This was our first time coming to this hotel and we had a glad experience. When we came in, the staff were polite even though it was 10:00PM and helped us to our room. We also left luggage near the front desk as they take it to your room. Our room was clean and we even had swans made from blankets on our beds which was very professional! We also didn't pay for a beach view but still got an amazing view. The restaurant was also open at that time and had a bit of snacks in it. In the morning we had breakfast and the food was amazing. We also went into the quiet pool in front of the room and the lifeguard was very friendly. The private beach was also amazing. They also have their own transportation but I wouldn't recommend it as we hopped in the wrong car and luckily we got there but the man on the phone at the hotel wasn't clear enough. Also the bar does amazing delicious drinks. Entertainment was mainly in Russian and Arabic which was disappointing as we were English. Overall, a fantastic stay!

From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of comfort and relaxation. The hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury and cleanliness, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The service was outstanding — staff were always friendly, professional, and attentive to every request.
What impressed me the most was how efficiently and respectfully they handled any special requests or even small complaints. It’s rare to find such a high level of hospitality and customer care.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in Egypt.

Nice clean hotel with a great beach for snorkelling and a good choice of pools. Choice of restaurants and bars but all served similar food. Enjoyed the Al a carte restaurant. Aqua park provided entertainment for the kids. Though mini golf/tennis/padel/pool tables a bit disappointing. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned very well by the friendly Ramadan. (2105/2104)Kids enjoyed parasailing.

This was our second time staying at this hotel—the first time was last year, and we had a good experience. Unfortunately, this time there were several negative points worth mentioning.
First, we had booked a sea-view room, but upon arrival, we were given a garden-view room, which in reality overlooked a construction site. When we pointed out that our voucher clearly indicated a sea-view room, we were told it didn’t matter and that according to their system, this was the booking. They said they could change the room only the next day. We had to contact our tour operator, wait, and finally got the correct room—but the attitude of the staff throughout was unhelpful and quite rude.
The food at the restaurants was mostly the same every day, which became repetitive. What made the experience more unpleasant was the behavior of the waitstaff—many of them constantly insisted on bringing drinks just so they could expect a tip, and when the tip was not to their liking, they made it obvious with their attitude. It was uncomfortable and frankly off-putting.
The staff working in the in-house taxi service were also rude and impolite, showing no willingness to assist or behave respectfully.
One particularly disappointing observation was how differently European guests were treated compared to us. The staff were much more polite, attentive, and accommodating toward them, which left us with a very bad impression.
On a positive note, I want to highlight Ibrahim, the housekeeping staff member responsible for cleaning our room. He was very diligent, professional, and did an excellent job every day.
Sadly, this visit did not live up to our previous experience, and we left with a sense of disappointment.

The location was absolutely perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay in Sharm. However, the furniture was quite dated and the rooms had a bit of an odd smell, which took away from the overall comfort. With a little refresh, this place could be amazing. The setting really is hard to beat!
