Nice hotel. The service is very friendly and kind. The room had all the comforts needed. We had all inclusive for food and drinks. I liked lunches and dinners. There is a lot of variety, meat, fish, vegetable based, pasta, gluten free and also life cooking stations. Maybe missing a few vegan options. There are potatoes and salads, and beans paste but it might become a bit repetitive for a vegan/vegetarian person. Also breakfast has a lot of variety. The only thing I was missing are a few labels especially for the pastries (there are many but you don’t know the difference), the dressing/sauces (I know hummus but the rest 6 or so were unknown to me), and for the egg station. I did not know I could ask for a poached egg until the very last day 😔 I lost that opportunity and I love poached eggs. This because was written omelette station and I thought it was just to ask for omelette. It is true that there is always personnel to ask to but maybe a small Label would help. Last small detail. Try to ask your coffee as you seat because a few times we had to wait even 15 min before getting our drink in the morning. It depends on amount of people that are served. A few small details would make the food and service close to perfection 😉 Swimming pool and beach veery nice. Quite close to each other. Water Cristal clear. Easy to do snorkeling by renting or buying the mask. The only advice I would give, if possible ask for a ‘no disturb’ sign to hang on the umbrella of the beach/pool because there are many people passing to sell snorkeling/diving/safari and other activities and if you want to just relax can become a bit annoying. We did a fun diving 5m deep activity of 30 min and quad safari. I liked more the first one but I think is personal. Be prepared to have cash ( euros or dollars or Egyptian pounds) with you and people being insistent/persuasive and a bit invasive(maybe for European standard) in order to sell these fun activities. But overall people are very kind and friendly. We recommend this hotel. The position/service and food are worth it if you want to relax, enjoy sun, beach and water.

Cannot find fault with this hotel. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Food very nice and like the option of different restaurants on different evenings. The whole resort is immaculate we have never seen so many staff. Rooms are spacious and functional. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone wanting to get away and relax. The first massage was good, we have 2 more booked. £310 for 3 massages for two people. An example of the poolside (paradise) restaurant menu in the photos.

Very nice hotel with lots to do, both in the hotel area and also plenty of 1 days trips to go on. They also have a very nice pool and beach where you can relax to the fullest. The staff is also very friendly and funny! The only cons about the hotel and Egypt, is that the service sometimes is a bit slow when you order drinks and food. The food isn't the best either, but everything else is amazing!

The employees in this hotel are all so kind, we didn’t meet anyone who was not nice to us. Excellent service, they take good of you and you don’t have to worry about anything. The pool is nice and calm with enough beds for everyone, service at the pool also outstanding. Delicious food at the pool restaurant, live music in the lobby bar every night and also entertainment throughout the day from yoga to shows in the amfitheater. Rooms are nice and clean, comfortable bedding and very friendly housekeeping staff.

The hotel is totally awesome, and the reception team is very friendly and helpful. The food is so tasty and the room is so good and cleaning. The bars are very excellent and the service is so good .
