We came to stay in October 2025 and loved it so much we came back this February. The hotel is lovely and the staff cannot do enough for you. Customer Relations Lucy was absolutely brilliant and came to see us most days on both visits to check we were ok and to answer any questions we had. She’s a credit to the hotel and such a lovely addition. The lifeguards and recreation staff this time were also very helpful. Ali Mehmood on Recreation also came to see us most days to see if we needed anything. We are already planning our next visit in October!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and everything was absolutely perfect.
The animation team deserves a special thank you — they are energetic, friendly, and made the atmosphere fun and lively every single day. Their shows and activities were well organized and truly enjoyable.
The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options every day. Everything was fresh, tasty, and well presented, and the staff in the restaurant were very polite and helpful.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job, and the rooms had everything needed for a relaxing stay.
Overall, the service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and hospitality were outstanding. The staff were always smiling and ready to help, which made the experience even better.
I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back again.

We stayed at Parrotel Lagoon in Sharm El Sheikh and had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is huge, with plenty of swimming pools and lots of space to relax. It never felt too busy, which made our stay very comfortable.
The service was very good. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They really made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Food, snacks, and drinks were available all day in different areas of the hotel, which was very convenient.
The food quality was good. Every day they had grill, BBQ, and pizza outside, and they also made fresh omelettes and pasta on request. The only downside was that the main menu did not change much, so the food felt a bit repetitive after a few days.
The hotel is slightly old and some areas need repairing and painting. Our toilet door lock was broken when we arrived, and we had to contact reception straight away. They did respond, but some maintenance would really improve the hotel.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a relaxing holiday. With its good service, large space, and friendly staff, I would definitely recommend Parrotel Lagoon for a comfortable stay in Sharm El Sheikh.

In general this was a pleasent hotel, the staff were all very nice and welcoming. I was very well looked after. I found a lot of food to be quite bland though but there was a wide variety and something for everyone, so you would enjoy something. Their chips were lovely.
The rooms were nice, I had a pool view room but it was mainly blocked by a tree, but the aesthetics of the pool area are very nice, I didn’t spend any time on the balcony as it didn’t get any sun (it wasn’t facing the right way, but not an issue), the views are lovely to look at and at night with the lights it’s even more lovely.
I think in some areas it could have been a little cleaner but i also think it comes with this type of building, in some areas it’s a bit older. Also, some of the pool/beach towels have a stain so defo check yours before you walk away.
It’s in a good location with a shuttle to the beach every hour for most of the day, so that’s cool.
I had a good time here and for the price and the welcoming from the staff, I’d come again if I want something cheap and cheerful.

I definitely do not recommend this hotel. After arriving at night we had to wait 2 hours till beeding for a child’s bed will be delivered. The property is incredibly dirty — bird droppings everywhere: on the ground, stairs, and walls. The restaurant is awful, also very dirty. The food is very tasteless, and if there was anything decent, there was a long queue and it was rationed to one small piece per person. To eat anything decent, we had to go to a store and buy our own food. The coffee, beer, and drinks were disgusting. The staff were very unfriendly, acting as if they were doing you a favor by working. The rooms were only moderately maintained. I waited two days for towels and toilet paper to be delivered to the room. The hotel has huge potential , lots of beautiful green areas but unfortunately it doesn’t take a full advantage of it. This hotel deserves a maximum of 3 stars, not 5.
