Really like this place. Just returned from our second stay here, this time opting for a premium sea view room... and it didn't disappoint! It has to be one of the best locations in the resort and to have that uninterrupted view across the beach and bay really contributed to making our week a great one. Yes, if you look closely enough you will find some areas for improvement. However, look beyond that and what you do have here is a clean, comfortable hotel with great staff, good food and all in an enviable location. Ideal for a few days away in the sun...we will be back!

This is a lovely hotel with a very unusual and interesting layout. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pools are very good but the pool bar is too small for the hotel and the other bar doesn't open until late. The rooms are all suites, we had a junior suite with superior sea view, we are right on the seafront here and the wow what a view.

Great hotel would have given 5 stars, but a lot of issues that could improve. The entrance and majority of the ground floor are paved with broken pavement, which is a major hazard for tripping and very, very awful to go over as I'm a wheelchair user. Rooms are nice, but the ac is a hit and miss. Cleaners have to be reminded that you want room cleaned. Restaurant is another hit and miss. The food is more or less every other day. The location was fantastic as you came out of the hotel. The beach is front a two minute walk. Views are great. You can see the beach from one side to the other and see the sunset/raise in the ocean.

I have no idea what this hotel was like before the new owners took over,Anyway Rooms were big ,kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and Balcony with pool and sea view was more than ample.
Quick check in ,good directions to room and was more than happy with the accommodation for 10 days.

Beautiful hotel very modern and luxurious rooms however if you’re looking for fun don’t come here. The swimming pool area has strict rules about not having fun. There is a no balls or inflatables rule, the main pool is 1.45meters all the way around and then the small pool is actually no deeper than a foot bath, there’s no encouragement for children to have fun here., the children’s entertainment consisted of a nember of staff and three children in the front entrance playing tunes from a lap top with no real games or fun. You can smoke in these areas but there’s no smoking in pool area outdoors.
The adult entertainment was non existent, we went in to the hotel bar which looked more like the doctors waiting room, all the chairs facing the bar, instead of a stage, as if the bar man was the entertainer. He wasn’t. Although he was very jolly and looked excited to see us, we found it a very depressing place to be. The hotel guests we encountered all seemed so miserable and subdued, unlike other hotels we’ve been to where people looked happy to be away, this hotel seemed to ooze depression an an eerie silence.
There is a children’s play area inside the hotel which we don’t wee anyone using as it looked like the cresh in an office building, again well equipped but dark and uninviting.
I cannot fault the rooms they were so nice and plush, clean and well set out.
And mostly overlooked the pool or beach.
There was a timer in the balcony lights to all the rooms which turned off at the same time each night, suggesting we should all be in bed at a designated time.
We looked at the table in the foyer which had the excursion booklets on, non of which were in English.
There is a games room consisting of 2 pool tables ( careful not to pot the white ball as it doesn’t come out) an air hokey machine n table tennis.
When we arrived we were not given a welcome pack or a map of the hotel which is much needed as we went up the wrong lift to the wrong side of the hotel and we’re not instructed to use the other lifts to access our side of the hotel. Like in other places we have been.
There’s no information about the spa gym or other amenities, this seems to be something g you have to ask for or discovery yourself by getting lost. Receptionist although friendly are again very subdued and uninformative.
This hotel seems very corporate, for business people only as it’s very cold seeming and not as inviting as I’m used to on a holiday in Caleta. I’ve been coming for 28 years and stayed in many hotels of varying stars and I have to say if I had to say in a few words thw only way I would describe this hotel is a fun sucker.
So if you like to enjoy a laugh around the pool and your children to let lose don’t bother coming here.
