We recently stayed at Iberotel Palace in Sharm el Sheikh and had a genuinely excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we would happily return.
All staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Ahmed Ramadan at the bar, who was always friendly, respectful, and ensured we were well supplied with drinks while making us feel truly welcome.
Our room was kept spotless by Abdallah Mohamed, who did a fantastic job every day and surprised us with creative towel figures that added a lovely personal touch. He was very hospitable and always happy to help with anything we needed.
The hotel felt very clean and safe, and the food was excellent quality with a wide variety of options. The staff quickly learned our preferences and catered to them, which made the experience even better.
Overall, we had a very positive and relaxing stay and would highly recommend Iberotel Palace to anyone considering a visit.

We're currently on vacation at this hotel for two weeks!

The food is excellent! The location is fantastic! Close to the Old Market, and the hotel beach is clean and quiet with a lovely beach bar!
The rooms are neat and clean, and our room attendant, Ali, is so friendly and attentive and surprises us every time!
Our waiter, Hussein, is truly our favorite, so sweet and attentive, and always polite.
We also think Dash from the entertainment team is fantastic and a real asset to your hotel!
Always cheerful, always full of energy, and you can tell he loves what he does.
The only thing we find disappointing is that we didn't see any Dutch people here.
Don't they come to this hotel very often?
But otherwise, it's definitely a hotel we highly recommend for people who want to experience Sharm el-Sheikh.

This is not the first hotel in my life ,but definitely the best one. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and varied, and the animation team made every day fun and engaging. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff were always polite, friendly, and ready to help. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

The entertainment and shows are simple but enjoyable.
Generally, the staff is very friendly. The restaurant staff, both cooks and servers, are excellent. As I am gluten-free and lactose-free, I was able to have special menus. Pancakes in the morning (a big thank you to the chef Mohamed ARAFA (photo)!) and other alternatives were also provided. The public relations staff is very attentive. It's truly a pleasure.
However, improvements are possible regarding gluten-free and lactose-free options, especially for desserts (perhaps offering sorbets?).
The buffet is good. It just lacks a selection of cooked vegetables.
The à la carte restaurants are excellent.

I just finished my stay at Brutale Palace Hotel and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, everything is clean and organized, and the staff are always helpful and polite.
The animation team deserves a big shout-out. They kept the days active and the nights full of fun. Their shows, games, and energy made the stay unforgettable.
And of course, a special shout-out to Dash one of the best in the team. He’s always smiling, full of energy, and really knows how to make guests feel welcome and engaged. He made the whole experience even better.
If you’re planning to visit, I highly recommend this hotel. Great vibes, great people, and great memories.
