These apartments are just on the outskirts of Porto Pollenca.
They are kept spotlessly clean, with cleaning and your bedding changed regularly.
There's plenty of parking and your on the bus route to the port should you want to travel into the town to dine in any of the vast selection of restaurants that are available.
There's also 2 swimming pools that are in the apartment complex.
The grounds around the complex are kept very neat and tidy with lovely grass areas and trees to complement the area.
Because these apartments are on the outskirts the charges to rent the apartments are good value against the rents in the main town.

Nice apartments with cooking possibility. We had some mould in the shower. But this has been quickly removed, after we complained at the reception.
It takes about 15 min. to the beach.
There is a main street right next to the apartment, but at least in November not that busy. But could be different in summer time. Overall still a good place to stay though.

Very cold in the rooms even though we put the heater on which normally we don’t want to do. But the room was freezing compared to outside… very strange. It was also very noisy, we were the closest room to the road tho. The walls are like paper, can hear everything from the neighbours

Great stay with my family. The apartments are clean and functional. The pool area is great. Location is perfect for the walk down the the beach and shops.
We didn't realise until half way through our holiday the facilities at the duvabitat were linked to habitat for us to use. The children's and adults entertainer, Luciano was absolutely fantastic and a huge part of how much we enjoyed our holiday and stay at the apartments. We can't thank him enough, a huge asset to the place.
The only con and it's not a bad point in all is that I would have liked the staff at habitat to have informed us of these other facilities so we could have used them sooner.

We spent more than a week at this place. It is amazing for families! Everything is nearby and pools are just a cherry on top!
Staff is super friendly and helpful.

We have just returned from a week's stay at the Duva hotel (2 adults and 2 children) and it was wonderful. Amazing value for money. For the price we paid I was a little apprehensive that it would be very basic, but the hotel offered so much. The premium apartment was spacious and well equipped. There are a variety of pools, a gym, a spa, tennis and padel courts, bike hire and daily children's entertainment. My two daughters aged 6 and 9 absolutely loved the entertainment. Activities by the pool during the day and the evening entertainment was fantastic (interactive and geared towards the kids).
The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the beach front, and it is a lovely walk. There is also a shuttle bus service to the beach.
Hotel staff were very helpful and assisted us with anything we needed. I would love to go back!

Good value for money hotel. Better than expected for the price.
4 stars for apartment's, the ones we stayed in could benefit from a refresh in some areas, but they are perfectly fine. They are good size and well appointed, with everything you would need. I would be very happy staying there again. Staff are friendly and helpful, with most speaking very good English. Location was perfect for us as we had bikes but Not the best if you want to be by the beach all day. What it does mean is it is nice and quiet, as it is away from town center. There is a free bus from hotel to beach June to September. There are three outside pools all clean and keeps in good condition as is the pool areas with lots of sun beds. Breakfast is buffet style, with amazing choice and can be purchased on a daily basis. Also the same for dinner. There is underground garage fo storing bikes and if you want it a spa.and gym. Have stay there twice now and would stay again. 😀

Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children aged 6&10). We have just returned from a 10 day stay at the Duva Aparthotel on a half board basis. From start to finish we couldn't have been happier with the hotel and it's staff. We arrived later in the evening than planned as it took over an hour to get our rental car at the airport so we missed dinner but they very kindly plated us up some food and had it waiting for us in the restaurant when we arrived. The food throughout the holiday was lovely. Always a fresh meat and fresh fish being cooked throughout service and the other food on offer was always very tasty. Paella night on a Sunday was my favorite! Breakfast was great to, everything you would want for a full English (if that's your thing), also plenty of cereal choice, meats, cheeses, omelettes, American pancakes and waffles. Also fresh fruit and pastries. Could not fault it.
We stayed in a one bed comfort apartment on the ground floor overlooking the main pool (which is what I requested) and it was lovely. The kids had the bed settee in the living room which was completely adequate for our needs. Kitchen was well equipped with an electric hob, microwave and fridge with a small freezer compartment. Aircon in the apartment was very good.
The hotel and it's grounds were spotless, I don't think I ever saw any litter anywhere. The three pools were all lovely and we never struggled to get a sunbed. The staff were all so lovely and very accommodating. Luciano works his socks off and is so good with the children. My son absolutely loved him. He works so hard 6 days a week and even comes in for a natter on his day off!
Please don't be put off by the hotels location, it's a lovely 10-15 minute walk to the beach/promenade from the hotel. The reception staff told us of a back route to go which avoids the main road and it was a lovely walk.
All in all we couldn't fault the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return. Puerto Pollensa is beautiful and so is Pollensa village, well worth a visit...we even managed the steps up to the beautiful little church, the view from the top was well worth it!
Thank you Hotel Duva for making our holiday an unforgettable one ❤️

We have just returned from 9 days at the Duva Hotel. First impressions on arrival were good. Reception staff on checking in were quick and efficient. Very happy with the room which was in the main hotel complex and overlooking the mountains and not the pool which for us was better. Perhaps we would have preferred one of the newer apartments across the road but this did not deter our enjoyment. Nice large lounge, very well equpped kitchen and comfy beds, lots of space and a nice bathroom. The room was serviced every day by lovely staff who always looked happy and work extremely hard, thankyou. Staff throughout the hotel are great, dining area staff are efficient and are led by their lovely head waiter who we grew to really like during our stay. A special shout out to Luciano who is the childrens entertainer and also runs activities for the adults. This man is an absolute credit to the hotel, the children adore him, he knows all their names and entertains them splendidly from lunchtime onwards. He took us on a walking trip to Cala St Vincent during our stay which we really enjoyed, thanks Luciano, youre an absolute star. Please dont be put off by the location of the hotel, the walk into town is lovely and there are some nice bars on route. A good stroll every evening after dinner was just perfect. Would we return to the Duva, absolutely yes. Thanks for a fabulous 9 days.

Overall we had good time in your hotel. The biggest pro is your personnel. It was careful and kind. We enjoyed bigger rooms compare to other average hotel and good A/C.
We also didn't like many things, they are subtle but they add up.
First, your pool lifeguard. This guy seems to have good time...with his phone. My daughter cut her foot in the pool, because of sharp bolts holding metal grids are loose. He saw it but didn't even come to offer help. He said he'd report this to reception, but nothing happened the remaining days. I'm not sure if he'd be able to "save" anyone.
The other day the door handle at pool toilet just fell off. We have a clear feeling that nobody cares about that stuff.
Second, the food. Initially we were impressed how various it is. Later we felt that hotel saves on food. All the desserts are as cheap as possible. All those jelly...Noone eats it. It's a 50cent dish... I never ate warm omelet. It is cooked "in advance" and by the time it's on my plate it's cold. The meat is often so hard that even adults can't chew it... Much food smells with tap water. Yes, it has really bad smell that guests notice!
Third, the neighborhood. We came with the car and we had to drive over that ruined road several times a day. What a shame! Just fix it. The trash bins on the way to the restaurant also smell. Can't you hide them?
Fourth, for the high season prices it's ridiculous that you still want to charge us for the safe or want 10 euro deposit for the beach towels. Just give us those towels and get it back on check out! So greedy...3 euro for rubber cup to enter the SPA... Seriously?
Overall, this hotel is not exciting. It's just average. Maybe it's not worse than others but it's not better either. We won't come back.

Had a wonderful stay with my partner. We were greeted to a beautiful sunrise each morning from our room balcony. Room was clean, beds comfortable, and serviced everyday. Lovely swimming pool, very good breakfast. Very well set up for cyclists with top of the range bikes for rent. Very good guy in the bike hire shop and great staff all around. Hotel is also only a short walk to a beautiful beach. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

First impression, the building didn’t look like the photograph, a sort of faded grey 80s Lego set. On walking in the lack of air conditioning hits you like a train. There were a few grills in the wall that if you placed your hand on them you could feel some cool air, like a desperate convict planning an escape. The hotel rooms were the same, a grim first impression.
We thought we’d get some lunch. Walking into the dining area which is akin to a converted air craft hanger, the cacophony is off the scale. Masses of people are crammed in, you can’t have a conversation, you can’t hear or think. To make sure you’ve truly arrived in Hades the food is unholy. Everything tastes like it’s off or almost off or like something else entirely. I had some cauliflower that tasted like nothing I’ve ever tried and impossible to describe. The closest I can think of would be trying to eat polystyrene covered in a diabolical sauce. We ate out a lot but whilst there I lived on ice cream for 10 days, my son was sick all over the place, including the foyer in front of all the guests. They were unfazed, probably not their first visit. Going up to the room the design of the hotel became increasingly bizarre. There were pictures on the wall without pictures only the frames. Huge glass windows with no blinds, no air conditioning, nothing. Every time you went to your room you were blinded and fried at the same time. You can’t swing a cat in the rooms but that’s not your only problem. While showering, my 2 year old daughter merely touched the shower curtain and it fell down like a zeppelin. On closer inspection it wasn’t even fixed to the wall just wedged in. The shower was comedy gold, even funnier than the artwork on the wall. The wardrobes look like they were fitted using the cheapest materials possible materials, in a rush, around 1980. Even the floor number was held on with insulation tape. The electrics are a death trap as are the fruit juices and cocktails. Lord knows what was in them. Having said that, the beach was lovely, it’s a beautiful island and the hotel was packed so there must be some sort of mysterious appeal. As mystifying as the 4 star grading. I notice that the reviews all have an efficient rapid rebuttal system particularly to negative reviews. All part of the mystery. We won’t be returning.

We've just got back after spending a week here (25th October to 1st November)
The hotel is beautiful. Staff couldn't do enough for us.
Be prepared for the pools to be cold, literally like been in an ice bath.
We did bed and breakfast so can't comment on food through the day but breakfast was standard.
A glass of fizzy pop is €2.50. They didn't accept cash which was annoying as we didn't want to use our credit card but ended up using it.
We wouldn't come again in October, due to it been the end of the season their were things from we noticed that were a little bit frustrating. For instance, breakfast started dwindling down through out the week, half the fruit wasn't there, they took away one of the toasters, no croissants, no crusty bread, no scrambled egg, no cookies, no smoothies. The drink station was closed ag one end of the room. Half of the breakfast stations were empty.
Most of the restaurants surrounding the hotel closed around Wednesday. All of these things were there at the beginning of our holiday though which is a little frustrating.
Kids clubs was hit and miss, we went once in the week and it didn't seem to open again but mini disco was on every night bar from one or two.
The entertainment on a night was nice. Very mixed and something for everybody.
All in all we had a beautiful week. We would definitely tell anyone to stay here at Pollensa park and spa. Just not at the end of season (it felt like they were waiting to shut the door behind us)

We had a great stay here with our toddler last week. The service was very good. There was a good selection at breakfast. The hotel had a mini disco in the evenings which was enjoyable especially for children. The hotel was within walking distance to Port de Pollenca!

Have just come home from a week here. Can't fault anything about this hotel. Food was so good. So much to choose from at every sitting. I loved the paella every lunch time. Rooms were very good we didn't have one of the refurbished rooms but it was very clean and nice. The spa was lovely as well . All the staff were very friendly. The only thing that I would say they could do is have more parasols around the pool area. Also the splash park for the kids is amazing. I would definitely return and recommend this to others. Thank you for a lovely stay

This is fantastic hotel, the food is delicious and the staff are incredibly friendly (thank you Naty!). Our rooms were super clean and the facilities are perfect. Location is great, just near the beach but quiet at night. Entertainment in the evenings was fun. We will definitely return next year!

My girlfriends and I had an amazing trip! The hotel is modern, spotless and beautifully maintained. All the staff were absolutely fantastic a special mention to Alma, Alba, Alex, Eric and Yolanda who truly made our stay one of the best we've had.
I celebrated my 50th birthday during our stay and was made to feel so special. Every detail was thoughtful. The whole team really do go above and beyond to make each guest feel welcome and valued.
We'll definitely be returning. Keep doing what you're doing - your staff work incredibly hard and always greet guests with a genuine smile. They are a credit to Marsenses Puerto Pollensa hotel. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable 🙏🏾

Stayed here for one night to get sunrise pictures at nearby Formentor. Seems good location. The hotel is very nice, although older with signs of wear and tear still comfortable. Front desk staff was amazing, enthusiastic and helpful. Spoke great English. Got half board option, very good price for the variety and amount of food.
Jayne Carter-kirnon
Great hotel with excellent efficient staff who go out of their way to make sure your stay with them is enjoyable. Special thanks to Eric in reception for his advice on places to visit including some great local walks/hikes in the area.
Good mixture of clientele, mostly couples and groups of cyclists.
Hotel location is perfect, a couple of minutes walk to the beach & restaurants.
5 mins walk to the bus stop for a variety of buses to take you all over the island & 10 mins walk to the harbour for the ferry to formentor.
Would definitely return.

We love this hotel! The staff are wonderful, rooms are clean and have everything you need. The hotel has a chilled vibe which is just what we needed after a stressful few months at work! We will definitely be back, knowing that when we book Mar Senses, we can expect a fab holiday.
