⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – An Incredible First Trip to Egypt!
This was our first time visiting Egypt, and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the food and service are truly exceptional.
A special shout-out to Romany and Ahmed at the pool bar, who looked after us so well every day. They were always attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.
The animation team were absolutely fabulous—Adham and Rahma are so lovely, welcoming, and full of energy. They really make everyone feel included and do an amazing job keeping the atmosphere fun.
Over at the terrace bar, Mohammed goes above and beyond. He’s always smiling, polite, helpful, and somehow keeps your glass full without you even noticing!
All the waiters throughout the hotel work incredibly hard, and the poolside lunch restaurant is a delight—great food, a relaxing setting, and staff who are always happy and attentive.
We also visited the spa for massages and it was an amazing experience—highly recommended.
We will definitely be back in the New Year to this fabulous hotel. Absolutely outstanding! xx

We spent 6 days at the hotel and I must say that I received on of the best services at the moment. The whole staff was super friendly, attentive and helpful. Mohamed Adel at the front desk was very welcoming and with a great disposition to help. As well as Ahmed Youness at the buffet area that always received us with a great smile and recommended us the best restaurant in the hotel (American restaurant).
The cleaning staff deserves a recognition because everywhere was spotless, if you were seeing somewhere dirty was because it just happened or the wind brought the trash/dust.
The food was ok, nothing spectacular but defiantly good. The specialty restaurants (which only I could try 2 of them because of my schedule) are for sure with better quality - nice ambience - good for having a break from the buffet. Ah! And be aware that most of the things in the buffet are SWEET, I rather have natural juices but all their “natural” were super sweet.
The only bad thing that I can say is the entrainment, their English was really poor making difficult to interact and understand what the activity was. With the Italian girl was easier but unfortunately with the Egyptian girl was really hard and she was pushing all the time to just play without having a good communication/explanation

Beautiful hotel, food is lovely and plentiful!
Our room is very nice and spacious. The hotel is well kept and very clean. Romany at the pool bar was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Always on the ball with drinks, definitely try the Romany special! My partner was feeling unwell and he made her special menthol tea drinks to try and help make her feel better, top guy!
Really nice hotel, definitely plan to come back

We have just returned from 10 nights at Coral Sea, it was the holiday village during our stay, 7 of us ranging from 8 to 65 years old. We had the most amazing holiday, huge room with a super comfy bed, beautiful weather, fab entertainment, plenty of sun loungers even during October half term and lovely food.
The al a carte restaurants were all nice and worth visiting and the service was exceptional, even in the buffet restaurant.
We went on the private speedboat trip with falcon and it was worth every penny.
Non of us were ready to come home and we can't wait to return.
Thank you to the HV team who kindly stayed an extra week, all 5 of the entertainment team were amazing and also a shout out to Amy, Ethan and Cassy who went the extra mile.
Finally, I wanted to thank some of the coral sea staff who go over and above every single day, they are all fantastic but those who particularly made our holiday extra special were: Ahmed Reda - buffet restaurant, Mohamed Asharaf and Mohamed Hawash - a la carte waiters, Youssef - beach bar and Mohamed Hussein and Romany - pool bar and all of the lifeguards.

Had a great holiday at Coral Sea holiday resort. The food was lovely, service was great and the facilities were excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times. The spa staff were lovely and I had a great massage and Turkish bath from Rama. The waiters in the lounge bar and pool area were super friendly, Romany and Mohammed were especially attentive. Room service (Mustafa) was also amazing and left my room spotless, he also did different patterns with the bed runner each day which was a nice touch.
All in all a fabulous trip 10/10 would recommend this resort to anyone, especially after hearing some of the horror stories from other people on my flight that weren’t at the same resort.
