Fun filled holiday. Lots to keep you entertained. We booked this only 18days prior to flying. And have been very impressed, rooms are lovely and beds made daily. Day activities for adults and kids. We have struggled with lack of variety of food for my daughter. Always pasta and chips as a good fall back option, but definitely always something to eat if you can push our boundaries of normal English food. Pool and slides are a great hit. Sadly no inflatables allowed other than a very small inflable ring. This should be more clearly signposted as disappointing when you enter the water and get a whistle blown at you to get out. Also no balls allowed, this does take away from the fun that kids want at a pool. No fault of the hotel but the beaches are a 15 or 25min walk away and in the heat not ideal for young ones walking there. Overall I have enjoyed my stay here and glad we booked it last minute. 4 stars. Thank you everyone.

The location of this hotel is decent – just a short taxi ride takes you into the square, so from that perspective it works well. The hotel itself is also kept clean, which is one of the few positives I can note. Unfortunately, that’s where the good points end. The food is extremely poor: bland, repetitive, and with barely any choice. Snacks are equally basic. We ended up eating out every evening, which completely defeats the purpose of paying for “all inclusive.” I’ve genuinely never stayed anywhere with such disappointing catering. The pool area is another let-down. With sunbeds not opening until 10am, guests resorted to reserving spaces with towels on tiny tables, creating unnecessary “sunbed wars.” Drinks were equally sub-par – the daily cocktail was always far too sweet, with little variety or quality. Entertainment was dull to the point of being depressing. It felt lifeless and uninspired, more like something from a bygone era than a holiday experience. To make matters worse, guest behaviour often went unchecked. At one point, there were groups chanting “Tommy Robinson,” which was embarrassing and uncomfortable. On another night, we returned to find blood all over our landing following an altercation in the hotel – hardly reassuring for families or anyone seeking a relaxed stay. Overall, if you want to feel as though you’ve wandered into an episode of Little Britain, then this might be the place for you. For everyone else: don’t bother paying for “all inclusive,” and frankly, don’t bother staying here at all.

The hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The double room is cozy, clean, well-organized, and well-equipped. The pool looks like an oasis (it seems to be a trend). There are activities at night inside the hotel for guests, such as bingo, game shows, karaoke, etc. The food is also incredible. I felt that the menu was a little repetitive, but nothing that would affect its quality. To go to the beach or the nearest stores, you can take a bus (5 min) or walk (25 min). Overall, if I were to go to Lanzarote again, I’d shortlist this hotel as one of my favorite options.

Blue Sea Costa Bastian is a decent hotel. Rooms were acceptably presented with adequate facilities. Where this hotel excels is the people who work there. Rooms were cleaned to a high standard daily. Customer service was fantastic. No problem was too much for them to deal with. We had an issue with the air conditioning, it was repaired the same day we reported it. I have seen on here people moaning about the "eco cup" scheme. The hotel takes a euro deposit per cup and reimburses it at the end of your stay. For this you enjoy a pool area with no broken glass, no empty glasses cluttering up tables and a warm feeling you are doing right by the environment! Food at the hotel is of a moderate standard with plenty of choice for everyone. The only real downside is that the location is slightly out of the way. Costa Teguise is about a fifteen minute walk from the hotel. The local taxi services are so good and affordable this isn't much of a problem. All in all we had a great stay and really enjoyed our holiday. Thanks Blue Sea, for giving us a budget friendly holiday in a beautiful part of the world.

As an all inclusive member, It’s not all inclusive as you have to pay for the “better” drinks and even the coffee of the day. Plus you have to pay for your own cup. Room service is alright. They only tidy up the beds and change one towel in the bathroom and also only give you one toilet roll, they don’t clean the floors or balcony floor or the toilet+bath+sinks. They shut the lights off at 11pm every night even if there’s people still sat there and even in the dining area they shut the lights off even if there’s people still is people still eating. The entertainment crew tells you to put 5 starts on the hotel review to use their 360 spin camera set up. And the pool is dirty of mold and green moss. Other than all of that the hotel rooms are really nice same with the dining area.

Overall a great budget friendly holiday considering the amount we payed. We stayed for a week and had a good time. The hotel rooms are more like a mini apartment, nice and spacious although furniture was a bit outdated, still a comfortable place to sleep and shower so can’t complain! Would’ve liked it to be a bit cleaner when we arrived- the floor was dirty which meant we couldn’t walk around in socks only but I understand that can’t always be helped especially if previous guests are wearing dirty shoes in the room. Cocktail of the day and sandwich bar were a nice touch, Dylan one of the bar staff members was always lovely and quick to make our drinks! He dealt with the long queues very well despite only 1 staff member being behind the bar at a time. Could’ve done with having atleast 2. Sometimes found when other bartenders were on the bar, it would be left. once we waited over 10 minutes with no one serving with a massive queue starting to form! For the meals, there could’ve been more selection- lots of fish options each day which doesn’t appeal to everyone, although i understand you can’t always please everyone. Sufficient for us and reasonable for a budget hotel, breakfast was our favourite. Overall, a good holiday for the price and would come back (although we don’t often stay in the same place twice!).

I want to start with naming Juan, the solo entertainment team. I have never been to a hotel where there has been one single person running all the entertainment alone- he did an amazing job, made our holiday, he was upbeat and we could see he really enjoyed his role, he set a vibe. He is a credit to the team. All the staff were lovely (reception staff, kitchen staf, waitresses, cleaners), very polite, friendly and considerate. Nothing was a problem. Shirley behind the bar was an absolute Gem- a credit to the hotel. The food was bog standard, I think its a matter of you get what you paid for. I would of liked to of seen more English meals and more variety, we enjoyed the Chinese food theme night though. The pool was nice but small for the amount of guests, and it was really difficult to get a space around the sides on a lounge chair. I find that if you wait until after dinner time, alot of spaces free up. Cleanliness- hotel is clean, there were 2 or 3 cockroaches roaming around. And a couple of stray cats- one which enjoyed the feast of a pigeon on our balcony while we were out. Room- we had a 2 bed apartment which had 2 huge balconies! We were very impressed. The rooms were very hot, not all the ceiling fans worked and there was no AC. And the beds were extremely uncomfortable, flat pillows and hard mattresses. Upon check out, we were able to put out suitcases in a storage room and carry on enjoying the all inclusive service, which worked out well as we had to wait 6 hours for our transport, and so could enjoy the last few hours relaxed. All in all a mixed experience

We stayed at Bluesea Costa Teguise Gardens for two week at the end of August, we were two adults a teenager and three younger children. Hotel is located near the main tourist area but not tight in the centre, 15-20 minutes walk to the main area and the beach. And just a 15 minutes drive from the airport. We were welcomed, checked in and directed to our room fast and hassle free. The apartment was very spacious and clean, with a balcony with view to the street and ocean further away and also a terrace with pool view. Cleaned every other day and well, trust me with four kids it can be messy and they were great. Food was good, Breakfast there was the usual sausages, beans, scrambled and fried eggs to please the Brits, and fresh rolls, toaster, cereals, pastries and some continental options like cheeses and cold meats. Lunch and dinner had different soup every meal, salads, at least one fish, meat and vegetarian option, plus extra dishes, if you can’t make a meal out of it you must be very picky, these always chips and things like that for the beige eating, if you don’t like Spanish food, an all inclusive is Spain may not be a good idea. Snacks between meals are my biggest fault, there is just slices of bread, cheese, cold meats, some lettuce and tomato slices, butter and some biscuits. Every other all inclusive at this price range or 3 star in the canaries have had chips, toasties and burger or hot dogs, pancakes/crepes in the morning snack. Staff: Not a fault, receptionist were nice, bar/restaurant hard working, polite and friendly despite the behaviour of some guests, Juan is the sole entertainment man it seems, he’s very funny, does a great job with what he has available, we done bowling, my kids loved it, water polo, and other activities with him, he’s definitely an asset to the place. Thank you Juan, you made a big difference. Pool was was separated in three sections, one for small kids and the other two 1.40metre and the other 1.35 metre, a bit unusual but was plenty for the size of the hotel, there was a bit of inconsistency regarding floaties, ball games, who’s a kid and who’s not, but not that big a deal in the bigger picture. Would we go back, yes.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL it is dirty the rooms are very dated with no air con it really hard to get to sleep with it been so hot because of this. 90% of the staff are rude and u helpful. You are not allowed inflatables or balls in the pools. The sunbeds are not cleaned and was never cleaned the whole time we was there. We were all inclusive but the pool side snacks during the day are a joke ice cream pots, biscuits or make your own sandwich with stale bread and a selection of cheese meat and salad . Main meals the dinning area is small and the food is very average the staff make you feel more of a pain been there then any hospitality.Don’t go to this hotel if you want to have fun

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are basic but very clean. Always got a sunbed at pool. Restaurant had plenty of choice of food and drink. Third time at Costa Teguise Gardens and improving every time we visit. Enjoyed the walk to the shops and beach every morning. Will definitely be back.

Stayed 2 weeks ago, previous reviews seem to be isolated incidents. Excellent place to stay for the price paid. Location and hotel views are perfect. Staff are welcoming, efficient, and reliable. Rooms are basic, in need of touch-ups, and maybe some updating but have nostalgic charm. Although it does seem that the hotel may be updating room by room? We noticed some balconies featured updated fencing. Bed sheets were spotless and not a spec of dust to be found. Would recommend and stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff are very very rude. Cleaning staff dont even clean the room waited 5 days for clean towels absolute disgrace. Food was not great. Very bad service for the money we paid would not go back again. Paint was hanging off the walls. Lights didnt work. The only nice thing was the views. The rooms are very outdated. There is no security around the hotel windows locks are very shabby . Door handles into apartments are not very secure The hotel could be a much higher standard if they put alot of work into bringing it to a more modern decor. There does be ducks in the pool in the evening. The bar and restuarant staff are a massive let down to the hotel with how rude they are and with the way they speak to customers . 100% not worth the money we have paid to stay here. There is cockroaches in the bathrooms. The pool toilets are disgusting they have not been cleaned in the week we where there. There is a 2 or 3 nice reception staff that try to go above and beyond for customers

I arrived earlier today and was quite nervous going by some of the reviews and all I will say is that these people who have left stinking reviews, were clearly seeking 5 star accommodation with doors being held open for them and luxurious apartments but I can clarify this by saying that these apartments are delightful....their location is so ideal, the pool is beautiful, the staff are super friendly and accommodating. I cannot fault them . Even though the safe in my room was a little tricky, a lovely friendly maintenance guy was up within half an hour to sort it out. So if you are reading this and have also read the other negative reviews, I would say to come and make up your own mind about it because I cannot fault it. It's clean, basic, friendly, relaxed and all you need for a sun holiday 😎

Food was okay, only problem was it was repetitive. Pool was okay, few tiles missing (people were making a game of pulling them off) rather deep, even near the steps. Room were clean and cleaned by cleaner regularly. Free WiFi was only connected in certain areas or the complex. Most of the staff were lovely and polite, only 1 or 2 staff members were a tad moody. Snack bar not included on All Inclusive and the cocktails included We're not that cracking as from a machine. Our group were there for 10nights had a pleasant time.

I am just back from a 9 night stay and before I went I was a bit panicky about the reviews. Yes it’s 3 star and a bit dated but our apartment fine. It was clean and Bed and bathroom was clean and sheets were spotless. . Every day except 2 , cleaners were in. Staff were friendly from reception staff, cleaners, bar and dining room staff. We were AL but went out a lot. When we did eat the food was slightly limited but good and tasty. A couple of afternoons we noted games taking place. I cannot comment on night entertainment as we were out. The whole complex was kept clean a couple of days staff were even mopping the paths outside. There are lots of steps. We counted from street level to our room 71 but we got used them!! The location was great so close to harbour and old town We heard no stories of thefts while we were there. The only negative is the air con or lack off. In the living room area and bedroom there were old fashioned ceiling fans which were not the best. Now I’ve been I don’t know why I was so worried pre holiday due to some bad reviews I would go back but next time self catering as the resort is so cheap to eat and drink out. Hope this helps a bit xx

Rooms are very dated and things damaged such as a swollen bedroom door that would not close and main door to the apartment was swollen and the frame coming away from the wall meaning it was difficult to open and close. Food is very repetitive for the most part. Main pool is very deep (I am 5'6 and couldn't stand up anywhere in the pool) so not ideal for young children or those who are not confident swimmers. There is a smaller section of the pool for children but this was mostly taken up by adults on floaties meaning no space for children. The drinks were nice with a good selection on the menu and staff willing to make other drinks if they had everything in. The views are beautiful and location isn't too bad, around 20 minute walk to the main beach part

It's a lovely self catering hotel with the option for all inclusive which we did. The food was okay and the staff were friendly. Beware that it's situated at the top of the hill that leads down to the sea and it's quite steep. Some type of transport is recommended. The hotel offer electric scooter hire for around 36€ per day. We walked 🙄 beware lol. We would recommend this hotel.

Before our trip we were a little worried because we had read some negative reviews, but on arrival we were pleasantly surprised. It was a bit tricky to find at first, since Google Maps took us to the back of the hotel instead of reception, but once we got there, the lady at reception was very kind and helpful. We stayed in room 147, which was perfect as it had two pools right in front of us – one children’s pool (80 cm) and one adult pool. The water temperature was just right and very pleasant. The apartment itself was okay: the fridge was in poor condition, but the kitchen was equipped well enough for simple cooking. A microwave and a kettle would be a nice addition. The bathroom was fine, although the doors were a little hard to open, and the mattresses could definitely use replacing. Cleaning was done every other day. Towels were changed regularly, but not the bed linen. The floor wasn’t very clean, so slippers are recommended inside. The location is good: the bus stop is just 5–10 minutes on foot. Shops and stores are about 15–30 minutes’ walk away, and there is also a supermarket 10–15 minutes away where you can find everything you need. On the corner, there is a small pub/restaurant Hotel Restaurant: that served different meals every day. The food was tasty, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bar was a bit disappointing, so the all-inclusive option is not really worth it. Usually only the cocktail of the day was included, and there were no snacks. That said, the staff were always kind and we had no problems. Overall, this is a good choice if you are looking for a simple bed & breakfast stay. On departure, the hotel kindly arranged a taxi to the airport for us, which was even cheaper than booking one ourselves. Thank you, Blue Sea Los Fiscos, for a pleasant few days!

Now this could have so easily been a 5 star but the food really let it down. Services was 10 out of 10 staff were incredible especially Mo on the front desk. He couldn’t be more helpful. Staff in the restaurant were fast and efficient. Bar staff hats off to them they work hard. One thing that let it down for me was the fact loads of school kids from main land Spain arrived each day. They were loud running around and made the pool not a nice place to be but I’ve not took stars off the hotel for this as I blame the teachers that sunbathed rather than looking after the kids. Rooms are dated but they did exactly what we needed them for. Good size too. I do recommend this hotel but as a Self catering of Bed and breakfast maybe. If you can drink go all inclusive but eat in the town.

To be honest that’s not a 4 stars hotel, from outside the bungalows looks nice but once you step inside everything looks like is going to fall apart because the furniture, the beds, the sliding door (my wife couldn’t even slide it), are old and had a poor maintenance over the years, the mattresses are an absolute joke, the pillows you cannot named like that, the wifi is free just for the first day. At 9 in the morning you can find the bins around the main pool still full. Unfortunately because they use paper cups for drinks most of it end on the floor and the content attracts a lot flies. The only good things that I can say is that the pools are open till late in the evening, and you can help yourself with beverages during meals. That can be a great hotel with some serious money invested in it, otherwise will go down.

A lovely stay at HL Paradise Island, Playa Blanca ( we are currently here). Staff works very hard and very friendly, I found reception staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, thank you Cedric, Tyesha and Alfredo! The only down side is - the pool gets extremely crowded and it’s very hard to get a lounger around the pool. Guests reserve the sun loungers despite the hotel policy and nobody seems to care much or consider other guests. The food is good and the rooms and very spacious and clean. Thank you staff, you do your very best!

Was a bit worried after reading other reviews but we went anyway. We found all staff to be really friendly and couldn't fault them, they work really hard! Our room was nice, basic with a kettle which was what needed. Could of done with an iron but managed without. I asked dor extra pillows, they were delivered promptly. The main pool was a bit lively but we stayed by the water slides all day and was very relaxing, the splash pool was fun for kids too! Food was delicious every day and staff were zooming about cleaning up as fast as they could. Entertainment on an evening was a good variety of different things each night and we enjoyed it. We loved every minute there

We have just come back from a fantastic family holiday here. Great service from the staff, lovely clean rooms, the food was good for an all in inclusive and drinks were great. The only slight downside was that the hotel policy is that you cant reserve sunbeds yet all the sunbeds were taken by 6am. There should be staff enforcing this rule.

We have just come back from 10 nights here. I wouldn’t worry too much about the negative reviews. We found the hotel to offer great value for money. The food was excellent with loads of choice. There was food, snacks and drinks available pretty much all day and night. The rooms were serviced every day. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The entertainment was very good. The on site pools and water park were great. It is also in a good location around 1km from the beach front. The only downside was that some of it needs modernising maybe, but nothing of major concern. The play park also needs a bit of a refurb. But all in all a very good place to go on holiday that I would highly recommend.

A very pleasant stay at a clean, tidy hotel. The food was a good choice for an all-inclusive and very tasty. Our room was tidy, but the mattresses could be a bit better. The pool area was very nice, and the entertainment team was fantastic, with lots of daily activities, a mini disco every night, and amazing themed shows. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars due to a couple of minor issues. There weren't enough sun umbrellas, and a leaking AC unit was reported but never fixed. AC in dining area should be more efficient. Overall, we had a very pleasant family holiday 👍

We enjoyed our 10 days stay at Rio Player Blanca. Only thing I’d say, That they need to work on is the breakfast And different drink package. I would highly recommend taking a plastic cup/bottle for the poolside. We decided to go to the second pool each day because it was quieter. But the only issue about that is that the entertainment Staff wouldn’t come round to that pool. So the kids would miss out. The main pool was too busy to get a sun-bed. I do say on all the leaflets that they would take sun-bed towels away if you haven’t been on them for two hours. But this never happened. In a way that was good. But remember, we went in mid August and it was very busy.

This is a late review as we have stayed here the last 2 years and are going back in 3 weeks time with all the family. I have seen some pretty unfair reviews regarding the drinks and food and would like to clear this up. There is beer on tap, wine on tap, soft drinks on tap and local spirits...what more do you need. One of the main reasons we keep coming back is because of the choice of food available. We have 5 children and being kids, they are fairly fussy however there is a really good mix of food and always something different available. I'm a big foodie and find the food is really tasty with a huge selection be it meat, fruit, vegetables or desert. The staff are incredible, always happy to help and they keep the place clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and they are clean with good air conditioning. Credit to the cleaners because they work really hard. There are times when we have told them not to worry about cleaning the room because we keep ours clean anyway. Great entertainment for adults and children. All in all this hotel is a fantastic place to stay so well done HL group, keep up the good work

I don’t understand how anyone can rate this under 4 stars?! The food is incredible for an all-inclusive buffet. Drink selection is great. The rooms are clean, there are four family’s in our group and all four rooms were fine! Staff were friendly. Do not listen to the karens posting a picture of a cockroach or a rusty door hinge its pathetic, considering what we paid for this place and the amount of amazing food we ate, decent beer and cocktails kids loved the entertainment. What more could you want??

Ex TUI holiday village and not hard to see why they lost that title. The location is nice, but they are really understaffed meaning the few staff they have on site are overworked, stressed and therefore not very friendly. The common sight of staff cleaning the outside areas in other TUI hotels doesn't exist here which means the common areas can seem grubby when busy. The onsite 'gym' turns out to be a Wendy house where every machine is broken beyond repair, it does have half a set of dumbbells and a ragged bench.... Meals are the usual TUI fare, breakfasts are much better than usual in my opinion (because they have really good bacon). The onsite Italian is mediocre and we were informed by the manager BEFORE WE EVEN ORDERED that we had to rush as he had to turn the table around. Very rude. The entertainment is lacking. The on site team do stupid little things around the pool once a day like guess someone's age and win a shot. Bit of pool Zumba. The evening entertainment is very poor, it's either a local double act doing some unicycle riding/ gymnastics for 30mins or the on site team miming along to popular movie soundtracks while prancing about in costume. Weirdly though they have a full theatre setup which could host some really good shows, a leftover from the holiday village days I guess. Overall I would say the worst TUI site we've visited and would recommend trying the mainland Spain or greek versions instead.

Currently here and wow it really exceeded my expectations, after reading reviews I was a little bit sceptical however after arriving I am truly amazed. The rooms are fantastic and clean, the bed is very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. There are plenty food options so there will always be something to eat, drinks are great and the hotel is in an amazing location. Highly recommend

Rooms are basic but how much time are you going to spend in it. Air conditioning in the bedroom was great, the beds were really comfortable. Rooms were cleaned daily. We did find ants in our kitchen sink so that was unpleasant. Swimming pool was lovely. Plenty of lounge chairs around. We had breakfast included. And it was good. Same stuff every day but not a complaint of ours. Entertainment was basic but we didn't stay in much to enjoy either way. Staff were grand.

Apparent basic but clean and spacious all overlooking the pool . Pool easy access plenty sun beds . Dining room not fancy at all but the staff are very friendly. The food is the best I’ve had in a a/I apartment plenty of choice fresh and hot , every night a theme night but other choices aswell. Would definitely recommend and intend returning hopefully soon .

AVOID!!!!! Where shall i start.... We only checked in today with my partner and I wish I could leave. Room - dirty, old, sofa is so disgusting, I refuse to sit. Smells so weird here. The front door is about to collapse and the balcony door is broken, you have to push very hard to either open or close it. Bathroom-scary. Food-i honestly dont even know how to explain...we had lunch and dinner so far and the amount of bugs, hair even worm i found put me off. I won't be eating here anymore even though we are all inclusive. Food is so basic, I feel like I am on 5 years old kid birthday party. Just chips, fried fish, fried calamari rings, fried chicken nuggets and horrible "spaghetti bolognese". Ice cream tastes like chemicals, drinks as well. Pudding was nasty. Veggies and fruits are in shocking condition. Pool area-about 5 umbrellas only, all semi broken. Restaurant staff EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!! I FEEL SICK! The whole holiday is already ruined and we have 5 more days here....

Best part of our stay here was the entertainer SAM he is great so friendly and so funny nothing is to much for him his great with kids and his activities are great the food not so great but what can you expect on all inclusive really rooms are ok nothing to write home about reception staff valarie she is Sooo rude and unhelpful she has no profession at all are transfers were due to collect us at 7.30pm but we’re forced to check out by midday even though our rooms were free all day bare in mind we offered them extra money as had small baby and other kids with us along with my nan who has poor mobility she refused bare this in mind they say at start u can extend for €35 till your transfer arrived but its a big fat lie pool shuts at 6pm even though it’s extremely hot on evening till 7.30pm the bar staff and kitchen stuff are nice the cleaners come every 3 days unless you call up and ask if you got kids etc you have to put your towels out night time for the next morning or you wont get a sun lounger at all. There a the old occasional massive cockrache running around complex but none seen in rooms. Overall for a weeks stay id rate it 5 out of 10 and definitely 10/10 for sams entertainment

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with anything I needed. A special mention goes to Magdalena, the animator, who was an absolute gem. She is such a kind and helpful person, always making sure everyone had a great time. I really enjoyed our break at this hotel, we are a family with two kids 7&8 and it covered all of our needs. It was friendly with helpful staff, very clean, nice rooms and a decent selection of foodin the buffet or you can choose a restaurant. A special mention also to the kids club staff, Valentina, Pablo and Tim, just on how they made the kids holiday so special will have us returning, they put so much effort in to make the kids time enjoyable, happy kids make for a relaxing holiday for the parents :-) Great hotel we will definitely be returning.

My partner and I have stayed at this hotel every year since 2017 and love it. We stay B&B in a club room. The rooms a lovely and clean and the breakfast has plenty on offer and food quality excellent. We go to the beach each day so its location is fantastic as its a 5 minute walk. Also a short walk to either the town or the marina in the evening when going out for our meals. At the end of the days, we drop i to the hotel pools for a swim and a drink and always find the staff friendly and helpful. Back again this September and really looking forward to it.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The staff was incredible, knowledgeable, helpful, cheerful, they were all great. The room was spacious, immaculate and well appointed. The pools were very nice and they held some terrific games and activities where everyone had fun and a laugh. Food was wonderful as well. I would highly recommend this place and I do hope we can go back someday soon.

Came to dreams with my husband, mother and 5 year old daughter. Stayed for 9 days. 9 days of what I can only describe as the worst possible customer service and treatment we have ever received. If you have a family member, in particular a child with additional needs, do not even consider this hotel. While the hotel itself is beautiful and the location is great the staff were below average and treated us very poorly. We booked a triple room as we specified our child would sleep with us and had additional needs. We also booked preferred club to get the benefit. On arrival the receptionist demanded we be downgraded to another room at the far side of the Hotel and made us pay an additional 700 euro extra. They assured us we would get the same benefits even though the room was not preferred club: the next 9 days consisted of us being turned away from preferred club pool, lounge etc because of room number not being “preferred club” even though we explained the situation. Our cards wouldn’t work and we had to return to reception sometimes twice daily. A pool guard even told my husband “please leave you don’t belong here” because we didn’t have the correct color towel. Again all because of the mix up caused by receptionist: we explained my daughter had to have a blended diet and we needed to take the included breakfast back to the room to blend it. They said they would make note! Every morning it was a battle with staff to take the food out. Embarrassing our entire family with the scene! To add insult to injury when we finally got the meals to the room, they had the cheek to add €10 room service each time! Disgusting behaviour We complained several times to no avail, on check out we spoke to a manager called KAREN and she was hideous, smiled into my face when I asked her if the hotel cared about families with kids with additional needs. Not sorry and made us feel even worse. Horrible experience, will never again return. If you want 2 star service then this is your place!!

We stayed at this lovely hotel recently for 2 weeks and were impressed with several aspects. The hotel itself is very clean, and the pool areas are well maintained, offering a relaxing environment throughout the day. The rooms are large, comfortable, and nicely presented, which added to the overall positive experience. A particular highlight was the Panio Bar, where the cocktails were fantastic — definitely worth a visit during your stay. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the service in the restaurants. The staff seemed more focused on preparing tables for the next service rather than attending to current guests. On multiple occasions, drinks orders were only taken after we had already finished eating, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the food in the on-site Italian and Asian restaurants was disappointing. Dishes didn’t taste anything like what they were supposed to, and the overall quality left much to be desired. Overall, while the hotel has great potential with its beautiful facilities and amenities, there’s a real need for improvement in the restaurant service and food quality.

The animation team are so good! They went above and beyond for our family. The Guest Relations staff are fabulous. Any issues we had they were great. The hotel is lovely, the hallways to the rooms are old and busted. The bar staff are lovely. The entertainment at night is great too. Lots to do in the hotel.

I stayed here with my friends for a few days to celebrate. As a person of colour I felt unwelcomed and have noticed times when I was treated unequally by staff, it's very disheartening especially when you just want to feel relaxed and happy during a holiday. The shower in our room also didn't work properly as well as the key card to our door. The food however was unlimited and decent.

There are some areas in the complex that might need some little work, but let's just overlook it, as it did not take away from the really great time we are having here. We just got back from a great vacation and can't recommend this hotel enough. from the very beginning, the staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help.They made us feel right at home. we especially want to mention Javi, who was wonderful throughout our stay and truly cares about making sure guests have a good time. One of the best holiday experiences in my life. This place is heavenly when it comes to the stay, the pools, the food, the activities, the views, the staff and the overall experience. Right from the check-in until the check-out, we were just loving and living every second of our time inside. Members of the blue team, Aaron, Juan, Raul, Fiona, and some others were fantastic to have fun with. The pools were well maintained and were always clean. Lifeguards were always on the watch. The food and drinks at the pool bar was really good. The staff at the pool bar was happy to customize the drinks as we wanted. The food in the main dining hall was amazing. The menu changed every day and it was really an experience to taste such great food. The staff was very warm and were quick to clean up the tables. I could write more good stuff about this place. Top notch. Highly recommended. I'll be back soon.

Just back from a brilliant stay. Absolutely perfect for the kids (aged 1 & 3). We enjoyed half board (breakfast & lunch), great selection and times worked well. We used the baby club for 1 year old and she loved it, entertainment team brilliant, we only saw a couple of shows and the kids didn't take their eyes off the stage. We enjoyed drinks at the bar with live music each night. We went out for dinner each evening and there are a few decent restaurants, nice beach and cocktail bars with sea views. We were recommended the hotel, and so glad we booked. So clean, great pools and plenty of sunbeds, all staff work so hard and very friendly, can walk to beach in a few minutes, quick transfer from airport.

A late review from a 10 night stay (we stayed August 2024) we have booked to stay again soon for 14 nights. We arrived and had use of the shower room until our room was ready. First impressions were as expected a good quality small hotel very much geared towards families. The bar staff were just wonderful and worked so hard but were definitely overwhelmed at times as they had large queues. Lunch options at the bar were great I have no idea how they kept up with the orders! Breakfast was the best I’ve had on AI just loved the Spanish eggs with peppers. The beer tap took some practice but I got it. The pool was brilliant and the perfect size with some good sun loungers positioned to see all. We felt safe and secluded at the hotel even surrounded by so many. The kids loved Daisy and the games, glittering tattoos and special kids buffet really made it for them. We are excited to return

Well to start with a massive thanks need to be given to all the staff, they made this holiday incredible. All so helpful, polite, fun and made it a brilliant experience for the kid. The hotel is located close to the beach and shops so no issue with passing noise or club goers. The hotel is amazing, clean spread out nicely and everything looks amazing including the pirate ship in the pool. The pool is blooming cold and takes some getting use to but the ship makes it worthwhile, can be an absolute battle to get sun beds but thats the same with every hotel. Rooms are very spacious and clean, even better getting kids programs on to keep him happy. The all inclusive aspect was great, very little to complain about. The only issue I had all week was the snack bar, the food was great and fresh but it took a long time, I waited around 20 minutes for chips and when it was busy was told to come back so used it very little. The restaurant was amazing, no complaints at all with this, food selection was amazing and different every night. The night time entertainment is different every night and mainly done by the reps but dam they do an amazing job with it. Even the kids dancing was brilliant. Over all this is one of the best holidays ive had and cant wait to go back again. This is an amazing family orientated hotel that surpassed expectations.

Location is great, short walk to the beach and all the shops but they do also provide a bus, we didn’t use the bus but the offer was there. Rooms spacious and clean and we had a great locations. Food was amazing, something different every day, food themes curry night was so good and tasty!!!! Drinks plenty on offer and great variety for the kids too. Snack bar and bbq was incredible. Entertainment was great. Pool is good very big and the daily activities looked good (didn’t participate) music around the pool was good too. The sun loungers be up and be quick, people reserve them very early on, we spent a day by the pool and there were 4 loungers reserved next to us didn’t see them all day!!!!! I noticed this on many occasions which is unfair for others. Overall great week away and would highly recommend!!!!

We spent 6 nights here at the end of March in room 907. We had a great time here, all staff hardworking, helpful and friendly. The food, well, what can I say, just brilliant. We haven't stayed all inclusive for years but couldn't get over the amount of choice and quality of the food available. Each evening was a theme night such as Asian, Spanish and Hindu, some food cooked fresh in front of you and so much choice of meats, fish, vegetables, salads, fruits, pulses, rice, yogurts, puddings, cakes, cheese, breads and crackers, the list is endless. The restaurant staff super great, they work so well as a team and are quick to remove plates once you're finished. The place is super clean, and the chefs make regular appearances too. Reception staff, bar staff, cleaners and gardeners all very helpful and friendly. Pool area great, plenty of beds and shade when you need it. Our room had a patio that had the sun from morning til night and it was cleaned daily. Only a 15 minute walk to the beach taking the short cut just across the road from the hotel, but there's a courtesy bus if you prefer or taxi. All in all if we return to Lanzarote we would come back to this hotel. Thank you for a lovely few days.

There are lots of food options and the restaurant staff work really hard 😊 overall we had a lovely stay. Location was good and around a 10 min walk to the shops, restaurants and beaches if you want to venture out. Taxi around €4 into Playa Blanca town.

We had a weeks all inclusive holiday in room 308 April 2025. Very good hotel for families ; staff were all really helpful and friendly , food was very good , kids entertainment was very good. Location is great , 10 minute walk to beach and town but also the hotel chain has a free bus shuttle service daily. Yes the pool was a little cold but it was April , maybe it warms up in the summer. Fully recommended for family holidays.

We liked the location as it was a lovely walk to the marina down the front. Rooms were great and it wasn't too busy for saying it was school holiday.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent, the small pool was heated and therefore very nice. The evening entertainment for kids was fun. The waiting staff was nice but we had an incident with one of them and the staff at reception was not the most welcoming and helpful - especially when asking information on our transfer to the airport. Food for lunch or dinner was not good. It wasn’t the worst but I certainly was not looking forward to it and there was zero choice for kids. The other pools in the hotel were freezing cold and because the place is so windy, no one was using the cold pools. I think it’s more than reasonable to give 3 stars but we were a little bit disappointed considering the price for this place.

This hotel is beautiful. The majority of the staff are so helpful and friendly however, the pool bar ladies are very glum and it's apparent that they do not enjoy their jobs. The hotel is spotlessly clean and a lovely space both indoors and outdoors to relax. I did struggle with the food a bit as I'm vegan, so managed with salad, vegetables, fruit and potatoes. It was a lovely spread each day though.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Pools are nice. Staff friendly and helpful 👌. On the downside. Food is very bland and Lukewarm but just about acceptable. Nothing near the hotel unless you want to walk. Nearest bars are about 20 minutes away and so too are the restaurants. Towels on the sunbeds are also an issue with me, But the main culprits are Brits. Overall it is a nice hotel in a stunning location. Not much to do for kid's though.

Just returned from a 7day vist. All inclusive with 1x 2bed suit and 2x one bed suits. Can't fault any of the staff All friendly and very attentive. Most speak English or try (its dont hurt for holiday makers to know some basic Spanish either 😝) Day one noticed our fridge in room was only warm. Told reception and was replaced with a brand new one few hours later, In the room little bits like shower leaked slightly but nothing abnormal for a few year old room used all year round. Bedding and room itself was clean and the house keepers cleaned daily. Food was good and was themed every day so had a mixture (always had a chips and pizza option for people who didn't fancy the theme) im rather fussy but always found food to eat. Pool bar also serves things like toasty, burgers etc The pool itself was clean tidy, little chilly but was nice on hot days. Wasn't really any sunbed wars and we manged to get 4beds most of the times (did have one afternoon was full but just walked from room in swimming costumes and placed towels on edge) did notice a couple of times there were beds reserved with towels at 8am and the people didnt turn up till 4pm! Only a short walk from beach and lots of little supermarkets near by. Wifi dont work any where other than reception area, the signal is there all over the resort but can't get ip address or connect to Internet (definitely a connection problem to the repeater router somewhere) our phones have unlimited data for roaming so didnt actually effect us but may do others. Would definitely recommend 👍

Absolutely amazing was the buffet, it’s not always the same, that’s pretty nice to have a good variety of food. The best for us was the big pool and the area around it. It’s very clean, modern and also not too crowded. My family and I had a great time visiting the Alyssa suite hotel! Thank you for giving us this great experience.

It’s just not a 4 star hotel, simple as that honestly. The quality of the food and the variety in the buffet is not great, there is no wifi in the rooms, the conditions themselves are not the greatest, the location could be better. It would be much more fitting a 3 star. If you’re looking for value for money hotel I reckon this is not the place. The staff were nice and it was very calm, other than that, meh.

Real review pls read The hotel is lovely and clean and checking in was very quick. Rooms easy to find and the site it’s on looks lovely. So first impressions of the place was awesome. The rooms are very nice n a good size clean n very practical. Suits couples better but if u have kids like us the sofa turns into a decent bed. The bedroom is separate from the front so that’s also an advantage if u want to have a quick nap n the rest can chill in the front . One thing is the HDMI socket are blocked on the tv so if u take a switch or a fire stick it unfortunately doesn’t work on there tv so dont expect to watch anything other than itv or bbc . We like to watch a film the odd night so unfortunately couldn’t. But all in all a solid 8 for the rooms . The food . What can I say about the food . It’s absolutely rubbish. The bfast is terrible they grill or fry hotdog sausage for the bfast n the bacon is so fatty there’s no bacon scrambled egg still runny n boiled eggs just about boiled. The dinner is equally as bad as is the evening meals . Compared to other all inclusive we have the choice is very limited n most days we had to eat out or have chips n ice cream . It was a really disappointment and we love food . The snack bar food is the same they cook it for u so the hotdog I tried they cooked fresh n the bun was actually hotter than the sausage. The chips was cold like they had done them in cool oil not fully up to temp . The drinks are great and cocktails are decent and included on all inclusive. Entertainment isn’t gr8 but ok but it’s generally a few kids standing around n singing or dancing each night n mainly not in English. It’s a walk to the town an after a few days the walk gets very long to the point u don’t want to walk there . There’s no shops in the hotel but water on recreation for 1.5 euros. Taxi is between 5-6 euros each way so not to bad and makes life a lot more easy . If ur looking for a relaxing place with a few pools n clean then this is the place but if like us u love ur food it’s probably not for u . Lovely hotel but food is terrible

Our stay at Labranda Alyssa Suite Hotel was a fantastic experience, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the entire team. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, setting a great tone for our holiday. The suites were well-suited for a family of two adults and two children, offering comfort and convenience. While some areas of the rooms could benefit from minor maintenance, this did not detract from our overall enjoyment. For the price, the value exceeded expectations, making for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The evening kids’ mini disco was a delightful touch, though, like most hotels, it was brief at 30 minutes. The hotel’s peaceful atmosphere added to its charm, and its location—just a pleasant 25-minute walk from town—provided a perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. We highly recommend Labranda Alyssa Suite Hotel to families seeking a comfortable and serene holiday experience.

We recently enjoyed our first family holiday at Sol Lanzarote near Puerto de Carmen, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The staff truly made our stay – every single person was incredibly friendly and always happy to help. The hotel boasts three pools of varying depths, perfect for all ages, though we did notice a lack of a strong chlorine smell, which might be worth noting for some. We opted for a sea view superior suite, which was ideal for our family. The sliding partition separating the main bedroom from the living area (where the sofa bed for our daughter was) offered great privacy for bedtime. The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning, making any minor issues worth it. Speaking of minor issues, our room's floor seemed to accumulate sand easily, leading to sandy feet and sheets, and the balcony door didn't seal perfectly, letting in some wind noise. However, these were small points given the overall positive experience. Food-wise, there was always a good variety, even for picky eaters – think chips, pizza, and plenty of fresh fruit daily. One small area for improvement was with the Jet2 reps; their presence was quite limited compared to other tour operators. For excursions, they only accepted card payments. However, we discovered a brilliant alternative just a short walk along the promenade (turn right from the beach exit) called LCT Excursions. The team there was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking both cash and card, and able to arrange any trip we wanted, even those not advertised by our tour operator. Highly recommend them!

Food excellent. Staff excellent. Location excellent. Only thing I really found odd was the staff blasting out techno music for 6/8 people excercising when the other 300 guests are trying to chill, which was impossible listening to a full volume rave. Please change 5his for your guests sake. Otherwise could not fault them. Lastly try the hammocks, even there you cannot escape the rave which again is very irritating. Will be sure to compliment the chefs/kitchen staff. All food was top class.

We stayed at the Sol Lanzarote Hotel for 10 days and overall, we were very pleased with our experience. The food was of good quality, although it became somewhat repetitive over the course of our stay. The staff were professional and courteous, and we felt well taken care of throughout. Daily housekeeping was satisfactory, with particular praise for Mrs. Nicole, whose service was exemplary. She maintained a high standard of cleanliness and was exceptionally friendly — we have only words of appreciation for her. Unfortunately, we did not receive the same level of service on the days when Mrs. Nicole was off, as the other two housekeeping staff did not meet the same standard. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, and we would gladly return to Sol Lanzarote in the future.

Lovely Location. Hotel Rooms are Lovely, but the hotel itself needs a good paint and some maintenance. Pools are smaller than expected, and sunbeds are really crammed in with not much space around you. Sun beds need replacing. Pools freezing cold. These need heating. Food is lovely. There is always a huge choice and good quality. Overall a good hotel.

It was a lovely holiday for some winter sun. The staff were very friendly and kind. They went above and beyond for us on our visit. We were away celebrating a birthday and they brought us a bottle of sparkling wine which was a nice touch. It’s a 15 minute walk to the square which has cute shops and lovely restaurants and bars. We went to the spa on multiple days of our visit, it’s such a lovely spa. For €15 per person you get all day spa access. The spa has multiple hot tubs, a sauna, steam room, cold showers and a lovely pool. There wasn’t much variety with the food at all. The food wasn’t topped up and there was lots of cross contamination with utensils on the desert station which put us off. Despite it being an all inclusive holiday we ate out for multiple meals. We found breakfast to be the best meal of the day at the buffet. We visited the “Italian restaurant” during our visit which we didn’t like at all. They had no vegetarian options and you only had 3 choices to choose from for your main which we found quite bad. We had to leave a log of our food as it was bland and lacked flavour. The food quality was very poor and after talking to other guests during our stay it wasn’t just us who thought this. Our patio door had a damaged lock. the room was outdated and in need of a refurbishment. It was €19 for access to the safe which is needed especially when your patio door doesn’t lock. The rooms were tidied everyday however we only got our towels and bedding changed twice during our week long stay. The WiFi was really bad and we were made to use our data. Having spoken to staff about this during our stay we were informed the hotels free WiFi doesn’t work on Apple Phones. Despite all this we had a nice time in Costa Teguise.

We felt welcomed and nothing was ever too much of a problem. The room was basic but had all we needed and perfectly functional. Great location for this hotel, although the buildings and furnishings are a bit tired looking now, this did not dampen our enjoyment. Great staff and great food, more than made up for this. We are led to believe that the hotel will have a complete refurbishment in May 22025 with a planned opening of December as an adult only hotel. We will definitely be returning.

What a beautiful hotel. It was my first time travelling alone and also my first time on the island. The vibe is really quiet and peaceful since it is adults only. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Great and large room with a great view. I was quite surprised when they tell me there’s no room service but you can get drinks and snacks at the souvenir shop next to reception or at the lounge bar. The restaurant is nice with a large selection. As a french guy, I only wish the bread had been of better quality but other than that, all the meals were really tasty. Keep in mind that it closes at 9:30pm so if you plan on visiting the island during the day, be sure to be back in time cause there is not a lot of good local restaurants around the hotel in my opinion. The gym equipment is quite modern as well and since not a lot of clients use them I had the gym for myself almost all the time. Also the spa was a super nice touch to finish my stay with the sauna and a massage. Thank you so much for your great service, I will definitely recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel, nice modern room and well cleaned, brilliant views from balcony (sea view). The pool area is so nice with all the palm trees, and is so relaxing there with it being adults only and no entertainment music blaring out it is very peaceful. The breakfast was tasty and is still refilling close to it finishing (10-10:30) for all the late risers like me. The staff all really friendly. Would really recommend it. The interior of the hotel is super modern and well designed with a great lobby area. Also to mention there is free games to play like Darts, Table Tennis and Crazy Golf all close to the pool section, which we really enjoyed Didn't eat dinner at the hotel, but was a nice comfortable walk (30-45 mins) to Playa Flamingo or Playa Blanca for restaurants. Taxis are incredibly affordable and cut this down to only 5 minutes journey and only €5 each way. But the seaside walk is worth doing especially at sunset.

We booked 3 rooms for the 6 of us and had a pleasant stay here. Breakfast & dinner was delicious, the staff is very kind and helpful, also the interior of the hotel lobby is amazing with a wonderful view. All rooms has a view to the ocean! We also got welcome drinks upon arrival, they had several activities during the days (mini golf, piano concert, singers, etc), which made the experience even better. Absolutely recommend this place. Special thanks for preparing us a picnic package on the last morning as we had to leave very early and couldn't have breakfast at the hotel.

My second solo holiday.....just stayed here for 6 nights. What a delight. Check in and out was a breeze. The manager and all staff are friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Balconies are facing all the same way and well designed, so no awkward situations. My room has a mini fridge, a great shower and air conditioning. The hotel is well laid out, has a gym, music and is well maintained. I highly recommended this hotel.

We stayed here in July 25. We had a lovely welcome by the staff behind the counter and a drink was included too. The room was a bit dated in places but nothing to complain about. The breakfast section was very good. Evening meals were ok to good. The staff were all smiley, attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. We would stay here again.

What an absolutely incredible stay my Wife and I had at Paradisus by Meliá Lanzarote! We visited for our honeymoon, and the team went above and beyond to make it a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so special and welcomed. Our room was fantastic – spacious, beautifully decorated, and maintained to the highest standard throughout our stay. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and absolutely stunning, with every detail designed to create a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. Everywhere we went, from the lobby to the pool areas, was immaculate and so well cared for. The staff were exceptional – friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They were genuinely lovely people to be around and made such a difference to our stay. We left feeling so grateful for the warmth and hospitality we received. Thank you so much for making our honeymoon so perfect. We can’t wait to return next year!

It was honestly, one of the best experiences I had in a resort. The staff is very attentive and kind, the f&b is amazing as well, the outdoor areas are also very relaxing. What really stood out tho was the entertainment of the hotel, as it’s not so common to see those things in adults only hotels, we were pleasantly surprised by this. The team was very friendly and kind, proposing many activities for everybody to participate, especially Carlos, Armando and Alba, that I had the pleasure meeting were very attentive to detail, full of energy and enthusiasm which really made our experience in the hotel not only relaxing but entertaining, inspiring and enjoyable! Will be coming back for sure!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A week at Paradisus Lanzarote simply amazing We spent one week at the Hotel Paradisus Lanzarote and it was perfect from start to finish. A very special thank you to Anica, Iván, Manu, Cristina, Kevin and Anna. You were fantastic always friendly, attentive, and in a good mood. You gave us excellent recommendations for beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and fun activities on the island. Thanks to you, we discovered some wonderful places and felt truly looked after. The rest of the team also deserves recognition. From breakfast in the morning to the evenings, everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. It is clear that people here enjoy what they do, and that makes a huge difference for the guests. We also want to thank the housekeeping team. Every day our room was spotless, with fresh towels and a restocked fridge. Coming back to such a clean and comfortable space made our stay even more enjoyable. In short, this hotel has an outstanding team that turns a holiday into something very special. Staff are very friendly, excellent drinks and service, beds are extremely comfortable. The animation team are very friendly and good fun, especially Erasimo and Barbara. But don't come here looking for a party, you won't find it. This is a very good hotel overall.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Lola & Ocean at the kids club – they were absolutely amazing with both of our children! From the moment we arrived, Lola & Ocean was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They made the kids feel instantly at ease and excited for each day ahead. The activities were so well planned and thoughtfully varied – every day brought something new and fun, and our children had the best time. It was clear that they put a lot of care into making each day special and inclusive for every child. A real highlight was the foam party – both of our kids haven’t stopped talking about it since! It was such a fun and exciting day, and all of the staff went above and beyond to make it truly memorable. Their energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail made it a fantastic experience for everyone involved. What really stood out was the way Lola & Ocean welcomed the kids each morning with such warmth and positivity, and how Lola also made parents feel so comfortable and involved. Being pregnant, I really appreciated the fact that I was always made to feel welcome to stay when I wanted to – they always ensured I had a seat and was comfortable, which meant a lot. The care, attention, and genuine kindness Lola & Ocean showed to every child (and parent!) was truly impressive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – thank you, Lola & Ocean, for making it so memorable!

Wow what a lovely surprise this holiday was. When you book fully inclusive, you don’t expect too much, but this hotel doesn’t disappoint. It very clean, well laid out, close to the beach and the food is great. But above all that, the staff are exceptional. Especially the entertainment team were superb. Tefi and Maria and all of the team were so good. Not pushy, not sales oriented just friendly and warm. I don’t write many reviews but had to let people know. Should’ve kept it a secret really!!

Lovely hotel, always very clean and good options for food! Our 2 boys loved the kids club especially Emelia! She was amazing with the kids and made them feel safe and that they had lots of fun when they were there! Would have preferred if the splash pad was still a pool but other than that, fantastic hotel and plenty to do!

Amazing views out the front and back, amazing locations. The hotel is placed about a 5 minute walk from the hotel and placed near loads of lovely shops. The service was FANTASTIC, so kind waiters and staff. The reps and animation team were so nice! One of the reps Maria was so nice and welcoming. She was so inclusive and engaged with our conversations. I really would love to go back and hope I do next year!
