I wish they cleaned the rooms between the guests. Every time I check in, always bed is full of dark hair, towels are used and dirty and this time even bathtub is full of sand.
They try to appear helpful but they barely speak English and also when you call reception to request something, they always forget it and you have to call several times.

We had a good time here with the all inclusive. The main pool has very limited food but the main buffet had a lot of very tasty choices. It is approximately five minutes walk from Soho Square

The impeccable service provided by the staff was commendable. From the moment we arrived, until our departure, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied.
The superior triple pool view room we stayed in exceeded all expectations. The spaciousness and cleanliness of the room was truly outstanding. The tasteful and traditional décor added a touch of elegance, creating a relaxing atmosphere for our stay. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail displayed by the housekeeping team - with fresh bed sheets and towels provided daily, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The cleaning staff diligently maintained the immaculate state of our room throughout our entire stay. Ahmed (who was designated to our room), took great care in ensuring that our room remained impeccably clean. He also went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, by greeting us every morning, inquiring about our well-being and offering any assistance required promptly. Moreover, we were left delightful surprised with a refreshing and beautiful spread of fresh fruit on various occasions, sent to us by the manager Yasser.
The bed in our room was beyond comfortable. The view from our room overlooking the pool was absolutely fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised by how little noise reached our room.
The food served in the restaurant was delicious! Had I known prior to booking, I would have booked all inclusive. There was an impressive variety of options available, satisfying even the pickiest eaters like myself. The food was also incredibly reasonably priced. The chefs were always ready to whip up fresh eggs cooked just the way you like them, as well as pancakes. Amin and the head chef going above and beyond in ensuring our satisfaction by personally greeting guests and checking on the quality of both the food and service. Every morning I was made fresh eggs by Ahmed who was diligent and ensured that they were made to perfection and exactly how I liked them.
Yasser, the hotel manager, consistently provided impeccable service, warmly greeting guests throughout the day. His remarkable attentiveness and kindness created an atmosphere that made us feel extremely welcomed and valued.
The outdoor pool exceeded our expectations, truly reflecting the captivating images showcased on the hotel's website. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and maintained a perfect temperature. The poolside entertainment was equally delightful, as the attentive staff curated a diverse array of activities. From invigorating water sports to rejuvenating yoga sessions, and even family-friendly options, there was something for everyone to enjoy.
In addition to the fantastic daytime activities, the hotel also provided a variety of evening entertainment options that ensured a lively and engaging atmosphere. From captivating belly dancing shows to entertaining quizzes and vibrant beach parties, there was never a dull moment. For those seeking a more relaxed experience, the option to indulge in horse riding or simply visiting the stables was available. Furthermore, the hotel's spa offered a tranquil retreat for guests to unwind and pamper themselves. As a fitness enthusiast, I was particularly impressed by the spacious and modern gym facilities provided by the hotel.
The hotel's convenient location offers several advantages. Firstly, being just a stone's throw away from SOHO square, the hotel is situated in a highly desirable location. Additionally, guests have the option of utilising the hotel's bus service, which operates every 10 minutes. This service allows guests to easily travel to various destinations such as the beach, SOHO square, the supermarket, and other nearby attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area and other key spots, such as Naama Bay, Farsha and Al Sahaba Mosque and the old market.
There is an ATM available on site and you can also easily pay in £,€ or $, so no pressure to withdraw prior to arriving.
Overall, truly memorable experience.
