some great massages there. The beauty salon isn't so great though, the staff aren't very skilled. Animation activities and team are good. Wi-Fi is super slow, and you have to pay extra for fast internet. The water in the shower drains really slowly. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Sharm.
