I came here with my friend it was just the two of us and I had looked at some reviews before coming which made me really nervous as it did not sound good at all however when we got here everything was great, our room was a great size and the staff were lovely. We went all inclusive which I would say is worth it, the drinks aren’t anything special but they are enjoyable food is your typical buffet food which I can’t complain about. Staff were lovely and happy to help there’s lots of great places to go everything is pretty close to the hotel which is handy, taxis aren’t expensive and if you go out for food elsewhere there’s some lovely places. Great location and great for a nice chilled/party holiday with friends there were some families here but id say it’s less suitable for small kids as you do get the smell of weed every now and then but it is honestly a great hotel I would recommend and I would be fine staying here again. For a three star hotel I have no complaints!!

Great location, great staff, great service. Can’t fault the cleanliness or quality of food. As a single traveler (all inclusive) celebrating my 40th I can say this stay has exceeded my expectations. I was looked after very well and fully recommend. I would like to point out it wasn’t as loud or lively as I’d expected and I also didn’t encounter any bugs not even a single cockroach. I throughly enjoyed my stay with no complaints at all. Looking forward to returning in the near future. Thank you for your hospitality 😻🫶💋

My husband and I had a lovely week all inclusive. The bar staff were fab and accommodating with different cocktails. Food was basic and repetitive but well Presented. Pool areas were great. Be aware that the sun on main pool is probably on pool from 10 until 3pm. (In January) quite central to bars, restaurants, chemist and supermarkets. overall enjoyed the week. Thank you

Now this place is far from perfect, however most of its faults are caused by the clientele. It is a decent place , pool and sun beds are good , rooms comfy and whilst not top notch they are fine with all you need . We were ai , breakfast good , lunch and diner a bit hit and miss but generally food was ok/ good . Ate out several evenings for a change . Beer was ok , coke was awful and the mrs purchased bottles of coke to go with her vodka , cocktails ok . Most staff miserable , entertainment man was a waste of time , did nothing to get people involved . Indoor barman funny and happy and love chucking ice and catching it in the cup behind his back ! Slept well beds comfy , disturbed only one night by drunken Scots but you get them anywhere , normally drunk and 🥵 sunburnt ! The old saying you get what you pay for , those who slate it really need to pay double and go somewhere better .

Only suitable if you are with a gang of friends on a stag/hen party! I would never stay again, really old, walls paper thin, woken every night two or three times due to people shouting in the corridor. Music is at the pool every day which is nice but not at 3am! Bathroom was full of cockroaches. Bed was comfy and cleaning staff were nice and cleaned it every second day. No air-conditioning and you have to pay for everything WiFi, TV etc.

Cheap and cheerful!! Good view from our room, rooms are a step back in time, could do with a wee refurb! Wouldn't come in the hotter months as the air con is something out of final destination (dodgy ceiling fans) pools big enough nd plenty of loungers, the check in was 4pm even though it says 2pm which was a bit shi**.

Whole resort is located on a steep hill with amazing views, so if you have mobility issues, it's not for you. Rooms are equipped with small kitchen area for those self catering. We went for an option with breakfast and we couldn't be happier. Plenty food to choose from. Breakfast from 7:30-10:30. Rooms are bit outdated, but clean. Cleaning service every two days, so I can't agree with some comments that rooms are dirty. The grounds of the resort are massive and impressive, great pool size and plenty sunbeds, never seen people fighting for one. Unfortunately WiFi is only by the reception and maybe first row of rooms, so make sure you have some data on your mobile. There is little free library by the reception and plenty of books in many languages. I spotted German, Dutch, Swedish and of course English. Bit noisy at night as people check in 24/7 so ear plugs are essential. Overall good experience.

Went on a stag do. The hotel is a bit dated and the food offerings left a bit to be desired. However, you do get what you pay for. It is a good place to stay for those on a budget. The views from the hotel are great and has a decent sized pool. Probably Ok for a stag but would I take my wife or a family there? Probably not

First night we found several cockroaches at our room. Lady at the reception desk told us twice she can’t do anything about it and didn’t want to switch our room. After 2 hours she suddenly found a room for us to stay. Rooms are well equipped but also dirty. Second day we had our key card broken and we had to wait over an hour to get to our room (had to walk twice to the reception desk to ask somebody with a spare working card). We talked with a guy at the hall about hiring a car, he was supposed to bring the car next morning and obviously didn’t contact us or show up at scheduled hour. The location is very nice, but every other aspect of the hotel is a pure disaster

cheap but not so cheerful.. I was pleasantly surprised when i arrived and seen the hotel grounds as i wasn’t expecting luxury in a 2 star hotel. The grounds were lovely with a big pool and amazing view! . However when we got to the room things changed… I expected a 2 star hotel to be old and run down .. but not DIRTY! the bathroom was coated in dust, spider webs were visible in every corner , the shower barley worked and when i opened the wardrobe to put my clothes away cockroaches ran at me!. safe to say that wardrobe was firmly closed the entire stay. We also found an old flip flop covered in dust under the coffee table 🫠🫠 surely it’s not that hard to keep a room clean? . If you’re just looking for somewhere cheap to lay your head then this hotel would be fine! as we did only pay £54 a night which is a great deal for a cheap few nights away! but for me the lack of cleanliness in the room was so disappointing and there really is zero excuse for it no matter how much you have paid . I definitely would not return .

A holiday is what you make it and overall we had a really fab 6 nights holiday here. If you're looking for a cheap, all inclusive holiday in a lovely spot and away from the crowds this is a great base. We would return and stay all inclusive even though we eat out a lot. We loved the area/location with easy transport links running every 15 minutes and a close by taxi rank. It's much better to use the local supermarkets rather than the on-site shop. Just remember that this is a 3 star complex in need of refurbishment with a repetitive menu, no daytime entertainment and only have very short entertainment on a Friday night.

After reading bad reviews I was a little apprehensive about our stay. We are currently on a 4 night stay here, with one night left to go at Calleo Garden and I have to say, do not listen to the reviews. Our room is superb, large, clean, beautiful views. The staff are very friendly, I'd like to give a mention to Eduardo, Kevin And Luis lovely guys who will go above and beyond for you. The food... The food changes daily. There's lots of choice and you won't go hungry. My husband is very fussy and the first day I was worried as there wasn't much for him to eat and reviews had reported that it was the same food every day....that's a lie. Every day the options for breakfast, lunch and dinner change. He got to eat plenty and didn't go hungry. The food is also delicious. The pools. There are actually 4 pools, one is hidden away from the other three. The pool areas are clean and in a beautiful setting. Lovely cool water for when you are needing to cool down after being in the sun . These areas are cleaned daily by the lovely staff. Can't fault it at all. The Bar. I honestly have no idea why people are complaining. It has everything you need. Yes you have to pay a euro deposit for your cup but this is given back to you when you hand it in. I love this idea and it's much better than plastic throw away cups that would end up littering this beautiful place. The beer is san Miguel so hardly a bad choice. The spirits are plentiful and not watered down like some reviews state plus they are generous in their servings. There was entertainment (Friday only) but as it's out of season this is to be expected. The dreaded steps. Yes there are a lot of steps, I have serious mobility issues (fibromyalgia) and some days we're harder than others but due to the location of the hotel, it's to be expected, it also states all over the websites about these steps so its not like you are not warned. The steps are in little bursts around the hotel so it's not as bad as it seems. I personally think it adds to the character of the hotel and my weightloss lol Overall I love this hotel. The views are outstanding, we will definitely come back (can we choose the room we had again? Hibiscos 3002)

Even for low budget hotel we had a bad experience. We spend five days. On positive side the hotel area was nice and quiet, pools were clean and breakfast was pretty good. Reception was helpful. The whole complex was old and needs renovations, but it was well kept and clean all around. Then the negatives: - We had half board and dinner every night was absolutelu bland and tasteless (fries and dry nuggets etc.) - Second day we had no hot water in room. Fixed next morning. - Last three days renovations right next room, drilling and banging from 10am. No warning, no nothing, had to leave the room for few hours just to get away from the noise. - Never had worse beds, really hard to sleep and we were both aching every morning. - No real blankets, just sheets or small musty wool blankets, and the room was chilly at night.

Just finished a 4 night stay here and, honestly, considering some of the reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. There are a LOT of steps due the the nature of the location but they do help work off the calories following the perfectly adequate breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The food is reasonable and plentiful, if somewhat lacking in range/choice. The pools are great, the rooms, although dated, are perfectly acceptable and spacious. The one thing I'd suggest is they replace the coffee makers in the rooms with kettles although you can microwave water for tea/coffee at a pinch. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning here again should we get the chance. The staff were fantastic!

I have just spent a week at the Callao Gardens- fully inclusive. I was a tad reticent before we left due some of the negative reviews regarding the decor, food and stairs. The hotel is of its time (1990s) but more importantly it is very clean, tidy and the rooms are huge. The food has been amazing. Lots of choice, lots of variety and, well, lots. Back to the diet next week!! Yes, there are many stairs but not so many that it's a deal breaker. My mum, whom I travelled with, is 82 and she's managed them extremely well. In fact, we are both now fitter than we were when we arrived. Although, sadly it has not burned off all the eating we've managed. The location is lovely, the weather has been outstanding and there are 3 pools to choose from. I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for but on this occasion, we got much more. Come to the Callao Gardens, if you want a quiet, chilled peaceful holiday. I did and would again😊

Great week at GF Fanabe. We booked a week B&B, had a great time. Used breakfast a few days, trying to get a seat wasn't easy. Everyday we ended up sitting at a table with other people's dishes. As there was only 3 of us, we would just move the dishes to the empty space at the table. Trying to find staff to get clean cutlery wasnt easy either. That's my only negative. Hotel was clean with rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels every day. Pool towels also available, saves you taking your own. Great location for some good restaurants and shops. Rooms are a little dated, but that's not something that bothers us. Air con was really good, we were in a ground floor apartment facing the back pool. We liked the back pool as the sun was there all day from about 11am. The main pool had shaded areas throughout the day. This is my 2nd time staying here and would return.

That was the first time in Tenerife with my family and the hotel was fabulous. The service was excellent and the rooms were clean. My children really enjoyed mini disco, they really loved activities. They had so much fun thank you animation team for sure we come back next year

The animation team really make this place as wonderful as it is, Alexandra is wonderful. So kind and happy as is Sergio. Lovely place, a little bit disappointed with the food this year but this is the first time in 7 years of coming here that I have been.The pooing in the pool has been a big issue this year, it may be that the hotel insist children wear swim nappies up to a certain age.

Fabulous hotel, we had a lovely stay. The hotel is in a great location, about a 15-minute pleasant walk to the beach. The hotel is very clean, and the cleaners made sure our room was tidied each day. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Roof top sunbathing is handy. I’d have no hesitation in returning

Spacious rooms, great service, and excellent food We had a lovely stay! The rooms are huge, the staff is very friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. There were plenty of gluten-free and lactose-free options, and both vegans and vegetarians will definitely find something suitable. The beds were very comfortable. The building could use some renovation, but everything is well maintained and clean. The suites are very well equipped — the kitchen area had everything we could possibly need. All in all, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Just back from a week here.. ignore bad reviews...this hotel, While a bit dated was lovely. So clean which for me is so important...reception area is beautiful...I had breakfast included and it was gorgeous. Such a choice and all you could wish for..reception staff are really lovely and nothing was too much trouble.. this hotel is really nice if you want to get away from it all..for a restful peaceful holiday..not near any commercial shops.....its a bit isolated that way..irish pub across the road was wonderful too... we did t get great weather for our trip but I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel....thank you all.

We have just come back from 5 days staying here. Staff were lovely and very welcoming, entrance is absolutely stunning and clean. We upgraded to a larger room with no problems. Our apartment was massive was very clean and comfortable little out dated but still very nice beds were very comfortable. Food was great could find something to eat on every meal with a few fussy eaters which was great. All in all a lovely short few days that went far to fast and we were sad to leave

Main entrance room looks great but that's it. Rooms dated, food very bland and almost cold. Entertainment was poor, entertainment team poor. Not much locally either as hardly no shops restaurants etc If your a plane spotter hotel is great as it's directly under airport flight path. Approx every 10/15min a plane comes over to land. Pool lifeguard was a young lad who looked like he'd just been pulled in off the street, he spent the day on his phone all day. I'd putt this hotel as a 2/3 star. We had good sunshine so not all bad

A 5-Star Disgrace – Barely Deserves 2! I had high expectations for this hotel based on its 5-star rating, but it was a massive disappointment. The rooms are old and outdated, with tired décor and a lack of maintenance. Cleaning is appalling, with dust, grime, and an overall feeling of uncleanliness. The bathroom was unhygienic, clearly neglected, and far below acceptable standards. The food was disgusting—bland, poorly prepared, and far from the quality expected at a luxury hotel. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the entertainment felt like it was from the Stone Age, outdated, uninspiring, and completely lacking in excitement or modern appeal. For a hotel that claims to be 5-star, this was a joke. It doesn’t even deserve 2 stars. Avoid at all costs!

The staff was very friendly. There was a game room for small kids and for slitly bigger kids. Pool tables inside and outside. Swimming pools inside and outside and lots of sun beds with umbrellas perfect for a tan. My little brother (who isn't a huge fan of the water) loved being in the swimming pools. Everything was very clean. Lots of different shops close to the hotel including the beach. The food was amazing, with many different options with lovely desserts like ice cream, cakes and many more. We stayed here for a week but wished we'd stayed longer, definitely recommend for families with small and big kids.

We spent a week at this well located hotel next to the beach. The hotel rooms were very comfortable, buffet and bars were great. Staff very helpful. The animation team was excellent, The activities where really well run and the team where always smiling and funny, My young daughter really enjoyed the kids club. In short we had a wonderful time and planning to come again soon

Had a great fortnight here. Lovely hotel with lots of plants to make it feel cool and relaxing. The pools and spa are lovely and there are plenty of sunbeds and chairs to relax on. The gym equipment in the spa could use a bit of maintenance but it was usable. The food was varied with themed nights from different countries and plentiful. The evening entertainment was fun, some acts better than others. The hotel is centrally located and near to the seafront which is great for a cocktail while watching the sunset or beer and sports bars, whichever is your thing. Reading earlier reviews I was a little worried about noisy nights from nightclubs but we were there in early March and didn't have a problem with nightime noise. It may be a different story in the summer though as you are close to a nightclub. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will return again soon.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Food does get repetitive and some ingredients are cheap. Fruit doesn't look best quality. Meat is mainly chicken. Very strange breakfast ingredients. Green beans...ratatouille..chips...roast potatoes...but that said they cater to several nationalities and you can make a half decent meal. The drinks waiters are very efficient. Pool areas are fab with loads of beds. Would definitely ho back here

Sent 5 emails and called them requesting a quiet room. Gave us one next to main entrance next to a pool table. People slamming doors all night and kids screaming. The jacuzzi is full of kids all day and you won't get in. Stayed full board. Food is average. Cold soup at serving time is not ideal. Right next to Veronica's. Dangerous area. Rooms cleaned to a high standard.

It was amazing the trip the food the rooms everything about this hotel. It’s very family friendly. Our cleaning ladies were so nice and the rooms were always clean. Some problems about this fab hotel is the fact that if you book a room on the top floor you have to walk up allot of stairs there is no kids club even though on the website it says there is there is also no football/basketball court my son was very disappoint because again it said on the website the last thing that we we’re disappointed about was the entertainment it was quite mid some things were just not really fun to watch. We were staying as a family of five and we found the rooms very spacious. All the staff are very friendly and they make you feel very welcome and comfortable. We have just got back from our stay at Gran Oasis for 5 nights all inclusive, and it was incredible from start to finish! The staff were all so lovely and friendly, but there were two staff members who really stood out for us, the lady who takes your table number at dinner (didn't catch her name) and Miguel, the bartender. They are a major credit to the team! The rooms are beautiful, very clean and plenty of space. The pools and outside areas were great, lovely scenery, plenty of sun beds, and very tidy. The food and drink were always delicious with plenty of choice! It is a little out of the way to the beach and located up a hill, we walked the first day and this was fine for us but older people or people with mobility issues may find it a bit difficult. Taxis are available from reception, which cost us about 8 euros to the beach. There are a lot of steps in the resort, and our room was quite high up. Again, this was fine for us, but it may impact others. It was my husbands birthday while we were there and he received a gift and they sang happy birthday and brought a cake for him without us even mentioning about his birthday. It was so lovely, and everyone really went above and beyond! Overall, it was an absolutely incredible experience and I will recommend to family and friends! We will definitely be back as we were so gutted to leave! Thank you everyone for making this a holiday we will never forget 🥰

Just spent a week there all inclusive and really enjoyed the stay. Grounds are clean, pools are great as are the staff. Foods got plenty of variety and always kept topped up. Situated top of the hill with nice views from the room, bit of trek to the town but the exercise did me good. Plenty of bars and restaurants locally. Only gripe with the place was the ready made cocktails which were almost alcohol free

Great hotel, massive spacious rooms, apartments. All pools are heated. Entertainment is good. Food is good enough variations for breakfast lunch and dinner. Theme dinners every night. No sports bar or TV area. No tennis or football pitch within the hotel. Auqapark is good but for kids up to 10years old. Free WiFi everywhere.

Where do I even begin. This hotel went above and beyond for me and my boyfriend when we stayed. This holiday was booked for a birthday celebration for the pair of us. From the day we arrived to the day we left the service was nothing but excellent, you should be proud of yourselves. They surprised us with cake and singing happy birthday during the even meal, was shocked to say the least. We also got given envelopes that gave us a surprise which we enjoyed. The staff are so lovely and accommodates us and our needs. Always there to be help and very friendly. The rooms were perfect and very clean, beds were very comfortable. However, one thing to note if you have thick hair bring your own hairdryer, took me 40 minutes to an hour each night to dry my hair. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone, cannot fault anything. Very happy indeed

Just leaving a 5 night stay, we booked with our friends and had an apartment per couple. On arrival, we were given an upgrade to 1 bed apartments from studios, check in was smooth - we arrived early so was allowed to store our luggage and head to the pool. Apartments very clean, spacious and equipped with what you need in the kitchen. The only thing I personally struggled with was how cold the apartment was in the evening. I asked for a heater at the reception but it's not something they provided. The pool areas are clean, tidy, lots of seats and loungers, no fighting for a seat. The staff all fab, clearly happy to work there and very pleasant. The location is great, with the shops and restaurants on your doorstep, a 15 minute walk to the beach with more shops etc. The market is across the road, every Thursday and Saturday morning which is nice and makes the area much busier on these mornings, otherwise it's very calm and chilled out. We went self catering so can't comment on the food, but the drinks were good (very generous with the alcohol!). The entertainment every evening is a nice touch, something different each evening to suit various ages. Checkout is at 12pm, so with a later flight it is tough. However, you have the luggage store and you can book the use of a shower room for 25 mins to freshen up before your flight. We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

it is a really nice hotel clean and tidy. I would definitely highly recommend making sure you have air conditioning as not rooms do not have them. cleaners come on a daily basis to the room. The bars are rather good. The pool was a fantastic size and location for the sun. food was not too bad what you wood expect really with a all inclusive. location I would say is OK right next to a shopping centre.Lots of other shops as well. the biggest problem I would have to say is the day you check out if you have a late flight.They take your wrist bands and deactivate key cards to enter the hotel at 12pm which I have never had at any resort or hotel i have stayed at. other than that highly recommended

Fantastic hotel. The pool was large, and not too cold considering we went in January! It's worth mentioning the entertainment (was ok) will keep you awake if you're room is around the large pool! We went down and enjoyed it for a few nights, but some nights we stayed in, and it was far too loud even with windows and doors closed. Worth keeping in mind if you have children trying to sleep!

Lovely hotel in a great location with friendly,helpful staff,we didn't want to leave today. Close to bars,shops&amenities&not too far to walk to the beach. By far the best hotel we've stayed in for cleanliness&spacious rooms. Food&drinks were what you'd expect from all inclusive&lots of sunbeds. The only negatives would be the poor evening entertainment&the fact they take your wristbands off at 12noon check out so the all inc stops. If you have a late flight this would be an issue! We would definitely return&recommend

My partner and I stayed here for a week in the middle of April. Overall I'd say the hotel was okay for the money we paid. Our room was rather sparse and definitely needed a refresh. No Aircon and the ceiling fan in the living room/kitchen area had a hole in the ceiling behind it so we were reluctant to turn it on out of fear it would fly off and decapitate one of us. There were also only two electrical sockets in the entire apartment, neither of which were in the bedroom. We had heard lots of reports of guests rooms being broken into during their stay. Luckily that didn't happen to us but it did put us on our guard, especially after finding out the hotel was also home to full time residents, not strictly hotel guests. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the food was tasty. My only criticism about the food was that it was a little repetitive, especially breakfast and there wasn't a huge range to choose from. During peak times food was eaten quickly and not replenished at the same rate so you'd often have to wait. While I can't say I'd recommend the hotel, it wasn't an awful experience for us personally, but I certainly wouldn't be in a rush to go back.

Don't bother! We booked for a bit of Easter holiday sun (9-16th April 2025) We got the sun but the hotel left a lot to be desired, even for a budget hotel. The rooms were dated and reminded me of a hostel experience Id once had as a student! Fine when you are 18 but not 30 years later with 2 kids! Note to all, if you have a late departure they insist on cutting off your wrist bands when you hand in your room key at noon. Our transfer time was 17:00 so we had 5 hours to kill! They give you a voucher so that you can go into the 'restaurant' and get lunch (didn't bother) but if want to be able to stay hydrated around the pool then no can do at Don Pedro! One guy on reception was lovely and very helpful, and the entertainment people were upbeat and enthusiastic but apart from that some of them were just downright rude! I felt like i had travelled back in time to the Armada My advice: Stay home and get a sunlamp!

This was my first holiday in 2.5 years. I've been coming to this hotel for almost 10 years. And I can safely say it has massively gone downhill since I first stayed. Anna on reception isn't welcoming at all when you check in. No smiles, no kindness or warmness about her. How she still works there is beyond me. However there was a gentleman who worked on reception who was lovely. So friendly and chatty if you were just passing through or needed any help/info. The rooms are very old and in serious need of updating. We had a room to sleep 3, which was just a third bed placed in the living room. The drawers were broken and barely usable. The light above the mirror in the bedroom was flickering, but credit where it's due when we mentioned this to reception it was fixed promptly. The WiFi isn't free and you have to pay for it, which baffles me in this day & age when so many places it's free. So I just used my own phone data but signal wasn't always great. You also had to pay extra for the use of a safe. Which I do recommend as I've heard of many people having things taken from their room. The tap in the bath didn't run properly. To have a bath you had to fill it up using the shower which isn't ideal and obviously time consuming. The sunbeds in the pool area have a lot that need replacing. Food is pretty decent with different choices each lunch and dinner time. Often a great salad selection and choices for both meat eaters and vegetarians. At breakfast time one of the hot drinks machines kept breaking, which meant most mornings there was a large queue for hot drinks. Desserts were much the same most nights, the cakes don't really taste of much so I always opted for a bowl of ice cream or some kiwi fruit. Restaurant staff were always very hard working and friendly. As were the bar staff! Credit to them for their hard work and politeness. A credit to the hotel. The entertainment team....im used to there being between 3-5 of them. However this time there was only 2, which is perhaps very hard work for them, and only 4/5 activities on offer per day when usually there's a lot more. Lauren was very friendly and encouraged people to join in, but was never pushy. The other guy (never got his name) was very much trying to make sure attention was always on him. And not in a cheeky chappy kind of way. I feel sorry for the entertainment team because the resources they have to use are years old and in desperate need of replacement. Entertainment at night was only 9.15 while 10 most nights. People used to be able to watch the entertainment then get up and have a dance all together and enjoy the night. It almost seemed pointless getting ready for an evening of entertainment for a mere 45minutes. The location of the hotel is good. Walking to Las Galletas is easy, with a lovely harbour and ice cream shop. Now the Ten Bel place has been updated and has a supermarket in it this is a it more of a pleasant walk than it used to be. There's also a lovely walk along the sea near by that is popular with dog walkers and joggers, as well as a gentle walk on Yellow Mountain. The bus to las Americas comes near by the hotel and costs €1.50 each way and takes about 35mins ish. As I've seen a huge decline in this hotel I can't say it'll be at the top of my list for a while, which is very sad to say as I've had some lovely holidays and memories at this hotel. However general consensus around the pool with other regular visitors is that the hotel has massively declined.

Very nice hotel, maybe not luxury but clean and with a climate. There is a nice cafeteria with delicious and various food, everyone will find something for themselves. Also the outside pool is nice, you can swim, relax and have a drink or snack in outside bar. The service is very nice and helpful, they can help you to rent a car and recommend what is worth to see, where to shop, call the taxi etc. Generally we loved it.

We enjoyed our holiday, but first impressions aren't great. Parts of the hotel desperately need a coat of paint, taps are so old that the chrome has worn off, light in our room was missing a shade, it looks as if only a minimum amount has been spent on maintenance for 40 years. But the food is good if a bit limited especially deserts which were very samey. Staff excellent. Sunbeds definitely need renewing - faded and saggy. Entertainment not up to much, but animation duo did their best with enthusiasm. Drinks served in paper cups, and you couldn't use your own plastic one -why? WiFi €30 per device which is outrageous! But once you got used to it, we had a good holiday, helped by the excellent staff and decent food.

I stayed at the hotel for two weeks and felt very good during my stay. The hotel is clean, and the cleanliness of the rooms is well maintained. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The food was good — I didn’t get tired of it over the two weeks, as the menu changed slightly every day. A pleasant surprise was the offer of drinks with meals, including beer and wine (I didn’t have an all-inclusive package). The location is excellent — the beach is nearby, as well as shops, and there is parking next to the hotel. If I were to suggest anything, it would definitely be to modernize the hotel and perhaps add more greenery (plants). I definitely recommend this hotel; the price-quality ratio is spot on, and I highly appreciate the hotel staff.

The hotel is fine, a little shabby as mentioned by some other reviewers and doesn’t have the comfiest beds/bedding, although the sofa was great! The food was fine on the whole – some days better than others but there was a decent selection most of the time. The pool area was a bit cramped and the music wasn’t my vibe so I spent most of my sunbathing time in the solarium which was really quiet and has lovely views. The staff are really nice at the hotel, they work very hard and are very friendly. It was all very clean. Overall, I’d recommend it for an affordable holiday in West Tenerife.

We stayed here in April 2025, two adults with one 7-yr old. The good: -The food is delicious with lots of different dishes to chose from. Even if you come close to closing, there's still plenty available. -The staff are very friendly -The pools are very good, we never had to search for a spot to put our towels. -They have random activities throughout the day at the pool, which is great for the kids The bad: -The restaurant is very, very noisy. No matter where you sit, you can't hear yourself think and conversation was difficult. At one point I had to leave for a minute because the constant clanking of plates being cleaned was giving me a headache. -The bar is not at all welcoming. It's too bright and suffers from the same noise-level as the restaurant. They usually only have server on duty, so there's a long line at the end of the day. They do compensate by giving extra-large glasses, but this leads to waste if you didn't want that much. -The evening entertainment area is off-site and is too impersonal. The shows are hit and miss and we would have preferred to have some dancing sometimes instead of shows. This is a personal preference, of course. There's also a children's play area just behind the stage, which is a good idea. -You have to pay for the in-room safe. I feel this is a service that should be offered as part of the room. This is already the case in most other hotels. Conclusion: The negatives far outweigh the positives and it wasn't a pleasure staying here. We won't be coming back here for our next visit to Tenerife.

A decent size hotel with three pools. One is warm pool but we were expecting it to be a bit more warm. There is a gym with treadmills, cycling, weights and yoga mats. The restaurant has got different themes going over the week. The rooms are good size and towels are provided for bathing and the pool. The staff is very friendly. And they made sure they have one or the other showing happening every night at 10 PM. The hotel is located in a walkable distance from the beach. Along with the main restaurant they have a snack bar which is decent enough

Couldn't be any happier with out stay! We came for 4 nights with my parents and daughter. The food was amazing along with the snack bar and all inclusive drinks. It was my daughters birthday which all staff at the hotel made sure she had an amazing day, cake delivered to our room and birthday card. This made her extra happy! We have never stayed at a hotel and walked away this happy, we will be coming back within 6 months. Everything was clean and well maintained. Janette and Alex were amazing, best staff there is for any hotel. All around amazing holiday, can't wait to go back.

Me & my son stayed here for 5 nights in February, it was our 1st time in Tenerife, I loved the hotel! It's a large complex & it took us a few minutes to find our building after arriving later then expected due to flight delays but I was pleasantly surprised when we located it. The rooms are spacious & is just like a self catering apartment. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was it had good reviews for vegetarian food, a lot of the times on holiday there's a lack of options or cross contamination with meat/fish. The options here were great! All salad options were fantastic and kept away from meat & fish The hotel has a mini supermarket a couple of shops down which stocks most things you'd need, all the things we did. Staff were really helpful & approachable Pool area was kept very clean The pool was too cold to use for me and my teenage son in February but a lot of younger children were jumping in no problem. It really was like ice though, but refreshing to quickly dip in in the heat. We'd definitely go back & would recommend

Just come back from a 2 week family holiday. Mum,Dad,NanNan,Grandpa and 2 kids. The hotel is lovely . The food is excellent but the buffet restaurant can be a bit manic at times. The pool bar also serves breakfast and evening meals and is much calmer. The staff are amazing so pleasant, polite and work ridiculously hard. The only negatives I would give are there aren’t enough parasols around the pool, particularly as a lot of children visit here and the pools all need to be heated. The kids pool and the pool by the pool bar are lovely but the water is freezing. Literally makes your teeth chatter.

The hotel was very clean staff were friendly, good variety of food for breakfast. The rooms were ok, quite dated had a side sea view. Showers had really bad water pressure and there wasn’t any soap in our dispensers also there was literally one plug socket in our room having to charge multiple items with only one socket is quite annoying. Their is a karaoke bar opposite the hotel their are many reviews on here stating how noisy it is I didn’t think it would be that bad however even with your balcony doors shut it’s so unbelievably loud like the speakers are in your room this goes on till about 5am. One night was sitting on the balcony as we went to go back in our balcony doors has a latch on the inside that when we shut the door to go out it fell down locking us outside on the 11th top floor balcony, luckily their was someone else on their balcony we managed to shout down for them to call reception and someone “broke” into our room and unlocked the balcony doors letting us in. I probably wouldn’t stay in this location again lots of nightclubs next to this hotel and especially since they’ve shut the coffee shops every step you take down the street someone is on you for buying “things” . The first time I stayed in playa de las americas was in Parque Santiago4 that’s the best part of playa if your looking for a quieter more peaceful holiday.

UNSAFE and UNHYGIENIC. My friend and I are two young women who were travelling alone and decided to book here under the impression it is a 4 star hotel. It is clearly not up to that standard at all. We were awoken in the middle of the night by strange men from the adjoining room who had drunkenly entered ours. Although we had checked earlier to ensure the side door was locked, it has been unlocked and left open by the housekeeping staff enabling them to enter our room. We managed to chase them out but could hear them talking about trying to re enter our room and we felt very unsafe especially as the front door to our hotel room didn’t latch properly so we ended up having to change rooms in the middle of the night which was terrifying and inconvenient. We also saw cockroaches crawling over the plates at the buffet in the restaurant. The night concierge was kind and quickly changed our room but when we spoke to customer services in the morning she was unhelpful and kept telling us we should’ve made sure to latch the adjoining entrance door. She refused to give us a partial refund or cancel the rest of our stay and we just got a drinks voucher instead which was of no use to us after the awful experience we had. Furthermore the whole hotel is very dated and dirty, and you cannot sleep at night as there is no soundproofing. We could clear hear the loud music of the clubs as if we were outside and we could hear our neighbours talking, and doing other things in the night as clearly as if they were in the room with us. Not only did we feel unable to rest but we also felt on edge and unsafe the whole time. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for your stay, especially for the prices this hotel charges.

I recently stayed at Sol Tenerife, and my experience was a mix of positives and negatives. Positives: The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options, fresh ingredients, and good quality food. It was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The pools were well-maintained and enjoyable, providing a nice spot to relax during the day. The staff, especially those working during breakfast, were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the mornings even more pleasant. Negatives: One of the biggest downsides was the noise from the nearby bars, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The loud music and party atmosphere continued late into the night. The noise inside the hotel was also an issue. People—possibly not even guests—were knocking on doors, shouting in the corridors, and generally causing disturbances, which was frustrating. The rooms and bathrooms felt old and in need of renovation. While they were functional, the outdated decor and worn-out facilities took away from the overall comfort. Overall, Sol Tenerife has some great aspects, particularly when it comes to breakfast, pools, and staff. However, the noise levels and the condition of the rooms make it less ideal for those looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be the best choice.

WORST NIGHTS SLEEP MONEY CAN BUY! If you enjoy a good night's sleep do not come here. As much as I appreciate the hotel can't control noise levels in the area they could at least make this apprent in marketing or try and sound proof the rooms. The noise is unbearable from the local bars and clubs. This hotel is only suitable if you enjoy going out at 11 pm, getting off your face on booze and coming in at 6 am in the morning, or are profoundly deaf. The only hours it is quiet is 8am until midday. The hotel will tell everybody that it's the vibrant area, but I don't think wearing earplugs every night and still hearing thumping bass from nearby bars and getting no sleep fun. Surely a fundamental point of a hotel is somewhere to sleep at NIGHT?! Just a warning do your local research as I clearly didn't. The hotel is in serious need of a refurbishment as it's very dated. Apart from that the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast wasn't bad at all. But never again...

Here at the moment, in block B, floor 10 facing the sea, noise from karaoke across the road until 11.30pm but it's grand and good songs. Silent after that. Great night's sleep. Room lovely, very clean, beds made and cleaned daily. Whole place is spotless, ok carpets a bit stained but that doesn't affect holiday. We are all inclusive and food is amazing, huge variety. Food available from 7.00am until 9.15pm. Pool area and snack bar is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Little supermarket attached, as well as a great hairdressers/beauty salon, which I would recommend. Highlights, cut and blow dry is less than half the price of that in Ireland. Situated right on the beach and walk way. Would highly recommend this place and would return.

Highly recommended for a blissful stay on a magical island that is full of culture and adventure. Our third stay didn’t disappoint.. Exceptional standards with a professional team, working together and clearly take pride in what they do - a special shout out to Orlando and the restaurant chefs, cooks and servers who effortlessly manage the busy periods. Perfect location for stunning ocean views and breathtaking sunsets. The hotel is on a large complex with multiple pools and activities on site where all are managed with Lifeguards, Activites team and cleaning crew who keep the shared spaces safe and beautiful. Also, a big Thank you, as we stayed during 2 days of their industrial action & planned protests, they clearly labelled apologies for any reduced services. I hope the industry responds appropriately for fair pay and conditions to support their people. We’ll see you again ☺️

Fabulous resort! Rooms were spacious very clean and nice on the eye and easily accessible! Food was by far one of the best for choice we have experienced although towards the end as always with all inclusive you get a bit fed up but cannot complain it was good quality with lots of choice! Entertainment on most nights Elton John tribute was fantastic. The pools especially the kids area was lovely and heated very clean! Always had a sun bed available but we did go in march I would imagine in the main season it would be busy! Staff were always very friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend for families we have had a wonderful 10 days it lived up to the 4 star expectations.

Absolutely amazing holiday here!! Travelled as 2 adults and 2 children (9month old and 3 year old). We stayed in block A in an ocean view suite. The food was amazing, best all inclusive food I’ve ever had. Veggie and vegan options for all meals. For lunch we always used the nautical snack bar, the paella was lovely. We spent most days round the quiet pool but I love that there were 2 options of pools. Baby pools next to both of them. Hotel was extremely clean everywhere. All staff very friendly. And for the kids they have an outdoor soft play that is covered with shade, we spent lots of time here. They also got new sunbeds and tables while we were there! More than enough for everyone.the hotel is also very eco friendly, washable cups and compostable plates and cutlery for around the pool. plus they give you water bottles and there’s loads of refill water stations around the hotel, including near the rooms. The only downside was the lifeguards kept taking down our parasol if there was a slight breeze- the only parasol allowed up was the lifeguard’s!! Not ideal in scorching heat with two young children who needed shade so we had to go and sit inside :( so the hotel really needs to invest in better parasols. I also wouldn’t use the Foto Event people. The photo staff are lovely but you can get the same quality photos on your phone. I thought they would be properly edited after I chose which ones I wanted (given how expensive they were!) but they were just printed there and then. Also there’s not that much going on in the local area, we ate out a couple times but I preferred the hotel food! But with all that being said, We would definitely come back here! :)

Stayed at this hotel for 3rd time but last time was back in 2023. It was an amazing hotel then but now even better! We was 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 4 and stayed this time in block B in an ocean view suite which was a lovely location for the main building for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as just above the quiet pool and lunch snack bar. We stayed in I and O block before both good locations too. The hotel is well done over different levels so tbh all rooms are close to something good. The busy pool did get busy late morning but we always found sun beds when we wanted to go there. My eldest loved the water slide so much. The food was amazing for an all inclusive hotel always plenty of hot food and lovely salads and fruit all so fresh and delicious we ate so much! Drinks was plenty and very generous with measures on alcohol. Plenty of self service stations also for tea coffee soft drinks and beer. The soft play splash park my girls loved and my husband enjoyed the high ropes. Eldest didn’t want to try so he did it on his own. They also loved the mini golf, climbing wall and the zip wire. So many activities. They went to the mini kids club 3 days while we was there and they loved it so much. The staff that run it are lovely and my girls had a lot of fun. My only criticism would be that when they decide who wins the Landi Awards from mini club that they put the surname on to call out at the mini disco as my youngest has a popular name Isabel and I think there was a few Isabel’s staying same time so she got disappointed when they called Isabel out but another Isabel took the award. Maybe it was for them but how do you know? It seemed like first person to get on stage got the award. So that would be my suggestion next time to call out child’s full name makes it fair then. Also won’t get many kids on stage for same award. Hotel was spotless constantly being cleaned throughout our stay. Mini disco was great love that they now have 2 one earlier think at 7.15pm and then again at 8.30pm so if you wanted to go earlier you could we always went to later one and girls loved it. Shows after were also great changed daily we loved them all. Beach accessed at bottom of hotel by splash park/soft play was only a 5min walk yes down a hill but my girls managed it there and back. Sea can get rough tho one day there was red flags out so no swimming but girls loves playing in black sand was fun for them. Although hot on your feet! Wear shoes to walk on it. Overall we had a fab week and will 100% be back hopefully next year! Thank you

Family Hotel Review I had the pleasure of staying at the Family Hotel for a week, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile at the reception. This hotel was amazing to stay at in tenerife, they had very good swimming pools but sometimes it does get crowded and you might need to wake up at 7AM to put some towels on your sun chairs to 'reserve' them, and free drinks at the bar. There's a great buffet with many different food options, and the staff are very kind and helpful. Many places to go outside of the hotel with the family. The rooms are good providing a TV, a cupboard with a safe and a mirror on the door, a bathroom with a big mirror, a shower and a toilet, Two big beds and a desk. In conclusion, the hotel is perfect for a family of 4 or a couple going on holiday.

Overall a brilliant stay in this hotel. We were in room 616. Very clean and modern. The breakfast was as good as you can get from a hotel, fresh made omelette and eggs. Nothing special but sets you up for the day. The only problem I had was the lifts. Only 3 lifts for a hotel this size doesn't seem enough. Being on the top floor made the wait sometimes quite long. I'd happily come back though.

We picked this hotel based on reviews, i would suggest that people don't always take those promoted as higher rated as read. The rooms were pleasant, but everything else was of a lower standard than either expected or for what it cost us to stay there. I have never had to pay for so many extra things, such as water anywhere else we've stayed at. On the whole this was dissapointing and i will look elsewhere before booking.

Fantastic location,we had a room at the end of the corridor,room 541 the balcony was huge! Great view of las Americas overlooking the mini golf. Breakfast was the usual options but actually nice for once. The room was great and the beds were comfy with 2 rooms. This was our first stay here and we definitely be back. Can’t comment on evening meal or entertainment as we went out in the evenings.

Amazing Stay at Best Tenerife! Our stay at Best Tenerife was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed. A special shoutout to the animation team—they were simply amazing! Every single member was full of energy and enthusiasm, making sure both kids and adults had a great time. Our children had the time of their lives, and honestly, this hotel is a paradise for families! The location is perfect—everything is close by, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings. If Carlsberg did hotels . . . Excellent in every respect. The staff throughout the complex were so friendly and helpful, (special mention to Julia in the Spa and all the reception staff especially Carmel/Carmen and a very tall gentleman who spent the holiday writing directions for me on maps!) The food was delicious, fresh and varied, and for those, like my husband who likes his mouth burnt off, there are microwaves. We didn’t book the speciality restaurants because we were only staying for a short time and they were booked, but we could have if there had been a free slot, for €15 per head, which is still incredible value. (They are free in the inclusive package if you are staying for at least a week). Everywhere, inside and out, was scrupulously clean and the cleaning staff were very courteous and friendly. We had access to a lovely quiet lounge where there were nibbles, drinks, tea, coffee, and a lovely calm atmosphere, which we really appreciated. I’ve no idea why we qualified for this treat, but we appreciated it! An absolute gem of a find, and hopefully we’ll return soon. We frequently stay in Tenerife and have never had a bad experience but this hotel was a definite 5* and ten minutes from the airport.

Stayed here from 18th march for 10 days. Great hotel. Great view of the sea from our room. Rooms cleaned every day. Clean towels every day. Meal times great. Fantastic selection and variety every day. Very tasty & well cooked. Staff very friendly & helpful. The one thing that let the place down was not enough seating for evening entertainment. If you didn’t get there early you had no chance of a seat. ☹️. Having said that the entertainment was great they all worked hard. Other than that no complaints. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel and rooms were great. Location not bad Irish bar and a supermarket just behind hotel. Only thing that let's this hotel down is the food and where you ate. It was like being back in a school canteen. And food was never hot. Only night when food was good was the Mexican night which you had to book also it was nice to be waited on and wine was better.

Exceptionally clean room. The rooms had everything I needed. I didn't notice the fridge until I left though. The easy to pull out drying rails on the balcony were a nice thought too. The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard every day and tea & coffee topped up. The nice touch of two free bottles of water were appreciated. There was also cold water available from dispensers around the hotel. All the staff I came across were so friendly & efficient. I was all-inclusive and the food was amazing with a very wide choice with daily changes to the menus. I saw a lot of negative reviews about food not being hot enough, which is just not true. And anyway, I saw at least one easily accessible microwave to heat to required liking if necessary. The facilities were superb. I used the indoor pool every day. There was always available sun beds and outside pools were lovely. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and hope to come back again one day.

We booked 6 nights all inclusive at the Alua Atlantico. Checking etc was all very good and smooth, when we tried to book one of the a la carte restaurants of which there are three we were told as we were only there 6 nights we were not 'eligible' you have to be there 7 nights! There was an alternative... Pay €15 per person for the restaurant of choice. The buffet restaurant did provide a wide array of food, including a salad table, two soup dishes, pasta dishes plus two dishes cooked whilst you wait. There was always something you could find to eat but sometimes the food was lukewarm from being out too long. A wide selection of desserts were also available Rooms were clean, well looked after very the cleaning staff, the bar staff were always attentive to your needs when supplying the all inclusive drinks Entertainment was a bit mediocre and having to sit through a junior disco thrashing out some music was sometimes painful. As the holiday was booked only a few weeks before, it served the purpose of a relaxing / recharge the batteries holiday. Would we return? Probably not.

Exceeded our expectations! Lovely hotel with friendly staff We had a fantastic stay at AluaSoul Hotel in Costa Adeje. The hotel has been recently renovated, so everything felt fresh, clean, and modern. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Lot of food options for breakfast, even for those with dietary restrictions — I was pleasantly surprised to find gluten- and lactose-free choices at breakfast. There’s always something to do, from rooftop yoga and water aerobics to bingo and board games, even live music. The beach is just a short walk away, and there are lots of great shops and restaurants in the area. We also really appreciated the adults-only atmosphere — it made the whole experience extra relaxing and peaceful. Would definitely recommend and return!

A really great place to visit the people are very friendly and helpful. The weather has been gorgeous and the places we visited well worth the money. We viewed Mount Teide and the night sky with a meal thrown in and our guide Isabel was so knowledgeable of the stars and constellations it was great. We viewed a beautiful sunset near Mount Teide. And didn't get back till gone Midnight which we didn't mind at all!

AluaSoul is a stones throw from the marina but is a quiet oasis of calm in what is a really busy area. It is an adults only hotel and tends to attract older travellers. That said, there was a very good atmosphere. The food was very good quality and the variety was extensive. Each evening is themed, which refreshes the menu daily, but some staples are maintained for the less adventurous diner. I was impressed by the variety of seafood, much of which was cooked freshly on demand in front of guests. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a room on the 6th floor, overlooking the pool with a really pleasant view. There was no noise from the marina area during the evenings, though I heard some guests with sea view rooms talking about music and noise from the local bars and entertainment. The room had tea & coffee making facilities, a fridge, and a simple to use combination safe. Bottled water is not replaced daily, but bottled water is available from the bars. The pool area is secure, beautiful, very well maintained, and cleaned to a high standard. The gym, however, was very basic, but the equipment is of good quality. What makes this hotel stand out are the staff, who we found to be friendly, professional, and keen for us to have the best experience.

Disappointing for the Price – Not True 4-Star Quality This is essentially a 3-star hotel charging 4-star prices. The room was quite basic and had several issues, including a dirty couch and curtains and a poorly functioning drain. Despite paying €180 per night, I was charged an additional money for checking out a a bit later, even though the room wasn’t booked for the same day and I am a Hyatt member - it felt excessive and inflexible. The gym was especially disappointing: outdated equipment and no weights at all — definitely not up to 4-star standards. The staff was okayish, not particularly friendly like in other places I visited in Spain.. Overall, not worth the premium price.

Spent 10 nights here . Great place to stay . Rooms nice and fresh after recent renovations. Plenty of food choices enjoyed the all inclusive option we paid for . Found it difficult at times to get a sunlounger . Evening entertainment every night quite enjoyable. The hotel is situated in a good spot but unfortunately though there was a lot of noise from a couple of close bars during the evening .But this didn’t prevent us from a restful sleep .

I can hands down say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at, everything is perfect for myself & my family. The hotel aesthetic is stunning such a tropical feel with all the greenery, it’s spotless, the cleaners, maids & grounds team all work super hard. The restaurants serve such a huge variety of really good quality food, the choice really is endless, all the restaurant staff are so attentive and polite, the chefs are happy to help, if you ask for something specific it’s done. The animation team are fabulous, the vibes are always buzzing, every age is catered for, a good variety of activities, whether your looking for relaxing, sporty or just fun it’s all available, they do a certificate giving in the evening to celebrate the winners of competitions. The entertainment in the evening has been spot on really good tributes in the show bar and they are really interactive with the crowd the whole room gets involved. The hello bar has some really beautiful musicians and singers with a pure chill vibe if you don’t fancy the tributes and full on fun. Rooms are spacious and the mattresses are top tier. If you require an iron & board they will be delivered to your room so no need to pack an iron. You can have floats, balls etc in the pool too which is great as there’s a lot of hotels which don’t allow this. I cannot praise the hotel and all its staff enough, 5***** Thank you for making our holiday perfect

Absolutely amazing stay! We went for the all-inclusive package and it was honestly one of the best we’ve ever experienced. Huge variety of food from breakfast to dinner – everything fresh, tasty, and well presented. Bars open all day with proper cocktails and quality coffee, not just some watered-down stuff. Our room was spacious, modern, and cleaned perfectly every day. From the balcony, we had a breathtaking view of the ocean – both sunrise and sunset were next-level vibes. The hotel is located right by the sea, so you’re literally a few steps away from the black volcanic sand beach. Big shoutout to the adults-only zone – peaceful, relaxing, with its own pool, sunbeds, umbrellas, and zero screaming kids. Perfect for couples or anyone just wanting to chill in peace. One of the things we really loved was the packed activity schedule – there’s always something going on throughout the day. From poolside games and fitness sessions to evening shows at the bar, including live music and dance performances – there’s never a dull moment. And let’s not forget the staff – everyone we met was super friendly and helpful, always smiling and making sure we had everything we needed. Overall? Spotlessly clean place, top-notch service, fun vibes, and a beautiful location. Easily a 10 out of 10. Would go back in a heartbeat!

My stay was absolutely fantastic, food was delicious, cleaning was spotless and staff were brilliant. Damian always greeted us with a smile at the restaurant and promptly found us seating for 7, he couldn't have been more helpful and his positive energy was contagious. As a 20 year old, I found the pool games perfect for my age, encouraging kids and adults to all play. Carlos ran them twice a day and he suited the role perfectly. He was fun, smiley and enthusiastic, making every sport enjoyable. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough!

Beautiful hotel, really lovely open reception & communal areas with real living plants. Staff couldn’t be more accommodating, hotel is exceptionally clean (we saw people hosing down the sun beds every evening & the housekeepers are excellent). Food was incredible with a huge selection to choose from, you’ll never get bored! Lots of pastries and desserts as well as fruit, wide selection of bread and different meals every evening. Also as part of the standard package you get two 3 course meals at the a la care restaurants; one was more Mexican street food and the other ‘Arena’ was delicious! You need to book on the app or at reception quite quickly after arriving in order to book a table. The hotel was full when we stayed but still the pool had enough sun loungers so we didn’t have to worry about getting one and there’s a ‘no reserving sun loungers’ policy with the pools closed off until they open. There are two pools (not including the infinity pool for platinum guests) - the upper is where all of the activities happen so a bit louder with music and the lower was where we based ourselves, which was a bit quieter. Platinum looked nice but we didn’t feel we were getting ‘less than’ not being platinum, so if we were to return we probably wouldn’t go platinum. The beach was nearby, a 10 minute walk, it would be less than 5 mins if the other entrance to the hotel was open, which it wasn’t during our stay. The beach is only small but is natural black sand. There are sun loungers you can rent but we didn’t, just took towels, we found it nice to spend some of the day by the pool and some by the beach. The red flag was up most days but there was a lifeguard and you could dip your feet in and stay close to shore if you wanted to. Overall a really lovely holiday & gorgeous hotel, would definitely recommend!

I have travelled to the Landmar Playa la Arena with my family and my first trip with my child you is under 2 years old. The dining staff have been fantastic and accommodating with my needs to cater for my son. Patricia and David in particular has been phenomenal and even anticipates our seating for dinner and brings my son milk and apple juice which my son gets excited for. We have been so lucky to have had Patricia and David serve our family and they have made this experience as a single parent with a young child easier especially at meal times! The customer service at the Landmar is exemplary and would highly recommend a stay here.

Had a great holiday at Labrandra Suites Costa Adeje. We had the all-inclusive package. Breakfast was varied, but also lunch and dinner was very tasteful and varied including fish, salads, deserts and more. For the room we had a family room with balcony (cheaper room, so no swimming pool view). The size was good, but it could use a bit of maintenance (eg. floor tiles). Also the electricity went down a few times in our room during our stay (neighbouring rooms also had this problem). The lock of the door also had to be replaced after it couldn't be opened from the inside. (they fixed it rapidly though). Service was friendly and fine. Swimmingpools were also nice. Evening shows were OK (we have seen better ones in Gran Canaria) and ended at +/- 22h30, so no noise during sleep from entertainment or road traffic. We did miss the tapas restaurant that was included because we weren't told during checkin it was only on saturday, that was a pitty. Also the libra had to be paid per suitcase, I would make this a free service, as I would also expect for the Wifi. All in all a nice stay, but some improvements are possible. Playa Del duque (nicest beach) and playa fanabe are available in walking distinces. Parking a car is possible in the streets for free, but you may not always find a place in the street itself; but we always managed to find a spot withing walking range

Myself and my Partner are coming to the end of our 11 night stay. This Hotel is in a prime location, very clean and friendly staff. Plenty of choices for food and drink all inclusive. Adult only area nice and relaxing throughout the day. Not much entertainment but that suited us. Rooftop bar but we chose not to use as wasn't inclusive in the price. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a family suite room for 7 nights in Jan 2025. We enjoyed our stay, the staff is very friendly, the food is very good and with a lot of options for all tastes. The entire hotel is very clean, the rooms are cleaned very well. It was my daughter’s birthday and they surprised us by letting in the room a mini cake, some drinks a birthday card. It was so nice from their side. The night entertainment is nice also, a mini disco for kids every evening followed by different activities - bingo, magic show, games, karaoke, circus, etc. The only thing that was not well though was the game nights - the games are chosen to get 2 men in the final so can drink beer quickly in the final which is not fair for the ladies. But the entertainment team is really nice, they share a lot of positive energy and most of them seem to really enjoy their job. Kudos to Rachelle and Johnny, and to the lady with the magical show and the circus team. Overall we had a good stay and we recommend to others.

What an amazing week we have had at the Labranda Suites, the room and service has been absolutely amazing, especially from Alejandro at the Bubbles Bar who provided us with helpful advice for our excursions and speedy service every evening with our drinks. The animation team were friendly and the events were so much fun and also nice that there are adult-only events too! Although an extra cost, we thoroughly enjoyed our visits to the sunset champagne bar which had a spectacular view and a great selection of cocktails. The rooms are spacious and comfy and well-maintained and the location is a stones throw away from anything you could or would need. Thank you for making my first time in Tenerife so fantastic and I do hope to visit again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay in February 2025. 2 adults and 2 young kids. Welcome drinks for adult and kids in checkin. Nice touch. They brought cake and cava for my Birthday totally unprompted. Good use of data at checkin. Food. Good as expected. No outside seating which would prefer as very noisy. Love fact hotel has both dining and pool spaces that are adults only and family only. Great for us as we have kids. So choas all together. Gym is nice. Technogym equipment. But very small. Have to pre book and only allows 5 people at a time as it’s so small. fine as I went early and it’s quiet. Gym only opens at 7am. Wish it opened at 6am. Pool area very clean and modern Great football astroturf area for kids. Overall. I’d say this is great place for family holidays. Having stayed here and next door at jacaranda then no comparison. This place much better. More modern. Beach 7min walk maximum. Small supermarket. 5min walk max. Probably 3mins if you timed it Staff super nice. Buffett is what it is. Drinks. We were half board. So can’t comment too much as we didn’t drink that much at hotel. What we did have was fine. Being half board the drink service and selection is a bit rubbish in the main meal dinner room. Can wait ages for any service. Rooms. Superb. Modern. Clean. And comfy. Brilliant drench shower and outdoor terrace perfect even if road side. Fridge in room. And kettle. Plenty storage. Daniel. A chef in the dinning kitchen was super helpful can’t say enough great things. Asked for tomatoe only pizza and he made it. Location. Is great. Close to everything near by and attractions. Fabio and team on reception super helpful. Room fridge not really that cold. Could be faulty. Ground floor room. With Terence and artificial grass was great. Overall I’d come back here and give it 4.5/5stars.

Stayed here for 5 days with my partner. Very welcoming hotel with everything you need. The cleanliness is amazing. We went all inclusive and got to enjoy the wide variety of food each day for the breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Santiago pool concierge was brilliant and had the poolside organised to perfection. Would highly recommend staying here and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

We have just returned home from this amazing hotel with wonderful happy memories.Every member of staff from the lovely lady servicing our bedroom who helped me find an item I had mislaid, to the restaurant, pool and reception. All acknowledge and smile when they pass by us and everything is done for our comfort and convenience. They all speak enough English to understand our needs. The system of reserving sun loungers is excellent. The hotel is spotlessly clean. A very relaxed,happy and special holiday. Thankyou to all the lovely staff.

Perfect hotel. We could check in early and our car could be parked in their garage (10€ per night). Our star prestige room spacious enough and cleaned very well. Entry to the exclusive roof top and terrace with ocean view was amazing. Buffet in the morning and evening was really good. Best asset of the hotel is the friendly and helpful staff. We will come again :)

The Canary Islands is absolutely beautiful but most importantly, Tenerife South has my heart. We stayed at the Iberostar Selecion sabila for two days in March while on holiday in Europe. We were sold on the resort once we saw it was adults only, and they had several different options for hotel rooms and different packages to go along with it. The resort is about 15 - 20 minutes away from the airport and it is absolutely breathtaking!! When we arrived, we were greeted by the lovely hotel porter who took our bags and ushered us in to the desk. The staff at the desk began to check us in and provided us with a welcome drink. It took about 30 minutes for all our keys to be prepared, but as soon as that was done, one of the staff members gave us a tour of the resort, which included access to the prestige lounge and private pool on the sixth floor because we were star prestige guests. The lounge had free food and drinks from morning to about 10pm. Afterwards, we got into our rooms and our view was relatively decent. The room was also a good enough size because it had a spacious outdoor patio. Only thing I would have liked is for the bathroom to have been a little bit bigger and more modern. Nonetheless, the room was very comfortable. All the amenities on the resort were top of the line. We got to utilize the gym, the spa, as well as the prestige only cabana area at the main pool. They also had different events going on throughout the day and the evenings. But the best part was the restaurant. Our room came with breakfast, which we took advantage of every morning. We also opted to pay for dinner because the restaurant was that good. The buffet style allowed for you to eat as much as you wanted to, while also enjoying a variety of options. Also, as a star prestige guest, you also had your own dining area in the restaurant. I would recommend this resort to anyone who is visiting Tenerife South. I look forward to coming back as this is a true 5 star resort.

We stayed in a Delux Family room (number 5029) all-inclusive for seven nights at Easter 2025. It was pretty expensive at £634 per night (ex flights) for a family of two adults and two children, but we booked pretty late. Firstly - it's a great hotel. I was worried before we departed having read lots of negative reviews on Google Maps and TripAdvisor, but these must be from a vocal minority who had a bad experience. Specifically: • Food is very good in the restaurants, including at the buffet - lots of choice, stuff prepared to order, variation each day • Drinks included in the non-red level drinks package are great (just not Champagne or premium spirits) • Pools very good, not so busy you can't get loungers, although you need to get there early if you want one on the water's edge. The large infinity pool is salt water but it was warm at Easter and very nice • Lots of activities for kids in and outside of the kids club. They can be left if aged over 5 • Room is well equipped, clean and modern. No maintenance or pest issues • Staff are all very friendly, polite and helpful The only negatives we experienced were: • Some days there was a bit of a pong on the western side of the hotel first thing in the morning. It's not the hotel drains, but from the large banana plantation next door who water overnight. It wasn't overpowering (AC sorted it out in the room) and appears to depend on wind direction and speed. • Difficult to book restaurants (which are very good) via the app, but guest services were able to sort on our behalf • The whole Red Level, Circles stuff etc is confusing on menus etc - basically upgrades to your stay which I'm not sure would be worth the money TL;DR: Just really good - we'll be back!

The hotel is a lovely setting / pools etc but beware. The red level / all inclusive service is absolutely not worth it. The whole place is designed to get you paying for things which they make next to impossible for you to actually get. Restaurants which are 'fully booked' are completely empty. You cannot book places on the app they provide. You turn up and get turned away saying its all booked. They are not - they are mostly empty. Literally every restaurant has hardly anyone in them but its impossible to get a table. You cant just order a drink at the bar - you have to go and find a table and wait for someone to come and take your order. It takes forever. It has taken me a little while but it is obvious why. They take the revenue happily but are doing as much as they can to limit the costs. Less people actually in the restaurants, or ordering drinks the better for their margin. Its pretty disgusting really. So - unfortunately, avoid it.

Been here 24 hours now and figured I'd keep a running commentary on the experience here during this 14 day stay as I'm already woefully underwhelmed by the 5 star hotel. Context: 2 adults, 2 kids, luxury all inclusive package: £14k In no particular order: Buffet: The worst buffet I've ever seen in any hotel. It's just terrible. Small selection, nothing is hot and the quality of food is shockingly bad. For instance the chips are the bog standard frozen oven chips you'd buy in a cheap supermarket. And rock solid and mildly warm. - Every restaurant has terrible systems. Even with the buffet, you can't just go in and find a table like with pretty much every other all you can eat buffet. You have to queue up and as all the staff here are slow and non-observant, you end up just standing there waiting for her for ages to work her way through the queue. Then you give your room number and have to wait for a chaperone to escort you to a table. This took 12 minutes last night. - The buffet was so bad that we booked the Italian (L'Olio) tonight. One of many restaurants here which aren't included in the luxury all inclusive package. No bother, hoping the expensive menus = great food 🤞. Not confident though, we waited at the entrance for TWELVE MINUTES. And this is despite being there bang on 2030 for our 2030 booking. And despite 2 of the waitresses saying someone is coming. It was 2053 by the time someone came to take our food order. - The pool facilities are EPIC! The best pool I've ever been in ever. It's the longest swimming pool in Europe (230 metres) and it's salt water. Even better! Very cold as expected but very good. Also it's nice and quiet too. No fighting some Russians and Germans that wake up at the crack of dawn to bagsy prime sunbeds... - Unlike most other all inclusive hotels I've been to, there isn't much in the way of food stands/bars. Most have snack bars etc...none of that here. - Bedroom is nice. Shower and bath is very good. - Reception staff are very good. - Hotel is big and facilities in general are good. Cleanliness is good here. - It's now 14 days and I just gave up noting things down. There is so much wrong with this hotel. 80% of the staff are lazy and just don't care. So many gripes too long to list. - Just avoid. Save your money and go elsewhere. £14k NOT well spent. Had much better experiences in 4 star hotels.

Possibly one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Service is exceptional. Food is excellent, but I would advise you to book table reservations in advance). I would class the experience in La Terrasse as Fine Dining. Room is very good (overlooking the ocean). Some of the outdoor pools are heated. This review applies to Red Level / all inclusive. The elephant in the room is the price, but this standard of accommodation is not cheap, anywhere.

the hotel itself is so beautiful and spacious however there are numerous reasons it was one of the worst hotels we stayed at last week. 1) as other recent reviews have mentioned same week we have stayed at the resort there was a strong smell of sewage and compost making it impossible to swim by the pool, walk around the hotel peacefully as the strong smell rushed us to hide back into our room trying to avoid it. however it did not end there. smell also came out of the room AC ventiallation. we had a mutual conversation with other guests regarding the smell as it also really bothered them as well. no notice before hand either. 2) breakfast is very underwhelming. melia is a worldwide franchise however the fruits in the breakfast buffet are just thrown in the bowls very inconvenient to reach without squishing other fruits for the rest of the guests. lack of basic breakfast condiments. food is very poor quality as well as buffet staff cleaned up my untouched plate with unopened yogurt, so i had to get up for a new plate again. 3) cockroaches running around the hallway as we were making our way back in the evening.. really threw us off. 4) it is currently off season for the hotel to be busy however the front desk put us in the room in the corner of the resort, so we had to walk very long to get there and back, when we also purchased a room upgrade. it wasn’t the cheapest room they offered. for people who i saw paying £600-£700 for a room, i feel very bad as the hotel needs a lot of improvements for it to be able to charge such ridiculous prices that don’t align with the quality and service they provide. people who stay at 5 star resorts often will be able to tell the difference in the hospitality service that is provided elsewhere. will definitely not be returning.
