The Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh was a true sanctuary after a horrible stay nearby hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, and the attention to detail was second to none. The meticulously maintained grounds, breathtaking views, and amenities exceeded every expectation.
Even when I fell ill, the staff went above and beyond—within 20 minutes, a house doctor was in my room with a prescription, and the guest experience manager followed up to ensure I was well taken care of. The level of care and professionalism was truly exceptional.
We extended our trip because the premier room was spectacular, the full board was absolutely worth it, and every moment felt curated for comfort and relaxation. This hotel has set the standard for luxury and hospitality. The house reef was incredible for snorkeling. I’ll be referring multiple friends and will be back every couple of months for a long weekend away from London. An unforgettable experience in every way!

This place is like heaven on earth. The service is the best I have found anywhere in Egypt, so friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The hotel, the grounds, the beach, the pools are all absolutely beautiful, well maintained and cared for. The house reef is completely stunning and so easily accessible even for children. We had the best time!

Absolutely magnificent resort. The attention to detail is absolutely top notch.
Mina Fathy, front desk manager, made our stay in particular wonderful with a terrific room. We absolutely loved everything about the resort and five of five stars does not give it justice.
I originally had part of my vacation booked at the nearby Meraki, but once I saw the state of the competition, I cancelled the booking and returned to the Four Seasons.

The Four Seasons Resort in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, is absolutely fantastic. It’s the most beautiful resort we have ever stayed in—and we’ve stayed in many wonderful places.
The resort itself is expansive, featuring a stunningly maintained garden area tended by a team of dedicated gardeners. The accommodations are exceptional. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a Four Seasons suite by the resort manager, and our room was absolutely gorgeous—spacious, luxurious, and perfectly located near the Luna swimming pool. This pool was a highlight of our stay, with its relaxing atmosphere and a team of attentive, friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience.
Across the entire resort, the staff were exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and committed to making sure we had a wonderful time. Their dedication truly elevated our stay.
While I’ve reviewed the restaurants individually on Google, I will note here that the dining experience is excellent, though the prices are high. That said, it’s the Four Seasons, so this level of quality and pricing is to be expected.
The only downside we experienced was the spa, which felt a bit dated and could benefit from a refurbishment. However, the resort manager mentioned that this upgrade is planned for 2025, which is reassuring.
Overall, spending 10 days here has been an incredibly relaxing and enriching experience. We leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to face the British winter ahead. We highly recommend this resort and cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our stay.

Super large hotel but beautifully landscaped right down to the private spotless quiet beach with its own jetty and life gard onto the glorious red sea. An excellent albeit small reef but I saw all the pretty fish and colorful coral. I recommend snorkeling at 8 am. The sun from the east casts a lovely light on the coral. .. our Vila and balcony was private with superb views of red sea and Tiran island. Our twin room had 2 decent Queen beds. The bathroom was large and the shower had a mighty pump pressure. Towels were fluffy and the linen was top notch . The room was kept very clean twice a day but sadly no treats at turndown ! ... The staff were amazingly polite and considerate. Galal , our buggy driver looked after us like royalty. Emad always checked that we had our sun lounger in a good position and plentiful dry towels. The sun loungers weighed a ton and had serious mattresses on them..No expense spared. The breakfast in the Arabesque terrace was very pleasant and great usual.fresh variety of fruits, fabulous fresh fruit juices , tea Arabic food, oriental food and regular European/American cooked breakfasts .Both buffet style and table service. I did not like the birds flying around the indoor restaurant and pecki g at the food. I worried that the birds might pee or defecate on our food..... The in room dining service was excellent albeit very expensive. . The concierge Miriam was lovely and Sveltlana , a young manager essentially helped us with Turkish airline flight cancellations and problems. Security was good and we felt very safe the whole time. A beautiful , clean, well maintained, expensive, happy staff hotel with stunning views and gardens. I wish I could afford the Royal Villa and the extra private beach ( just for Royal Villa .... Best hotel by far in Sharm El sheik.
