A place I most likely wouldn’t return to for a second time. If you want better service from the staff, tipping seems almost necessary; otherwise the attitude can be quite unfriendly.
The food was rather repetitive – almost the same every day, so it quickly became boring. The hotel had two restaurants, but the food selection there was not much different from the main restaurant where everyone ate. The only real difference was that in one of them you were served by waiters.
Room cleanliness was average – already on the first day when we arrived, the floors were not properly clean, which didn’t create the best first impression.
Also, when arriving at the hotel there was very little information provided. The check-in process was quick, but the staff did not explain important things such as the times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, where different areas of the hotel were located, or what activities were available. We had to find and figure out most of the information ourselves.
There were evening activities, but they ended around 11 PM. Overall, the hotel seems more suitable for retirees or families looking for a quiet and calm vacation.
On the positive side, the location of the hotel is very good. It was also nice that clean towels were provided every day and that 2–3 large bottles of water were regularly left in the room, which was very convenient. However, overall there are many small things that the hotel could improve to make the guest experience better.

We recently celebrated our 25th anniversary at Jaz Sharm Dreams in Sharm El Sheikh, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, creating a perfect setting for a special occasion.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to Mohammed, who cleaned the rooms each day with care and professionalism — our room was always spotless thanks to his efforts. Additionally, Mohammed the omelette chef was fantastic; his delicious omelettes added a lovely touch to our mornings.
Overall, Jaz Sharm Dreams provided us with a memorable and relaxing celebration. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Sharm El Sheikh.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay.
The service in the bars and restaurants was outstanding — the staff were friendly, attentive, and always smiling. Every meal was delicious and well presented, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
A special thank you to Mr. Mohamed for making our trip truly memorable. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a big difference in our experience. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us.

This was our first trip to Egypt. We travel quite often, mostly within Europe, so this experience felt new and exciting for us.
Jaz Sharm Dream made a very positive impression. At reception we were welcomed by a particularly kind and professional staff member and were pleasantly surprised to receive our room earlier than the official check-in time, which we truly appreciated. Our room was located in a quieter area of the hotel, away from the pools and entertainment zones, which suited us perfectly. It was spacious and well equipped with a small refrigerator, kettle, cups, tea and instant coffee. Although we did not need them since drinks were readily available in the restaurant, it was thoughtful to have them in the room. The bed was very wide and comfortable, and for our 11-year-old daughter an extra bed was promptly delivered and carefully prepared.
We would especially like to highlight one person who made our stay truly exceptional – our housekeeper, OMAR.
We have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this was the first time we felt such genuine and personal care from a staff member. OMAR always greeted us with a warm smile that we could see from afar. He was not only polite and professional, but sincerely attentive. His excellent English made communication easy and pleasant. Every day he asked how we were doing and whether we needed anything, and he consistently ensured that all our requests were handled quickly and efficiently.
The room was cleaned impeccably, towels for both the room and the beach were replaced regularly, and everything was maintained to a very high standard. However, what truly sets OMAR apart is his attitude. He does not simply perform his duties – he creates a welcoming atmosphere and a feeling of care. Employees like him represent the true face of the hotel. We sincerely hope that his dedication and professionalism are recognized by management, as such team members are invaluable. We are deeply grateful to him.
The hotel grounds are very well maintained, with many swimming pools. However, our priority was the sea, so we used the pool only once, mainly for our daughter. The aqua park is not very large, but the attractions are safe and enjoyable, adding variety to the stay. The beach is clean and sandy, and there are several coral areas where you can see beautifully colored fish.
The restaurant offered a sufficient variety of food, with more options available at lunch and dinner. At breakfast, the omelette chef Mohamed stood out – always in a great mood and even remembering guests’ preferences the next day. Overall, the restaurant staff were very kind and attentive. We were most often served by Bassam Abu Mohammaidain, who was warm, friendly, and even taught us a few Arabic words.
However, we would like to mention one area for improvement. The two employees preparing pizza and grilled meat outside often appeared unfriendly and unhappy, which contrasted noticeably with the otherwise smiling and welcoming staff. The staff member at the ice cream cart also seemed unfriendly. Apart from this, the rest of the team was truly excellent.
Overall, we had a very good stay, and OMAR’s professionalism and genuine kindness made it especially memorable. Employees like him create loyalty and make guests want to return.
