This was our first time staying at this hotel, and overall, we had a fantastic experience. The place is beautiful, clean, and well-organized. The staff were kind and professional, and everything from the room to the restaurant exceeded our expectations.
One of the highlights of our stay was meeting Luca, one of the guides. Even though it was our first time meeting him, he made a deep impression on us. Luca was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about his work. He brought the tours to life in a way that made us feel connected to the place and its stories. He truly added something special to our visit.
That’s why we were shocked and disappointed to learn that Luca had been let go. It’s difficult to understand how someone who clearly made such a positive impact on guests could be dismissed. Losing someone like Luca is, in our opinion, a big mistake.
We still enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, but we sincerely hope the management reflects on this decision. People like Luca are rare—and they’re the reason guests remember a place long after they leave.

It was amazing 5 days we enjoyed a lot with the hospitality staff really they are always smiling and helpful the animation team was very active and the night party makes the time pass without any need to go out
The food is wonderful and delicious clean and organized .

When we arrived at the hotel, we had quite good impression.
It is located at the centre and the resort was looking OK yet then the nightmare begins.
We was just a bit before check to experience the area yet it took 2h over check in time before to get the room.
They come to pick up with a golf car and drive us 2 km far, from resort entrance crossing two busy traffic roads in the Sport area. When arriving there the room was OK but it is a terrible smell that we did not want to stay any minute longer.
We went back to reception to protest and after another hour of fighting, we got another room in the main resort area.
The room was far to be decent and bathroom was really dirty that we needed to ask again to clean before to use it.
Yet we understood that having the room cleaned was not a right but a luxury.
We needed to call 2/3 times every day to get it and they also skipped some days.
Cleaning was anyway very superficial and you can find foods from previous clients and often insects.
The furniture's were from '80, old, damaged as you can see in the picture.
The stuff was always rude and impolite for any requests or questions.
They always refers to us in russian and also when we continue explained that we speak English, they just ignore it and continue with russian till we ignored them.
Fast we understood that they were searching for tips but we didn't give them any coin on top.
We chose to have only breakfast because I had a special medical condition yet also there they were never supporting till I chose to stop breakfast as well to avoid any risk.
You need to wake up very early to be at 7am and get chance for an umbrella place yet many were already reserved by beach stuff for clients that pay them in black.
I can continue for more situations but my final recommendation is to stay away from it and to chose another resort in that area that treats you better.

It’s really one of the best resorts in Sharm ElSheikh. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Naama Bay. It it surrounded by local shops. Our residency was amazing, we’re fascinated by the beach , the corals and the beautiful fishes.
It’s our fifth time to go there and everything was more than perfect HOWEVER, animation team’s shows are below expectations this year.. they used to be much better and the night shows used to always be full unlike this time. They need to add variety of shows and activities .. No doubt we’ve enjoyed them but they weren’t that interesting.
For sure I recommend the resort..
My family and I would like to send our thanks and appreciation to Mr. Amr Abbas and Mr. Gamal for the wonderful exceptional experience we had in these past few days.. the cheerful chefs, room servants, drivers and all the workers .. thank you so much

We were here on january.This hotel is terrible of all the ones I've been to.
1.We lived on sport arena. behind the fence there is a restaurant where the music plays all night.
2.FOOD.After that i had intestinal disorder.Food wasn’t fresh.Sauce which they offer with macarons was sour.They don’t wash dishes well. There desserts were also not fresh.
3.The personal.I wasn’t feel myself safety.Waiter (him name begin A.) he constantly interrupted my meal.He get my instagram and AT NIGHT He actively wrote and asked to go outside.Its really scary.
4.In january was my birthday,they brought cake and just left him on the street.STREET!!
5.Cleaning.Cleaner was terrible.He did cleaning very bad.Cleaning wasn’t every day.
6.Receptions isn’t bad.The guys were okey.
Overall,i never back to Egypt
