I had an excellent experience at Pickalbatros Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel was spotless, the facilities were well maintained, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options for every taste.
The lifeguards deserve special recognition. They were professional, alert, and always present around the pools and beach areas, making everyone feel safe and comfortable. Their attention to safety was impressive, especially for families with children.
The diving and snorkeling experience was one of the highlights of my trip. The crystal-clear waters, beautiful coral reefs, and colorful marine life made every dive unforgettable. The diving team was knowledgeable, organized, and focused on safety while ensuring guests had an enjoyable experience.
Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. From the excellent service and facilities to the outstanding water activities, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. I look forward to returning in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10!

We stayed in room 1219 and had a 10/10 experience. A special thank you to Mr. Sayed for his amazing work and talent. I’ve honestly never experienced customer service like this before.
Every single worker was kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. We were also able to get an early check-in and a room upgrade, which made our stay even better.
The cleanliness here is on another level. Watching the staff deep clean every inch of the hotel every night was incredibly impressive. You can truly see how much effort and care goes into maintaining the resort.
This is genuinely one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. Keep up the amazing work!

The hotel is large, beautiful, and offers excellent facilities. The rooms, pools, and overall atmosphere are very enjoyable, and there are many positive aspects to the resort.
Unfortunately, the towel policy was one of the most disappointing parts of our stay. Guests receive a limited number of towel cards, and towels can only be obtained by exchanging these cards. If a card is lost, guests are charged as if they had lost an actual towel, which seems excessive for a simple plastic card.
What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of flexibility from the staff. If you forget your towel card, no one will provide you with a towel under any circumstances. During our stay, my children were in the swimming pool, the weather was quite cold, and we needed towels to keep them warm. Despite explaining the situation, the staff refused to help because we did not have the towel card with us.
A hotel of this size and standard should prioritize guest comfort and safety, especially when children are involved. Policies are important, but basic common sense and customer care should come first.
Overall, the resort has many strengths, but the towel card system and the staff’s inflexible approach significantly detracted from our experience.

We had a wonderful vacation in Egypt and the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. The rooms, pools, food, and atmosphere were really great, and overall we truly enjoyed our stay.
The biggest highlight for us was definitely the SPA center. We purchased the VIP massage package and it was worth every penny. The package included facials, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, and 5 couple massages. Everything was very professional, clean, and relaxing.
A special thank you to our amazing massage therapists, Fatima and Abar Abdur Ahmen, who made every treatment unforgettable. They were kind, skilled, and made us feel completely relaxed throughout the whole experience.
We also want to thank Mohamed, from whom we bought the package. He was very friendly, professional, and explained everything perfectly.
The only downside of the vacation was the behavior of some guests, especially many Russians, who unfortunately were often loud and lacked basic etiquette and respect for others.
Despite that, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend the hotel, especially the SPA experience

This was my third stay at Pickalbatros Palace Resort, and once again it exceeded all my expectations.
The resort offers an excellent combination of comfort, luxury, and outstanding hospitality. The rooms are clean and spacious, the food is varied and delicious, and the facilities are well maintained. The pools, beach, and entertainment activities provide a wonderful experience for guests of all ages.
What truly makes this resort special is the professional and friendly staff. Everyone is welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help, making every stay enjoyable and memorable.
After visiting for the third time, I can confidently say that Pickalbatros Palace Resort remains one of my favorite destinations, and I look forward to returning again in the future. Highly recommended!
