Had a fantastic holiday. We were the only English people in the hotel but it didn't matter. The staff treated us so well, there was a great range of food available and it was all delicious (no chips, for those interested in that kind of thing). Right opposite a British pub too.

Overall experience was average. It definitely doesn't hold its 5* title. When we arrived, our air conditioning wasn’t working but it got fixed the next day. Floors are a bit dirty (not to even mention the balconies) since they only mop not vacuum. Bathroom and beds are spacious, but unfortunately the Wi-Fi doesn't reach the rooms (maybe the balcony if you're lucky). Beach and pools are open from 8 a.m till sunset but they started closing half an hour earlier every day, which means that from about 17 till midnight there is basically nothing to do on the premises besides eating. The hotel isn't close to Sharm el Sheikh city center, so taxi is quite expensive ($15 each way). However, the sea is very close (depending on your room 2-8 minutes) and the corals and fish seen during snorkeling are beautiful. Along the beach goes a promenade, but you're only allowed to stay on the path and not enter other hotels' area. Now about the food. Honestly, it's not good at all. There aren't many options and the food is quite similar every day. Vegans and vegetarians don't even have a chance to put together a decent meal, since most of the seemingly meatless options still have chicken or beef in them. Taste of the food is generally weird and bland, salads are dry and unseasoned. Snacks are given beside the pools between the main meals and I would say I liked the french fries much more than the main food. But all the waste!! Every time you get a drink they give you a new plastic cup even if you repeatedly ask them to reuse the one you give them. Snacks are served with styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery. It's no surprise if you see a plastic cup floating in the pool. Service was good but sometimes the workers didn't greet us back. During the day you can expect several salesmen to approach you and offer "good prices" for trips to the desert and snorkeling.

Great location near the sea, there is a beautiful coral reef on the beach. The food is delicious, the environment of the hotel is nice. The only minus is the Rixos hotel in the neighborhood from which loud music disturbs sleep every night.

Good view especially on sunrise, there is a mountain in the sea in front of it also people there are very cooperative and active because of five stars animation team, they do a different show every day and take us out to the discos Food is ok also service is better I recommend this hotel for girls and couples

We recently stayed over there for 2 week’s business & holiday trip.by The hotel is amazing , Great stay , lovely sea view room . Food was delicious , staff were so friendly and helpful very smiley .. Would love to special thanks to Chef Hany Hegazy who made his best to insure we were enjoying enough without having any issues with the food.. Couldn’t ask more better to be honest.Thanks Mickel,Mohamed and Ibrahim from restaurant they’re really great workers.. Reda the housekeeper was great and polite. The security team were fantastic and helpful. Inna and Sarah & all the front disk were fabulous. Thank you everyone for that nice and lovely time .. Will definitely come back.
