First time in Egypt and Africa, very nice experience. The whole hotel is very beautiful, the architecture is really nice, the pool, lights, plants and structure of everything is very nice. The rooms are quite nice and very spacious but they are of middle class a little worn here and there but overall quite good. The service is just amazing. The waiters and the cleaners are super kind and always willing to do anything, they work super hard and are still smiling. There is great hospitality. They always manage to surprise you. The hotel is a situated not far from the airport and not far from the main town so is in a perfect location. There is lots to do in the hotel, quite a lot of activities for all ages throughout the day. There is some heated swimming pools and some not heated swimming pool, which was quite ideal. There is a really good variety of food, for picky eaters as well as people who are willing to try the local cuisine and other foods. The hotel is really big and a 10 minute walk down to the beach from our room, which was closer to the reception, near the entrance and exit of the hotel, so quite nice. The activities on the beach are quite good but the beach is a little rocky. Overall, this is one of the best places I have stayed on holiday.

Good choice for a family vacation. We just came back and it was indeed a relaxing vacation. Hotel is beautiful, very green and looks like a true oasis in the dessert. Good cleaning services in rooms and all over the hotel, it looks and feels well taken care of. Local chefs make true Egyptian cuisine stand out! Loads of pools and pool bars, every evening there is life music and a show, beach is nice but the highlight is a pier with its’ incredible underwater world, plenty of fish and corals and maximum 5 mins walking. Staff is friendly, good cordial service. It was that good that we want to come back in fall. Highly recommended!

Hotel is one of the most friendliest I have stayed in. The gardens are absolutely beautiful. Cleanliness of every area is immaculate. The food in the main buffet is not to my taste but the chef and staff go out of their way to cater for your every need. They will go out of their way to make sure you have what you like. Pool bar is great and again staff are wonderful. A la carte food is beautiful. Entertainment team are lovely. Our cleaner in the room is fantastic. The best staff out of any hotel I have ever stayed in.

This has been the best hotel I have stayed in the last 5 years. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and managers. The food is varied and delicious. The chef is also helpful to cook one-off required food choice that is not on menu! Evening entertainment for children and adult is very good. I have met people who have stayed here recently. They love it and I will definitely come back again.

I came here with my girlfriend for the week and the experience has been great! Every breakfast we are welcomed with smiles and drinks immediately when we sit down, one waiter also gave us mini games to solve which was fun! Every staff member says hello to us whenever we walk past them and asks how we are. The food in general isn’t something we would choose as there’s a lot of Egyptian style cooking but that’s just our opinion. Apart from that our experience has been great and would 100% come back. It’s also very close to a lot of shops and being able to explore which is also really helpful. Reception was always helpful with any questions we had throughout the week.
