We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel! From the very first moment, we felt completely at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a welcoming atmosphere and every detail thoughtfully cared for. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there.
The staff were absolutely wonderful—professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make us feel safe and looked after, not only during our stay but even after we had left the hotel. Their warmth and dedication truly made a difference and left a lasting impression on us.
The food was exceptional! Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented, offering a perfect mix of local flavors and creativity. Dining at the hotel was always a highlight of our day.

The hotel is fantastic, the location is great but the best thing is the staff. Friendly, caring and their service is 'Mia mia'! The entertainment team are first class and cater for all ages and nationalities. The rooms are light and airy and well maintained. The rooms are cleaned and towels and bed linen changed every day. A fabulous hotel served by superb staff. I will not hesitate to book again

Great holiday though expected more from a 5 star hotel as we have plenty of experiences to compare with especially in Egypt.
The animation team, special thank to Lucy who has been very professional energetic and proactive in her role as well as very client focused and approachable compared to the rest of the team.
The bar teams and especially their managers have been awesome and very kind and level of service was impeccable
The beach was nice and clean, sand was fine and water was great. I would recommend to anyone any time to come here.
Rooms are slightly dated but the owners are working on it. Despite this the food was great and plenty, drinks on tap at everyones liking.
A bit of a short fall on music on the beach and would recommend to the owners instead of having the beach bar on a far side, better look into placing it mid beach or make 2 bars as one side of the beach gets crowded and one is unoccupied as there is no service on the beach, you need to grab your own drinks from the only existing bar, which gets a bit busy at peak times.
The hotel is great and the waiters at the dining halls are always lovely and smiling despite their hard work and busy schedules. Thank you to all that made our holiday worth the trip and time

The hotel impressed us with its cozy atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. From the very first moments — starting at the reception — you feel the care for each guest. Special thanks to Faruk for his attentiveness and warm welcome.
The restaurant exceeded expectations with the quality and variety of the food. Big thanks to Yosry, Mohamed Arafa, Mohamed Hamada, Imed Mohamed, Rahman Gamal, Mohamed Ahmed, and the entire kitchen team for the delicious meals and excellent presentation. The waitstaff also did a great job — thank you all for your attentive service.
At the bar, we especially appreciated the excellent work of Halik, Yusif Samir, Amr Yasir, Abdoulla, and Ahmed — thank you for your professionalism and positive attitude.
The animation team made our stay even more enjoyable: aqua aerobics and evening shows were fun and engaging. Many thanks to Anna, Regina, Sonic, Moo, and Diablo for their energy and cheerful atmosphere.
The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped.

This was our first time visiting Egypt and this hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel didn’t seem overly crowded and we were able to get a sunbed everyday, even waiting until 8:30-9am to go down and get one (we went 1st week of July). The food was nice and offered a good variety, even for fussy eaters. It was nice to go down to the beach bar for lunch to offer a change from the buffet. I would recommend the $10 boat trip from reception, which takes you to a quiet private beach where you can snorkel and see amazing fish and coral- away from crowds. You get a life guard and security looking after you the whole time. The only thing I would say is that this isn’t advertised and we only heard about it from other guests. The only other thing I would say is that although they have entertainment each night, it’s good but not great. 3* entertainment in a 5* resort. Other than that the pools and beach area are lovely, it’s a lovely complex and in a good area of Old Market (I would recommend reading up about Egypt and the hagglers before coming but that’s Egypt in general and not a reflection of this Hotel). We had the best time and could consider returning.
