The hotel is good for relaxing holidays. It is quiet, the garden is amazing, the territory is huge. The rooms were also nice and authentic. The staff was very smiley and welcoming. Good sports facilities at the gym with 24/7 access.
However, the issues you may face can easily mask a good impression. We came here to celebrate New Year and paid for the festive evening at Yatai restaurant. For this price (~$400 per person) you would expect an exceptional service, some entertainment and excellent food. But the food was not worth its price (wasn't bad, but just not for this much). Besides, the drinks were paid for separately too. And no entertainment. The staff didn't care to double-check gas levels in the heaters outside, while knowing people will come to celebrate and sit there for a while in the open air. Our table was also allocated outside and we were freezing by the end of the evening, because they said they couldn't swap the gas cylinders.
If you experience any nonstandard circumstances, the staff will be unwilling to help and just try to make more money. We booked the hotel in autumn and paid for a late check-out in advance, as we knew our flight would be in the evening. On the day of our supposed departure we learnt that the flight got delayed until the next day. We requested to extend the stay until 11 a.m. next day. Thus, altogether it gives you an extention for one whole night. So, with the late checkout charge paid earlier before arriving, we believed we only needed to pay for the other half of the night. The receptionist still charged us for the whole night (although did a downgrade of the room so it was a bit cheaper) in addition to that half a night that we paid when booking. The receptionists also operated with some ridiculous phrases as "we need the money now", "all banks will be closed", as if we wanted to leave without payment (although we received a call earlier from them saying we could also pay at the check out). We did not understand this unnecessary rush.
Finally, they charged us twice for the breakfast. Once again, we knew we would arrive early at the hotel and, therefore, paid for breakfast in advance too during booking. Neverless, when we came there, the staff still charged us for what we've paid already and ignored all our multiple requests to double-check the payment.
Overall, it was truly unpleasant to receive such an attitude from this hotel chain. Apart from these difficulties, the stay was calm and peaceful.

Dear Sharm Four Seasons Management Team,
First of all, I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful weekend we spent at your hotel. Our stay included a small, private dinner event, and it truly became a collection of moments we will never forget.
From the very beginning, every team member involved reflected genuine warmth, professionalism, and a true passion for what they do. This positive energy was felt throughout the entire experience.
I would especially like to mention a lady at the beauty salon whose name begins with “M” (I sincerely apologize for not recalling her full name). She went far beyond expectations to help me prepare, assisting with my hair and makeup with such kindness and care. Her generosity and attentiveness meant a great deal to me.
I will also never forget the golf cart team member who kindly guided me and jokingly said, “I don’t need a hairdresser but the hairdresser needs me to add beauty to the salon.” 😊
These small yet thoughtful moments truly made a big difference and brought a smile to our faces.
Most importantly, I would like to extend my deepest thanks to Mr. Moustafa, Director of Operations & F&B. Despite our last-minute requests and the spontaneous nature of the event, he did everything within his power to make it a success. His dedication, flexibility, and calm professionalism ensured that everything came together beautifully.
Please extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team involved. We truly felt cared for, and we will always remember this experience with great warmth.

I would like to sincerely thank the hotel and highly recommend this property.
Throughout my stay, I was truly impressed by the warm, professional, and attentive service provided by the entire team. Every staff member made me feel very welcome and well taken care of.
I especially enjoyed the restaurant and chose to dine at the hotel during my stay, as both the food quality and service were excellent.
One staff member who made my experience particularly memorable was Elaria. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest.
Thank you, Elaria, and thank you to the entire hotel team for such a wonderful experience.

We just came back from Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh and overall had a good experience - but with some clear highs and lows worth mentioning.
On the plus side:
The staff were absolutely incredible! They were going above and beyond to make you happy and comfortable - truly world-class service. Special thanks to Galal and Riad, who made our stay so much better.
The property is huge, and we really appreciated the electric buggies to get around.
New gym is fantastic - modern, well-equipped, and clean.
Byredo amenities were a lovely touch (I actually went and bought the same shampoo and conditioner after coming home!).
Beach was beautiful - clean, calm, and very well maintained.
On the minus side:
The check-in process was surprisingly poor. We were welcomed with a drink and told someone would help us “shortly.” After 20 minutes, no one came. When I went to ask, the lady at reception (short, with black hair) responded in a very unpleasant way - like we were disturbing her. Not the welcome you expect from a Four Seasons.
The concierge team really needs serious training. None of our dinner reservations made on the first day were actually booked in the system. Thankfully, the restaurant managers were helpful, but still - this shouldn’t happen in a 5-star resort.
The rooms feel dated - no smart TV (Netflix or streaming not possible), and the system works very slowly.
Two strong recommendations:
Please solve the sunbed chaos. Guests shouldn’t have to fight for a place to relax in a luxury resort.
Consider making one adults-only beach area. Constant kids’ screaming isn’t exactly the soundtrack of relaxation.
Overall, we’ll come back for the amazing people and the beach, but there’s a lot of room for improvement — especially on the operational side. The soul of the resort is there, but the execution sometimes misses the mark.

It was a wonderful vacation in an incredible place! The hotel impressed us with its beauty, comfort, and spaciousness. The beach is cozy, with comfortable sunbeds, excellent service, a short jetty, and a beautiful reef full of amazingly colorful fish — everything you need for a perfect holiday.
The large, comfortable pool and the beautifully maintained grounds are truly impressive — every detail is thought out to perfection. The hotel staff are always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything you might need.
A special thank-you to the General Manager, Mr. Leon Baum, for promptly and efficiently resolving a misunderstanding during check-in and for the continued attention and care throughout our stay. You truly lead a wonderful team!
Many thanks to Mr. Mostafa Ibrahim for the warm welcome and for making our arrival so comfortable, to Mr.Atef Mokhtar for the daily calls, care, and cheerful attitude, and to Mr.Ragab Hamouda for the incredibly delicious food and professional service in all the hotel’s restaurants.
And the breakfasts — that’s a story of their own! Not even the birds, the wind, or the bright sun could ever spoil them 😉
It was truly an unforgettable vacation that allowed us to fully “recharge.”
I will be happy to recommend this hotel to all my clients, friends, and acquaintances.
Looking forward to our next visit! 🌴✨
