Amazing experience. This expansive resort operates like an individual city. 1st impression pulling up to the main gate sets the tone with lush grass, lit palm trees, mountain and desert views. Security is elite but polite with gate checkpoints, K9s and metal detectors. Makes it easy to unwind once on the premises w/o worry. Service was exceptional and caring for our entire stay. Very hospitable, accommodating and welcoming. Food, services, amenities, restaurants, gyms, pools, spa, everything you need at the highest level + options to switch things up when you feel like it. Our 1st stay but we’ll be back.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I cannot say enough good things about this outstanding resort. Impeccable service, a gorgeous property, spacious rooms, and amenities galore! This is the perfect spot to get away. We stayed for 4 nights and hated to leave. Too many highlights to cover them all - but I especially loved the ability to snorkel a coral reef on the property! We will be returning - and want to bring family and friends.

They’ve got the brand, but not the standards to match. This might be the biggest Four Seasons in the world, but it’s also the most disappointing, it felt more like a case of quantity over quality. In my honest opinion, it falls short of the five-star hospitality standards I’ve come to expect from the Four Seasons brand. From the moment we arrived, the experience was underwhelming. Unlike other Four Seasons hotels, there were no welcome drinks or fresh towels offered upon check-in. Dinner at Yatai, the on-site Asian restaurant, was another major letdown. It took over 30 minutes just to place an order. When our soup finally arrived, it was completely bland—we had to ask for salt and pepper. After waiting another 10 minutes, we followed up only to be told that the restaurant didn’t carry either. To make matters worse, when we asked for the soup to be reheated, they returned it having mixed our chicken corn soup with wonton soup into one bowl. At that point, we’d had enough and decided to leave without finishing our meal. For the premium price they charge—especially under the Four Seasons brand—this level of service was unacceptable. We were so disappointed that we decided to check out the very next morning. I strongly recommend not staying here if you truly want to enjoy your holiday and avoid the frustration of overpaying for substandard service. This resort simply does not live up to the expectations set by the Four Seasons name, and I would not return.

We had an amazing time at the Four Seasons! Everything from the room standard and amenities, the service, spa and restaurants was top notch. We originally planned to stay here for 3 nights only but our next resort was such a downgrade from the Four Seasons that we immediately decided to come back. On return we were offered a free upgrade to a premier room with sea view which was fantastic, very modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There's only a few points of improvement that I could recommend: - The breakfast restaurant was always busy and it felt like there should be at least one more restaurant open for breakfast for such a large resort. We frequently had to wait quite long for our coffee and a la carte dishes to arrive and the buffet area was usually quite crowded. - It would be nice if at least some parts of the resort were for adults only. There were a lot of families with kids which were always loud and that affected our time in the restaurants, at the pools and the beach. All in all we had a fantastic time and hope to return!

The Most Fantastic resort. Upon Arrival I mentioned to the Golf cart driver - people are really friendly here and the response was “ Sir, You’re at Four Season. What else you expect “ Indeed very kind and accommodating Staff. They go above and beyond to help you out and make sure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay. Cannot be a more complete and comfortable resort.

Upon arriving at the hotel, everything was perfect. I was greeted by the staff and promptly shown to my room. Special mention goes to Abdul Hamid, the cleaning staff who was on stand by and made us feel comfortable at all times. Any requests we had was fulfilled without any issues by Abdul. Really warm and kind and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Would book again.

It's 3 star prices keep going up but for bed and breakfast it's good . If you prefer to be out and about all the time. If you want nice romantic couples hotel no. Does have quite a few pools and being renovated as it's quite dated. You get what you pay for

Not good hotel. 1. When you check out at 12.00 and bus leaves 17.00, you can't use enymore hotel all inclusive services. It's first hotel in years, where they take your braclet and you cant use anymore hotel benefits. 2. Occasionally they don't put toilet paper and water to your room. 3. The roons are very far from the main house and they don't provide lift servise to the room. Some workers aren't very proffesional.

Cleaning service very poor, our room was cleaned after 17 o’clock when we usually back from the beach to rest before dinner we had to wait 30 minutes outside 😠 Hotel service +/- ok, few guys were not happy to work there seems they are doing things just because they have to ( no motivation at all ). We asked to change our room but it wasn’t changed due to high occupancy. Aquapark not working, if you like to have fun in pools double check it before booking it’s already open or not. There are shuttle buses to the beach (Terrazzina) free of charge for hotel guests or other Palma Beach (2$). Terrazzina was ok for us, just sometimes we had to wait for place or towels. In the bar only water or some coloured drinks like sprite with syrup or cola. Food only burger with few vegetables and meat inside + fries. But you can order food or drinks like smoothies (very tasty mango and strawberry smoothies for just 2-3€) from Terrazzina bar. We would not come back again.

The room is disgusting. There is dirt and mess all over the floor, and it’s extremely unhygienic. The bathroom smells terrible, the bathtub is yellow and filthy, with grime and dirt everywhere. The toilet looked like it has already been used and hasn’t even been flushed. On top of that, the whole room reeks of cigarette smoke. It’s absolutely unacceptable.

I don't even know with what to start. We arrived before lunch, the luggage was handled by the staff so we didn't had to even touch them , they carried it from the bus to the room and return when we checked out. The room was in a different building more close to the resort entrance and 5 minutes walk from the main building and reception but it was really quiet and very clean,and more well decorated than the rooms in the main building from what other guests have shown me. We had a pool and a bar for that building and also many other pools in the main area. From the main building to the beach is another 3-5 minutes walk but it's really pleasant. All the bars open at 10am and close at about 6-7pm except from one which is 24h. Staff was excellent, our cleaning guy was the most nice person I've even encountered, restaurant staff and bar staff also really nice. Entertainment staff was very persuasive haha but they were fun and always doing their job well. Food choices are enough, not so many dishes (about 10) but always something to pick from, the pasta dishes were always delicious and I've never had bread this good in my entire life, bakery section was huge with a lot to pick from. A lot of activities the entire day , 3 restaurants (Italian, fish and BBQ) where we were able to book once each for free and the food was very delicious also. Overall it was really nice and the staff is amazing, the only issue some guests (not us) encountered was that the rooms were not on their liking but the reception staff always helped them with a replacement. Also beach was super clean but you can't really swim in the water because it's level is too low at all times

We had.nice holiday here. The rooms are modern but some areas of the pool need maintenance. The food is good, the staff are very friendly. The children really enjoyed the kids club and the entertainment from the animation team. Some hotels we've stayed have better service in restaurant and bars, but staff here work very hard when it's very busy. We would recommend with people travelling as a family with children

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 night stay with Amwaj Oyoun hotel! We were kindly upgraded to a deluxe family room for no extra cost, which was spacious, modern and had a great view of the pools. There was a great shower, comfortable beds, and housekeeping was wonderful (Walid was very thorough and kind). The beach was a short walk away - and yes the tide was low, which meant the water was around knee depth but did get deeper if you walked in further. We walked in with our flip flops which was super easy. You were able to book sea activities like diving directly from the hotel which was convenient. There are a few restaurants available - we were upgraded to have access to the premium restaurant which was definitely worth it. The breakfast was great, lunch and dinner were ok, but did have access to fresh pizza and pasta - which were made upon request. The staff are all very friendly and hospitable. Amr at the front desk was always available for whatever we needed, and was so lovely and helpful. The hotel is next door to the Rixos and it’s in a very central location near many shops, restaurants and cafes.

I stayed two weeks, I arrived at night and the room was not ready, stayed in temporary room and the next day I got the correct room. The beach is five minutes walk, the pool is good . The beach is nice after 3 pm because before that it is not possible to swim unless you walk on the pair. If you are good swimmer you can get your musk and enjoy the Red Sea amazing diving experience. The hotel itself is divided to 3 and 4 stars. You can upgrade or book the better option because the restaurant upstairs is crowded and the food is average but the gold restaurant downstairs is slightly better but not the best, It could be better. The staff are great and doing their best to help. Reception staff are dealing with hundreds of people and they are stressed but still helpful and smiling. In general it is good hotel for the price with good space and views. I don’t think I will book it again though.

We are just delighted with our holiday! Convenient location, gorgeous pools, sea of indescribable beauty. Friendly staff. Special thanks to the animation team! Such involvement from visitors, I have not seen for a long time. Low bow to the animator Sophia - she made our children's holiday unforgettable!!!! Thank you very much to her!!! Children always had something to do: drawing, games, themed quests. Thanks again !!! We will come back to this hotel just for her !!!! At the children's party, danced all!!!!

Definitely not the best hotel I've stayed in, but also not the worst. Pros - Always plenty of space around the pool - Bar staff and pool staff were very friendly and welcoming - Beach was within walking distance - Housekeeping were very friendly and the kids loved the daily towel art Cons - Reception staff were rude and arrogant on multiple occasions - The hotel is horrendous if you have a pram (or wheelchair), the very limited elevators means you always need to carry up and down some steps. - The snack offering was very poor and only at very limited times - Ice cream was only available for one hour a day between 4pm and 5pm, which is just ridiculous. It's not a hotel we would stay in again or recommend.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Aurora Hotel. The rooms were cleaned daily and well-maintained, and the food was tasty and varied. Special thanks to the animation team – always smiling, dedicated, and able to create a great atmosphere. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

We were given room 222, and the bathroom was extremely dirty — the sink was broken. We had to pay $5 per night for an upgrade because there were no available rooms. The bathroom was cracked and very old, and the furniture was outdated. When I went down to swim, there were no available sunbeds at all. The pools were completely full, and to get a spot you had to wake up very early to grab towels and reserve your place by putting a personal item there. Now to the biggest disaster: there was no water to shower or even use the toilet! The water keeps cutting off and coming back randomly, and it’s completely normal for it to cut while you’re showering and covered in soap! There were many insects, even inside the bedroom. No activities were offered during our stay. We booked a parasailing activity and paid $20, waited for two hours, walked 15 minutes to the beach, only to be told the boat was broken. There were no fresh juices in the entire hotel, except during breakfast, and even then, only orange juice, which you had to pay extra for. Privacy is non-existent! Somehow, my phone number was given to one staff member, and my Instagram to another! The food was okay, but I had two very unpleasant experiences: • A mosquito inside my soda glass • A hair on the potato tong, and when I told the chef, he just rinsed it with water!!!!!! This hotel is boring, I do not recommend it, and it definitely does not deserve 5 stars.

Average hotel – wouldn’t return The hotel was okay, but I wouldn’t come back a second time. It’s definitely not a 5-star experience. Unfortunately, all of our family ended up with diarrhoea during the holidays One of the biggest letdowns was arriving late and not being offered any food or drink – which we understood. However, at check-out, we were told we’d need to pay £15 per person if we wanted dinner, which felt unfair considering the circumstances. We also paid £30 for a late check-out. Overall, the stay was just average, with several disappointing points that wouldn’t make us want to return.

We went to his resort in January and loved it so much we returned again in April. As always the room was great, service amazing, staff friendly and helpful, absolutely amazing entertainment team couldn’t praise them enough. Filo, snoopy, and Mario stood out everyday, engaging you in activities, having fun with you, making it a personal experience! and creating a lovely atmosphere by the pool as well as the beach. Entertainment every single night, lots of variety. Mohummed the lifeguard couldn’t do more for you and was so lovely. All reception staff were super helpful. Didn’t have a single bad experience with a staff member whilst here everyone is so friendly. Room was cleaned so lovely everyday, fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, bottled waters, which made us feel at home! Will definitely be returning for the 3rd time!

Where to start. Let's just say that the hotel's location and exterior are really good. As for the rest, there's plenty of room for improvement. The rooms are old and need to be renovated. The buffet isn't very varied, and you often have to queue to get a drink or eat the day's specials. As for the service, it's up to you and your luck. In short, I think there are better places for the same price.

We had a wonderful holiday with my friend! The hotel’s beach was clean and beautiful, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast too. The staff were amazing — super friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel welcome. The hotel is close to the airport, which is very convenient, but a bit far from the city center. Still, everything else was perfect. Highly recommend!

Stayed here during a recent trip to Egypt and really enjoyed it. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, and the whole place was spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The views were great, and there was a decent selection of food with no need to rush—plenty for everyone. Overall, no complaints at all. Would happily return.

The hotel rooms were big with cute garden. The beach was also beautiful; the sea and the shore were really enjoyable. It was with stone in the sea. However, we experienced many negative issues with the hotel. Unfortunately, the food was extremely bad. Sleeping at night was almost impossible due to the very loud music coming from outside. The sound insulation of the hotel rooms was terrible. Even though our room was located far from the entertainment area, the noise was unbearable. When we arrived at the hotel, they did not allow us to have breakfast unless we paid extra. Despite coming all the way from Turkey, they did not offer any courtesy breakfast. Later, when we wanted to have coffee, they asked us to pay for it and we encountered another issue: they tried to charge us 150 dollars instead of 150 Egyptian pounds. I repeatedly pointed out the mistake, but the staff insisted that it was in Egyptian pounds. Eventually, it became clear that they were actually trying to overcharge us in dollars, even though they refused to listen at first. Moreover, the hotel’s taxi service was ridiculously overpriced. They asked for 10 dollars for a ride of only 1.5 kilometers, while we could easily get a taxi through an app for just 2 dollars. Overall, the hotel’s sense of hospitality is very weak, and you need to be extremely careful, especially regarding extra charges.

Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for my first trip to Egypt 🇪🇬 . From the moment we got there all staff were so friendly. Rooms were lovely big and clean, many options for food. What really made our holiday was the people we met, staff we will go back to see time after time, they work so hard to make your holiday what it is. A few of our favourites were Caption Mahmoud and Hassan in the piano bar. They made our evenings so enjoyable. Abdullah and Captain Islam were just as great. My children were made to feel special and enjoyed seeing their favourite staff each day.

Stella di Mare was amazing! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The food was fresh and delicious, and the live music during dinner created a warm and joyful vibe every night. My room had sea and pool views – absolutely stunning and very clean. The spa area was large, spotless, and run by real professionals. It also included a well-equipped gym. The resort doesn’t offer shisha and doesn’t have a sandy beach just something to know when planning your stay. This really showed their generosity and warm hospitality. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Wonderful stay here in March 2025. Room was clean and very comfortable. Great view of the Red Sea. Laundry service was nice and not expensive. All inclusive food and drink very much worth it. Buffett restaurant had nice selection. Reservations needed at other restaurants for dinner. Mediterranean restaurant was very good. Almost no one in there, but was still told reservations needed and heard people get turned away. But we made reservations day before just fine. Pool area and ‘beach’ nice and relaxing, the bar staff comes around to see if you need anything. Especially if you have the all inclusive wristband. We set up airport pick up and drop off directly with the hotel. Staff was great and tried their best to accommodate all requests. Would definitely come back here.

This is the best hotel we’ve ever visited! Even with our 11-month-old child, it was an amazing experience. The staff may seem a bit tired, but the service is still excellent. Breakfast is the same each morning, but it includes everything you need — a good variety and plenty to choose from. In the evenings, there’s live Russian music which creates a lovely atmosphere. A special thanks to Michael — one of the best staff members at the hotel. He was always helpful and genuinely cared about us throughout our stay. The coral reefs nearby are absolutely stunning. Overall, we had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back!

Good Hotel but quite old and time is visible in every element. People mostly friendly and ready to support. Food is just decent with limited choices for a big buffet and food level never remarkable. Alcohol is very low quality level for wine, beer and spirits and quite never we had really good cocktails. Sea entrance is done with a plastic flooded structure always crowded for coming in and out that makes the experience always boring. Overall 3 stars is max we can give

We had the most incredible experience at the Cleopatra Resort! From the moment we arrived, the friendly and polite staff made us feel so welcome. Every day, they greeted us with warm smiles, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It's clear that they genuinely love what they do, and it really added to the whole experience. The entertainment was another highlight – there was something new every night, from live music to spectacular shows, keeping us entertained and fully immersed in the resort's lively atmosphere. It felt like they really thought of every detail to make sure we had a blast. As for the food, wow, it was absolutely amazing. There were so many choices, each meal was a feast for the senses. Whether we were indulging in local delicacies or international dishes, there was always something new to try. Every meal felt like a special experience, and the variety kept us excited every day. Our room was spotless, too. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, tidying up every day and making sure everything was perfect. It felt like a true home away from home. All in all, our time at Cleopatra Resort was absolutely wonderful. We left with full hearts and memories that we'll treasure forever. We would definitely love to go back again and relive the magic of it all!

Absolutely amazing! Everything in this place is done perfectly. Buffet is incredible, the staff is helpful, always smiling and being nice. The hotel is great, not very busy (you don’t have to fight to get sun chairs) with great pools. They also have a pier where you can jump into the see to do snorkeling. A life guard is always checking on you and the sea is extra warm! Special shout out to Mina at the bar upstairs, Mohamed in the Recreation team at the bottom pool and Ahmed the pool waiter. We went last November and will definitely be back!!!

The hotel was fantastic. We stayed in room 7201 (the housekeeping staff always kept everything very tidy and left us funny towel animals, which was a nice touch). The room was a bit far from everything, but we didn’t mind. It was an easy walk to the beach, and we could also reach the main building effortlessly when we went to eat. The food was fantastic—flavorful, fresh, and diverse. The restaurant staff was very kind, and a special thanks goes to all the bartenders and staff members for their excellent service. Both the drinks and the overall service were outstanding. Overall, everything was excellent!

Unfortunatly not my best experince here. Food is good, everyone is friendly and also the resort is (though very old) in a very good and maintained condition. As I was about to enjoy a Muffin on the pool, I got informed that food is not allowed on pool. I respected that. Just to see the other day guests get served seafood on the pool. After demanding an explanation from Alfred, the Manager in charge I got informed after 10 minutes of consulting with 4 collegues of him: they paid for it. I also paid for the Muffin, but u need to pay "extra". I demanded a pricelist of "eating food on the pool" still waiting for that. Very disapointing.....

From start to finish, the service throughout the entire hotel was truly five-star. Every team member I encountered, whether at the restaurants, bars, or by the pool, was attentive and welcoming. The fact that the poolside staff always remembered my drink order was such a thoughtful touch. I also really appreciated that there was no pushy sales approach when it came to excursions or spa treatments—it made the experience feel much more relaxed and guest-focused. The spa was a perfect retreat after all my excursions around Egypt. I had a lovely massage. Food-wise, I was really impressed with the variety at The Market restaurant and Beach Bar. The themed nights, omelet and pasta stations, and the BBQ were fantastic. Red Sea Wharf, for me, stood out more than Fellini. The entertainment on the stage each night was great fun ! Lastly, I just want to acknowledge the incredible effort of the entire team, especially during Ramadan, working in the heat and offering 5 star service at all times. A special mention also goes to a young gentleman on reception with glasses—he really stood out with his exceptional service. Overall, I can’t thank you enough for such an amazing holiday.

Amazing resort with everything you need to relax. Reception employees are very welcoming and polite. The quality of food is good everyday different cuisine is presented, swimming pools are a lot and relaxing. The overall experience is wonderful.

Great beach onto the reef with diving platforms for snorkeling. Wonderful variety of fish. Great variety of restaurants and food. Lot's of services like photos, massage and trips for scuba or glass bottom boats. You do get asked a lot but they take no well. Heated pools, play area and gym. The majority of tourist's are Russian however and with world events that may make British tourists feel uncomfortable. We went in Feb half term, it was quite busy. Usually 25 to 15c but it's quite windy. Heated pools make it warm enough to swim and it's warm enough to sunbathe dry but cold when exiting the pool. Junior suite was excellent for a family with the kids having a separate bedroom. Bathroom was excellent .

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully designed hotel. The artistic decor made the space feel warm and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly, and a special shout-out goes to the hotel manager, Mr. Sherif, for going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Chef Mohsen was amazing—he made special meals for my picky sons and truly impressed us. Big thanks as well to Hagar, Mohamed and Hosny from the restaurant for their kindness and hospitality. The buffet was fresh and delicious every day, with a wide variety of meat, chicken, seafood, and vegetarian options. We'd definitely come back!

We stayed at Sultan Garden Resort as a group of friends mainly for diving, and the experience was outstanding overall. Rooms The rooms were spotless—honestly, some of the cleanest we’ve seen in a resort. Bed quality was excellent and very comfortable. The AC worked well, though it wasn’t the quietest, and on the last day it did shut off—but room service handled it quickly and professionally. The bathroom was large, clean, and had consistent hot water. WiFi was incredibly fast and reliable—not just in the room but literally everywhere: at the beach, by the pool, even out in the sea. We had a beautiful balcony view, a stocked minibar, and everything was on point. Special thanks to Mohammad Latfi at reception—easily one of the most helpful and welcoming receptionists I’ve ever met. He really made our stay smoother and upgraded us to a great room. Also, props to Mahmood from room service—he constantly checked in, brought fresh towels and drinks, and even delivered fresh fruit daily. Excellent service. Food & Dining Breakfast was decent—timing was convenient, and the variety covered all the basics. Lunch and dinner were the real stars. The options were endless—meat, seafood, pasta, you name it. The whole vibe was relaxed and safe. Amenities There are five pools—some family-friendly, others adults-only. The North 38 pool was our favorite. It had an amazing vibe and a great bar inside the pool itself. Mohammed the bartender made our evenings unforgettable—funny, welcoming, and full of stories about the resort and Egypt in general. The gym is small but has all the essential equipment. The spa was fantastic—clean, well-run, and priced fairly. We had full access to the jacuzzi, sauna, and more. Night entertainment included live music and dancing, with activities for both adults and kids. Definitely a family-friendly resort. Staff & Service The entire staff was professional and kind. Check-in was at 3 PM, check-out at noon—both were smooth. Housekeeping was consistent with no issues at all. One highlight: I lost my phone during checkout. Mahmood from security reviewed the cameras, tracked everything down, and found it within 10 minutes. Unbelievable service. We had a fantastic family holiday at Pickalbatros Royal Moderna Resort with our daughters (8 and 11). The hotel was spotless, the staff very friendly, and it's conveniently located close to the airport. There’s a great variety of food spread across six themed restaurants (Mediterranean, Italian, Indian/Chinese, etc.), though the general food like salads and fruit is similar in each. Sometimes we had to get our own cutlery due to limited waiting staff, but it wasn’t a big issue. Plenty of sunbeds, a spacious beach, and several pools including a heated one and aqua areas for younger kids. Our girls loved the Aqua Park for 8+, which was a real highlight. The spa is excellent and well-priced too. Some reviews had made us hesitant, but we’re so glad we went—this place is lovely and we can’t wait to return!

Our stay at Steigenberger Alcazar was simply exceptional. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were captivated by the sheer beauty of the place. The architecture is gorgeous, the decor is elegant yet comfortable, and the grounds are meticulously kept – it truly feels like a luxurious escape. Every corner seems designed for relaxation and enjoyment. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the staff. Every single team member we interacted with was genuinely warm and friendly. They greeted us with smiles, remembered small preferences, and consistently went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed and pampered. Their hospitality is truly world-class and made our stay feel incredibly special. The cocktails were really good and the food has been on point. La Maison was the highlight. If I were to pinpoint one area for improvement – and it's a very minor point in an otherwise flawless experience – it would be that the service from ordering a drink to receiving it is slow. It wasn't a significant issue at all and certainly didn't detract from our overall immense enjoyment, but it's the only reason I'm giving a 4.5 instead of a perfect 5.0! Despite this very small issue, our stay was magnificent. The beauty of the hotel combined with the outstanding warmth of the staff created a truly memorable holiday.

Our experience at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows, with the negatives unfortunately standing out early on. The front desk staff were unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality skills. When I asked if I could exchange a large note for smaller denominations, one associate responded by blowing a raspberry — an inappropriate and childish reaction that left a bad impression. Even more concerning was their lack of empathy when we asked for assistance after our baby had a rough night due to mosquito bites. There was no genuine concern, just a cold and dismissive attitude. To add to this, we were promised complimentary snacks by the same front desk associate after we mentioned that we had missed our meals due to being out on a full-day trip to the pyramids. Unfortunately, the snacks were never delivered, and no follow-up was made — another example of the lack of professionalism and follow-through at reception. Thankfully, other parts of the hotel experience helped redeem our stay. The housekeeping staff and restaurant waiters were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to Neda, the guest relations manager, who truly stood out for her kindness and effort to ensure we were looked after. The accommodation was very nice, tidy, and clean. The furnishings in the standard rooms are a bit outdated, but in terms of value for money, it’s excellent. The kids' club could use some renovation because only the swing is usable on the playground. The pools are perfect and heated. The beach is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. The shore is sandy and has a gradual depth. The hotel itself is located right in the center of Naama Bay. The food is delicious and there is a wide selection. The staff is extremely kind and polite. There are four pools: one with slides, another 25-meter pool for swimmers, a relaxation pool further away from everything, and a central pool with a bar in the middle. Additionally, there is a small children's pool. There are a lot of Russian and Ukrainian tourists, and they don’t always behave politely. Most of the programs and music are in Russian. The equipment and activities of the kids' club could be better. At the central bar and the pool, the music is very loud.

We stayed at the hotel in Dec. Myself and my family were very happy with the hotel. The check in was a breeze. Our room was on the 5th floor with pool & sea view. The room was nice and big. Our stay came with breakfast. The breakfast was fine, felt it could have been a little bit better. The pool was very nice and kept clean. Two of my daughters had their birthday whilst we were on holiday and the hotel surprised us by sending them a birthday cake and birthday card. It was a lovely gesture. The private beach is only two minute walk away. The location of the hotel was great, at the heart of Naama bay. Every staff member that we came across was very friendly and polite. Honestly we were very happy with our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

The room was just short of excellent as the shower room just needs brightening up. Food was excellent with lots of choice. Xperience Sea Breeze Resort – Could Be Great, But the Food Ruins It I’m writing this review so someone responsible hopefully reads it and takes action — because this resort has real potential, but it’s badly let down by the food and drink. The positives: the air conditioning is excellent throughout the hotel, the outdoor seating areas are lovely, and the evening entertainment is genuinely enjoyable — I especially liked the Russian songs. The staff were friendly and did their best to help, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the biggest issue is the food and drink. It tasted reheated, bland, and low quality. The breakfast cakes were stale, and the soft drinks were flat and unpleasant. Worse, the food gave me a bad stomach and severe diarrhoea early in my stay — after that, I avoided the resort food completely and ate out for the rest of the trip. The rooms are basic and dated, but clean — fine if you’re not expecting luxury. If the resort fixed the food and drink situation, it could be a genuinely great place to stay. But in its current state, I can’t recommend it. This review isn’t written to complain — it’s to urge improvements, because guests deserve better.

The hotel has more positives than negatives. Room was good, comfortable bed, good air con, cleaned every day to a good standard. Pool is nice, no major rush for sunbeds. Romany the lifeguard reserved us our sunbed each day, and Mounir and Yousef kept us hydrated every day. Ahmed in YourBar also kept us with plenty of drinks :) Food is very tasty and plentiful. The Mongolian restaurant and Elements bbq is very good. The major negative is for me is that the main dining restaurant is far too small, making it a chaotic and not very pleasant experience. People pushing in to get the hot fresh food rather than queue, people reaching between people's legs to get plates. It's a really poor and stressful experience and makes me knock this to 3/5 even though everything else was great. Another big negative is the fact the hotel is full of extremely rude russians. Awful.

Food was good but the selection was small, probably because the restaurant wasn't big enough. Many thanks to the spa team. We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and after reading the reviews (mostly complains from Italians) I was very doubtful of how our trip will turn out and for my surprise it was WAY BETTER than expected. On the contrary of some statements, the staff is extremely attentive, friendly and kind. Some in the comments complain they don’t speak Italian or english which is FALSE, they all speak very good english and fluent Italian. I wonder if the people who are complaining about them not speaking their languages even try to learn one or two words in arabic? I highly doubt it.. Regarding the installations and location, I am speechless. The beach is beautiful and the coral reef is reachable by walking few steps from the water bridge. I was stunned by the beauty of it. In case you plan to relax and sunbath there are plenty options of beach beds with astonishing views. The room was very clean and one important thing to add is that they will provide you with a big water bottle every day. The cleaning staff is very helpful and they will do cute animals with the towels to make you feel welcome. I highly recommend this resort if you look for amazing views, coral reef and relaxation. I am very happy with the experience I had here. Once again thank you to all the staff, counter, restaurant, beach, cleaning. You all do an amazing job 🫶🏼

This hotel is not even 3 star. I 'd have given 0 star as comment if it was possible. We did not eat and drink in the hotel either they have no idea about cleaning or they don't clean food court on purpose. Thank god rooms are not so bad. Other customers are so loudy and no one in the hotel interfere that. They played music in the room until 4 AM - 5AM in the morning for 3 nights (three night!!!! all night!!! like there is a disco in the room!!!!!)... but no body gave a warning or try to stop the music. (not sure if this comment relevant to hotel but you decide. For me, this is something that they need to interfere.) No one knows english 'enough' in the hotel. No one needs to speak fluently, that is totaly ok. But this is a touristic hotel and the level is elementary almost. Location is not bad but find another hotel.

My stay at this hotel was simply wonderful. There’s something for everyone here — you definitely won’t get bored. I especially want to highlight the animators: they are true professionals. Every day there were fun activities like aqua aerobics, dancing, and games, and in the evenings — shows where you could even take part yourself. The atmosphere was very warm and friendly, and the animators themselves were open and sociable — it was always a pleasure to talk to them. There are also plenty of activities for children, so the hotel is perfect for a family vacation. You can easily get to the sea by the hotel shuttle, and there you’ll find an incredibly beautiful reef. Overall, I was very pleased with the vacation and would happily come back again.

This horrible hotel ruined our holiday – absolutely NOT 5 stars We chose this hotel because it was advertised as a 5-star all-inclusive luxury resort – but it was so far from reality. The stay was a long list of disappointments and extra charges for things like real Coca-Cola, coffee, and entertainment – a complete nightmare. The hotel appears to be primarily tailored to guests from Muslim-majority countries, both in terms of food options and the overall atmosphere. It does not meet the standards typically expected by European travelers. The food: The all-inclusive restaurant was chaotic and disgusting. Many guests behaved greedily and without consideration, and the staff made no effort to manage the situation. The food was nasty, overcooked, and completely inedible, and the soft drinks tasted like pool water. We complained several times and were eventually granted access to the à la carte restaurant – but the quality and service there were, if possible, even worse. As a result, all of us (2 adults and 3 kids) got stomach issues (vomiting and diarrhea) and suffered through it for the rest of the holiday. On the last day, we were so hungry that we couldn’t take it anymore and had to take a taxi 6 km to McDonald’s to get some edible food. Facilities: The hotel felt poorly furnished and run-down – nowhere near what one expects from a 5-star establishment. The water park was below standard, the slides were worn and unsafe. Several times, we were treated aggressively – the pool staff kicked our float rings and splashed water in our faces, even after we asked them to stop. It felt hostile and childish. In the sunbed area, the music was extremely loud – only techno – and the vibe was stressful for both adults and especially for children. The staff kept approaching us constantly, trying to sell tours, beauty treatments, and massages. There was never any peace or quiet. Location: The hotel is isolated in the middle of the desert. There is absolutely nothing to experience nearby, and just outside the hotel, you’re met with a huge, dusty construction area. The entire area felt barren and lifeless. You were constantly dirty and covered in dust from the sand blowing in from the desert around the hotel. Your skin, clothes, balcony, and even the room were affected. Service and behavior: The most unprofessional part was that hotel staff contacted us directly on our mobile phones, asking us to leave a good review – supposedly to “help us.” It felt more like blackmail disguised as customer service. No real help was offered, and it seemed like they were only afraid of a bad review on Booking.com – not actually interested in improving our stay. All in all, this hotel was a disaster. We felt mistreated, our holiday was ruined, and we have never felt so deceived. This was not a vacation – it was pure survival. We will never return and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Nice hotel, with very nice green areas, very well maintained and beautifully designed! The beach is large, clean and well maintained, there are places with sand in the sea, despite the stones; there is a pier for divers with wonderful corals and fish. The food is rich, delicious and varied - there is something for every taste!!! Freshly squeezed juices at the lobby bar!!! The rooms are not luxury, but they are cleaned every day!!! When checking in, there was a problem with waiting for them to bring a third bed - even though it was known that the room was for three - a mistake by the team - we arrived early at the hotel, we went straight to the beach so as not to wait at the reception until 2 pm. We returned at 5 pm and they gave us a key to the room - the hotel team had time to bring in a bed all day, we waited about an hour more for them to bring the bed - I count it as a mistake!!! The only thing we missed was that there were no tables for eating outside in the restaurant - it would be good to think about it, in all the hotels where we have rested in Egypt there are such separate areas - it is more pleasant in good weather to be able to sit outside - in the air, have breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy the views!!! Overall we are satisfied with the hotel, the service, the cleanliness, the Internet everywhere, the friendly attitude. There are many shops and a pharmacy in the hotel, but as for the location - it is in the middle of nowhere - there are no shops outside the hotel, there is nowhere to walk!!! Despite everything - we thank the whole team!!!

We have had a very pleasant stay, with a very flexible mindset of the hotel. As we were out a lot, breakfast packages or late check out were not a problem at all. Nothing particularly spectacular, but we had a great time here. Rooms were hit or miss--staff gave us the choice between one or the other based on view, but we also went during the slow season. Beach is lovely and food is decent. Lobby is quite pretty. We stayed on the beach side; it's a small, easily walkable property. Staff were incredibly polite and respectful. We only stayed a weekend, but I wouldn't have minded staying a little longer and definitely don't mind keeping it on my radar for future budget getaways. They were also doing renovations at the time, so no pool available, which was fine for us. One goes to the Red Sea for the Red Sea, y'know?

We stayed at this hotel for 1 week. We stayed on the beach side. The hotel is not very big. You can get from one side to the other quickly. The rooms are not recently renovated but they are large and well maintained. Cleaning is done daily. The food at the main restaurant (next to the reception) is good. You always find something good to eat. I appreciate the fact that they do not serve frozen fries but you always find fresh fries cooked in different ways. The beach is big, the entrance to the water is smooth. The staff is nice.The location of the hotel is very good. You can reach the city center in 5-10 minutes by foot. Now the less positive parts: -nothing from the minibar is included in the price. If you want to drink a juice you have to go to the beach to get one -the bar next to the reception does not work within the all inclusive system. You have to pay for any consumption (except water) -only in the main restaurant you can get a free glass of wine. -the all inclusive system ends at 22:00 - for what you consume after this time you have to pay -rooms above the main restaurant / reception are noisy. Breakfast starts at 7 and you can't really rest any longer because the noise starts -at the beach bar (where most of the evening activities take place) they only serve wine for a fee (the cheapest bottle of wine costs about $15). -at the beach bar they also have (sometimes) a stupid rule: you are only allowed to bring 2 drinks. So if you want to have 2 beers for you and your wife and you also want a juice for the child you have to come to the bar again...... I have been to Egypt 5 times and Turkey 10 times in all inclusive hotels and I have never encountered such rules. I think people should know about these less pleasant things. I don't understand why there are so few reviews mentioning this. Considering that it is a 5 star hotel and we purchased an all inclusive package, I think some changes should be made (it is not normal to ask for money for things that you should benefit from considering the service package purchased). Personally, I would only return to this hotel if the things mentioned above were fixed.

We spent a lovely 11 days at this place. It was nice, with good food, a great pool, and friendly staff always ready to help. It’s not a 100% five-star hotel, but from a value-for-money perspective, it’s a great deal. We enjoyed the barbecue on some evenings and the friendly animation team. There were plenty of activities throughout the day, so you could always find something that suited your mood. Unfortunately, most of them took place under the sun, so you had to be careful not to get grilled! Overall, it was an amazing place for a relaxing vacation—to reboot and return fresh and energized.

Arrival: Waited over 15mn to check in, because although plenty of staff around none came to do check in and left only one guy who took his sweet time with the person before me. For a 5 star, no welcome drink or quick check-in is disappointing. Oh, and does the guy not eventually check me in by saying I'm in their resort a cross the road, but not offering anyone to help direct or carry luggage etc. And then getting mad at me, after I heard him say "wait" as I was about to leave by asking "what's your problem? It's across the road 1 minute". So turns out if you booked mountain, it's opposite where Google takes you. There at least they had a welcome drink and several people behind the counter; I had my card and was in my room faster than waiting at the other side. It may not be fancy (not an international 5 star, more like a solid 3/3.5), but it's a solid choice. Big pools and activities, great for kids too, rooms are clean and well kept with a small patio/balcony. Food: A buffet dinner (which was fine, nothing extraordinary) for 750 pounds (if not included). There's so such thing as putting it in your room though, you better have your cards or cash ready and pay before you leave. Breakfast buffet had lots of choice as well, and they change some items every day so you don't get tired of the same thing all the time. Location: far from the promenade/restaurants/cafés (25min walk in full sun, no shade). If you want an all inclusive and not have to worry, this is a great option as you can use the beach from the same hotel on the other side of the road, but less great if you're there to dive or be downtown. Service: while typical Egyptian slow, staff are kind and very helpful. Overall: would recommend

If you’re looking to stay in a 5 star hotel, this is definitely NOT the place. I’m pretty sure if this resort was inspected thoroughly they’d strip off 3-4 stars easily. The one good thing about the hotel is that it’s relatively close to Naama Bay Souks. The service was awful, room service takes about an hour if not more and they get it wrong or they forget to punch in some of the food items. They’re clearly understaffed and the personnel seem to be overworked and exhausted. We stayed on the mountain side, and they do not disclose that there are two hotels (one near the beach and one near the mountains). The ambience is par at most, there’s a weird funky smell inside the hotel lobby and around the dining area. Food is sub-par at best and is definitely not 5 star quality. Rooms are outdated & sheets aren’t that clean. Overall we will definitely not be staying here again.

We had a lovely stay at Continental Plaza Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and truly appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff. I travelled with a one-year-old baby from Switzerland and joined my family at the hotel who came form Belarus and come here every year. The bay is quiet and the sea is very beautiful. We could go snorkeling for hours! A big thank you to Ahmed at the reception, who was extremely helpful in finding us a good room for me and my one-year-old baby. I also want to mention the cleaning staff—although the room wasn’t perfectly clean when we first arrived, after I kindly asked for a more thorough cleaning, the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. I really appreciated how nicely they handled the request. On the beach, we met the amazing team of Arafat, who even showed us parts of the underwater world. It made our day special. Ali was incredibly efficient when we lost our snorkel in the sea. At the restaurant on the first floor, we were so grateful to Ahmed, the manager, who always helped with the baby and to my family. The only downside during our stay was the mosquito problem. Unfortunately, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and even with a special device, it was hard to get rid of them. My baby was bitten badly, and it took a while for the bites to heal. This was the only thing that made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Overall, though, the staff’s friendliness and helpful attitude made us feel very welcome, and we had a great time. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable!

The hotel is located in Sharm, just 10 km from the airport. It is nicely decorated, and the rooms are quite spacious, featuring a sofa bed for children. The staff are very helpful, and the food is delicious. While there isn’t an extensive choice—as is often the case—everything is so tasty that we were all satisfied with something nearly every day. The grilled food is the best I’ve ever had. There is a large swimming pool, with plenty of lifeguards on duty, and the entertainment staff are both funny and friendly. The kids' club is a fantastic feature, and our children loved spending time with the lovely lady who played with them indoors. Around the pool, the sunbeds are very comfortable, although it’s advisable to wake up early to reserve one. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel prepared food for our outings (be sure to reserve the bags the day before) and even made a few copies of our passports for the various controls outside the hotel. The hotel is clean, although the toilet in our room could use a refresh; that’s the only negative point. Inside the room, we had quite a bit of storage space, a safe, two bottles of water provided every day, a fridge, and a balcony with a table and chairs. The room was cleaned every day, and leaving a little tip is recommended. There is a shopping area close to the hotel, just a 5-10 minute walk away. Great water park ! Thank you; we appreciate our stay!

Due to our early arrival, we wanted to check in, which the receptionist arranged for us. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a bit worn but it was fine for us. The pools were clean, overall the whole hotel was clean and tidy. and the story.....🙂 It was my girlfriend's birthday week. I wrote to the hotel 1 month before arrival that I wanted a romantic private birthday dinner for her on the beach. I got the answer that it could be done. After sending many emails, we managed to organize it. The service, the decoration, the food at the dinner were fantastic. I would like to especially thank the entire staff for their love and professionalism!! I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to feel like a family. Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Away From This Hotel! I don’t usually write reviews, but after the disaster of a stay I had at this hotel, I feel like it’s my duty to warn others. This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful from the moment we arrived, Except from Moheb (Bartender). There was no proper greeting, no offer to help with bags, and checking in felt like we were bothering them just by being there. Not a good start. The room itself was a complete letdown. It looked nothing like the photos online. What we walked into was outdated, and badly maintained room, there was dust on every surface, and the bathroom had mould in the corners of the shower. One of the towels even had a weird stain on it — absolutely disgusting. But the worst part? My friend accidentally dropped a glass on the floor — a cheap basic glass and it shattered. Accidents happen, right? Not at this place, apparently. We were charged an outrageous amount for that one broken glass. No warning, no explanation, just a surprise charge added to our bill. When we brought it up to the front desk, they were incredibly dismissive and borderline aggressive about it, as if we were trying to scam them. There was no empathy, no understanding, and zero professionalism. To top it all off, the walls were paper-thin. We could hear everything going on in the rooms next to us, and even people talking in the hallway at all hours of the night. Sleep was nearly impossible. The air conditioning unit sounded like a truck engine every time it kicked on. It was truly miserable. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels over the years — some luxurious, some budget-friendly — but this place was by far the worst. Between the filthy conditions, the rude staff, and the ridiculous policy of nickel-and-diming guests for honest mistakes, it felt like they were just looking for excuses to squeeze every cent out of us. I would never, ever stay here again, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to look elsewhere. There are plenty of places that actually care about hospitality — this is not one of them. Final Rating: 1/5 (and that’s only because I can’t give zero)

The one thing that lets this hotel down is the rude Russian guests that are very obnoxious and very rude.They walk around with no manners acting very entitled, thinking they are above anyone else in the resort. We booked the three bedroom villa which is spacious but the furniture needs to be updated especially in the living room. The master bedroom curtains were too small for the windows and there were no blinds. Room service is very bad and orders can take over one hour to be delivered. The food from room service came cold and not as seen in the menu. Many of the towels were stained. The pool in the villa was never cleaned for the duration of our stay. Very disappointing experience during our 4 night stay. Master bedroom bathroom was leaking. Our Lotus spa experience was the worst ever. We took the two hour spa including and regretted every moment. The jacuzzi was filthy and the ladies who did the massage were very bad. There are no taxis available and the hotel don’t call for any taxis so that you have to take the limousine they offer at very high prices. Definitely not returning to this place.

We stayed at this hotel and were very pleased with our experience! Although the hotel is large and there are many guests, the territory is so spacious that it never feels crowded — everything is calm and comfortable. There are several beaches on-site, each with its own charm. Sunbeds are spaced out at a comfortable distance, providing a sense of privacy and relaxation. The beaches are absolutely beautiful — clean, well-maintained, with stunning views. The underwater world is especially impressive: the reefs are vibrant and full of life, with lots of colorful fish. Snorkeling is a must here — it's an amazing experience! The food at the hotel is excellent — always fresh and delicious. There are also plenty of activities to enjoy during the day, like yoga, volleyball, darts, and more. Evenings are lively too, with dances, contests, and entertainment programs. I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 nights. The service is unprofessional and bad, the facilities are decent and the food is just okay. The service team here seemed very unprofessional to me considered this is a "5 star" hotel. To begin with, our flight arrived ar an odd hour of 1 A.M. 18th of April. So we emailed the office to ask if it was best to book the night of the 17th or if early check in would be possible. We asked a month before our trip and they said early check in is possible for a cost. We were willing to pay as it seemed reasonable. We then emailed two Days before our trip to confirm early check in and we got the same response as before, we began to understand it seemed to be some automated message. We got to the hotel around 2 A.M. to check in and then they said there were no rooms available. It seemed highly unlikely considering the shear size of the resort but we didn't contest as the man at the front desk said maybe an hour or two for a room. We were told to stay anywhere we'd like so we walked around the resort and saw the facilities. We sleeped on the beach chairs, the pool chairs, the lobby just about everywhere and nobody came to check if we were okay or comfortable, no water no snacks, nothing was offered to us. We did not get a room until 11 A.M. and when we tried speaking to a lady that seemed to have some managerial power all she offered to say was "so sorry but just take a seat and wait till a room opens up." Again no concern for us as guests or anything. Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior. We had not showered, brushed pur teeth or had water since 2 A.M. and they had no shame in letting us sleep in the lobby. How could this possibly not look bad on the hotel?? When we got to our room there was already a sour taste in our mouths due to this service but then our room had no working TV and had an odd smell to it. We were so tired from barely sleeping that we just took the room as were grateful to even have one. This seems to be a common thing and there are no reviews about this as for the next two days we would see piles of people sleeping on couches in the lobby every morning. This is not a good look for a 5 star hotel, and it makes me wonder if their reviews are all bots to boost their ratings. I will be contacting the main Movenpick entitity to file a complaint for the unprofessional attitude the staff had. Regardless, the resort is decent in services like their pools beaches and restaurant. The beach had a nice sandy entrance to a pretty reef where one could snorkel. The restaurant was good with varied options everyday but with sub-par food quality in some items. I truly dont think this is a 5 star resort as I've stayed at multiple across the world and this felt more like a reach of a 3 star hotel trying to be 5 stars. Absolutely unprofessional service and sub-par food and drink quality.

The receptionist was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. They kept brushing me off and delayed my check-in by 2 hours. Even though I specifically requested a king-size room, they suggested a different one, claiming it was an upgrade, just to stall me. The hotel is very far from the beaches, and although the breakfast offers a wide variety, the products are of low quality and lack flavor. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Had a great stay here for a week. The room was a little tired but they are refurbishing at the moment and with that been the only negative I feel this hotel could be a gem come next summer. Food was nice and if you like trying new food plenty of choice. It is slightly salty but other than that very tasty. My wife can't have dairy, she mentioned it once and they went out and bought her almond milk. Fantastic service if you ask me. Pool was cold but it was February. The heated pool was fine and we enjoyed that one, the slides were also great fun and broke the days up. Service around the pool and in the bar was unbelievable. They really take the time to talk to you first couple of days. After that you have to tell them to stop bringing drinks or they turn up every 15 minutes. All in a great stay and would recommend.

We stayed at Novotel Palm for 2 weeks, and when we received our room, almost everything was broken. The safe wasn’t working, the fridge was broken, and 2 out of the 3 door cards didn’t work. The towel rack fell down as soon as you touched it, and the toilet could only be flushed if you pressed the button at the right angle. The curtains didn’t open or close properly. Some problems were fixed on the same day (the door cards and the safe), and with a few issues (the curtains, towel rack, and toilet), we just got used to them. However, it took 5 days and a lot of frustration to get the fridge fixed! Five days! Whenever you reported an issue, reception would always say, “It will be fixed in 5 minutes,” but what they really meant was, “Who knows when it will be fixed.” Also, some of the staff at reception gave off a “I hate my job” vibe, so be prepared to be persistent if you need assistance. The children’s playgrounds were in terrible condition, looking more like dumps. Everything was either broken or covered in bird droppings. The playgrounds closed at 4:30 PM, and after that, there was absolutely nothing for kids to do. The food was mediocre at best. Breakfast was available from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, but lunch was only served for 2 hours, and if you went later, you were left guessing what was on offer. For snacks, you could only have dried-out food leftover from breakfast or lunch. It was awful. The rooms were generally clean, but I wouldn't recommend looking behind the doors or under the beds! I would also like to mention that although I had paid for a late check-out, my wristband was cut off at 12:00 and I was no longer allowed to go to the hotel restaurant for a meal. This was very disappointing. Finally, the hotel gave us a voucher for an Italian restaurant, but it served the exact same food as the hotel buffet. The only difference was that you had to wait longer for the waitress to bring it to you. And you're stuck with dry rice because you can't go to the restaurant’s kitchen to get more sauce. The voucher was completely pointless! I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has 5 stars.

I recently stayed at Novotel Palm, and unfortunately, my experience did not match the 5-star rating the hotel claims to have. Let’s start with the positives: the bartenders and waiters were excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional. However, that’s where the good things end. The buffet was mediocre at best, offering limited variety and average-quality food. The biggest disappointment was the room quality—far from what you’d expect in a 5-star hotel. The furnishings were old and worn out, more like a 2-star motel, and the sink in the bathroom didn’t even work. It felt like I was staying in a 3-star hotel, not a luxury resort. The worst part of my stay was dealing with the reception clerk, Ala. He was mean, disrespectful, and tried to intimidate me when I asked to change rooms. Initially, I was told to come back at 3 PM, but when I did, they said someone would come to my room to show me other options—no one ever came. Instead, a plumber arrived two hours later, and I had to stay in the same subpar room because it became clear that Ala was incompetent and unwilling to help. I paid for a superior room, but upon check-in, I was given a standard room. Ala insisted that it was a superior room, but later, another employee, Yaroslava, told me that the superior room doesn’t even exist—even though it’s clearly listed on their official website! Additionally, I witnessed Ala being rude to an older gentleman at the reception. The guest needed help connecting to the Wi-Fi, but despite having no other guests to assist, Ala refused to help. My friend ended up stepping in to assist the man instead. Another frustrating experience was booking the À la carte dinner. I received a voucher for dinner, but when I tried to reserve a table, the guest representative claimed they were fully booked and tried to push me into booking for lunch instead. When I explained that I couldn’t do lunch because our friends were leaving, suddenly, multiple spots became available. When we arrived for dinner, only 25-30% of the restaurant was occupied. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just book us in the first place. Overall, this hotel does not deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms are outdated, the reception staff is unprofessional (especially Ala), and the service is inconsistent. While some staff members were great, the overall experience was disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their customer service and facilities.

We stayed in the Palm building of the hotel in a family room 4210. The staff were welcoming, helpful and nice. The room was clean, the linen was also clean, our maid was Reda, who didn’t hesitate to clean the room on our first demand, thank you Reda. A hairdryer is on the bathroom. The shower works properly. To flush the toilet you need to tap the flush button twice without pause. Bottled water is renewed every day. Nice garden view from the balcony towards the main restaurant and partly on the both pools. The main restaurant offers a variety of options for food, including children’s corner, thank you for the chefs, cooks and waiters. 2 Nescafé coffee machines and one additional one in the Bubbles bar. The territory of Palm building is quiet and tranquil, all the animation and night programs are on the Beach side of the hotel. This territory is for quiet and relaxing vacation. Heated swimming pools are available on both territories. Ice cream machines are available on both territories also beginning at 13:00 till 15:00 and at 17:00 till 19:00. The beach is large enough, but if you want to get the chaise lounges (wooden with a mattress) by the waterfront you need to get to the beach at 6:00-6:30. The sea is clean, the weather was nice, lifeguard is always on duty with a kayak and the towels are always available given in exchange for the towel cards. Special thanks to Guest relations manager Yaroslava (Russian speaking) who helped us through all the period of our stay. Thanks for all the staff beginning for the security team ending up with the director general for your hospitality and care.

Pros: • Beautiful, green and blooming territory. • Tasty food, always some special dishes like seafood. There could be more fruit though — currently, the apricots are unripe, and twice a week you have to “fight” for watermelon. • Good spa. • Nice rooms with comfortable beds. • Pools are great. Cons: • Swimming in the sea is difficult due to corals and shallow water; the pier is long and often closed. • Local alcohol is low quality. The wine is undrinkable! • Gym is small, without working air conditioning or support staff. • Mixed service — some staff friendly, while others are outright rude (especially the guy with braces at the beach bar). • Unusual wristband system separates guests by nationality, with different meals and activities. • Entertainment is weak, except for great animator Ryan from the UK. ( special thanks)! The drink selection, evening entertainment, and professional training for the bar staff should be improved. Our rating: 3 stars.

world's worst 5-star hotel. can you imagine a 5-star hotel without wifi and poor hygiene in public areas? few of the staff were friendly but the majority were rude as can be. Italian music everywhere. the restaurant and the food was incredibly of poor quality. staff who clean the room come and knock and wake up the guests at 7 in the morning to clean the room and he always expects to be paid for it. when it comes to the pool, I have never seen dirtier water. the beach chairs are probably from the 80s. last but not least, it was clearly stated before I booked that the hotel had animation every evening, which is not true. everyone who lives in the hotel gathers at the reception every evening to be able to connect to reasonably good wifi, then everyone goes to bed at 10 p.m. Personally, I will never book at this hotel again.

Everything is nice except animation, only 30 minutes in the evening and you will fall asleep. I advise this hotel for couples who like to sleep after 9 pm. Definitely not for young people who like evening entertainment or disco. Also, there are many shops near hotel.

The hotel is disgusting. The staff does not work, they do not care about the guests. They gave us a standard room, it was upgraded to superior. At the reception they tried to convince us that standard was a higher category. When we checked out they extorted money. The manager said that we broke a socket. It was outrageous. After all, we did not damage anything! The rooms are dirty, the cleaning is disgusting. The territory is clean, the beach is good, there is a lagoon. The food in the restaurant is tasty and fresh. The restaurant itself is dark, there is an unpleasant smell. We ate outside. I categorically do not recommend this hotel!

One of the best resorts I have stayed in. Highly recommend this hotel. We cannot wait to come back! Checked in around 3am which was a very smooth check in, got upgraded without charge to a sea view family suite. The room was absolutely spacious, with lots of wardrobe space, and a beautiful balcony. The buffets from breakfast time to late night snacks were amazing, plenty of choices. We had access to all the hotels on site including use of their pools and restaurants- no restrictions. Teppanyanki restaurant is a must try- absolutely delicious Japanese food- booking is needed one day prior. The aqua park was fantastic, cool slides and rides. Lifeguards were super friendly and making sure everyone was safe. WOW the snorkelling, what an experience!! We had access to the beach which the water was shallow to do snorkelling, especially for young children this was brilliant. The dive centre was on site on club resort , staff were super professional and friendly who provided us with life jackets (additional fee) so we could snorkel in the 30m deep sea end of the pier. scuba diving was also available (15min €30 or 25min €40). Spa was good however did not have shower facilities with use of shampoo and body wash, robe and slippers were not given nor welcome drink. Downside- additional fee for ice creams & watermelon during the day. If you are interested in pool parties this was additional fee. Entertainment was repetitive.

The water slides were incredible and there is so much choice for children of all ages. Definitely visiting again!! There sister hotel also accommodates a sea view which has a free shuttle bus to the hotel 🏝️

Where do I begin? We visited Sharm El Sheikh from April 1st to 9th, 2025. Although our experience at the airport was quite stressful, everything turned around the moment we arrived at the hotel. We were kindly upgraded to a pool view room with fantastic features, which was perfect as we were travelling with children. We were warmly welcomed by Andrew at reception, and from him to the barmen and the cleaners, every single staff member we encountered was kind, polite, and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. The food was amazing throughout, and we were able to book two à la carte restaurants included in our 7-day stay — both were excellent. The water park was also a big hit with the kids! A special thank you to the excursion team — I accidentally left my bag in one of the transfer vehicles, and they were incredibly helpful in locating the driver and getting it back to me. Huge thanks to Yaya, Marcelo, and Cheetos for the fun and unforgettable excursions!

There was slight issue with the AC not being cold at 26C but it was fixed immediately. Esraa and Alaa are very pleasant. We requested a late check out but another colleague was not aware. Overall wonderful experience from the banqueting team to concierge to maintenace and housekeeping. The food selection at Coral was really good. 5 stars! Good location too. Highly recommended. Look for Alaa and Esraa. They need to make more of them. Great hospitality and customer service.

The hotel is good for the children's heated pool, Ibrahim (one of the staff) and not much more. There's very little variation in the food in the buffet and if you aren't there for the rush as soon as its open, you're either eating cold food or chips! The bar service was tough as there was a language barrier between us and the staff (we are English speaking) often we were smirked at and just met with no, we asked what cocktails they did and got told 3....that was it. We travelled as a family of 3, it took us 3 visits to reception and 2 days to get a 3rd bath towel and a plug so we could bath our toddler. The kettle didn't work and was never changed fornus during our stay. The room was acceptable but definitely not 4 star standard, closer to 2.5/3 star. When lifting the mat in the shower so we could bath our toddler it was full of black mould underneath, the fridge wasn't clean and there was a musky smell from clothes in the wardrobe, the main part of the room was clean and tidy and the room tidied everyday if we wished along with bottles of water as and when we needed. You will be greeted/bothered by staff members whilst sitting poolside for excursion sales, massage sales etc. after day 2 it became annoying for us. The entertainment is hard to get involved in as it is mainly in Russian due to that being the main nationality in the hotel about 80% of the guests were Russian. Wouldn't recommend this hotel even with it's cheap nightly stay price, spend a little more and go elsewhere would be our choice in future.

Stayed at this hotel with my family for 10 nights and it was absolutely lovely, there were a few things that we weren’t happy with which I’ll get to but first the hotel itself is spotless very clean and tidy the rooms are lovely we had a balcony with a lovely view of the pool they were cleaned everyday day and had decorations made out of the towels which was lovely, also a big shout out to Walid at the pool he looked after us and kept loungers for us everyday always asked if we were okay and put the umbrellas up for us he was lovely, the majority of staff were polite and very friendly, a few things that we weren’t happy with first the main restaurant is way to small for the amount of people in the hotel opening at 19:00pm there would be crowds of people waiting for them to open it and then would be running pushing and shoving to get to the food first and to get tables it was an absolute missery people pushing ahead of the queue very ignorant and rude mainly Russians as the hotel is full of them people would be putting mountains of food on there plates so no one else could have any it was ridiculous the food was poor hardly no options or variety at all I lived of white rice and fries everyday as everything else wasn’t appealing, for breakfast we’d have omelette and had an upset stomach after having one only to find they were raw so after that we skipped breakfast everyday as it variety of food was poor, we would go for dinner at 21:00 just so we could get a table because it’s absolutely ridiculous the amount of pushing and shoving for food when it opens at 19:00 the animation team are very boring they very often speak to you and when they do they don’t take no for an answer just constantly nagging you and when you say no to take part in an activity they sulk, they tried getting us to go outside the hotel complex to go to a disco which we said no as it isn’t safe and they sulked didn’t look happy, Tito one of the animation team members was very rude and immature asking girls for there instagram and when they said no would sulk he also purposely kicked a volleyball into a girls face who was taking part in a pool activity and proceeded to laugh, he also made bad comments about another staff member who we loved he was just very childish and weird the way he acts, when leaving the hotel to go in the shops or the sister hotel you are pestered and nagged to go into shops and when you say no they get aggressive and say stuff in there own language giving dirty looks, all the men are perverts the looks they give are disgusting and they stare, the mosquitoes are bad we were bitten alot even though we had bands and the insect spray but apart from that the hotel was lovely the pool and slides were lovely, we would definitely come back we had a lovely time.

DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS They are of the sister hotel by bus transfer. Sport itself is rundown motel looking, dirty bedding, cold food of Limited choice, 2 star at best. Room full of mosquitos. The receptionist smirked as we booked out after 12 hrs and paid to go back to the hotel we used last year. The area is sandwiched next to the main freeway. carriageway and airport . Even the taxi driver told us yeah english never like... Love holidays were not available to assist after 2 calls being on hold. Luckily as season travellers did something I've never had to do in 30 years ..booked out paid up moved to other hotel. Has made me cry and feel sick total holiday cost now at 1600, ended up where I could have booked myself including flights for 800. Yes I will be making a complaint

We strongly recommend the Sierra Hotel. The personnel were the most accommodating and kind we have ever encountered at a hotel, from the moment we arrived until we departed. We were unable to recall the name of our janitor, but we were able to inform him that the TV and fridge were not functioning upon our arrival. Fortunately, the issue was resolved within a few hours. Our room number was 3529. Soho Square is conveniently located just a few minutes away, and the Sierra pub, which is adjacent to the hotel, hosts performances every evening until 1 a.m. It was effortless to obtain a beverage and observe the event. Bowling, ice skating, billiards, mini golf, and the spa are all included in the 2-hour vouchers you receive, ensuring that your evenings are always filled with excitement. Additionally, complimentary admission to a Savoy hotel celebration was granted. If you preferred not to depart the hotel, there were also singers on the front terrace. Gamal and I relished the aqua exercise throughout the day. The international cuisine was exceptional. The fresh pasta was a delightful treat, and we are grateful to Mohammed, the pasta cook, and Ayman for organizing the seafood menu for our private beach dinner, during which we became engaged. More thanks to the best server, Mamdouh, who made us delighted throughout the stay, not just during the exclusive meal. I will always recall you. The hotel offers a variety of excursions, such as a journey to Cairo to visit the pyramids, a cruise to White Island, desert parties, and moto quad safaris. Book at least four days in advance, as the capacity filled up rapidly, particularly in Cairo. The hotel shuttle was beneficial due to the high temperatures during the day, and the beach was spotless. The hotel states the shuttle runs every 20 minutes, but we thought it was every 10—better! We were impressed with Sierra and its employees. Andrew, the receptionist, was exceedingly accommodating when we arrived late for our departure. Thank you! If we return to Sharm el-Sheikh, Sierra will be our choice.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and it was our second time that we choosed this hotel and will come back again, it was amazing experience. Staff were very friendly and caring all of tgem special thanks to the most nice ladies Miss Rasha and Mervet they made our stay more comfortable. The room including the blankets and covers changed on daily basis. The atmosphere was suitable for families. The free access for tge activities in Soho square was amazing and what made our stay more lovely. The food was delicious and with a great variety I would only recommend to use italian and basmati rice.

Well what to say… From the one and half year experience living in Sierra can say that it’s not definitely a place for people who looking for peaceful place. A lot of kids running around because no specific playgrounds. Compound maintenance is below average. Frequent power and water cuts. Irrigation system is really disappointing with unfiltered sewage water which leaving unpleasant smell in all surroundings. Advantage is good location close to supermarkets, main road and local market ArabSet. Pools clean and maintained well however sum beds rubbish. For those who not concerned about noise and crowds will be fine.

Amazing hotel, very clean, many pools, excellent service, very pleasant people, food was great. To go to the beach you need to take a 5 minutes bus from the hotel. The only thing is that the beach is full of corail and can't swim in the sand. You have to take the stairs. We did also snorkeling, it was amazing.

The most important thing to me is cleanliness, and this hotel is very clean. Despite the main pool being closed there is another just a few metres away. The beach is sooo lovely and relaxing and the water is just incredible. Thank you for a lovely stay. I will return. It is also very safe and secure.

Special mentions go out to Essayed, a housekeeping staff, who was incredibly friendly and creative. He really is an asset to the hotel! The beach bar staff were also incredibly friendly. Kameel was very welcoming, funny, went above and beyond (literally!) and always ensured that we were well looked after. Likewise, Muhammed and Reef (spelling may be incorrect) were also incredibly friendly, hospitable and again ensured we were okay. Abdullah, who drove us in the taxi, always drove with style, was full of conversations and laughter. He also somehow persevered through my family’s awful singing. Lastly, Vola’s welcoming spirit and her personality whilst welcoming guests to dinner was lovely and delightful.

Just returned from a weeks holiday at Sheraton Sharm resort would I go again no. Been to sharm 3 times before this is the worst hotel I have stayed in. The bedrooms were fine and cleaned well. Bedding and towels lovely and overall hotel very clean. Entertainment team friendly and good always asked to join in but not pushy. No bottled water around hotel just small cup if requested. No water on table at dinner which is unusual. We were told renovations were being undertaken but did not expect these to be major. Terraces and main swimming pool being done work 24/7 very dusty Lorry’s up and down the beach walk. Once on beach by the sea it was ok but really think they should not be taking guests whilst this work is carried out. The food is not good hardly ate all week only good thing I lost weight. My friend was really ill in bed for 3 days still ill on return home and ended up at A & E . I certainly would not class this 5 star and would not return

The elevator connecting the reception area to the beach level is a fantastic addition, making it an excellent choice for families with young children and older travellers. The only area where I felt there was room for improvement was the food selection. While the quality was decent, there were limited options available during my stay. If you want to have fun with a friend, lover or family, you must visit the place. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. The resort is very large and very safe. The breakfast is special. The Arabic food is special and the Italian food is very wonderful. Close to all places. It is 20 minutes away from the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, especially the one overlooking the sea. I liked the ground floor more than the upper floor. The water walkway is fun and diving is very safe. From 10 o'clock the water becomes warm. If you intend to spend an enjoyable vacation, you should go to Rotana.

Fantastic resort. Our room was quite, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. All the staff members were extremely attentive, polite and helpful. The food in all the restaurants we ate in was extremely delicious and amazing. The pools where very clean and the water was a very comfortable temperature. The whole resort was very clean and the gardens well kept. The staff are a credit to the management team, everyone from the gardeners to the reception staff. I wish to give a special mention to Said, Rushdie and Ahmed at the relax pool for the amazing time they ensured we had during our stay and for making my wife's birthday so enjoyable.

Our room was very close to the theater where you can find animation every evening , little noisy until 23:00 but for us not a problem. I recently stayed at the Reef Oasis Beach Resort in Sharm El Sheikh, and it was one of the best holiday experiences I’ve ever had. The location is stunning right on the beach with easy access to some of the most beautiful coral reefs in the area. Snorkeling and diving were absolutely unforgettable. The resort itself is very well maintained, with clean and spacious rooms, beautiful gardens, and multiple pools to choose from. There’s even a water park that’s perfect for both kids and adults. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. The food was delicious, with a variety of restaurants offering both local and international dishes. I especially enjoyed the fresh seafood and the themed dinner nights. !!!One of the highlights of the stay was the animation team. They were energetic, fun, and always kept the guests entertained with daily activities, games, and evening shows. Whether it was aqua aerobics, beach volleyball, or live performances at night — there was never a dull moment. I would highly recommend Reef Oasis Beach Resort to anyone looking for a mix of adventure, relaxation, and fun in Egypt.

I had an amazing stay at Reef Oasis Beach Resort in Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel offers beautiful beachfront views and a fantastic coral reef perfect for snorkeling. The location is fantastic. Best house reef in all sharm. The property is beautiful too, many smaller pools with their own bars. Now the food is honestly terrible (as an Italian), service is lacking (when we checked in nobody told us where to go and we had to find our own building and room - so weird), shows and entertainment is pretty sub par. The Indian restaurant though was great! hey you get what you pay for - an all inclusive for 50 pound per person a night is very cheap.

It's not a 5 star hotel. Indeed, the sea is nice. There are sun-beds on the beach and by the pools where you can relax. Thea area is nice and beautiful. The biggest problem is the food and cleaning at the main restaurant. It is low quality and dirty. Few times I found remaining of old food on the clean plates and . On the third day I got a stomach ache for 2 straight days. It's recommended to drink a lot of alcohol to avoid food intoxication. A big minus for the food. Second problem was in the cleaning of the rooms. The used to forget about it. I may accept this. But to find dried pee on the mattress it's not acceptable. I also have a feedback regarding the internet. There is a wifi there. But it's too restrictive. You can only browse web pages. They don't let you use a VPN. They even do DPI on the trafic to detect VPNs over https port 443. This is a big privacy concern. With few exception, the stuff people were nice. They really did their best. So big like for that!

We had a lovely family holiday here may 2025. We are English. The majority of people at this hotel are Russian. The positives : The whole hotel is well cared for. The gardens are amazing. The pools are well maintained. What stands out for this hotel is the staff . They are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We were really impressed by there hospitality. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and had every toiletry you would need ( ie shoe cleaning kit, toothbrush, toothpaste, sewing kit, earbuds, cotton wool etc). Pool and room towels changed every day. Would have been nice to have the option to not have them changed each day for the environment . We had an issue with kettle but within 1/2 hrs it had been replaced. Water stocked up every day. The sea is lovely for snorkeling the coral reef and life guards are on duty . Negatives. The food and drink are very mediocre. We went to the Lebanese, egyptian, Chinese and Indian restaurants but wouldn't go back. The grill was the worst so dark you couldn't see what you were eating and seemed to be the same food as the other restaurants. Spent the last couple of day at buffet. Not the best but was edible. The beer was nice and so was the rose wine. Cocktails ... I think there were 4 choices and they were not great. Cheap spirits . The worst thing was the music. It didn't seem to matter where we went either by the sea or to any off the pools they seemed to play music that you would probably hear at a nightclub on full volume. Seemed to play on a loop. It would have been great to have one are to go to where it was quiet. The evening entrainment that we saw wasnt great either. We went to the magic show. Started late. Magician done a trick with a pigeon which he then stuffed in his suitcase. This really upset one of my family as so cruel to the bird. We left shortly after. We went to another show. Not sure what was going on. Seemed to be people from the audience sitting on the stage. For those reasons we will not go back to this hotel which is a shame because the staff were lovely

I recently stayed at the MonteCarlo Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, and while the hotel was quite nice with clean rooms, friendly staff, and good facilities, I was really disappointed with the animation and entertainment. The animation here was far worse than what I've experienced in other hotels. There were very few activities, and the ones that were available lacked energy and engagement. It felt like they were just going through the motions without any real effort to make the experience enjoyable. We expected much more from the animation program at such a hotel, but unfortunately…. They ask for good reviews and went after us like 5 days to make it. Everyone goes at the swimming pool and ask for this. This is shame to ask that way while the animators were low-energy and didn’t show much interest in the guests. All the activities they organized were repetitive and uninteresting, especially for adults. The kids weren’t impressed with the children’s programs either — there was a lack of activity and interaction. There was no sense of fun or involvement. Animation in other hotels in Sharm is much more diverse and lively. It’s a shame that our expectations weren’t met.

Lovely beach, we booked a garden view room but it still had an amazing view of the sea. The resort is really beautiful, with nice design and decor. The room is spacious with a lovely balcony and a great bathroom with a big walk in shower. Loads of lovely staff really made our stay special. The quality of the food was better than other all inclusive resorts we have been to and the drinks were really good.

We got engaged here a couple of nights ago and they kindly decorated our room! Plenty of sun lounges to choose from both around the pool and on the beach. So, my husband and i, and our two friends arrived at this hotel on the 23rd April. Everything was nice and smooth, from check-in to getting into the room. However, as the days went on and we viewed the hotel properly, we thought that the hotel was nice. The main downfall was the food, we were very disappointed, as there were not many options, the food was literally catered to more of the Eastern Europeans, very bland and tasteless. There should be more variety to suit other people. For lunch, there was only 1/2 options that we liked, but it was generally the same things. The only other issue we had was on the beach, where we wanted to relax and play our own music on our speakers. However, a lot of people were complaining that the music was too loud and it disturbed their sleep and relaxation. If people want to sleep and relax, they have a room and balcony which they can use. We paid for our visit, hotel services and we should be able to do what we want. The music was not even that loud, it was for us to enjoy as well. We still did not listen and carried on playing as, this is unfair to us as well. In general the location and service was okay. But we wouldn’t be booking this hotel ever again. We would rather have an expensive 5 star hotel, with more variety of food, and better entertainment, as the ones they had were very boring.

Excellent value for money. Beautifully kept grounds. Lovely location on the water. Tons of food to choose from 3 times a day. Plenty to satisfy all types of appetites & preferences. Quite astonishing, really. It is not a 5 star hotel but we were very satisfied for the price we paid. The vast majority of guests were Russians & Italians. Good atmosphere all round. One has to get taxis everywhere as there are no buses servicing the hotel. One star gets deducted from my rating for the awful, overly loud music that they blast out in the public areas.

I will start by saying that our stay was beyond perfect - we were blown away from the very beginning. The staff in extremely friendly and helpful and couldn't be more pleased to help us with whatever request we've had. The resort was perfect for our needs - a bit out of the crowded área but close enough to all major locations. It is quiet in the way of resting and recharging though there are plenty of daily activities. Beaches and pools on both sides of the resort to pick from, we loved the Adrenalina beach where we stayed for 2 days in a row. The gardens are amazing and well maintained, and the service is beyond words. Many, many thanks to Mohamed in Shahrazad Restaurant - he is the perfect host, and also to Mohamed at reception for being so accommodating.

It’s a lovely place with a real character, great staff from reception to catering to entertainment all really nice and helpful. The food was great with very many options and there were different themes some nights (e.g. Egyptian night, romantic night, etc) that made it more fun and interesting. The quality of the food was great too. There are various activities and parties that people can join in if they wish. They were fun and I personally enjoyed them as they kept me active and entertained. Plenty of lovely space in various locations if you want to sunbathe near the see or the pool or more quiet locations. Well maintained gardens and beautiful surroundings make it all very nice and relaxing both at nights and during the days. We loved it and will go back again! The Hotel is huge and I love every bit of it. The family room was very big and I truly enjoyed staying in the room, The beach is very nice and clear and you can see fishes around. You can do snorkeling too. Animation team are great, I loved the white beach party but the music played is repeated in every party although I still enjoyed it. They celebrated my sons birthday thank you. Below are few points that i wish they can work on : 1. One of the receptionist was not very polite when I arrived and I didn't give me my time, I just ignored him and moved to the other reception guy. 2. I wish a paper is given to you when you hand over your luggage this way you will feel more , instead of going and finding which luggage belongs to you. 3. Appreciate if you serve fresh Mango juices as Egypt is known for their Mango. 4. The hotel is huge and needs more golf carts, as its difficult for elderly and young children to get to places as there is huge land. 5. Restaurants are very clean and the food is not top standard for a five star hotel, as there are many restaurants but they don't serve exactly what's the cuisine they should be serving.

This was our first time coming to this hotel and we had a glad experience. When we came in, the staff were polite even though it was 10:00PM and helped us to our room. We also left luggage near the front desk as they take it to your room. Our room was clean and we even had swans made from blankets on our beds which was very professional! We also didn't pay for a beach view but still got an amazing view. The restaurant was also open at that time and had a bit of snacks in it. In the morning we had breakfast and the food was amazing. We also went into the quiet pool in front of the room and the lifeguard was very friendly. The private beach was also amazing. They also have their own transportation but I wouldn't recommend it as we hopped in the wrong car and luckily we got there but the man on the phone at the hotel wasn't clear enough. Also the bar does amazing delicious drinks. Entertainment was mainly in Russian and Arabic which was disappointing as we were English. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Spacious design with all areas easily accessible. Main pool has a great vibe, beach area was chilled, no stress finding sun beds, the beach staff will always make sure you have what you need. The floating jetty to access reef was the bonus staying here, saw so many different fish snorkelling. There is access to walk/swim in sea but you need reef shoes as rocky with dead coral, also need to provide your own snorkel & mask. The spa was paradise, 3 out of 5 us enjoyed treatments. The food was good, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The cocktails were a bit hit & miss, if you have a preference for alcohol I would recommend bringing your own.

I had high hopes for this stay, but unfortunately it was a letdown. We arrived past midnight only to discover there was no running water at all — no shower, no sink, nothing. We were told the issue would be resolved in an hour, but it ended up lasting well over six hours with zero warning or proper communication. Reliable access to water is a basic expectation, and the lack of preparedness and transparency was deeply disappointing. We went here on an Easyjet holiday. Transfer from the airport is only 15 minutes. Staff were amazingly helpful, and room was fine. It overlooked the pool. There are lots of restaurants to choose from and definitely worth trying them all. Our favourite lunch spot was Viva Mer which offered a Tapas style menu. There is a shopping area ( Soho Square) within is in easy walking distance. Overall we had a great holiday here.

A Wonderful Stay – Always Happy to Return! This hotel in Egypt truly feels like a home away from home. The quality of the food is outstanding — fresh, home-cooked, and bursting with flavour. There’s an amazing variety available at every meal, so you’re never short of delicious options to choose from. The service is consistently excellent. The staff are friendly, kind, and always polite, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the rooms were spotless, with housekeeping maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout our stay. The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained gardens and a lovely layout. The beach is absolutely gorgeous — clean, with calm, clear waters that are perfect for snorkelling. The poolside vibe is just as enjoyable, thanks to the fantastic music played during the day, which really lifts the mood. We especially enjoyed the cocktails and alcoholic drinks, which were of great quality — a refreshing change from the watered-down drinks you sometimes get elsewhere. The animation team puts in great effort, and the entertainment overall was fun and engaging. However, one small point of feedback is that the kids’ disco is mostly in Russian, which makes it difficult for other children to understand and join in fully. It would be lovely to see more multilingual engagement to make it inclusive for all kids. All in all, it’s a place we love coming back to again and again — a perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

This hotel is very nice and offers great value for your money. The main difference between Jaz Mirabel Beach and Jaz Mirabel Park is that, while they share the same beach area, each has its own restaurant, and Jaz Mirabel Park is just about two minutes further from the beach. The quality and service at both are equally excellent. The staff truly stands out—friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. We also tried the massage at the spa, and it was fantastic. The only downside for us was the reef. While there are corals and fish, the coral seems to be dying, and the fish are quite small, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, if you're looking for a relaxing holiday with great service and comfort, I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. But if your main goal is exploring vibrant reefs and sea life, you might want to consider another location.

I had a great experience at the restaurant inside JAZ Mirabelle Park . The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a clean and elegant setup that made dining very comfortable. The food was excellent — I especially enjoyed the grilled chicken and creamy mashed potatoes, which were full of flavor and served hot. We stayed in Room 5369, arrived 21st of May 2025 and stayed for 11 nights, it’s our second time to egypt and we were looking forward to coming back for a much needed family holiday. We dated on the park side of the resort but had use of all ten facilities on the beach side for the exception of their main buffet restaurant as guest have to stick to there own buffet restaurant within the side they are staying. The whole resort was very clean , the gardens and grounds kept so neat and tidy! The pools and beach are great and food we found all round good quality. We really enjoyed our stay, rooms while a little dated were kept very very clean by two wonderful cleans which names I can’t recall. In the main restaurant both Islam and Osama we’re wonderful, always on hand with a smile to greet us and show us to our table, they were also always on hand to help and serve drinks and tend to the table. All in all we would return and had a lovely time l.

We are not writing this review to give a low rating out of spite. We simply want to help future guests avoid the same disappointing experience we had. Most of the staff do not speak English, and even basic drink orders were never understood correctly during our two-night stay. Shockingly, when a guest tried to return a lost item, the staff member angrily replied “NO ENGLISH” and walked away. Our room was average and suitable for two, but we were three people and needed an extra bed. No bath towels were provided, and there was trash from a previous guest in the closet. When we requested towels, we were told it would take an hour. After insisting, they arrived in 10 minutes—but were tossed at us by a clearly annoyed housekeeper. We tried to book an à la carte restaurant included in the all-inclusive plan but found no availability. No one informed us at check-in that reservations had to be made at exactly 3:00 PM. Only two female staff members tried to help us during our stay—others were unhelpful or indifferent. The buffet areas were chaotic and loud, like a zoo. We recommend this hotel only to families with children. The only peaceful area was the beach. Even there, the bar staff were rude and inattentive—taking orders while talking on the phone and showing no courtesy. At the Sky Bar, we waited over 50 minutes for three drinks. This level of poor service sadly became what we came to expect. At check-out, we were asked how our stay was. When we honestly said it wasn’t great, the manager asked us to explain. We shared our experiences politely, but instead of listening, he offered excuses. He then pressured us not to write a review, offering a discount for a future stay. Even after we said we would never return, he asked us again not to post anything online. That moment made it clear: the problem is not the staff, but the management. We truly hope no one else will have the same experience, and that this review helps improve things, even a little.

I stayed at this hotel from 13 May-24 May We came as a family of five with three children ages 14,10,9 This hotel has everything to support our stay as a family. The two bedroom room came with two bathrooms which helped heavily. We were located in the ground floor directly next to a pool which was just magical. The facilities at this hotel were above average and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you are looked after. We never struggled to eat any food as there was a wide variety each evening. family room was great with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. the hotel grounds is big and can take a while to get around all areas but that also means there's lots to do and often means that its not too busy in any one place. Food at the beach bar was good and the staff all around the hotel were fantastic. The kids loved staying here and they have said they want to come back... and we would gladly do so!

We had a lovely stay at Golf Beach Hotel Resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the pool area was absolutely pristine—spotlessly clean with plenty of sunbeds and a really comfortable atmosphere. For the price, it was great value for money. However, there were a few downsides. The food wasn’t great for European tastes and was often lukewarm. The entertainment was mainly in Eastern European languages and not in English, which makes sense given the hotel's main clientele, but it would have been nice to have some variety. The biggest issue was the "all-inclusive" package—not everything was actually included. We only found out after ordering a Smirnoff and soda that premium alcohol (like Smirnoff or Heineken) required an extra $35 per day upgrade. No one informed us of this beforehand, and we were handed an unexpected bill. Overall, a good stay, but make sure you understand what’s actually included in the all-inclusive package!

we were on vacation during Easter. the hotel is tragic, deserves a maximum of 3 stars. the rooms are old, untidy, everywhere is dirty, untidy, broken. The hotel is undergoing renovation, we got the rooms with the children right after the renovation, they have been drilling and breaking tiles behind the wall of the room since 7 am, the rooms are simply fenced off from the renovation with an old mattress. The food does not change - poor and small selection, the staff is rude, you behave as if you owe them just for being on vacation. The pools are old, damaged, untidy, the entrance to the pool is made with bricks that fall - especially unsafe for children, the pools are poorly cleaned, so they are slippery, vacationers slip and fall when entering, and get injured. We were very disappointed with the Albatros chain. The only good thing is the animators - Vita, Mickey and others work for the entire hotel, thanks to them

When we arrived at the hotel, we had quite good impression. It is located at the centre and the resort was looking OK yet then the nightmare begins. We was just a bit before check to experience the area yet it took 2h over check in time before to get the room. They come to pick up with a golf car and drive us 2 km far, from resort entrance crossing two busy traffic roads in the Sport area. When arriving there the room was OK but it is a terrible smell that we did not want to stay any minute longer. We went back to reception to protest and after another hour of fighting, we got another room in the main resort area. The room was far to be decent and bathroom was really dirty that we needed to ask again to clean before to use it. Yet we understood that having the room cleaned was not a right but a luxury. We needed to call 2/3 times every day to get it and they also skipped some days. Cleaning was anyway very superficial and you can find foods from previous clients and often insects. The furniture's were from '80, old, damaged as you can see in the picture. The stuff was always rude and impolite for any requests or questions. They always refers to us in russian and also when we continue explained that we speak English, they just ignore it and continue with russian till we ignored them. Fast we understood that they were searching for tips but we didn't give them any coin on top. We chose to have only breakfast because I had a special medical condition yet also there they were never supporting till I chose to stop breakfast as well to avoid any risk. You need to wake up very early to be at 7am and get chance for an umbrella place yet many were already reserved by beach stuff for clients that pay them in black. I can continue for more situations but my final recommendation is to stay away from it and to chose another resort in that area that treats you better.

Check-in was great, we arrived at 2 a.m., despite the late hour we were fed and then taken to the room. The room is clean, the cleaning is daily, we are completely satisfied. This hotel has one of the smoothest ran staff team I’ve ever come across, staff are friendly and knowledgeable and remember your drink orders for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel was kept immaculate and all times. The main show became abit repetitive after a few days however we appreciate the effort that goes into such a production. This was a prefect location for our four children which included two fussy Teenagers, and we can’t wait to return.

Great resort. As soon as we arrived we were amazed. The staff at reception was very helpful and polite. We arrived at midnight and they invited us to have dinner. Someone was coming every day to clean it and to change the towels and beds. The water in all swimming pools was warm and clean. The waterslides are enough for everyone without queuing. A good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are a bit outdated but still functional. Beautiful beach with fine sand. The sea gradually slopes down, and the seabed is sandy, making it pleasant for swimming. Relaxing by the pool is also wonderful. They constantly bring you drinks to your sunbed. I am very satisfied. The food is good, but nothing exceptional. In summary, I would say it's a fine hotel, and the friendliness and helpfulness are truly top-notch here!

We’ve spent a wonderful holiday week in Sentido, just got back with a feeling we would be happy to come back! First of all, great location and perfect beach, especially if you travel with kids, wonderful reef and bay, huge and well-kept territory, never overcrowded and you always easily find a quiet place to chill. The food variety was fully ok, really impressing was the service personnel, always nice and perfectly trained! Generally speaking, think it’s one of the best hotels in the area and I would surely recommend it 😊

The most disappointing part is that when we needed help, they saw this opportunity to charge us and immediately asked for an extortionate amount. Third time visit to this resort, the first time to Sentido. Rooms are clean, tidy, and free safe. Rooms show some signs of age, wear, and tear. I can not express enough the level of service that staff show and give to guests. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff remembered us and treated us like old friends. There are three al la carte restaurants that can be booked, Kebabi, Indian, and Italian. Each have their merits, Italian and tenderloin steak a must. Indian an amazing selection of curry dishes. Kebabi is a plethora of meat. Main restaurants are usual all-inclusive fayre, always a carvery meat and fresh salad etc available. Pools are plenty across the resort. The beach is sandy and slopes into the sea, safe for all. There are numerous life guards to ensure safe bathing, too. There is a snack bar on the beach, and a restaurant for breakfast and lunch up the steps, slope from the beach too. Beach area can be busy, and entertainers make it loud at times. Reef and fish are a must and amazing. Met two other couples who were here for the first time and had been impressed by the hotel also, couple from Blackburn and a couple from Brentford, both stated would look at returning. Gillian was on hand to help with any teething problems or anything to do with the local area etc, special thanks goes out to her. Main points of Sentido over Reef Oasis, Gym, extra ala carte restaurant (Italian) more pools to choose from, separate area on the beach with own bar. Additional assistance from Gillian if required. Would I return? Almost certainly yes. Special thanks to Gillian, Muhammad in the restaurant and bar and to Romany who always goes the extra mile.

Really loved this hotel and location. The place is very clean and well looked after. That includes the pools where you would be hard pressed to find a leaf floating on top. All the staff are courteous and very hard working to make your stay as luxurious as possible. There is a constant bus service to the beach, but is barely a 10 minute walk anyway. The snorkeling is just brilliant, nothing else can be said there. The rooms are spacious, clean and well looked after and the buffets/food is probably one of the best I've ever stayed at, very yummy indeed..

The coral reef and the fish when snorkeling within the beach in front of the hotel are not inferior to those around the world! Jaz Fanara is a brilliant hotel in a great location. The staff are really friendly and helpful and want to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The rooms are always cleaned immaculately and are modern. When we had an issue with a plug not working, someone was sent quickly to fix it. The food in the hotel is great (especially for an all-inclusive) and changed everyday. There are also other food options available such as the al carte restaurant and the snacks at the pool side bar. As we came to Jaz Fanara out of school holidays, we didn’t have issues getting sun beds and the pools were pretty quiet. Access to the beach is also really convenient and there is also dividing available through the diving centre located at the hotel. Overall I was really impressed with the hotel and would definitely come again!!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were extra friendly and looked after us. They made our stay very comfortable. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The beach and pool were not over crowded and the food was abundant. The decor, lighting and facilities were brilliant. The entertainment staff kept us busy, with yoga and various activities throughout the day. The manager came around asked if we were happy and dealt with a minor issue promptly. I will definitely come back here if I make another trip. So happy we chose this hotel and feel so sad to leave.

A hotel I want to return to. Spacious, beautifully maintained grounds full of greenery, breathtaking sea views and a team of true professionals who genuinely care about guests' comfort and well-being. The rooms are not brand new, but everything is neat and clean. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, and I would have liked a bit more lighting in the room — but these were minor inconveniences easily forgiven considering all the other advantages the hotel offers. The food overall was very tasty. I did experience a mild case of food poisoning during my stay. However, since I was traveling with three others who felt completely fine, I’m inclined to attribute it to my own sensitivity rather than an issue with the food itself. The animation program was incredibly rich and varied — I’ve never seen anything like it before. I especially want to highlight the music selection by the pool — absolutely top-notch! A big thank you to the wonderful people who made our stay so enjoyable: Walid (housekeeping), Fox, Maryna, and Daryna (animation), and Zidan (bar at the reception), Mohamed (recreation). Your efforts did not go unnoticed! One thing I found puzzling was why animators aren’t allowed to sit with guests. Dear hotel managers, your team is a true treasure and should be looked after. When the temperature outside exceeds 40°C, it’s not acceptable for them to run activities in direct sunlight with barely any time to rest. Plus, in such heat, we guests weren’t too keen on participating in active programs either.

I had high hopes for this stay, but unfortunately it was a letdown. We arrived past midnight only to discover there was no running water at all — no shower, no sink, nothing. We were told the issue would be resolved in an hour, but it ended up lasting well over six hours with zero warning or proper communication. For a hotel of this standard, this kind of experience is simply not acceptable. Reliable access to water is a basic expectation, and the lack of preparedness and transparency was deeply disappointing. We went here on an Easyjet holiday. Transfer from the airport is only 15 minutes. Staff were amazingly helpful, and room was fine. It overlooked the pool. There are lots of restaurants to choose from and definitely worth trying them all. Our favourite lunch spot was Viva Mer which offered a Tapas style menu. There is a shopping area ( Soho Square) within is in easy walking distance. Overall we had a great holiday here.

We had an amazing holiday here and would thoroughly recommend people come. The posh club is well worth it. Delicious food, great service and amazing snorkelling. A proper 5 star experience. Nour at the Posh Club was brilliant - nothing was too much trouble and he got us booked at restaurants, beach cabana, etc so quickly. A really great personalised service. Muhammed did a wonderful job cleaning our room and was very approachable. He made sure we had our favourite snacks and drinks each day. Patricia at the Posh Club lounge was great and super friendly. She got to know what we liked and knew our usual order. Staff at the restaurants and on the beach were lovely. We were sad to leave and hope to come back!

We stayed at Sunrise Arabian for 12 nights and have zero complaints. The service is second to none, and the staff cannot do enough for you. We had a slight issue with air conditioning but it was sorted very quickly. The facilities are fabulous and our son had all sorts to keep him occupied. There is a complimentary show in a sister hotel which is recommended. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. The food in the buffet is fantastic and authentic. Special shout to George’s in the swim up bar who was so helpful and friendly. We would return without hesitation.

We stayed at Sunrise Arabian Beach and overall were quite satisfied. The hotel grounds are beautiful and green, and it’s clear that the staff works hard to maintain cleanliness — everything is tidy and regularly cleaned. Our room was cleaned daily, and towels were changed every day. The only downside was that the bathroom mirrors were often poorly wiped. The food is good for Egypt. Every lunch and dinner, they serve grilled meat, fish, and chicken. Seafood is always available. The selection is not very large, but everything is fresh and tasty. However, the variety of fruits is quite small. The sea is clean and great for snorkeling. There is no direct entry for adults from the beach — only from the pier. But there is a small shallow area by the shore where children can swim safely, which is convenient for families with little kids. The entire staff is very friendly, responsive, and tries to create a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, the hotel left a good impression. But there is one big downside — smoking is allowed almost everywhere: by the pool, on the beach, on the restaurant terrace, and in many public areas. This greatly affects the experience, especially for families with children or those sensitive to smoke.

A couple of kitchen assistants dropped croissants & then placed back on tray😮

Best resort I have ever been to and cant wait to go again! I would recommend the " Posh Club " upgrade , everything was absolutely incredible. The Egyptian guys working there are so happy, willing and really on the ball with top class service. My glass was only empty a few seconds at the most and the staff there seem to really want you to have the best possible experience. This was by far the best service I have ever experienced, everything just works and you don't have to do anything. These guys are so on the details that everything is taken care of. Other resorts aren't like this , you will see what I mean if you go here. The resort is also incredible. There are so many fantastic pools with pool bars and different features which was really cool. Live singers and musicians every night and like 4 proper restaurants from around the world in the resort that I think are free for everyone. The beaches just off the resort are spectacular as well with beautiful fish that swim very close to you just a few meters in to the water. This resort Is absolutely breath taking!! I am not a fan of Egypt based on my previous holidays but I am definitely going back here! Oh and thank you "Shady" for your excellent service and hard work, It was good to meet you ... if you ever see this :)

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The entire resort was spotless – clearly very well maintained. The food was excellent, with a great variety and quality throughout our stay. A few staff members truly stood out and made our trip even more special: Peter at the pool bar, Luca from the entertainment team, and Sam at the Latitude Bar – all went above and beyond to ensure guests had a fantastic experience. We stayed for 7 days, but next time we’ll definitely stay longer. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

Check-in was a little confusing as an inexperienced traveller, the member of staff at the desk seemed very busy and was not free to answer our questions. Really lovely double room with a balcony, but there was some damage and staining on the sofa, the hairdryer was not very effective, and the toilet paper was very thin. Housekeeping was regular and thorough. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. The service was excellent everywhere we went in the hotel. The food was very tasty and seemed to be of decent quality with a lot of variety, but there was some repetition, such as seafood soup as an option almost every day at lunch. The pasta station (lunch) and egg station (breakfast) were very nice. There was a good variety of drinks available, but the quality did vary depending on the venue. Pool bar cocktails were not as nice as those in some of the evening bars. The Italian restaurant was a little lacking in choice, and the quality, whilst tasty, was a little low for a dedicated Italian restaurant. The Indian restaurant was fantastic with lots of variety and delicious food. The Mongolian grill was excellent, with delicious food, help yourself portions, and spectacle-style cooking, which made it an exciting dining experience. We only visited one shop in the hotel (market/snacks) and it had a decent variety of items but was very pricey; we paid over 20 Euros for a few sweets and some biscuits! Overall, the hotel is fantastic, it has a number of pools, bars and a couple of small beach areas to suit varying needs and preferences. It is quite large, but the layout is easy to get used to, and we'd both happily recommend it to anyone visiting this part of Egypt.

A special thanks to chef Moammad and Emad in Gamila who made a fantastic dinner for us. The chef and waitress (Ebstam) in the Indian restaurant Our favourite restaurant was the italian, which had lots of vegetarian options, and thanks to the chef who made the pizza Great selection of desserts at lunch/dinner and fresh fruit selection The main pool is very big with great music and entertainment staff make a lot of effort I had previously marked it down as we weren't happy with the buffet lunch and dinner as we felt there was little selection for vegetarians (there is vegetarian food but it was repetitive and lacking in flavour). However, Chef Ramadan went out of his way to make us special vegetarian food, which was always very good. The service at the hotel is fantastic. The waitors work very hard (Hany, Ebstam, Medhat were all excellent) We travelled with our 9 month baby and are very happy with the choice of hotel for her - it's not overcrowded, so we felt safe to take her in the pool. Weaning can be difficult in some countries with such a small baby and so early into their weaning journey but she ate very well for all 3 meals, tried lots of new food and a great selection of fruit and veg for her. There is a small section of kids' food available There is an option to book a la carte restaurants which opens at midnight but if you don't book it midnight, they get booked up as there is limited seating in the italian and Indian (the capacity they advertise on the website is not true they don't operate at full capacity which is a shame as this is the best food) We have really enjoyed our time at Sunrise Diamond beach resort and thank you to all the staff at the resort that made our time special.

Excellent Hotel – Truly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at Baron Palms Hotel. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I had several special requests because it was my husband's birthday, and they made everything possible to make it memorable. Their attention to detail really made a difference. The waiters were also extremely friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, just in front of the reef, which is ideal for snorkeling and enjoying the natural beauty of the Red Sea. The all-inclusive package is truly all-inclusive – everything was covered with no surprises, which we really appreciated. The only downside was the quality of the food, which could definitely be improved. If the food were better, this hotel would be absolutely perfect. Overall, everything else was excellent. It's a hotel I would definitely recommend and would love to return to.

Came here for our honeymoon and was super happy throughout - we had a small issue in the bathroom and Mohamed Eldahshory on reception got Maintenance to come and fix it so rapidly. All the staff are SO friendly and helpful, and the vibe is very relaxed. Having drinks brought to you at the pool is a total luxury. I’m also allergic to onions and garlic but there was always something I could eat (not to mention the dessert selection is out of this world!!!!). The restaurant staff are so welcoming and attentive. I also hurt my ear scuba diving and the doctor here (Omar) was again super helpful.

Amazing Hotel – Perfect Location and Great Stay! We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! Everything was great. The location is ideal—very close to the airport, yet surprisingly quiet (you won’t hear any planes, so no worries there!). It’s also near most of the activities and excursions we booked, and just a short walk to the beach. Speaking of the beach—wow! The coral and marine life right in front of the hotel are the best we saw anywhere in Sharm El Sheikh. Honestly, save your money on national parks and tours; we saw more fish here than on any of those trips! The pool and surrounding area are excellent, although the deeper pool could be a bit warmer. The gym was a bit of a letdown—it’s quite small and could use an upgrade. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back!

A perfect holiday — for the second time! We returned to this beautiful resort for the second time and once again, we were truly impressed. The hotel offers everything you could ask for: several restaurants with a wide variety of quality options, numerous recreational activities, and a well-prepared sports team with an always well-organized program. The gardens are impeccably maintained, and the attention to detail makes every corner of the resort a pleasure. The restaurant staff is always courteous, smiling, and attentive to guests’ needs. A special mention goes to the main restaurant, The Palm: the buffet is always rich, varied, and carefully curated in every detail, from breakfast to dinner. A heartfelt thank-you also to the amazing team at the Sunset Bar — so fast and friendly — who pampered us every day with great energy. And what can we say about the beach boys? Starting the day with their smiles is truly a bonus. Thanks also to the friendly caddy drivers, and to Mr. Ahmed from Pyramid Water Sports, who every day came down to the beach to have a nice chat with us. If the wind allows, book a private boat trip with him — they’ll take you to stunning spots for snorkeling. Our overall stay was fantastic! The resort itself is large, stunning and clean! The reasons for the ratings: Rooms were exceptionally clean but visibly dated in certain aspects. We didn't have a separate shower and had to make use of a dual bath and shower. The decor requires a bit of modernization. Service: all staff were extremely friendly. But there were many instances where we asked for something in English and perhaps the staff didn't fully understand. They resort to a smile and bringing you the wrong order instead of clarifying. Lol. All good nonetheless. Location: great location just 10mins from the airport. The all inclusive concept is very well done here. Woke variety of food and drink options and so much convenience. They also have great entertainment here.

Review for the spa. I booked two massages. One Swedisch and one hot stone. Pally did both of them. She did a great job. She is very kind and watches your needs. Ask if everything is okay. She is doing a good job. I booked a massage for 60 min, but she did massage for longer. She is very gentle and kind. Pally thank you very much for the nice treatments. I highly recommend her. Before the start with the massage you have to fill in a checklist about your health and if there are any exceptions like don't want to be touched on some places etc. So they are really professional. Review for the mangal restaurant The service was amazing. There are really freindly. You can chose your meat and vegetables. They ask you how you want the meat to be prepared ( medium, well-done). They first ask to taste before serving. The waiters frequently asks if everything is okay or you might need something. You van eat as much as you want. Fast service. Gentle people. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank tou very much for the warm welcome and the lovely experience. We would love to come back again.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and warmth from the staff stood out, creating a truly memorable experience for us. Let me start by saying that the animation team was absolutely incredible and played a huge role in making our holiday so enjoyable. Achmed and Diego, in particular, were the stars of the show – their energy, positivity, and constant efforts to engage with guests brought so much fun to our days and nights. Whether it was games by the pool, evening shows, or just chatting and laughing with guests, they brought a special spark that really elevated our experience. We also want to give a shout-out to Mohammed, who is an incredibly kind and helpful member of the team. Despite a bit of a language barrier, he always made the effort to assist us with a smile and genuine warmth. The food at the hotel was amazing – fresh, well-prepared, and with a great variety. Each day offered something new to try, and everything we had was delicious. A special mention must go to the waiter Achmed, who was consistently polite, attentive, and always made an effort to have a conversation with us. It's small touches like that which make a big difference in a holiday experience. The hotel itself is brilliant, with great facilities and a beautiful location. Although the hotel is currently undergoing refurbishments, we didn’t feel inconvenienced at all. The staff have gone above and beyond to ensure guests are still comfortable and well taken care of. Their commitment to maintaining a high standard during the renovations is really commendable. Overall, while I’m giving it 4 stars simply because of the ongoing refurbishments, I have no doubt that once those are complete, this place will be a full 5-star experience. in my opinion this hotel is more desirable for adults than young children.

We are here now and having a great time! Rooms are lovely and clean. So many wonderful staff but special mention to Ahmed at the pool bar was very attentive and incredibly helpful. All staff are brilliant with the kids. My birthday today and they have all gone out of their way to make it special by even decorating my sunbed with balloons! Absolutely exceptional. Honestly can’t fault it. It’s our second time here and we’ll definitely come again. Came with my 4 children aged 5,7,8,9 and they all loved it and never got bored. It’s very clean and well looked after. The rooms are spacious, with great views, cleaned regularly and stocked up well. All the staff are so polite and anything you ask for will get done immediately. Can’t go wrong with the food, there’s 4 different restaurants and there’s something for everyone, American diner is a must to try. Entertainment is great for the kids and adults. We had the pleasure of having Shane Nolan one night for comedy and signing. Really going to miss this place, until the next time, because we’ll definitely be back again. Great service from Tamer, friendly guy, hard working and a joy to be served by. All bar staff amazing. Grounds are kept beautiful by the gardeners and the whole resort is extremely clean and well cared for. Food here is delicious whichever restaurant you choose to eat from and the waiters are attentive and helpful. We cannot fault the staff at this hotel, a bunch of brilliant, hardworking people. Special mention for Sara from guest relations, Ali, our room attendant (9108) and Bamboo restaurant for making my birthday special. Management should be extremely proud of every single member of staff for the enjoyment they create for you on your holiday.

This is our second time being here, and we absolutely love it! We came last year and enjoyed our stay that much that we rebooked as soon as we got home. The hotel is beautiful and in a fab location. The entertainment is brilliant and the kids love it. The staff can't do enough for you and we love them all. We sit at the main pool in the day and one of the waiters from the pool bar, Omara, makes sure we always have drinks and are comfortable and happy. This is our go to family holiday now ❤️

Great experience and great holiday. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly - can’t do enough for you. Nothing is too much. Top guy Ahmed was getting us drinks by the pool all day and in the bar all evening. Always smiling and always happy.

Hotel and view are nice Staff members are not the best, I visited in 2023, staff were only smiling to tourists. Everything is expensive outside the package which is somewhat irreasonable

I've been here in in Mosaique hotel for this summer and it was excellent. The employees are kindly and helps a lot. The food is delicious and various. The activities are also great. The surroundings are very beautiful, nice desert landscape, really nice. I recommend for other people to visit the Mosaique hotel at least for once. Thanks From Frank 👍👍👍

Beautiful Resort It was a real great Vacation with the Family . The Hotel is in a Great Location and has a great friendly super Helpful Staff. Beautiful Views ( Room 1323 Sea View ) was a Great upgrade from the reception . The Rooms were always kept clean and tidy. The Restaurants are specious and big . The Animation Team are wonderful and they kept people busy from 10.00 am Throughout the whole day either at the Pool or the evening Shows. Special thanks to Great Chefs for their wonderful Variety every day. All in all again it was a beautiful Holiday and All the Family loved the Place.
