Cannot say the pictures dont do the hotel justice which we fell in love with then booking. The Pool next to the sea is stunning just slightly too breezy for swimming in this time of year. The other pool in the second hotel was more disclosed so we spent the day there on Monday, weather was spectacular. The hotel is clean particularly the rooms that are very bright and welcoming. Probably had much better food abroad but it wasnt unpleasant,. The queue system was extremely chaotic to go in the restaurant and also get to the hot food. Hotel is slightly out of the way of stuff going on however there are a few nice little bars and stunning Italian near by.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. Let me break it down: Cleanliness: Nonexistent. The place was filthy from the moment we walked in. Bugs crawling on the floor – yes, even in the eating area. Disgusting. Food: Low quality, repetitive, and barely edible. Hygiene standards seemed completely ignored. Dining here felt more like a punishment. Staff: Rude, unhelpful, and clearly didn’t care. Any questions or issues we raised were ignored or met with attitude. Dining Area: You have to queue just to get in, and the wait was at least 40 minutes every single time. Ridiculous and completely unacceptable. Everything about this place screams neglect and poor management. It was stressful and gross from start to finish. Don’t waste your money – there are plenty of better options out there. Just avoid this place.

The location is just outside of the main strip which is a positive and negative depending why you are there. The hotel is clean, the staff are Friendley and speak good English. The food is something else, you eat over the road at mar amantis 1. My advise is if you go there don’t have all inclusive and eat elsewhere. Cold, crap choices and weird food. Who puts tuna im scrambled egg?!? Luck lily there were plenty of shops nearby so we could live of lays! The lemon mousse is quite nice though. There are other places which do a cracking breakfast in the town which are cheap. Flahertys and Rio. I would stay here again but I wouldn’t be paying for inclusive. Maybe drinks only.

Food is AWFUL! Chips are barely edible I ate out most night because if not I’d starve freezing cold food that’s barely edible everytime we go to the dinner hall that’s shared between 2 hotels all to pick from was fish dishes the odd bit of pasta and salad no chicken nuggets for kid I’m watching kids walk past me with empty plates as they simply won’t eat what’s being served, the all inclusive is daft aswell u get a token and every time h get a drink u have to give the token and bring the cup back to get ur token back it’s just AWFUL

Hard working front of house staff in the restaurant. However the restaurant is totally inadequate for the amount of people who use it. The queue to go in is huge, as the wait can be for hot food service once you have a table. The hotel is in a very good position for shops, restaurants ect.. The walk to the main town area is a 25 minute walk around the bay.

What a lovely find! The hotel is right by the beach which makes it feel extra luxurious, the staff is amazing, very friendly and extremely helpful (big up for Carlos, Ivan, and good luck Pablo on your first week there! You're doing amazing! And Valentina is great doing all the entertainment ✨) We went all inclusive and the option of drinks is vast, lots of delicious cocktails and fruit juices. The food was a pleasant surprise considering one of us is vegan and we didn't have high expectations, but actually we really enjoyed it, there was a big selection of all sorts of food, including vegetables, lots of bread, a salad bar with all sorts, including a make-your-own salad (loved it) and a lot of fresh fruit. The spa is a very nice touch for extra relaxation. We absolutely loved it and we couldn't recommend it more! 10/10 ✨

I booked a short break and this place was on offer at a good price. On arrival we was welcomed in offered a drink and nothing was a problem. The reception staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. Bar staff and also dinner staff was very welcoming. In all just a great place in a great location.

Amazing hotel! We had the best time of our lives. The staff was super sweet and the food was really good. We were only here for 4 days so the location was okay for us but most of the ‘fun’ things to do are in the north or west of the island so you had to buy a really expensive cap to get there so that was unfortunate. We also didn’t have amazing weather but that is obviously not the hotels fault. They definitely made sure you still had an amazing time even with a little less good weather!!

The hotel was lovely and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved the food and they had a good selection at each meal. The rooms were clean and of a good size. The pool areas where clean and well kept. We had a lovely time.

Location great , although no hotel parking , receptionist told us to use paid car park at rear as it was 10 euros per night , it's not it's 20 euros per night Check in was slow , in fact very slow about 40 mins , welcome drinks on reception but was not offered any ... receptionist was rude and would try and do 3 or 4 jobs at same time as checking people in .. Rooms were clean , showers took ages to warm up and I mean ages , kettle was broke , balcony doors did not lock , safe jammed , beds were OK , balcony railings loose be careful ... Pool was clean but found loungers dirty and cans and plastic in pool from were the all inclusive was not being cleaned up ... We had half board and only ate one evening meal on the first night as we found no a great selection of food and the food that was offered was tasteless, the que for food was ridiculous Check out we extended as we had a late flight home, no problem there but when we went to check out it took 45 mins as only one person on check in / out , This is supposed to be a four star hotel , we had to pay 10 euros each for using towels for the pool , the towels looked like they were 10 years old , faded and dry .... Good location for hotel but this hotel for a Hyatt chain was not for us , we didn't let it spoil our long weekend in Ibiza though 😎 Overall would not recommend as we have stayed in better lower star rating hotels in Ibiza How Hyatt have put there name to this hotel is beyond me , we have stayed in plenty of Hyatt hotels in Asia and they have been great and even been gold members but this one in Ibiza was no were near the same standard , would give this a two star rating if I was a hotel inspector .....

Beautiful Hotel, loved every minute here ... Beds were so comfortable, food was so tasty, staff were all so friendly and helpful. This hotel definitely thinks of the people who come here.. All the extras like food and fresh juices on display for all customers all day. I would definitely stay here again.

I fell in love with this hotel so much I booked it again for the next summer before I had even left. Amazing reception staff, rooms are beautiful, buffet is AMAZING with huge selections at every meal. Lovely pool area with plenty of loungers. Location is incredible and only a short walk to the hippy markets. Can’t wait to be back

Great hotel! The breakfast buffet is fine. Lunch we ate at the outdoor snack area and was always fantastic. Dinner buffet food was a bit of aletdown, and getting a drink with dinner is pretty much not going to happen. Service was good all servers wher happy to help and always had a smile, especially Israel that works at the snack bar she was the best! The hotel and the pool areas were always clean and tidy. We stayed in the suites the veiws are fantastic and the rooms wher clean. The location is good depending on what you're looking for, halfway between the big clubs and the old town. It's also a very short taxi to the airport. Even had a little supermarket next door. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. The upper level area of the pool is fantastic. Just use your wristband to gain access and not your room key card like we did, hahaha

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. My friend booked this and it did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and welcoming with a smile. Our rooms were clean and spacious with sea views. Breakfast did not disappoint too with plenty of options. There were enough sunbeds around the pools most of time. To top it off, there were free live entertainment every night! (although we only stayed in one night, it was surprisingly good). Will consider coming back again.

Great hotel. We had different things exceeding our expectations, making this stay VERY good: - Stunning view from our room (Life suite) - Staff doing the extra miles (taking time for gluten accomodations when being overloaded by work, front desk delivering our mail to special boxes) - Availability of technicians when we got issues in our room - Baby accomodations Still some things you should be aware: - We were here in the FIRST week of opening (mid april) and not everything was there/opened - Food is OK but not great (Cascada, buffet diner). Not sure if it's because we were here at the opening of the season or not - We had some questions but the hotel was not opened, redirecting us to a bad information giver saying weird/incomplete stuff (like "your stay is not reserved and we are full" even when it was good) Again, it's minor comparing to the positives sides. Thanks for the stay @Twiins !

We recently enjoyed a five-night stay at Ibiza Twins, and overall, it was a delightful experience. Upon our early arrival at 11 AM, we were informed that our room wasn't ready yet. However, we appreciated the hospitality of the staff, who allowed us to enjoy breakfast while we waited. This small gesture set a positive tone for our trip. The rooms at Ibiza Twins were consistently clean and tidied daily, which added to our comfort. However, we did notice that the walls were a bit thin, and we could often hear our neighbors talking, which could be distracting at times. One of the highlights of our stay was the vibrant entertainment offered each day. The entertainment team put on shows that were both fun and engaging, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. Their energy truly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. We chose the breakfast-only option, and I must say, we were glad we did. While the breakfast was decent, the food we ordered for lunch and dinner left much to be desired. We tried a few different dishes but were disappointed with the quality. On the other hand, drink prices were reasonable, mirroring what you'd find in local bars—5 euros for a beer and around 10 for a cocktail. The hotel itself boasts a modern design with a lovely swimming pool and fantastic views, making it a perfect spot to relax. The pool area was inviting and well-maintained, providing a nice escape during the warmer parts of the day. Overall, our stay at Ibiza Twins was great, with friendly service and a lively atmosphere. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a vibrant getaway in Ibiza.

Second year in a row we have chosen to come here and again it did not disappoint! We saved money by getting a taxi from the airport to the hotel as it’s just a 10 minutes and there is a taxi rank right outside. The rooms are very modern and get cleaned daily with fresh towels, The team are always happy to help .. and in the mornings they come to your sunbeds and ask if you would like a drink and the entertainment are brilliant.. they come out at 4pm around the pool to do a pre show and you can take photos with them and the show starts at 9.30pm every night. You can pay €90 a day and use the top pool or wait till 7pm and go in for free and watch the show up there at night and use the top bar. From 12-5 you can have food outside which we did alot and didn’t have Lunch inside. The pool is lovely cold in October but didn’t stop my daughter from going in The hotel is right on the Beach where you can get the boat taxi to Ibiza town (either pay on board or pay with a lady in a kiosk ) they just need to sort the door out leading to the beach so we don’t have to walk all the way round. Check out is 12pm they have a hold for your bags and a wash room to get showered and changed if your on a late flight. Overall fantastic holiday again thank you.

This hotel is probably the best I have ever stayed in. The whole property was immaculately clean. The food was outstanding, offering proper food, nothing slathered in mayonnaise! Avocado, salmon, nuts and seeds, almond butter. The chefs come out and ask if you are happy and are clearly confident about the food they are serving-Stunning. The staff are a joy, professional, highly skilled and trained and upbeat-They appear well trained and happy in their work. I celebrate this hotel-well done-What an amazing team.

Beautiful resort and hotel location. Staff are excellent in all departments, and pool bar is great for food and every drink is made with care, not like some all inc. Pros :Beds are comfy and air con is great. :Hotel is very quiet and relaxing. : staff are very good, friendly and professional : spa service great : lots of space at pool, bar, restaurants (not over subscribed) : balcony shower great for washing off beach sand Cons: no British TV channels : lift is a bit jittery and you have to wait : not recommended if you have a disability, lots of steps : maintenance of broken services needs attention (room phone, TV, poolside wooden blocks) : sink not user friendly : room is quite light due to balcony light : glass around pool could do with a wipe more often..... For a better view out

I can not rate this hotel highly enough. From the moment you arrive , the staff could not do enough for you. Every member is a credit to Barcelo hotels. My partner and I had the most wonderful stay. Beautiful, roomy modern room. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was to the highest quality, so much to choose from. Love they offered cava for breakfast. I enjoyed the Wednesday morning paddle boarding. Pool area , peaceful and relaxing. 2 beautiful pools to choose from and always plenty of room to get a sun bed. Nicely positioned pool bar where you can get drinks and lunch. Invariably our evenings would end up at the hotel bar area, which serves the most amazing array of cocktails. I worked my way through a fair few, some being the best I ever have had. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so memorable.

Lovely hotel, rooms are spacious, clean, and an extra bonus with the outdoor shower on the balcony. Breakfast is fantastic, and the lunch at the pool bar is superb. The wellness spa has some amazing treatments, 5 tried between us. Fantastic Rosa gave me one of the best massages I have ever received and is incredibly knowledgeable in her area. I can highly recommend it! All the staff at the hotel were super friendly and the service to a high standard. They were always looking out for you and a special thank you to Victor in the pool bar. In regards to dinner, although all cooked to a great standard and a lot of pride going in to all of it, there could have been a few more choices as it was a little limited. However, the salad selection was amazing, plenty of choice and fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel and also go back if I had the chance.

This was one of our best experiences ever! The rooms are spacious, and the air flows freely through them. They are exceptionally clean and comfortable, with simple but precise furniture, there is a place for everything! The shower outside is essential for a quick rinse after the beach. The pool areas are really good, and the wellness area outside is very inspiring! This place is a hidden jewel in one of the most beautiful parts of this magical island. You are surrounded by nature and bird songs! But the best of all are the people who make this place really special! The treatment is a thousand stars, and each individual makes sure you feel unique and welcome. We came in as customers and left with sincere friends. Our manager Mel made sure that we felt the love and care in this place. We'll definitely be back many times!
