By far the worst all inclusive resort I have ever been to. Firstly the food is absolutely awful. Breakfast being the worst. They do not cater for English guests. Being pregnant this is very concerning I feel like I haven’t ate properly all week apart from the nights I’ve been out for food. For breakfast I have eaten a slice of cake every morning I just cannot eat the slop they serve you. There is no variety and the same every day. The most disgusting sausages if that’s what you can even call them. I have attached photos. There is no snack bar. Just a food warmer with chicken nuggets and chips. The Italian restaurant was vile. Stone cold food that made me vomit. The drinks are also appalling. Most of the time they are warm. No proper cups. Staff can be very rude at times. We had no hot water for three days. Kept telling us try again with the taps on 5 mins. Finally changed rooms on the third day which was very inconvenient. The hotel is dirty needs a massive refurb. Cupboard door fell off in first room as it was that rotten. Entertainment is absolutely rubbish. Trying to relax at the pool and you are constantly harassed by people trying to sell you things. Whole hotel smells of sewage and the toilets are in a very unhygienic state. Will never return to this dump I advise anyone English to avoid this hotel and book somewhere with nice food in a better location. Naama bay is a lot better with places to eat on your door step. Do not recommend to anyone.

Super hotel with a very friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious and always fresh, with plenty of options to choose from. The animation team was absolutely amazing – full of energy, fun, and great ideas for both kids and adults. They really made the stay unforgettable. The staff were helpful and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole holiday. I can definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

A wonderful hotel with a warm and friendly vibe. The meals were tasty, always fresh, and offered a wide variety to suit everyone’s preferences. The animation team was fantastic – energetic, creative, and entertaining for both children and adults, making the stay truly memorable. The staff were kind and attentive, which made us feel at ease during the entire vacation. I would gladly recommend this place and would happily return in the future!

I don't know where these last two reviewers stayed but my stay was nothing like theirs.
Huge beautiful, well lit hotel. The reception staff all speak very good English. Please try to look out for Ahmed on reception.
I stayed for one week, every single staff were polite and helpful, and nothing was a problem. Rooms spacious, light and clean, with mini fridge and safe.
I had a cleaner on my floor every single day (Mahmood) again nothing was no issues. My room was cleaned on request by leaving the 'please clean my room' sign on the door.
Oh yes! I heard somebody mention mosquitoes. OBVIOUSLY!! the country has Mosquitoes so come prepared with your repellant and never leave your balcony door open in the evening, all rooms have good AC. I got a few bites but to be expected.
The hotel offers good value for money with a full spa, gym and play place for children. The aqua park is about 5 min walk through the complex, but there is a golf cart every ten minutes that will bring you there. Over the water park is amazing, you can spend the day over there they have a bar and food included with the all inclusive, the water park offers a mini water park designed for toddlers which was perfect, my 4 yr old daughter was in water heaven with shallow waters.
Free shuttle to the beach every half hour, beach is 5 minutes drive, you get towels on the beach, beach beds are free. Beach is beautiful with clear blue water and fishes you can see in shallow water.
You will meet your rep when you come to arrange all your excursions if you wish. Please do the Ras Mohammed boat, diving and white island, worth every penny at £40 per person, once in a lifetime experience.
If you want nightlife go to soho Square (Hardrock Cafe) £15 entry about 10 min drive, go to old Market for some shopping.
McDonalds and KFC in town.
McDonalds deliver 24 hrs
Downfalls:
Food at hotel is egyptian food, not the greatest. There is definitely an option for everybody with fish and chicken on the menu everyday. There is fresh grilled food everyday. Grilled chicken, grilled fish, grilled beef do try this.
We tried restaurants outside a few nights. Food outside much better
Location:
This hotel is immediately near nothing, you will not be able to walk to anywhere but the taxi is like £4 to everywhere:
Overall:
I had an amazing holiday, it is what you make it and for the money I spent the hotel was perfectly fine, my hotel certainly did not upset my holiday. :)

I recently spent some time at this hotel, and sadly, the experience didn’t live up to my expectations. Although the pool and water park are genuinely fun and clearly the main draw, the rest of the stay left much to be desired.
To begin with, the room cleanliness was below par. The sheets didn’t appear freshly laundered, there were visible stains in the bathroom, and overall, the hygiene didn’t meet basic standards. Given the price point, I anticipated a higher level of cleanliness and comfort.
The dining experience was equally disappointing. The food selection was very limited, and the quality was poor — nothing tasted fresh or particularly appetizing. I ended up eating elsewhere for most of my meals.
There was also no functioning room service. We couldn’t reach the front desk because the phone in our room didn’t work, and we went two full days without any towels.
In short, if your main goal is to enjoy the water park or spend time by the pool, you might find it worthwhile. But if you’re after a relaxing, comfortable stay with good food and reliable service, I’d suggest considering other options. It simply doesn’t offer good value for the price.
