We've had a fabulous stay here for a nice chilled week of winter sun. Lovely hotel in good location for local amenities. I have to mention the incredibly hard working staff who help make this place what it is. A special mention for mohamed sabry who was our house keeper, his art work on the bed is fabulous and he kept the room spotless. The beach was nice and the guy who works there to keep it clean and tidy never seems to stop and the towel guys are always happy to help you find beds and sort your towel for a small show of appreciation. We found that if you offer a small tip to the staff the look after you that little bit better. We will be back later in the year.

I would like to share my wonderful experience with Yulia from Ukraine, who works as an animator at the hotel. She is truly amazing at what she does. From the first moment, she made me feel welcome with her positive energy, kindness, and friendly attitude.
Yulia brings so much enthusiasm to every activity and creates a great atmosphere for all the guests. She is always smiling, very professional, and clearly loves her job. Even when I was alone, she made sure I felt included and comfortable, which I really appreciated.
She has a natural talent for connecting with people and making everyone feel relaxed and happy. Thanks to her, my stay at the hotel was much more enjoyable and memorable.

I stayed at this resort in Sharm El Sheikh and the experience was truly excellent.
The food is very good and varied, with a wide choice every day. The resort has several swimming pools, well organized, including one heated pool. The beach is quite large and has a pier, perfect for snorkeling directly on the reef. The variety of excursions available is also very good, well organized and suitable for everyone.
A special mention goes to the cleanliness of the rooms: impeccable. They are always clean, fresh-smelling and well organized, with the classic and lovely towel decorations on the bed, typical of Egyptian resorts. A special thanks to Mohamed, who is super kind, very professional, always helpful and truly excellent at his job, in our room number 122.
Finally, I would like to highlight the kindness of all the staff, always smiling and attentive.

The hotel offers a true sense of harmony, comfort, and tranquility from the moment you arrive. Modern and meticulously maintained, it features clean, cozy rooms where it’s easy to relax and recharge. The staff is wonderful — attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The dining experience is excellent: a wide variety of fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented dishes.
The hotel grounds are green, tidy, and perfect for leisurely walks at any time of day. The sea is just nearby, with a gentle, comfortable entry that makes swimming especially enjoyable. Around the hotel, there are charming cafés and shops where you can take a slow stroll, enjoy a coffee, and soak in the resort atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where everyday worries melt away, letting you fully enjoy the moment.

This is a hotel with beautiful gardens ,great service & location easy beach access & good value.The corridors are tired & some finiishing on painting is not perfect. I would rather have great service with geniune smiles ( no tips expected either ) than perfect corridors , twice the cost & rude staff. I have stayed at lots of hotels in Egypt this I can recommend better value for money & great staff. Room 171 on ground floor perfect. Wi fi ok in the rooms not on the beach.
