Absolutely Perfect Stay – 10/10
Our stay at Rixos was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of service exceeded all expectations – the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional.
The hotel itself is stunning: elegant, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious atmosphere throughout. The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished, and kept spotless daily.
The restaurants were a culinary delight. Every meal was perfectly prepared, with a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. The buffet and à la carte options were both excellent, and the service in each restaurant was top-class.
The spa was the highlight of our trip – a true oasis of relaxation. The facilities were modern and serene, and the treatments were performed by highly skilled therapists. We had lunch at Salt Seafood and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, Ali and all the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and made us feel truly valued. They even checked in with us and served perfectly chilled white wine, which was a lovely touch. The food was absolutely delicious,.Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We enjoyed every moment of our meal. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Rixos for 10 nights for our honeymoon and was blown away by how beautiful it was. When we got to our room they had put effort into making it beautiful for our honeymoon with writing on the bed, cake and snacks.
Everyday room restocked with crisps and drinks. Very clean and cleaning staff very friendly.
Different pools and activities to keep you busy including nightly shows, pool parties and beach parties.
Staff all very friendly and welcoming, always happy to help.
Food was amazing at all restaurants and buffet.
Overall lovely experience and would highly recommend.

This is our second visit to this 18+ resort. We stayed in block 19 junior suites. Our room is large, spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping is very friendly and always leaves a tidy room. All staff at this resort are so lovely and helpful, and enjoy a laugh and a joke with guests. It is great we can use the facilities at the sister family hotel Seagate, which does seem to be a grander resort. We definitely would return again in a few years time.

We were asked to leave a review for the Palm restaurant by a server. Since posting this review, we have been approached twice to change it to a 5* review or to delete it.
The Palm Restaurant (buffet) is a large dining space that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Breakfast is the best for options, with an omelette station and great pastry options.
One evening, there was a beautiful orchestra set playing outside, but there was no communication about this - we just happened to walk by it. There are often live musicians but they are very quiet and in the busiest section in the restaurant.
Service at this restaurant really varies. They are clearly very busy and working hard but can be quite grumpy. Service for drinks can be quite slow, so we often don't order any drinks.
Lunch is the same every day, which is nice for one day but we visited Salt for lunches as the quality, atmosphere, service and food is significantly better.
The outside seating has 3 non -smoking tables and most of the other tables are taken by smoking guests. If you sit at a non-smoking table, you are often not acknowledged as it's off to the side.
We have eaten here for dinner once and it was pleasant but just extremely busy. Food wasn't particularly warm - the a la cart restaurants are clearly much better for service, quality and atmosphere.
At the end, we left this review after being asked at the start of our breakfast, before food and service. The waitress asked to take a picture of our review after we had posted it and checked that we had followed the correct link via the QR code. This has happened at every restaurant so far. This makes you feel pressured to leave a 5* review, which we didn't appreciate - especially as we hadn't been served. I must say that once she had spoken to us, we received the best service at this restaurant so far!
