Almost everything was awesome except for some minor issues which your staff were happy to resolve.
The first night in a room with insects like small bugs in our bed after a conversation was resolved by changing the room. The noise from the reconstruction of the hotel also did not add pleasure to the holiday, but we hope that by our next visit the reconstruction of the hotel will be completed. special thanks and gratitude to the girls from the Guest Relations Service Anastasia and Snyazhana. We couldn’t have done it without their support; they were constantly in touch, checking to see if everything was fine and helping us in every possible way.

Best holiday we ever had! Everything was perfect: great variety of food&drinks, services, pools, room&view, cleaning, staff was super nice and helpful, corals & fish are beautiful, entertainment day&night, shops in the hotel (mini market with local sweets & snacks, sunglasses & jewellery, perfume shop with oils, teas and spices, etc). The hotel is close to the airport (10 minutes by taxi), but it is not disturbing or noisy at all. The corals and fish are amazing!!! You can only go into the water through a not very long jetty (we could see longer ones in the neighbour hotels), however there is a small sandy beach but the water is shallow, and you can't go deeper due to the corals. Unfortunately, many people tried to get into the water through the corals, which destroys the corals, that's why I mention it. Hotel offers diving services as well for extra charge, but snorkeling is more than enough, we could see hundreds of different kind of fish all the time during snorkeling, smaller and 1meter long ones as well, and pink,blue, green, red, yellow corals. Every day we saw something new while snorkeling, it was amazing! Lots of sunbeds available by the pools and the beach as well. Evening entertainment was in the sister hotel (Sunrise Remal resort - 100meters walk or 2 minutes with the hotel bus), so this hotel (Beach) is more quiet, and in my opinion this hotel is better if you prefer relaxing more than to party. I highly recommend this hotel if you like snorkeling rather than just swimming in the sea, and if you like good food, good beer, and friendly & super helpful staff and want to have a relaxing holiday!

Our stay at Sunrise Remal Beach Resort for our honeymoon was nothing short of magical. The staff went above and beyond, offering exceptional professionalism, unwavering support, and heartwarming friendliness throughout our visit. Their dedication truly enhanced our experience.
The culinary offerings were simply outstanding! We relished every meal; the food quality was top-notch, providing a delightful variety that exceeded our expectations.
Our room was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in its maintenance was commendable. The comfort and coziness added to the charm of our romantic getaway.
However, the only drawback was the unheated swimming pools. While the pools were inviting, especially with the resort’s ambiance, the temperature hindered our full enjoyment.
Despite this minor setback, our overall stay at Sunrise Remal Beach Resort was an unforgettable and delightful experience. We’re immensely grateful for the warm hospitality and the perfect setting for our honeymoon.

Food is bland, unseasoned and meat overcooked, all seafood was boiled so it was very hard, only thing that saved us was that there was a variety of food, so we could eat something simple like fries.
The staff is polite but sometimes don´t keep their promises, so you need to involve other people to actually get things done.
We were given a wrong room type in the beginning and after 2 days of arguing we got a room we liked, but this room was not cleaned as well, even if we asked them to clean it. Rooms were not clean in the least, floors were sticky and under the bed was a layer of dust and trash. I recommend wearing slippers inside.
Overall look of the hotel was polite and clean, although we were not warned that they would start constructions so there was no peace and quiet we hoped for. There are no heated pools, warm sea and snorkeling helped the situation a lot.
The hotel does not have transport to the city, only the hotel taxi, which offers prices 4-5 times the real price. You should not pay over 5 dollars/euros to get to Old Sharm, or 10 euros there and back. To take a bus you would need to walk 2km to the main road and pay 10GEL. During the day taxi prices are cheaper and you can get a taxi if you walk up to the Sunrise Remal hotel. Always bargain, as they try to scam you everywhere. Also avoid going to SOHO, its a tourist trap and doesn´t have anything special to offer.
In our opinion the extra money we payed to get a 5 star and a better reviewed hotel was not worth it.

This was the second time we stayed at Sunrise hotels and we are again very much satisfied with the hotel standards. Even though Sunrise Remal Beach has become part of Sunrise group just recently, the level of staff, hospitality, service is really high. Food is very good and all employees are extremely friendly and supportive. The hotel is in the process of renovation, and I hope after it's completed, the overall impression will be even higher (at the moment standard rooms and some other small things need renovation). The location of the hotel, sea, reef are absolutely wonderful. High quality wifi is all around the property. Overall, again I am very much satisfied with our stay at Sunrise Remal Beach hotel and looking forward to staying again at one of Sunrise properties.
