On our last day of 7 staying in room 633 and what can I say, lovely hotel the view from the room is stunning and the room very spacious and kept clean by hossam Ahmed who had a smile on his face all week and always greeted us with a good morning, the staff in the buffet restaurant was the same, special mention to mahmoud wasfy, who knew what drinks we had and me for a little chat even when he was busy. Down at the beach the far left bar was Muhammed (alright) soon as we got our sunbed he was over with 2 beers and a water and was happy and pleasant all week, last mention goes to Hamada from the lobby bar such a nice man and thanks for the big glasses for the beers hes a credit to the hotel, finally the dive centre what can I say thanks to misha who when we booked scuba diving but couldnt do it on doctors advice offered a refund straight away no issues even though it was cancelled at such short notice and we went for a lovely trip on the speedboat and to snorkel in the red sea was something else. All staff at the hotel deserve a mention for being so freindly and always greeted us with hello and goodbye lovely hotel and would recommend it to anyone.

10 nights stay here over Xmas 25. Room with a view to die for.
Rooms are always kept lovely and clean with special Xmas touches. Food was ok could've been more choice considering other resorts I've been too. Coffee is best from the hotel bar. Omar always made us a fresh coffee with a smile. Lovely pool side and beach resort Abrahim Hassan always looked after us and found us a lounger, very friendly and helpful and made our stay very welcoming and pleasant. The only negative was there were building works going on and the Spa was out of use so didn't get to use it. I'm sure when it is finished it will all be lovely, didn't ruin our holiday. If you stay here it is on the sea front so expect to get a taxi if you want to get out of the resort. All in all enjoyed our stay the people go out of their way for you which these days is very nice.

Just returned from this hotel, everyone is very friendly and helpful always ready with a smile and greeting. The rooms are large with great views over the pool and sea, large east facing patio.
The food is plentiful and varied with themed nights and BBQ.
Plenty of sunbeds both on the beach and pool areas.
A bit out of the way so you do need a taxi to the old town or Soho square.
We would recommend & definitely go back.
The only downside is sharm airport, total chaos as usual

The hotel is quite old, and that may not appeal to everyone, and while it would benefit from a major refurb it was also clearly originally built and fitted out very well. Everything works and doesn't show any obvious wear. The rooms are large and all have a sea view and a large balcony. The restaurant can feel quite crowded but the food is fine. The staff are all very friendly and competent which is not always the case in Sharm, they are obviously trained well and happy. I liked the hotel overall and will probably stay there many times more as long as it is good value.

Staff: All the staff were friendly and made our holiday great. In particular, Hamada at the lobby bar; Alaa Eldeen, Snoopy and the animation team; Mustafa at the outside restaurant seating area; Mohamed Ahmed at the swim-up bar; Ibrahim Teona keeping the swimmers safe at the pier; our room attendant on level 6 who made the towel animals! Doctor Ahmed in the clinic was excellent when we needed his help.
Rooms: Excellent size. All rooms have a balcony and face the sunrise, with a beautiful view of Tiran Island.
Beach: Very big (1km+) with well-spaced sun loungers, and views of Tiran Island and Coral Bay. Sandy beach, and a continuous coral reef. Lots of different areas to set down for the day as the beach/pool zone is so huge. Snorkelling at the pier was fantastic, we went every day and saw all kinds of tropical fish in the water. Various beach bars and pools including a swim-up bar. There's a walking path past the Sheraton Villas with access to the smaller beach areas, and a view of Naama Bay.
Food: The quality of the food in the buffet for all meal services was excellent, and up to the standard of a 5* in Egypt. Good variety, lots of salads and meat dishes, so something for everyone. Also an outside grill area each night with extra food options. Breakfast was very good and the omlette guy was a superstar with his high flips!
Entertainment: Animation events during the day like Yoga, beach games and dancing, and visiting shows each night at 9pm like fire performers, African dancers, circus jugglers etc (7 days rotation of shows). Also a karaoke bar/disco that runs until 11.30pm each night. We had a lot of fun on the karaoke. Evening drinks in the lobby bar (thanks Hamada!) can be taken to the show area, and k-bar.
The hotel has a 24-hour gym. The spa was under renovation but I think is re-opening quite soon in 2026, and they are also building a water park.
Location: Sharm is a huge city so everything is a taxi ride, as most of the big hotels like the Sheraton have long access roads. Naama Bay and Soho Square are a 10 min taxi ride away. There is a taxi rank outside the hotel main gate which is safe, and much cheaper than the hotel taxi service. The museum is 30 mins walkable from the hotel.
Sharm: A friendly and safe city. Don't miss Ras Mohamed park, and the various dive/snorkel sites (do boat trips). Soho Square is touristy but fun. Naama Bay is an excellent night out, lots of smart bars and restaurants and a beachside promenade through the hotel zone.
