I had a wonderful experience at hotel White Hills in Egypt! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. One standout aspect was the cleanliness of the hotel, which was maintained to the highest standards. I would like to give special thanks to Mohamed Sabrey, who took care of the cleaning. He was very attentive to detail and contributed to creating a pleasant and comfortable environment during our stay. Additionally, the food was excellent and diverse! We had the opportunity to taste dishes from local cuisine as well as international options, all cooked to perfection. Every meal offered a varied selection of dishes, so we never got bored. It was a true pleasure to enjoy these culinary delights. The hotel's location was also very convenient, close to the beach and local attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation full of fine flavors in Egypt!

The food is absolutely beautiful, the recommendations from the staff were perfect, not too spicy (unless you request that) and the food is very clean tasting. The best meal we have had since arriving. If you like Chinese/Japanese or oriental food this is definitely the place for you. Very attentive staff, your drink does not run dry and they are more than happy to help. Would absolutely recommend whilst here.

This is by far the best hotel in Sharm El Sheikh!!! A truly premium hotel: clean, modern, and offering all the amenities you could expect from a high-end resort. But what makes this hotel so different from all the others I’ve stayed at is its staff. The staff here is simply GOLD. I have never experienced anything like this anywhere else in the world. And that is truly what makes the experience completely exceptional. A huge thank you to mr refaey diab, who took care of our room — a trustworthy man, extremely polite and respectful. A special thank you as well to the buffet servers: Mahmoud from Tanta, Fady, Mohamed Said, Mohamed Sabry, Mina, and all the other servers and mr Said the manager…Our stay was absolutely wonderful thanks to their warm welcome every single time! We were truly pampered. At every visit, a server would come to us with a beautiful smile to ask if everything was okay. A big thank you to Hassan from the reception, for his professionalism, kindness, and warm welcome. Thank you also to Ghadeer from the animation team and Mohamed from the lifeguard team! We will definitely be coming back to this place!

I came here to celebrate my birthday with my wife and baby of 16 months. We had a fantastic time and was blown away with the customer service from all staff. From the moment we got here to the moment we left, we were well taken care of and no request was too much. The hotel was perfect for us as a family. There were plenty of events throughout the day and evening for the baby. She especially enjoyed the mini disco and playing in kids club. We enjoyed a dance show and Brazilian festival. When the events occurred, the music turned off at 11pm, ensuring we had a restful night. The rooms were consistently clean. Every member of staff on site were welcoming … gardeners, lifeguards, housekeeping, reception, cafe, restaurant staff, entertainment, animation team, shopkeepers, security and more .!!!! Food was fantastic. We are vegetarian and the chef was able to specifically make dishes for us to include more protein in our meals. The restaurant staff were 10/10. Can’t recommend enough!

I had a wonderful stay at the White Hills Resort, thanks to the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, with a special shoutout to Mr. Rifai from room service, who truly went above and beyond. The ambiance was stunning, with a gorgeous oceanfront view that enhanced our experience. We stayed in a jacuzzi room, which offered a fantastic view, though the jacuzzi quality was a bit lacking—it was sometimes difficult to adjust the temperature properly. The resort was also very clean, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. One of the highlights was the convenient cab service that transported us from our room to the reception and main restaurant. While it was generally reliable, it sometimes took a bit of time to arrive. In terms of dining, the food was visually appealing, but the taste didn’t quite meet expectations. It felt more like it was for the eyes rather than the palate. Additionally, I truly appreciated the resort’s support when I was unwell. They assisted me promptly and didn’t charge extra for the doctor’s visit. Moreover, when we lost an item, the staff made every effort to help us recover it, showcasing their dedication and care. Overall, the White Hills Resort offered a memorable experience with some minor areas for improvement, and I would still recommend it for the excellent service and beautiful setting.
