Lovely beach, we booked a garden view room but it still had an amazing view of the sea. The resort is really beautiful, with nice design and decor. The room is spacious with a lovely balcony and a great bathroom with a big walk in shower. Loads of lovely staff really made our stay special. The quality of the food was better than other all inclusive resorts we have been to and the drinks were really good.

Gorgeous hotel with kind staff and beautiful gardens! Not too far from the airport either. We are currently staying here. We got engaged here a couple of nights ago and they kindly decorated our room! Plenty of sun lounges to choose from both around the pool and on the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean with gorgeous views. The food is also great! Would highly recommend. We are looking forward to the rest of our time here!

I recently had the pleasure of staying this hotel, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for everything I needed.
What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service provided by one of the staff members, Ahmad. From the moment I arrived, Ahmad went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He was always eager to help, whether it was answering my questions, offering local recommendations, or assisting with any requests I had—always with a warm smile and genuine hospitality.
Highly recommend this place, especially if you're looking for excellent service and hospitality.

The Hotel together with every single employes is awesome, amazing.... I felt them all like a family member. First time i am so sad after i left from a hotel.Thank you Jaz Belvedere , Thank you great team...!! THANK YOU OLHA ALEXANDROVNA!! I dont know her position but she was taking care of us 7/24, from first day to last day. My daughter was very happy after hotel complimentary.
Food is quite delicious. You can find si many meat and vegan food at restaurant.

So, my husband and i, and our two friends arrived at this hotel on the 23rd April. Everything was nice and smooth, from check-in to getting into the room. However, as the days went on and we viewed the hotel properly, we thought that the hotel was nice. The main downfall was the food, we were very disappointed, as there were not many options, the food was literally catered to more of the Eastern Europeans, very bland and tasteless. There should be more variety to suit other people. For lunch, there was only 1/2 options that we liked, but it was generally the same things.
The only other issue we had was on the beach, where we wanted to relax and play our own music on our speakers. However, a lot of people were complaining that the music was too loud and it disturbed their sleep and relaxation. If people want to sleep and relax, they have a room and balcony which they can use. We paid for our visit, hotel services and we should be able to do what we want. The music was not even that loud, it was for us to enjoy as well. We still did not listen and carried on playing as, this is unfair to us as well.
In general the location and service was okay. But we wouldn’t be booking this hotel ever again. We would rather have an expensive 5 star hotel, with more variety of food, and better entertainment, as the ones they had were very boring.
