Back for the third year in a row and another wonderful holiday. The grounds are immaculate. The rooms are spacious. The kids entertainment is fantastic, the team work so hard day and night to entertain the children and make them all feel special. The service at the pool bars is brilliant, so attentive, especially Ahmed in the kids pool area. He has been fantastic.

We have been coming to this hotel since 2012, we absolutely love it here. The staff make the experience so special. I want to give a massive thank you and lots of love to the bar staff especially Mohamed and Tamer. Every year they always look after us so well, making sure we are comfortable, have all the drinks we need. They work so so hard morning and night, they deserve a raise! They are so great with my daughter making sure she is having the best time of her life, looking after my family every single day.
The staff are probably the best part of the holiday and we always look forward to coming back to see them.

My family & I have visited this holiday village for the last 3 years and honestly can’t fault this place. Everything about here is amazing!! The best all inclusive package, from 3 different locations for lunch, main restaurant or 4 a la cartes for dinner and snacks served randomly throughout the day including ice-cream, popcorn and fruit.
The staff here are the most friendly and amazing people who honestly can’t do enough for you. Bar manager Tamer has looked after us every time we have been here and always checks everything is okay. All the waiting staff are also amazing and super friendly. The cleaners & gardeners work amazingly to keep the place looking stunning and clean each and every day, all day.
As a family of 3 females, we have always felt extremely safe whilst staying here as there is security guards at either end on the beach as well as at the main door and main entrance into the village itself.
Overall, would highly recommend visiting here whether you are a large or small family, children or not, as this resort caters for all.

This is truly one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. Our room was cleaned by Ahmed (room 11112), and I’d like to give him a special thank you for doing an excellent job.
We upgraded from a standard room to one with a private pool, and it was definitely the right choice. The resort itself is beautiful, with plenty of pools, entertainment areas, and also peaceful zones perfect for relaxation.
The food is fresh and offers a good variety, especially at lunch and dinner. Breakfast is the same each day, but still enjoyable. The service is consistently attentive, and everyone seems genuinely eager to help.
They also have à la carte restaurants—I highly recommend the Asian one. The food there was outstanding.
Overall, I highly recommend this resort. It’s absolutely worth it, and I’d love to return in the future.

Ahmed at the pool bar was amazing! Always bringing us drinks at the sun loungers.
Staff are so nice and can’t do enough for you. We’ve felt so relaxed an waited on during our stay we will definitely be returning.
We had the family room which was huge and tastefully decorated. This was cleaned to such a high standard daily and fresh towels and pool towels supplied everyday.
All staff at the hotel work so hard to keep it and the grounds immaculate. All staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you.
We are at all the restaurants, the Chinese, Indian and American are a must all with table service and amazing menus. The food in them was amazing we felt like we went out for a meal you would pay for at home.
The lifeguards are so on the ball an work hard all day.
Can’t sing the praises of all the staff here and the HV team !
