One of the best all-inclusives I've ever been to. Food is the highlight here, the chef team have impressed every night for my 2 week stay - I enjoyed every offering, 3 times a day! All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Perfect location, with heated pools, fantastic dive school on-site, great for a winter escape! Plus: 24hr drinks, 2 mini golfs, and soft serve ice cream!!

Awesome hotel, the best “all inclusive” buffet I have ever tried. Green beautiful landscape, sparkling clean everywhere. The only one disadvantage is weak entertainment team, would be perfect if the program will be more variable than a standard one like in 4 stars resort.

If you read only one line - the main reason for my rating is that when checking out I was asked if I had any issues. When I explained I wasn't happy with my stay and why - I was then handed my bill and nothing further was said. That type of behaviour I only see from establishments that only care about profits and not about hospitality unfortunately. Read on if interested further. Pros 1) Facilities are clean and of a good standard 2) Family friendly, lots for kids to do. 3) Everything is a short walk away 4) Plenty of food options with a high standard in their restaurants. 5) Cost in Egypt for food is low anyway - similarly reflected in their low room service charge - food to your room in 30 minutes any time of the day. 6) Outstanding and friendly staff in general (other than at check out) Cons 1) I booked a family room which are in units of 4, you have a room next to you and above you. Therefore it's subject to noise. On the first night my wife couldn't sleep - they kindly moved our room to the 1st floor of another block. On the night of leaving - the family below were arguing at 2am and slamming doors so I didn't get any sleep. 2) They understandably overcharge for taxis. I was 10 minutes late for my pick up. I was then not allowed to hail my own taxi and had to wait with my young family for an extra 30 minutes for my taxi so got back quite late. (the following day i was given a discount for my next taxi because the guy felt bad) 3) We've all had upset stomachs during and after our stay. I appreciate that may or may not relate to their food it's hard to say.

Great resort, lots of amenities and activities, friendly staff, nice touches like fruit basket and lots of assistance with what to do and where to go. And the price was very reasonable all inclusive. Will come again.

Second time visiting this Hotel and definitely will be coming back. The service is excellent 👌🏽. Rooms where big and modern. The quality of the food is very high. Service by the poolside was always excellent.
