I have recently come back from sharm el sheikh and stayed in this hotel. Staff are really nice, hotel rooms are very clean and food was decent. Good variety of children entertainment and slides. Two people's name I'd like to mention that we're incredibly helpful in this holiday is Tatsiana who is from the guest relation team and Mohammed who is the room cleaner. Tatsiana is the lady that sits in the front reception for anyone who has any query she will definitely help you out. Very nice lady with good morals. I highly recommend booking taxi from hotel speak with Mofreh at the desk in reception too, really nice and kind man with very reasonable prices. Mofreh was a very friendly person and felt like family.

The food is quite good, and the kitchen staff clearly put their heart and soul into their work. The waiters are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit old but clean and well maintained. The front desk needs better training. We had two rooms overlooking the construction site. Construction began at 6:00 a.m. We tried to change rooms, but the receptionists said it was impossible, even though the hotel was at a low occupancy rate. They have a shuttle bus that takes guests to the beach every hour. Recommended for families with kids up to 14 years old

We has a wonderful time at Charmillion Club Aqua Park. The hotel is very clean. Our cleaner, Ramadan, was very attentive and cleaned our room so well. He was also very kind and helpful to our needs. Around the hotel is also very clean and tidy. The entertainment is great fun. My 3 year old enjoyed many activities in the daytime and loved the mini disco. The shows at night time are okay...we tended to go to the mini disco and then back to our room. The pools are fabulous. Great for toddlers all the way up to adults. It was great to see our toddler enjoying thr slides and the relax pool on other days. The lifeguards work very hard. Their number one priority is keeping everyone safe and there is nothing they don't miss. I was very impressed. Reception staff are helpful but when we arrived, we were given a room on the first floor when I had a specifically asked for a room on the ground floor when we booked. I was told this was not a problem and was offered a room on the ground floor. We then didn't have a cot for our baby even though I had asked for one at checkin and was told it was not a problem. The phone wasn't working so we asked our porter. My husband then had to go to reception to ask for a travel cot again. It was a bit frustrating when it was also so late at night. We had upgraded after booking to a suite so our 3 year old had his own room. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were huge! The food and drinks were okay. The food was very repetitive but everything was cooked well and we never got sore tummies. The drinks were good but the spirits all kind of tasted the same. Cocktails tasted a bit like juice whichever one you tried. The staff in the dining hall were very attentive - Mamoud was extremely helpful and made a lot of effort to make our experience enjoyable. He was friendly and made the effort to make our children laugh which was so lovely. Ahmed who working on the patio part of the restaurant was also very kind and always had a smile on his face. The bar staff around the hotel were great at their jobs. Nothing was a problem. A shout out to Omar for his great, friendly service! We would definitely return to the hotel! The resort itself is good and everything is next to eachother, the aquapark is good but i wish it would close a bit later as it closes too early and also the mat slides are bumpy and uncomfortable,and the lifeguards let riders go before the other rider is down so that makes it more unsafe . Location is okay but there aren't many activities nearby and not much evening activities other than the shows at the amphitheater. Food on the other hand is very bad, it's repetitive and doesn't taste good and especially the pasta tastes very weird, "alfredo sauce" tasted like flour mixed with water, you will not have an appetite in this resort after trying one plate of the food. I also find it pretty silly that fresh juice costs 80 LE in an "all inclusive" resort when the normal juice is practically inedible. There are too much not included things in an all inclusive resort. Pros are that the animation team is very nice, interactive, and Kind. If we were to visit again, it would only be for the aquapark.

Grounds are kept immaculate and gardeners seen daily tending to the gardens. Rooms are cleaned very well daily. All staff were extremely polite and helpful. Bars on the site was great. Doaa on guest relations was extremely helpful when me and my family had a few minor issues. She was very welcoming and attentive. Really appreciate all of her help during our stay and would love to go back to this hotel.
