Myself Paul and my Wife Carol have just returned from a 10 day holiday at this Resort and I would say one of the best holidays I have had.
The room was just short of excellent as the shower room just needs brightening up.
Food was excellent with lots of choice.
The staff were more than excellent intact they spoil you and such lovely people who are so helpful.
All the staff round the bottom pool just could not do enough for you.
A big mention to the chef he was so good and helpful.
Must also mention the Indian restaurant and the rooftop restaurant, you have to pay a small amount eat at these 2 restaurants but I highly recommend you give them both a try as you will not be disappointed.
Finally a big thankyou to all for making this holiday one of the best

Best Hotel Experience Ever – A True Gem!
I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world, but this one has easily become my absolute favorite. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with a level of warmth, professionalism, and care that is truly rare to find in the hospitality industry.
The rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, and the facilities were top-notch—whether it was the relaxing pool, the delicious dining options, or the peaceful ambiance throughout the property, everything exceeded my expectations.
What truly elevated this experience, however, was the exceptional leadership and personal touch of the General Manager, Mr. Hany Tawfick. I want to extend my deepest gratitude and heartfelt congratulations to the owner of xperience Sea Breeze for making the wise decision to have Mr. Hany at the helm. He is a true gentleman whose dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests sets a gold standard for hospitality.
Mr. Hany was visible, approachable, and always ready with a warm smile and helpful attitude. He and his team went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed, valued, and comfortable. It wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience filled with thoughtful gestures, excellent service, and a sense of being truly cared for.
This hotel didn’t just meet my expectations; it redefined them. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already looking forward to my next visit.
If you’re looking for a place where luxury meets heart, look no further xperience Sea Breeze is hospitality at its finest. A huge thank you to Mr. Hany and the entire team for making this a stay I’ll never forget.

Xperience Sea Breeze Resort – Could Be Great, But the Food Ruins It
I’m writing this review so someone responsible hopefully reads it and takes action — because this resort has real potential, but it’s badly let down by the food and drink.
The positives: the air conditioning is excellent throughout the hotel, the outdoor seating areas are lovely, and the evening entertainment is genuinely enjoyable — I especially liked the Russian songs. The staff were friendly and did their best to help, which I really appreciated.
Unfortunately, the biggest issue is the food and drink. It tasted reheated, bland, and low quality. The breakfast cakes were stale, and the soft drinks were flat and unpleasant. Worse, the food gave me a bad stomach and severe diarrhoea early in my stay — after that, I avoided the resort food completely and ate out for the rest of the trip.
The rooms are basic and dated, but clean — fine if you’re not expecting luxury.
If the resort fixed the food and drink situation, it could be a genuinely great place to stay. But in its current state, I can’t recommend it.
This review isn’t written to complain — it’s to urge improvements, because guests deserve better.

The hotel has more positives than negatives.
Room was good, comfortable bed, good air con, cleaned every day to a good standard.
Pool is nice, no major rush for sunbeds. Romany the lifeguard reserved us our sunbed each day, and Mounir and Yousef kept us hydrated every day.
Ahmed in YourBar also kept us with plenty of drinks :)
Food is very tasty and plentiful. The Mongolian restaurant and Elements bbq is very good.
The major negative is for me is that the main dining restaurant is far too small, making it a chaotic and not very pleasant experience. People pushing in to get the hot fresh food rather than queue, people reaching between people's legs to get plates. It's a really poor and stressful experience and makes me knock this to 3/5 even though everything else was great.
Another big negative is the fact the hotel is full of extremely rude russians. Awful.

We were at the hotel from 20 to 27 February. The hotel was nice and clean , the staff very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and cleaned every day. Food was good but the selection was small, probably because the restaurant wasn't big enough. Many thanks to the spa team. The sauna and massage were great, the masseurs know exactly what they are doing. Many thanks. Generally everything was ok. The animators were the worst. They tried but they were not very good at it.
