Initially had an issue being told our booking was cancelled and was moved to a different hotel. However moved back next day following a few discussions. Fantastic service from cleaning staff all polite and cheerful. Restaurant service was excellent.Kudos to Mohammed Gabr who made sure we had all we needed everytime with a smile. We looked forward to our meals and head chef was making sure all was in order.

I would like to leave a special review for Abd Allah, Moatasem and Khaled, who work at the bar of the resort. They are all incredibly friendly, kind and professional, always welcoming guests with a genuine smile and a positive attitude.
They are attentive, approachable and make you feel comfortable at any time of the day. Their cocktails are excellent, well prepared, delicious and always served with care. You can really feel their passion for their work and their dedication to making guests feel relaxed and happy.
They truly contribute to a wonderful atmosphere at the resort and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for your great service and warm hospitality.

Main part of hotel is well maintained and looked after some parts are a little tired but they are doing improvements. Staff are fantastic, always smiling and happy to help, especially Sayed and Mohamed in the restaurant and Mahmood our room attendant. Food was ok typical all inclusive food but always something nice to eat, pizza oven nightly and a pasta station, salad bar, daily specials and other hot choices. Beach we thought was a little disappointing as you couldn't walk in the sea without shoes on as the floor is coral and it kills your feet but minor detail really. Would we go back, yes, great value for money.

Amazing time at this hotel wonderful service everyone is so pleasant! I can’t help to mention an animation team especially since i love to keep myself active their daily activity schedule is great special mention to Olivia whos such a beautiful joyful young person! Unfortunately, this hotel was a complete disappointment and I strongly advise avoiding it.
The room was in unacceptable condition: there was mold, a constant bad smell, and poor hygiene overall. Room service did not arrive for two full days, and we were left without towels. Even the beach towels were torn and looked as if they had not been properly washed.
The buffet was average at best, but the outdoor areas were full of insects, which made eating very unpleasant.
Another serious issue is transportation. Even if you book directly with the hotel, they force you to use their taxis, which cost three times more than normal prices. They also prevent external taxis from picking you up, which feels unfair and unprofessional.
The only positive note is the staff members. They are kind, hardworking people who clearly do their best and deserve respect. Unfortunately, the management is the opposite rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful toward guests.
Sharm El Sheikh has many much better hotels where you can truly enjoy your time in Egypt. If you want a relaxing and pleasant stay, avoid this place at all costs.
