Beautiful 5 star hotel with plenty of flowers and greenery, and very clean, Attention to detail was excellent. Rooms were spacious and very modern with excellent air conditioning and cleaned to a very high standard every day with fresh towels and bedding etc. Unfortunately the majority of guests were very rude, and had no concept of other people's personal space or enjoyment, and seemed to always expect priority service.! Staff were extremely helpful and polite but seemed under a lot of pressure from management! Rules of the hotel, and treatment of the staff and the hotel facilities were not respected by a lot of guests.

Great resort with everything you’d ever need. Entertainment is the best with day and evening shows. Got a chance to speak to Disco the entertainer and can say that he’s a great guy and put up such a great show every day. Facilities are great from the many pools to slides, beach, diving-snorkelling and many more. Food could do a bit better in my opinion but there is plenty of it and drinks are ok and at all times available. Tip if u like to be looked after from the waiting staff. Overall very pleasant 11 day stay and I strongly recommend is you’re a family.

Very good service and clean everywhere. The staff work around the clock to please you and work tirelessly while still creating an amazing atmosphere. Our room service , Mostafa, is a great example as he worked to professional standards and went above and beyond making different animals out of towels and pillows every day. Our room had amazing view (we stayed in two rooms 3208 and 9) Food has a lot of variety however the foods and drinks quality could be better. Amazing holiday after all 🙂

Good afternoon! I want to thank you for a wonderful vacation! It was warm and good) The SPA center is very well done. The room service is also excellent. Separately, I would like to mention the disadvantages that I noted during my stay at the hotel: 1. Food - a lot of fast food and little healthy food. There is no boiled meat. Fish and seafood were extremely rare. I chose the hotel taking into account the quality of the food and the availability of freshly squeezed juices. The result is that the food is below average, freshly squeezed juices were only in 2 restaurants and only from melons... 2. Poor entertainment organization, namely parachute entertainment - I was deceived 2 times by the day of the event, then by the time and I could not use this entertainment. I had to quarrel with the local organizers. He asked me to call the manager. They didn't call. The worst part is that they refer to their leaders in Cairo, who are unavailable to communicate with me. My children and I were very upset by this fact. 3. Eviction – we were offered to deliver our suitcases ourselves. Also, the safe storage of my belongings was not organized due to the late check-out. It also blurred the emotions that I received during my stay at your beautiful hotel.

On my last day in this resort and all I can say AMAZING . We traveled with two kids, the room was spacious and very comfortable. The food delicious, the grounds absolutely stunning but more importantly the staff.. so kind and helpful, perfect service. I highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Sharm El-Sheikh. You’ll not find better service and better value for your money than this resort.

We had an amazing time at Sunrise! The service, food, and atmosphere were all top-notch. Huge thanks to the staff for making our stay so memorable. Can't wait to visit Sharm again! Also, as an architect, I was pleasantly surprised by the ingenious design of the resort. The architectural layout create a visually stunning environment. One small note: it would be great if the rocky beach could be made more swim-friendly.

Fabulous hotel overall. Service is exceptional from virtually all staff. Animation team are great and really friendly. Lots to do if that’s what you like, no pressure if you don’t want to join in. Cannot fault cleanliness of rooms, pools, restaurants & beach. Beach/snorkelling great. Food good particularly in a la carte restaurants which are plentiful and easy to book. Spa is lovely and we all enjoyed using the facilities and had massages. We are a party of 5, x2 couples and x1 adult son, still here enjoying our last few days and would definitely return. This hotel is suitable for couples, families, groups and I would feel safe here as a solo traveller.

Our stay at Sunrise Arabian Hotel was a fantastic vacation. The hotel is well-maintained, with a nice location and a good atmosphere. The food is incredibly tasty, and there is a fantastic selection to choose from. You can enjoy different types of meals every day, as there are various cuisines available. The breakfast is amazing, with a wide variety of options on the buffet. The prices of the food are reasonable and affordable, making it easy to enjoy the culinary offerings. The restaurant staff provides excellent service, and they are helpful and attentive to your needs. We would like to express our gratitude to the team at the Thai restaurant, especially Mr. Ali and his entire team. The bar service is also great. The waiters at the pool bar are always walking around, providing a prompt service of delicious cocktails. The cocktails themselves have a fantastic taste, and the alcoholic beverages are of high quality. The hot drinks are also exceptional and offer a delightful brand. The hotel provides a high-quality environment for relaxation, making you feel like you are in paradise. We will definitely be returning and will gladly recommend the resort to our family and friends. Everything about this place is gorgeous. The service is impeccable. The only thing I have a suggestion for is the beach chairs. They are limited and people arrive to the beach very early, drop their things off and leave to get breakfast and other things. Those chairs are then “occupied” but there are no people. Chairs should not be reserved this way. Let the people who are actually on the beach enjoy them. So I was told, if you want a beach chair close to the water, arrive very early (6am/7am) drop your things and that is how to reserve them. Otherwise, food service and rooms are wonderful. I would love to come back!

Starting with the towel staff at the beach, all the way to the restaurant managers and front desk staff: all are exceptional. This is the largest fourseasons hotel in the world. There are more than 3000 palm trees inside the hotel. You can access the sea side directly. Hotel room facilities are great in terms of not only layout and design but also convenient controlling light thru technology. All hotel staff are professional and friendly . Only one weakness is that breakfast buffet operation due natural good.environment. That is, food is not safe from many birds' approaching. I am not sure of the sanitization of the food touched by birds.

Four seasons standard, I booked a four season suite in the new building, and it is marvelous with the large balcony that connects the two rooms. Quality service attention to details and everything is perfect. Just one note this is a retreat, no life after 10 p.m., and is too quiet all day. Also, I tried the kids club for my 3 years, daughter she enjoyed her time for about four hours without any complaints.

i have been to Sharm el sheikh many times, I saved up money to book a room at this hotel, however unfortunately, there was a recent change in visa regulation for Canadian passport holders which no longer allows visa on arrival. this stopped me from travelling last minute (no info about this online). I explained the situation to the hotel concerning this as it was truly not our fault but they showed 0 sympathy and humanity and charged me the whole stay. Absolutely disgusting from a 5 star hotel to treat people like this and I will never book in any four seasons world wide again.

Really enjoyable and relaxing stay here for a week. The staff were super polite, friendly, helpful, and any minor niggles sorted immediately with no hassle. The food was great, huge selection, freshly prepared for each meal. The rooms were a decent size with good amenities (bath and shower, TV, safe, balcony, kettle, fridge, 3 litres bottled water everyday in your room). The hotel is a 5 minute walk from a supermarket and 25 minutes from the beach.

It's my second time in Il mercato hotel and spa. We Love it for so many great reasons, Food is amazing, chef Ismail is an expert cook who knows how to bring people to their kitchen. The staff is very friendly, they always give an outstanding customer service! the hotel is under new management, Mr. Mohamed the new manager is adding new Entertainments that makes my family very happy and busy all day. In the 14 years I have been coming to Sharm, this is our first at IL Mercato. We can honestly say that it’s a wonderful hotel, the staff are so attentive and friendly, the service very very good and the rooms lovely, but sometimes not serviced correctly, the food is repetitive, same every day, which for a 3 week vacation is a bit of a problem, so we eat out a few times. It’s a shame that the relax pool isn’t heated it’s a huge bird bath, it’s great to relax and sun bath at, but far too cold to enter. On the minus side, entertainment is loud and a bit tacky, we feel it’s unnecessary really but if you like things like that 🤷‍♂️ Ideal location for outside eating and old Market.

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. The food was good and I had no tummy bug from it . The nightly entertainment was excellent . There were nearby beaches you could walk too. The locals were very nice no hard selling. Sharm was very quiet but it was march so that was why.

In 1st 3 days I was a bit disappointed... but soon learnt.the staff were excellent the chef and staff will cater for individual food requests .if desired .don't be fooled by 1st impressions This was a lovely holiday. Mo in the bar did exceptional cappuccinos.. the cleaner was attentive and thoughtfull.as were all the staff. In every situation.. I have changed my 1st impression to.. I WOULD RECOMMEND . I spent a week here with my mum and we absolutely loved it. The staff all went above and beyond on ALL departments. The food was beautiful and there was plenty of different options every day - we did not find it repetitive. Lots of options for drinks, great entertainment, A la carte options, 5 swimming pools and a private beach! We had something different to do everyday The rooms and hotel were clean and well kept, the staff worked hard to keep this hotel looking lovely as well as making guests happy. We will definitely be returning here.

First time at this hotel and it is more than we expected. Very friendly at reception on arrival with a welcome drink. Rooms are a great size with a massive bed, outside balcony fabulous. Every single member of staff take care of your every need what more could you ask for. Food is amazing, you always find something different at every meal time. Karim (I hope that's his name, apologies if not) makes amazing pasta dishes, never quite the same as his when made by someone else. The hotel is within easy access to shopping areas and of course Soho Square. Hotel Managers are there if you have any concerns to make your holiday go as smoothly as possible. The gardens are well looked after, lots of work done to keep them looking so fabulous. Thank you for a fabulous first week's holiday looking forward to our second week. I visited Auoura as part of a last minute trip with a friend and we hands down had the best time here. The hotel is lovely, all the pools and private beach are wonderful. The entertainment team and staff looked after us so well when we did activities or went out together. Would highly recommend.

Clean, plenty of pools, food great, drinks ok, staff fab, location is very good although please note it has very shallow beach but you can snorkel from the end of pier. You can arrange excursion and diving ( guy called Jamal by beach SeaWorld diving centre is great) lastly, their massage and spa is worth every penny.

The hotel is definitely worth considering for those seeking an affordable option. The territory is very beautiful, the rooms are not the newest but tidy. Had to change rooms as the first one didn't meet expectations, but the switch was easy. The bar area has been renovated, and the staff is helpful. Plenty of beds by the sea and pool, so no shortage of places to relax. The pool beds are new and sturdy. Food selection is not extensive, but the taste is good. There's entertainment every day and evening. The animators actively engage with people, filling the space with dances and activities. I want to express gratitude to the animator Margarita, who has been very friendly and always informs us about all the daily activities since our arrival. Also, I want to thank the night shift receptionist, who probably got tired of my little issues, but solved everything very sincerely.

Very nice hotel and lot of activities, so you never felt boring. The staff were friendly. Room was always cleaned and with nice figures of towels on the bed. Everyday was new bottles of water also in the room. Thank you Monsef!! Also great location and there are lot of shops nearby.

Lovely hotel, great staff, very professional. The restaurants are nice bur maybe there should be a child friendly section in the main restaurant with burgers, fish fingers, chips and chicken nuggets with tomato sauce. Entertainment I thought wad just right and enjoyed. There are brilliant shops in hotel and the beach is wonderful. I recommend the massages on beach with sun protection especially for solo travelers like me.

Second time visiting here. Staff always are friendly and courteous to all your needs. Rooms are always cleaned, you feel safe, and are never left hungry. Will be coming here every year from now on. From my last visit, it seems like the hotel lobby has gone a refurbishment, which looks very appealing to the eye.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff is always kind and helpful, they are always smiling and polite. The view is amazing. The room was big and nice, maybe a bit dated. The shower room is spacious with excellent water pressure, but a bit to cold for myself even on the highest temperature level. Fresh towels every day, and beach towels included. The drinks were nice, and we really liked the local beer. The food was ok, not wow and not too much variety, but there is something for anyone. The pools are clean, the beach is very nice. You feel safe and well looked after. We'll definitely come back.

The Cleopatra is a lovely hotel. Staff are friendly, helpful and kind. The gardens are kept immaculate and the communal areas very clean. It was our second visit and hope to come again. The animation team deserve a shoutout for being so inclusive of everyone with the daytime activities around the pool. The evening entertainment is incredible with my favourite being the white party on a Sunday. We would definitely come again :)

Having visiting Sharm El Sheikh on numerous occasions, I can safely say that this was the best hotel experience to date. The location was ideal, the whole resort was beautifully presented and maintained. The staff were fantastic - Myself and my mother were looked after so well. The food was plentiful, fresh and delicious and a good selection of drinks available. The room was lovely and clean with an outstanding bathroom, plus much more storage space and power sockets than we have been used to. Everything was provided to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Very happy.

Just back from an amazing trip. I can't recommend this place enough. We'd read a lot of reviews before we left but weren't sure sure if they were genuine as it seemed too good to be true. I'm glad to say that they were all correct! The place is made but the staff. It is probably the friendliest and most helpful staff we've ever had at a hotel. The a la carte restaurants are included in the all inclusive and are very good quality. The food in general was great and so we're the drinks. The hotel isn't brand new but the amazing staff keep it looking extremely clear and tidy. Especially the gardens which are beautiful. We walked into town once night which I wouldn't recommend. It's much better to just stay in the hotel and enjoy the food and entertainment!

Perfect stay, from the communication beforehand, to the stay itself and everything in between. The food was incredible- particularly the non-buffet restaraunts, room was very clean and spacious, the location is awesome with great snorkelling available from the beach, the pools are great bar, and all the various bars and drink options. However the real jewel in the crown is the staff- they could not have done more to make our stay better- truly exceptional service.

Faultless service, customer service is superb. The hotel is immaculate and has a great selection of foods, even for fussy vegetarians! Staff go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Heineken on tap at the pool bar and more crisps than you can eat. The hotel is geared mainly towards Russians. Cocktails are not their forte, but everything else was great. We stuck to the GandT for the majority of the holiday! There is no beach as such where you can enter the sea, just some deck chairs on sand overlooking the sea Beers (Heineken and the local Stella) and soft drinks in the mini bar, too. 3 pools to choose from, including a hot pool in the spa area. I would recommend that for the evening time. There is a small gym on site, enough to keep you busy, but not great for the gym bros. Staff are also quick to quieten noisy guests. Overall, it's as good as the 5 star reviews that everyone else had mentioned. WiFi is almost everywhere, decent enough around 9Mbps. You could easily work from here! Special shout out to some of the staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home: the 2 Mohammed's in the restaurant, Bilal, Mario, Carlos, Nabil, Carlos, Mina and Bisha!

Spent a blissful 10 nights at Stella Di Mare over Xmas/New Year 2024. It's located at the far end of Naama Bay but the market and the promenade are roughly 10-15 minutes by foot if you take the short cut through the Genena City Mall. We stayed in the family room which had 2 separate bedrooms and was large enough to accommodate 4 adults in comfort. There was also a balcony with partial sea views and gets sun throughout the day. Housekeeping was a bit grumpy but did a good enough job with some encouragement through small, regular tips. We opted for the 'soft all inclusive' package which excluded alcohol- food at the main restaurant was varied with plenty of choice for vegetarians. Mikhail at the restaurant deserves a special mention- very diligent, always greeted us with a smile and memorised our choice of drinks by day 2, which were ready at our table upon arrival. There was a selection of fresh fruit juices to choose from at all meal times, with mango juice proving a particular hit with the kids. There are a couple of A La Carte restaurants but they are not open daily and need to be booked at a certain time of the day (between 11-12:00 pm IIRC) so we never got around to trying them. Spa treatments were great value for money and we used them regularly. There are a couple of shops on the ground floor where you can pick up bits and bobs for not much more than what you'd pay in town. There are two pools but the one with the swim up bar is reserved for adults only. Both were heated to a toasty 26-27c so were quite comfortable to stay in for long periods. The hotel does not possess a sandy beach and access to the sea is via 2 separate pontoons but the house reef is more colourful, with more diverse marine life compared to those further up Naama Bay (Novotel for instance which has a lovely sandy beach to be fair). There are lifeguards on duty at both pontoons and life jackets available for less confident swimmers. Last but not the least, the New Year and Orthodox Xmas parties were an absolute blast with enormous quantities of food, gifts for kids, Santa on camels and a very varied entertainment programme which included a pyrotechnic show. In fact we enjoyed our stay so much we have booked again to return for a more extended stay this December!

Overall an excellent hotel which provide great value for money. Grounds are well kept, pools are clean, games room, gym and spa all a very nice addition and were well used during our stay. The main restaurant buffet provides a nice variety of foods, with many delicious options including meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, waiters and staff all very attentive and polite. Generally felt very safe and well taken care of. Watersports available on the beach front at the hotel (although we were charged the same amount in British pounds as American dollars, so watch out for this). Entertainment available most nights - the quality of this varies. Shuttle available in evenings to and from Naama Bay. Plenty to do here and enjoy yourself even if you don’t leave the hotel much. Had a great stay here and already looking at going back, all the staff are friendly and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and fun. Location is great with a pier on the private beach to take you out to snorkel and see the fantastic sea life on offer. The pool tables could do with and upgrade or at least a level ground. But you are really going to Egypt to play pool and it can create a laugh anyways! Facilities are great and I can thoroughly recommend

We were looking for a relaxed holiday, no excursions or organised trips. They were available. We just enjoyed the beautiful grounds that were magical at night when lit up. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Any problems we encountered were dealt with immediately. The general managers were constantly observing for staff efficiency and always available for comments and suggestions. The all inclusive was very convenient and meant there was absolutely no need to carry cash within the confines of the hotel. On the negative side, the hotel advertises itself as 5 star. My impression is that it is a 3star. I believe the hotel is 23 years old and there are areas that refute it's 5 star claim. Some of the bed linen is aged and in need of renewing. The restaurant food whilst being palatable is lacking variety and choice. Too much Chicken and too little choice of meat and Fish. I am personally surprised that the very bony fish has not caused some choking episodes. 5 star quality is much higher in both quality and choice. Usually offering a choice of at least two Carvery joints at Lunch and Dinner. The sweet choices were varied and colourful but not very different in taste. The choice of wine was Red or White, both of which were the lowest grade of cheap boxed wine and very watery. Likewise the beer. We had a very restful and enjoyable two week stay. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel. I think the staff were worthy of praise and delivered the best service that could be expected of them to deliver with the tools and produce they had at their disposal. Our thanks to staff from reception to Restaurant and bedroom services. We had a lovely holiday. Brian and Lisette.

This hotel is second to non for customer service, Reda was exceptional as he solved and helped our holiday go without any problems. Staff are brilliant, food is delicious and variety is good. Fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend and definitely come back.

One of the best all-inclusives I've ever been to. Food is the highlight here, the chef team have impressed every night for my 2 week stay - I enjoyed every offering, 3 times a day! All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Perfect location, with heated pools, fantastic dive school on-site, great for a winter escape! Plus: 24hr drinks, 2 mini golfs, and soft serve ice cream!!

Awesome hotel, the best “all inclusive” buffet I have ever tried. Green beautiful landscape, sparkling clean everywhere. The only one disadvantage is weak entertainment team, would be perfect if the program will be more variable than a standard one like in 4 stars resort.

If you read only one line - the main reason for my rating is that when checking out I was asked if I had any issues. When I explained I wasn't happy with my stay and why - I was then handed my bill and nothing further was said. That type of behaviour I only see from establishments that only care about profits and not about hospitality unfortunately. Read on if interested further. Pros 1) Facilities are clean and of a good standard 2) Family friendly, lots for kids to do. 3) Everything is a short walk away 4) Plenty of food options with a high standard in their restaurants. 5) Cost in Egypt for food is low anyway - similarly reflected in their low room service charge - food to your room in 30 minutes any time of the day. 6) Outstanding and friendly staff in general (other than at check out) Cons 1) I booked a family room which are in units of 4, you have a room next to you and above you. Therefore it's subject to noise. On the first night my wife couldn't sleep - they kindly moved our room to the 1st floor of another block. On the night of leaving - the family below were arguing at 2am and slamming doors so I didn't get any sleep. 2) They understandably overcharge for taxis. I was 10 minutes late for my pick up. I was then not allowed to hail my own taxi and had to wait with my young family for an extra 30 minutes for my taxi so got back quite late. (the following day i was given a discount for my next taxi because the guy felt bad) 3) We've all had upset stomachs during and after our stay. Epicure Restaurant was absolutely fabulous. Staff were amazing, really attentive, helpful, informative and all went above and beyond to accommodate everyone during our meal. The quality of the beef and duck was exceptional and we all really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Turquoise restaurant was absolutely fantastic, every day the selection of food was brilliant and staff even made fresh items for my children as requested. We visited the Lalezar restaurant this evening. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The setting is beautiful. We enjoyed a range of different starters which were all lovely. We also enjoyed our mains. They also offered a children's version which was perfect for our little girl. We couldn't decide on pudding so they just bought them all over for us to try. Highly recommend you visit here.

This hotel has exceeded all our expectations! All the pools are lovely, but we spent our time around the adult pool. The bar attendants are always asking if you’d like a drink around the pool. The pool attendants keep everything clean and tidy. The cabanas are lovely. I did the stretching class most days outside. All the fitness and entertainment guys are really lovely especially Irina and Andrew. The food has been amazing. The cocktails have also been great. We are definitely coming back again. This time of year is perfect for us, hot but not ridiculously hot!!

Got into the room and there was a fruit baskets and some local snacks. Room was great with lotion, shower cap, shampoo.and the rest. This is a very big place but does not have direct access to the seaside. The food is good...lots to choose from. On my.last night, there were flower petals on the bed....just going above and beyond. Lovely views from the top...and a grill restuarant as a bonus for evening meals...what's not to like. They also make a packed breakfast if you are leaving on an excursion early in the morning.

Let's start with the hotel and rooms, they are quite old, sometimes the way you don't understand things are really dirty or it is "new clean colour". There is a need to be renovated. In the rooms no queen beds, you need to ask them to move the beds closer to each other. Service again was not good! The first day we went with family 5 person in 3 rooms. They gave us the rooms in the separate houses(not in the main hotel building) and they were 100-200 meters away from each other. I asked them to move us to more closer places but they didn't do that not in that not in the other days, saying there is no empty rooms. It is definitely a service issue. One of the days I asked for dry food to take us during the night. The mandarin inside was rotten. Now for the place. It is in the centre of Naama Bay, close to everything, has a good beach (but not one of the best in the Naama Bay) 200-300 m away from hotel entrance. But close to the hotel there was a disco club and there parties were going at least until 2-3 am morning time. Very loud music, sometimes hard to sleep. Food in general was ok.

Hotel needs full renovation. It is 15+years old. Rooms are full of broken things..(like door hinges, furniture, sink and even toilet). Food is not changing at all.. Breakfast is super bad, lunch is basically only eatable course. Staff is promising things like 54m2 room but the biggest room on hotel is 48m2 and they actually gave 38m2 room (asked extra money in cash). Ahh.. better not to go.. only for soviet people 😀

A very wonderful resort in terms of everything in it, whether its location in Naama Bay, the possibility of shopping in the Naama Bay market, and easy access to the beach. What distinguishes their beach is that it is sandy, not rocky, and it is very, very suitable for everyone. Went with my family of 8 in March including children. It was amazing for both adults and children loads to do. The views were amazing, rooms were always cleaned with a towel design of an Animal the kids loved it. Pool area was always clean. Food was so delicious with so many varieties. Staff I can’t compliment enough they are a credit to the hotel always so helpful, polite and respectful. My experience was the best at this resort down to the staff especially my regular room cleaner and the hotel manager Megoo he was so helpful with any issues so calm with how busy and stressed out it can get, went above and beyond to help us and make our stay memorable. They even remembered my drink preferences and brought them over when my glass was empty. We really enjoyed this beautiful resort located on the shores of Red Sea. Amazing reef, beautiful nature all around, and a great sense of peace. I would have given 5 stars, if the rooms would had been more modern. Also the swimming pools close too early...at 17:20. It would be more reasonable to prolong the opening until evening.

Such a great hotel with amazing view! It has beautiful beach with colorful fishes and several pools. The scenery of the hotel was amazing. A little bit disappointing part was the food and the water slide and river pool didn't work. However, overall it was a great experience for its price and we would like to visit again!

Fantastic location. Super close to all the local hot spots. Beautiful hotel, a real luxury experience. The rooms are good, the bathrooms are good. The food is good. I would recommend saving the number of a local taxi driver for any trips out of the hotel as they charge less than half price of a hotel taxi. Really safe. Staff are all so friendly. Would definitely visit again. The beach is stunning, crystal clear waters. The pools are a lot of fun too.

Generally the hotel was nice, location, private beach, food, service was on a very high level. The only one disturbing thing was "r*u*z*z*i*a*n*s". I am okay with different nationalities, but those people are completely lost. They disturb everyone around, have very bad attitude, rude, not following local rules. They shouldn't be allowed to outer civilized world. So as a conclusion, if you are okay with this "lost nation" you will be having a good time there, otherwise it is very difficult.

An amazing hotel with a great staff. From the first moment we felt relaxed, and welcomed. The lobby is nice and the check in was so smooth we had a welcoming Egyptian drink called karkadeh which was amazing. I would recommend the rooms on floor one because you can go directly to the beach from the balcony in 2 minutes walking. The rooms are nice and super clean. The path top is a bit small if you want to have a path but still good. The daily buffet is so delicious and food is clean. Coffee at breakfast can be better because I don’t like Nescafé but in general many options for food specially for kids. If you have kids you will love it as there is a kids area opens till 21:00 pm and the swim pool is so much fun to play with the kids as it looks like a river and feels safe. In summary I definitely recommend it for a family vacation

I would like to leave an honest review about my experience at the Dreams Beach Resort. The rooms were pretty outdated however we were aware of this before, as we chose this hotel for its beautiful beach location. The beach was beautiful with clear waters and stunning views. Much renovation needed for the main hotel however. I was surprised it was classed as a 5 star resort, so if you do chose to stay here please expect 2 star service. The food was terrible, the options were very small, repetitive and gave us a bad stomachache. One night when cutting into meat, it was pink and undercooked. I feel there is no care from the staff and the chef when preparing the food. The cocktail menu was also very limited and not “all inclusive”. Many good drinks you had to pay for. The all inclusive cocktail menu consisted of a whopping 3 drinks which were all disgusting. If you are a woman and want to feel uncomfortable throughout your whole stay then this is the perfect place for you. Wherever I would go around the hotel, I would get all the male staff staring and harassing me. Please note that I was not wearing anything provocative and was with my boyfriend the whole time. This made the majority of my stay at the hotel very uncomfortable. The entertainment was poor and not very entertaining. The night where we watched “Egyptian dancers” who looked like they were doing a year 7 dance class were very unprofessional. One girl looked like she hated it and didn’t want to be there. The other dancer didn’t even know what she was doing and I could see many guests leaving the auditorium after each dance as they were probably as disappointed as I was. Overall I would rate this hotel a 2 star for the poor food quality and unfriendly staff. The only good thing about this hotel is it’s beautiful beach location to which where I spent most of my holiday.

Was very disappointed with the hotel Clearly needs regrading for its stars on the beach say its 5 star its more a 3 star, pool bar has not been used for a very long time, rooms need a make over and a good clean, night entertainment is poor, and you can only get alcohol drink on all inclusive from 1pm-11pm outside them times you have to pay for them. Be aware on check out they cut your wrist band off so if you have a late flight you get charged for drinks Only good thing I can say is the location and view is good with its own private beach with deep water

While the cuisine predominantly consisted of traditional Egyptian fare, it surprised us with its deliciousness, surpassing our expectations based on previous hotel stays. Another is tidiness of hotel's territory and common areas. The animation team kept the atmosphere lively with a range of activities, yet guests were never pressured to participate, allowing for a truly relaxing experience. The beach, though clean, was complemented by the availability of a neighboring hotel for swimming, providing additional options for guests. Moreover, the abundance of corals and beautiful fish made snorkeling an enticing activity. The reasonable rental fee of 3 dollars per day for a snorkel mask saves a space in suitcase. The promenade offered a charming setting for leisurely evening walks and some light shopping. In addition, the affordability of the hotel's shops was a pleasant surprise, defying the typical trend of overpriced items commonly found in hotel stores. In conclusion, despite its need for refurbishment, Naama Bay Promenade Beach Resort stands out for its exceptional service, delicious cuisine, active animation, and affordable amenities. Naama Bay Promenade Beach Resort is a very good place to have a relaxing vacation. The hotel has its own sandy beach and coral reefs. The food selection is diverse and delicious - everyone will find something to their taste. One day there was a crab stew in the menu which was especially tasty. My husband couldn't stop eating it. The hotel staff is very friendly, always smiling and ready to help out with everything. I always felt secure and cared for. I had an amazing vacation there, and I certainly want to go back 😊

Cleaning man changed 3 times during our stay and 2 were excellent, one was a bit lazy but passable. Special thanks to George and Mohammad from the restaurant - they’re amazingly nice and friendly. Beach is good, with many fish. The territory is nice. We really liked to stay mountain side since it’s a lot calmer. Another thing is that the pool there seems to be a bit warmer. Everything is sparkling clean. The bad points is that the bar and beach towel station open pretty late, also the beach closes even before the sunset but seems like it’s usual in this region

Stayed here Saturday 20th January 2023 for our honeymoon we had a lovely time here , room was kept very clean always filling up with fresh bottles waters and tea coffee dried milk (and the room cleaner made up a different towel on our bed every morning) staff in the dining area was so helpful, they carried my dinner plate my tea to my table all the time , the only thing I did not like about the main restaurant was they mixed alot of fish with other foods (what is not good people are allergic to fish) some people using the fish utensils to pick up other food. The main pool bar has a lovely view, but the pool water is really cold 🥶, The bar at the bottom near the seafront at night there are lots of 🦟🦟🦟 we got eaten alive bring bug Repellent.

Stay was good, rate it as 4.5. The food was good and the personnel were very welcoming and warm. Great pool. Not far from the beach. The beach is excellent! Try some snorkeling. The room we stayed at had some insignificant but improper problems and the service was a bit sloppy. But animators offer some evening activities and tours which is great to have as an option. But the overall experience is great!

Place is beautifully located. Make sure to bargain everything even inside the resort as things are over priced. The message is great. Pools close at 4pm which was a suprize. Breakfast was not that great. Dinner is pricey but worth it. They did try to charge a lot for taxi even if its 15min ride to airport which shouldn’t have happened. Over all good for price but could be improved.

This is a lovely hotel but not 5 star. Rooms are okay but little tired. Entertainment is poor with a tiny show on each night which is not very good. Food is repetitive and by the second night it was the same thing over and over. Staff are so lovely and accommodating, they are always on hand and always chatty. Good system for getting sun beds each day. Drink is good. Hotel provides a shuttle to the beach which is fine. If the food was sorted, more entertainment for longer and more variety then this would be a 5.

I've travelled the world in different hotels but this hotel is the best for value. Loved the fresh pasta station and the flyboarding show! Great DJ and songs. The beach has so many brightly coloured fishes and you don't need to go deep to see them. The staff are amazing to the kitchen, reception and the housekeepers. Honest review from a British family who stayed here for 10 nights all inclusive, 2 adults 2 children aged 4 and 2 during November. Firstly I will start with the room, very basic but kept clean. We stayed in an adjoining room so that we still had some privacy from the children. Beds were comfy enough however the air conditioning was very sporadic, some nights when it worked we got great sleep, other nights it wouldn't cool enough which made for a very uncomfortable and sweaty nights sleep! Our shower drain also blocked one day which resulted in a very flooded bathroom floor, thankfully this only happened once. The man who cleaned our room each day was very friendly with the kids and they loved coming back to the room each day to see what animal arrangement he had done with the towels for them. The pool is brilliant for children, plenty to keep them entertained and the water was warm enough that the children enjoyed being in there. We were given a towel voucher for each person on arrival and could collect clean towels each day, however, someone took one of our towels from by the poolside one day and when we went to check out we were charged 15euros for this?! For someone else stealing our towel?! So my advice would be to guard your towels! The bar staff around the pool are friendly and attentive, however when going up for drinks on occassion staff would say they would bring it over and there were a couple of times we had to go back up as 45 minutes would pass and our drinks were nowhere to be seen. Not an issue for my partner and I but when our young children needed water in the 29 degree heat this was somewhat annoying. Secondly, the food. As a family we are adventurous eaters and I definitely wouldn't call my children "beige eaters" however by day 4 I physically could not bare to look at the buffet food any longer. A lot of the same stuff with little cultural variety and very little flavour. There is however an Indian restaurant on site which we found very enjoyable, it was the first meal that all 4 of us finished! There is also an "a la carte" restaurant on site which you can use once during your visit, my advice on that one is just don't bother. They basically serve you the same stuff that is served in the main restaurant then bring you an empty wallet whilst you're still eating for you to put their assumed tip in?! We managed to avoid an upset stomach but our daughter did vomit during the night on 2 separate occasions. When speaking to other guests they also had complaints that members of their family had been unwell at some point throughout their holiday. The location for us was brilliant as it is literally a 5 minute drive from the airport (with 2 small children a 2 hour transfer from the hotel to the airport on a bus is our idea of hell based off previous experiences) and approximately 15 minutes from the bay/busier areas by taxi. Lastly, the evening entertainment could have been improved. There is a mini disco for the kids each night which our children enjoyed, but not much else worth watching after that. The first nights entertainment involved 4 women being brought on stage from the audience to perform in a "catwalk competition" which was quite uncomfortable to watch as one of the ladies who got called up looked about 15/16. The following night it was men who were asked to come up on stage and do funny impressions of Michael Jackson etc, this to me just seemed a complete imbalance in what the women had been asked to do the night before. There was one day where there was a jet ski hover board performance by the pool which was brilliant but that was the only real entertainment act we saw that was worth watching. Overall we did really enjoy our holiday and would return to this hotel, we would probably make more of an effort to venture off site for meals though or bring snacks that we know our children will eat. This review is based on our honest experience alone.

Just got back home from a lovely week at this hotel, the staff are really polite and friendly, we had so much fun joining in with the entertainment, there's an entertainer called Khalid, hes amazing and made our week so much fun, guy behind the pool bar Hassan is amazing serves up some amazing tasting cocktails and never fails to make your glass empty, Bob who is part of recreation team is also really nice always had a laugh with him every morning, defiantly rate this hotel a 5 star

Amazing hotel very attentive staff from reception to bar to Resturant and house keeping. Our every need was catered for although we didn’t hire a car everything is accessible by foot . Beach is an about 5 mins walk but if you have mobility issues there are golf cart available for you to use . At the beach there are complementary snacks and drinks on tap. Night light is amazing with bazaar sheesha lounges and popular fast food chains if that is what you fancy. Local currency changes are available but do require your physical passport bigger shops do have Visa/Mastercard payment ready available we did not have any issues using Apple Pay. Please have smaller denominations of local currency if you wish to tip as staff do not have change. ATMs are available but they do charge to withdraw cash. *Special shoutout* to Chef Ahmed & Mohammad Sabry in the hotel restaurant who made sure our plates were always full and glasses never empty. Thank you we have really enjoyed our stay and will be recommending and revisiting.

Hotel could be a lot better. Location is good but 12 minutes from the beach with golf cart, more if cart is not available. Beach is shared with another hotel and is often very crowded. Food is below average and drinks are mediocre. You have to arrive to the food hall early if you don't want to miss out on the good stuff. Stewards are not professional and very loud. Reviews are misleading, I expected a lot more based on online reviews. I had to cut my stay short and move to another hotel after a few days.

Enjoyed every bit of my stay. 3 types of pools. So quite enjoyable for those with kids who love water. Food was good and plenty. Drinks and coffee all day. Only thing was wave pool was not continuously operated. After every hour only for 15 minutes. Room was very good, spacious and relaxing

STOP! AVOID! Go anywhere else! We got back from dinner to shower, and the floor plumbing immediately backed up and flooded the bathroom and hallway. I visited the front desk the times and with a video and was dismissed the first two times. The third time I was told a the engineer is on the way. You can see the pile of filth they engineer drug out of the pipes in his hands, then flushed down the toilet. The room now smells bad, is covered in water and the front desk is no help. An hour later the cleaner mopped the floor and left clean towels. The only bright spot in a bad experience.

Excellent experience in this hotel great food everyday different choice and something special and the desserts awsome, staff very polite and helpful from reception to cleaners, pools and aquapark great clean water temperature good, lovely beach with pier that you can snorkel to see beautiful fishes and coral reef, great choice of excursion in good price similar to the one from outside hotel.Rooms are a little bit out dated but clean and spacious good aircondition and every room has a safe to put your valuables in so there can not be any stilling issue we where even leaving our phones in the room and they never gone missing. Everyday different animation we even had Halloween party in the pool with foam at night 😁 I do recommend this hotel and would be back there definitely.

it was a very bad experience i don't know where to start! the staff in the reception were too agressive and unfriendly the rooms were too old and the roof was about to fall over us we had 3 different rooms and all the rooms were the same old and disgusting they don't clean the ground very well the service is too bad we arrived to the hotel and decided to shower but we were surprised that there's no towels in the shower or napkins we called the reception to bring us some towels and it took them 2 hours to get them for us all the activities on the pool is extra charge and i've never seen a hotel that charge for activities there's no wifi in the rooms only in reception and that's the only hotel that i visited and doesn't have wifi in the rooms in the breakfast there's no many choices of cheese there's only one kind of them and the butter is so disgusting it tastes like oil before the last day in this hotel the roof in my room started to leak water from the roof from the air conditioner and the amanger told me that its because i turned the ac 24/7 how is that possible but when the staff fixed the AC he found out that there so many dirt in the ac in the end i don't recommend this hotel for anybody thank you for this bad vacation charmillion hotels and resorts...

Perfectly placed hotel at Naama bay. The location in the lively area with a variety of shops and cafes allows walking a lot while enjoying the view in complete safety. Some rooms have been renovated , some haven't but it doest influence the impression. The territory is beautiful and green. The swimming pools are heated, the sea has a reef but the beach is sandy and one doesn't need any special shoes to swim. The food is great, the choice is wide and all dishes are delicious. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly

This is the oldest of all the resorts in S-E-S, and it shows....especially in the rooms. Beware of the "standard" room, you're likely to get a 40-year old room that is worn and stylistically out of date. Painfully small shower!!! Pool and beach area closes before sunset. Why??! The exterior of the resort looks very white, pristine, and tranquil. Walkways are falling apart here and there, but overall exterior has a very pleasant. Breakfast and dinner buffet are standard. The variety is varied enough so that anybody can find something to nibble on. It's the room! If you are expecting a luxury resort, you may be incredibly disappointed in the quality of the rooms! Staff is wonderful, kind, helpful, and extremely friendly.

We chose this hotel with my family because of its central location. The cuisine was extremely bad. On the 2nd day of our arrival, I had a stomach spasm and we contacted the hotel doctor. The doctor himself did not come, and the officer there burst my veins while trying to establish an intravenous line and insert an IV. When we checked out, they charged us 80 dollars for this serum. We had to eat only plain pasta and bread for all the days of our stay. Some male employees were dissatisfied with serving women. It was our first time and we will never come again. I would not recommend it, especially to single female tourists.

We had the best of best experiences in Maritim Jolie Ville Resort. Friendly staff who go out an extra mile to help you and always with the smile. Although English is not the main language spoken there, they make a lot of effort in making sure our requirements are met. Location & Services- Location is the best since there are lot of photo opportunities, it has a large swimming pool, there is a private beach behind the resort which had loads of activities and there is unlimited service of drinks in the pool bar to cater to the needs of kids & adults. There is a shopping street at a walkable distance to the resort and its paradise for shopaholics! There were loads of activities throughout the day for adults & kids. There were stage dance shows running in the evenings. There was a Thai Massage centre where they provide top class service for adults & kids. Since it's a large resort, there are frequent transportation services within the resort to move around. There is also a Casino opposite to the resort but we did not get a chance to visit it so I would not be able to give a review on it. Rooms were cleaned on daily basis and the cleaning staff members were accommodating if we had any cleaning related special requests. Food- Its a heaven for food lovers. The variety of deserts, drinks and salads, I am unable to explain. They took extra efforts to prepare the cuisine that suited our pallets and customize it based on your requirements. They provide extra bottled water on request without hesitation. We had been to all inclusive so that we could use all the facilities. We have traveled a lot to many countries in the past but never experienced such amazing hospitality. 😀 The only issue we had was water problem in the room for few hours in a day for 2 days in a row. However the staff still made an effort to offer us to provide water service in another building. We got to know that the problem was in entire Sharm el Sheikh. So I would definately not consider it while giving rating to this resort since our overall experience was fantastic! We shall definately visit again & 100% will recommend this resort to my family & friends.

I recently stayed at the hotel and overall, it was a decent experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was well-maintained, and although the rooms were a bit outdated, they were still kept in good condition. The staff were all polite and appeared to be well-trained, which was a positive aspect of our stay. However, there were a few areas that fell short of our expectations. As vegetarians, we were disappointed with the food options provided. The chef attempted to accommodate us with a few additional dishes, but we found ourselves eating the same things without much variety. Considering it was a 5-star hotel, we had higher expectations in terms of the vegetarian menu. The snacks at the Andiamo bar were particularly disappointing. The pizza had low-quality cheese, and the mushroom soup lacked flavour and seemed to be made with boiled milk with mushrooms added to it. It was not up to the standard we anticipated. Presentation of food wasn’t good considering this is a five star hotel. Additionally, we had arranged for breakfast to be packed for us when we were flying to Cairo. Unfortunately, the cheese sandwiches were dry as they lacked butter, and the overall quality was subpar. Furthermore, the orange provided was difficult to peel, making it impractical for us to eat. Another aspect that requires improvement is the consistency of the mocktails. On multiple occasions, my daughter ordered a Cinderella Mocktail, but each time it had a different taste. This inconsistency was disappointing, and it is suggested that the hotel implements a more accurate measuring system to ensure consistency in the taste of their mocktails going forward. Guests should be able to rely on the same flavour and quality when ordering a specific mocktail. We were also disappointed with the temperature of the spa pool and the Andiamo pool as they were cold, rendering them unusable (maybe done to save on costs?). Furthermore, the volleyball pool did not have a volleyball, which seemed pointless to have a dedicated pool without the necessary equipment. Another inconvenience was that the staff would take away the equipment for ping-pong and football pool around 5:30 pm, making it impossible for guests to play afterwards. This policy seemed unnecessary and limited the enjoyment of these amenities. Moreover, we found that the other activity equipment provided by the hotel was of low quality. For example, the foot pool balls were ripped and the pool balls at Hakuna Matata walls were damaged. This affected the overall experience and made it difficult to fully enjoy these activities. Lastly, the hotel advertises the Soho shopping center next to it. However, we found that the shops in the area mostly sold cheap fake designer goods, which was disappointing and not what we expected. The hotel provided a free ticket to go bowling at SOHO Square, but we found the equipment there to be poor as well. All the bowling balls were chipped, making it difficult to play properly. Beach area was small and disappointing. In summary, while the hotel had its positive aspects such as cleanliness and polite staff, there were several areas where improvements could be made. Enhancing the vegetarian food options, addressing the quality of snacks, maintaining appropriate pool temperatures, ensuring availability of necessary equipment, and improving the overall quality of activity equipment would greatly enhance the guest experience.

In the heart of Soho Square, this resort was by far my favourite place to stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of extra amenities available to hotel guests, including free shuttle services to places such as Old Town, Naama Bay and more. The hospitality at this hotel was impeccable, food was delicious and overall atmosphere was incredible. Sierra uphold an amazing service and experience.

Booked for one week with all inclusive service I was impressed by the attitude of the employee. Very good service, with special compliments to the restaurant manager who is putting efforts together in order to make the quests be satisfy. A big plus is the diversity of the food (options for special needs are available) the complex is very well kept, room ok, a la carte restaurants available for 2 books. Some of them located in the others hotels from the big complex. Club resort guests with all inclusive service can use facilities from another hotels. The entertainment team quite active, shows and activities during the day. Regarding the lobby bat some evenings with non alcoholic smoothie s but alcoholic drinks aren't what they are suppose to be, even if is local. The hotel has also a farmacy, ATM machine and some shopping center. The prices are bigger than normal shopping area., Different pools for kids and adults, the beach has sunbeds, also an area for snorkeling. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great time here and the staff are amazing. Rooms need some updating especially bathrooms but any issues are fixed straight away. Great foid options for vegetarians - chef made food specially if we didn't like something. Not all areas wheelchair friendly and beach area is quite small and not accessible for those with mobility issues

The most horrible hotel in the world. The room which is supposedly renovated with new furniture has blood on the door .The luxury room of a 5 star hotel is under any criticism as if it was built since the time of the pharaohs . Cracked tiles , mould on the joints and urine on the bathroom wall.Getting a good night's sleep is a real luxury especially if they are building a hotel 10 metres from your window . Dust pours down like snow . We changed the room , it was built from an even earlier era , the second dynasty of the Egyptian kingdom . Here there is not so much dust but there are other surprises . Facing the garden the room had at least something attractive . However, when your terrace door has been smashed hundreds of times and barely closes , you start to worry about your safety . The food is very good looking , but tastes of nothing , probably why there is not a single cat in the area . For new year they did their best with the decoration , but the air conditioner reminded you it was winter . Very bad organization , everything was tasteless , people and we left to our room as early as 20.00. The internet has 10 15 minutes a day and you have to stalk it that you missed one time your moment there . Poor reception people , you can't get to them , everyone wants to complain , wish they had put numbers to keep us in order . The beach is beautiful , the gardens well kept , the only thing that pleases one . Otherwise hygiene is gone , not having to go to a public toilet , all the contagious diseases can stick to you . One more positive thing that I will end with is that there are a few staff members who are very friendly. I don't want to talk about the others. This is the worst resort of Egypt .

Positives: The location of the hotel is great, there is a coral reef right in front of it, and the shallows have an awful lot of fish and it's just magical. The hotel is extremely clean, both in the common areas and in the room. The hygiene of our room was taken care of by the valet Ibrahim, it was perfect. The food is wonderful and delicious. Overall the staff is nice. The beach is extremely clean and well maintained. Negatives: Reception staff are quite slow at check-in. The bartender at the main restaurant was extremely rude and impolite. Wine is available only at the bar in the restaurant, there is almost never ice for the drinks. Recommendation: Animation could be improved. Of the animators, only Aslan tried hard and was nice. During the stay, you can visit two themed restaurants of your choice. The guest relations girl was extremely nice and responsive.

Honest review time. We are on our last full day of our 7 day stay. It's a lovely place.... grounds are very well kept.... clean tidy at all times. Our room was a standard double with garden views and a partial Seaview leaning over the balcony haha.... but it's nice. Room was a very good size.... bed firm but slept fine. Cleaner dude in every day.... but if you don't want a knock on the door at 8-9 am put do not disturb on.... they will come back later.... they leave 2 big bottles of water.... if you need more just ask.... shower good.... fridge cold.... English speaking tv channels are limited but some channels at night with English films. Pool is lovely.... deep end 185cm towards beach.... shallow end near bar .... kids pool too.... beds have comfy mattresses on so good for relaxing in sun and towels available too. The spa and trip guys are always around the pool.... but a polite no does work. Pool bar ok and snacks (hotdogs chips salad etc) ok too.... water gym every day before lunch and we had a water jetpack display and pool/foam party too in the afternoon.... March there are plenty of beds.... also plenty down the beach.... rough sandy but ok.... but if you have beach shoes for the sea then bring them as it's stony in places.... but plenty of fish to see. Bar on beach too. On to food. We aren't picking fussy eaters.... but personally found the buffet at the club resort side a bit lacking.... shame. But as it's part of the main resort you can also use the buffet on the sealife side.... which surprisingly was excellent for lunch dinner.... we don't do breakfast. I can only comment on one of the restaurants that you can book.... The lovely Lebanese on the sealife side.... very good food and well worth a visit.... not for vegetarians though haha. 24hr lobby bar here.... lads up there are very good. Can't really comment on the evening entertainment as we didn't go.... normal kids disco about 830pm followed by dancers and things about 930pm. Overall a nice clean relaxed place to stay.... and we got a good bargain week away from cold wet English weather in March.... we would come back definitely.... weather has been amazing with 25 to 28c.... 18c+ at night.... no rain.... but can be breezy. One down side the gym doesn't open until 9am. Hope this is helpful to anyone looking at this hotel.... Happy holidays.

Don't get me wrong, this place is fantastic. The staff absolutely and most definitely make this a hotel to stay at. The only downside is having the local branded drinks included as part of the all inclusive category, they just aren't the same, when other hotels I've visited in other countries include label brands at no extra cost. Also, although the food is fine here, it's not top notch. All in all though, a great place for a short break away, and one I would recommend.

My husband and I spent 14 nights in this extremely efficient and friendly run hotel room 4037. 7th to 21st February 2024 Everything from the quality of cleanliness, quality of linen and non invasive service made our stay most memorable. On arrival our greeting from Hend was charming in offering us the opportunity to view several rooms before negotiating the upgrade we chose, as we wished to be situated on the ground floor. From the minute we arrived we felt totally relaxed without any of the normal hustle and bustle which I personally have experienced in many reception areas. The calm atmosphere this hotel and its entire staff generates is so rare in today's world. Our room 4037 was not just cleaned to the highest standard it sparkled and together with Ezzat towel artistry it was an absolute joy returning to it, plus the added anticipation of the choice of delicacies Ahmed Farouk would deliver for us to enjoy with our afternoon tea while soaking in our terrace jacuzzi. The breakfast chef Ahmed Kaboria is delightful cooking us beautiful dishes and making delicious culinary suggestions. We spent much of our time relaxing by the heated pool and pool bar where I was encouraged by Montasser to try a concoction of grated ginger honey cinnamon and lime juice. Samy continued making this delicious drink for me every day while Reda often stopped by to chat to my husband discussing world issues and literary authors. Samy also ensured my husband had no shortage of wine and his tuna sandwich which was delicious. The delightful life guard A.Atef who not only daily cleaned thoroughly our jacuzzi and ensured we had beautiful clean soft towels at the pool but kept an eye open for anything untoward. The all inclusive package we chose suited us so well because the variety of restaurants in hotel and outside in Soho Square meant we were spoilt for choice. Our constructive suggestions for improvements would be a coffee machine for the room and an illuminated shaving and make up mirror as I found the lighting fairly inadequate in the bathroom. We had a fabulous stay here last week. From the moment we checked in the service was fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean with enough storage to put your stuff. The gardens and grounds are looked after majestically and staff are always working to keep the areas spotlessly clean. There’s plenty of choice food wise in the restaurants - a lot of beef stew/fish rice and massive choice in salads. You can get burgers and chips from the pool bar at lunch if that’s more your choice. Breakfast is amazing - lots of choice, an omelette station and chicken/beef alternatives for breakfast with a great pastry choice. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to SOHO square which has restaurants and entertainment in the evenings. You can snorkel off the pontoon from the small beach at the hotel. You can also use the facilities at The Sport Hotel - it does have a heated pool. The pool at The front hotel is not heated but is bearable..especially if you enjoy a cocktail at the swim up bar! You will get asked to go on trips/spa/photography but if you don’t want to, just be firm and polite. We did a speedboat trip out to the reef for snorkelling and were lucky to have a pod of dolphins come by the boat. Amazing experience and would recommend.

The food in all restaurants are varied and enjoyable. The hotel is kept very clean and tidy,this was the first time my daughter and I had visited this hotel and Egypt. We are going back again. First time in Egypt 2 adults, 2 kids. Positives: The hotel is clean, staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is convenient for both the airport and Soho square. Nice for snorkeling. Free shuttle bus to the sports hotel and Soho Square. Water bottles are placed daily in the rooms and there's a kettle to make tea/coffee. Food areas are clean and well kept and nobody got poorly. The lifeguards at the pools are superb. The pool at this hotel inflated the kids pool toys and tried to repair their punctures. The lifeguard at the sports hotel played with the kids by throwing items into the pool for them to dive for. The man who runs the pool bar at the sports hotel is great. Negatives: it advertises there's an inside pool, but you aren't actually allowed to use it unless you pay £10 per person extra each time. Incredibly annoying as our children were caught by the sun from being in the outside pool too long and we wanted to keep them sheltered the following day but couldn't as they wanted £40 extra (we paid for all-inclusive). Also the same for the restaurants. They advertise they have a flame restaurant and an Italian, these aren't included in 'all-inclusive', you have to pay for the food and drinks at these restaurants. The only restaurant you can use daily that's included is the buffet one. So quite deceiving. The food at the buffet restaurant gets boring and if your kids are fussy and won't eat stews and salad, there isn't really anything for them. The restaurant tables were hardly ever laid with cutlery or napkins and you only get approached on odd occasions to get asked if you wanted a drink with your meal, we got asked a total 3/4 times out of 7 days and having 3 meals a day. Any cocktails that are usually made with orange juice are made with orange squash, so not nice. You can't sit at the pool/beach without staff approaching you several times a day asking you to book a spa treatment or something else, it gets annoying after a few days! We wouldn't go back.

We had enjoyed and loved the experience, very helpful staff and nice treatment , food variety is very acceptable with new dishes each day, nearby to soho square, a lot of activities on beach ( snorkeling, games, speedboats, diving center, marine trips) , kids area, animations team, pool service is great , room cleanliness is impressive with instant response for any request , room service is great , amazing landscape .. will repeat our visit again and again Cons: Some noise comes from Disco at night and maintain till 2 pm A lot of leftover food from restaurant / open buffet which is thrown away in the garbage. It is recommended to donate the leftover food and find solutions to reduce food waste. We understand that the hotel try to meet all guests needs and ensure variety of foods , however, pls consider food waste!

I want to say about my experience at this hotel. I'll start with the pluses and then the minuses. Pluses: Beautiful, well-kept garden with a wonderful view. The animators are friendly and kind. Cons: - Very little and tasteless food. Bad assortment that is practically the same every day. Only a few types of food have been changed. At breakfast every day (10 days) nothing was changed: scrambled eggs and baked vegetables. It does not deserve 5 stars for such a kitchen! - Mold in the shower! -The towels in the bathroom were changed 3 times for 10 days! - Dirty beach towels, I received a used towel! As a 5-star hotel, they must offer a towel every time you give your card (they only have one a day and that's it). - Dirty, poorly cleaned dishes or even worse - I received a used and dirty glass. - And the last thing that left me upset is that at the end of the vacation, when you leave for the airport, any hotel, even a 4-star one, offered me a package with water, fruit and a snack! While this 5-star one didn't offer anything. How stingy it would be to leave a man at least a bottle of water on a long journey and temperatures over 30 degrees. Personal conclusion: It does not deserve 5 stars at all. The hotel needs a complete repair, it is extremely old and worn (in the pictures it looks luxurious and beautiful, but the reality is different.) I will never come to this hotel again, I am disappointed that I lost my money.

The food is not good. the taste and sometimes it is very clear it is not fresh. The young staff guys are very kind and helpful but the bosses are not that good and not professional in their language and behavior including the vice manager who is walking around and checking people with very very weird looks. Rooms condition is not that good the door and the bed and even i ask for an iron they gave me a very old model and in a bad condition. By the way i stayed for a while at NOVOTEL MARSA ALAM too and i liked so much and enjoyed everything there and that's why i decided to go novotel sharm el shekh but i can't say it was a good experience and if you compare between both hotels you can say a 5 stars vs 3 stars hotel.

The red sea water is the most beautiful sea I've ever seen. Fish in abundance, clear blue water. The staff was nice but always trying to make sales. Please negotiate everything you want to buy. Surprisingly the staff speaks more Russian and Italian than English. It's a safe environment, you can leave your stuff by the beach or pool and go swimming, nothing will disappear. I would love to go back and try another hotel to compare but this hotel was great. The food was tasty. A lot of no name alcohol and you have to pay for drinks after midnight. I guess it's for the people that can't handle their liquor. Overall definitely worth going, it was an amazing experience for my wife and I. PS watch out for the bed bugs! And it's not wheelchair or stroller accessible.

The stay was excellent, The room view was perfect and the service was very professional. All the staff exert their best effort and take care of making our stay the best and fulfill our requirements. Cleanliness is not good at all in the rooms. There are insects in the rooms, which led to red spots on the body. There are very many mosquitoes specially in night. The smell in the corridors that lead to the rooms is not good. The food is good, but some of the restaurant workers speak in a bad way and respond in a bad way . It is best to deal with hotel residents. There is no attention to personal hygiene for hotel workers, such as smell or appropriate clothing. There is no sandy beach and this is not suitable for children. There is a lot of renovation work in the hotel and the comfort in the room is affected due to annoying noises. Wifi is only available in the public spaces/reception, very slow connection. Possible to buy a simcard from the guides, $15 for 30Gb. Would also advise to buy an esim/sim card before arriving to the hotel. Room 202: Nice and spacious room with king sized bed. Located down from the main restaurant and has a bit of a view to the sea. The bed is a bit hard. It does get pretty loud in the evening because of the loud music/activities in the main area/bar close to the room. There is a mini fridge, a kettle, small TV, closet and a spacious bathroom. Although it says that if the towels are hanging they will not be changed, the towels were changed anyway as long as they are not on the same spot as they are placed by the roomservice. The window in the bathroom/shower has the shop on the other side of it, everything that's being said inside and outside is heard really well. There is a bit of poor air ventilation in the bathroom which results in some mold spots on shower walls. Water is not drinkable, drinking water bottels are provided in the room. Safebox is not attached to the wall/closet, just a freestanding box in the closet. Lebanese restaurant on the premises that has to be booked one day in advance, open Saturday/Monday/Wednesday. Tipping is expected: ok with 100 Egyptian pounds, 200 is nice. Recommended to tip twice during the one week stay. Hotel is located a bit far from the city/activities. Recommended places to visit by the guide: Soho square best time to go kl.19-20 (taxi 30 min 500 EGP one way) or hotels taxi service 25$ back and forth. Old market 15$ back and forth with hotels taxi service. Would NOT recommend the boat ride to the white island/snorkeling in the park. The hotel has way better and stress-free snorkeling with its private two beaches. Few improvement wishes: Would be nice if the buffet had a schedule/overview of the food themes. F.ex. Tuesdays are "traditional/oriental" food, Friday is seafood, etc. Also if all the food had labels/names and what are the ingredients. It would be nice with more fresh juice options than just orange (€2 per glass for breakfast). The music/loud activities in the evening are a bit too loud for the rooms close to that area.

I would like to start off with: beautiful beach, wonderful coral reef and interesting sea life. Now a few "bad - notes"/ constructive feedback. We were 4 people staying for 2 weeks and 2 who stayed for 3 weeks. 2 of the group got "Towel Animals" every other day. And last 4 never got a single one. Paid wifi (high-speed $10) - not working at all, they have useless free wifi, which it no problem but they also offer high-speed wifi 30gb data for 10 dollars/euros, I asked if I could test it before paying the clerk laughed and said it works HIGHSPEED Network. I paid the 10 euros and got access to "higspeed" which was about 0.07mb/s and never above 14mb/s as it was 10 euro I didn't complain but just don't waste money on it you should rather buy a sim-card from your guide. Hotel take over price on simcards but the guides take fair price. Often missing towels after room cleaning..., we would get them back the next day. (Otherwise the rooms were pretty good and good cleaning everyday) Simply too "russianfied" staff spoke better russian than English, all entertainment was in Russian - music at night was in russian or German not much in English. The russians dominated the hotel being very greedy, emptying the dessert buffet and taking a lot of food and then not eating much just to trow it all out, they toke whole juice cartons and mixed with vodka inside the restaurant, toke whole cakes instead of a piece just very greedy and rude. Also most russians didn't treat the animals like cats and dogs very nice, they were kicked the cats and scaring away most animals. Great food selection, food was however a little bland not much taste. When requesting Xtra herbs and spices on fresh made food like pasta and pizza the chef got offended. - !One night the chef even refused to add pepper to a mushroom pasta because he didn't think it would taste good. 9 outta 10 waiters were very happy and smiling, very attending removing used plates. The location of the hotel might be one of the best, you have private coral reef, private diving facilities, 3 x private beach, only 5minutes with taxi to town. (hotel has its own taxi it takes overprice but you can call him whenever you want and he'll be there within 10-15 minutes) We paid 400egp from hotel to any place and back - payment when back at the hotel. Same price no matter where we wanted to go he even offered a discount but we liked the service and paid 400 each time.

Pleasant Stay with Some Areas for Improvement I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel boasts a large territory with plenty of activities for guests of all ages, including multiple pools, a water park, and a surf zone. The spa and gym facilities were also enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, although I was disappointed to find that there were no bathrobes or slippers provided, which are typical amenities in a 5-star hotel. Housekeeping did a good job, and leaving a tip resulted in creative towel art on the bed. The dining options were average, with a decent selection of food available. However, the breakfast choices were limited to synthetic juices and lacked variety. The Concierto restaurant offers dishes that are not outstanding compared to other dining places. The entertainment was varied, with nightly shows like belly dancing and karaoke, though the quality was average. The highlight was the impressive fire dance performance on Sundays. The lobby bar was a standout feature, with friendly and professional staff. The Aladdin bartender was particularly memorable for his excellent service and communication skills. Only local drinks are served at the bars; unfortunately, there's no option to buy imported alcoholic beverages or freshly squeezed juices, but you can get delicious espresso and ice cream. One downside was the indoor nightclub Budha allowing smoking, which left clothes smelling of smoke. Overall, this hotel is a good choice for families and those seeking an active vacation, but there are areas that could be improved to match a higher star rating, such as enhancing the dining options and ensuring consistent quality across all amenities.

Overall a good experience but no extra mile from the hotel. Arrived just when breakfast was finished and had to wait with our 6 y.o and 9 m.o. with no food after a night flight. Was told that no available room to but us early and when our son started to feel poorly I begged for a room that we had to wait for another hour or so. Usual check in is 14 pm and we got our room 13 pm. Room was smaller than we expected and had a big bed and a sofa bed with no bedding. Also only two towels. Had to ask for more and waited the whole day for them to arrive. Otherwise room was clean and nice. Only in the end of the vacation we realized that the cleaner folded our used towels every day instead of changing them for fresh ones which made it impossible to know which one is yours. There were smokers in the next room and the smoke leaked to our room and nobody did anything about that although I addressed the issue in the reception. Food was nice but very little variety. Fruit selection is very limited. Was nice to find some foods that suited our baby as well (unseasoned boiled vegetables and chicken). Asked for a late check out because our flight was in the evening and it was 50 dollars extra. Which would have been nice to be a compliment from the hotel because of the smoke smell but again no extra mile from them. Beach bar served only pizza but would have been nice to see some fruit or something healthier also. A very good waterpark that our son enjoyed!

I had an incredible massage that was both professional and relaxing, highly recommended for anyone needing a bit of pampering. Moreover, the medical team was always on standby and responded within minutes when needed. We had to use their services once and were impressed by their professionalism and friendliness. Overall, it was an incredible holiday with fantastic weather, made even better by the stunning views and the friendliness of the staff. I can't wait to visit again!

First time in Egypt and Africa, very nice experience. The whole hotel is very beautiful, the architecture is really nice, the pool, lights, plants and structure of everything is very nice. The rooms are quite nice and very spacious but they are of middle class a little worn here and there but overall quite good. The service is just amazing. The waiters and the cleaners are super kind and always willing to do anything, they work super hard and are still smiling. There is great hospitality. They always manage to surprise you. The hotel is a situated not far from the airport and not far from the main town so is in a perfect location. There is lots to do in the hotel, quite a lot of activities for all ages throughout the day. There is some heated swimming pools and some not heated swimming pool, which was quite ideal. There is a really good variety of food, for picky eaters as well as people who are willing to try the local cuisine and other foods. The hotel is really big and a 10 minute walk down to the beach from our room, which was closer to the reception, near the entrance and exit of the hotel, so quite nice. The activities on the beach are quite good but the beach is a little rocky. Overall, this is one of the best places I have stayed on holiday.

Good choice for a family vacation. We just came back and it was indeed a relaxing vacation. Hotel is beautiful, very green and looks like a true oasis in the dessert. Good cleaning services in rooms and all over the hotel, it looks and feels well taken care of. Local chefs make true Egyptian cuisine stand out! Loads of pools and pool bars, every evening there is life music and a show, beach is nice but the highlight is a pier with its’ incredible underwater world, plenty of fish and corals and maximum 5 mins walking. Staff is friendly, good cordial service. It was that good that we want to come back in fall. Highly recommended!

Hotel is one of the most friendliest I have stayed in. The gardens are absolutely beautiful. Cleanliness of every area is immaculate. The food in the main buffet is not to my taste but the chef and staff go out of their way to cater for your every need. They will go out of their way to make sure you have what you like. Pool bar is great and again staff are wonderful. A la carte food is beautiful. Entertainment team are lovely. Our cleaner in the room is fantastic. The best staff out of any hotel I have ever stayed in.

Excellent Hotel with great staff. All went above and beyond to make our holiday enjoyable. Staff made us feel special. Rooms very clean furnishings a bit old. Plenty of food choice and of good quality. We booked with tui and were invited to a very nice cocktail party. There is plenty going on including daily exercise classes, boules or darts, a foam party each week, cocktail party on the beach.

The chef is also helpful to cook one-off required food choice that is not on menu! Evening entertainment for children and adult is very good. I have met people who have stayed here recently. My girlfriend and I came here for our first visit to Egypt and to say the least, the bar staff and the animation team made our trip 100 times better. Especially my man Ahmed Noby. He made the best drinks, very friendly, was very attentive to what you needed and made sure your experience was as good as possible. Made this trip a very memorable one for sure. The entertainment staff was amazing and did a great job of including everyone e and making everyone feel comfortable. Big thanks to Antonio & Matrix Shout out to Emil from the diving centre for giving us a great experience with the excursions. We stayed in room 1309 and our house keeper was absolutely amazing and so sweet. He made swans out of towels and put rose petals on our bed for us on two separate occasions. My partner absolutely loved it so big thank you to him. The food was not the best at times, was very repetitive in the mornings / evenings and could definitely benefit from having a wider selection of food. For snacks and small things your best bet will be to walk down to the mango market for the best prices for items. Overall it was an amazing experience and will be visiting again with friends, thank you to everyone for making our stay so incredible

Spent a week at this hotel, the room was great, right on the pool with ocean view. There are only 2 pools, and both have either shallow (0.85 meters) or deep (1.8 meters). No suitable depth, like 1.5 meters, that allow us to stand in water. The food is actually not good, the hotel must do something here. There are no varaieties, and the food served sometimes is not appealing at all.

We had a lot of fun and interesting, the morning started with fragrant coffee in the restaurant, where there is always a lot of healthy and delicious food, then we had exercises, and a belly dance lesson, in the evening there were also various activities, sunbathing on the beach where you can always find a good place, and the whole hotel area with lots of flowers, everything is clean and it's beautiful. In the evening, the animation team holds a show and, if desired, you can go to the club. The hotel staff is very friendly. We liked everything very much.

Firstly, I would advise against placing too much trust in the reviews for this hotel, as they are often manipulated by the hotel staff to present a more positive image than is warranted. During my stay with a large group of individuals, many shared the same negative experiences. Certain staff members would offer to provide faster wifi access as a pretext for persuading guests to rate the hotel more favorably. They would even ask guests face-to-face to provide positive ratings and comments, frequently monitoring and reading the reviews immediately. Personally, I felt compelled to delete my initial comment and rewrite it honestly. While the hotel itself is older, it is generally in decent condition. The building and rooms possess good quality, with the majority boasting pleasant beach views. However, our specific room was quite dirty and remained uncleaned throughout our three-day stay. Upon arrival, we noticed coffee stains on the floor in the middle of the room, which were still there upon our departure. Additionally, my wife discovered a ring on the bathroom floor that had been left behind by a previous guest. This indicated a lack of cleaning in both the room and bathroom areas. The restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes that are visually appealing. However, the taste is somewhat disappointing, though still of acceptable quality. It is worth mentioning that half of our travel group fell ill due to poor water quality in the area. It is advisable to avoid consuming ice cubes, freshly washed fruits, and to refrain from using tap water for brushing teeth if you desire a healthy vacation experience. The majority of the hotel staff demonstrated rudeness and used curt language when interacting with guests. It appears that many staff members do not possess adequate proficiency in English. Although I am uncertain of the average tourist's nationality at this hotel, it is reasonable to expect a higher level of English proficiency. On the other hand, the lobby personnel, as well as the management team, exhibited good English skills and were more friendly and welcoming. In summary, taking into account my overall negative experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. There are superior accommodation options available in the region.

The hotel is older, but clean. The stuff was pleasant, friendly and able to do almost anything for a small tip (1 or 2 €). We heard few complaints from some other guests (especially women), but we had no experience like that. Some of the male stuff tried to get our attention, but they never crossed the line. Most of them were enjoyable to speak to. We did not like the fact that the manager ordered us to give the review on the spot whilst looking, so here I am re-adjusting it a bit :D The sea is quite rocky, but fine for snorkeling (not much for swiming). All in all we enjoyed the stay in this hotel as there were nice trips we could go for (Jerusalem, Sinai, Petra, snorkeling...) and everyday passed by smoothly.

A beautiful hotel with great atmosphere. It might be older, but the architecture is great and so is its location. Suitable for a quiet relaxing holiday. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Very good spa, too. Some guests complained about the food, but I had no problem choosing something every time, and soups vere really excellent, as well as fish every day and the evening barbeque. Strong drinks in the bar,too ;-) It was my second stay and definitely not the last one.

Had an amazing stay here, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt very looked after. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to please, the resort was well maintained and so big that it didn't feel crowded, more than enough choice for food during meal times and the rooms were clean and large. Shady who manages the restaurants made every meal time special and all staff working for him made us feel so welcome, they couldn't do enough to make our meals memorable, this included the chefs, waiting staff and Shady himself. The outside bar staff were superb and remembered our preferences and would bring us our drinks to pool side. Such a wonderful holiday and will absolutely return.

The culinary offerings at the main restaurant were diverse and delightful, catering to all tastes with dishes prepared to a high standard. **The Area of Concern:** However, our holiday was somewhat clouded by the consistent issue we faced with the attitude of the Food & Beverage staff, particularly noticeable at the pool and lobby bars. Despite the hotel's general excellence, the F&B staff displayed an arrogance and dismissiveness towards us as Egyptian guests, which was both surprising and disheartening. For instance, at the pool bar, we had to complain to management due to the lack of courteous service, which was promptly addressed with an apology. Unfortunately, a similar situation occurred at the lobby bar where a waiter assured us he would be back to take our order and simply did not return. Another staff member noticed us waiting but chose to take a longer route around to avoid assisting us. These actions felt particularly pointed and diminished the inclusive hospitality we have come to know and expect from Jaz Hotels. **Conclusion:** While the hotel management did apologize for these incidents, the recurrent nature of this dismissive behavior suggests a deeper issue that needs to be addressed to ensure all guests feel equally welcomed and valued. The hotel is nice and clean. It has lots of pools and space to sunbathe. It is located right next to the beach which is also convenient. It is our first time doing an ‘all inclusive’ holiday. The food and drinks are great and the staff are very nice. There are activities all day everyday and staff are friendly and encourage everyone to get involved. The only thing I would suggest would possibly be more evening entertainment for adults.

Our stay at the Jaz Fanara exceeded our expectations ! the place is great, The swimming pool is enormous and perfectly clean, The beach is gorgeous and the hotel has a lot of different places where you can hang out : different restaurants, many swimming pools, billiard, ping pong, gym… The food is also really nice, and the different bars are offering many drinks to enjoy all day long. Finally, there are some animations (aqua gym, yoga, volley, dance show in the evening) that are led by a very nice team of young adults from all nationalities !

My daughter and myself had an amazing time at the hotel and staff were excellent and friendly and for her birthday on the 10th of March the waiters had arranged for a birthday cake to be delivered to the table and sang. Happy Birthday. Ayman (waiter outside restaurant) arranged it all. Her bed was also beautifully decorated which was such a nice touch. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much we are planning at some point to go back. There is amazing sea life if you like snorkeling on the beach front or simply just lie on a beach bed and soak up the sun with a cool drink in hand. There is also scuba diving on-site and lots of other activities to do. We enjoyed our 3 spa day treat so much so on the last day we still booked an extra massage before coming back from our holiday. There are also lots of restaurants on site for you to choose or simply have a buffet meal. Overall enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back.

Just back from our happy place. The Monte Carlo never lets us down. Rooms are great and our cleaner was brilliant. Waves (pool bar) fabulous food all day the chefs can’t do enough for you. Ayman gave exceptional customer service. He seemed to know what we wanted before we even asked. Really made our holiday. The reception staff were always lovely and had time to speak. Anything we wanted was done immediately. Everyone right down to the gardeners said good morning. Spa staff and diving/ boat trip staff were never too pushy and if you didn’t want anything, the conversation turned to football, because we had started this our first day. I am a picky eater but always found something in the main restaurant. The Chinese was very good, Grill ok but the only disappointment was the Indian, not much choice and cold. Apart from that one thing, can’t fault this place. We will be back again for our 3rd visit soon. Thank you to all the staff.

Good things: territory, beautiful home reef (with lifeguards at all times), staff really nice and attentive, but not intrusive, clean well looked-after rooms. Main disappointment was food, which seemed to be canteen-like, grill was very poor in terms of choice, desserts were of the same plain taste just different colours. However, fresh orange juice was available unlimited, good coffee machine, not bad beer and white wine, soft drinks in the cans and good selection of other boxed juices. All staff is really well behaved and trying their best to please their guests without being intrusive, special thank you for the beach restaurant manager and the team, the venue is managed exceptionally well. The hotel felt very safe and welcoming.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this resort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate, and we appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a welcome tray with fruits, juice, bread, cheese, and charcuterie, especially as we missed the first dinner due to a late check-in. The coral beach was stunning, and the variety of shows and entertainment throughout the day added to the overall experience. The food was generally good, with some days standing out more than others. One suggestion for improvement is to inform guests in advance about the option to purchase excursions and activities. We were unaware of this and ended up booking our excursion online in the UK, only to discover that prices were better at the hotel and offered more security. It would have been helpful to receive an email after booking, informing us about the availability of on-site activities, allowing us to make more informed decisions during our stay.

Main attraction in this hotel is the Reef and the beach area. Overall the hotel has very good level of cleanliness. Most of the tourists are Italian thus the staff mainly talks Italian. If you talk in English it can be a little be difficult to make requests. The gardens are really well kept and the overall ambiance is beautiful. Reef directly accessed from the beach is breathtaking. One dissatisfaction is the alcohol, except the beer all other spirits are the same local brand and they have very low alcohol content, they are more like spirit flavored liquids. We mostly stuck to beer. When it comes to food there are a lot of options but they are kind of hit or miss. Breakfast pastries and dinner desserts can be improved they don’t taste very good. At all hours there is pizza at the beach and pools but it had a weird oily taste like margarine. There are two hotels in the same area which are Sentido and Reef Oasis Beach. If you stay in the latter you can use the aqua park in Sentido but can’t you use their other pools. This can be communicated during check-in so that there is no confusion.

We've just come back from an incredible holiday at this hotel. The grounds are idyllic, amazing pools, the food was great and honestly the staff couldn't do enough for you, so friendly and kind. The only thing that made me take a star off is that the beds were too hard for me and my partner. They upgraded us to Royal after we asked for a softer bed... But to be honest the bed was just as hard. If you like firm beds it's not a problem, however I have Hypermobility and the bed did cause me back pain and a restless night. I had amazing Thai massages though which really helped. I would love to come back to this hotel, if only they had softer beds Everything else was perfect. It was very quiet when we were there (end Feb), this wasn't an issue for us and we were taken care of exceptionally well. The snorkeling was great and the beach area beautifully laid out... I think there may be an issue finding sun beds on the beach area if it was busier but there was plenty for us as so quiet Food and drink was really nice... Jolie villa bistro Al la carte was delicious as well as main restaurant and lunches by the pool We really had an amazing time and would recommend the hotel to anyone as long as you prefer hard mattresses

Fantastic holiday! We chose this hotel for the proximity to the beautiful and much recommended reef. But the hotel was a wonderful surprise. The pool area and the slides are perfect, our kids had a great time going down the slides again and again. The food was good, huge variety at every meal. The staff are correct yet friendly, efficient and helpful. We were upgraded to a large suite overlooking the pool area, the room was clean and quite well kept. We had a wonderful holiday, we'll be happy to return and happy to recommend!

One big downside is that wifi is not readily available. It is free access at the lobby, but you will have to pay if you would want wifi in your rooms. We stayed at room 3306 and it was big and spacious. Meals provided have good variety and is delicious overall. Coffee and tea comes free, other drinks would require extra charges. This place has its own jetty where you can have the experience of swimming in the Red Sea. There will be a lifeguard on duty to spot struggling swimmers especially on windy days that leads to stronger currents. Watch out for corals in the shallower waters as you may accidentally brush pass and get cuts. Pool is decently sized and caters for all ages — though you may get some visits from the birds such as the woodpecker and a flock of crows. You also will be approached by staff trying to sell you a massage. They can be very pushy. The room comes with bathing towels for use in the beach/ jetty and the pool. It will be chargeable if you lose the towel — staff are particular about this and would inspect your room thoroughly for inventory at the end of your stay before check-out even at 5am in the morning.

Pros: - Comfortable to sleep. Good curtains, very big bed. It was very important considering my broken arm - Big and quite comfortable bathroom - Surprisingly quite a clean room and good house keeping - Good access to the sea even without beach - The last but probably the best emotion - massage. Price depends on your patience and barganing skills Cons: - Magnetic keys worked only for several hours, then we couldn't enter into the room and had to go to reception, that was quite far. This was not solved till the end of our stay. - Food is so-so. It was usually better for the dinner, but for the breakfast there was almost no choice. Had to eat eggs every day. Beverages, including coffee and wine are just absolutely disgusting - you have to pay for Wifi in the room! 21th century is here! - Quite a little space/few sunbeds to take sun bath. If the weather is good, you should be very lucky to find one (and it's off-season!) - The attitude is the same as in the whole Egypt. Even for the money they ran out of coffee on the second day and we could not even buy good coffee. A lot of small broken or uncomfortable stuff like cracked toilet tank or the bath, that is impossible to avoid leaking water from during taking a shower

We were staying in the hotel in December 2023. Overall a nice hotel, and a good place to stay in winter since there is less wind in the bay. The guests are mostly families with children and couples, therefore in the evening there is not much happening around Pros: the territory is clean and taken care of, the food was always tasty, there were always a couple of types of meat and fish, fresh vegetables and smoothies for breakfast. The personnel was also doing its best to ensure a comfortable stay (except the bold waiter), and in the main canteen there were always some chefs going around and checking if everything was in place. A la cart restaurants are also of a high quality and the food feels like it’s prepared in the restaurant and not just in the canteen. The rooms are quite big, palm and sport areas are renovated, the rooms in the central area are still a bit old but well kept The personal is in general quite caring, the manager Ayman was asking us all the time for the feedback for the hotel and what could be done better, which I found super nice There is also WiFi everywhere in the hotel (but not strong enough to watch movies ofc) Cons: between 4pm and 6.30pm there is nothing to eat haha There is also no tasty coffee, just the one from the machines with dry milk, which I find to be a shame for a 5* hotel Also, the spa is a disaster. They are really trying to push you to pay for a massage, and when you do the service is super bad. The lady was quite uncareful, and instead of 45min I got 30. When I pointed out on that she was super annoyed and decided to massage my head quite hard for 5 min in a row, which was rather painful and I had to disentangle my hair afterward. There are separate saunas for men and women, but in women’s one the personal (both male&female) always comes inside to stare in their phones and they leave the door wide open to ensure that everyone passing by would see you. The stuff there is also quite rude and was all the time forgetting that we booked a sauna. Cleaning service was nice till we left him the tips, afterwards he stopped caring 😂 Also, there is no toilet on the beach, the closest one is a bit far away inside of the cafeteria. The beach is also full of flies so better take a spray. After the sunset (around 4.30pm in December) they start whistling and pushing you away from the beach But in general the cons are rather small things and we’d recommend the hotel for the sea, the food and the stuff :)

Had a fantastic holiday. We were the only English people in the hotel but it didn't matter. The staff treated us so well, there was a great range of food available and it was all delicious (no chips, for those interested in that kind of thing). Right opposite a British pub too.

Overall experience was average. It definitely doesn't hold its 5* title. When we arrived, our air conditioning wasn’t working but it got fixed the next day. Floors are a bit dirty (not to even mention the balconies) since they only mop not vacuum. Bathroom and beds are spacious, but unfortunately the Wi-Fi doesn't reach the rooms (maybe the balcony if you're lucky). Beach and pools are open from 8 a.m till sunset but they started closing half an hour earlier every day, which means that from about 17 till midnight there is basically nothing to do on the premises besides eating. The hotel isn't close to Sharm el Sheikh city center, so taxi is quite expensive ($15 each way). However, the sea is very close (depending on your room 2-8 minutes) and the corals and fish seen during snorkeling are beautiful. Along the beach goes a promenade, but you're only allowed to stay on the path and not enter other hotels' area. Now about the food. Honestly, it's not good at all. There aren't many options and the food is quite similar every day. Vegans and vegetarians don't even have a chance to put together a decent meal, since most of the seemingly meatless options still have chicken or beef in them. Taste of the food is generally weird and bland, salads are dry and unseasoned. Snacks are given beside the pools between the main meals and I would say I liked the french fries much more than the main food. But all the waste!! Every time you get a drink they give you a new plastic cup even if you repeatedly ask them to reuse the one you give them. Snacks are served with styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery. It's no surprise if you see a plastic cup floating in the pool. Service was good but sometimes the workers didn't greet us back. During the day you can expect several salesmen to approach you and offer "good prices" for trips to the desert and snorkeling.

Bit of a let down. Stayed all inclusive for 3 nights whilst in Sharm at the family apartment. Room was a bit dated, back door needed fixing and the safe didn't work. We got a total of 4 drinks for the mini bar which weren't replenished. Bathroom was nice and big shower was really good. Availability of food was a bit poor such as the times it's served and locations. I think maybe I'm comparing it to hotels we have been to which have served food all day at various locations. Glasses, plates and cutlery often ran out at meal times. Food was a bit repetitive and not the best. No ice cream for kids. All inclusive beer was served in tiny plastic cups. Made it hard work really. Generally disappointed

Great place to stay - Palm Wing not beachfront. Palm Wing was quieter and more peaceful with less people. Can easily get to the restaurant and beachfront by crossing the road with assistance. Nice hotel at a good price. Spacious room with all amenities needed. Only strange thing was that the toilet was in a separate room to the main bathroom and there was no sink in the room with the toilet so had to use the toilet then go to bathroom to wash hands.

The location of this resort is amazing! It felt as though we were staying in Greece. It's a 10 minute walk from Naama Bay, which is very convenient. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of pools, even a heated one! The resorted private beach is clean. The buffet is good. They have different dinner cuisines for each day of the week. The resort js very popular among Russians so the entertainment is mainly in Russian. The rooms are spacious and in good condition. The only reason I gave the rooms 4 stars is because our rooms shower had a really bad damp smell coming from it, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed. Other than that, I really enjoyed our stay here.

I spent my holidays in Novotel Beach (the newest part which was located closer to the sea) 4-11.04.2024. I would like to start with the povitives: absolutely delicious food - just amazing. Big choice of products with everything fresh and tasty! Nice beach really close to the hotel. The room was nice, modern furnished but with some little things which need improvement. What was bad: maybe you don’t know but as a member of global hotel chain you should know, so I will tell you that the main language to communicate worldwide, as well in the hotel industry is ENGLISH, not Russian. So if you welcome and talk to your Italian, Polish, German etc. guests in Russian it is not even not proffesional, it is just rude. After three days of hearing „Zdrastvujcie” every day and hearing all staff try to communicate with us in Russian despite we told all the time we are not from Russia I was just disgusted. Another thing, there were some days when on the beach was just Russian music loudly played all afternoon long. Oh, really relaxing to listen to it when you know that the same time in Europe children are dying under Russian bombs… C’mon guys, you have a lot of awesome local, arabic music. Do you really need to do this? Especially if you host not only Russian people? What more – the staff was really unfriendly. The guys at bar, some guys on restaurant were just surly, with no smile. I can mention just a few people who were really nice: the lady who was (I suppose) the restaurant manager, the lady with white shirt who also work in restaurant, the lifeguard from the beach, the short stature pool guy, Yaroslava who was responsible for guests relations. And that is all. The last day I experienced a really unpleasant situation. I wanted to use a toilet near to the pool and I didn’t noticed that the floor is wet so I came in. Two guys from cleaning staff just screamed on me and shouted using poor enghlish like: „Go beach toilet, now!” They waved their hands like they was just mad. It was really scary and I think it shouldn’t happeden it the hotel like this. We had a cockroaches in bathrooms in rooms we occupied and we got because of that a free late-check out for one of rooms in the day of departure what was really nice compensation. All in all – I will never be back in this place for sure.

Don't get me wrong, this place is fantastic. The staff absolutely and most definitely make this a hotel to stay at. The only downside is having the local branded drinks included as part of the all inclusive category, they just aren't the same, when other hotels I've visited in other countries include label brands at no extra cost. Also, although the food is fine here, it's not top notch. All in all though, a great place for a short break away, and one I would recommend.

My husband and I spent 14 nights in this extremely efficient and friendly run hotel room 4037. 7th to 21st February 2024 Everything from the quality of cleanliness, quality of linen and non invasive service made our stay most memorable. On arrival our greeting from Hend was charming in offering us the opportunity to view several rooms before negotiating the upgrade we chose, as we wished to be situated on the ground floor. From the minute we arrived we felt totally relaxed without any of the normal hustle and bustle which I personally have experienced in many reception areas. The calm atmosphere this hotel and its entire staff generates is so rare in today's world. Our room 4037 was not just cleaned to the highest standard it sparkled and together with Ezzat towel artistry it was an absolute joy returning to it, plus the added anticipation of the choice of delicacies Ahmed Farouk would deliver for us to enjoy with our afternoon tea while soaking in our terrace jacuzzi. The breakfast chef Ahmed Kaboria is delightful cooking us beautiful dishes and making delicious culinary suggestions. We spent much of our time relaxing by the heated pool and pool bar where I was encouraged by Montasser to try a concoction of grated ginger honey cinnamon and lime juice. Samy continued making this delicious drink for me every day while Reda often stopped by to chat to my husband discussing world issues and literary authors. Samy also ensured my husband had no shortage of wine and his tuna sandwich which was delicious. The delightful life guard A.Atef who not only daily cleaned thoroughly our jacuzzi and ensured we had beautiful clean soft towels at the pool but kept an eye open for anything untoward. The all inclusive package we chose suited us so well because the variety of restaurants in hotel and outside in Soho Square meant we were spoilt for choice. Our constructive suggestions for improvements would be a coffee machine for the room and an illuminated shaving and make up mirror as I found the lighting fairly inadequate in the bathroom. No music during the days, mostly older people (no offence to anyone but should he mentioned before hand). Overall not a bad place but if you are a young person looking to spend fun vacation this is not the place.

We loved the place. It is family friendly: warm pools, football pitch, aquapark, beach entertainment. But I will give 5 stars to the reef: the best I've seen so far. Very safe and impressive. If you are a diver or would like to learn diving, this is the place! The rooms are a bit old, but spatious and cleaning was amazing. So we enjoyed our stay there. Watch out for mosquitos, as they are small but thirsty 😂

I'm writing this review whilst still here. Would I recommend this hotel to a friend? Absolutely yes. Would I revisit? Indeed. Does it have flaws? Yes, again. The service is nearly outstanding. Offer a small tip, and they become even more attentive, prioritising you. The room is immaculate, and the cleaning is among the best we've experienced. The food is of good quality, though over a 2-week stay, it may seem somewhat repetitive. However, this was well managed through seamless booking of three à la carte restaurants, which I enjoyed. The beach, while not boasting the finest sand, is, as suggested by other visitors, one of the best in Sharm. The sea entrance is shallow, ideal for small children, and they have a pier allowing access to deeper waters and the reef, which was described by most visitors I interacted with as stunning. Although I'm not into snorkelling or diving, my wife was truly impressed. I appreciated the quality of their football pitch, and they also offer beach volleyball. The only aspect I didn't like was the entertainment. Not that I craved it greatly, but it was of rather poor quality. Moreover, it was predominantly in Italian, completely disregarding and disrespecting other nations. It appeared cheap and pathetic. The Italian animators were merely show-offs, dressing differently every day, attempting to be entertaining but coming across as cheap and somewhat distasteful. In our main bar, the evening entertainment consisted of piano performances, yet listening to the lively music from nearby hotels and the Farsha café left me jealous each night, as I found myself somewhat bored in the evenings. I wonder why I still enjoyed this place? It's simple: the positives far outweigh the negatives. The value for money is evident. My only wish is that they consider my feedback before my next visit. And perhaps, find more engaging entertainment. Although Sultan is pleasant and can be left, all others (especially the Italians) are a waste of money.

Cannot find fault with this hotel. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Food very nice and like the option of different restaurants on different evenings. The whole resort is immaculate we have never seen so many staff. Rooms are spacious and functional. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone wanting to get away and relax. A fantastic hotel with very clean areas. Two pools heated to different temperatures. Staff very attentative and speak good English. Visited during Ramadan and couldn't fault their high level of professionalism during what must be an arduous time for them. The beach was stunning with a paradise-like beach bar serving dawn till dusk. Beautiful coral reef off the beach which is the real treasure of the location.

We came away for a week of relaxation. This hotel was great as adult only so was peaceful. Everyone was happy to help from the room cleaning staff to the waiters and barmen. The beach bar played great variety of music which suits our taste . Every waiter had a smile and often friendly banter. The chefs were so happy to serve you their food which was really tasty and again a lovely cheeky manner. The seafood night was exceptionally tasty . The pools are immaculate and cleaned daily. Almost everything was awesome except for some minor issues which your staff were happy to resolve. The first night in a room with insects like small bugs in our bed after a conversation was resolved by changing the room. The noise from the reconstruction of the hotel also did not add pleasure to the holiday, but we hope that by our next visit the reconstruction of the hotel will be completed. special thanks and gratitude to the girls from the Guest Relations Service Anastasia and Snyazhana. Best holiday we ever had! Everything was perfect: great variety of food&drinks, services, pools, room&view, cleaning, staff was super nice and helpful, corals & fish are beautiful, entertainment day&night, shops in the hotel (mini market with local sweets & snacks, sunglasses & jewellery, perfume shop with oils, teas and spices, etc). The hotel is close to the airport (10 minutes by taxi), but it is not disturbing or noisy at all. The corals and fish are amazing!!! You can only go into the water through a not very long jetty (we could see longer ones in the neighbour hotels), however there is a small sandy beach but the water is shallow, and you can't go deeper due to the corals. Unfortunately, many people tried to get into the water through the corals, which destroys the corals, that's why I mention it. Hotel offers diving services as well for extra charge, but snorkeling is more than enough, we could see hundreds of different kind of fish all the time during snorkeling, smaller and 1meter long ones as well, and pink,blue, green, red, yellow corals. Every day we saw something new while snorkeling, it was amazing! Lots of sunbeds available by the pools and the beach as well. Evening entertainment was in the sister hotel (Sunrise Remal resort - 100meters walk or 2 minutes with the hotel bus), so this hotel (Beach) is more quiet, and in my opinion this hotel is better if you prefer relaxing more than to party. I highly recommend this hotel if you like snorkeling rather than just swimming in the sea, and if you like good food, good beer, and friendly & super helpful staff and want to have a relaxing holiday!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the staff, making us feel right at home. Their friendly personalities and enthusiastic approach truly added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. The resort itself was stunning, with beautiful views of the sea and immaculately maintained facilities. The variety of dining options ensured we never got bored with the food, and the entertainment options kept us engaged throughout our stay. Overall, I can't recommend Coral Sea Resort enough. It's the perfect destination for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation, made even better by the exceptional staff who truly went out of their way to make our time there memorable. Hotel and the grounds are kept clean and tidy. Pools are clean although a little cold for February. The staff are very attentive on the beach. Restaurant staff are a little hit and miss, as is the reception desk. A couple of requests we asked were not done. Buffet food is a little reputative but plenty to choose from. The Water Park across the road is great but we were disappointed the lazy river was idle and you had to push yourself around it!. A must is the Stone Grill - worth the money you pay and not expensive at all. 3 course meal for 5 people cost £88. You cook the steak how you like it and it was good meat. Had a facial in the beauty Spa and that was a lovely treat :-). Improvements needed :- The hotel needs more for the teenagers (13-17) The Pool table in the Sports Bar needs replacing as it is not level so playing on it was difficult and the pool cues are broken. You could do with an additional pool table as it was constantly booked up! All in all it was a great week's holiday and we would visit again.

1 week all inclusive in this fantastic resort. Every staff member in the resort worked as a great team to ensure we wanted for nothing. Resort is well laid out with several pools, and the beach area was well staffed to supply drinks. 4 on site restaurants can be used via a booking system. Variety of food and drink available was excellent. Looking to go back next February or March next year. Weather remained between 22 - 28 for duration of stay.

Just returned from an amazing trip to Sharm. The staff at this hotel were just first class couldn’t do enough to make us feel very welcome. Hotel is very clean, thank you for the towels we loved those every evening! The rooms are a great size. Pools cold but welcome in the heat. We didn’t try the heated ones 🤣 right on the beautiful beach. Food was great especially the steak at the Mediterranean restaurant. Only downside was the WiFi, had limited but then had to buy more data which wasn’t expensive at all. Hoping to return and will definitely go back to this hotel. Thank you made our holiday absolutely awesome!

Firstly , the hotel is lovely, the gardens and room are immaculate, we had a swim up room . Which was a bit cold lol . But woke you up in a morning. Would be great in the hotter months. Plenty of places to eat . The evening entertainment was a little slow ( poor ) , The day time activities and the animation team kept you entertained. But the young English rep DARCY Made our holiday she included us in all activities, she made a special effort to come see how we are , are we enjoying the holiday . Even in the evening she made time to come over for a chat . She’s a credit to the hotel / team . Around the pool the waiters (Ahmed) at the heated pool also made a very special effort everyday . We never an empty glass . 👌 We will definitely return to the hotel in October time ,

Fabulous hotel, we are here for a week and the service provided from the moment you reach the hotel is outstanding. There is a great selection of food available and we particularly enjoyed the pre book restaurants. Latitude bar is the perfect place after a meal to kick back and relax with a few cocktails. Aqua park is great for the kids, perfect size you can keep an eye on them without needing to be with them all the time and a lovely Barman to make whatever drinks you would like. We also payed a visit to the spa and enjoyed a full body massage and facial, the 2 ladies who massaged us were lovely. It was a wonderful experience. Lots to do at the hotel and some trips available for good prices. Rooms always kept clean and tidy and fully stocked with fresh linen, towel, toiletries and mini bar always stocked up. Staff very welcoming each time you see them and make a big fuss of the children. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There is plenty of space for you to walk and chill at the pool. There are no issues at all. The food areas are clean and maintained to a high standard, as well as any other public area. Management constantly come round to check if you are pleased and this is when you can arise issues. All staff are helpful and polite. The entertainment with Tasha and Ammar is good as they run different activities and try and get you involved. Very good!

The facilities were fantastic and staff all very helpful and approachable. Staff regularly made efforts to play with kids to make them feel more comfortable. Our check-in was a disaster as we had booked a family suite so that we had a separate room for the children. On arrival we were given a "free upgrade" To a deluxe swim up room. Unfortunately this did not have a room for the children, and was not set up for us as there were no beds for them. When we complained about this we were then told there was no family room available. Why had the hotel overbooked? They did sort this the following day when a family suite room became available. Only other slight gripe is the amount of loungers around the beach and pool that get reserved. I know the hotel has a policy regarding this but there doesn't seem to be any enforcing this and the practice is widespread. Restaurants were all really brilliant, especially the Mongolian Grill!

Great hotel with really good staff. Whether it's in one of the several restaurants, bars or the whole animation team. Everybody takes care of you to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms are big enough and cleaned daily. Also really professional. The food varies daily and is delicious. About the animation team they have several competitions like volleyball, darts, water polo, etc. If you are an adult they ask you to go to one of the clubs to party and have a good time. Even there the animation team is with you and takes care of you so you always feel safe. I will definitely come back to this hotel next year!

The hotel is facing the beach and the rooms are amazing, well maintained, very clean and well taken care off. Always smells nice. The staffs all are very helpful, friendly and attentive to all your needs here. We came as a family of 5 and the way they treated out children is amazing. They have kids zone where you can leave your kids play in their play rooms which is spacious and comfortable and being monitored by the hotel staffs❤️ Breakfast is delicious with lots of varieties of foods and the best part is this hotel give u not only almost free flow mineral water but soft drink as well.. U can always ask for more and they will be happy to give you. They have many pools and activities for kids and constantly have performance in front of the main pool and at their theater. We stayed here for 5 days and have amazing days n nights here and additionally, they willing to let us checkout few hours late cause our flight is late❤️

We had a week stay at the hotel and the only thing that prevented us from considering changing hotels were the staff. The staff at this hotel are amazing, helpful and cheerful and nothing was to much trouble. Sadly the current refurbishments going on around the resort were impactful to our quality of stay, Consistent building work around the pool area, and heavy trucks literally driving pass the pool areas through out the day, creating noise and clouds of dust. At one point hoarding was raised around the pool area blocking views to the sea.

We had a vacation with my son in April. The rest left a pleasant aftertaste and a lot of vivid emotions and impressions. The staff is incredibly hospitable and attentive, always ready to help with any questions. Since half of the hotel was closed for renovation, there was a cozy homely atmosphere where all the guests knew each other and communicated. A large well-maintained area, surrounded by greenery. In the evening, you can go to the promenade along the embankment. Markets and shops are plentiful within walking distance. There are several beaches on the territory with convenient access, clear water and coral reefs. The food is varied, there is always fish and meat, fruits and delicious pastries. The A la carte restaurant El Kababgy is a must-visit! Delicious grilled meat and vegetables. Evening shows are always interesting and diverse: oriental dances, contests, acrobats, fakirs and foam pool parties. Special thanks to the animators. Nastya, Tito and Rita, you are real lighters! Thank you for a wonderful vacation and adventure! You have charged everyone with your energy, cheerfulness and sincerity, you will not get bored! ❤

We had a great stay at here! The staff were mostly great, the food decent but the location itself was the best part. On the outer edge of Nama Bay it is a little more secluded from the other hotels which, for us, was great. Currently almost half the hotel is being renovated however this was no inconvenience for us. The rooms are pretty dated so hopefully after the renovations are done the hotel feel a little more luxurious. The star of the hotel is the house reef just off the private beach where we spend hours every day snorkeling and diving under the guidance of the the Scorpion dive clubs excellent staff.

Yo, check out this rad sea hotel! The room decor might not be top-notch, but dang, they're super cozy. The garden is awesome, and the swimming pools are legit. Plus, the facilities are top-notch, making this place the bomb. The animations and activities? So much fun! And don't even get me started on the food – it's delicious! Oh, and heads up, there are some fancy restaurants that need reservations and extra dough, but I totally recommend hitting up the regular dining joint – it's free! And the best part? The transfer rides are awesome, so no need to deal with those greedy taxis.

An amazing hotel. This is a 5* in every aspect. The service is excellent from all staff. From lifeguards at the pool, to the waiters in the bars and restaurants in fact to any member of staff you interact with. The food is also first class. Sometimes you find buffets lacking in Egyptian hotels, but not here. The food selection is always excellent. If the buffets arnt for you then there are 9 Al a carte restaurants to choose from. The whole place is clean and the rooms are amazing . Aware definitely coming back.

Beautiful hotel with beautiful laided out landscape. It is currently been updated which is great. I would check your room once you arrive to ensure you have a room where lights are working well etc. Otherwise wonderful staff especially the chefs on site are resourceful. There is no real need to leave the resort. This is a resort that if I'm honest you make the best of what you have which my group did. I gave it 3 stars for the honestly decent few staff members that made the stay perfect for the four days we stayed. Thank you

I recommend Continental Plaza Beach Hotel. The rooms are modest, the bathrooms need renovation, but the hotel infrastructure is impressive - beautiful swimming pools, lots of sunbeds (a bit dirty, but at my request, the lifeguard washed the bird droppings mattress), delicious food, beautiful beach and coral reef. Service nice and helpful. Especially thank you for all kindness to Mr. Mohammed from the reception, who was always very nice and helpful. A unique man, standing out from all the staff at the Continental Hotel and all the others I've visited. Negatively distinguished was the hotel taxi driver, who recorded immoral proposals to me on a translator and stroked my leg all the way ... scandal. Mr. Tomas from the pool bar was pushy and I was disgusted to go to this bar for a drink.

Great resort, it was out first time in Egypt. Being off season there were some renovation works being done, but handled gracefully. The weather in December is perfect for me even though the sea and pool water were quite cold. The service is great, the staff quite friendly. The rooms are large and clean, the bathroom could use some renovation.

My parents and I stayed here over Christmas and we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, the waiters at breakfast and lunch were really friendly and we made a great friend in Mustafa on the beach bar. He made our stay! Stayed in the Baron Palms adult only hotel and the pools were amazing only one was heated in December. Food was lovely and options to dine around at different restaurants as well as the buffet. Service was hit and miss but good overall. Glad we had it at sale price though. Beach area and bar was lovely staff friendly. Rooms clean and tidy had to unplug the fridge as it was so noisy. Evening entertainment was very poor (assuming due to low visitor numbers) despite a very enthusiastic entertainment team and the amphitheatre looked tired needs a fresh coat of paint. The main restaurant was closed on our visit so we had to walk the gauntlet of the shopping street to the restaurant near the beach for breakfast/evening meal.

I’m really disappointed ☹️ Many cases (more than 15 persons got severe food poisoning including nausea,diarrhea,vomiting and high fever that affected our whole stay , and to our great disappointment when we complained they totally ignored the whole situation . Last but not least, the house keeping service is unexpectedly terrible. So the overall experience is not satisfactory at all and will definitely never come to Baron again.

Service was absolutely terrible! The head of reservation Mahmoud was rude and unpleasant to talk to. The hotel cancelled our reservation, did not answer our messages and the standard reply was “there is nothing I can do”. They left us without a reservation 2 days before our arrival. We spent our New Years holiday at this hotel. The rooms where spacious and clean. The pool was cold, but when pointed out to the staff they turned on the heat so the day after it was perfect for the kids. Small selection of slides that where great for our kids. The restaurant is more or less the same every day, so that could be better. The WiFi in the lobby is poor. Friendly staff all around and the spa was really good and quite reasonable price.

I have stayed in this resort for one week in Jan 2109. It is a lovely place for families. It has big a swimming pool with a small aqua park. Kids can enjoy their times doing painting and drawing in the kids club as well as swimming. There are a shopping area with a beauty center. The rooms are very huge in size and always maintained clean by the hotel management. Staff is also helpful and respectful. The management is running shows, nightclubs and other activities almost every night. The restaurant does not offer a variety of foods and they are repetitive.

The rooms are extremely spacious !!!., the space is well used to provide comfort in the room. furniture is simple. Bed mattresses were very comfortable . The pool and gym were great . The beach is far but easily accessible. It is rocky, suitable for snorkling and diving only . The open buffet is good but the items served are few , they need to serve variety of choices

The hotel does not meet the price-quality ratio. Despite claiming to have 5 stars, it is actually a 3+. The rooms are very outdated, dirty, and neglected. The food may still be acceptable, but it is repeated daily. The staff is very polite, but there are not enough of them for such a large area. If you are from Ukraine or Poland, it is better not to choose this hotel, as it does not pay attention to guests from these countries - everything is in Russian, even on the beach there are no signs in Polish. Many guests are from Russia, leading to conflicts. The music is predominantly Russian. The entertainment programs are not interesting. Be careful when choosing this hotel. I do not recommend it! Additionally, regarding the Russian language, nothing is available in Polish. It is also worth noting that despite claiming to be "ultra all-inclusive," entertainment programs end at 11:00 PM, bars close after midnight, and tables are cleared, even if you want water, you have to wait until morning because the bars stop working. So what is the point of claiming "ultra"?

DO NOT GO THERE! It is definitely not recommended for women to go to that hotel alone without men. They are in the business of extorting money. We were shown a picture of a TV in a stranger's room and told we broke it. They gave two choices, either we pay 300€ or we miss the flight and the police are called and we are taken to the station where we still have to pay the money. The whole situation lasted 2 hours. We wanted to go home, we had to pay something that we have not done.

Worst hotel i ever been. Dirty room, cleaning service is terrible even after several requests didn't change anything. During week didn't change towels and bed clothes. Pools are dirty. Hotel stuff is extremely unpolite,rude, unkindly. Food are untasty except cucumbers and tomatoes iceberg lettuce.

Hotel needs renovation badly. Everything is outdated and worn out, only reminiscing the former glory. Food is nothing special, often not fresh. Staff is friendly, they do try their best. Hotel outdoors looks very good, flowers and green grass everywhere, but decoration also needs to be updated. The coral reef is great, lots of fish. Nice views to Tiran island.

PLEASE READ THIS!! the beach and location was really beautiful. However the the cleaning services were terrible. The food was also barely edible and was so constant. We had to eat the same thing every single day because nothing changed! I also noticed that there were no female employees other than in the spa rooms and a few polish or Russian woman doing animation. But it was mostly men. AND PLEASE READ THIS PART. The workers who were around 30-40 would ask for the phone numbers of young teenage girls which really disgusted me. They would stare at woman and make people them feel really uncomfortable .I was a witness of a man making popcorn and asking for a 14 YEAR OLDS number. The guy looked 35! Disgusting. The girl was anxious and so I stepped it and gave the guy a warning. The hotel is definitely not a hotel that deserves 5 stars but instead maximum 3 stars. AND THE MOSQUITOES. We were severely bitten for several nights and it was very painful. We asked for help from the reception and they gave us a small spray to plug in which literally did nothing. Me and my family had to literally fight mosquitoes with towels covered in mosquito blood because of the fact they would come close to your face and fly around your ear which would be so uncomfortable and hard to sleep. We then spoke to the reception again, and because I was really serious and full of anger this time, they came and sprayed the whole room. I strongly recommend you to look and different hotels in Egypt, since there are truly beautiful hotels we have seen, however this one is just not the one your looking for, trust me.

I spent 11 days in Rehana Sharm , travelled by myself as I usually do arround the world. I had access to Rehana Sharm and Rehana Royal as well cross the road.Both Hotel is beautiful and clean. Staff are very kind, welcoming,respectful and helpful.Whenever I had some issues, the receptionists quickly and effectively solved. The food is very tasty,kind of repeatedly but I am not fassy about it as it taste good.There are big choices tho.Staff in the restaurant working very hard, they are always smiling and welcoming. The cleaner of my room created lovely flowers,different kind of animals, love hearts on my bed every day,cleaned well and quickly. Rehana Sharm was very quiet which I preferred, most of the guests went to Rehana Royal as the beach is there and the restaurant too its 1 minute walk cross the road. There is always someone to guide you cross the road, they make sure you are safe. WiFi in Egyptian hotels usually only in Lobby but I had access in my room and most of the pool areas,bars. The hotel is well managed,thank you for my lovely holiday.

The hotel isn't in the best condition. Some bars were never open. The barmans were nice. Animation team didn't really enjoy their job. I have never seen worse receptionists. They didn't want to help you and they just wanted you to leave them alone, very lazy people. Our shower didn't work for our last 3 days of stay and they didn't help us with that. UNECTABLE.

The place is worn off and needs definitely a renovation. Heated pool is really small, you have to stand in line and wait and the you'll be served warm beer. The snorkeling slip is on an edge of crashing and using it equals risking your life. Food was untasteful and juice had too much water in it. Food couldn't taken by yourself, it was served in a really bad manner. Air conditioner in the room made awful sound throughout the whole night. We asked an extra bed into the room according to the booking but never got one. Had to sleep on the floor. Shower was installed into half on the wall you you have to sit under it to get washed. Really the worst experience in Egypt hotels. It's not a 5 star hotel, maximum 2 star.

The worst trip at my life If I can give the hotel minuse stars I will do. It's no Services by the general, no one try to give you the only ( trying ). Food was not bad. Bars is just serve foster powder for tow fliver and water, all serve by one-way plastic glass, no mocktail, the ice cream not tasty. Room was not too bad.

Wonderful hotel with big territory and several swimming pools. The living part of the hotel consists of 2 or 3 floors houses with 2-4 rooms. Rooms differ from each other and include all necessary facilities. The beach is very close and private, but has many stones and close to water entertainment stops. The hotel staff is very nice and professional, they pay attention to everyone.

Good settings, and facilities. Food was OK, apart from exceptional fresh baked breads. But whole visit ruined by the necessity of tipping (bribing) everyone for anthing that you need. And just because you've bribed the guy to use beach beds that are supposed to be free for guests, doesn't mean that he won't turf you off them when someone comes along and pays him to have your spot.

We visited mid march. It was quiet ,out of season with few guests. Very large hotel area but gives the feeling of intimate small "private", adorable buildings. Gave me a "neighborhood feeling", rather than large hotel. It is what we were looking for. When visiting Egypt we have to realize that we leave our standard of living behind us. But that is why we travel: new expereinces and accept the countries for what they have to offer. If you can see beyond that exterior and surroundings are worn down and - by our standard: in need of replacement or repair) , then you will enjoy your stay. Know that the staff works 12 hour days for 4 weeks. Offer empathy and understanding, then you will have a pleasant trip. Everybody (including the staff) has a common goal: to have a super day with pleasant experiences. Ibrahim Ahmed Ahmed was one of the employees ( supervisor of main dining area) whom made sure we felt welcome.

This hotel is very old and needs immediate refurbishment, the rooms are very dusty and dirty (we had to change 3 rooms during our 8 days stay there as in one of the rooms the toilet was placed in such a way that you could not sit on it because of your knees scratching the wall in front of you, in the other one the air conditioner wasn't working at all and at midnight we could hardly breathe there, moreover mosquitoes took advantage of this hot air in the room and started to eat us alive, so we called the front desk asking to fix this problem). Furthermore the food wasn't good in the canteen, the selection was quite poor and it was always crowded there as they didn't open another restaurant for such a huge number of the guests who stayed there, plus the staff always ignored your requests to get silver or water etc looking to busy to take care of your basic needs. Probably the notion of guest service is an unknown topic for the employees of the hotel not mentioning some of the reception staff who made you wait for a solution for quite some time without solving it and after that he happened to forget what I was asking him at all because of the other person who interrupted us asking some other things. The most important thing is that they claim to be a five star hotel when in fact the last revision was made in 2012. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who respects his precious vacation and himself.

First, No wifi at all. They say that there's a wifi in the lobby which is true but the signal is almost non existant. And the lobby itself is crowded with people with no room to sit. Second, the pool was closed most of the time for some reason. Third, the breakfast was decent at most. I would not recommend staying in this hotel, bad value for money.

In winter time if you need warm weather and a relaxing place to pass your Christmas and winter holidays, just perfect. The resort is very old, needs a complete renovation, especially the rooms and all the furniture inside and outside, everything is old and broken (we had a short circuit in our room and hopefully the living room did not get burned!), although the cleaning is good. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this is not the one! Maximum 3+. It does have all the requested facilities, pools, sea, gym, spa, restaurants with very tasty and good quality food and a very good and gentle service, but not 5 stars. But when you need some warm weather, relaxation and good food, you just forget about how many stars the hotel has! Thank you to all the staff especially Ibram, we had a good vacation.

A lovely break for a great price for all inclusive stay. the hotel is very spacious and staff are lovely. The food can get a bit repetitive so would recommend they theme the nights and do some beach bbqs . The entertainment was not good which is a shame as there’s nothing else to do as you can’t walk in evenings on beach and in an isolated spot. Need taxis to get to places and there are a few lovely days out you can do with tour companies but limited options unless you like diving.

Overall a lovely place to stay the only downside was you need to get taxis everywhere, security was very heavy, which I suppose is a good thing, but it made me ask myself why? When the people of Sharm are lovely. The food was pretty much the same every day, so if your food likes are limited you may find it hard to eat, they do try and cater for a wide range of preferences, or if you ask nice they may cook something that suits you. Pillows are like bricks but beds are faultlessly clean, (wherever I go I check for bugs) bath and floor can get slippery, shower was good and powerful, they also supply bath robes and slippers, there is a fridge with nothing in it, there is coffee and tea making facilities. Overall well worth staying in this hotel.

Cleanliness is their forte, from rooms especially (613), lobby, beach, buffet restaurant, etc. Gym does require an update from uneven floor & water butt not working & could do with better ventilation. Staff are amazing, alert & willing to help with a smile. pls tip them well.

It’s a very nice hotel, with the amazing view the Red Sea. It’s a little bit sad that many areas are closed because of the low occupancy but for us it’s good because we don’t have a long waiting time. The rooms are big and always very clean. The food is very good. We like it variety and the guy is very friendly and helpful. We would recommend the hotel to our friends and family and we also would like to come back. Thanks.
