First of all, the cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding.
We stayed in room 7237, and everything was absolutely perfect.
Huge thanks to Mr. Ahmed Saed, who did an amazing job with the cleaning and organization. Every day we came back to a spotless room and stunning towel art that truly brought a smile to our faces!
As for the food – absolutely delicious! Great variety, flavorful dishes, and a rich buffet that satisfied everyone in the family
The service overall was perfect – fast, professional, and always with a smile. Every staff member, from the reception to the restaurants and pools, was friendly and helpful.
In short: a 5-star stay in every detail. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Stayed 5 nights at Pickalbatros Hotel, expected a 5-star experience but would give it only 3 stars at most.
- Staff were often rude and unhelpful, ignoring requests unless tipped. Activity sellers were extremely pushy.
- Food was very poor quality, mostly fried in reused oil. Several in my family had stomach aches. Drinks were overly sweet, artificial, and did not feel safe.
- Room cleanliness was lacking, I found cockroaches and old furniture. No elevator or ramps made the family room hard to access for those with children.
- As Arab guests, we noticed unfair treatment compared to others.
- Constant pressure for tips or extra payments made the environment exhausting and unpleasant.
Some positives: nice location, amazing snorkeling with lots of colorful fish, friendly room cleaner, a kind taxi driver outside, and a fun aqua park with many pools so it never felt crowded.
Overall, a disappointing stay despite the hotel’s high ratings. I do not recommend this place if you want real 5-star service and respect.

We stayed in room 7255, where the very polite and extremely meticulous Mr. Walid made our stay incredibly comfortable. We constantly felt a sense of cleanliness and impeccable quality of his service in our room. It’s also worth mentioning that we truly enjoyed the towel art he created — animal figures made out of towels were a delightful touch.
Additionally, special recognition goes to the staff of the Soprano restaurant. We always felt very welcome there. The meals were varied, and the staff fulfilled every request we had.
We would also like to thank the pool bar staff — Ahmed and Mohamed — truly awesome guys! We really appreciate their care and the great service at the bar.
We will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends, as in our opinion, it truly deserves a rating of 11/10.
Best regards,

We stayed at Albatros Palace Sharm El Sheikh with high hopes for a relaxing family holiday, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t fully meet expectations.
The biggest issue was room service and cleanliness. Housekeeping was inconsistent — on some days, our room wasn’t cleaned properly, and basic items like towels, toilet paper, and toiletries were missing or not replenished. We had to call reception several times to request items that should have been automatically provided. The cleanliness overall felt rushed and superficial.
In addition, room maintenance was poor. Several things inside the room were broken or not functioning properly — including lights, the bathroom door, and air conditioning. We reported the issues, but no one came to fix them during our entire stay. This left us with the feeling that maintenance requests are not taken seriously.
While the hotel has beautiful outdoor spaces, pools, and a nice beachfront, it’s disappointing when the room comfort does not match the outside atmosphere. For a resort of this level, we expected better attention to detail.
The staff at the front desk were polite and helpful, but the overall service inside the rooms clearly needs improvement.
In short, the hotel looks nice on the outside but falls short on the inside. We hope the management takes action to raise the standards, especially when it comes to room hygiene and maintenance.

It's a shame that such a hotel with so many wonderful things employs people at the front of the hotel who don't know how to be respectful. Imagine if I went to them to get a new room card because I only received one and I was with my wife and daughters, they told me it costs money. The reception is neighborhood and not up to the standard of the hotel. Also, you don't feel any respect from them. They treat you like someone on the street and you're the one who needs them. They are very dry and don't use words of respect, appreciation or any empathy. Apparently, they are less respectful to guests of Arab origin than to those from European countries. I haven't encountered anything like that.
Cleanliness and good food. The first restaurant upstairs has Chef Mohammed, he has the most delicious pizza I've ever eaten in hotels. Also, the restaurant staff and pool staff are civilized and polite and also responsible. I met Ismail, a great guy who knows how to be a responsible lifeguard and also taught how to respect people.
