I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was impressed by every aspect of the experience. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with excellent housekeeping services throughout my stay. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and well-prepared dishes to suit all tastes. The swimming pool was beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxation. The entertainment team did an outstanding job, providing fun activities and enjoyable evening shows that created a lively atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The hotel fully met our expectations. The rooms were flawless and perfectly equipped. The food was satisfactory, though adding a few Turkish dishes would have been a lovely touch, and the snack options could be a bit more varied.
The sea was incredibly calm and clean. Walking all the way down the pier could be a bit tedious at times, but that's just how it is. However, it would be amazing if they could set up an information board showing the marine life and fish species that can be seen in the water; we had to discover and identify all of them on our own.
The staff was sufficient in number, highly attentive, and professional. A special thanks to the bartenders at the pastry shop bar for being incredibly warm and friendly, and to the beach waiters who provided excellent drink service. The reception staff was also extremely helpful, doing their best to assist us throughout our stay.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at Pickalbatros Laguna Vista Sharm El-Sheikh, and it was truly one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. From the beautiful resort and excellent facilities to the outstanding service, everything exceeded our expectations.
A special thank you goes to the incredible animation team – Omar, Felix, Ibrahim, and Marvin. Their energy, enthusiasm, and friendliness made every day fun and memorable. They worked tirelessly to ensure guests were entertained and included, and they really helped create such a fantastic atmosphere throughout our stay.
We would also like to thank Hany from room service, who consistently provided exceptional service and made sure our room was always spotless and comfortable.
Another huge thank you to Mahmood and Nagah from the drinks team. Their warm smiles, excellent service, and attention to detail made every visit to the bars and restaurants a pleasure. They always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
The entire team at the hotel made us feel valued and cared for, and their dedication is what made this holiday so special. We cannot recommend Pickalbatros Laguna Vista highly enough and are already looking forward to returning in the future.

I have had a truly wonderful time at the property. I was very nervous before arriving, as I am currently on crutches and this was my first solo holiday with my 7‑year‑old twins, but the hotel staff immediately put me at ease. From the moment we arrived, Nabil at reception kindly arranged a ground‑floor room with windows opening onto a small swimming pool, which allowed me to continue my knee physiotherapy comfortably. The room was also perfectly located—right opposite the aqua park, which my children absolutely loved, and close to both reception and the dining area.
The hotel really took into account how limited my mobility was. They were incredibly thoughtful and helped me get down to the main pool and beach areas by driving me in the golf buggy whenever needed. There were so many different activities that my children were thoroughly entertained for the entire week! We also made great friends with the animation team—special shout‑outs to Anna and Mattia from Valtur and Anna and Jaguar from the Albatros team.
Being all‑inclusive was a huge help, especially with children, and I really appreciated that if you happened to miss breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there was always another restaurant or café open so you never went without. I also want to give a very special thanks to Manager Hossain, who was always on hand and incredibly supportive whenever I needed assistance.
Overall, our stay was exceptional, and I’m so grateful for the care and kindness shown throughout our visit.

An absolutely fascinating resort experience! The place is full of activities, especially for kids — from surfing and aqua games to tennis and fun arrangements by the animation team. The beach is beautiful and perfect for snorkeling, while the resort truly feels like a lagoon with pools everywhere you go. The food at the restaurant was excellent, with great variety, including options for gluten-free diets. Once the jetty marina is completed to allow access beyond the coral reefs, this resort will deserve a full mark — and it seems this improvement will happen very soon. I genuinely can’t wait to come back and experience it all over again!
