In general this was a pleasent hotel, the staff were all very nice and welcoming. I was very well looked after. I found a lot of food to be quite bland though but there was a wide variety and something for everyone, so you would enjoy something. Their chips were lovely.
The rooms were nice, I had a pool view room but it was mainly blocked by a tree, but the aesthetics of the pool area are very nice, I didn’t spend any time on the balcony as it didn’t get any sun (it wasn’t facing the right way, but not an issue), the views are lovely to look at and at night with the lights it’s even more lovely.
I think in some areas it could have been a little cleaner but i also think it comes with this type of building, in some areas it’s a bit older. Also, some of the pool/beach towels have a stain so defo check yours before you walk away.
It’s in a good location with a shuttle to the beach every hour for most of the day, so that’s cool.
I had a good time here and for the price and the welcoming from the staff, I’d come again if I want something cheap and cheerful.

cently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which made a great first impression.
The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, which made my stay more convenient. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy throughout my visit.
One of the highlights was the location—it was very convenient and made it easy to get around and explore the area. The hotel facilities were also impressive, especially the [pool/gym/restaurant, which added extra value to my stay.

Writing from the hotel
Getting better with new management.
Facility, food and service are excellent.
Really friendly staff that makes your day.
Enjoying everything. Heated poon for adults and kids.
Only negative thing is the cleaning but it's fixed as soon you point that to the reception. The hotel manager mr Saleh on place going around and taking care
Big thank to mr Ahmad El sharqawi the bar manager for his fantastic drinks and smile. And Mohammed Manashi at Restaurang for his lovely personality and commitment to the job and caretaking of customers.
Alot to say but would like to finish with give the hotel a chance as i did and you won't regret it.

Worst resort i have ever visited!
Absolutely awful
I would rate this 0 starts if possible if you want to enjoy your holiday never come here, nowhere near a 5 star resort I have been to 3 star hotels that are better
7 days of daily issues, first we were given a room without running water after that being fixed there was no hot water so we had to shower in cold water that was later sorted on the 2nd day, on the 3rd day the water had again stopped working and we had to complain again, we were given a new room after complaing every single day for the numerous issues in our room, the new room had finally working hot water, but then another issue had begun our room was filled with mosquitoes and we were covered in bites we requested mosquito spray and towels as ours were taken but were not replaced at this point we were sick of this and had to ring a manager who didnt seem to care much either
The service was absolutely awful any request to fix issues that they had created or that the room had took the full day and constant reminders to be looked into.
Never come here if you want to actually enjoy ur holiday.

Just came back from Parrotel Lagoon Resort and honestly I wanted to share my experience because what I saw online was completely different from reality.
Before going, I watched a lot of bloggers and influencers talking about the hotel and honestly they made it look amazing. That’s one of the main reasons we booked it. But after staying there for 3 nights with my family, I really don’t understand the hype.
We booked 3 rooms (1152, 1158, 1162). We arrived around 12 PM and didn’t get the rooms until almost 4:30 PM after a lot of waiting and arguing at reception. The whole check-in process felt very slow and unorganized.
The rooms themselves were okay, not terrible, maybe 7/10, but definitely not “5-star” clean. There was even a dirty plate left outside our room for almost 2 days before anyone removed it.
Food was average at best. Not horrible, but very repetitive and basic. Also the bread always tasted old or frozen, never fresh honestly.
The most annoying thing for me was the water situation. They gave us 2 large bottles in the room once and never refilled them again during the whole stay. The mini fridge stayed empty the entire time too.
Even around the hotel, getting water felt weirdly limited. Tiny plastic cups from the dispenser that barely help in this heat.
First day at the restaurant was honestly bad because many plates looked dirty and needed cleaning again before using them.
Bathrooms were very inconsistent. Mine was okay, but other family members had really bad bathrooms. Public bathrooms near reception and outside the restaurant were honestly dirty most of the time.
Mosquitoes are another nightmare there. Opening the balcony at night is basically asking for your room to become full of mosquitoes.
The WiFi was also disappointing. The hotel has its own server but the maximum speed I got was around 2–3 Mbps. I literally get around 35 Mbps at home, so for a resort this size the internet was really poor.
To be fair, not everything was bad.
The pools were nice, the aqua park was fun, and the animation team were honestly one of the best parts of the hotel.
The beach though was stressful. Rocky beach, far away, and you need the hotel bus to get there. Going and coming back was crowded and messy because nobody respected the queue.
Also many bar staff members looked annoyed dealing with guests, especially near reception.
And one weird thing: bars close at 10 PM, and after that even getting water becomes difficult.
Honestly speaking, this hotel does not feel like a real 5-star resort at all. In my opinion it’s not even a proper 4-star experience based on the service, cleanliness, and overall organization.
Maybe some people had a better experience, but this was honestly mine.
