I have had a truly wonderful time at the property. I was very nervous before arriving, as I am currently on crutches and this was my first solo holiday with my 7‑year‑old twins, but the hotel staff immediately put me at ease. From the moment we arrived, Nabil at reception kindly arranged a ground‑floor room with windows opening onto a small swimming pool, which allowed me to continue my knee physiotherapy comfortably. The room was also perfectly located—right opposite the aqua park, which my children absolutely loved, and close to both reception and the dining area.
The hotel really took into account how limited my mobility was. They were incredibly thoughtful and helped me get down to the main pool and beach areas by driving me in the golf buggy whenever needed. There were so many different activities that my children were thoroughly entertained for the entire week! We also made great friends with the animation team—special shout‑outs to Anna and Mattia from Valtur and Anna and Jaguar from the Albatros team.
Being all‑inclusive was a huge help, especially with children, and I really appreciated that if you happened to miss breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there was always another restaurant or café open so you never went without. I also want to give a very special thanks to Manager Hossain, who was always on hand and incredibly supportive whenever I needed assistance.
Overall, our stay was exceptional, and I’m so grateful for the care and kindness shown throughout our visit.

My stay at Pickalbatros was nothing short of absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived until the day i left, every single detail exceeded my expectations.
What truly made this experience exceptional was the incredible staff. Every team member from the reception, restaurants, housekeeping and taxi coordinators was genuinely kind, professional and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their positive energy and welcoming attitude created an atmosphere that felt both comfortable and heartfelt, such a unique and uplifting aura.

Before arriving, I read different reviews, but my experience was excellent. I have stayed in many hotels in the same price range, and this one truly stands out.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant.
Customer service was very good – the staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. They made us feel welcome during the whole stay.
The hotel area is clean, and the beach is beautiful. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

One small piece of advice for visitors: be careful with some shops outside the hotel. Some “pharmacies” sell overpriced creams of questionable quality, and the sellers can be unfriendly. Also, massage salons nearby can be very expensive — make sure to negotiate the price in advance (you can often agree on 50% lower)

We stayed at this hotel with our children aged 6 and 8. We were checked in earlier than expected and were given a room category better than the one we originally booked, which was a lovely surprise. We stayed in a wonderful chalet close to the pool and not far from the beach.
The food was delicious and varied, with fresh vegetables, fruits, and seafood always available. The main building had a pleasant aroma of essential oils, and everything was clean and well maintained. The toilets and showers around the территории were very convenient.
The gardeners do an amazing job — there are beautiful flowers and blooming plants everywhere. We played padel several times and rode bicycles. The water park is fantastic, with areas both for little kids and for adults. Everything is very convenient and thoughtfully designed.
At the reception, we were welcomed by a very helpful manager, Mohammed, who supported us throughout our stay and made our vacation especially pleasant and comfortable. The animation team is fun and energetic. We really enjoyed the evening dance shows.
We would like to thank all the hotel staff for our wonderful holiday. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and hope to come back again soon!

Overall, the stay was good, but there are several points worth mentioning. The rooms are spacious and suitable for families, and the service was generally good. However, booking a sea view room is not really worth it , the sea is far, and you can only see it if you stand up on the balcony.
The buffet restaurant is the best dining option, with fresh food and good variety. Other restaurants were disappointing: the beach club had hygiene issues (birds around the food, oil everywhere), and the à la carte restaurants (Italian and Buddha Bar) were below expectations ! average quality, tough meat, and very basic sushi.
The resort has great sports facilities: paddle and tennis courts are a big plus. However, the tennis court needs maintenance, and the volleyball court is poorly lit at night, making it difficult to play after sunset.
Pools are heated in December, which is perfect for kids. The kids’ club is also a big advantage, open from 10 AM to 5 PM, giving parents some time to relax or explore.
Entertainment overall is limited, and the resort can feel a bit quiet compared to larger resorts with more shows and activities.
Summary:
Good facilities, friendly staff, and a family-friendly setup, but food quality, entertainment, and some maintenance aspects need improvement. Overall, a decent stay with room for enhancement
