I went there to celebrate my birthday. Everything was perfect . Very luxurious resort.
Very wonderful people, nice and hard workers. The resort was very well maintained. Room was clean every day. Very good food, we enjoyed everything. Staff was very professional and helpful. I would recommend this to everyone who wants to have a fantastic experience and wonderful birthday. I would definitely visit them again.

first of all, the animation is very good because they provide a good mood and make the guests happy, which is very pleasant, a very strong animation team is united. i have been to many hotels but this hotel is excellent with hospitality, cleanliness and very good entertainment place to relax, the food in the hotel is good, the drinks in the bar are very good, the pools are good and the hotel is very beautiful.

My daughter and myself had an amazing time at the hotel and staff were excellent and friendly and for her birthday on the 10th of March the waiters had arranged for a birthday cake to be delivered to the table and sang. Happy Birthday. Ayman (waiter outside restaurant) arranged it all. Her bed was also beautifully decorated which was such a nice touch. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much we are planning at some point to go back. There is amazing sea life if you like snorkeling on the beach front or simply just lie on a beach bed and soak up the sun with a cool drink in hand. There is also scuba diving on-site and lots of other activities to do. We enjoyed our 3 spa day treat so much so on the last day we still booked an extra massage before coming back from our holiday. There are also lots of restaurants on site for you to choose or simply have a buffet meal. Overall enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back.

Our stay at the hotel will surely remain as a positive memory for a very long time . The hotel is exceptionally well maintained - cleanliness of public and private areas is of high standards.
The food was versatile and nicely presented. They say you eat with your eyes as well. I ended up having 6 plates of food almost at every meal :) (ps. I'm not fat - just muscular) :p
I was positively surprised, the hotel offered snorkeling equipment on the pier for the guests to borrow. There were even life vests for those who didn't know how to swim. It's a very nice way to engage people with Egypts aquatic life.
Last but not least, the biggest and the most important factor resulting in a positive impression was the staff . Everyone was genuinely happy and welcoming for us. This made us feel very secure and happy. Their hardwork was visible throughout the hotel. I do respect their devotion to their jobs.

Neighbours are too loud i tried to talk to them so that they could be quieter but no use. The room is so far away from the beach we asked if we could change the room the reception said it would cost 200 euros more. I dont recommend if you want to go somewhere quiet or fun.
