Extremely disappointing stay
When you first enter the reception, you might think the rooms are clean because of the nice smell and the overall look. But once you enter the room building, it’s a completely different story. The elevators and floors leading to the rooms were extremely dirty and clearly not cleaned. We stayed for a week, and the floors remained the same dirty condition the entire time.
When we first entered our room, it was also very dirty. We asked to change rooms, but the second one was even worse, so we ended up staying in the first one.
Service was terrible. We had to beg for basic things like towels, water, and shampoo. They did not change the bed sheets for the whole week, and they barely cleaned the room like the bed was made, but everything else was left dirty and smelly.
The food was also a big disappointment. On the first night, they had late dinner and they served us leftovers (the photo is down below). For breakfast, lunch and dinner during the entire week, there was no variety we ate French fries with chicken almost every day because because the rest of the food wasn’t good. The food was poorly cooked and unappealing, and the plates were so dirty that I had to check every single one to pick the cleanest to eat. We ended up eating outside the hotel for the whole week.
The only good things: the pool and the aqua park were excellent! The entertainment was also really good. But everything else was terrible.
Overall, this resort did not meet any expectations. Dirty rooms, terrible service, poor food quality, and unhygienic plates and rooms made our stay very unpleasant. I would only recommend going there for the pool or aqua park if you want a fun day but DO NOT STAY THERE.

I recently spent some time at this hotel, and sadly, the experience didn’t live up to my expectations. Although the pool and water park are genuinely fun and clearly the main draw, the rest of the stay left much to be desired.
To begin with, the room cleanliness was below par. The sheets didn’t appear freshly laundered, there were visible stains in the bathroom, and overall, the hygiene didn’t meet basic standards. Given the price point, I anticipated a higher level of cleanliness and comfort.
The dining experience was equally disappointing. The food selection was very limited, and the quality was poor — nothing tasted fresh or particularly appetizing. I ended up eating elsewhere for most of my meals.
There was also no functioning room service. We couldn’t reach the front desk because the phone in our room didn’t work, and we went two full days without any towels.
In short, if your main goal is to enjoy the water park or spend time by the pool, you might find it worthwhile. But if you’re after a relaxing, comfortable stay with good food and reliable service, I’d suggest considering other options. It simply doesn’t offer good value for the price.

I stayed at this hotel in December 2024 and had a really pleasant experience overall. The resort is very clean, and the rooms are tidy and well-maintained. I highly recommend choosing a pool view room—it's definitely worth it.
Shuttle transportation to and from the beach is available every 30 minutes, which was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, although I wasn’t impressed by the lunch or dinner options.
Overall, I’m satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel, especially considering the value for the price.

Rooms are spacious but not the cleanest. The staff make your holiday they are absolutely amazing people and cant do enough for you! The animation team work wonders in the day but the evening entertainment is not aimed and British people in anyway. Its a bit out of the way but you can get a taxi anywhere quite cheaply.

Some rooms come with a jacuzzi in the garden, and that’s a nice touch. You’ll also notice lifeguards around in the day, and even a security guard keeping an eye out at night. It gives you that extra bit of comfort and peace of mind. A personal waiter also checks in on you – nothing over-the-top, but it feels good.
💡 Tip for Guests
If there’s something you’re not happy with, just say it straight away. The staff see it as an honour to fix it, and they really do take care of things quickly.

Since July 2025, the hotel has been under brand-new management. They’ve made a huge 360° improvement everywhere, so honestly – ignore anything you read from before. This is a new Parrotel Lagoon.
