Great hotel and staff. Everything immaculately clean. Food and drink okay bearing in mind the size of this all inclusive hotel. Easy access to the beach, which has some of the most comfortable sun-beds we have been on. Lack of evening entertainment when we were there. Overall fully recommend this hotel for a holiday in the sun.

Thoroughly adored staying here, it was a beautiful stay🤩. Unlimited pools, restaurant with variety& quality food galore! On beach front. Rooms are spacious. Toiletries are plentiful with lots of bottled water refilled in bedroom daily. Staff are really helpful. Would most definitely recommend & return.

Our stay at your hotel was truly exceptional. Everything was simply exquisite – from the stunning pools and pristine beach to the impeccable service, warm reception. Though the internet connection was a bit lacking, it didn't dampen our enjoyment in the slightest. We're already looking forward to returning in the near future. I wholeheartedly recommend it to others

First of all... on the first day we arrived at a hotel far from the city center... according to my reservation I have rooms with a view of the pool.. I got rooms with a view of the garden and then I called the reception to tell them that they made a mistake with me in the rooms, the guy at the reception tells me no you booked rooms with Garden view and that is not true.. I went back to my reservation to confirm that it is true and yes I am right and it is with a pool view
I went back to reception to tell them that I deserve a refund for their mistake or that they will move me to another room... They started telling me there is no refund and we don't have temporary rooms to give you...
The second problem I got the room with an air conditioner not working.. it was in the afternoon.. it took them 5 minutes to fix the problem until Even though I told them that my father has heart disease and can't do without an air conditioner... it took them many hours until they fixed it and until I walked to reception and shouted there that it was wrong...
The third problem coincides with the reception to leave the room on the last day at 2:00 p.m. and unfortunately and suddenly and I was very surprised that at 1:00 p.m. there is a customer who passes a card and wants to enter my room..... I quickly went to the door to check who is opening the room for me and it concerns my privacy that The most important thing.. I saw a customer with his bags telling me this is my room and I checked in with them at the reception and they gave me the conference ticket and told me the room was ready...
Then I realized that their management is very bad
I went to the reception on the last day and I complained about what happened to me at this hotel .. It's just crazy they didn't have an answer and everyone is snarling at each other...
Everything that happened to me in this hotel is not good and I was very, very angry about this situation Anyone interested in going to this hotel should read my reviews first

Very nice hotel, come with wife and child (3years), all staff are very friendly, good food range, there is like 4-5 places/bars that you can eat drink all day. Very clean hotel, pools are heated, aqua park is good with elevator, no need to climb with tyres to slides, pools in aqua park heated. Good range of drinks. Very
