We had a truly wonderful stay at the Sunrise Remal Resort in Sharm El Sheikh. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was truly friendly and nice, with staff going above and beyond to help. The room was clean, although could perhaps benefit from some modernizing. The all-inclusive food was fantastic, with an amazing variety, including fresh baked bread and pasta dishes to order, and a great salad and dessert bar too. The snack bars were okay for in-between meals. The hotel was very clean, and the pool was lovely and big. The nearby beach was beautiful with fantastic coral and plenty of sun beds. A special thanks to Kareem at the beach bar, who really looked after us, Mahmood in the food hall who kept us in supply of red wine and Ayman for his lovely smile and friendliness. All the guys at the beach are lovely... Mohamed who sorted our sun beds and the really friendly life guard who helped with masks and cameras - all a really lovely bunch!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is very relaxing, the territory is clean and well maintained, and the beach is beautiful with clear water and an amazing reef for snorkeling.
The staff were always friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the bar team and the restaurant staff — they work hard and always greet guests with a smile. Service throughout the hotel felt warm and welcoming.
Food was good with enough variety, and there were always fresh options available. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned regularly.
Overall, it’s a great place to relax, enjoy the sea, and recharge. I would definitely come back again.

Our family had a lovely February half term break at Remal Beach. The weather was perfect, the snorkelling was incredible (some of the best snorkelling I have ever experienced within a few metres of the beach). The hotel was very good. The staff are a highlight - they are genuine and fun. In particular we were looked after really well by Adel on the beach, and Ahmed and Gaber in the restaurants. The food was a 4/5 for us - good enough to enjoy every meal, but not something to write home about. Booking the a la carte restaurants was surprisingly easy. We booked our stay directly with the hotel, which ended up being a complete pain as their customer services was not responsive - they failed to answer simple questions like "how much will it cost to swap a child for an adult?". This meant that we were horrified to receive an extra £1000 on our bill, which we had not expected, and which we had not been told about despite asking 8 (yes 8!!!!) times in advance of the holiday. I tried to speak to reception about this a few times while I was there, but just got a very smiley face in response.

Our stay at Sunrise Remal Resort was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained.
The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options every day. We especially enjoyed the themed dinners, and everything was fresh and delicious. The beach was stunning, with crystal clear water and amazing coral reefs, perfect for snorkeling. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip.
What made the experience even more special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful expecially Mahmod and Mohamed are amazing people. The beach staff, restaurant team, and all hotel personel were professional and always smiling. They made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay.
The atmosphere was relaxing, the facilities were great, and everything was well organized. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh.

We have just returned from a 10
Day stay at the sunrise remal resort. We could be anymore thankful for all the staff at the resort. A special shout out to Bulut from the entertainment team (fiesta) he made our trip one to remember. He is a key member of staff would always take time to speak to us and make sure we always had everything we needed. The waiters always made sure we had a full drink on the table and we had everything we needed. The staff are incredible and the managers should be proud that they are representing them. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!
