The hotel deserves a solid 8/10. We appreciated the friendly staff, most of whom don’t expect tips – a rare find in Egypt. A big letdown was the pool area: the lifeguard placed towels on loungers early in the morning and later “sold” them for tips. When I politely asked about a spot, I was told to “go away.” Five minutes later, the same man was pulling three loungers from storage for another family. The rep should also consider guest fatigue – a welcome meeting at 10:00 am after a 4:00 am check-in was not ideal. Otherwise, the hotel is clean, with tasty food and a pleasant atmosphere.

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!The staff doesn't speak English. They don't even use simple conversations like "Good morning" or "Good afternoon" with guests. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! When they come to pick up empty plates from the table, they just take them away. They should have asked a normal quality standard like "Good evening." "How is your food?" "Is everything okay?" "Can I take your plate?" "They serve it like they live in the jungle. Why am I writing this because THEY CLAIM TO BE A 5 STAR HOTEL. Speaking of drinks, I ask the bar for ice, I ask them to fill my glass and they look at me and say there’s not enough ice. I order a simple gin and soda, I ask them to add more gin, he points to my glass and says “Okay”, I’ve already put it in. (OF COURSE HE CANNOT SAY THIS IN ENGLISH SO HE’S TRYING TO EXPLAIN IT BY USING BODY LANGUAGE ) I have to repeat this 5 times FOR THEM TO DO THIS. If THIS IS A 5 STAR HOTEL, what’s the point of reducing the ice and alcohol? THIS IS A TRUE SHAME. We came with Jolly Tour. If I hadn’t come with the tour, I would have left the hotel long ago. I’m writing this in English and I’m not even sure if the hotel will understand!

If you are 5 * hotel this means your staff is luxurious and know how to deal with clients but today i was checked and met rude, unprofessional behavior from the reception staff as i felt i did a something wrong when i chose to book this hotel, all what happened me and my friend booked from today 6 June till 9 June and we arrived waiting rooms to be prepared they gave us two rooms far from each other however the company we booked through mentioned they sent special request but these requests are subject to hotel availability and i understand that but what i don't understand how come the staff mention unprofessional words referring to .... officially make it rude how come when you welcome a guest you treat him or her by this way, in a gentle way you could've mention there is no availability unfortunately and this make is totally professional. i will make sure to make this review be seen by all clients worldwide and also by hotel management so at least no one face this experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect – the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious with a great variety, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The animation team was absolutely fantastic – they were fun, energetic, and made every day enjoyable with their great activities and shows. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great vacation experience! Hamdy animation is very good, active.

Hotel is nice. Food is good. Staff are amazing and can't do enough.
Animation team are great. Shout out to Georgia who's been lovely and great with the kids.
Will definitely be coming back again.
