We just got back from this hotel last week, and it was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. Okay, some areas were a bit tired, but the rooms were clean and spacious, the domestic and restaurant staff were all really lovely, and the pool entertainment was great for the kids. Great choice of food in the restaurant, and good snacks from the pool snack bar. There’s even a little kitchen in your room for microwave or stovetop meals. We’d definitely go back 🙂

Dear Area Manager of BelleVue Club, I am writing to provide both an open review and a formal report regarding my stay at your hotel. My previous inquiry, sent via email on July 21, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., has gone unanswered. My wife and I were guests at your hotel from July 24 to July 27, 2025. First, I would like to commend the bartenders for their outstanding service. Despite the hotel’s high occupancy, they consistently greeted guests with smiles and courtesy, which deserves the highest praise. The organization of traffic in the restaurants was also impressive. Unfortunately, these positive aspects were the only highlights of my stay. I would like to raise a few concerns. How often should a room be cleaned during a three-day stay? To my surprise, room number 322 was not cleaned at all during our visit. While the room was completely renovated and tastefully designed, it had some shortcomings. The name "Double Deluxe" may be misleading, as it suggests a double bed when, in fact, there were two single beds. I also recommend a more thorough technical inspection of the bathrooms after renovations. There were no towel rails, and the drainage system in the shower area (wet room) was poorly designed, causing water to flow into the corridor when several guests were showering on the same floor at the same time. Considering that the complex has nearly 1,500 rooms and suites, I wonder how many bartenders are scheduled to serve during evening entertainment programs in high season. A 20-30 minute wait for a drink with only four bartenders is excessive and detracts from the comfort of your guests. I am disappointed that I booked my stay directly through the hotel's website rather than through a travel agency. Had I booked through an agency, I would certainly have requested a refund after such an experience. Additionally, I could not find any information on your website regarding the lack of a "pool towel" service, which is typically included in all-inclusive packages at many hotels. Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied. I have stayed at many hotel chains in Spain, and this is the first time I have returned from a stay feeling disappointed, especially since it was meant to be a birthday gift for my wife. Fortunately, dinner at the Aqua restaurant did help to salvage the celebration. Due to the issues mentioned above, I will be avoiding your hotels in the future.

I stayed at the hotel for four days with a friend. The location is excellent, and there are multiple pools, so everyone will definitely find something to enjoy. We checked into the hotel much earlier than the hotel's check in time, for which we were very grateful after the long journey. The deluxe room was fresh and clean. Unfortunately, I had problems with the cleaning lady two days in a row. On the first day, she left my room door ajar, allowing anyone to enter for several hours. On the second day, she didn't even knock on my door; she entered while I was standing half-naked in a towel. Unfortunately, this is unacceptable to me. Most of the hotel staff were very nice and friendly. However, food and hotel restaurants (all inclusive) are a separate story… I'll start with the cleanliness - apart from the floor, I felt like nothing had been cleaned. The chairs were torn at the bottom, there were cobwebs on the chairs, the plates, cutlery, and glasses weren't washed properly. There were dried remnants of ketchup and rice, among other things, on the walls. A young boy who was cleaning tables was throwing dirty cloths over the heads of people passing by… I'm not usually picky, but the snack bars had nothing but dried-out fries and sausages, burger patties the thickness of a sheet of paper, made of unknown meat, and bowls of vegetables that hadn't even been covered all day, with flies sitting on them. The quality of the food here is terrible; I spent two nights dealing with food poisoning.

We spent 7 nights at this hotel and overall we were satisfied. It’s a huge complex where you can find everything you need. Our room was located at the far end of the property, so it took about 15 minutes just to walk out to the street. We had an all-inclusive package. Breakfast was the same every day, but with a wide selection. We only tried lunch once, as we usually weren’t at the hotel during lunchtime. During the day there are several snack bars available, and the drink selection is plentiful. Dinner was continental with a wide variety of options. The complex also has separate Mexican and Italian restaurants, which require a reservation 1–2 days in advance. We tried the Mexican restaurant twice and it was excellent. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get a table at the Italian restaurant as it was always fully booked. The staff were friendly but clearly overworked. Our room was cleaned only once during our stay, and even then, only the bathroom. Cleanliness was our main issue – when we arrived, the room wasn’t spotless, which was disappointing considering we booked a more expensive deluxe room. The beach is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel’s main entrance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but due to the lack of proper cleaning, we would not choose this hotel again.

My 7 year old and I have just got back from a weeks holiday at this resort. We absolutely loved our week there. The hotel staff were very helpful and helped us where ever they could. Our room was clean and was kept clean they came every 3 days.. The beach is an easy 15 minute walk. The highlight of our holiday was the entertainment team they are an amazing bunch of people especially Gabriel, Emanuel and Vera. When they found out my daughter was poorly they went out of their way to cheer her up and check on her. They all show how much they love their jobs from the pool parties to the evening entertainment. They made our holiday one to remember and my daughter is already asking to go back next year and every year down to the entertainment team. The only negatives I would say about this resort is the mosquitoes at the entertainment arena at nights they are rife down there. The other is the food it’s very repetitive they could do with adding other things like offering slices of pizza. The meal times at the restaurant are chaos. The hotel resort is very large so be prepared if you want to cover all of it there will be some walking to do but the area is flat so it’s an easy walk.

I recently stayed at club Cala Romani (24/08/2025) with my family for our holiday for and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel very welcome. The staff were outstanding – from the reception to the restaurant, and especially the cleaning team who kept everything spotless with such friendliness and care. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The atmosphere was warm and family-friendly, and we truly appreciated the excellent service throughout our time there. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so enjoyable – we will definitely be coming back and recommending the hotel to others!

Rooms are a bit dated but the cleaners are wonderful. The pools are absolutely fabulous. The food is good, something for everyone, lots of fresh salads, rice, pasta, pizza for the kids! Bar staff are brilliant. Entertainment staff were good. The kids disco is too competitive and should just focus on dancing, it left our little one in tears more than once, so we stopped going, he just wanted to dance. Over all we had a lovely holiday and I would recommend the hotel.

Me and my family have had a wonderful 7 days at the hotel and really enjoyed it, the rooms are basic but fine, the beds were comfy and the air con worked really well. It's a ten min walk down a lovely path to the beach, the sea is lovely and clear you can see fish by the rocks and also jump into the sea from one point on the cliff. The food was varied and very tasty the staff work really hard cleaning the tables and topping up the buffet, we never had any trouble finding a large table. The pool area is massive and the pool never felt really crowded and they also put on some excellent entertainment around the pool, we did not have any problems getting enough sunbeds for a lovely relaxing day by the pool eating and drinking plenty lol. The staff all work really hard so thank you for a really lovely week's holiday which we will never forget.

This is my fourth day of a solo holiday just for a break in the sun. It’s a large hotel with 3 different buildings. One large dining room, pool bar and couple of others on an evening. It’s spotlessly clean the staff work tireless and I’ve encountered them friendly and helpful. The food is fine, typical 2 /3star buffet always fresh salad, bread and fruit in hand. Wine on tap in the dining room as well as juices etc. Menu is changed daily and again spotlessly clean. Sunbeds are fine they are comfortable but bring a pillow as they don’t sit up. The little shop sells blow up wedges for them. Sunbeds washed down every night and pool area cleaned thoroughly. Also bear in mind it’s a budget hotel and there are lots of families with children. Don’t leave reviews moaning putting people off when you expect cordon bleu meals for this price. Ignore the bad reviews it’s not that bad! Plastic cup situation yea cool idea but I like a nice glass. Check in could be easier and faster too

Just back from a few days in this hotel and I was very pleasantly surprised. Rooms are clean and bright and airy and just what we needed. Food is plentiful and there really is something for everyone. Pool area is clean and tidy and you will always get a sun lounger which can be troublesome in other hotels. Cleaning, bar and entertainment staff were grest. The only reason I knock off a star is because of the attitude of most of the reception staff. There were a couple who were friendly and helpful but the majority were abrupt, rude and unhelpful. Such a shame as it really let's the place down. We would probably come back as the pros do outweigh the cons. Go with an open mind and you won't go wrong!

I recently stayed at this hotel in Mallorca. I can confidently say that the hotel lives up to its current star rating, but with a few improvements, it could easily be rated 4 stars. The room, like in most resort hotels, is not very big, but unless you've brought half your wardrobe from home, there's enough space in the closet and on the shelves for all your things. Unfortunately, the bathroom is a bit cramped, and the shower cabin might feel too small for larger people. Upon check-in, you're given reusable cups which you must use in the bars and snack areas. On the one hand, this helps the hotel identify that you're a guest and not someone who just walked in from the street for free food and drinks. But on the other hand, without the cup, you won’t be able to get any drinks included in the "all inclusive" package — you'd have to pay for them. Regarding the food, after 4–5 days you’ll likely have tried everything available. It would be nice to have 3–4 more dishes to add some variety to breakfast and dinner. Outside of meal times, you can't get any food except for drinks — you’ll have to go to another building of the hotel, which can be a bit inconvenient and frustrating at times. On the positive side, the staff are very kind and helpful. They speak Spanish and English, and if needed, there are also employees who can provide information in Polish, German, or Russian. There's a swimming pool on the hotel grounds (open from 10 AM to 6 PM), and also a football/basketball court, which is great for kids or large groups. The sea is just a 5–7 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, the hotel fully meets expectations for the price. With a few small improvements mentioned above, it could definitely earn a fourth star.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days with a group of 6 people, and the experience was very disappointing. The so-called “all-inclusive” is absolutely not worth the money. At dinner, no drinks are offered at the table — you have to get up and get them yourself. In the rooms, they don’t provide fresh water daily, and you can’t even refill a bottle in the kitchen. Is it really too much to expect clean drinking water for paying guests? The bar service is just as bad. Cocktails are served only in flimsy plastic cups, and if you don’t take one, your only choices are juice or water. For an all-inclusive resort, that’s unacceptable. On top of that, the bathrooms are tiny and very uncomfortable. The shower curtain constantly sticks to you, which is simply disgusting. Overall, the price does not match the quality or service provided.

I stayed at Globales Playa Santa Ponsa and overall had a decent experience. The hotel is in a great central location, just a 2-minute walk from the beach and close to local activities like mini golf, a waterpark, and an aquarium. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy, but noise is an issue. You’ll hear everything from the floor above, and the glass bathroom doors are loud, especially at night. The all-inclusive drinks were a highlight, great cocktails and local beer on draft. However, the food can be repetitive, especially for lunch and dinner, so picky eaters might prefer the snack bar by the pool. One big downside was the weak air conditioning, just a vent system, not an actual AC unit. Also, the pool area isn’t secured, with an unmonitored side gate allowing public access. Decent for the price and location, but a few areas could definitely be improved.

The hotel was totally fine for the price. Don’t expect too much from a 3-star place, though. Yeah, some things could definitely use a bit of fixing up and a refresh. We went for the breakfast and dinner option so we could stay flexible and explore the island. It’s actually a great base to get around and see everything. The room was cleaned every day. The food was pretty much the same every day, but it was tasty. There were fruits, sweets, veggies, and meat. If you’re out and about all day and using up energy, it’s more than enough for a week. The staff were super friendly and polite. The beach is close, and we didn’t really use the pool. It was quiet on our floor, although one night we did hear some new guests arriving late.

Just back from a week's stay .It's a hotel that needs upgrading , rooms and furniture is old and worn. Main areas are clean , as are bedding and towels .Bathrooms are small , shower cubicles tiny with rickety doors or old fashioned shower curtains . Noise between rooms and on corridors is at times dreadful due to inconsiderate noisy guests , late check ins, street location and poor build quality and installation between rooms .Staff were generally unconcerned re complaints re noise . One female receptionist was helpful and changed my friends room due to noise complaints over several days. My 2 main personal concerns , insufficient labelling on food , despite signs saying speak to staff re allergies . I asked what was in mixed salads told vegetables , in fact one had grated cheese ...I'm lactose intolerant the other had diced ham ...I don't eat meat .The chef walked off when I asked about ingredients in salads , saying in English he didn't understand me .I spoke to 2 other staff , who took my room number for manager's attention .No-one got back to me , but a few new signs arrived , Melon ,margarine and butter which luckily I'd already been able to identify them myself .Anyone with serious allergies or vegetarians be aware of this . Second concern was my room being cleared of bedding , towels , toilet roll and my soap at 11.20 before my checkout at 12 noon . I returned to have a quick shower but wasn't able to , despite my suitcase and other belongings being in room .Bizarre way to treat guests . Some staff were lovely in particular bar staff as they have a lot of difficult people to deal with . I wouldn't return to this hotel .

5/5 — Great family stay, worth the money We had a lovely stay at Club Es Talaial. Staff were friendly and the cleaning was always on point. Food was very good with plenty of choice, and the team were excellent when we asked about avoiding pork for our family. There were lots of alternatives, including turkey and chicken, so everyone ate well. Special thanks to the chef who found us a ready-made spicy sauce in a bottle. One small suggestion: add a fresh spicy sauce at the buffet. Some of us like a little kick, and a small “spice corner” would make us very happy. The pools and splash area were clean and fun, with kids’ refreshments available through the day. It felt easy with children and worth the money. Even when our Friday plans were disrupted by a shuttle error for Saturday’s airport transfer, the hotel reception team were very helpful. They kept chasing the transfer company and helped us get it sorted, even though it wasn’t the hotel’s mistake. We appreciated that support. Overall, a very good family hotel. We would happily come back.

We had an excellent stay at this 3-star hotel. The staff was simply amazing—always smiling, helpful, and attentive. There were plenty of activities offered, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to Yinthe, a fantastic entertainer thanks to whom my children are leaving with so many wonderful memories! And of course to Jimmy, who was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team for these wonderful moments, we will be more than happy to come back!

Just back from an 11 night stay and we cannot fault this hotel. The pool area is amazing. My little girls (3&5) loved the splash zone and the pool with the slides. The animation team were brilliant, they had something every day in the pool and around the hotel for everyone. Their mini disco every night was great for the kids. My little girl celebrated a birthday over there and they brought her on stage and sang happy birthday, highlight of her day. I would happily recommend this hotel to friends and family and will be looking to book ourselves again.

Just got home from the holiday it was absolutely phenomenal there was great service and we had grand room apartment which was amazing the pools were amazing especially the deep pool with a beach affect and had a slope amazing for the kids! The splash pad was also amazing but a bit slippery. The entertainment was phenomenal including them inviting kids on stage making everyone feel welcome we particularly love julia who works in the entertainment she would fill everyone with joy and give them lots of activities to do she was amazing so thank you Julia the food was fantastic with a huge selection and healthy food but also pizza hotel club es Talia is an amazing holiday I recommend going!!

The rooms are spacious enough the aircon could be abit stronger and the ant infestation inside and outside is really bad. House keeping on 2 days out of 7 left us without clean towels the first occasion was fixed quickly by reception the second time we called them the towels never arrived not ideal with a kid fresh off the beech. The food was fine. Breakfast repetitive but I find that in most hotels lunch and dinner fine enough to go at but nothing to shout about. The bar staff were okay sometimes abit grumpy but understandable in this environment. The drains stink especially the one in the entertainment area at night caused us to move tables. The entertainment team rescued the trip they’re lovely and very friendly with plenty of stuff going on for the kids. Overall an okay stay. Personally I don’t think we’d stay here again but it’s not the worst

My rating for the hotel: 4/5 The reception staff are very friendly and their service is excellent. Housekeeping is great — our room was cleaned daily, and the bathroom towels were changed unless we requested not to have the room serviced that day. The hotel is very family-friendly and suitable for those with children. There are evening activities on stage and also pool activities during the day. The bar service is excellent and the staff are patient even during busy times. The food is clean and varied, offering seafood, fish, chicken, beef, pork, and also vegetables and drinkes. However, I would rate the quality 7.5/10. The room was comfortable and nice, with excellent soundproofing. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The beach is about five minutes away. The negative points: • The elevator is crowded, especially during peak hours or mealtimes. • Sometimes when entering the buffet, you have to wait a few minutes for families to be organized and the crowd managed. • Also, the bathroom door in our room was old and difficult to close. But overall, it was a good experience, and I would visit again.

Me, my husband and 2 daughters had the best holiday here. The hotel was a great location, walking distance to a lovely beach. The hotel itself was great, room had air con and was clean, the pools and slides were fantastic we spent most days morning until evening around them. The pool opened at 10 and there was ques to get pool side sun beds but we always went after breakfast and found a sun bed a little further back that we didn’t mind. Rooms were cleaned very well daily with fresh towels. And the air con worked fantastic. Food was good and lots of choice. Drinks were good for adults, no squash for kids so brought a bottle of Robinson from shop which was no problem. Entertainment fantastic, kids loved and adult entertainment we loved. Great family hotel and would definitely go back. Fantastic memories made.

Came with a family of 6 for 10 days. Cleanliness amazing. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding. Cleaners very friendly. Always plenty of food but very repetitive as expected with an all inclusive. Be aware of the plates as they get very hot. My husband burnt his hand on a plate which came up in a massive blister luckily it wasn’t a child. Lifts are a nightmare, 3 lifts for the whole hotel and they’re tiny. Not so bad if you’re on the lower floors but horrendous if you need to get to a higher level. The slide pool is lethal. The flooring is not appropriate for children. If you go to the slide pool ensure your child has slip shoes. Several people were falling over and all they’ve put up is wet floor signs. On 1 slide 2 people cracked their heads open and several people had cracked their head open by the side of the pool from slipping, 1 including my daughter who then had to go to the hospital for stitches. Life guards were amazing and dealt with her absolutely amazingly but the flooring is lethal. Main pool is lovely and clean plenty of activities throughout the day but the lifeguards aren’t the greatest. Paying barely any attention on doing their job as they just stand there talking to each other. No inflatables allowed so don’t bring them with you. All your allowed is a baby ring or arms bands which isn’t the greatest but I would bring a first aid kit as we have seen at least 10 people slip just from walking. Due to our daughters accident we brought her a ring that was accepted as she had her head injury and wasn’t allowed to have her head under water. She used this for a week no problems then one day we had a very rude life guard come up to her and told her to get out of the pool as she wasn’t allowed this. We queried this with the manager as we had been using this for a week to then be told they had an inspection and the rules have changed. No notice or signs had been put up to notify guests of this. Will not be returning to this hotel.

A very good hotel. Excellent staff. Very attentive personnel. They always do their best to make sure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. I especially want to mention the young team members who entertain the children from morning until evening. Each of them deserves praise. They are doing a great job. The reception staff are also very polite. Everything is great in the restaurant as well. The bartenders are hardworking and respectable employees too. Overall, the hotel is very good. I recommend it to anyone who wants to vacation with children. You can confidently come here — I’m writing this review while staying at the hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome! The staff were honestly lovely, super friendly and always happy to help with anything. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, which made such a difference. Massive thank you to Borja who made our stay so special Our room was spotless, the beds were really comfy, and there was loads of closet space so perfect for settling in properly without living out of a suitcase. The hotel itself is as brilliant! We came with our toddler but you could definitely come as a couple! We loved the pool areas with the slides and children’s splash pool! Lots of lifeguards so felt very safe! Plenty of space and no stress about finding a sunbed, which was a massive win! The activity’s were so fun my toddler loved running on the water carpet! The food was lovely! So fresh, loads of choice, and honestly so good that we didn’t even think about eating out. Every meal felt like a treat. Huge thank you to the whole team for making our stay so lovely. We had the best time and made memories we won’t forget. Already thinking about when we can come back

We stayed at the hotel as a family (2 adults, 2 children) and we provided our own meals. Our room was in the main building, above the main road, but also with a sea view and we could listen to the music nights from the Ilusion hotel across the road :). The rooms were clean, the kitchen was well equipped, cleaning was done daily. The hotel staff were friendly and nice, the cleaners cutely arranged the children's stuffed animals on the beds. It's a family hotel, so sometimes you could hear the surrounding children through the wall, but it wasn't too bad. Sound from outside was also not audible when the windows were closed. The blackout curtains were great, really opaque. The wifi worked well and was free, the air conditioning also worked without any problems. Our kids loved all 3 pools, the indoor one is a really big plus. There is plenty of parking around the hotel so that was no problem either. Thank you for the stay and would recommend to others!

I had a great stay at the hotel overall. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and I really appreciated how well we could rest at night. The gym was also well-equipped and a great addition to the facilities… The best part of the hotel was definitely the pool and the staff — very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the evening shows and adult entertainment were disappointing. The quality felt quite low, and the animation team didn’t seem very enthusiastic or welcoming, which was a shame. In general, though, it was a positive experience and the comfort and service made it worth it.

Spent 12 days with All inclusive. There is not much hospitality in the hotel. Half of the staff is friendly, the other half is poker face. We had a room that looks like 1 bedroom apartment with an equipped kitchen, very good. Comfortable bed, good noise isolation. 5-7 min walk to the sea. You can rent a bike or use a train. The location is ok. There is some show and the disco for children everyday. The animator team provides some activities for kids, simple but children are happy. The Animation team is the most positive team here. The food is great, you can find both meat and vegan stuff. I do not like that you can’t get coffee neither for lunch nor for dinner. You can but you should go to a shitty bar. The bar is shitty because in most cases you can’t take anything directly in the bar. You have to ask waiters to bring what you want despite of the bar men’s directly in a bar. The waiters are always busy, tired and often poker face. It is the worst part of the hotel. When there is a show you can wait a glass of water for a baby till the show ends. The elevator is the slowest one I ever seen. I had a good vacation. Will I pay 300€ per day again for this place. Do not know.

Our first family holiday. All the staff are amazing and friendly. From the reception team, the pool bar staff and of course a big shout out to the animation team! All staff are helpful and are such a credit to this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, fantastic location. Everything you need is in a 5-10minute walk. Very clean and maids were great. Prices for drinks and food on site is great, spar is a little pricey but it's convenient. Aldi is a 5 minute walk also. The pool area is lovey, surrounded by trees. There were always plenty of beds and umbrellas even going to the pool around 1pm. Big shout out to Maisie who was fantastic and had great energy with the children and also the adults. We will definitely be back next year!

I honestly cannot understand how this hotel has so many positive reviews. We’ve been vacationing in Spain for years, always staying in mid-range to upper-range hotels, and this was hands down the worst experience we’ve ever had. The room The furniture was ancient, falling apart, and felt dirty. The beds were the only items in acceptable condition — everything else looked like it belonged in a junkyard. The smell hit us immediately: damp, stale, and unpleasant, like stepping into an old, neglected house. Definitely not the fresh, welcoming holiday vibe we’re used to. The small kitchen had a few utensils but not even dish soap or a sponge. Guests are expected to buy their own cleaning supplies. The bathroom (if you can call it that) Rust creeping up the mirror, filthy gunk on the bathtub door hinge, broken and chipped tiles everywhere. Zero ventilation, so steam and odors just lingered. The bathroom door was swollen and warped from years of water damage. The toilet barely flushed, looked decades old, and was so stained and yellow it was disgusting. Everything screamed “cut corners, do it cheap, and never maintain it.” Cleaning service – or rather, no service at all In 10 days, our sheets were never changed once. No bathroom cleaning, no sweeping, no mopping, nothing. The “cleaning” consisted of making the beds. That’s it. We had to live with sand all over the bathroom floor for the entire stay. It felt dirty from day one and only got worse. The restaurant What started as disappointing turned into downright inedible. We paid for half-board but ended up eating out for the last 4 nights because we simply couldn’t face the food anymore. The buffet was the same every day, with only the “protein” changing. Beef so tough it was like shoe leather, chicken that tasted off, burgers that were revolting. Even churros — something kids usually love — were dripping with oil and so crunchy they were impossible to eat. Hygiene was alarming. Plates were often dirty, and I watched the cook handle raw burgers with his bare hands, then grab other food items without washing. Completely unacceptable. Drinks? A rip-off. €3 for half a liter of tap water, and no drinks included with half-board. One evening I even saw a waiter pour leftover wine from several bottles into one and serve it to another guest. Overall We paid double what we’ve spent in past years at far better hotels, where the service made us feel like royalty. Here, we felt cheated, uncomfortable, and disgusted. This hotel charges like a 4-star, delivers worse than a 1-star, and hides behind misleading reviews. Do yourself a favor: stay anywhere else. This is not a holiday, it’s a nightmare.

Sleep 4*, everything else 5*. Amazing experience except sleeping (reason 4 *), the bed was made out of two single beds and they kept moving during the night making a hole in between. Food amazing, drinks amazing, entertainment was great for kids and us. Pool was great with a good size pool for kids. Despite the bed moving I would happily go there again.

Great hotel just a short walk from the beach. It has a kids’ club with fun activities, which our children really enjoyed. There’s a shallow swimming pool that’s perfect for kids, plus another pool designed for smaller children, complete with slides. The food was tasty overall, and there’s a bar next to the pool. However, I wouldn’t recommend the sandwiches—they were quite dry and lacking in ingredients. That said, the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, a lovely stay!

The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The leisure facilities are modern and well-maintained, especially the pool and gym, which really enhance the overall experience. However, the rooms could definitely use an update. The decor feels outdated, and the furniture is quite old. The biggest issue is the poor sound insulation: a lot of noise comes through the windows, particularly from the nearby bars, which can make it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, a pleasant stay with great amenities, but the rooms would benefit from renovation and better soundproofing.

I stayed at this hotel with my friends for a week and we had an amazing time! The facilities were great , there are two big pools, both very clean and perfect for relaxing or having fun. The hotel also offers lots of activities, so there’s always something to do. The all-inclusive service was excellent. Every day there was a different variety of food, always fresh and tasty, and the drinks menu had plenty of choice for everyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. But the best part of our stay was definitely the entertainment team , a special mention to Theo and Dani for their charisma and professionalism. They made every evening fun and unforgettable! Overall, this hotel gave us a perfect holiday experience. I would definitely recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

⸻ I recently stayed at the HM Martinique in Magaluf, Spain. Overall, my experience was mixed. On the positive side, I really appreciated the location – the beach was very close, which made it convenient and enjoyable to get there within a few minutes. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, both at check-in and in the bar and dining area. Their service left a good impression and made the stay more pleasant. However, there were several aspects that I found disappointing. While the housekeeping staff did a lot, the floors in the room were not properly cleaned, which often left me with dirty feet. Even though I booked all-inclusive, the minibar in the room was completely empty – not even water was provided. Instead, I had to go to the bar with a jug to get it filled. The bathroom design was also inconvenient, as the shower only had a half door, which caused water to spill out into the entire bathroom. As for the food, it was solid but lacked variety. Most days it felt repetitive, and at times we even had to eat outside due to the dining space. For the price we paid for an all-inclusive stay, I expected a better quality !!!

From the second we arrived the whole experience was ruined by a man called Ollie (apparently he works at the hotel). Before we even checked in or got our bags to the room, he stopped us and said he was going to go over the hotel rules. From that perspective we thought he was just a staff member keeping us right, but instead he took us outside in 36 degree heat, sat us down and straight away started trying to sell us a Party Hard package. It was literally just a sales pitch. He got really pushy, saying there was “only 1 VIP table left.” We were absolutely roasting sitting there, clearly uncomfortable, and he just didn’t care at all. Honestly, it was such a horrible first impression and it made us feel really unwelcome straight away. The worst part is it wasn’t just us – we saw him do the same thing to loads of other guests, even while people were sitting eating. It just felt so unprofessional and gave the whole place a really bad vibe. On top of that, the “snack bar” they advertise isn’t even a snack bar – it’s literally just bread from the all-inclusive. You’re not allowed to take food away, and they even charge €1 for cups. The cup idea might sound fine in theory, but not when you’ve no cash on you and get told you can’t even get a drink unless you go to the ATM and lift out a euro. For an all-inclusive, it just felt like a bit of a joke. The rooms themselves weren’t great either – there was no full-length mirror at all, just the one in the bathroom, which was really inconvenient. On top of that, for some strange reason they don’t provide straws with drinks, which just made the whole set-up feel even cheaper and more frustrating. Overall, between Ollie’s pushy and misleading behaviour, the poor room set-up, and the hotel’s disappointing policies, what should’ve been a nice holiday just ended up feeling uncomfortable and stressful. Definitely not the experience we were expecting.

Me and my husband stayed here for 10 days from the 1st August. We read the reviews on here after booking and were nervous for what we were to expect however, we had no issues at all that were the fault of the hotel. The hotel itself is in a great location, it’s modern and clean and the staff are all lovely and helpful. There are three pools which are all clean with plenty of sunbeds. The hotel also has a shop on site which was great. The rooms are modern and cleaned regularly. Our room was cleaned daily, with towel/bed sheets changed every other day which was perfect. It was a great size and the balcony was huge! The only down side to our room was the bed as it moved a lot during the night and the floors and shower had some staining in. The staff were lovely. All very helpful. They seem to be slated a lot in the reviews, for simply doing their jobs. The hotel has rules which I think are reasonable and if people are breaking them, the staff have to challenge that! The drinks choice was good and the plastic cups that you have to use for €1 (which is refunded to you) is a great idea! Environmentally friendly and keeps the pool area nice and tidy. There were more than enough sunbeds and we never had an issue getting them in our full 10 days, at any time of day! The food was okay - it was nice and fresh but it wasn’t to our taste. This wasn’t an issue for us and it’s why we didn’t go all inclusive as we like to eat out. The only issue we had was due to some of the teenage guests toward the end of our stay - they were throwing glass bottles near the pool, playing really loud music and being rude to the staff. The staff did a great job at dealing with them and I suppose when staying in Magaluf, this is to be expected! Overall we had a fabulous time and loved the hotel! 🙂

Stayed here from 16th to the 23rd of july with friends. Staff were so rude it was like they didnt want us there, one even threatened my pal over a €1 euro plastic cup and one of the life guards got up in another mates face for jumping in the pool. Seems the rules only apply to some people as many had speakers on their balconys blasting loud music but when we did it the main blonde guy stormed into the room threatening to kick us out. You cant buy snacks from their own tuk shop and eat em round the pool without being moaned at either, i bought water. Yes water and wasnt allowed to drink it round the pool only the €1 cups for alcohol are allowed. Honestly dont come here if you want to relax as its just a party hotel with no respect for peace and quiet. Definitely better places to go to relax and way better places if you want to actually have fun and mess around as neither are possible here. The rooms are pretty average, they are just about clean and thats all that they have going for them. Our shower drain didnt drain so the bathroom floor just flooded which was great aswell. Lastly the AC doesnt work well and makes you very ill if you leave it on over night and the walls are paper thin so good luck sleeping lol. Absolutely shocking place whole staff need to have a turnover lol

Rooms were clean and a good size with a great breakfast selection if you stay for bed and breakfast. Pools were a bit tired and the location you will need to get a taxi or bus. It's a good 40 min walk into Porta Pollença and when it's hot not an enjoyable walk. Beach opposite hotel not particularly nice. Reception staff not particularly friendly. Sunbeds covered in towels before 8am, pool doesn't open till 10. If you have small children and want to stay on site, im sure this would be good choice but if you have older children or couples not the best selection.

Don't stay here if you are a family or want any sleep. We stayed here with our 2 children who are 3 & 8. It is full of youngsters who would turn their noses up when my son would splash around in the pool. We saw about 2 other families within the week we stayed there. It should be advertised as an adult only. We ended up spending a fortune being out everyday as we didn't want to be at the hotel which was a shame and massive expense. The bedroom backs onto the road which means you won't get any sleep from 1-6am sometimes even later!!! We were exhausted!!!! I understand that it is near the strip but the rooms really need to be a bit more sound proofed it was ridiculous. I have stayed in this area multiple times from a little girl and have never experienced noise like this, other hotel soundproof their rooms. Was also massively on edge as when we arrived someone was complaining that their phone had been stolen, I then looked at recent reviews and there were more staying their rooms had been broken into. Our sliding door to the balcony didn't lock when we arrived, we had to spend the first night with this unlocked as it was 'too late to fix'. Massively let down which is such a shame seeing as we paid well over 2.5k for this holiday.

I have had to write a review after reading so many bad reviews.. I have just come back from my daughters Hen party- There was 10 of us mixed ages between 31 and 58 and we read the reviews before we came, and were really worried about our upcoming stay- BUT it was nothing like the bad reviews we had read. The hotel was modern, very clean, the rooms were lovely with comfy beds, spotless clean bathroom - good size rooms - lovely The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was 14 euros each but plenty of choice and very nice food. We were expecting the pool area to be noisy and loud with younger guests- there was some music paying but not too loud and we found it to be a nice relaxing atmosphere. The pool bar sold drinks at good prices and nice food at lunchtime. Location is great only about 5 minutes walk to everything. Cardiac Hill was nothing to worry about ( i am 57 with a back issue- and i found it fine, albiet a slow walk up!) We did hear some people coming in about 4am one morning, but it was only a bit of laughter and was only one night and nothing too disturbing. There are safety deposit boxes you can rent for your room, and you can rent beach towels for 20 euros, which is refunded when you hand them back. I had a vision in my head when we read some reviews, and i have had to write a review as i wouldn't have booked this hotel after reading some of the reviews, and it was nothing like we had expected, I would definately stay here again. We had a great time.

Me and my friends recently got back from our trip to Magaluf and we are heavily disappointed with our experience. We came to the same hotel last year and everything was fine except we thought the security was a bit dodgy but this year it was a whole different story. I have never in my life experienced a more revolting or unprofessional stay at a hotel. The room we were given was infested with cockroaches — crawling on the walls, in the bathroom, even on the bed. This wasn’t just a stray insect; it was an active infestation. We immediately went to the front desk, expecting they would take the situation seriously. Instead, we were met with complete indifference. We asked multiple times to be moved to another room or given any form of help, and every single time we were brushed off with excuses. Not once did anyone apologize, investigate, or offer a solution. We were given bug spray and were essentially told to “deal with it.” This hotel clearly has no standards for cleanliness, no concern for guest safety or comfort, and no idea what customer service means. Staying here was a nightmare — filthy, unhygienic, and utterly unacceptable. If you value your health, your peace of mind, or even basic human decency, do NOT stay here.

I suggest you to stay as far as you can from this Hotel, especially on the weekends. People around are partying, screaming, yelling ALL night long (even at 4am). We barely slept 1 hour on our first 2 nights. The walls are very thin, really poor sound proofing on the doors and windows. Rooms: Bring as much equipment and drink as you can because there wasn’t a single bottle of water in the fridge. No tea, coffee, etc. 4 stars huh?! Parking in the area is a nightmare — sometimes it took 25-30 mins to find a spot. Also, unfortunately the air conditioning in our suite was really loud. I’m really sorry but this Hotel is far no 4 stars, barely 3, rather 2… Breakfast was average. All in all, this hotel is bad value for the price.

I thought it was a great family hotel. My room was big enough and clean (Mallorca Block) . Kids loved all the swimming pools and slides. Some areas are a little dated, but generally was good standard. I thought selection of food was good most days, never an issue with finding something to eat. Snack bar was handy for the kids. Constant fresh pizza was really nice. All staff were very friendly and worked busily keeping the place tidy. Would definitely go back.

It's a family hotel and this is where we were most let down, the activities during the day are poor and the evening activities were terrible, sound system did not work for all the nights we were there constantly cuting out and needing to be fixed. Evening activities are not really for under children under 6/7 quite late starting and very loud. Food was average, would expect better fresh fruit given location!! No oranges, given Spain is famous for them, this was disappointing! It's was nice to have themed food each night and the variety was good. Rooms are clean and good condition, cleaners are polite. There was a play group (1.5 hrs twice a day) and playground (uncovered) which was good. Good access to a nearby beach and high street. Avoid the snack bar and keep to the main restaurant meals!

We stayed in the Ibiza block on the 6th floor and had a lovely, spacious room with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only minor inconvenience was that the door card took several tries to work each time, but that didn’t take away from our overall experience. The room cleaning staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help and keeping everything spotless. The food at the restaurant was a pleasant surprise, while the dining area could get a bit chaotic, the food itself was consistently delicious. We usually don’t expect much from all-inclusive dining, but the rotating themed nights kept things interesting and enjoyable. The pool and slides were a highlight, clean, well-maintained, and large enough that we never felt crowded. We always managed to find available loungers with no hassle, which made relaxing by the pool even better. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the town, and the free shuttle buses to the beach were a great bonus. The kids’ disco and daytime entertainment were fantastic, with the animation team bringing energy and fun every single day. All the staff throughout the hotel were outstanding, hardworking, friendly, and always with a smile. Their efforts truly made the holiday special. We had a really lovely time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others, especially families. It’s more geared toward a family-friendly atmosphere than a couples’ getaway, but perfect for what we wanted. We’ll definitely be returning!

The evening entertainment is fun—the entertainers are friendly and engaging—but adding some more creative activities could make it even better. Just returned from a 6 night stay 4 adults and 2 boys aged 6 and 9. They loved it. The hotel and rooms are spotless. Lovely pool area and refreshing to have more than enough sunbeds. Food was delicious and so much choice. Probably one of the best all inclusive we have stayed at. Staff are friendly and work very hard. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The only negative is the lengthy queues and shortage of bar staff for drinks in the evening.

my boyfriend and i have just arrived home from a 5 night stay at this lovely hotel and we have absolutely no complaints. it was a beautiful hotel, with a great atmosphere. the room was good, just what we needed - along with a balcony with a gorgeous view. the pool area was lovely, there’s always plenty of sun loungers available throughout the day so no need to worry. the pool bar was great, there was plenty of food and drinks available all day! the restaurant was lovely too. the entertainment team were fantastic, especially Lucas who we got to know very well. he’s a credit to the hotel and you can tell that he loves his job! he looked after us all week and got us involved in many different activities and having fun, then wished us a safe journey home at the end of the week with a massive cuddle. i hope he’ll still be there when we visit again next year! really do recommend this lovely hotel, just want we wanted from this holiday.

We’ve just come back from Hotel Globales Mimosa in Palmanova and had an amazing time! The day time activities were great and the evening entertainment was good (even if we never won bingo – still sad about that!). I have food allergies, and the head chef did his best with the language barrier to explain the allergy key and make me feel safe, which I really appreciated. The staff in general were all friendly and helpful, but we have to give a huge shout-out to Lucas from the entertainment team – he is an absolute star! My Only Negatives would be having to Que for a soft Drink And they have a token system which I find quite annoying . Would be nice to be able to help myself to water if needed . The reception staff could do with being a bit more approachable and happy but, apart from that it’s well worth the money and we have had a lovely stay.

We recently stayed and while there were some positive aspects, there were also several areas that need improvement. **Pros:** - The pool was fantastic for kids, providing a great space for them to enjoy. **Cons:** - Unfortunately, we noticed that our children kept getting cuts on their feet while playing in the pool, which was concerning. - There was a lack of kids' entertainment around the pool during the day. Unless you bring your own floats, there isn't much for the children to do. - The arcade, which was advertised, was quite disappointing and misleading in terms of what was available. - The food options for children were limited. While adults and less picky eaters might find something to enjoy, we often had to order food from outside the hotel, even though we were on an all-inclusive plan. We also found ourselves frequently visiting the on-site shop for snacks and drinks. - Bar food was only available through table service, and we had to skip lunch at the restaurant due to the limited options. - Our room, despite being part of the all-inclusive package, did not include a kettle or coffee/tea facilities, which was a letdown as many other hotels provide this amenity. **Evening Entertainment:** The nighttime entertainment left much to be desired. The kids' disco played the same five songs in a repetitive order, and while bingo was fun, it felt like other hotels offered much more engaging entertainment options. While we appreciated the cost-saving aspect of this holiday, we likely won't be returning . If you plan to stay here, I recommend bringing mosquito repellent for the evenings as well. Overall, I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve its offerings for families

Apartments were a great size and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool areas were very nice and clean, the adult only pool was our favourite and not too overcrowded. The free shuttle bus to and from the beach was fantastic and so convenient, running very regularly. The hotel is a little out of the way so expect a 15/20 minute walk down to the main strip but it is a flat walk. We only had breakfast during our stay which was nice enough and offered a good selection of food, but the actual dining area was very chaotic. Entertainment is good, there seemed to be a lot of activities on offer for children during the day and nighttime entertainment went on to around 11-11:30pm. Drinks very reasonabley priced from the bar. On site shop also very reasonably priced and has a great variety of products on offer.

Two adults, three kids. So the positives, nice clean hotel, pools nice and a few of them but not massive, so get busy but not loads of idiots running for bed in the morning (there are a few though!). All staff seemed nice and helpful. Aircon in rooms good, worked well. Location very good, walking distance to the beach and a nice walk, beach very busy so worth driving out if you can but a decent size anyway. Lots of nice restaurants around the area too. The negatives, once the sun goes down lots of mosquitos, been several times so it's the norm. Back to the hotel, the entertainment goes on until 11.30/12, if you want to sleep ask not to get a room overlooking the pool area as the noise is unbearable! The food is just OK, as you would reflect a buffet but almost the same things every night, breakfast very samey, sometimes with chips though? Evening meals also the same and bland. Ended up going for meals out by the end of the week as it was a constant disappointment. Overall though I would highly recommend, there are more positives then negatives.

We returned last week from a 10 day break here. The hotel itself is lovely, we had a one bedroom apartment and was very spacious and plenty of room for us all. We went as a party of 11 all together. We went self catering as love to eat out in the local restaurant’s. We ate at the hotel on one occasion and I’m so pleased we were self catering. The food at the pool bar was nice and we often had lunch there. The shop is small but had everything we wanted. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard and air conditioning worked well. There are lots of mosquitoes about but only got bitten twice. We wore bands and the spray which worked well compared to others in our group. Beware of the crazy golf- it sits right by the lake and you will get bitten alive although that’s no fault of the hotel. The pool areas are beautiful and plenty of space. They don’t open until 10 and there was no rush for sun beds. We arrived at lunch time on occasions and always managed to get a bed. It’s around a 15 minute, flat walk to the beach so no issues but the hotel does run a shuttle to the beach every half an hour. Ideal during the midday sun. The only small criticisms we had, although didn’t impact us was one of the lifeguards, a young lad, sat on his chair all day, chatting on his phone, never saw him once look up at the pool. There were other lifeguards who were certainly more attentive. The second thing was we were told by a large group of Irish holidaymakers that they had tipped the bar staff and were being supplied with drinks. We then witnessed this first hand with the bar/waiting staff pocketing money……..not a great look for the hotel and not great for those of us who paid for all our drinks!

The rooms are large with a big balcony to sit on. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly. As part of being all inclusive you can get table service for your drinks, this was handy however they wouldn't allow you to go to the bar to order during busier times. Most of the cocktails were straight out of a tap, very sweet and not the greatest. You also have to wait until 7pm to be served these, although you can get them during the day at the adults only pool across the road. For the fancier cocktails you need to pay for these. The main thing letting this hotel down was the food. No flavour whatsoever and not very many options. Not good for kids as there are barely any kid-friendly options. However the snack bar had more options for kids food. We went out on our last night for dinner because we couldn't stand to eat the food any longer. If this improved I would have given the hotel 5 stars but it was a huge let down food wise.

This hotel is lovely and as long as you are going with the expectation that you are staying in a 3* hotel and not a 5* hotel you should have a wonderful time. Pros- Clean and spacious hotel. Housekeeping are wonderful and keep rooms/communal areas clean to a high standard. Reception staff and bar staff are always happy to help and friendly. 3 different pool areas to suit everyone NO FIGHTING FOR SUN LOUNGERS, you can find one at any point in the day as people don't leave their towels on all day and only use it for an hour. Food plentiful and fresh. Room adequate for the amount of time spent in them. Cons- Any local shop is around a 20 minute walk apart from the on site shop which is rather expensive. Food can be a little repetitive. Childrens entertainment can be a little rubbish depending on which staff is doing the mini disco which is only half an hour long at 20.30 which is a little late. Unless your child is put into kids club during the day they are not included by staff on an evening. The bunk beds are not adequate for a young child to sleep on top as there is only half a bar that stops them from falling off. (My 10 YO didn't feel overly safe up there)

Stay as far away from this hotel as possible! Everything about mine and my friend’s experience here was awful, start to finish. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are extremely poor, the carpets throughout the hotel lobbies and stairs are covered in stains, both the inside and outside the tables were hardly ever clean and the reusable cups aren’t cleaned properly, they’re just sprayed and rinsed, no proper cleaning or sanitation of the rims of the cups where you drink from, and the bar staff were always annoyed whenever we asked for new cups. The staff in general had an appalling attitude towards us, reception staff were blunt and not helpful, the bar staff were always annoyed whenever you asked for anything, the beach transfer driver had no regards for safety and would constantly overfill the minivan. The only shining light of the staff was the lovely woman in the hotel shop, she was always smiling and happy and would dance and joke with me and my friends whenever we entered her shop. The manager, who told us his name was GM, was the most unprofessional and rude person we encountered. He demanded us into his office, and originally only tried getting the girls of the group in the office with him and refusing to let the boys come in with them. We refused this and all went in together, where he was extremely aggressive and nasty in tone towards us and our complaints about the quality of the hotel. He was condescending and confrontational and was trying to abuse his power over us asking questions like “do you know who is the one giving the orders here? Me.” The whole conversation he was arguing with us against our complaints and not being cooperative to resolve any of them, and using it being 3 star hotel as an excuse for all the faults rather than wanting to improve our experience. He also stereotypes us from the beginning of the conversation, assuming we came for a party holiday and to be clubbing, when all we were looking for was a relaxing poolside holiday. The pool area was also disgusting, the first day we arrived the pool was taped off for “cleaning purposes” but there was no cleaning happening, it just reopened and nothing had changed about it. The food was always freezing cold, even the hot food had no warmth at all, we tried the beans, sausage, and bacon and they were all stone cold. The bread rolls were the only thing we ate after this and even they weren’t the best. We saw countless other reviews from the last month about how the food was making people ill and after visiting the hotel, we can see exactly why it made them so ill. The hotel is also full of bugs and animals, we saw a rat scurrying around the pool bar, and found silverfish, ants, earwigs, and countless other bugs and creatures in our hotel rooms. The rooms aren’t cleaned properly, they are full of stains and black mould, and feel extremely dirty to be in. I had some sort of slime come off the door and stain my finger, as well as the lights coming out of the wall, flooding bathrooms, and the no locks on the door. Everything about this place made me and my friends feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Definitely not a family friendly hotel and definitely not a place to ever consider staying.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days and my experience was disappointing. The hotel is very old and not well maintained. Despite being on 6th floor, there were ants everywhere. Food was another issue. Although there were always some options, the quality was poor and often felt like it was made from leftovers from day before. As a vegan, I was told before booking that I would be accommodated, but in reality the kitchen staff were not very helpful. The one positive was that fresh and tasty melon was available every day. The most ridiculous thing is that you get a plastic cup for the drinks and have to carry them with you all the time for your all length of stay. They staff just rinse it before pouring the drink. The pool area was the biggest letdown. The hotel is overcrowded. It was always dirty with floating hair and rubbish, and I never saw anyone cleaning the pool area during the day. The hotel is also far from everything, which we were aware of before coming. To my surprise The hotel is located near sewage, which made the stay even more unpleasant. It smelled horrible from every part of the hotel. On the positive side, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, and my kid enjoyed the slides at the pool and the mini golf. Overall, for the high price we paid, I really regret booking this hotel. I cannot recommend it, and I wish I had chosen another place to stay in Mallorca.

Just back from a week at HSM Canarios Park with my Wife and 2 kids, ages 2 and 4. We all had the best time. This hotel is ideal for families with kids. The food is good, nothing fancy but plenty options for the kids and fresh fish or meat cooked at the buffet every day. The restaurant is open for long periods which makes it easier to plan your day and means you can avoid busier times. The staff were amazing, so welcoming, friendly and helpful which really adds to the overall experience of feeling welcome at the hotel. The rooms are cleaned so thoroughly and beds were always made up and room tidied and cleaned throughout the day. The staff would even make the kids beds and then lay their teddies on top. There are 3 pools at the hotel so always space to find a couple of sun loungers. The kids pool was great, so shallow so easy to relax and not have to worry. There are shuttles into the town but we always opted to walk as it's a straightforward route that's pleasant and safe to walk - about 20 mins or so. The tourist markets in the town are great and well worth the walk. Some nice bars and cafes too. At the end of the week none of us wanted to leave so I think that says it all!

I recently visited HSM Canarios Park with my friends for a nice memorable holiday. However it wasn’t nice at all and memorable for all the wrong reasons!! When we first arrived we were greeted by reception and when we checked in we were given a sheet of paper which was for a single cup for drinks for the WHOLE HOLIDAY!! I found this appalling as we paid for an all inclusive, so having to have one cup the whole holiday shouldn’t be right and definitely not very hygienic. On our first day we made a complaint to the holiday company we flew with as the hotel was not how it was described when we booked it and VERY unhygienic. The tables were dirty, our food was cold at breakfast, the ceiling in our bathroom had mold on it (which was unsafe for me as i have asthma), the bathroom would flood after one use of the shower, the walls were paper thin so we could hear everything from the room next door, stains on the bed sheets and around the room, there was no inside lock on the door and there was loads of bugs in our room (ants, silverfish on my bed, A RAT, and other creatures). We then got called in the managers office and the way he spoke to us was appalling!!! We were a group of 3 girls and 2 boys and in this ‘meeting’ he only wanted to speak to the girls!!!! This was because he was trying to single us out and saw us as easy targets. When we finally argued that we aren’t going in without the boys he let us all in. When we were in there he singled me out made me sit down on a chair and asked me condescending questions like ‘do you know where you are?’. Throughout the whole meeting he was very condescending, unapologetic, unprofessional and just out right rude treating us like children and constantly stereotyping us! We never stayed in the hotel as we didn’t feel safe we was only there to sleep and shower. In the day we would take the beach shuttle to the beach which was VERY unreliable. The man driving the 8 seater van would try and fit around 15 people in the van which was very unsafe! And he said to me and my friends if we didn’t squeeze in the van, which already had 15 people in there we would have to wait for an hour! This was RIDICULOUS as when I spoke to reception they said he should come back until there is no one waiting, which was a lie! Overall all of the staff made us all feel extremely uncomfortable the whole trip, the staff was talking and pointing at us all the time and just being very unhelpful! The only member of staff in the entire hotel that was kind, fun and made us feel welcome was the lady in the shop! She would dance with us when we would enter, and had amazing energy! She deserves all the praise and deserves better than working in that dump!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! I understand that the hotel is only listed as a three star, but some of things we experienced during our stay wouldn’t even qualify for a one star hotel.
