The food is quite good, and the kitchen staff clearly put their heart and soul into their work.
The waiters are very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are a bit old but clean and well maintained.
The front desk needs better training. We had two rooms overlooking the construction site. Construction began at 6:00 a.m. We tried to change rooms, but the receptionists said it was impossible, even though the hotel was at a low occupancy rate.
They have a shuttle bus that takes guests to the beach every hour.

Grounds are kept immaculate and gardeners seen daily tending to the gardens.
Rooms are cleaned very well daily.
All staff were extremely polite and helpful. Bars on the site was great.
Doaa on guest relations was extremely helpful when me and my family had a few minor issues.
She was very welcoming and attentive. Really appreciate all of her help during our stay and would love to go back to this hotel.

Amazing stay at Charmillion Club Aqua Park! The aqua park is fantastic for both kids and adults, very clean and well supervised. Rooms were spacious and spotless, thanks to Mohamed from housekeeping for his excellent work.
The restaurant service was outstanding — special thanks to Hossam, Salah, Ahmed, and Mohamed for their friendliness, professionalism, and great attention at every meal. Food was fresh, varied, and delicious.
The reception staff were welcoming, helpful, and efficient, making everything easy from check-in to departure. Great entertainment, wonderful staff, and a brilliant atmosphere throughout. Highly recommended. we would definitely return!

We expend 10 days in the hotel. We really enjoyed.
It Is a spacious place, always lounge chairs available and easy to follow your kids from the distance. Even though is a large space everything is a sight distance.
There are few shows during the nights. Nice locations but way too loud for kids. There are few places where this happen but sometimes is hard to be near the stage even in the kids club that should be less volume for them.
Adults shows are a bit repetitive, magic show, belly dance, and fire malabarista ( this one was really good). It will be nice to o have something different first week is fine, Second not that much.
One thing you should check is the wind. We went during Christmas and is a wind season apparently so some days could be super windy and less appealing to swim. But it not the hole data and maybe is one day so you can keep an eye to the water to plan base on that. We have great weather even during this "winter season"

Spent a week at Charmillion and had the best week ever. The staff are very polite and always willing to give you a hand. Cleaners are very hardworking and you can see them working from early hours till late (I don’t know how in this heat) especially Mohammed, could always tell he made special effort.
The food was nice. I did get sick but really I don’t know why people complain. It’s a hot country so in a way I was expecting an upset stomach. You can tell their food is freshly made.
The only thing I didn’t like was the “upgrade” on our arrival. The man at the reception told us “you have a standard room but I can give you an upgrade for a little tip” I didn’t want to argue so I just gave it to him.
The entertainment is spot on. There is always something going on for the kids and adults from the animation team. Naser- especially with his dancing skills🕺
Overall, great experience and will be coming back.
