A very good, high-quality hotel – beautiful marble, a very attractive and elegant lobby and reception. Plenty of attractions at the hotel, including a choice of à la carte restaurants once a week – Italian or Mexican (elegant!). The food is delicious, with a wide selection and interesting themed dinner options (e.g., an evening with typical Turkish cuisine). You could say it's literally a small town – it has everything. A spa, a hairdresser, a beauty salon, souvenir and clothing shops… luxurious rooms, a beautiful sea view. Great attractions, fun events during the day, delicious food… A fantastic hotel with incredibly friendly staff.🤩

The worst “5 stars” hotel we’ve ever stayed in – feels like a bad 3-star at best We travel between 4 and 6 times a year, and honestly, this is the worst “5-star” hotel we have ever seen. Many 4-star hotels are miles better. I’ll keep it short because nobody reads long reviews – here are the quick negatives: A la carte: Paper napkins, all food served cold at the same time. Turkish restaurant = fries, pasta, nuggets, some meat, and mayo & ketchup in sachets. No thanks! Not enough staff: 10 minutes in line for eggs, another 10 for coffee, another 10 for a drink. Basically, you spend your holiday queueing. Turkish guests treated better: Just look at the 5-star reviews – most are Turkish names. Sadly, non-Turkish guests are treated worse. Restaurant chaos: In 9 days we only got wine twice. Nobody asks, nobody cares. No cutlery on tables. You walk around like crazy looking for a place to sit. It feels like a school canteen, not a restaurant. Lights off at 10:00 sharp: Breakfast ends at 10:00 and they literally turn the lights off while you eat. We were still finishing with our 14-month-old baby and had to eat in the dark. Disgraceful. Food quality: The same cheap, heavily processed food every day. Fruits: Bananas cut into 4 tiny pieces. Only apples, pears, and sometimes melon. For such a huge hotel – this is embarrassing. Reception: When my wristband broke, the man almost twisted my hand off. Extremely rude and aggressive. Parking discrimination: We rented a car to visit Antalya Mall. Guards refused to let us in, saying parking was full – while Turkish families were allowed in, laughing and joking. We’ve travelled to many countries and never felt so disrespected. This hotel left a horrible aftertaste. We’ll never come back.

The staff at this hotel were extremely rude. They refused to serve things and would argue or complain if you asked for something simple like more ice or another drink. They sat around talking in Turkish and almost making fun of you or talking behind your back, could not speak English, and overall showed no hospitality at all. Because of the staff, I would never recommend anyone to come to this hotel. On top of that, clothes went missing from the room. I am not saying it was stolen, but it is very disappointing that clothes disappear, even if it was by mistake. The food was not very good, but it was still possible to eat. Out of several staff members, I only met two who gave me a truly nice and warm welcome. All the others had no sense of service or guest-friendliness whatsoever. Honestly, this hotel is nothing compared to White City, where I stayed two years ago. I should never have chosen this one. Overall, the staff were far too rude, the service was on a very low level, and the price is much too high for what you actually get. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

My experience at Vikingen Infinity Resort & Spa was highly disappointing and did not reflect the standards one would expect from a so-called “five-star” resort. While the room itself was clean and adequately maintained, almost every other aspect of the stay was unacceptable. The food was of very poor quality, with minimal variety and little to no flavor. The layout of the resort is impractical, requiring long walks just to reach the restaurant or the beach. The staff were frequently rude and unprofessional, and communication was nearly impossible, as most employees spoke only Turkish with very limited English. To make matters worse, internet access was not complimentary and had to be paid for — something that should be standard in any modern hotel. The shops inside the resort are outrageously overpriced, clearly taking advantage of guests. Overall, this hotel is far from the luxurious image it tries to present. I strongly would not recommend Vikingen Infinity Resort & Spa to anyone expecting quality service, good food, or a pleasant holiday experience.

The hotel is really great, full of various facilities for both children and adults. The food is fantastic, something for everyone's taste. The staff is very friendly, and everything is clean everywhere. I recommend it to everyone.

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. As prior to checking in we saw lots of terrible reviews and videos on TikTok. It made us really nervous about coming. We had decided to set our expectations really low to save disappointment. However all encounters with the staff we found them to be friendly. We was really happy with our bedroom. We had seen stuff about cockroaches being infested but we never saw any cockroach in the hotel or on the premises. I think people should remember cockroaches are very common in Spain. The room was very clean and we can’t fault the house keeping team. Only downfall with the bedroom is there is no TV remote or Fan. You have to pay money for these as reception what I think is a bit cheeky as that should be standard in the price you pay. However it wasn’t to much of an issue. The facilities was great as there is a shop onsite and two swimming pools. There was plenty of sun loungers and we didn’t have issues with getting one. Plenty of drink choices in the all inclusive. We only struggled as some was to strong for us but that’s because we are use to the uk measurements so perfect if your wanting to get drunk. The all inclusive buffet wasn’t the best but it wasn’t as bad as we thought. Breakfast is good. The fresh salads, breads and fruits they always have out was very fresh. Meals was very repetitive but I’m a vegetarian and was worried I would struggle. However was a few veggie things and I lived of there pasta every night. Location is good and plenty of restaurants near by. We are going to come back in the future the only thing that nearly put me off is the loud noise. As it’s near the strip and a budget hotel it’s filled with lots of young people that are loud at night so it is difficult to sleep properly. So if you are coming with young children I wouldn’t recommend.

Me and 2 other friends went for 5 nights 1st week of spetember and for the price (about £550 each) it was definitely worth it. Room was great with a very new looking bathroom. All inclusive is definitely the go to move as the food was great (tiktok dosent do the food much justice). Wouldn't say this hotel isn't for families but there's definitely other hotels i would choose espionage since hotel is only a 5 min walk from the strip. Overall, for the price I genuinely thought the hotel was perfect and would definitely consider staying again.

Would not recommend. Terrible noise levels of young drunk young groups.Weed dealing witnessed on site. Not a place for families with young children at all. Food was under par, very repetitive and bar snacks were half a sandwich cold pizza and hotdogs. The whole resort needs a very large makeover,very dated rooms. Wifi was terrible, we paid for two weeks of which we got two days worth, requested a refund and got it. No air conditioning so hired a fan for 30.€ deposit of which we got 10€ back RIP OFF! No advertised entertainment. Sunbeds had to be cleared poolside by 5pm. Sorry Las Piramedes we won’t be back anytime soon

Very nice hotel for what you pay for. The food is lovely, they offer a variety of food including meat dishes, pasta, pizza, and plenty of fruit and vegetables. The rooms are lovely and clean, and rooms get cleaned often and towels etc replaced. The staff are lovely, the location is perfect, that being only a 20 minute walk from Siam Park and a 5 minute walk from the strip and beach. The pool is a great size and never too busy. I would say though that the hotel is full of young people, so I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for families due to the noise at night from young people going out. However if you are a young group of people like I was then this hotel is perfect. The hotel is decor could probably do with an update but I can’t complain since it didn’t affect my stay in anyway. Overall a great stay and great value.

Alot of negative reviews but we loved it, drinks were nice (San Miguel is the beer) local spirits were decent and pretty strong. Only real complaint would be that there is no air con but did find a rental company that supplied portable units for about 40 euros for the week. Food in the restaurant was more that acceptable with a decent selection. Overall we had a great holiday.

From arriving late due to delay at airport Nobody on reception. We shouted for service and a scruffy man came out stinking of smoke. He had an infection in his nose and we could see the infected bubble just hanging. That put me off straight away. He threw the bands on the desk and said DOOR. we took ourselves in the lift. The room was very clean and tidy and the cleaning staff made sure it stayed that way. The lifts are appalling and having to wait is the normal. The food was ok very repetitive but you could always find something tasty. The bar was 18 deep sometimes 22 waiting to be served. The entertainment area bar was very good and friendly staff kept it moving with no problems. We have been to this Hotel at least 3 times over the years and this will be the last. It’s certainly Gone downhill and so has the clientele.

The hotel is a bit dated but this is not a negative really. Got the Spanish vibes. Staff are lovely and very helpful. I am not a drinker so we not really using the pub downstairs but at the pool bar the drinks are ok.Good choice of food in the restaurant as well.A lot of old Spanish ladies but they just make me smile.They always look nice and I wish I will be able to enjoy my retirement like they are 😁

Terrible. The photos give a false image. Child pool is absolutely tiny. For babies. Food on buffet cold…including the hot food! Not enough staff on bars. Queueing for 15 minutes on average. Even longer wait for lifts. Reception staff don’t or pretend to not speak English. Bad….very bad!

Terrible, went here for 10 nights in late Sep 25. Facilities are rubbish no outside lounge or pool area, a few tables at the front next to the busy main road if you can get one not enough for number of rooms. Staff for the most part are dismissive verging on rude. The lifts are a joke if you need one you have an average of 10 mins wait. The first night we had a power cut in our room, couldn't unpack. On two days there was not water until mid afternoon, no advanced warning. I could go on but you get the picture. I'm normally a bit forgiving with reviews but no here our worst experience ever.

We recently stayed for 9 nights at Hotel Magic Cristal Park with an all-inclusive package. Our initial room had no phone signal, no view, and no hair dryer. However, after speaking with the manager on the second day, she was incredibly kind and responsive. While we had lunch, she resolved everything within 20 minutes and moved us to a much nicer room that had all we needed. She also explained that the hotel is undergoing renovations, improving room by room. Some may find the style old-fashioned, but that’s part of the hotel's charm—they’re preserving its classic look while upgrading the facilities. The food was absolutely amazing—many compliments and blessings to the chefs! Great variety, delicious flavors, and consistent quality throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean, and we highly recommend tipping the hardworking housekeeping staff. If you've ever worked in a hotel, you’ll know how tough their job is—they truly deserve recognition. The location is also a big plus: just two streets away from the beach, making it very convenient. Right below the hotel, there’s a mini-market where you can find pretty much anything you need, and the prices are very fair. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend Hotel Magic Cristal Park to anyone looking for a cozy, all-inclusive stay in Benidorm with great service.

Let’s start with the good point. LOCATION. Room are dated but can’t complain with how clean they were fresh towels daily That’s the only positive this hotel provides. Arrived Wednesday hotel was pretty quiet food very limited but did manage egg on toast. By Thursday the full hotel was rammed (fully understand it was Eid) 99% of the hotel was occupied by Turkish people celebrating which I have zero issue with however the hotel seemed to them only accommodate for them,food music and even speaking! The hotel was so full we could never get space around the pool or at entrainment,which resulted in us having to seek alternative outside the hotel, no ideal on a ALL INCLUSIVE HOLIDAY. Due to the celebrations we had people around the pool till 6AM YES 6AM!! Playing music and drinking then by 9am pools rammed again. Hotel allowed this just going to say this as a fact if that was British people we would have been made to leave the pool and keep are noise down!! After day 1 the food was totally inedible couldn’t find anything we could eat other than chips so again we eat out everyday. Will say most of the guests were friendly despite the language barrier however some were rude and entitled. Wouldn’t come again

Honestly, it was a great vacation resort especially for families. We were looking for some quality time and we were really satisfied with the experience. There's a shop at the hotel with all kinds of products (swimming equipments, tobacco etc) and reasonable prices. Besides, there's a pool for kids which is safe and fun. Staff were polite, food was great and drinks were awesome. I have to say we are not peaky wirh the room furniture and didnt have any problems with rhe room either. We would definitely come here again in the following years.

Completely disgraceful. We booked two rooms at this hotel was told by a man who works for the hotel Sezar we can get a refund as one room was not going to be used due to other half not comings He said we have to give him more money for the refund to be transferred. He took our money and said he will refund it back. We returned back and did not receive a refund from the guy. We informed the hotel and spoke to Mehmet Ayhan in regards to this we received no help at all from the hotel as this is someone that works in the hotel. Our money has been taken and nothing has been done to help us. I have several times contacted the hotel they responded and then did not respond again!!! Please be careful of this hotel!! Do not recommend at all!!! Be careful before you book!!!

We have just returned from an amazing 7-night stay at Mitsis Rinela in Crete and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the moment we arrived the service was outstanding. A very special mention must go to Ioanna on the front reception. She was truly exceptional – caring, kind and so friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. In the Greek Taverna the restaurant manager was absolutely incredible (I wish I could remember his name!). He made our experience unforgettable greeting us with the warmest hug every time we visited and looking after us so well. His hospitality and genuine kindness made us feel so welcome. Maria who worked in the Taverna at breakfast was also wonderful – always kind and friendly while making the most amazing omelettes. We had many laughs with her and she really set us up for the day. The Italian restaurant was another highlight. The restaurant manager there (again I sadly can’t recall her name) was fantastic – attentive, professional and always smiling. The food in the Italian restaurant was outstanding and one of the best meals of the holiday. My favourite time of day however was at the beach bar. The team there were simply brilliant. George and Manos working behind the bar were outstanding – always cheerful, remembering our names and even our drinks. Every time my glass was nearly empty another one would be poured without me needing to ask. That to me is second-to-none service. On the beach itself Lefteris and the waiting staff were all fantastic but the real standout was Sofia. She is such a wonderful young lady – happy, bubbly and so caring. Every morning she would give me a big hug and ask how I was doing which was just lovely and made me feel so welcome. As Mentor level within the Mitsis Club we were upgraded to beautiful sea-view rooms and had complimentary room service which we enjoyed a couple of evenings while sitting on the balcony listening to the waves – such a perfect way to relax. Everywhere we went the hotel was spotless the food was excellent and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The only small disappointment was during a wine-tasting evening. While the staff themselves were as always lovely we were told we had been invited by the management but the F&B Manager who attended did not introduce himself which felt a little impersonal. That aside everything else was faultless. This is by far one of the best Mitsis hotels I have ever stayed in and thanks to the amazing staff who made our holiday so memorable we will absolutely be back next year!

We had a wonderful time at Mitzis Rinella Hotel, and one of the absolute highlights of our stay was the amazing service at the bar. A big thank you to Kostas, Christina, and Aris – you truly made our holiday unforgettable! From the very first day, they knew exactly what we liked (and what we didn’t), created fantastic drinks, and made sure we were always having fun. We laughed a lot together, had such nice conversations, and felt completely taken care of. Their energy, kindness, and professionalism made every evening at the bar something special. We stayed at this hotel for a few days and our experience was truly wonderful! The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we expected. What really stood out, however, was the hotel bar. The atmosphere was fantastic, with very friendly people who made us feel right at home. The bartenders were polite, attentive, and clearly knew their craft every cocktail we tried was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was truly the highlight of our stay! We looked forward to every single meal at the main restaurant, and it never disappointed. Stayed here with my boyfriend for 5 nights and had a great time. We had all inclusive and we really feel like it was such a good deal. All spirits + mixers are included essentially meaning you can make whatever cocktail you want. Food varies everyday and is very good for the price you pay. The pool is great with loads of space and sun loungers. Entertainment every night. Hotel staff, bar staff and cleaning staff are all lovely. Especially George and Micheal and the pool bar who provided us with loads of recommendations. Overall definitely worth the money.

Blue Sea Costa Bastian is a decent hotel. Rooms were acceptably presented with adequate facilities. Where this hotel excels is the people who work there. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard daily. Customer service was fantastic. No problem was too much for them to deal with. We had an issue with the air conditioning, it was repaired the same day we reported it. I have seen on here people moaning about the "eco cup" scheme. The hotel takes a euro deposit per cup and reimburses it at the end of your stay. For this you enjoy a pool area with no broken glass, no empty glasses cluttering up tables and a warm feeling you are doing right by the environment! Food at the hotel is of a moderate standard with plenty of choice for everyone. The only real downside is that the location is slightly out of the way. Costa Teguise is about a fifteen minute walk from the hotel. The local taxi services are so good and affordable this isn't much of a problem. All in all we had a great stay and really enjoyed our holiday. Thanks Blue Sea, for giving us a budget friendly holiday in a beautiful part of the world.

Fun filled holiday. Lots to keep you entertained. We booked this only 18days prior to flying. And have been very impressed, rooms are lovely and beds made daily. Day activities for adults and kids. We have struggled with lack of variety of food for my daughter. Always pasta and chips as a good fall back option, but definitely always something to eat if you can push our boundaries of normal English food. Pool and slides are a great hit. Sadly no inflatables allowed other than a very small inflable ring. This should be more clearly signposted as disappointing when you enter the water and get a whistle blown at you to get out. Also no balls allowed, this does take away from the fun that kids want at a pool. No fault of the hotel but the beaches are a 15 or 25min walk away and in the heat not ideal for young ones walking there. Overall I have enjoyed my stay here and glad we booked it last minute. 4 stars. Thank you everyone.

Had such a good time staying here. The animation team made sure we had a great time, especially Marina and also the staff at the dining area and bars were so so friendly, George was very kind and attentive. The video 360 was so much fun, Rami was such a nice guy he made sure we had such a good time. Would definitely recommend, it’s great fun with friends! Very good resort.

2 star as we were forced to give a 5 star review to use a 360 photo which we was then not aloud to use😂 good location very quiet area but not far from the square and water park, beach area very rocky but if you continue walking there’s a nice cove to relax. Bar staff are friendly, rooms cleaned to a great standard, just don’t leave valuables in the room as we met a couple who had a gold chain stolen and the lady who sells excursions interrupted and was shouting saying it’s not their staff and to call the police knowing they wouldn’t have a leg to stand on. main entertainment woman was great very friendly got you involved remembered names etc, the younger girls on entertainment were a little cold especially towards other younger girls but were fine with men. Food is okay if you’re not a picky eater but there is great food places around if you leave the resort. Cocktails aren’t included in the all inclusive but they do offer a cocktail of the day which you can get, the spirits taste watered down so ask for abit more. Don’t leave towels out especially if you rent one from reception, if you leave them out to dry staff will take them so you don’t get a deposit back, ours was left to dry on the ground floor terrace whilst we had showers and was taken. If you want a chill holiday this is an okay destination for the price, if you want a more upbeat holiday I’d look for a different destination on the island. If you do want to enjoy their entertainment go out early seats go fast and there’s not much space

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, which made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and I really appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s design. The location is perfect – close to the main attractions but still quiet enough for a peaceful rest. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. I also enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere in the hotel lounge, which was a great place to unwind after a busy day. It’s worth noting at the beginning that, by Turkish standards, the hotel is really reasonably priced. The hotel has 4 stars, and that’s how I rate it – I remember the trip fondly, though the poolside animations were unfortunately a bit annoying and repetitive. The animators didn’t understand that some people didn’t want to participate. The location is good, the food is good – service depends on the day. I recommend it for those with low expectations!

I booked this hotel because my villa vacation was cancelled last minute, so this was a last-minute choice. When I arrived, I was shocked by how crowded it was. The hotel was full, mainly with guests from Poland. The pool was always packed – it was nearly impossible to find a free sunbed. The food was good for the first three days, but after that, I started to miss variety. During the day, the all-inclusive offer was very limited: mostly fries, hamburgers, and salad. The beach is about 750 meters away, and you have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas. The beds were extremely hard, which made sleeping uncomfortable. I booked for 10 days but left after 7 because I got bored and couldn’t take it anymore. The massage at the hotel was okay, but the hygiene in that area could definitely be better. One thing that was really good: the cleanliness of the hotel. The cleaning staff work very hard and everything looked spotless. Big compliment for that! Overall, an okay experience – but I’d recommend this hotel for a maximum of 3–4 days.

I am currently staying at this hotel and I am very disappointed. On the first day, we were greeted very badly by two receptionists (a man and a woman) who didn't give us a warm welcome, the man didn't even look at us and the woman just stared at us weirdly. I'm sorry but I consider that there is a minimum in the reception. You pay for a hotel for a very good welcome. The 2nd negative point is the sun lounger places, since I've been here I haven't had a single place on a sun lounger. A hotel should have so many more deckchairs so that people can enjoy the pool. Guests get up at 7am to put their towels on the sunbeds and go about their business. It's really the first time I've seen this. Not great food. Yesterday we went out to eat because the food wasn't very good. 4. Very nice security guard though. That's good. In any case, review your management of the hotel because I find that the value for money is not there.

The food at this hotel is very limited in variety. Desserts were almost identical—just the same mush in different colors. Hard to believe there wasn’t even any baklava! On top of that, about half of our group suffered food poisoning during and after our stay. Housekeeping was also disappointing—some staff didn’t clean properly and often left towels and bed sheets unchanged. The shuttle service only goes to the town centre twice a day, but there’s no return option, which is inconvenient. Meal times are strict—if lunch ends at 2 pm, you’re told to leave the dining tables by 2:15 pm. The best thing about this place is the massage packages and their reasonable prices.

This hotel is lovely and as long as you are going with the expectation that you are staying in a 3* hotel and not a 5* hotel you should have a wonderful time. Pros- Clean and spacious hotel. Housekeeping are wonderful and keep rooms/communal areas clean to a high standard. Reception staff and bar staff are always happy to help and friendly. 3 different pool areas to suit everyone NO FIGHTING FOR SUN LOUNGERS, you can find one at any point in the day as people don't leave their towels on all day and only use it for an hour. Food plentiful and fresh. Room adequate for the amount of time spent in them. Cons- Any local shop is around a 20 minute walk apart from the on site shop which is rather expensive. Food can be a little repetitive. Childrens entertainment can be a little rubbish depending on which staff is doing the mini disco which is only half an hour long at 20.30 which is a little late. Unless your child is put into kids club during the day they are not included by staff on an evening. The bunk beds are not adequate for a young child to sleep on top as there is only half a bar that stops them from falling off. (My 10 YO didn't feel overly safe up there)

Stay as far away from this hotel as possible! Everything about mine and my friend’s experience here was awful, start to finish. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are extremely poor, the carpets throughout the hotel lobbies and stairs are covered in stains, both the inside and outside the tables were hardly ever clean and the reusable cups aren’t cleaned properly, they’re just sprayed and rinsed, no proper cleaning or sanitation of the rims of the cups where you drink from, and the bar staff were always annoyed whenever we asked for new cups. The staff in general had an appalling attitude towards us, reception staff were blunt and not helpful, the bar staff were always annoyed whenever you asked for anything, the beach transfer driver had no regards for safety and would constantly overfill the minivan. The only shining light of the staff was the lovely woman in the hotel shop, she was always smiling and happy and would dance and joke with me and my friends whenever we entered her shop. The manager, who told us his name was GM, was the most unprofessional and rude person we encountered. He demanded us into his office, and originally only tried getting the girls of the group in the office with him and refusing to let the boys come in with them. We refused this and all went in together, where he was extremely aggressive and nasty in tone towards us and our complaints about the quality of the hotel. He was condescending and confrontational and was trying to abuse his power over us asking questions like “do you know who is the one giving the orders here? Me.” The whole conversation he was arguing with us against our complaints and not being cooperative to resolve any of them, and using it being 3 star hotel as an excuse for all the faults rather than wanting to improve our experience. He also stereotypes us from the beginning of the conversation, assuming we came for a party holiday and to be clubbing, when all we were looking for was a relaxing poolside holiday. The pool area was also disgusting, the first day we arrived the pool was taped off for “cleaning purposes” but there was no cleaning happening, it just reopened and nothing had changed about it. The food was always freezing cold, even the hot food had no warmth at all, we tried the beans, sausage, and bacon and they were all stone cold. The bread rolls were the only thing we ate after this and even they weren’t the best. We saw countless other reviews from the last month about how the food was making people ill and after visiting the hotel, we can see exactly why it made them so ill. The hotel is also full of bugs and animals, we saw a rat scurrying around the pool bar, and found silverfish, ants, earwigs, and countless other bugs and creatures in our hotel rooms. The rooms aren’t cleaned properly, they are full of stains and black mould, and feel extremely dirty to be in. I had some sort of slime come off the door and stain my finger, as well as the lights coming out of the wall, flooding bathrooms, and the no locks on the door. Everything about this place made me and my friends feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Definitely not a family friendly hotel and definitely not a place to ever consider staying.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of June. The hotel was clean, lovely pools - but what really made our holiday was the quality of the kids club and the entertainment team. They brought our shy 7 year old completely out of her shell, Angie, Jordan and Daniel are always talked about in our household this summer! The food was repetitive and more child friendly options would have been welcomed, however, it is a 3 star hotel therefore somewhat expected. We would 100% come back just for the entertainment team alone!

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days and my experience was disappointing. The hotel is very old and not well maintained. Despite being on 6th floor, there were ants everywhere. Food was another issue. Although there were always some options, the quality was poor and often felt like it was made from leftovers from day before. As a vegan, I was told before booking that I would be accommodated, but in reality the kitchen staff were not very helpful. The one positive was that fresh and tasty melon was available every day. The most ridiculous thing is that you get a plastic cup for the drinks and have to carry them with you all the time for your all length of stay. They staff just rinse it before pouring the drink. The pool area was the biggest letdown. The hotel is overcrowded. It was always dirty with floating hair and rubbish, and I never saw anyone cleaning the pool area during the day. The hotel is also far from everything, which we were aware of before coming. To my surprise The hotel is located near sewage, which made the stay even more unpleasant. It smelled horrible from every part of the hotel. On the positive side, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, and my kid enjoyed the slides at the pool and the mini golf. Overall, for the high price we paid, I really regret booking this hotel. I cannot recommend it, and I wish I had chosen another place to stay in Mallorca.

We stayed for 5 nights in mid-September, my husband, my 1 year and 8 month old baby and I. I confess that it wasn't very pleasant as it was a 3 star hotel, but this was really bad. Ok, let's go. They put us on the first floor in front of the terrace and the large extractor fan extremely noisy I believe was from the air conditioning that only turned off at midnight, so this noise tormented us all day until late. In the room there wasn't even a kettle (which was offered to be "rented" at the reception What?) or a minibar to make life easier for the family. The room and bathroom need renovation, the bad smell in the bathroom was bothersome, no sound insulation? During the night we could hear everything that was going on in the corridors when other guests passed by. There was actually quite a variety of fruits and salads, which really saved us, the main food was always cold, really inedible. We only saw pork, chicken or hamburger as meat? As we were with a child, we ended up staying in the shallow pool in complex even though it was 30 degrees, it was cold. I think there is sewage near the pool bar, it took over the whole pool area, the bad smell didn't make us comfortable there. The location is very bad, far from anything, the vans that take you to the beach had a long wait and were crowded, we chose to rent a car on the first day to save our holiday. We ended up spending more (on travel and restaurants) and we could have stayed in a better hotel. The service provided by the staff was one of the positive points, everyone was courteous to us. I really don't like giving good reviews but there is no way to be happy on vacation in a hotel like this, I hope they improve so that other families don't ruin their vacations.

Serenity Alma heights was the best holiday we have had, my daughter loved it from start to finish. This hotel has everything you would need especially if you have children. The man who overlooked the aqua park was more than friendly and took care of our seats and towels every morning and was so thoughtful and caring, such a lovely man who made our stay extra special. We recommend this hotel and will definitely be back again for our next holiday. 10/10 with no fault at all on our stay, only positive! Can’t wait to go back.

🌴 Review I had a wonderful stay at Sunshine Crete Beach & Village. The location is perfect — right by the sea, with a beautiful view and easy beach access. The pools are large, clean, and great for relaxing. The hotel staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The breakfast was enjoyable, with enough variety to start the day well. Booking through Agoda also included free breakfast, which was a nice bonus. The rooms were spacious and clean, though the interior design felt a little bit old-fashioned. Still, everything was comfortable and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our holidays at the Sunshine Crete Beach Hotel. We have stayed in a semi-separate apartment out of the main building. It was clean and quiet. We asked for a sea-view room but we could barely see the sea as it was mostly hidden by other buildings which was not so big issue at the end as we did not spend much time in the room anyway. The catering was also great in the main restaurant and at the beach bar. The overall atmosphere was perfect, mostly thanks to the animation team. They took care of the children as well as of adults during the day and evening. There was always something to do and it was always fun. Amongst others stretching and aqua aerobics in the morning, water polo and some competition in the afternoon, and a mini-disco for kids with another competition or karaoke and a disco in the evening. Go, animators, go!

An amazing two weeks at this wonderful hotel. Everything was excellent - the room, food, staff. They welcomed us at 4am and were so kind and helpful, it was a great start after a long journey with young children. The hotel is just lovely, with so many facilities. Everything for kids was perfect and the food was delicious with plenty of choice. Even if you don’t have children, there’s plenty to enjoy. Could not recommend enough.

We enjoyed our stay here. We were there with our 6 months old and everything was perfect. There was an option to get baby food in the restaurant. They cater for gluten intolerants as well. The allergens are showed adequately and maitre'd was very accommodating and took great lengths to provide gluten free food. Gluten free bread was provided, there were sweets and treats too. There was one time when the bread was in the same container as the meet skewers, but after I told them that that is not gluten free anymore, they removed the sign. Unfortunately too late, my wife already ate a slice of pita and she got sick in the night. The room is nice. The pools are also good, our 6 month old enjoyed the baby pool. The hotel also has it's own beach. The gym is smaller than what I expected based on the photos. I think that is the disadvantage of fish-eye optics :)

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at this hotel. We would definitely recommend it others and return ourselves. The entertainment was great and all the entertainment team worked really hard. My daughter loved the kids club and mini disco in the evening. The girls in the kids club were really professional and I always felt happy leaving my daughter in their care. My daughter Juniper especially loved CECILE she was so sweet and friendly and was fantastic with the children. My daughter was really sad to say goodbye to her at the end of our holiday. The kids loved the mini disco and I'm sure we'll be singing the songs and doing the dances for months to come. We shows we watched were very entertaining and professional. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Our room was a bungalow room and we found this modern and well equipped. We really liked the pool near our room with the swim up bar. The pools were a bit chilly but that's to be expected in September. It would of been nice if the indoor pool had of been heated as the pools were too cold for my baby. We spent many days on the beach and it was great to have your own private area. We did have to get there early to get a sunbed on nice days. It was a bit windy on our last days so we couldn't go on the beach but enjoyed the pools instead. It would be nice if their was a bar on the beach to get drinks from. The food at the hotel is amazing and always so much variety. We enjoyed all our meals and especially liked the pasta station in the evening. We visited the Isla restaurant one night which included in our all inclusive package. This restaurant is beautiful and has fantastic views but sadly we were disappointed with the food and much preferred the restaurant in Marina Beach. We would definitely return to this hotel if we come to Crete again. All the staff were so friendly and helpful.

We had the best family holiday at the Sol Marina Beach in August. It was our first time in Crete and we loved this hotel - food was great, drinks well made and staff were amazing. We spent the mornings on the hotel’s part of the beach, snorkelling and relaxing, Gyros from the hotel snack bar taken down to the beach for lunch and then the afternoons at one of the pools. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough.

I stayed at Playa Park Club with my friend and mum for my hen, they were perfect. The staff were all lovely, there were activities all day throughout the day and there is evening entertainment which was also good. If you’re someone who wants more intense and busy entertainment, I would recommend going outside the hotel for this, but the location is perfect. The highlight of the stay was the room and food. All the food was lovely, labelled well and often cooked fresh in front of you. There was always plenty of options and really good for picky eaters (like myself). The room was amazing, we had a room where you could pull a slide door between us so it felt like two rooms. The beds were really comfortable and the room was really clean and spacious with a lovely balcony. I would definitely return to this hotel. It is perfect for families and couples. They had a rooftop adult only pool which was lovely, but we spent most our time by the main pool. We visited the spa and had a massage which was very good and the prices were reasonable for an in house hotel service. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Not enough sun loungers.... If you don’t mind getting up by 7:30 am to put your bags by an umbrella and then waiting until 9 am with everyone else to get a sun lounger, this is a great hotel. Everything else is lovely, but there simply aren’t enough beds in peak season, and there’s no system (like I've seen at other hotels) to remove towels from beds left vacant for hours. So you end up paying €10 per bed up by the infinity pool, or you go out. If you do go out, most people opt for a taxi into town. Otherwise, it’s a 15‑minute walk to the main road and another 15 to get into the heart of town, like the music square. The town is lovely, and a pint of local lager is about €3, and meals are reasonably priced. The food at the hotel is great, so we only ate out occasionally. You are also a 15 to 20 minute walk from the water park. A walk to the nearest beach is about 5 minutes, head for the Sunset Lounge, a great little beach bar and like the name of the bar a nice spot to watch the sunset. There is a small shopping village with a supermarket and a pharmacy a few minutes away from the hotel with a taxi rank, just head past the police station (the big grey building), the shopping village also has a street market twice a week. Its a lovely hotel, but I am torn about going back because, I just don't like fighting for beds by the pool.

Exceptional Service by Ayman at Sea Beach Aqua Park Resort From the moment we checked in at the Sea Beach Aqua Park Resort, we knew we were in for a special stay. Ayman at the reception provided truly outstanding service. He was exceptionally professional, attentive, and listened to our entire request, making us feel genuinely special as we celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary. The hotel itself is amazing, the views from our room are astonishing, and we honestly cannot fault anything about our experience. A huge thank you again to Ayman and the entire team for making our anniversary memorable! We highly recommend this resort.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel. We really enjoyed our planned seaside vacation. It's a wonderful and romantic place, with vast and beautiful grounds. We took photoshoots, went on excursions, and drove around Sharm at night—it was magical! The hotel has a fantastic water park and entertainers! Volleyball and aqua aerobics are among our favorite activities, and Zumba is a blast to dance to! We went to a show every evening; they have a varied program: fire shows, belly dancing, performances by visiting groups, vocal evenings, and competitions. We had a fantastic time; there was definitely no time to be bored. And let's not forget the pool parties, the Olympic pool games, and the foam party. We went everywhere and had such a great time! Thanks to the hotel management and staff for such a warm welcome; we were very impressed!

I stayed at this hotel on the first week of September: The Location (2/5): the hotel is far from the major towns of Sharm cheikh (Soho square, naama bay, old market), transpiration is not always available to those places, there are some shops outside the hotel though. The Rooms (2/5): the rooms are old, old furniture, bad isolation (not soundproof), need some maintenance and renovations. Cleanliness (4/5): the rooms are clean, no hair in the shower that's a good sign , the sheets and towels are clean too, they change the towels , the hotel over all is clean. Service (4/5) : good service, the staff is very polite and nice, very helpful, 2 negatif points : some people will ask for a tip for every service they provide , and you may feel that they give foreigners a better services. Pool (4/5) : large pool, always clean, lifeguards always watching and helping every one , the pool itself is not crowded but the seats around the pool are almost all occupied. There is another pool quieter and it's really good too AquaPark (5/5): large AquaPark so many slides it's the best thing about the hotel , unfortunately it opens almost 5 or 6 hours a day. The beach (2/5): the beach is mostly rocks there Is only few places where you can swim, there is a long walking bridge that will take you to large water where you can do some snorkeling. Snorkeling (4/5): like most of Sharm hotels , snorkeling Is good in these hotel you can spot some beautiful fish Food (3/5): the food is hit and miss, it's an open buffet, there are many different dishes but the most of the time the taste is not that good, the desserts is the worst nothing actually taste good, the barbecue is fine the snacks too, the pizza is really bad, the all inclusive drinks are terrible . Soft drinks (1/5): the all inclusive soft drinks are very terrible . Entertainment (2/5): there is a party every night , but it's mostly white disco , terrible music, nothing special, sometimes they some oriental shows but not that great neither. Note: the beach and the pool closes at 18h00 ,so if you don't like the night entertainment ,and since the hotel is far from the major towns, you might get bored at night. The hotel overall (3/5): I guess there are better choices, the hotel need some maintenance in the rooms and maybe make better food

Food is nice but repetitive. Cleaner tried to pressure us to leave our room early so he could get it cleaned. He also came back on an evening and continuously knocked the door stating ‘I know you are in there’ (we had left our teenage boys in there as they were not feeling well with instructions not to open the door) Waiters try their best but the resort was so packed full of people it was hard to find a clean table, clean cup, clean cutlery. Often having to queue individually for each item. Talking of queues - bar staff allow anyone to push in front of you even if you have waited patiently. Life guards are vile. Constantly blowing the whistle over every little thing. One even told me I was not watching my child because I dived down in the water when we were playing a shark game together. Having been to Egypt many times it is unfortunate that this place has put me off returning. There are much better places to go for your money.

I stayed at Blue Bay Resort in Rhodes for 7 days with my partner. The staff were absolutely lovely – very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I had paid for an upgraded room as a surprise for my partner, but unfortunately the room we were initially given was not what I had expected. I was disappointed and heartbroken at first. I’m never one to complain, but I’m so glad I plucked up the courage to speak up – within an hour our room was changed without any fuss, which I really appreciated. The food in the main buffet restaurant was quite basic. It was enjoyable at first, but by the third day we were getting a little tired of it. On the bright side, the snack bar was amazing and became a bit of a lifesaver! The all-inclusive drinks were also fantastic and good value. We dined at the Greek restaurant on site and we were over the moon with the whole experience! Staff were amazing and the food was fantastic! We definitely recommend dining there The shower room definitely leaves a lot to be desired – not the most pleasant to look at – but it did the job for a quick wash. A big plus for us was the coach/bus trip option from the resort, which was perfect and saved us a lot of money on taxis. Overall, Blue Bay Resort has some really good points – especially the staff, snacks and drinks – but there’s room for improvement on the food variety and bathroom facilities.

Great place for all inclusive hotel. Got it's own beach and loungers but you do need swim shoes as stoney to get in and out where waves break. It is windy this side of island but didn't prove a problem but if you are expecting calm seas you'll be disappointed. It is great for bobbing about in. The food is great, beer is good, the cocktails are cheap and nasty as many other hotels have, if you like them you're landed. The room was great in block 4000s, recently refurbished i reckon. 10 mins from airport and on the flight path for incoming aircraft, with 4 or 5 planes an hour, interesting but could be annoying for some, didn't bother us. Regular bus provided (8€ pp return) to Rhodes town just 20 mins away. Biggest criticism is the music in the evenings, you have the entertainment team doing their stuff (we didn't participate), then there is music at back of bar very loud dance music, and the barmen seem to put on rap music at front of bar, so if you sit in certain areas you get all 3. It is like music torture, awful, awful,awful!! Sort it out. The music is also very modern and not specific to clients but what staff want. None of this is aimed at entertainment team music, that seemed to be very much enjoyed outside on stage area, criticising the bar area music, really off putting given the bar and lobby area are full.

4th-11th September 2025. Fabulous holiday! Me, my husband and 2yr old (almost 3), had an absolutely fantastic stay at Blue Bay. From check-in to check-out I cannot fault the facilities, staff or food. Check-in was simple, I scanned a QR code and entered a few details. Fresh juice and water available on arrival (or whenever passing through reception). We were helped to the block we were located in by the concierge. Reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Splash pool, water park was awesome and our toddler loved it. Me and husband had a few goes of the water slides too! Other pools were lovely and dotted around the resort, make sure you have a good look at the facilities map so you don’t miss any! Restaurant was big, food was plentiful and always hot and fresh. There were always basics available but main dishes changed daily for lunch and dinner. We always found plenty to eat. Restaurant staff very helpful and friendly l, always very smiley with our toddler. Bars have great staff and service and it was quick. The most I waited was 2 minutes for drinks and that was a Saturday night. Because we traveled in September, we never encountered issues with sunbeds, albeit on the beach or around pool areas, we found some each time. The beach front is stunning and we couldn’t get enough of the sunset. Hotel cleanliness is second to none and there were cleaners constantly maintaining facilities. Evening entertainment was fun and the team were lovely. Rhodes town is gorgeous and the hotel use a private coach company. Coaches available every hour or so. The holiday was everything we needed and more. Thank you 🤩

This hotel is advised as 4 star but sadly it is at best an average 3 star by Irish standards. The hotel is in need of a major update and is very poorly maintained in some areas. However, the pool area is fabulous with views of the Mediterranean are breathtaking. We were always able to get sunloungers and umbrellas not matter what time we visited the pool. Make use of your balcony to watch the amazing sunsets. Rooms are large but again dated. Beds and pillows especially fall short in the comfort department. Food is buffet style and is good overall. The drinks menu is limited and what is on offer is of poor quality, especially the beer and wine options.There are no international drink labels on offer at the bar either if you wanted to upgrade your drink to your usual tipple from home. This proved to be a major barrier to our travel group enjoying their evenings in the hotel. I don't drink alcohol and found the soft drink options to be fine. We had a few minor issues during our stay which were dealt with immediately. The staff are hard working and friendly. Rooms above or near the nightly entertainment will be disturbed by the noise. Overall the location is the major draw for this hotel, the pool was amazing. If you can overlook the faded grandeur of this hotel it is a good option for pool lovers and is close to the main strip and a short distance from Coral Bay beach.

I had a lovely break from start to finish! We arrived late at night on 27/07/25, after 10 PM. Even though dinner time had finished, Loretta at reception kindly offered us dinner. She is such a lovely and welcoming person – thank you, Loretta! All the hotel staff were professional, caring, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard – thank you to the housekeeping team! Both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were clean and well-maintained. My son and I also really enjoyed using the gym and sauna – everything was fantastic. The food was amazing – honestly some of the best I’ve had on a holiday. I felt completely relaxed and was able to make the most of all the facilities, which meant a lot given how busy my life usually is. This was truly one of my most unforgettable holidays. A very nice hotel that I would definitely love to return to!

A little feedback on my stay, a great hotel! A top welcome! Welcoming waiters! Especially Best, Jehu and Mariana, big favorites, they are great! The super friendly cleaning staff! Nothing to say! The only shame is that in the evening you can hear the music quite a bit from the hotel room... and regarding the meals, a little more variety would have been great, but it's still super good, so not too disturbing. Otherwise, having booked on Booking.com, we were told there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, but on site there isn't all that... it's a shame... but otherwise GREAT

The hotel has wonderful facilities and potential; the staff seemed to do their absolute best with what has been offered to them. The stay was pleasant albeit that there are some down sides… Waiters were wonderful. The pool is continuously cleaned and the grounds are maintained but THE HOTEL IS VERY OUT OF DATE … there is alot of maintenance that needs to take place, polishing the floors, vacuuming the carpets (appalling), sliding doors don’t close nor lock; the elevators are absolutely disgusting… the entertainment was enjoyable as they really tried their best to keep the guests happy. The hotel store is extremely overpriced- All in All this Hotel needs to be Updated.

We were generally pleased with everything on the holiday I came with my family. Everything from the food to the rooms, from the poolside to the drinks was very good. The only problem is that cleaning needs to be paid a little more attention. Cleaning was done only twice in our 10-day holiday. Other than that, the animation was very good. There are always different activities during the day and a different show every evening. Thank you very much for everything.

Great for Couples, Not for Families with Kids The hotel is good for the price. The rooms are quite spacious, though a bit outdated. The food is decent and the staff are lovely and helpful. However, my main complaint is about the evening entertainment and music. If you have young children who go to bed around 9–10 PM, this could be a serious issue. The music from the animation stage is extremely loud — it feels like the stage is inside your room. We were staying with a baby, and it was impossible for our child to sleep. Despite asking guest relations to lower the volume, nothing changed. Many other parents were also complaining about the same issue. The volume is more suitable for a nightclub than a family hotel. I honestly believe you could hear the music from the center of Didim! Because of this, we won’t be returning to this hotel. However, if you’re a couple without kids and you enjoy loud entertainment, then it could be a good option for you.

We returned from the hotel just three days ago, and unfortunately, we had the worst vacation ever. We didn't expect much, but even then, we were disappointed. The only positive aspect was the size of the rooms. During our seven-night stay, our room was only cleaned once and that was only because we tipped the cleaner. The food in the restaurant was the same every day for both lunch and dinner. Furthermore, the queues for the grilled meat were consistently so long that men couldn't even try it without waiting for nearly an hour.

Me, my wife and 12 year old son stayed here for 2 weeks from the 7th August 2025. Overall I have to say we really enjoyed our time at Ramada. The staff were all really great, super friendly and always happy to see you every day. The entertainment through the day was pretty good getting you involved in pool games and the odd activities darts, table tennis etc actually came back from holiday feeling healthier than when I arrived 😀 The evening entertainment was also brilliant but repeated for the 2nd week so we had already seen it. All the drinks were good. The food in the restaurant was all nice and fresh daily however did become a bit repetitive towards the end of our stay but what all inclusive doesn't? We weren't however impressed with the snack bar by the pool, was all deep fried beige food but due to the restaurant being open aswell around lunchtime this was not a problem at all! The gym was ideal for my son eho likes to keep fit, the sauna and steam room were also great. Me and the wife also had a turkish bath and scrub that was so relaxing. Was fun catching the bus down to the beach pool and we also used it as transport to Akbük which we found a great little town, not much to it but no hassle anywhere and really laid back. Overall we loved it here and are a bit disappointed we couldn't book here again for next year however we will hopefully return in the future. Thanks RAMADA for helping us create some great memories that will last a lifetime ❤️

Evening entertainment is really loud, probably unnecessarily so and doors/windows do little to counteract this till circa 23:15 every night. Stayed a week at the hotel, staff very welcoming and friendly with great service. Bar had lots of drinks but alcohol all tastes the same. Animation team very friendly with lots of different activities. Restaurant had lots of choice and food is very nice. Had food at the beach one night which was lovely with a show. Room was okay I had a sofa bed which is quite small and rooms are quite dated but are nice enough for a week. Overall a lovely holiday, the snorkelling is amazing. Would recommend and come again.

Just come back from an amazing getaway with my family. the pool is huge and amazing very clean and clear, the animation team are very engaging even have kids activities and magic shows for kids. the towel guy on the beach and all the life guards are very helpful they assisted me before even asking. This hotel was good. The bar staff, room cleaners and servers at the diner were amazing and very attentive. The pools was great and most importantly clean. The only main issue I had was our room, as we had 3 floors and, with a child, it is not easy going up and down all the stairs just to go to the bedroom or bathroom. We had a lot of damp on the walls and doors. The front desk would have changed our room, but apparently they were fully booked out. The food wasn’t that bad, but I wish the food was better quality. I felt as though there were too many choices, but the quality wasn’t great rather have less food but better quality.

Stars - 3.3/5 Since I’m at a resort, one main activity I will partake in is swimming. There were 3 pools that I know of + a baby pool. This is already a low number compared to other 4* resorts I’ve been to, which is not ideal, but that number would get reduced again since the main ‘deep pool’ was completely packed at all hours it was open. Not to mention the loud blaring music and speakers made it a subpar pool to swim in, so realistically only two pools were available to me. The slide pool was not available to swim in, only to slide into, and the slides were basic, albeit entertaining for a while. This leaves only one pool I could find solace in swimming in, and all the deckchairs were permanently occupied with people who weren’t even present. On top of this, this remaining pool was only 1.4m, so whilst family friendly, I couldn’t swim properly at all. That being said, I found enjoyment spending time with family and cousins, so I will only remove 0.1 stars for my personal review. An objective review would likely remove more. Overall, I would say that this resort is massively overrated. It is definitely not a 4* hotel, but my opinion of the resort as the days went on improved overall. Whilst the facilities are lacking in general, i managed to enjoy myself to the point where 10 days passed by relatively quickly. That being said, this is the first time a resort has been so low quality that I have felt the need to write a review.

First impressions of the hotel were it was tired and needed a make over but I tried to keep an open mind. No one helped us with our bags, bearing in mind we were travelling with a 2 year old. We had 2 large bags and a buggy. On arrival into the entrance hall with all our bags I waited in a queue to check in and was handed two forms to complete. There was no where to sit in view of our bags. I had to move away from my luggage to complete a form which was only half in English and not explained to us. We were then given a pack of information and a porter helped us to the room but only took one bag, so we had to get to the room with the other large bag and the buggy and carrying our child and hand luggage. After this they waited for a tip!We were placed on the 1st floor which had lift to so we had to carry all our bags up. Walking through the hotel the whole place looked tired and dirty. The paths were a trip hazard, uneven and there were broken concrete blocks on the paths with unsafe jagged edges.The room itself had not been cleaned properly. The carpet had not been hoovered. The taps and light fittings had not been cleaned and had previous residents finger prints on.There were stains all over the sides and tables and the mirrors were so old they were tarnished.Paint was flaking off all woodwork.To top it off when you looked over the balcony there was a lip which was Full of cigarette butts. This had not been cleaned out for a long time..if ever. We had requested a cot at booking which was not in the room but when it did arrive it had stains all over the mesh and dirt on the edges.Still trying to make the most of it we walked to try and find the pools.Not one of the pools had space to sit down. The main pool was totally full and there was very loud music with a foam party going on. For a family hotel this is not what I foresaw.As it was now 3pm and our child hadn’t eaten since breakfast we went to see if there was any food we could order (plate of chips etc) and were told the restaurant was closed and afternoon tea would be served at 4pm. We asked for a beer in the meantime and were given WARM bottled beer when we asked for a cold beer we were laughed at by the staff. Next to us on the floor there was a spilt drink which had dried so had been there for a while. We returned half an hour later, this was still there and had not been cleaned up.The queues for afternoon tea were long and the only offerings were pancakes. We walked back to the room and by this time I was extremely upset. We looked to book a flight home that evening. i went to check out,I was asked the problem, which I proceeded to tell them and show pictures. There was no apology or offer to rectify the situation and I was ignored and the staff member walked off as I was talking. I asked for the government tax to be refunded as we were not staying, this took a long time as there was no receipt or note of us paying this.I didn’t get a full tax refund. The incredibly rude staff members name was Youssef. I left in floods of tears. I just wanted to get home. The change in flight cost us an extra £150 and we ended back in the uk early the next morning with an exhausted 2 year old who screamed the whole flight home.On the 1st June I tried to change hotels with love holidays who we booked with, after reading the reviews of this place. Even 3 months in advance this was not possible! it is the worst hotel I have ever stepped foot in and I have travelled many countries in the world and stayed in cheap hotels on occasions. Jardin D’agadir is barely a 2 star rating when it is advertised as a 4 star. Do not book here if you don’t want to be ripped off and disappointed. Also avoid Love Holidays. I sat in a queue for 25 minutes to speak to someone whilst being told I had to email after the holiday had ended on the booking. You could only complete a word limit of 3000 characters and had to attach photos one at a time…which added to a the upset and frustration.

If we had known it’s a French speaking hotel geared for French tourist we would not have booked. We were treated differently by the staff to sadly, served at the bar first, waiters putting wine and glasses on their tables during meals, we were all full board. All activities by the pool in French, 99% of the food was French oriented and no options for younger children except chicken nuggets when asked!! The hotel location was great though, hot showers and a comfy bed were a plus. We enjoyed Morocco but not staying here. One more thing, there were cockroaches about the place, see the picture of the squashed one.

I've just came back from 2 weeks there with my 7yr old daughter. Had an amazing time. From the 1st day the staff were so welcoming. Yes it's definitely designed for French visitors but most if not all speak English if you ask. We met some great people like Hassan who is the lifeguard at the slides pool. My daughter had a great laugh with him as did I. All the bar staff are friendly and like to engage in conversation with you which is nice. The cleaners do a great job with the rooms always making nice things with the towels. Now for the food... OMG it was amazing genuinely. The flavours of the meats, vegetables was delicious. The foods cooked in the tagines were also full of flavour. Entertainment Staff do a fantastic job there all day and night. Always helpful and nonstop. The shows in the theatre are mostly in French but do some parts in English. We both really enjoyed our 1st trip to Agadir and this hotel. Will definitely be back. Thank you everyone at Valeria for making our holiday memorable.

We have booked 5 star holidays but as a result we received only 5 star room. As Sandy Villa was merged with much cheaper and worse sister Sandy Beach we were downgraded with overall service to official 4 stars but to be honest it can be evaluated as 3 stars maximum. Questions to the management- we will send official claim to the tour operator as well as this is very rude behaviour. 1. Why we were downgraded without our acceptance and approval? We have paid for 5 stars standard not only hotel accommodation? 2. Why you serve so awful food? It is tasteless and next to the pools it is even much worse - reminds street food. We were forced to eat outside…We have never encountered such low-quality food. We are not particularly picky eaters, but it is genuinely difficult to find anything edible in this restaurant. Everything is of the lowest quality and presented in a truly unappetizing way. 3. Drinks. Did anyone from you tried wine you serve? It is much better even in some discounts like Lidl. Where did you found it? 4. Token system is really annoying. Once you forget it from your room you have to go back…. 5. Top management go please and talk with your staff. You will realise how demotivated they are - you are destroying the image and soul of this place.

This place has the potential to be amazing again—if they can address some of the current issues. We were sold a luxury, adults-only, all-inclusive experience for our honeymoon, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to that promise. While we still made the most of our time together and had an amazing trip overall, several aspects fell short. The food was often over-salted and of inconsistent quality, with limited or no snack options available throughout the day. The Sandy Villas is closed. which was disappointing. Meaning we had to eat at sandy beach and the walk a short distance every day to the main family resort. Not Adults only. Our swim-up villa was lovely, but unfortunately pool was dirty and poorly maintained, we had to ask for it to be cleaned and for the lights to be turned on. The main pool was worse. It’s also clear that some staff are unhappy with the resort’s new direction—though I have to say, the majority of the team were truly fantastic and did their best to make our stay enjoyable. With a return to proper standards and attention to detail, this resort could be something special again.

We are currently staying in an all inclusive holiday (jet2.com) in Sandy Villas (9 nights). The room is spacious, providing direct access to a quiet pool. The facilities in general are great, staff friendly and helpful, but we had severe food poisoning. The resort caters for 1,500-2,000 people snd serves buffet lunch/dinner. Given the severity of food poisoning we were confined to our room for 3 days. This resort has full potential but they need to sort out food hygiene standards for good. Other guests we spoke to also were affected by food poisoning so it’s a common pattern.

We had an amazing stay at Midor Hotel in Maspalomas! The vibe here is fantastic — relaxed, welcoming, and full of energy. The facilities are excellent, with everything you could want for both comfort and fun, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy yourself. A special shoutout to Nerea from the animations team — she truly made our holiday unforgettable. Her energy, warmth, and creativity brought so much joy to every activity. Thanks to her, every day was filled with laughter and memorable moments. She’s an absolute star and really made our experience extra special. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a fun, vibrant atmosphere with brilliant staff and great facilities. We can’t wait to come back!

We are staying for a week with our young kids 10 and 6. They are loving it, which is the main thing. The animation team, led by Kendra, are very good, providing different games and activities all day & at night. Great fun was had during the music quiz! Food and drink choices are nice and varied, and the cleaning staff are very thorough. So far, so good!

The staff was extremely kind and attentive. The room has a decent view of the pool. It's so annoying that there's only a mobile air conditioner and it's not enough in the summer heat because you have to leave the balcony door open to vent the pipe. This is a bit of a strange solution. The restaurant operates in a buffet system, varied, thematic and delicious. It is a bit far from the city and attractions, so for convenience it is worth renting a car, although public transport is quite frequent.

The entertainment team, including Kendra and Henrique are great! I would like to make a shoutout specially to Tiago who is definitely the best! So kind, funny and energetic. After a week's stay here, I can honestly say that this hotel fell short of our expectations. Pre-mixed cocktails dispensed from a machine tasted cheap and nasty, couldn't drink them. The air conditioning situation was frustrating, having to hire a portable unit at extra cost, we couldn't hire it the night of arrival as we enquired when we arrived and was apparently not possible. Beds weren't all that comfortable. The heat is intense in the room, you have to leave the sliding door open to use the air con unit which poses a bit of a security issue. As a smoker myself, the smoking area is disgusting, there is a huge vent opposite blowing out hot air making it extremely uncomfortable to sit or stand and have a cigarette. There's also a very powerful vomit/sick smell we noticed when walking past the top of the pool bar. Dinner was good, breakfast was ok and some days were a bit repetitive. Some plates didn't seem completely clean and had to go on the hunt for cuterly some evenings. I will say that the reception staff were lovely and incredibly helpful, answered all our questions about the local area, things to do, transport etc. I also had a massage at the hotel and that was excellent, the masseuse was very professional and I felt extremely relaxed. The love/hate sports bar is fantastic. Service was very good, the food was incredibale and staff are lovely. In summary, the staff are a credit to the hotel but the hotel itself needs some improvement.
