Have spent fantastic 2 weeks in this lovely hotel. Modern cosy room 1255 with all necessary facilities: safe, tea/coffee/kettle, Wi-Fi, mini bar, plasma TV. Stylish and new. Room was always clean and amenities were refilled daily. Staff attitude is courteous and prompt response to all requests. Sincere and big thank you Mr. Alaa, F&B Manager. Visited 3 a'la cart restaurants, especially enjoyed Italian one. Cuisine was delicious. Regarding the location would like to mention it was perfect: transportation, shops, Cafés und Restaurants outside. We walked along the beach through other hotels (cardio route).

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My stay at Amwaj Oyoun Hotel Sharm El Sheikh was really excellent! Honestly, there is no hotel like it. Everything there is nice, comfortable, and clean.
The food was very, very delicious, and the chefs were very polite and talented. When I needed something that wasn’t in the set menu, Abu Sondos brought it to me himself — honestly, he’s a man of great respect.
The swimming pool was clean and beautiful, and as for the Aqua Park, honestly, it’s the best aqua park I have ever been to. It’s not like Aqua Albatros in size and number of games, but the spirit that Captain Ali created there honestly made that place the best I’ve ever visited.
Also, the service there is 24 hours, and the bar men are very cooperative and respectful, especially Ibrahim, the night shift one — I used to go down at night to sit with him because he’s really polite and such a nice person.
Honestly, it was an experience that truly deserves to be repeated. ❤️

I am currently staying at Amwaj Oyoun Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, room 2145.
First of all, I had to wait for more than an hour and a half before being checked into my room. The reception staff told me to have lunch while the room was being prepared, but even after finishing my meal, I still had to wait another 30 minutes before getting the room. This was quite difficult, especially since I have a 2-year-old child with me and we had just completed a 9-hour journey.
When I entered the room, the floor was dusty and not clean, the bathroom had no tissues, and there was hair on the sink. The room in general was not clean, even though I was told it would be cleaned and prepared after the previous guest checked out. There was also no bottled water provided as expected.
The minibar was not working. I called the reception three times asking for someone to fix it, but no one came until 9 PM, which was inconvenient as I had a child whose food needed to be kept in the fridge.
As for the buffet and food, honestly, the taste was not great. The queues were very long, and the quality of ingredients used was poor. My first Dinner experience was very bad as the buffet was mostly seafood, but none of it was fresh — they were using squid heads in most dishes, the crabs were baby and not fresh, The buffet was mostly seafood dishes, so if someone doesn’t like fish, there aren’t many other options. Even some salads contained fish or herring.
The hotel management, however, did respond to my complaint the next day and replaced the minibar with a new one that worked properly, which I appreciated.and also they invited me to dinner at the italian restaurant at my last day which was not very good also unfortunately, i ordered pizza veggie which was overcooked from the downside that it seems it was burned.
i would like to thanks the people at the main restaurant, they were so welcoming and i would like to specially chef Mohamed noon for his hospitality and making nice pizza on the dinner, and the burger on the pool.
Now, putting the negatives aside, here’s my fair and honest opinion about my overall experience at the hotel:
Hotel & Entertainment:
The animation team is good, but they seem to engage more with foreign guests than with Egyptians or other Arab visitors. The hotel has a nice swimming pool with good depth for both adults and kids, and the aqua park is enjoyable. Unfortunately, the beach area has shallow water and small islands, so to enjoy swimming you need to go from the jetty, which is not suitable for people who can’t swim well unless they use a life jacket.
Food & Drinks:
In general, the food is okay — not great, but acceptable. The menu changes with each meal, which is good, except for the snacks by the pool, which are the same every day (burgers and fries). However, they actually tasted better than the lunch for me. The drinks were fine overall, except for the juices, which are powdered (Tang-style) mixed with water — that was disappointing.
Rooms:
I booked a Superior Room. The best thing about it is the location — close to the restaurant, pool, and beach. The room is spacious and nice overall, except for the fridge issue I mentioned earlier. The shower tends to leak water and flood the bathroom floor, which needs to be fixed. Also, the wardrobe felt old and could use some maintenance or replacement.

Overall good experience,
We paid more to upgrafe the room, they didnt manage to clena it well, but fixed it the next day.
The up graded room was old but big, there are many pools, entertainment was all right too.
FOOD was good, even tho repeated but still good, dinners were better, they cooked meat and fish very well.

Sea is very shallow, rooms were dirty when we arrived, one night there was a mouse in the room and nobody cared about it. Worst thing, is if your flight is late at night, they won’t give any food or water, you have to stay in the lobby because there is “no available rooms in the hotel”, which ridiculous seeing how big the hotel is. The only good thing is the food, desserts were very good. Overall, wouldn’t recommend coming here, for the price you could find better in the area.
